[0008] Hereinafter, the first embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The remodeling fixture 1 according to this embodiment is a remodeling fixture for remodeling in which a new frame 3 is attached to an existing frame 2 in a state in which the existing frame 2 is attached to an opening of a building skeleton 100.
[0009] In this specification, the prospective direction is the direction along the indoor / outdoor direction of the remodeled fitting 1. The prospective direction is the direction along the surface direction of the surface material of the remodeled fitting 1, and is the direction perpendicular to the prospective direction. The "prospective surface" means the surface of the remodeled fitting 1 facing the outdoor side and the indoor side, and the "prospective surface" means the surface of the remodeled fitting 1 extending in the indoor / outdoor direction. In the drawings, the outdoor side of the remodeled fitting 1 is the "outdoor side X1", and the indoor side of the remodeled fitting 1 is the "indoor side X2". The horizontal direction when the remodeled fitting 1 is viewed from the front is the "left / right". The direction toward the center of the remodeled fitting 1 when viewed from the front is the "inward", and the direction away from the center of the remodeled fitting 1 is the "outward".
[0010] The remodeling fixture 1 shown in this embodiment is a remodeling sash of a sliding window type that is fitted into an opening of a wooden building structure 100. As shown in FIG. 1, the remodeling fixture 1 has an existing frame 2, a new frame 3, two shoji screens 41, 42, and one screen door 43 (see FIG. 2 and FIG. 3). The existing frame 2 is attached to the opening of the building structure 100 around the four sides, top, bottom, left and right. The new frame 3 is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2 around the four sides, top, bottom, left and right. The shoji screens 41, 42 and the screen door 43 are fitted inside the new frame 3 so that they can slide left and right. As shown in FIG. 1, a crescent lock 44 is attached to the shoji screen 41 arranged on the indoor side X2. In FIG. 1, the screen door 43 is not shown.
[0011] 2 and 3, the existing frame 2 is formed by assembling four frame members, an existing upper frame 21, an existing lower frame 22, and a pair of existing left and right vertical frames 23, 24, in a rectangular shape, and is attached to the inside of an opening in the pre-renovation building skeleton 100. [0014] The indoor side protruding plate 21c is formed to extend in the forward direction at the indoor side X2 end of the existing upper frame 21, and is disposed along the underside of the outdoor side X1 end of the frame member 101. Above the opening of the building skeleton 100, the existing upper frame 21 has its indoor side X2 end fixed to the frame member 101 of the building skeleton 100 via the indoor side protruding plate 21c, and is also fixed to the building skeleton 100 at the upward extension plate 21d.
[0015] 2 and 5, the existing lower frame 22 is disposed at the bottom of the opening of the building skeleton 100, and is fixed at a position offset toward the outdoor side X1 of the opening. The existing lower frame 22 is formed in a stepped shape. The existing lower frame 22 is made up of an upper step 22a provided on the indoor side X2, a middle step 22c provided below the outdoor side X1 of the upper step 22a via a step 22b, a lower step 22e provided below the outdoor side X1 of the middle step 22c via a step 22d having a step middle step 22d1, an indoor side wall 22f rising upward from the end of the upper step 22a on the indoor side X2, and an indoor side protruding plate 22g protruding from the upper end of the indoor side wall 22f to the indoor side X2. It has a pair of guide rails 221a, 221b for existing shoji screens that protrude upward, a guide rail 221c for an existing screen door, a downward extending wall portion 22h that extends downward from the end of the upper portion 22a on the indoor side X2, a hollow frame portion 22i having a hollow portion at the bottom of the middle portion 22c and including part of the middle portion 22c and the step 22d, and a downward extending plate 22j that protrudes downward from the end of the hollow frame portion 22i on the indoor side X2.
[0016] The guide rail 221a is provided midway in the forward direction of the upper stage 22a. The guide rail 221b is provided at the top of the end of the step 22d on the interior side X2 of the boundary between the middle stage 22c and the lower stage 22e. The guide rail 221c is provided at the end of the lower stage 22e on the exterior side X1 of the outermost side X1 of the existing lower frame 22. The height of the existing lower frame 22 is gradually reduced from the guide rail 221a on the interior side X2 to the guide rail 221c on the exterior side X1.
[0017] The indoor side protruding plate 22g is formed extending in the forward direction and is disposed along the upper surface of the outdoor side X1 end of the frame member 101. The existing lower frame 22 is fixed at the indoor side X2 end to the frame member 101 of the building skeleton 100 above the opening of the building skeleton 100 via the indoor side protruding plate 22g, and is fixed to the building skeleton 100 by the downward extension plate 22j.
[0018] As shown in Fig. 3, the existing vertical frames 23, 24 are disposed at both ends in the left-right direction of the opening of the building skeleton 100, and are fixed at positions biased toward the outside X1 of the opening. The existing vertical frames 23, 24 have side extension plates 23a, 24a extending in the projection direction, outward protruding pieces 23b, 24b protruding outward in the left-right direction from the ends of the outside X1 of the side extension plates 23a, 24a, indoor wall portions 23c, 24c rising inward in the left-right direction from the ends of the indoor side X2 of the side extension plates 23a, 24a, indoor protruding plates 23d, 24d protruding from the inner ends in the left-right direction of the indoor wall portions 23c, 24c to the inside X2, and outward extending plates 23e, 24e protruding outward in the left-right direction from the middle of the projection direction of the side extension plates 23a, 24a.
[0019] The indoor-side protruding plates 23d, 24d are formed to extend in the forward direction at the indoor-side X2 ends of the existing vertical frames 23, 24, and are disposed along the inner side surfaces on the inner left-right direction of the frame member 101. The existing vertical frames 23, 24 have the indoor-side X2 ends fixed to the frame member 101 of the building skeleton 100 via the indoor-side protruding plates 23d, 24d on the sides of the opening in the building skeleton 100, and are fixed to the building skeleton 100 by the outward extending plates 23e, 24e.
[0020] The new frame 3 of this embodiment is a dedicated frame formed exclusively for the existing frame 2 so as to correspond to the shape of the existing frame 2. As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the new frame 3 is attached to the inner periphery side extending from the existing frame 2 to the frame member 101 in a state in which four frame members, a new upper frame 31, a new lower frame 32, and a pair of new vertical frames 33 and 34, are assembled in advance into a rectangular shape. In detail, the new frame 3 is arranged on the inner periphery side of the existing frame 2 and the frame member 101 by pulling it into the inner periphery side X2 after being brought out from the indoor side X2 of the opening of the building skeleton 100 in a pre-assembled four-sided state. The new frame 3 arranged on the inner periphery side of the existing frame 2 and the frame member 101 is fixed to the building skeleton 100 on the indoor side X2 from the existing frame 2 by screws SC1, SC2, SC3, and SC4, which are fixing members.
[0021] Next, the configurations of the new upper frame 31, the new lower frame 32, and the pair of new vertical frames 33, 34 on the left and right sides of the new frame 3 will be explained individually.
[0022] First, the newly installed upper frame 31 will be described.
