[0009] The switch device 10 according to the present embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. The switch device 10 according to the present embodiment is arranged on an instrument panel of a vehicle (automobile) or the like, and is configured as a device for starting or stopping an engine (power unit) of the vehicle. As shown in Figs. 1(A) and (B), the switch device 10 is formed in a generally cylindrical shape. In the following description, one axial side of the switch device 10 (the side indicated by the arrow A in Fig. 1(A)) is the front side of the switch device 10, and the other axial side of the switch device 10 (the side indicated by the arrow B in Fig. 1(A)) is the rear side of the switch device 10. In addition, in a front view seen from the front side, a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction is a first direction (see the arrows C and D in Fig. 1(B)), and a direction perpendicular to the first direction is a second direction (see the arrows E and F in Fig. 1(B)). Furthermore, the side indicated by the arrow C in Fig. 1(B) is one side of the first direction, and the side indicated by the arrow E in Fig. 1(B) is one side of the second direction.

[0010] 1 to 3, the switch device 10 includes a case 20, a body 30, a switch mechanism 40, and an antenna wire 60. Each component of the switch device 10 will be described below.

[0011] (Regarding Case 20) The case 20 is formed in a double cylindrical shape with the front-rear direction as the axial direction. That is, the case 20 has an outer cylinder 20A and an inner cylinder 20B, and the inner cylinder 20B is disposed radially inside the outer cylinder 20A. Then, the outer cylinder 20A and the inner cylinder 20B are connected to each other at both ends in the second direction at the front end. A pair of fixing pieces 20C is formed on both sides in the first direction on the outer periphery of the outer cylinder 20A. When viewed from the second direction, the fixing pieces 20C are inclined forward as they move toward the radial outside of the case 20. Then, the fixing pieces 20C are engaged with the instrument panel of the vehicle or the like, and the case 20 (i.e., the switch device 10) is fixed to the vehicle. A mating recess 20D is formed on the inner periphery of the rear end of the outer cylinder 20A, which is stepped down radially outward. The inner tube 20B is formed in a generally bottomed cylindrical shape that is open to the front, and the rear wall of the inner tube 20B is located forward of the rear end of the outer tube 20A. The rear wall of the inner tube 20B is appropriately formed with holes for exposing a part of the rubber contact 50 (described later) and holes for inserting the lens 56.

[0012] A bezel 22 is attached to the front end of the case 20. Specifically, a cylindrical mating tube 20E is provided at the front end of the case 20, and the mating tube 20E protrudes forward from the front end of the outer tube 20A. The bezel 22 is formed in a generally cylindrical shape with the axial direction being the front-to-rear direction. The bezel 22 is fitted onto the mating tube 20E and attached to the outer tube 20A by claw engagement so as to be immovable relative to the outer tube 20A.

[0013] (About Body 30) As shown in Figs. 2 to 6, the body 30 is formed in a generally bottomed cylindrical shape with the front-rear direction as the axial direction and open to the front side. The body 30 is inserted into the case 20 from the rear side and assembled to the case 20 by a claw engagement so as to be immovable relative to the case 20. When the body 30 is assembled to the case 20, the inner cylinder 20B is located inside the body 30. That is, the front part of the body 30 is disposed between the outer cylinder 20A and the inner cylinder 20B, and the body 30 is covered from the radial outside by the outer cylinder 20A. The rear surface of the body 30 is disposed in a position flush with the rear end surface of the outer cylinder 20A. A step portion 30A is formed on the outer periphery of the rear end of the body 30, which is raised one step radially outward, and the step portion 30A is fitted into the engagement recess 20D of the case 20.

[0014] The front end of the body 30 is configured as a bobbin portion 30B. The bobbin portion 30B is formed in a concave shape that is open to the radial outside of the body 30 and extends in the circumferential direction of the bobbin portion 30B. The inside of the bobbin portion 30B is an antenna wire housing portion 30B1, and an antenna wire 60 (described later) is wound around the bobbin portion 30B in the antenna wire housing portion 30B1. When the body 30 is assembled to the case 20, the rear end of the bobbin portion 30B abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the outer tube 20A, and the body 30 is disposed radially outside the inner tube 20B with a predetermined gap therebetween. That is, the outer tube 20A and the inner tube 20B are configured to restrict the radial movement of the body 30.

