[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2010-269728 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] 7 shows a schematic diagram of a conventional wire support 100 used to support a plurality of electric wire bundles at the upper part of the inner end surface of a railway car body structure, and this wire support 100 has a structure in which a plurality of steel plates are assembled in a grid shape by welding. Then, as shown in FIG. 5(b), it is attached to the railway car body structure 60 via an attachment part 102, and three electric wire bundles 80 are fixed along a receiving part 104 with a cable tie or the like, so that the electric wire bundles 80 are supported by the wire support 100. There is room for improvement in terms of cost and the like for this type of wire support 100 as well. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the cost associated with wiring in a railway car body structure. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] (Modes of the Invention) The following aspects of the invention are illustrative of the configuration of the present invention, and are described in terms of items to facilitate understanding of the various configurations of the present invention. Each item does not limit the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical scope of the present invention may include any embodiment in which some of the components of each item are replaced or deleted, or other components are added, while taking into account the best mode for carrying out the invention.

[0006] (1) A wire support attached to a railway car body structure to support a plurality of electric wire bundles, the wire support comprising: a wire receiving portion extending in the wiring direction of the plurality of electric wire bundles and having a receiving surface for receiving the plurality of electric wire bundles; a plurality of through portions formed in the wire receiving portion as holes or notches through which fixing bundling means for fixing the plurality of electric wire bundles to the receiving surface are passed; and a mounting portion provided continuously from the wire receiving portion and attached to the railway car body structure so that the wire receiving portion is positioned so that the extension direction of the wire receiving portion coincides with the wiring direction of the plurality of electric wire bundles. The wire support is integrally formed from a single plate-shaped member.

[0007] The wire support described in this section includes a wire receiving portion, a plurality of passing portions, and an attachment portion. The wire receiving portion has a receiving surface for receiving a plurality of wire bundles to be supported, and extends together with the receiving surface in the wiring direction of the plurality of wire bundles. The plurality of passing portions are formed in the wire receiving portion as holes or notches through which a fixing bundling means for bundling the plurality of wire bundles is passed when the plurality of wire bundles are fixed to the receiving surface along the extension direction of the wire receiving portion. The attachment portion is a portion provided continuously from the wire receiving portion and attached to the railway vehicle body structure in order to attach the wire support to the railway vehicle body structure. When attaching to the railway vehicle body structure, the attachment portion is attached so that the wire receiving portion is disposed in an orientation such that the extension direction of the wire receiving portion coincides with the wiring direction of the plurality of wire bundles.

[0008] The wire support described in this section is formed by integrally forming the wire receiving portion, the plurality of through portions, and the mounting portion from a single plate-like member such as a steel plate, for example, by laser processing or bending processing. As a result, compared to a conventional wire support having a structure in which a plurality of steel plates are assembled in a grid shape by welding, both the number of parts and the number of manufacturing steps are reduced, and therefore the manufacturing cost is reduced. Furthermore, if it is a laser-processed product, it can flexibly accommodate various shapes and easily change the shape, as long as the number of labor steps required for laser processing is not excessive.

[0009] (2) In the above paragraph (1), when viewed from the front of the receiving surface with the extension direction of the wire receiving portion as the lateral direction, the receiving surface includes a plurality of sub-receiving surfaces arranged in the vertical direction, adjacent sub-receiving surfaces are at least partially separated by the plurality of through-portions, and two points of the upper end of the wire receiving portion are bent at a right angle or approximately a right angle to the opposite side to the receiving surface, thereby forming two of the mounting portions. In the wire support described in this section, the receiving surface of the wire receiving part includes a plurality of sub-receiving surfaces, which extend laterally and are arranged vertically in a front view of the receiving surface with the extension direction of the wire receiving part as the lateral direction. Among the plurality of sub-receiving surfaces, adjacent sub-receiving surfaces are at least partially separated by a plurality of through-portions, in other words, at least some of the through-portions are provided between adjacent sub-receiving surfaces. As a result, the plurality of wire bundles are fixed in a distributed manner to the plurality of sub-receiving surfaces.

[0010] Furthermore, in the electric wire support described in this section, when viewed from the front of the receiving surface with the extension direction of the electric wire receiving portion as the lateral direction, two upper ends of the electric wire receiving portion are bent at right angles or approximately right angles to the opposite side of the receiving surface to form two mounting portions. Through these two mounting portions, the electric wire support is attached to, for example, a flange provided along the width direction of the railway car body structure at the upper part of the inner end surface of the railway car body structure in a manner that protrudes toward the inside of the car. As a result, the electric wire support is firmly attached to the railway car body structure in an orientation such that multiple electric wire bundles are wired in the wiring direction along multiple sub-receiving surfaces located below the mounting portions.

[0011] (3) In the above-mentioned (2), when viewed from the front of the receiving surface with the extension direction of the electric wire receiving portion being the lateral direction and the two mounting portions on the upper side, the through-portion having a cutout shape cut out at least from above is formed in the portion of the electric wire receiving portion located on both lateral sides of each of the two mounting portions, and at least one of the two through-portions on both lateral sides cuts out a portion of the sub-receiving surface located in the uppermost tier and extends to the upper end of the sub-receiving surface in the second tier from the top.