[0023] As shown in FIG. 4, the new upper frame 31 extends in the left-right direction along the length of the existing upper frame 21. The new upper frame 31 has a length in the front direction extending from the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21 to the vicinity of the center of the front direction of the frame member 101. The new upper frame 31 is divided into two in the front direction into an exterior frame member 311 and an interior frame member 312. The exterior frame member 311 and the interior frame member 312 are both metal frame members, and are each made of an extruded shape extruded in the length direction from a metal material such as aluminum. A connecting member 313 is disposed between the exterior frame member 311 and the interior frame member 312. The exterior frame member 311 and the interior frame member 312 are integrally connected by the connecting member 313. The connecting member 313 is made of a material having thermal insulation properties such as resin, and blocks the transfer of heat from the exterior frame member 311 to the interior frame member 312 in the new upper frame 31.
[0024] The new upper frame 31 has a pair of guide rails 314a, 314b for the two shoji screens 41, 42 that are placed inside the new frame 3, and a guide rail 314c for the screen door 43 that is placed on the outermost side X1 of the new frame 3. The guide rails 314b, 314c are arranged on the outer frame member 311 and protrude downward. The guide rail 314a is arranged adjacent to the connecting member 313 in the inner frame member 312 and protrudes downward. The guide rails 314a, 314b, 314c extend over the entire length of the new upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction.
[0025] As shown in FIG. 4, the outdoor frame member 311 has a hollow portion 3111 having a substantially rectangular cross section extending from a portion where the guide rail 314b is disposed to the connecting member 313, and a hollow portion 3112 having a substantially rectangular cross section disposed continuously to the indoor side X2 of the hollow portion 3111. The upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311 is formed with a fin member mounting groove 311b disposed on the outdoor side X1, and a heated foaming material mounting recess 311c disposed on the indoor side X2 of the fin member mounting groove 311b. The fin member mounting groove 311b is open upward, has a predetermined width in the projection direction, and is formed to extend over the entire length of the newly-installed upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction. The heated foaming material mounting recess 311c is open upward, extends a predetermined length in the projection direction, and is formed to extend over the entire length of the newly-installed upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction.
[0026] The heated foaming material 711 is attached to the heated foaming material attachment recess 311c. The heated foaming material 711 is formed with a predetermined thickness, has a width in the projection direction, and extends over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the new upper frame 31. In this way, the heated foaming material 711 is attached to the upper surface 311a (projection surface) of the outdoor-side frame member 311 of the new upper frame 31 so as to foam toward the existing upper frame 21.
[0027] The heated foaming material 711 is attached to the upper surface 311a (surface on the existing upper frame 21 side, prospective surface) of the outdoor frame member 311 of the new upper frame 31 on the space side where the existing upper frame 21 is arranged, and foams in the thickness direction due to the heat of the flame when a fire occurs, so that it foams toward the existing upper frame 21 on the upper side. As a result, when a fire occurs, the heated foaming material 711 can seal the gap between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31. Therefore, when a fire occurs, it is possible to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from the outdoor side X1 or the indoor side X2 between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31, or to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31 to the outdoor side X1 or the indoor side X2.
[0028] An elastic fin member 317 (partition member) is attached to the fin member mounting groove 311b. The fin member 317 is fixed to the upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311 at a portion of the upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311 on the outdoor side X1. The fin member 317 is formed to protrude upward from the fin member mounting groove 311b formed in the upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311 toward the existing upper frame 21 side so as to be close to the guide rail 211b of the existing upper frame 21. The fin member 317 is formed to extend over the entire length of the new upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction.
[0029] The fin member 317 is disposed near the indoor side X2 of the heated foaming material 711 in the space between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31. The fin member 317 is disposed between the new upper frame 31 and the existing upper frame 21, and divides the space in which the heated foaming material 711 foams.
[0030] The fin member 317 is disposed in a portion adjacent to the exterior side X1 of the heated foaming material 711 so that the heated foaming material 711 does not spread to the exterior side X1 when the heated foaming material 711 foams. In this way, the fin member 317 partitions the heated foaming material 711 into the exterior side X1 and the interior side X2 midway in the projection direction so as to narrow the space in which the heated foaming material 711 foams, thereby reducing the amount of the heated foaming material 711 used.
[0031] Furthermore, by providing the fin members 317, even if rainwater seeps into the new upper frame 31 between the outdoor side wall portion 315 and the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21, the water flows left and right through the outdoor side extension portion 3113 and is drained to the outer periphery side of the new vertical frames 33, 34, and infiltration into the indoor side X2 is suppressed. Even if a large amount of rainwater seeps into the outdoor side extension portion 3113, the fin members 317 prevent the water from seeping into the indoor side X2. Because the fin members 317 are elastic, they can bend elastically even if they come into contact with the existing upper frame 21 etc. when the new upper frame 31 is disposed on the inner periphery side of the existing upper frame 21.
[0032] The indoor frame member 312 has a hollow portion 3121 with a generally rectangular cross section that extends from the connecting member 313 toward the indoor side X2. A heated foaming material mounting recess 312b arranged on the outdoor side X1 and a heated foaming material mounting recess 312c arranged closer to the indoor side X2 than the heated foaming material mounting recess 312b are formed on the upper surface 312a of the indoor frame member 312. The heated foaming material mounting recesses 312b and 312c are formed to open upward and extend a predetermined length in the projection direction, and to extend over the entire length of the newly-installed upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction.
[0033] The heated foaming materials 712, 713 are attached to the heated foaming material attachment recesses 312b, 312c. The heated foaming materials 712, 713 are formed with a predetermined thickness, have a width in the projection direction, and extend over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the new upper frame 31. As a result, the heated foaming material 712 is attached to the outside side X1 and the heated foaming material 713 is attached to the inside side X2 of the upper surface 312a (projection surface) of the indoor side frame member 312 of the new upper frame 31 so as to foam toward the existing upper frame 21.
[0034] The heated foaming materials 712, 713 are attached to the upper surface 312a (surface on the existing upper frame 21 side, prospective surface) of the indoor frame member 312 of the new upper frame 31 on the space side where the existing upper frame 21 is arranged, and foam in the thickness direction due to the heat of the flame when a fire occurs, so that the foaming material foams toward the existing upper frame 21 on the upper side. As a result, when a fire occurs, the heated foaming materials 712, 713 can seal the gap between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31. Therefore, when a fire occurs, it is possible to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from the outside X1 or the inside X2 between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31, or to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31 to the outside X1 or the inside X2.
[0035] The upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311 and the upper surface 312a of the indoor frame member 312 are all arranged on the same plane, except for the fin member mounting groove 311b and the heated foaming material mounting recesses 311c, 312b, 312c, and are arranged flush with each other in the projection direction of the newly installed upper frame 31. The fin member mounting groove 311b and the heated foaming material mounting recesses 311c, 312b, 312c are formed recessed downward from the upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311 and the upper surface 312a of the indoor frame member 312. The heated foaming materials 711, 712, 713 and the connecting member 313 do not protrude above these upper surfaces 311a, 312a.