[0015] A pair of openings 30C are formed in the side wall of the body 30, and the openings 30C are formed at both ends of the body 30 in the second direction. The openings 30C are formed in a groove shape that has the longitudinal direction in the front-rear direction and penetrates in the radial direction (second direction), and the front end of the openings 30C is open to the front side (see Figs. 4 to 6). That is, both sides in the second direction of the bobbin part 30B are cut out by the openings 30C, and the inside of the openings 30C communicates with the antenna wire accommodating part 30B1. The openings 30C are formed from the bobbin part 30B to the step part 30A. That is, the pair of openings 30C extend in the front-rear direction so as to divide the side wall of the body 30 in the first direction. The rear end of the openings 30C is configured as an opening exposure part 30C1 for arranging and exposing a board fixing part 42A of a board 42 described later, and the width dimension of the opening exposure part 30C1 is set to be larger than the width dimension of the openings 30C.

[0016] The outer periphery of the inner cylinder 20B of the case 20 described above has restricting portions 20F (see Figs. 2 and 5) formed at both ends in the second direction (positions corresponding to the openings 30C). The restricting portions 20F are formed in a columnar shape extending in the front-rear direction and are formed from the front end to the rear end of the inner cylinder 20B. The width dimension of the restricting portion 20F is set slightly smaller than the width dimension of the openings 30C, and the restricting portion 20F is fitted into the openings 30C and engages with the body 30 in the circumferential direction of the body 30. As a result, the restricting portion 20F restricts deformation inward in the first direction of the side walls of the case 20 divided in the first direction by the pair of openings 30C.

[0017] A pair of board installation parts 30D (see Figs. 2 and 4) for installing a board 42 described later are formed on the rear wall of the body 30. The board installation parts 30D are formed in a block shape and protrude forward from the rear wall of the body 30. The board installation parts 30D are disposed on the inner side of the opening 30C in the second direction when viewed from the front, and protrude inward in the second direction from the side wall of the body 30 rearward of the opening exposure part 30C1. The front surface of the board installation part 30D is disposed flush with the rear end surface of the opening exposure part 30C1. The board installation part 30D is formed with a screw hole part 30D1, which is formed in a concave shape open to the front and is formed in a circular shape when viewed from the front.

[0018] A connector portion 30E is provided at approximately the center of the rear wall of the body 30. The connector portion 30E is formed in a generally rectangular tubular shape with its axial direction extending in the front-rear direction, and protrudes rearward from the rear wall of the body 30.

[0019] (Regarding the switch mechanism 40) 2 and 3, the switch mechanism 40 is housed inside the body 30. The switch mechanism 40 includes a substrate 42, a rubber contact 50, a slider 52, and a lens 56.

[0020] (Regarding the substrate 42) 5 and 6, the substrate 42 is formed in a generally circular plate shape with its thickness direction extending in the front-rear direction. The substrate 42 is accommodated in the rear end portion of the body 30 and is disposed adjacent to the front side of the substrate installation portion 30D.

[0021] Fixed contacts 43 are provided on both ends in the first direction on the front surface of the substrate 42. An illumination LED 44 is provided in the approximate center of the front surface of the substrate 42, and an indicator LED 45 is provided on one end in the second direction on the front surface of the substrate 42. The illumination LED 44 and the indicator LED 45 are configured to irradiate emitted light forward.

[0022] The rear surface of the substrate 42 is provided with a plurality of connector terminals 46 (eight in this embodiment) extending in the front-rear direction as connector terminals. The four connector terminals 46 are arranged in a first direction, and two sets of connector terminals 46 are arranged in a second direction, with the connector terminals 46 arranged in the first direction forming one set. The front end of the connector terminal 46 is bent outward in the second direction and connected to the rear surface of the substrate 42. The rear end of the connector terminal 46 protrudes rearward from the rear wall of the body 30 and is arranged in the connector section 30E. Note that an insertion hole through which the connector terminal 46 is inserted is formed in the rear wall of the body 30. In addition, an external connector inserted into the connector section 30E is connected to the connector terminals 46, and the substrate 42 is electrically connected to the control section of the vehicle.