[0012] The wire support described in this section has a side direction in which the wire receiving part extends, and in a front view of the receiving surface with the two mounting parts on the upper side, a cut-out through-portion cut out at least from above is formed in the part of the wire receiving part located on both sides of each of the two mounting parts in the side direction. That is, such a cut-out through-portion is formed by cutting out from above the wire receiving part or from both the upper and lateral ends of the wire receiving part, depending on the distance from each mounting part to both ends of the wire receiving part in the side direction. At least one of the two through-portions located on both sides of each mounting part in the side direction cuts out a part of the sub-receiving surface located at the topmost level in the front view of the receiving surface as described above, and extends to the upper end of the sub-receiving surface in the second level from the top. For example, it is preferable that the through-portion cut out only from above the wire receiving part extends to the upper end of the sub-receiving surface in the second level from the top.

[0013] As a result, on both lateral sides of each mounting part, there are formed through-holes cut out from both the upper and lateral ends of the wire receiving part, and through-holes cut out to the upper end of the sub-receiving surface in the second tier from the top. With this configuration, work space is secured on both lateral sides of each mounting part for welding or the like, in order to attach both sides of the mounting part formed by bending to the railway car body structure. As a result, in addition to the parts of each mounting part that can be seen from the front, both sides of each mounting part are also attached by welding or the like, so the wire support is fixed more firmly. Furthermore, by securing the work space, the installation work can be carried out smoothly.

[0014] Also, by providing a working space by forming the notched through-parts as described above, the distance from the mounting part to the top sub-receiving surface is shorter than that of a conventional wire support having a simple lattice structure, which required a space for mounting between the mounting part to the railway vehicle body and the part that receives the electric wire bundle. In other words, the entirety of the multiple sub-receiving surfaces that receive the electric wire bundles is located at a higher position than that of the conventional wire support, and as a result, the multiple electric wire bundles are wired at a higher position. Therefore, interference with other components installed near the wire support in the railway vehicle body is reduced, making wiring work easier and contributing to expanding the installation space for other components. Moreover, the smooth mounting work and facilitation of wiring work as described above, and the reduction in material costs due to the higher position of the sub-receiving surfaces, further reduce costs.

[0015] (4) In the above paragraph (2), the wire receiving portion has a bent portion bent toward the opposite side of the receiving surface at at least one position between adjacent sub-receiving surfaces of the plurality of sub-receiving surfaces, and the two mounting portions are bent toward the opposite side of the receiving surface at a size such that, in a side view of the wire receiving portion with the two mounting portions on the upper side, the two mounting portions are perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the lowest sub-receiving surface. In the wire support described in this section, the wire receiving part has a bent part bent toward the opposite side to the receiving surface, and this bent part is provided at at least one position between adjacent sub-receiving surfaces of the plurality of sub-receiving surfaces. The two mounting parts are bent toward the opposite side to the receiving surface with a size such that the two mounting parts are perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the sub-receiving surface located at the lowest level in a side view of the wire receiving part with these two mounting parts on the upper side. In other words, since the lowest level sub-receiving surface is located below the bent parts, a two-stage bending, that is, a bending at the two mounting parts and a bending at the bent part, are combined to realize a positional relationship in which the lowest level sub-receiving surface and the two mounting parts are perpendicular or nearly perpendicular in a side view.

[0016] As a result, compared to a case where the above-mentioned positional relationship between the lowest sub-receiving surface and the two mounting parts is realized only by bending the two mounting parts without forming a bent part in the electric wire receiving part, the two mounting parts are arranged at a position shifted toward the opposite side of the receiving surface from the lowest sub-receiving surface in a side view. This makes it easier to access the two mounting parts from the front, and in the case of attachment by welding, for example, it is easier to insert a welding torch into the front part of the attachment parts, improving workability. Furthermore, by bending in two stages, even if a screw member screwed into the inner surface is placed between the inner surface and the electric wire receiving part when it is attached to the inner surface of the railway car body structure, it is easy to arrange the sub-receiving surface below the bent part at a position that does not interfere with such a member.

[0017] (5) In the above paragraph (2), when viewed from the front of the receiving surface with the extension direction of the wire receiving portion as the lateral direction, the multiple sub-receiving surfaces are wire support in which the vertical sizes of the portions separated by the multiple through-portions are equal to each other. In the wire support described in this section, when viewed from the front of the receiving surface with the extension direction of the wire receiving portion as the lateral direction, the vertical sizes of the portions of the sub-receiving surfaces at least partially separated by the through-holes are equal to each other. As a result, when fixing the wiring bundle, the fixing bundling means of the same length is always used at multiple lateral positions of each sub-receiving surface having the same vertical size. This simplifies the fixing work of the wiring bundle and reduces the length of the fixing bundling means used. Furthermore, the worker who fixes the wiring bundle is prompted to wrap the fixing bundling means around the wiring bundle to fix it at multiple lateral positions of each sub-receiving surface where the fixing work is easy to perform because the vertical sizes are equal as described above. This makes it easier to unify the positions at which the fixing bundling means is wrapped around the wiring bundle on each sub-receiving surface to fix the wiring bundle, regardless of the worker who performs the fixing work.

[0018] (6) The wire support according to the above item (2), wherein at least some of the plurality of through-portions extend in the lateral direction. In the electric wire support described in this section, at least some of the multiple through-portions formed as holes or notches between adjacent sub-receiving surfaces extend laterally, i.e., in the extending direction of the electric wire receiving portion. This improves the degree of freedom of the fixing and bundling work using the fixing bundling means passed through the through-portions, and can flexibly accommodate, for example, wiring work including a bundle of electric wires wired in the width direction of the railway car body structure and an electric wire joining from the ceiling part of the railway car body structure, etc.