[0036] The outdoor frame member 311 has an outdoor extension 3113 integrally therewith, which extends toward the outdoor side X1 at a position lower than the upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311. The outdoor extension 3113 is disposed at the end of the outdoor side X1 of the new upper frame 31. The outdoor extension 3113 is disposed between the guide rails 314b and 314c in the projection direction. The outdoor extension 3113 also functions as a drainage groove that drains rainwater that has infiltrated the upper surface of the new upper frame 31 in the projection direction in the left-right direction without flowing into the indoor side X2.
[0037] A heated foaming material mounting recess 3113a is formed on the upper surface of the outdoor extension portion 3113. The heated foaming material mounting recess 3113a is formed to open upward and extend a predetermined length in the projection direction, and to extend over the entire length of the newly installed upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction.
[0038] A heated foaming material 714 is attached to the heated foaming material attachment recess 3113a. The heated foaming material 714 is formed with a predetermined thickness, has a width in the projection direction, and extends over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the newly-installed upper frame 31. In this way, the heated foaming material 714 is attached to the upper surface (projection surface) of the outdoor-side extending portion 3113 of the newly-installed upper frame 31 so as to foam toward the existing upper frame 21.
[0039] The heated foaming material 714 is attached to the upper surface (visible surface) of the outdoor extension portion 3113 of the new upper frame 31 on the side of the space where the existing upper frame 21 is arranged, and foams in the thickness direction due to the heat of the flame when a fire occurs, so that it foams toward the existing upper frame 21 on the upper side. As a result, when a fire occurs, the heated foaming material 714 can seal the gap between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31. Therefore, when a fire occurs, it is possible to suppress the heat of the flame from flowing in between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31 from the outdoor side X1 or the indoor side X2, or to suppress the heat of the flame from flowing out from between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31 to the outdoor side X1 or the indoor side X2.
[0040] An outdoor wall portion 315 extending upward in the viewing direction is provided integrally with the outdoor-most X1 portion of the outdoor extension portion 3113. The outdoor wall portion 315 protrudes further upward than the upper surfaces 311a, 312a of the outdoor frame member 311 and the indoor frame member 312, and is disposed so as to overlap, from the outdoor side X1, the outdoor side surface 211d of the guide rail 211c at the outdoor-most X1 position of the existing upper frame 21. As a result, the outdoor side surface 211d (outdoor portion) of the guide rail 211c is disposed to be covered by the outdoor wall portion 315 (outdoor portion) of the newly-installed upper frame 31.
[0041] A heated foaming material mounting frame 315a is formed on the indoor side X2 surface of the lower part of the outdoor side wall portion 315 that does not overlap with the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21. The heated foaming material mounting frame 315a is formed to open toward the indoor side X2, extend a predetermined length in the vertical direction, and extend over the entire length of the newly-installed upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction.
[0042] The heated foaming material 715 is attached to the heated foaming material attachment frame 315a. The heated foaming material 715 is formed with a predetermined thickness, has a width in the vertical direction, and extends over the entire length of the newly-installed upper frame 31. As a result, the heated foaming material 715 is attached to the indoor side X2 surface (visible surface) of the lower portion of the outdoor side wall portion 315 that does not overlap with the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21 so as to foam toward the existing upper frame 21.
[0043] The heated foaming material 715 is attached to the surface (visible surface) of the indoor side X2 of the space side where the existing upper frame 21 is arranged in the lower part of the outdoor side wall portion 315 of the new upper frame 31 that does not overlap with the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21, and foams in the thickness direction due to the heat of the flame when a fire occurs, so that it foams toward the existing upper frame 21 arranged in the space on the indoor side X2. As a result, when a fire occurs, the heated foaming material 715 can seal the gap between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31.
[0044] A heated foaming material mounting frame portion 315b recessed toward the outdoor side X1 is formed on the indoor side X2 surface of the upper portion of the outdoor side wall portion 315 that is arranged to overlap the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21. The heated foaming material mounting frame portion 315b is formed to open toward the indoor side X2, extend a predetermined length in the vertical direction, and extend over the entire length of the newly-installed upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction.
[0045] A heated foaming material 716 is attached to the heated foaming material attachment frame portion 315b. The heated foaming material 716 is formed with a predetermined thickness, has a width in the vertical direction, and extends over the entire length of the newly-installed upper frame 31. As a result, the heated foaming material 716 is attached to the indoor side X2 surface (visible surface) of the upper portion of the outdoor side wall portion 315 of the newly-installed upper frame 31 that is arranged to overlap with the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21, so as to foam toward the existing upper frame 21.
[0046] The heated foaming material 716 is attached to the surface (visible surface) of the indoor side X2 on the space side where the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21 is arranged in the upper part of the outdoor side wall 315 that is arranged to overlap the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21, and foams in the thickness direction due to the heat of the flame when a fire occurs, so that it foams toward the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21. As a result, when a fire occurs, the heated foaming material 716 can close the gap between the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21 and the outdoor side wall 315 of the new upper frame 31. Therefore, when a fire occurs, it is possible to suppress the heat of the flame from flowing in between the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21 and the outdoor side wall 315 of the new upper frame 31, or to suppress the heat of the flame from flowing out from between the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21 and the outdoor side wall 315 of the new upper frame 31.
[0047] A decorative material 316 (covering material) made of a metal material such as aluminum is attached to the exterior wall portion 315 so as to be detachable from the exterior side X1. The decorative material 316 covers the exterior wall portion 315, and extends upward in the visibility direction beyond the existing upper frame 21, forming the visibility surface of the exterior side X1 of the newly installed upper frame 31. The decorative material 316 covers and conceals the sealing material 104 exposed between the existing upper frame 21 and the exterior wall material 102 from the exterior side X1.
[0048] An attachment portion 318 for fixing the new upper frame 31 to the building skeleton 100 is integrally provided at the portion of the new upper frame 31 closest to the indoor side X2. The attachment portion 318 is arranged parallel to the upper surfaces 311a, 312a of the outdoor side frame member 311 and the indoor side frame member 312, and extends in a plate shape from an upper portion of the end surface of the indoor side X2 of the indoor side frame member 312 toward the indoor side X2.
[0049] At least a pair of protrusions 3181 extending in the longitudinal direction of the new upper frame 31 are provided on the upper surface of the mounting portion 318. The pair of protrusions 3181 protrude slightly upward from the upper surface of the mounting portion 318 and are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval in the projection direction.
[0050] The new upper frame 31 of the new frame 3 assembled on all four sides into a rectangle is positioned on the inner periphery of the area extending from the existing upper frame 21 to the frame member 101. The exterior frame member 311 of the new upper frame 31 is positioned below the existing upper frame 21. The interior frame member 312 of the new upper frame 31 is positioned below the frame member 101.