[0023] Substrate fixing portions 42A are provided on both second direction end portions of the substrate 42. The substrate fixing portions 42A protrude radially outward (outward in the second direction) from the outer periphery of the substrate 42 and are disposed within the opening exposed portion 30C1 of the body 30, and are disposed adjacent to the rear end surface of the opening exposed portion 30C1 and the front side of the substrate installation portion 30D.

[0024] The board fixing portion 42A has a fixing hole 42B formed at a position corresponding to the screw hole portion 30D1 of the board installation portion 30D, and the fixing hole 42B is a through hole. That is, the inner peripheral surface of the fixing hole 42B is plated. Lands 42C are formed on the front and rear peripheral portions (front and rear surfaces of the board fixing portion 42A) of the fixing hole 42B, and the front and rear lands 42C are electrically connected by the fixing hole 42B which is a through hole. The land 42C corresponds to the conductive connection portion of the present invention. The rear land 42C is connected to the connector terminal 46 by a pattern formed on the board 42.

[0025] The substrate 42 is fastened to the body 30 by a fixing screw 58 as a fixing member. The fixing screw 58 is made of a conductive material (metal material in this embodiment). The fixing screw 58 has a substantially cylindrical head 58A with the axial direction being the front-rear direction, and a threaded portion 58B extending rearward from the head 58A, and a flange 58C protruding radially outward is formed at the rear end of the head 58A. The threaded portion 58B of the fixing screw 58 is inserted from the front into the fixing hole 42B of the substrate 42 and screwed into the threaded hole portion 30D1 of the substrate installation portion 30D, and the substrate 42 is fastened to the body 30 by the fixing screw 58. That is, the substrate 42 is fastened to the body 30 by a pair of fixing screws 58 spaced 180 degrees apart in the circumferential direction of the body 30. When the substrate 42 is fixed by the fixing screw 58, the flange 58C abuts against the land 42C. This provides electrical continuity between the fixing screw 58 and the connector terminal 46 .

[0026] In addition, in a fixed state of the board 42, the head 58A of the fixing screw 58 and the board fixing portion 42A are disposed within the opening exposure portion 30C1, and before the case 20 is assembled to the body 30, the fixing screw 58 and the board fixing portion 42A are exposed radially outward from the body 30 by the opening exposure portion 30C1. On the other hand, after the case 20 is assembled to the body 30, the fixing screw 58 and the board fixing portion 42A are covered from the radially outward side by the outer cylinder 20A of the case 20 (see FIG. 2). In addition, the width dimension of the board fixing portion 42A is set slightly smaller than the width dimension of the opening 30C, and the width dimensions of the board fixing portion 42A and the opening 30C are set so that the board fixing portion 42A is disposed within the opening 30C when viewed from the front side (see FIG. 5).

[0027] Furthermore, the aforementioned restricting portion 20F of the case 20 is disposed adjacent to the front side of the head 58A of the fixing screw 58, and the restricting portion 20F restricts the forward movement of the fixing screw 58 (see FIG. 2). In other words, the restricting portion 20F prevents the fixing screw 58 from coming off the body 30.

[0028] (About Rubber Contact 50) As shown in Figs. 2, 3, 5, and 6, the rubber contact 50 has a base portion 50A, which is formed in a plate shape with the plate thickness direction being in the front-rear direction, and is disposed adjacent to the front side of the substrate 42. A pair of switch portions 50B is formed on the base portion 50A at positions corresponding to the fixed contacts 43 of the substrate 42. The switch portion 50B is formed in a substantially dome shape protruding from the rubber contact 50 to the front side, and a movable contact (not shown) is provided inside the switch portion 50B. The switch portion 50B is configured to be operated by pressing the switch portion 50B to the rear side (the fixed contact 43 side). Specifically, the movable contact comes into contact with the fixed contact 43, and the switch portion 50B is configured to be turned ON.