[0019] (7) In the above items (1) to (6), a plurality of wire supports are installed at intervals from each other in the wiring direction of the plurality of wire bundles. The wire supports described in this section are installed at intervals in the wiring direction of the multiple wire bundles. The installation intervals and installation positions of the multiple wire supports may be set taking into consideration the specified intervals required to support the multiple wire bundles and constraints due to the positional relationship with other components, which differ between various railway vehicle bodies. Furthermore, the shape and size of each wire support are to be standardized as much as possible while satisfying the above-mentioned constraints and the requirements of items (1) to (6) above. This allows costs to be kept down while also allowing for long-distance wiring of multiple wire bundles in multiple types of railway vehicle bodies without any problems.

[0020] (8) A method for supporting a plurality of electric wire bundles in a railway car body structure, comprising: forming an electric wire support including an electric wire receiving portion extending in a wiring direction of the plurality of electric wire bundles and having a receiving surface for receiving the plurality of electric wire bundles, a plurality of through portions formed in the electric wire receiving portion as holes or notches, and an attachment portion provided continuously from the electric wire receiving portion and attached to the railway car body structure, integrally from a single plate-like member; attaching the electric wire support to the railway car body structure via the attachment portion such that the extension direction of the electric wire receiving portion coincides with the wiring direction of the plurality of electric wire bundles; and fixing the plurality of electric wire bundles to the receiving surface by using fixing bundling means passed through the plurality of through portions.

[0021] (9) In the above item (8), when forming the electric wire support, a plurality of sub-receiving surfaces are formed as the receiving surface in a vertical direction when viewed from the front of the receiving surface with the extension direction of the electric wire receiving portion as a lateral direction, and the plurality of through-portions are formed so that adjacent sub-receiving surfaces are at least partially separated from each other, and two points of the upper end of the electric wire receiving portion are bent at a right angle or approximately a right angle to the opposite side to the receiving surface, thereby forming the two mounting portions.

[0022] (10) In the method for supporting a bundle of electric wires described above in (9), when forming the electric wire support, when viewed from the front of the receiving surface with the extension direction of the electric wire receiving portion being the lateral direction and the two mounting portions on the upper side, the through-portions are formed in the shape of cutouts cut out at least from above in the portions of the electric wire receiving portion located on both lateral sides of each of the two mounting portions, and at least one of the two through-portions on both lateral sides is formed so as to extend to an upper end of the sub-receiving surface in the second tier from the top by cutting out a portion of the sub-receiving surface located in the uppermost tier. The methods of supporting a bundle of electric wires described in items (8) to (10) are each carried out using the electric wire supports described in items (1) to (3) above, and thus have the same effect as the electric wire supports described in items (1) to (3) above. [0023] Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to reduce the cost associated with wiring in a railway car body structure. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0025] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Hereinafter, detailed explanations of parts that are the same as or equivalent to those in the prior art will be omitted, and the same reference numerals will be used throughout the drawings to indicate the same or equivalent parts. 1 to 3 each show an example of the configuration of the electric wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Although details will be described later, the electric wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is used to support a plurality of electric wire bundles 80 at any position of the railway car body structure 60, such as the upper part of the end inner surface 64 of the railway car body structure 60, as shown in FIG. 4 and the like. The electric wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is formed by laser processing, bending processing, and the like from a single plate-like member such as a steel plate. Hereinafter, unless otherwise specified, a case will be described in which each electric wire support 10 is formed from a steel plate and attached to an installation position by welding, but the electric wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be formed from a material other than a steel plate. In addition, below, a case will be described in which the electric wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is mainly attached to the upper part of the end inner surface 64 of the railway car body structure 60, but the attachment destination of the electric wire support 10 may be any position, such as the inside of the side of the railway car body structure 60 or under the floor.

[0026] First, referring to FIG. 1, the wire support 10A according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a wire receiving part 20 having a receiving surface 24, a plurality of through-holes 36 formed in the wire receiving part 20, and two mounting parts 40. The receiving surface 24 of the wire receiving part 20 is for receiving a plurality of wire bundles 80 to be supported, and is composed of three sub-receiving surfaces 28 in this embodiment. Each of the three sub-receiving surfaces 28 extends continuously or intermittently in the left-right direction (lateral direction) in FIG. 1(a), and the wire bundles 80 are wired along these sub-receiving surfaces 28. Specifically, the sub-receiving surface 28 located at the top is formed intermittently in the lateral direction due to the influence of the through-holes 36b and 36c as described later, and the remaining two sub-receiving surfaces 28 are formed continuously in the lateral direction.

[0027] The through-portions 36 are portions through which a fastening bundling means such as a bundling band used to fasten the electric wire bundle 80 is passed when the electric wire bundle 80 is wired along the sub-receiving surface 28. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, ten through-portions 36, 36a to 36j, are provided. Among these, the through-portions 36f and 36i are formed in a hole shape extending in the lateral direction, and the remaining eight through-portions 36 are formed in a notch shape. More specifically, the through-portion 36a is formed by cutting out from the upper and left sides in FIG. 1(a), and the through-portion 36d is formed by cutting out from the upper and right sides in FIG. 1(a). The through-portions 36b and 36c are formed by cutting out from the upper side at a depth that passes through a part of the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 and reaches the upper end of the sub-receiving surface 28 below, and are connected between them by a notch above the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28. The through-portions 36e and 36h are formed by cutting out from the left side in FIG. 1(a), and the through-portions 36g and 36j are formed by cutting out from the right side in FIG. 1(a).