[0051] As shown in Fig. 4, when a gap is formed between the newly-installed upper frame 31 and the frame member 101, a spacer member 301 is arranged to fill the gap. The spacer member 301 is composed of one or more sheets. The spacer member 301 is formed in a piece shape with a predetermined width in the longitudinal direction of the newly-installed upper frame 31, and is arranged at a plurality of locations spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the newly-installed upper frame 31. The thickness of the sheets constituting the spacer member 301 and the number of layers of the sheets are appropriately set according to the size of the gap between the indoor side frame member 312 of the newly-installed upper frame 31 and the frame member 101, etc.
[0052] The portion of the upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311 on the indoor side X2, the upper surface 312a of the indoor frame member 312, the mounting portion 318, and the connecting member 313 abut against and overlap the spacer member 301. The new upper frame 31 of the four-sided assembled new frame 3 is fixed to the building skeleton 100 on the indoor side X2 rather than the existing upper frame 21 by a screw SC1 that penetrates the mounting portion 318 and the spacer member 301 from the indoor side X2. The screw SC1 penetrates between a pair of protrusions 3181 of the mounting portion 318. The pair of protrusions 3181 abut against the spacer member 301 and suppress deformation of the mounting portion 318 when the tightening torque of the screw SC1 is applied.
[0053] When the new frame 3 is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2, there is no other member between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31 for attaching the new upper frame 31 to the existing upper frame 21. The new upper frame 31 is arranged so as to directly face the inner periphery of the existing upper frame 21 from above and below. Therefore, the new upper frame 31 can be arranged as close as possible to the existing upper frame 21. Since the new upper frame 31 is not fixed to the existing upper frame 21, even if the existing upper frame 21 is distorted, the new upper frame 31 can be attached without being affected by the state of the distortion. Since the screw SC1 does not contact the existing upper frame 21, heat is not transferred between the existing upper frame 21 and the indoor frame member 312 of the new upper frame 31 via the screw SC1.
[0054] Between the pair of guide rails 314a, 314b of the new upper frame 31, a rail-to-rail cover 3114 made of resin or wood-derived material is attached. The rail-to-rail cover 3114 is disposed across the lower surface of the outdoor frame member 311 and the lower surface side of the connecting member 313 so as to substantially shield the space between the guide rails 314a, 314b of the new upper frame 31. As shown in FIG. 4, the rail-to-rail cover 3114 has a double structure constituted by an upper plate portion 3114a, a lower plate portion 3114b disposed substantially parallel to the lower side of the upper plate portion 3114a, and a plurality of connecting plate portions 3114c connecting the upper plate portion 3114a and the lower plate portion 3114b. The rail-to-rail cover 3114 suppresses the outside air temperature transmitted from the existing upper frame 21 side to the new upper frame 31 from being transmitted to the inner periphery side of the new upper frame 31.
[0055] As shown in Fig. 4, an angle member 319 made of resin or a material derived from wood is attached to the lower part of the end portion on the indoor side X2 of the indoor side frame member 312 of the newly installed upper frame 31. A cover material 3191 made of resin or a material derived from wood is integrally provided on the outdoor side X1 of the angle member 319. A decorative cover 51 made of resin is attached to the angle member 319 by screws 51a.
[0056] The decorative cover 51 extends continuously from the angle member 319 toward the room inside X2 and is disposed across the frame member 101. The decorative cover 51 fixed to the angle member 319 covers the newly installed upper frame 31 and the spacer member 301 between the angle member 319 and the frame member 101 from the room inside X2. The head of the screw SC1 is disposed inside the decorative cover 51. The boundary between the decorative cover 51 and the frame member 101 is shielded by a parting material 61 with an L-shaped cross section that is fixed to the frame member 101 by a screw 61a.
[0057] Next, the new lower frame 32 will be described.
[0058] As shown in FIG. 5, the new lower frame 32 extends in the left-right direction along the length of the existing lower frame 22. The new lower frame 32 has a length in the front direction extending from the guide rail 221c of the existing lower frame 22 to the vicinity of the center of the front direction of the frame member 101. The new lower frame 32 is divided into two in the front direction into an exterior frame member 321 and an interior frame member 322. The exterior frame member 321 and the interior frame member 322 are both metal frame members, and are each made of an extruded shape extruded in the length direction from a metal material such as aluminum. A connecting member 323 is disposed between the exterior frame member 321 and the interior frame member 322. The exterior frame member 321 and the interior frame member 322 are integrally connected by the connecting member 323. The connecting member 323 is made of a member having thermal insulation properties such as resin, and blocks the transfer of heat from the exterior frame member 321 to the interior frame member 322 in the new lower frame 32.
[0059] The new lower frame 32 has guide rails 324a, 324b, and 324c that protrude upward in correspondence with the guide rails 314a, 314b, and 314c of the new upper frame 31. The guide rails 324a, 324b, and 324c extend over the entire length of the new lower frame 32 in the longitudinal direction. The guide rail 324a on the innermost side X2 is disposed adjacent to the connecting member 323 at the outermost side X1 on the upper surface of the indoor frame member 322. The guide rail 324b is disposed near the center of the upper surface of the outdoor frame member 321 in the forward direction. The guide rail 324c is disposed at the outermost side X1 on the upper surface of the outdoor frame member 321.
[0060] 5, the outdoor frame member 321 has a hollow portion 3211 that bulges downward to match the shape of the existing lower frame 22. An upward inclined surface 3212 that rises from the outdoor side X1 toward the indoor side X2, formed on the lower surface of the outdoor frame member 321, is formed with a heated foaming material mounting recess 3212a that is recessed diagonally upward on the outdoor side X1. The heated foaming material mounting recess 3212a is formed to open diagonally downward on the indoor side X2, extend a predetermined length in the inclination direction of the upward inclined surface 3212, and extend over the entire length of the newly-installed lower frame 32 in the longitudinal direction.
[0061] The heated foaming material 721 is attached to the heated foaming material attachment recess 3212a. The heated foaming material 721 is formed to a predetermined thickness, has a width in the inclination direction of the upwardly inclined surface 3212 on the lower surface of the outdoor frame member 321, and extends over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the newly-installed lower frame 32. As a result, the heated foaming material 721 is attached to the upwardly inclined surface 3212 on the lower surface of the outdoor frame member 321 of the newly-installed lower frame 32 so as to foam toward the existing lower frame 22.
[0062] The heated foaming material 721 is attached to the upwardly inclined surface 3212 on the lower surface of the outdoor frame member 321 of the new lower frame 32 on the side of the space where the existing lower frame 22 is arranged, and foams in the thickness direction due to the heat of the flame when a fire occurs, so that it foams toward the existing lower frame 22. As a result, when a fire occurs, the heated foaming material 721 can seal the gap between the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32. Therefore, when a fire occurs, it is possible to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from the outdoor side X1 or the indoor side X2 between the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32, or to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from between the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32 to the outdoor side X1 or the indoor side X2.
[0063] The indoor frame member 322 has a hollow portion 3221 with a generally rectangular cross section extending from the connecting member 323 toward the indoor side X2. A step portion 3222 having an upwardly recessed shape is formed in a portion of the lower surface of the indoor frame member 322 facing the outdoor side X1. Two step legs 3223 protruding downward are formed in a portion of the lower surface of the indoor frame member 322 facing the indoor side X2.