[0029] An illumination tube portion 50C is formed on the base portion 50A at a position corresponding to the illumination LED 44. The illumination tube portion 50C is formed in a substantially rectangular tube shape and protrudes forward from the rubber contact 50, with the interior of the illumination tube portion 50C penetrating in the front-rear direction. An indicator tube portion 50D is formed on the base portion 50A at a position corresponding to the indicator LED 45. The indicator tube portion 50D is formed in a substantially rectangular tube shape and protrudes forward from the rubber contact 50.

[0030] (Regarding slider 52) 2 and 3, the slider 52 is formed in a generally rectangular tubular shape with its axial direction extending in the front-rear direction. The slider 52 is inserted into the inner tube 20B of the case 20 and is connected to the inner tube 20B so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction. That is, the slider 52 is housed in the body 30 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction. When the slider 52 is housed in the body 30, the front end of the slider 52 protrudes forward beyond the body 30 and the case 20.

[0031] A switch pressing portion 52A is formed on the side wall of the slider 52 at a position corresponding to the switch portion 50B of the rubber contact 50. The switch pressing portion 52A is formed in a generally cross-shaped columnar shape extending in the front-rear direction, and is disposed adjacent to the front side of the switch portion 50B. A lens housing portion 52B for housing a lens 56, which will be described later, is formed on one side of the slider 52 in the second direction. The lens housing portion 52B is formed in a generally rectangular tubular shape with the front-rear direction as the axial direction, and is disposed at a position overlapping the indicator LED 45 in a front view.

[0032] A knob portion 52C is integrally provided at the front end of the slider 52. The knob portion 52C is formed in a substantially circular plate shape with the plate thickness direction being the front-rear direction, and protrudes from the outer periphery of the slider 52 so as to cover the body 30 and the inner tube 20B from the front side. A substantially rectangular lens hole 52D is formed penetrating one side portion of the knob portion 52C in the second direction. In addition, an illumination hole 52E is formed penetrating approximately at the center of the knob portion 52C. The illumination hole 52E is formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and is disposed at a position overlapping with the illumination LED 44 in a front view.

[0033] A design panel 54 is provided in front of the knob portion 52C, and the design panel 54 is made of a resin material that can transmit light. The design panel 54 is formed in a circular shape corresponding to the knob portion 52C when viewed from the front, and is formed in a concave shape that is open to the rear side. The design panel 54 is fixed integrally to the knob portion 52C by two-color molding. The design panel 54 is disposed radially inside the bezel 22 and is exposed to the cabin side of the vehicle so that it can be operated. As a result, when the operator presses the design panel 54 rearward, the slider 52 slides rearward, and the switch portion 50B of the switch mechanism 40 is operated.

[0034] An indicator hole 54A is formed through the design panel 54 at a position corresponding to the lens hole 52D of the knob portion 52C. In addition, an indication mark 54B composed of letters, symbols, etc. is formed on the design panel 54, and the indication mark 54B is located in front of the illumination hole 52E of the knob portion 52C. This indication mark 54B is formed, for example, by painting the front surface of the design panel 54 black and cutting out a symbol corresponding to the indication mark 54B by laser processing or the like. As a result, the light emitted by the illumination LED 44 passes through the slider 52 and the illumination hole 52E to illuminate the indication mark 54B.

[0035] (About Lens 56) The lens 56 is made of a transparent resin material that can transmit light. The lens 56 is formed in a substantially long plate shape with the second direction being the plate thickness direction and the front-rear direction being the longitudinal direction. The lens 56 is inserted into the lens housing portion 52B of the slider 52 from the rear side and is attached to the slider 52 by claw engagement. An indicator portion 56A is provided at the front end of the lens 56. The indicator portion 56A is inserted into the lens hole 52D of the knob portion 52C and the indicator hole 54A of the design panel 54 from the rear side and is exposed to the front side from the design panel 54. The lens 56 is located in front of the indicator LED 45, and the light emitted by the indicator LED 45 is guided to the front side by the lens 56, so that the indicator portion 56A is turned on.