[0028] 1(a), the through portion 36a is located to the left of the left mounting portion 40 and above the topmost sub-receiving surface 28, and the through portion 36b is located to the right of the left mounting portion 40 and above the second-highest sub-receiving surface 28. The through portion 36c is located to the left of the right mounting portion 40 and above the second-highest sub-receiving surface 28, and the through portion 36d is located to the right of the right mounting portion 40 and above the topmost sub-receiving surface 28. These four through portions 36a to 36d are used not only as spaces for passing the fixing binding means but also as working spaces when mounting the mounting portion 40 to the railway car body structure 60. On the other hand, the three through-portions 36e to 36g are located between the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 and the sub-receiving surface 28 therebelow so as to separate them, and are further located at the left end, near the center, and right end in Fig. 1(a) of the wire receiving part 20. Similarly, the three through-portions 36h to 36j are located between the lowermost sub-receiving surface 28 and the sub-receiving surface 28 therebelow so as to separate them, and are further located at the left end, near the center, and right end in Fig. 1(a) of the wire receiving part 20.

[0029] By providing the plurality of through-portions 36 as described above, the three sub-receiving surfaces 28 have equal vertical sizes in the portions vertically separated by the plurality of through-portions 36 in the front view as shown in FIG. 1(a). Specifically, for the topmost sub-receiving surface 28, the size of the portion between the through-portions 36a and 36e is equal to the size of the portion between the through-portions 36d and 36g. For the second sub-receiving surface 28 from the top, the size of the portion between the through-portions 36e and 36h, the portion between the through-portions 36b and 36i, the portion between the through-portions 36f and 36i, the portion between the through-portions 36c and 36i, and the portion between the through-portions 36g and 36j are equal to each other. Similarly, for the lowest sub-receiving surface 28, the size of the portion between the through portion 36h and the lower end of the receiving surface 24, the portion between the through portion 36i and the lower end of the receiving surface 24, and the portion between the through portion 36j and the lower end of the receiving surface 24 are equal to each other. Furthermore, the sizes of the above-mentioned portions are equal to each other among the three sub-receiving surfaces 28.

[0030] The mounting portion 40 is a portion used when the electric wire support 10A is attached to the railway car body structure 60, and in this embodiment, two mounting portions 40 are provided as described above. The two mounting portions 40 are formed continuously from the electric wire receiving portion 20 by bending two points at a right angle or a substantially right angle at the upper end of the electric wire receiving portion 20 toward the opposite side (the right side in FIG. 1(b)) from the receiving surface 24. For example, the two mounting portions 40 are overlapped below a flange 68 (see FIG. 6) formed on the upper part of the end inner surface 64 of the railway car body structure 60 so as to protrude toward the interior of the vehicle, and the portion of the mounting portion 40 that can be seen from the front as shown in FIG. 1(a) and both side portions are welded and fixed to the flange 68 using a welding torch 90. At this time, the through portions 36a to 36d located on both sides of the two mounting portions 40 are used as a welding work space into which the welding torch 90 is inserted as described above.

[0031] Next, referring to FIG. 2, the wire support 10B according to the second embodiment of the present invention is the same as the wire support 10A according to the first embodiment in that it includes a wire receiving portion 20 having three sub-receiving surfaces 28, a plurality of through-portions 36, and two mounting portions 40, but has a different overall shape. Specifically, the wire support 10B according to the second embodiment is longer in the lateral direction (left-right direction in FIG. 2(a)) than the wire support 10A according to the first embodiment, and a bent portion 32 is formed in the wire receiving portion 20. The bent portion 32 in this embodiment is formed by slightly bending the position between the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 and the sub-receiving surface 28 below it toward the opposite side to the receiving surface 24 (the right side in FIG. 2(b)). The two mounting portions 40 are bent toward the opposite side to the receiving surface 24 by a size such that each mounting portion 40 is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the lowermost sub-receiving surface 28 in a side view as shown in FIG. 2(b). That is, the two mounting portions 40 of the wire support 10B according to the second embodiment have a slightly smaller bending angle than the two mounting portions 40 of the wire support 10A according to the first embodiment.

[0032] The electric wire support 10B according to the second embodiment is provided with ten through-portions 36k to 36t. Among these, the through-portions 36l to 36n, 36p, 36q, 36s, and 36t are similar to the through-portions 36b to 36d, 36f, 36g, 36i, and 36j shown in FIG. 1, and therefore detailed description thereof will be omitted here. The through-portion 36k is formed by cutting out from above at a depth that passes through a part of the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 and reaches the upper end of the sub-receiving surface 28 below it in a front view as shown in FIG. 2(a), and is connected to the upper notch of the sub-receiving surface 28 located to the left of it. Therefore, the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 is formed intermittently in the lateral direction due to the influence of the through-portions 36k to 36m. In addition, the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 is in a state of being slightly inclined upward due to the bent portion 32.