[0064] A height adjustment member 325 is attached to a portion of the outside side X1 of the new lower frame 32. The height adjustment member 325 extends downward from the new lower frame 32 and is placed on the upper surface of the lower stage 22e between the guide rails 221b, 221c of the existing lower frame 22. By adjusting the height adjustment member 325, the height of the outside side X1 of the new lower frame 32 is adjusted.
[0065] A decorative material 326 (cover material) made of a metal material such as aluminum is attached detachably from the outside surface X1 to the side surface of the new sill 32 on the outside surface X1. The decorative material 326 covers the height adjustment member 325, and extends downward in the visibility direction further than the existing sill 22, forming the visibility surface of the new sill 32. The decorative material 326 covers and conceals the sealing material 104 exposed between the existing sill 22 and the exterior wall material 102 from the outside surface X1.
[0066] An attachment portion 327 for fixing the new lower frame 32 to the building skeleton 100 is integrally provided at the portion of the new lower frame 32 closest to the indoor side X2. The attachment portion 327 extends in a plate shape from a lower portion of the end face of the indoor side X2 of the indoor side frame member 322 toward the indoor side X2.
[0067] At least a pair of protrusions 3271 extending in the longitudinal direction of the new lower frame 32 are provided on the lower surface of the mounting portion 327. The pair of protrusions 3271 protrude slightly downward from the lower surface of the mounting portion 327 and are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval in the projection direction.
[0068] In the new frame 3 assembled on all four sides into a rectangle, the new lower frame 32 is disposed on the inner periphery of the portion extending from the existing lower frame 22 to the frame member 101. The exterior frame member 321 of the new lower frame 32 is disposed above the existing lower frame 22. The interior frame member 322 of the new lower frame 32 is disposed above the frame member 101.
[0069] The mounting portion 327 abuts against the frame member 101. The new lower frame 32 in the four-sided assembled new frame 3 is fixed to the building skeleton 100 on the indoor side X2 closer to the existing lower frame 22 than the existing lower frame 22 by a screw SC2 that penetrates the mounting portion 327 from the indoor side X2. The screw SC2 penetrates between a pair of protrusions 3271 of the mounting portion 327. The pair of protrusions 3271 abut against the frame member 101 and suppress deformation of the mounting portion 327 when the fastening torque of the screw SC2 is applied.
[0070] As shown in FIG. 5, the spacer member 302 and the connecting support plate 35 are attached from below to the step portion 3222 of the indoor side frame member 322 of the newly installed lower frame 32 with screws 352b, filling the gap with the frame member 101.
[0071] The spacer member 302 is composed of one or more sheets. The spacer member 302 is formed in a piece shape with a predetermined width in the longitudinal direction of the new lower frame 32, and is arranged in a plurality of locations spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the new lower frame 32, or the spacer member 302 is arranged over the entire longitudinal length of the new lower frame 32. The thickness of the sheets constituting the spacer member 302 and the number of layers of the sheets are appropriately set according to the vertical depth of the step portion 3222 and the size of the gap between the indoor frame member 322 of the new lower frame 32 and the frame member 101, etc.
[0072] The connecting support plate 35 is made of a metal plate material such as aluminum, and is formed in a plate shape extending in the front direction as shown in Fig. 5. As shown in Fig. 5, the connecting support plate 35 is formed in a stepped shape, and extends from the indoor frame member 322, passing under the connecting member 323, to the outdoor frame member 321. As shown in Fig. 1, the connecting support plate 35 is formed in a piece shape with a predetermined width in the left-right direction, and is positioned near the center of the remodeled fitting 1 in the left-right direction.
[0073] Near the center in the left-right direction, which is the length direction of the new lower frame 32 where the connecting support plate 35 is provided, the mounting part 327 (see FIG. 5) of the new lower frame 32 and the two step leg parts 3223 (see FIG. 5) protruding downward from the indoor side X2 part of the underside of the indoor side frame member 322 are cut out by the width where the connecting support plate 35 is arranged. The connecting support plate 35 is provided near the center in the length direction of the new lower frame 32, at a location where the mounting part 327 (see FIG. 5) and the two step leg parts 3223 (see FIG. 5) of the new lower frame 32 are cut out and missing.
[0074] 5, the connecting support plate 35 connects the outdoor frame member 321 and the indoor frame member 322 in a state of supporting them from below, straddling the connecting member 323 that connects the outdoor frame member 321 and the indoor frame member 322 in the forward direction. The connecting support plate 35 has an outdoor upper plate 351 arranged on the outdoor side X1, an indoor lower plate 352 arranged on the indoor side X2 and at a position lower than the outdoor upper plate 351, and a downwardly inclined connecting plate 353 formed with a downward slope from the outdoor side X1 toward the indoor side X2, and connecting the outdoor upper plate 351 and the indoor lower plate 352.
[0075] The outdoor upper plate 351 is disposed on the outdoor side X1 and extends approximately horizontally in the forward direction. The outdoor upper plate 351 is disposed below the underside 321b of the outdoor frame member 321 at a portion adjacent to the connecting member 323, and abuts against the underside 321b of the outdoor frame member 321 at a portion adjacent to the connecting member 323, supporting the outdoor frame member 321 from below. The outdoor upper plate 351 is fixed to the lower part of the outdoor side X2 of the outdoor frame member 321 of the new lower frame 32 by screws 351a that penetrate the outdoor upper plate 351 and the lower part of the outdoor side X2 of the outdoor frame member 321 of the new lower frame 32.
[0076] The indoor side lower plate 352 is connected to the indoor side X2 of the outdoor side upper plate 351 via a downwardly inclined connecting plate 353, and extends approximately horizontally in the forward direction at a position lower than the outdoor side upper plate 351. The indoor side lower plate 352 protrudes toward the indoor side X2 beyond the end face of the indoor side X2 of the indoor side frame member 322 of the newly-installed lower frame 32, and extends to the same position as the tip of the mounting portion 327 of the newly-installed lower frame 32.
[0077] The indoor side lower plate 352 has an indoor side X2 portion fixed to the building structure 100 on the indoor side X2 rather than the existing lower frame 22 by a screw 352a penetrating the indoor side lower plate 352 from diagonally above. The screw 352a fixing the indoor side X2 portion of the indoor side lower plate 352 is a screw of similar size as the screw SC2 fixing the mounting portion 327 of the newly-installed lower frame 32 when viewed in the left-right direction, and is arranged at approximately the same position and at approximately the same inclination angle. The indoor side lower plate 352 has an outdoor side X1 portion fixed to the lower part of the indoor side frame member 322 by a screw 352b penetrating the indoor side lower plate 352, the spacer member 302, and the step portion 3222 of the indoor side frame member 322 from below.