[0036] (Regarding antenna wire 60) As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, the antenna wire 60 is wound around the bobbin portion 30B of the body 30 in the circumferential direction and disposed in the antenna wire housing portion 30B1. That is, the antenna wire 60 is wound around the bobbin portion 30B between the outer tube 20A and the inner tube 20B of the case 20. One end portion 60A of the antenna wire 60 extends rearward from the antenna wire housing portion 30B1 and is disposed in the opening portion 30C on one side in the second direction. The one end portion 60A is wound around and soldered to the head portion 58A of the fixing screw 58 on one side in the second direction of the board 42. The other end portion 60B of the antenna wire 60 extends rearward from the antenna wire housing portion 30B1 and is disposed in the opening portion 30C on the other side in the second direction. The other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 is wound around and soldered to a head 58A of a fixing screw 58 on the other side in the second direction of the board 42. In other words, the antenna wire 60 is directly connected to the fixing screw 58, and the antenna wire 60 and the connector terminal 46 are electrically connected via the fixing screw 58.

[0037] (Action and effect) Next, the operation and effects of the switch device 10 of the present embodiment will be described.

[0038] In the non-operated state of the switch device 10 configured as described above, the slider 52 is disposed in the initial position (the position shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3). When the design panel 54 of the slider 52 is pressed, the slider 52 slides rearward. As a result, the switch pressing portion 52A of the slider 52 presses the pair of switch portions 50B of the rubber contact 50. As a result, the movable contacts of the pair of switch portions 50B come into contact with the fixed contacts 43 of the substrate 42, the pair of switch portions 50B are turned on, and an on signal is output to the control portion of the vehicle. On the other hand, when the operation of the slider 52 is released, the slider 52 slides forward due to the restoring force of the switch portion 50B of the rubber contact 50. As a result, the knob portion 52C returns to the initial position.

[0039] The control unit of the vehicle is connected to the portable device owned by the operator through communication, and when authentication with the portable device is completed, the switch device 10 is operated to start or stop the engine (power unit) of the vehicle. The switch device 10 also has an antenna wire 60. Therefore, when the battery of the portable device owned by the operator is depleted and communication with the portable device is disabled, the switch device 10 can communicate with the portable device by performing transponder communication. In detail, when the portable device is held over the design panel 54 of the switch device 10, the portable device receives an activation radio wave transmitted from the coil-shaped antenna wire 60 of the switch device 10, and an electromotive force is generated by the coil in the transponder of the portable device, and the portable device transmits an ID signal to the authentication device of the vehicle using the power, thereby enabling communication between the portable device and the authentication device of the vehicle.

[0040] Here, the switch device 10 has a cylindrical body 30. A bobbin portion 30B is provided at the front end of the body 30, and an antenna wire 60 is wound around the bobbin portion 30B. A substrate 42 is disposed inside the body 30. A connector terminal 46 is provided at the rear surface of the substrate 42, and a land 42C formed on a substrate fixing portion 42A of the substrate 42 is electrically connected to the connector terminal 46. Furthermore, a conductive fixing screw 58 fastens and fixes the substrate 42 to the body 30 in a state where the fixing screw 58 abuts against the land 42C, and one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 are wound around the fixing screw 58 and soldered. As a result, the body 30 can be manufactured at a low cost, and the antenna wire 60 can be connected to the connector terminal 46, compared to a body in which a connector terminal is insert-molded as in the conventional technology. In other words, the antenna wire 60 can be connected to the connector terminal 46 by utilizing the fixing screw 58 for fixing the substrate 42. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the switch device 10 can be reduced.

[0041] Furthermore, a fixing hole 42B through which a fixing screw 58 is inserted is formed in the board fixing portion 42A of the board 42, and a land 42C is formed on the periphery of the fixing hole 42B and is electrically connected to the connector terminal 46. When the board 42 is fixed by the fixing screw 58, a flange 58C of the fixing screw 58 abuts against the land 42C. This makes it possible to electrically connect the fixing screw 58 and the connector terminal 46 with a simple configuration.