[0033] The through-portion 36o is formed by being cut out and extending from the left to the right in FIG. 2(a) with a length not reaching the through-portion 36k, and the through-portion 36r is formed by being cut out and extending from the left to the right with a length not reaching the through-portion 36s. The through-portion 36k is located to the left of the left-side mounting portion 40 in FIG. 2(a) and above the sub-receiving surface 28 in the second stage from the top. The through-portion 36o is located between the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 and the sub-receiving surface 28 below it so as to separate them, and is further located at the left end of the wire receiving portion 20 in FIG. 2(a). Similarly, the through-portion 36r is located between the lowermost sub-receiving surface 28 and the sub-receiving surface 28 above it so as to separate them, and is further located at the left end of the wire receiving portion 20 in FIG. 2(a).

[0034] By providing the plurality of through-portions 36 as described above, the three sub-receiving surfaces 28 of the wire support 10B have equal vertical sizes in the portions separated in the vertical direction by the plurality of through-portions 36. Specifically, the vertical sizes of the following portions are equal within the same sub-receiving surface 28 and between different sub-receiving surfaces 28: That is, the portion between the upper end of receiving surface 24 and through portion 36o, the portion between the upper end of receiving surface 24 and through portion 36p, the portion between through portions 36n and 36q, the portion between through portions 36o and 36r, the portion between through portions 36k and 36r, the portion between through portions 36l and 36s, the portion between through portions 36p and 36s, the portion between through portions 36m and 36s, the portion between through portions 36q and 36t, the portion between through portion 36r and the lower end of receiving surface 24, the portion between through portion 36s and the lower end of receiving surface 24, and the portion between through portion 36t and the lower end of receiving surface 24.

[0035] Here, the above-mentioned vertical size of each sub-receiving surface 28 refers to the size of each sub-receiving surface 28 when viewed from the front. For this reason, in the electric wire support 10B in which the bent portion 32 is formed, the vertical size of the above-mentioned portion of the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 appears slightly smaller than the vertical size of the above-mentioned portion of the remaining two sub-receiving surfaces 28 when viewed from the front as in FIG. 2(a). Note that the electric wire support 10B according to the second embodiment also has a shape shown in FIG. 2 that is symmetrical in the front view as in FIG. 2(a). The basic roles of the electric wire receiving portion 20, the multiple through portions 36, and the two mounting portions 40 of the electric wire support 10B according to the second embodiment are similar to those of the electric wire support 10A according to the first embodiment.

[0036] Furthermore, referring to Fig. 3, the wire support 10C according to the third embodiment of the present invention is different from the wire support 10B according to the second embodiment in that it includes a wire receiving portion 20 having three sub-receiving surfaces 28 and a bent portion 32, a plurality of through portions 36, and two mounting portions 40, but has a different overall shape. Specifically, the wire support 10C according to the third embodiment is longer in the lateral direction (left-right direction in Fig. 3(a)) than the wire support 10B according to the second embodiment, and the distance between the two mounting portions 40 is also longer. Also, the left-right length in Fig. 3(a) of the lowermost sub-receiving surface 28 is longer to the right than the sub-receiving surface 28 above it.

[0037] In the electric wire support 10C according to the third embodiment, eleven through-portions 36u to 36ae are formed as the multiple through-portions 36. Among these, the through-portions 36u to 36w, 36y, and 36ab are similar to the through-portions 36a to 36c, 36e, and 36h shown in FIG. 1, and therefore detailed description thereof will be omitted here. The through-portion 36x is formed by cutting out from above and from the right to a depth that passes through a part of the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 and reaches the upper end of the sub-receiving surface 28 below it in a front view as shown in FIG. 3(a). The through-portions 36z and 36aa are formed in a hole shape extending in the lateral direction, and similarly, the through-portions 36ac and 36ad are also formed in a hole shape extending in the lateral direction. 3(a), the through portion 36ae is formed by cutting out from above and from the right to a depth that passes through the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 and a part of the sub-receiving surface 28 below it, and reaches the upper end of the lowermost sub-receiving surface 28. Therefore, the through portion 36ae is formed and connected to the through portion 36x.

[0038] 3(a) , the through portion 36x is located to the right of the right-side mounting portion 40 and above the second sub-receiving surface 28 from the top, and the through portion 36ae is located to the right of the second sub-receiving surface 28 from the top and above the bottom sub-receiving surface 28. The through portions 36z and 36aa are located between the top sub-receiving surface 28 and the sub-receiving surface 28 below it so as to separate them, and are further located between the through portions 36v and 36w. Similarly, the through portions 36ac and 36ad are located between the bottom sub-receiving surface 28 and the sub-receiving surface 28 above it so as to separate them, and are further located between the through portions 36ab and 36ae.

[0039] By providing the plurality of through-portions 36 as described above, the vertical sizes of the portions separated in the vertical direction by the plurality of through-portions 36 are equal for the three sub-receiving surfaces 28 of the wire support 10C. Specifically, the vertical sizes of the following portions are equal within the same sub-receiving surface 28 and between different sub-receiving surfaces 28: That is, the portion between through portions 36u and 36y, the portion between the upper end of receiving surface 24 and through portion 36z, the portion between the upper end of receiving surface 24 and through portion 36aa, the portion between through portions 36y and 36ab, the portion between through portions 36v and 36ac, the portion between through portions 36z and 36ac, the portion between through portions 36aa and 36ad, the portion between through portions 36w and 36ad, the portion between through portions 36x and 36ae, the portion between through portion 36ab and the lower end of receiving surface 24, the portion between through portion 36ac and the lower end of receiving surface 24, the portion between through portion 36ad and the lower end of receiving surface 24, and the portion between through portion 36ae and the lower end of receiving surface 24.