[0078] Even if the resin-made connecting member 323 is burned in the event of a fire, the connecting support plate 35 connects the outdoor frame member 321 and the indoor frame member 322 and is formed of a metal plate material, so that separation between the outdoor frame member 321 and the indoor frame member 322 can be suppressed. As a result, even if the resin-made connecting member 323 is burned in the event of a fire, the strength of the newly-installed lower frame 32 can be maintained.
[0079] Furthermore, the connecting support plate 35 is fixed to the building structure 100 at the indoor side X2 portion by the screw 352a, and supports the indoor side frame member 322 of the newly-installed lower frame 32 from below at the outdoor side X1 portion. As a result, since the connecting support plate 35 is fixed to the building structure 100 at the indoor side X2 portion by the screw 352a, the connecting support plate 35 can support the outdoor side frame member 321 of the newly-installed lower frame 32 at the outdoor side X1 portion in a state where it is prevented from sagging downward.
[0080] When the new frame 3 is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2, there is no other member between the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32 for attaching the new lower frame 32 to the existing lower frame 22. The new lower frame 32 is arranged so as to directly face the inner periphery of the existing lower frame 22 from above and below. Therefore, the new lower frame 32 can be arranged as close as possible to the existing lower frame 22. Since the new lower frame 32 is not fixed to the existing lower frame 22, even if the existing lower frame 22 is distorted, it can be attached without being affected by the state of the distortion. Since the screw SC2 does not contact the existing lower frame 22, heat is not transferred between the existing lower frame 22 and the indoor frame member 322 of the new lower frame 32 via the screw SC2.
[0081] A cover material 3213 made of resin or wood-derived material is attached between the pair of guide rails 324a, 324b of the new lower frame 32. The cover material 3213 covers the side surface of the guide rail 324b on the indoor side X2 and extends toward the indoor side X2 to cover the upper surface of the outdoor frame member 321 and the upper surface side of the connecting member 323.
[0082] As shown in Fig. 5, an angle member 328 made of resin or wood-derived material is attached to the indoor side frame member 322 of the newly installed lower frame 32. A cover material 3281 made of resin or wood-derived material is integrally provided on the outdoor side X1 of the angle member 328. A resin decorative cover 52 is attached to the angle member 328 by a screw 52a.
[0083] The decorative cover 52 extends continuously from the angle member 328 toward the interior side X2 and is disposed across the frame member 101. The decorative cover 52 fixed to the angle member 328 covers the newly installed sill 32 between the angle member 328 and the frame member 101 from the interior side X2. The heads of the screws SC2 and 352a are disposed inside the decorative cover 52. The boundary between the decorative cover 52 and the frame member 101 is shielded by a parting material 62 with an L-shaped cross section that is fixed to the frame member 101 by a screw 62a.
[0084] Next, the new vertical frames 33, 34 will be described. The left and right new vertical frames 33, 34 have substantially the same structure, except that they are symmetrical. Therefore, the left new vertical frame 33 of the left and right new vertical frames 33, 34 will be mainly described. In the description of the right new vertical frame 34, a reference number corresponding to the left new vertical frame 33 in FIG. 3 may be used and its description omitted. In addition, the detailed description of the right new vertical frame 34 will be omitted by citing the description of the left new vertical frame 33 in FIG. 6.
[0085] As shown in Fig. 6, the new vertical frame 33 extends in the up-down direction along the length of the existing vertical frame 23. The new vertical frame 33 has a length in the projection direction extending from the end of the existing vertical frame 23 on the outside side X1 to near the center in the projection direction of the frame member 101. The new vertical frame 33 is a metal frame member, and is made of extruded shaped members extruded in the length direction from a metal material such as aluminum.
[0086] As shown in Fig. 6, the new vertical frame 33 has a hollow portion 331 having a substantially rectangular cross section arranged on the outdoor side X1, and a hollow portion 332 having a substantially rectangular cross section arranged on the indoor side X2. A heated foaming material mounting recess 331b arranged on the outdoor side X1 is formed on an outer side surface 331a on the left-right outer side of a portion corresponding to the hollow portion 331 of the new vertical frame 33. A heated foaming material mounting recess 332b arranged on the outdoor side X1 and a heated foaming material mounting recess 332c arranged on the indoor side X2 closer to the heated foaming material mounting recess 332b are formed on an outer side surface 332a on the left-right outer side of a portion corresponding to the hollow portion 332 of the new vertical frame 33.
[0087] The heated foaming material mounting recesses 331b, 332b, and 332c are formed to open outward in the left-right direction, extend a predetermined length in the projection direction, and extend over the entire length of the newly installed vertical frame 33. The heated foaming materials 731, 732, and 733 are mounted in the heated foaming material mounting recesses 331b, 332b, and 332c.
[0088] The heated foaming materials 731, 732, 733 are formed with a predetermined thickness, have a width in the projection direction, and extend over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the new vertical frame 33. As a result, the heated foaming material 731 is attached to the outside X1 of the outer surface 331a (projected surface) on the outside in the left-right direction of the outside X1 of the hollow portion 331 of the new vertical frame 33, the heated foaming material 732 is attached to the outside X1 of the outer surface 332a (projected surface) on the outside in the left-right direction of the hollow portion 332 of the new vertical frame 33, and the heated foaming material 733 is attached to the inside X2 of the room.
[0089] The heated foaming materials 731, 732, 733 are attached to the outer surfaces 331a, 332a (surfaces on the existing vertical frame 23 side, prospective surfaces) on the outer left-right side of the space side where the existing vertical frame 23 is arranged in the new vertical frame 33, and foam in the thickness direction due to the heat of the flame when a fire occurs, so that they foam toward the existing vertical frame 23 on the outer left-right direction. As a result, when a fire occurs, the heated foaming materials 731, 732, 733 can block the gap between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33. Therefore, when a fire occurs, it is possible to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from the outside X1 or the inside X2 between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33, or to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from the gap between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33 to the outside X1 or the inside X2.
[0090] The outer surface 331a corresponding to the hollow portion 331 and the outer surface 332a corresponding to the hollow portion 332 are all arranged on the same plane except for the portions where the heated foaming material mounting recesses 331b, 332b, 332c and other mounting recesses are provided, and are arranged flush with each other in the projection direction of the newly-installed vertical frame 33. The heated foaming material mounting recesses 331b, 332b, 332c and other mounting recesses are formed recessed inward in the left-right direction from the outer surfaces 331a, 332a of the newly-installed vertical frame 33. The heated foaming materials 731, 732, 733 do not protrude outward beyond these outer surfaces 331a, 332a.
[0091] An outdoor side wall portion 334 extending outward in the find direction is integrally provided at the outermost X1 portion of the new vertical frame 33. The outdoor side wall portion 334 protrudes outward in the find direction further than the outer sides 331a, 332a of the hollow portions 331 and 332, and is disposed so as to overlap the end face 23x of the outermost X1 outward protruding piece 23b of the existing vertical frame 23 from the outdoor side X1. As a result, the end face 23x (outdoor portion) of the outward protruding piece 23b of the new vertical frame 33 is disposed covered by the outdoor side wall portion 334 (outdoor portion) of the new vertical frame 33.