[0042] Moreover, in the body 30, the bobbin portion 30B is integrally formed with the body 30. This makes it possible to reduce the number of parts and the number of assembly steps compared to a case in which the bobbin portion 30B and the body 30 are formed separately, and therefore the manufacturing cost of the switch device 10 can be further reduced.

[0043] Further, an opening 30C is formed in the side wall of the body 30, penetrating in the radial direction, and the fixing screw 58 is exposed to the radial outside of the body 30 through the opening 30C. Therefore, one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 can be wound around and soldered to the fixing screw 58 exposed from the opening 30C. This improves the workability when assembling the switch device 10. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the switch device 10 can be further reduced.

[0044] The bobbin portion 30B is formed in a concave shape that is open toward the outside in the radial direction of the body 30, and the inside of the bobbin portion 30B is the antenna wire housing portion 30B1. The antenna wire housing portion 30B1 is connected to the opening 30C. This allows the one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 wound around the bobbin portion 30B to be pulled out from the antenna wire housing portion 30B1 to the rear side, arranged in the opening 30C, and connected to the fixing screw 58 exposed from the opening 30C. In addition, the one end 60A and the other end 60B can be clearly seen from the opening 30C, where the antenna wire 60 wound around the bobbin portion 30B is pulled out. This further improves the workability when assembling the switch device 10. This further reduces the manufacturing cost of the switch device 10.

[0045] Furthermore, the substrate fixing portion 42A of the substrate 42 protrudes radially outward from the outer periphery of the substrate 42, and the fixing holes 42B and the lands 42C are formed in the substrate fixing portion 42A. The substrate fixing portion 42A and the fixing screw 58 are disposed inside the opening exposed portion 30C1 in the opening 30C. This allows the substrate fixing portion 42A to be fastened to the substrate 42 by the fixing screw 58 in a state in which it is disposed radially outward from the inner periphery of the body 30. This improves the workability when assembling the substrate 42 to the body 30.

[0046] Moreover, in the body 30, the width dimension of the opening exposed portion 30C1 is wider than the width dimension of the opening 30C, and the board fixing portion 42A is disposed in the opening exposed portion 30C1. This makes it possible to ensure the rigidity of the body 30 while also ensuring a working area when the fixing screws 58 are tightened.

[0047] Moreover, the opening 30C is formed in a groove shape extending in the front-rear direction, and the front end of the opening 30C opens to the front side at the front end of the body 30. As a result, in the procedure for assembling the board 42 and the antenna wire 60 to the body 30, first, the board 42 is placed on the front side of the body 30, and from this state, the board 42 can be housed in the body 30 while the board fixing part 42A is inserted from the front side into the opening 30C (see FIG. 6). That is, the board 42 can be housed in the body 30 while the opening 30C suppresses interference of the board fixing part 42A with the body 30. Then, after the board 42 is housed in the body 30, the board 42 is fastened and fixed to the body 30 by the fixing screw 58. After the board 42 is fastened to the body 30, the antenna wire 60 is wound around the bobbin portion 30B, and then one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 can be wound around and soldered to the fixing screw 58 disposed in the opening exposed portion 30C1 (see FIG. 5). This effectively improves the workability when assembling the switch device 10. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the switch device 10 can be effectively reduced.

[0048] Furthermore, the board 42 is fixed to the body 30 by a pair of fixing screws 58, and the pair of fixing screws 58 are arranged 180 degrees apart in the circumferential direction of the body 30. The fixing screws 58 are arranged in a pair of openings 30C formed in the body 30, respectively. This makes it possible to connect the antenna wire 60 and the connector terminal 46 while fastening and fixing the board 42 in a balanced manner by the fixing screws 58.

[0049] Moreover, the body 30 is fixed to the case 20. The case 20 is configured to include an outer cylinder 20A that covers the body 30 from the radial outside and an inner cylinder 20B that is disposed inside the body 30, and the slider 52 is connected to the inner cylinder 20B so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction. This eliminates the need to provide the body 30 with a structure for slidably connecting the slider 52. This allows the body 30 to have a simple structure. In other words, the shape of the body 30 can be prevented from becoming complicated. This can further contribute to reducing the cost of the body 30.