[0040] Here, the above-mentioned vertical size of each sub-receiving surface 28 refers to the size of each sub-receiving surface 28 when viewed from the front, and the wire support 10C has the bent portion 32 formed therein as described above. Therefore, in the front view as shown in Fig. 3(a), the vertical size of the above-mentioned portion of the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 appears slightly smaller than the vertical size of the above-mentioned portions of the remaining two sub-receiving surfaces 28. The basic roles of the wire receiving portion 20, the multiple through portions 36, and the two mounting portions 40 of the wire support 10C according to the third embodiment are similar to those of the wire support 10A according to the first embodiment.

[0041] 4 shows how a plurality (three) of electric wire bundles 80 are wired using an electric wire support 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention at the upper part of each end inner surface 64 of three different types of railway car body structures 60A to 60C. In each of the railway car body structures 60, three electric wire bundles 80 wired upward on the left side in the figure are fixed to four electric wire supports 10 installed at intervals in the width direction (left-right direction in the figure) of the railway car body structure 60, and wired across substantially the entire width direction. As described above, each of the electric wire supports 10 is installed by fixing the two mounting parts 40 to a flange 68 (see FIG. 6) installed along the ceiling part of the railway car body structure 60 by welding.

[0042] In the railway car body structure 60A of FIG. 4(a), two electric wire stays 10A according to the first embodiment are installed near the center in the width direction, an electric wire stay 10B according to the second embodiment is installed on the left side, and an electric wire stay 10C according to the third embodiment is installed on the right side. Similarly, in the railway car body structure 60B of FIG. 4(b), two electric wire stays 10A according to the first embodiment are installed near the center in the width direction, an electric wire stay 10B according to the second embodiment is installed on the left side, and an electric wire stay 10C according to the third embodiment is installed on the right side. In contrast, in the railway car body structure 60C of FIG. 4(c), two electric wire stays 10A according to the first embodiment are installed near the center in the width direction, an electric wire stay 10B according to the second embodiment is installed on the left side, and an electric wire stay 10B according to the second embodiment, which has a symmetrical shape to that of FIG. 2(a), is installed on the right side.

[0043] 1 to 3, in each of the electric wire supports 10, the electric wire bundles 80 are fixed along the three sub-receiving surfaces 28, and at this time, the electric wire bundles 80 are fixed by using fixing bundling means passed through the through-portions 36 located above and below each of the sub-receiving surfaces 28. In the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 intermittently provided in each electric wire support 10, the electric wire bundles 80 are wired, skipping the notched through-portions 36 (through-portions 36b and 36c in FIG. 1, through-portions 36k to 36m in FIG. 2, through-portions 36v and 36w in FIG. 3) that cause the intermittency. As a result, by attaching the electric wire support 10 via the attachment portion 40, the electric wire receiving portion 20 having the multiple sub-receiving surfaces 28 is arranged so that the multiple electric wire bundles 80 are wired by the electric wire receiving portion 20 in the width direction of the railway car body structure 60.

[0044] As shown in Fig. 4, wiring of a plurality of electric wire bundles 80 in a plurality of types of railway car body structures 60 is realized by three types of electric wire support 10, namely, the electric wire support 10A according to the first embodiment to the electric wire support 10C according to the third embodiment, taking into consideration the standardization of parts as much as possible. The three types of electric wire support 10A to 10C can be used selectively by considering the presence or absence of a screw member 72 (see Fig. 6) between the electric wire receiving portion 20 and the end inner surface 64, the installation interval of flanges 68 and the like to which the electric wires are attached that may be installed intermittently due to restrictions of other parts, the length of electric wire bundle 80 that can be fixed and supported by each electric wire support 10, and the like.

[0045] Here, the electric wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned configuration, and may have various configurations depending on the railway car body structure 60 to which it is to be installed. For example, the lateral size of the electric wire support 10 may be set arbitrarily depending on the length to which the electric wire bundle 80 needs to be fixed. In addition, the position, shape, and size of the multiple through-holes 36 may be set to any position, shape, and size that is considered appropriate, taking into consideration the workability of the attachment work such as welding and the wiring work using the fixing bundling means. Furthermore, the attachment parts 40 may be formed by a method other than bending at a right angle or a substantially right angle, and only one or three or more may be provided on each electric wire support 10, and the lateral interval in the case where multiple attachment parts are provided may also be set arbitrarily. In addition, the bent part 32 may be provided at two or more positions between the adjacent sub-receiving surfaces 28, not only at one position between the adjacent sub-receiving surfaces 28, and for example, the bent part 32 may be formed between the lowest sub-receiving surface 28 and the sub-receiving surface 28 above it in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3.