[0092] A heated foaming material mounting recess 334a recessed toward the outside X1 is formed on the surface of the outside wall 334 on the inside X2 side midway in the left-right direction of a portion of the outside wall 334 that does not overlap with the end face 23x on the most outside X1 side of the existing vertical frame 23. The heated foaming material mounting recess 334a is formed to open toward the inside X2, extend a predetermined length in the left-right direction, and extend over the entire length of the newly installed vertical frame 33 in the longitudinal direction.
[0093] The heated foaming material 734 is attached to the heated foaming material attachment recess 334a. The heated foaming material 734 is formed with a predetermined thickness, has a width in the left-right direction, and extends over the entire length of the newly-installed vertical frame 33. As a result, the heated foaming material 734 is attached to the indoor side X2 surface (visible surface) of the portion of the outdoor side wall portion 334 of the newly-installed vertical frame 33 that does not overlap with the end surface 23x of the outermost side X1 of the existing vertical frame 23, so as to foam toward the existing vertical frame 23.
[0094] The heated foaming material 734 is attached to the surface (visible surface) of the indoor side X2 of the space side where the existing vertical frame 23 is arranged, at a portion of the outdoor side wall portion 334 of the new vertical frame 33 that does not overlap with the end face 23x of the existing vertical frame 23 on the most outdoor side X1, and foams in the thickness direction due to the heat of the flame at the time of fire occurrence, so foams toward the existing vertical frame 23. As a result, in the event of fire occurrence, the heated foaming material 734 can block the gap between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33. Therefore, in the event of fire occurrence, it is possible to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from the outdoor side X1 or the indoor side X2 between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33, or to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33 to the outdoor side X1 or the indoor side X2.
[0095] A decorative material 335 (covering material) made of a metal material such as aluminum is attached to the exterior wall portion 334 so as to be detachable from the exterior side X1. The decorative material 335 covers the exterior wall portion 334 and extends outward in the visibility direction beyond the existing vertical frame 23 to form the visibility surface of the new vertical frame 33. The decorative material 335 covers and conceals the sealing material 104 exposed between the existing vertical frame 23 and the exterior wall material 102 from the exterior side X1.
[0096] An attachment portion 336 used to fix the new vertical frame 33 to the building skeleton 100 is integrally provided at the portion of the new vertical frame 33 closest to the indoor side X2. The attachment portion 336 extends in a plate shape from the outer lateral portions of the end face of the new vertical frame 33 on the indoor side X2 toward the indoor side X2.
[0097] At least a pair of protrusions 3361 extending in the length direction of the new vertical frame 33 are provided on the outer surface on the outer left-right direction of the mounting portion 336. The pair of protrusions 3361 protrude slightly outward from the outer surface on the outer left-right direction of the mounting portion 336 and are arranged in parallel with each other at a predetermined interval in the projection direction.
[0098] A pair of left and right new vertical frames 33 in the new frame 3 assembled in a rectangular four-sided state are disposed on the inner periphery side of the portion extending from the existing vertical frame 23 to the frame member 101. As shown in FIG. 6, when a gap is formed between the new vertical frame 33 and the frame member 101, a spacer member 303 is disposed so as to fill the gap. The spacer member 303 is constituted by one or more sheets. The spacer member 303 is formed in a piece shape having a predetermined width in the longitudinal direction of the new vertical frame 33, and is disposed at a plurality of locations spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the new vertical frame 33. The thickness of the sheets constituting the spacer member 303 and the number of layers of the sheets are appropriately set according to the size of the gap between the new vertical frame 33 and the frame member 101, etc.
[0099] The outer surface 332a and the mounting portion 336 of the new vertical frame 33 abut against and overlap the spacer member 303. The new vertical frame 33 in the four-sided assembled new frame 3 is fixed to the building skeleton 100 on the indoor side X2 closer to the existing vertical frame 23 than the existing vertical frame 23 by a screw SC3 that penetrates the mounting portion 336 and the spacer member 303 from the indoor side X2. The screw SC3 penetrates between a pair of protrusions 3361 of the mounting portion 336. The pair of protrusions 3361 abut against the spacer member 303 and suppress deformation of the mounting portion 336 when the tightening torque of the screw SC3 is applied.
[0100] When the new frame 3 is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2, there is no other member between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33 for attaching the new vertical frame 33 to the existing vertical frame 23. The new vertical frame 33 is arranged so as to directly face the inner periphery of the existing vertical frame 23 on the left and right. Therefore, the new vertical frame 33 can be arranged as close as possible to the existing vertical frame 23. Since the new vertical frame 33 is not fixed to the existing vertical frame 23, even if distortion or the like occurs in the existing vertical frame 23, it can be attached without being affected by the state of the distortion. Since the screw SC3 does not contact the existing vertical frame 23, heat is not transferred between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33 via the screw SC3.
[0101] 6, an angle member 338 made of resin or wood-derived material is attached to the new vertical frame 33. A resin decorative cover 53 is attached to the angle member 338 by a screw 53a.
[0102] The decorative cover 53 extends continuously from the angle member 338 toward the room inside X2, and is disposed across the frame member 101. The decorative cover 53 fixed to the angle member 338 covers the newly installed vertical frame 33 and the spacer member 303 between the angle member 338 and the frame member 101 from the room inside X2. The head of the screw SC3 is disposed inside the decorative cover 53. The boundary between the decorative cover 53 and the frame member 101 is shielded by a parting material 63 having an L-shaped cross section that is fixed to the frame member 101 by a screw 63a.
[0103] A resin cover material 333 is provided on the inner surface of the indoor side X2 portion of the new vertical frame 33. The cover material 333 is disposed adjacent to the outdoor side X1 of the angle member 338, and covers the inner surface of the new vertical frame 33 on the inner side X2 of the new vertical frame 33 from the angle member 338 to the inside in the left-right direction.
[0104] Next, the screens 41 and 42 will be described.
[0105] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the shoji screens 41, 42 are constructed by placing one or more panel members 414, 424 made of glass or the like inside a rectangular frame body consisting of an upper frame 411, 421, a lower frame 412, 422, and a pair of left and right vertical frames 413, 423.
[0106] 2, the upper frame 411, 421 is composed of an upper frame body 4111, 4211 made of an extrusion material extruded in the longitudinal direction from a metal material such as aluminum, and a cover member 4112, 4212 made of a resin or wood-derived material that covers the side surface of the upper frame body 4111, 4211 on the indoor side X2. The upper frame body 4111, 4211 is provided below the guide rails 314a, 314b of the newly installed upper frame 31.
[0107] As shown in Fig. 2, the lower frame 412, 422 is composed of a lower frame body 4121, 4221 made of an extrusion material extruded in the length direction from a metal material such as aluminum, and a cover member 4122, 4222 made of a resin or wood-derived material that covers the side surface of the lower frame body 4121, 4221 on the indoor side X2. The lower frame body 4121, 4221 is provided on the upper part of the guide rails 324a, 324b of the newly installed lower frame 32. A door roller 4123, 4223 is provided inside the lower frame body 4121, 4221 and is placed on the guide rails 324a, 324b so as to be able to roll.