[0050] Further, the bobbin portion 30B is disposed between the outer cylinder 20A and the inner cylinder 20B of the case 20. That is, the antenna wire 60 is disposed between the outer cylinder 20A and the inner cylinder 20B, and is covered from the radially outer side by the outer cylinder 20A. This can improve, for example, the waterproof and dustproof properties of the antenna wire 60. Therefore, the reliability of the switch device 10 can be improved.

[0051] In addition, after the body 30 is assembled to the case 20, the fixing screw 58 and the board fixing portion 42A are covered from the radially outer side by the outer cylinder 20A of the case 20. As a result, even if the fixing screw 58 is configured to be exposed from the body 30 by the opening 30C, the waterproof and dustproof properties of the board 42 can be ensured by the case 20.

[0052] In addition, in a state where the body 30 is assembled to the case 20, the rear end of the bobbin portion 30B abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the outer tube 20A, and the body 30 is disposed radially outside the inner tube 20B with a predetermined gap therebetween, and the radial movement of the body 30 is restricted by the outer tube 20A and the inner tube 20B. As a result, even if a part of the side wall of the body 30 is cut out by the opening 30C, the case 20 can suppress the radial deformation of the side wall. In particular, the pair of openings 30C can effectively suppress the radial deformation of the side wall of the body 30 divided in the first direction.

[0053] In addition, the outer periphery of the inner tube 20B of the case 20 has restricting portions 20F formed at both ends in the second direction, and the restricting portions 20F are fitted into the openings 30C and engaged with the body 30 in the circumferential direction of the body 30. As a result, even if a part of the side wall of the body 30 is cut out by the openings 30C, the restricting portions 20F can suppress the deformation of the side wall in the circumferential direction. In particular, the pair of openings 30C can effectively suppress the deformation of the side wall of the body 30 divided in the first direction toward the inside in the first direction. In addition, by forming the restricting portions 20F on the outer periphery of the inner tube 20B, the restricting portions 20F can be fitted into the openings 30C while suppressing interference between the antenna wire 60 wound around the bobbin portion 30B and the restricting portions 20F. As described above, the rear end of the bobbin portion 30B abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the outer tube 20A, so that the side wall of the body 30 divided in the first direction is sandwiched in the first direction between the outer tube 20A and the restricting portion 20F. Therefore, by assembling the case 20 to the body 30, the rigidity of the body 30 having the pair of openings 30C formed therein can be ensured by the case 20.

[0054] Furthermore, when the body 30 is attached to the case 20, the restricting portion 20F is disposed in front of the head 58A of the fixing screw 58, restricting the fixing screw 58 from moving forward. This allows the restricting portion 20F to prevent the fixing screw 58 from coming loose. Therefore, by utilizing the restricting portion 20F, which restricts the deformation of the body 30, the fixed state of the board 42 can be maintained in a good condition.

[0055] In this embodiment, "soldering" is used as a means for fixing one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 to the head 58A of the fixing screw 58, but the method for fixing the antenna wire 60 to the head 58A of the fixing screw 58 is not limited to this. For example, the antenna wire 60 and the head 58A of the fixing screw 58 may be fixed by a technique such as "welding".

[0056] In addition, in this embodiment, one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 are wound around the head 58A of the fixing screw 58 and then fixed by soldering, but the method of connecting the antenna wire 60 to the head 58A of the fixing screw 58 is not limited to this. For example, a through hole penetrating in the radial direction may be formed in the head 58A of the fixing screw 58, and one end 60A or the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 may be inserted into the through hole and then fixed by soldering.

[0057] In addition, in this embodiment, the fixing screw 58 is screwed into the body 30 to fix the substrate 42 to the body 30, but the method of fixing the substrate 42 to the body 30 is not limited to this. For example, the substrate 42 may be fixed to the body 30 by a conductive pin having a flange that is press-fitted into the body 30, and one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 may be soldered to the pin. In this case, the pin corresponds to the fixing member of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