[0046] According to the embodiment of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration, the following effects can be obtained. That is, the electric wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an electric wire receiving portion 20, a plurality of through-portions 36, and an attachment portion 40, as shown in Figs. 1 to 3. The electric wire receiving portion 20 has a receiving surface 24 for receiving a plurality of electric wire bundles 80 (see Fig. 4) to be supported, and extends together with the receiving surface 24 in the wiring direction of the plurality of electric wire bundles 80 (left-right direction in the figure). The plurality of through-portions 36 are formed in the electric wire receiving portion 20 as holes or notches through which a fixing bundling means for bundling the electric wire bundles 80 is passed when the plurality of electric wire bundles 80 are fixed to the receiving surface 24 along the extension direction of the electric wire receiving portion 20. The attachment portion 40 is a portion provided continuously from the electric wire receiving portion 20 and attached to the railway car body structure 60 (see Fig. 4) in order to attach the electric wire support 10 to the railway car body structure 60. When mounting to the railway vehicle body structure 60, the mounting portion 40 is mounted so as to position the wire receiving portion 20 in an orientation such that the extension direction of the wire receiving portion 20 coincides with the wiring direction of the multiple wire bundles 80, as shown in FIG.

[0047] The electric wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured such that the above-mentioned electric wire receiving portion 20, the plurality of through portions 36, and the mounting portion 40 are integrally formed from a single plate-like member such as a steel plate by, for example, laser processing or bending processing. As a result, compared to a conventional electric wire support 100 (see FIG. 7) having a structure in which a plurality of steel plates are assembled in a grid shape by welding, it is possible to reduce both the number of parts and the number of manufacturing steps, thereby making it possible to reduce manufacturing costs. Furthermore, if it is a laser-processed product, it can be flexibly adapted to various shapes as long as the labor required for laser processing is not excessive, and shape changes can be easily accommodated.

[0048] In addition, in the electric wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the receiving surface 24 of the electric wire receiving portion 20 includes a plurality of sub-receiving surfaces 28, and the plurality of sub-receiving surfaces 28 extend laterally and are aligned vertically in a front view of the receiving surface 24 with the extension direction of the electric wire receiving portion 20 as the lateral direction as shown in (a) of Figs. 1 to 3. Among the plurality of sub-receiving surfaces 28, adjacent sub-receiving surfaces 28 are at least partially separated by a plurality of through-portions 36, in other words, at least some of the plurality of through-portions 36 are provided between adjacent sub-receiving surfaces 28. This allows a plurality of electric wire bundles 80 to be fixed in a distributed manner to the plurality of sub-receiving surfaces 28.

[0049] Furthermore, in the electric wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention, as described above, in a front view of the receiving surface 24 with the extension direction of the electric wire receiving portion 20 as the lateral direction, two points at the upper end of the electric wire receiving portion 20 are bent at a right angle or approximately at a right angle to the opposite side to the receiving surface 24 (the right side in (b) of Figs. 1 to 3), thereby forming two mounting portions 40. Through such two mounting portions 40, the electric wire support 10 is attached to, for example, a flange 68 (see Fig. 6) provided along the width direction of the railway car body structure 60 in a manner protruding toward the inside of the car at the upper part of the inner end surface 64 of the railway car body structure 60. As a result, the electric wire support 10 can be firmly attached to the railway car body structure 60 in such an orientation that the multiple electric wire bundles 80 are wired in the width direction of the railway car body structure 60, which is the wiring direction, along the multiple sub-receiving surfaces 28 located below the mounting portions 40.

[0050] In addition, the wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a cutout-shaped through-portion 36 cut out at least from above in a portion of the wire receiving portion 20 located on both sides of each of the two mounting portions 40 in a front view of the receiving surface 24 with the extension direction of the wire receiving portion 20 as the lateral direction and the two mounting portions 40 on the upper side as shown in (a) of Figs. 1 to 3. That is, such a cutout-shaped through-portion 36 is cut out from above the wire receiving portion 20 or from both the upper and lateral ends of the wire receiving portion 20 depending on the distance from both lateral ends of the wire receiving portion 20 to each mounting portion 40. At least one of the two through-portions 36 located on both lateral sides of each mounting portion 40 cuts out a part of the sub-receiving surface 28 located at the top in a front view of the receiving surface 24 as described above, and reaches the upper end of the sub-receiving surface 28 in the second tier from the top. That is, the through-portions 36b and 36c in FIG. 1, the through-portions 36k to 36m in FIG. 2, and the through-portions 36v to 36x in FIG.

[0051] As a result, on both sides in the lateral direction of each mounting portion 40, through-portions 36 (through-portions 36a and 36d in FIG. 1, through-portion 36n in FIG. 2, through-portion 36u in FIG. 3) cut out from both the upper and lateral ends of the wire receiving portion 20 and through-portions 36 cut out to the upper end of the sub-receiving surface 28 in the second stage from the top are formed. With this configuration, it is possible to secure a working space for welding or the like on both sides of each mounting portion 40 in the lateral direction in order to attach both sides of the mounting portion 40 formed by bending to the railway car body structure 60. As a result, in addition to the parts of each mounting portion 40 that can be seen from the front, both sides of each mounting portion 40 can also be attached by welding or the like, so that the wire support 10 can be fixed more firmly. Furthermore, by securing the working space, the mounting work can be performed smoothly.

[0052] Also, by providing a working space by forming the notched through portion 36 as described above, the distance from the mounting portion 40 to the uppermost sub-receiving surface 28 can be made shorter than in the conventional wire support 100 having a simple lattice structure, which required a working space for mounting between the mounting portion 102 to the railway car body structure 60 and the portion 104 for receiving the electric wire bundle 80, as shown in FIG. 7. In other words, as shown in FIG. 5(a), the entirety of the multiple sub-receiving surfaces 28 for receiving the electric wire bundle 80 can be disposed at a higher position than in the conventional wire support 100 as shown in FIG. 5(b), and as a result, the multiple electric wire bundles 80 can be wired at a higher position. Therefore, interference with other members installed near the mounting destination of the electric wire support 10, such as near the upper portion of the end inner surface 64 of the railway car body structure 60, can be reduced, making it easier to perform wiring work and contributing to an expansion of the installation space for other members. Moreover, the above-mentioned smooth installation work, easy wiring work, and lower material costs due to the higher position of the sub-receiving surface 28 can further reduce costs.

[0053] 2 and 3, the wire support 10B, 10C according to the second and third embodiments of the present invention has a bent portion 32 in which the wire receiving portion 20 is bent toward the opposite side to the receiving surface 24, and this bent portion 32 is provided at at least one position between adjacent sub-receiving surfaces 28 of the plurality of sub-receiving surfaces 28. The two mounting portions 40 are bent toward the opposite side to the receiving surface 24 to a size such that the two mounting portions 40 are orthogonal or nearly orthogonal to the sub-receiving surface 28 located at the lowest level in a side view of the wire receiving portion 20 with the two mounting portions 40 on the upper side as shown in FIG. 2(b) and FIG. 3(b). In other words, since the lowest sub-receiving surface 28 is located below the bending portion 32, a two-stage folding, namely folding at the two mounting portions 40 and folding at the bending portion 32, is combined to realize a positional relationship in which the lowest sub-receiving surface 28 and the two mounting portions 40 are perpendicular or nearly perpendicular when viewed from the side.

[0054] As a result, compared to a case where the bent portion 32 is not formed in the electric wire receiving portion 20 and the positional relationship between the lowest sub-receiving surface 28 and the two mounting portions 40 as described above is realized only by bending the two mounting portions 40, the two mounting portions 40 can be arranged at a position shifted toward the opposite side of the receiving surface 24 in a side view from the lowest sub-receiving surface 28. For reference, FIG. 6 shows an electric wire support 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention in (a) and an electric wire support 110 for comparison as described above in (b). The above-mentioned arrangement makes it easier to access the two mounting portions 40 from the front (left side in the figure), and for example, in the case of attachment by welding, it is easier to insert a welding torch 90 into the front portion of the mounting portion 40, which makes it possible to improve the workability of welding the welded portion 44. Furthermore, by bending in two stages, even if a screw member 72 screwed into the end inner surface 64 is positioned between the end inner surface 64 of the railway vehicle body 60 and the electric wire receiving portion 20, it is possible to easily position the sub-receiving surface 28 below the bending portion 32 in a position that does not interfere with such screw member 72.

[0055] As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is such that, in a front view of the receiving surface 24 with the extension direction of the wire receiving portion 20 as the lateral direction, the vertical sizes of the portions of the sub-receiving surfaces 28 at least partially separated by the through-portions 36 are equal to each other. As a result, when fixing the wiring bundle 80, the work can be performed using a fixing bundling means of the same length at multiple positions in the lateral direction of each of the sub-receiving surfaces 28 that have the same vertical size. This makes it possible to simplify the work of fixing the wiring bundle 80 and reduce the length of the fixing bundling means used. Furthermore, the worker who performs the work of fixing the wiring bundle 80 is prompted to fix the wiring bundle 80 by wrapping the fixing bundling means around the multiple positions in the lateral direction of each of the sub-receiving surfaces 28 where the fixing work is easy to perform because the sizes in the vertical direction are equal as described above. This makes it possible to easily standardize the positions at which the fixing bundling means is wound around the wiring bundle 80 on each sub-receiving surface 28 and fixed, regardless of the worker performing the fixing work.

[0056] 1 to 3, the electric wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention has at least some of the multiple through-portions 36 formed as holes or notches between adjacent sub-receiving surfaces 28, extending laterally, i.e., in the extending direction of the electric wire receiving portion 20. This improves the degree of freedom of the fixing bundling work using the fixing bundling means passed through the through-portions 36, and can flexibly accommodate, for example, wiring work including an electric wire bundle 80 wired in the width direction of the railway car body structure 60 and an electric wire joining from the ceiling part of the railway car body structure 60, etc.

[0057] In addition, the electric wire support 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is installed at intervals from each other in the wiring direction of the electric wire bundles 80, for example, in the width direction of the railway car body structure 60 in FIG. 4. The installation intervals and installation positions of the electric wire support 10 may be set in consideration of the specified intervals required to support the electric wire bundles 80 and constraints due to the positional relationship with other members at the upper part of the end inner surface 64, which differ from one another in various railway car body structures 60. Furthermore, the shape and size of each electric wire support 10 are made common as much as possible while satisfying the above-mentioned constraints, and for example, in FIG. 4, the wiring of the electric wire bundles 80 in the various types of railway car body structures 60 is realized by three types of electric wire support 10A to 10C. This makes it possible to handle long-distance wiring of the electric wire bundles 80 in the width direction, etc., at the upper part of the end inner surface 64 in the various types of railway car body structures 60 without any problems while suppressing costs.

[0058] On the other hand, the method of supporting a bundle of electric wires in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention can be carried out using the electric wire support 10 (10A to 10C) as described above, thereby achieving the same effects as those of the electric wire support 10 in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