[0108] As shown in FIG. 3, the vertical frames 413, 423 are composed of vertical frame main bodies 4131, 4231 made of extruded shapes extruded longitudinally from a metal material such as aluminum, and cover members 4132, 4232 made of resin or wood-derived material that cover the indoor side X2 side of the vertical frame main bodies 4131, 4231.
[0109] According to the remodeling fitting 1 of the present embodiment, when the new frame 3 is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2, no member for attaching the new frame 3 to the existing frame 2 is interposed between the existing frame 2 and the new frame 3, so the new frame 3 can be arranged as close as possible to the existing frame 2. Therefore, it is possible to construct a remodeling fitting 1 with a dimension of the frame member in the viewing direction as compact as possible. Since the new frame 3 is not fixed to the existing frame 2, it can be attached without being affected by the distortion state of the existing frame 2. Therefore, the workability of the new frame 3 is improved. Since the screws SC1, SC2, SC3, and SC4, which are fixing members, do not come into contact with the existing frame 2, heat is not transferred between the existing frame 2 and the new frame 3 through the screws SC1, SC2, SC3, and SC4, and the insulation is excellent.
[0110] The renovation fitting 1 of this embodiment has the following effects.
[0111] The renovation fixture 1 of this embodiment comprises an existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24) that is attached to an opening in the building structure 100, a new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frames 33, 34) that is attached to the inner side of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24), and heated foaming materials 711-716, 721, 731-734, 741-744 that are attached to the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frames 33, 34) so as to foam toward the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24).
[0112] As a result, in the event of a fire, the heated foam materials 711-716, 721, 731-734, 741-744 can seal the gap between the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24) and the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frames 33, 34). Therefore, in the event of a fire, it is possible to prevent the heat of the flame from flowing in from the outside X1 or the inside X2 between the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24) and the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frames 33, 34), or to prevent the heat of the flame from flowing out from between the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24) and the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frames 33, 34) to the outside X1 or the inside X2.
[0113] In this embodiment, there is a fin member 317 (partition member) that is disposed between the new upper frame 31 and the existing upper frame 21 and partitions the space in which the heated foaming material 711 foams. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the heated foaming material 711 from spreading to the outside side X1 and foaming. This narrows the space in which the heated foaming material 711 foams, thereby reducing the amount of the heated foaming material 711 used.
[0114] Next, a second embodiment will be described. In the second embodiment, in addition to the configuration of the first embodiment, partition members 8 (upper frame side partition member 81, lower frame side partition member 82, vertical frame side partition member 83) are provided as shown in Figures 7 to 9. In the second embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0115] The second embodiment includes a partition member 8 (upper frame side partition member 81, lower frame side partition member 82, vertical frame side partition member 83) in addition to the configuration of the first embodiment. The partition member 8 (upper frame side partition member 81, lower frame side partition member 82, vertical frame side partition member 83) is disposed between the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frames 33, 34) and the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24), and partitions the space in which the heated foaming material attached to the new frame 3 foams.
[0116] 7, the upper frame side partition member 81 is provided between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31 so as to partition the space between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31. The upper frame side partition member 81 is formed of a plate material made of a metal material such as aluminum, and is formed to extend over the entire length of the new upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction.
[0117] As shown in Figure 7, the upper frame side partition member 81 has a forward direction extension plate 811 extending in the forward direction below the guide rails 211a and guide rails 211b of the existing upper frame 21, an upward inclined plate 812 extending a predetermined length from the outside X1 end of the forward direction extension plate 811 at an upward incline toward the outside X1, an outside upward protruding plate 813 protruding upward a predetermined length from the upper end of the upward inclined plate 812, a step plate 814 protruding upward a predetermined length from the inside X2 end of the forward direction extension plate 811, and an inside mounting extension plate 815 extending a predetermined length from the upper end of the step plate 814 toward the inside X2.
[0118] The front-direction extension plate 811 is disposed between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31. The front-direction extension plate 811 is formed of a planar plate material extending in the front direction, and is disposed with its upper surface on the existing upper frame 21 side abutting the lower end of the guide rail 211a and the lower end of the guide rail 211b of the existing upper frame 21. The front-direction extension plate 811 extends linearly from the indoor side X2 toward the outdoor side X1 from a position between the guide rail 211a and the guide rail 211b of the existing upper frame 21 to a position between the guide rail 211b and the guide rail 211c.
[0119] The exterior upward protruding plate 813 is connected to the exterior X1 end of the forward direction extension plate 811 via an upward inclined plate 812, and is arranged along the interior X2 surface of the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21, and abuts against the interior X2 surface of the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21.
[0120] The indoor side mounting extension plate 815 is formed extending from the upper end of the step plate 814 toward the indoor side X2 in the forward direction, and extends in the forward direction along the lower surface of the indoor side protruding plate 21c of the existing upper frame 21. The indoor side mounting extension plate 815 is disposed in contact with the lower surface of the indoor side protruding plate 21c of the existing upper frame 21, and is fixed to the indoor side protruding plate 21c of the existing upper frame 21 and the frame member 101 by the screw 815a.
[0121] The above upper frame side partition member 81 is disposed between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31, thereby partitioning the space between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31, and partitioning the space in which the heated foaming materials 711, 712, 714, and 715 foam on the existing upper frame 21 side. This narrows the space in which the heated foaming materials 711, 712, 714, and 715 foam, thereby making it possible to reduce the amount of heated foaming materials 711, 712, 714, and 715 used.
[0122] 8, the lower frame side partition member 82 is provided between the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32 so as to partition the space between the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32. The lower frame side partition member 82 is formed from a plate material made of a metal material such as aluminum, and is formed to extend over the entire length of the new lower frame 32 in the longitudinal direction.
[0123] As shown in Figure 8, the lower frame side partition member 82 has an exterior mounting piece 821 extending a predetermined length in the forward direction from its end on the exterior side X1, an upwardly protruding extension plate 822 extending a predetermined length upward from the end of the exterior mounting piece 821 on the interior side X2, an upwardly inclined extension plate 823 extending a predetermined length from the upper end of the upwardly protruding extension plate 822 at an upward incline toward the interior side X2, and an interior protruding plate 824 protruding in the forward direction from the upper end of the upwardly inclined extension plate 823 to the interior side X2.
[0124] The outdoor mounting piece 821 is fixed to the upper surface of the middle step 22d1 formed midway up and down on the step 22d between the guide rails 221b and 221c of the existing lower frame 22 by a screw 821a.
[0125] The upward protruding extension plate 822 extends upward from the indoor side X2 end of the outdoor mounting piece 821, along the outdoor side X1 surface of the rising portion 22d2 on the indoor side X2 of the step 22d and the outdoor side X1 surface of the guide rail 221b of the existing lower frame 22, to near the upper end of the guide rail 221b of the existing lower frame 22.
[0126] The upwardly inclined extension plate 823 extends at an upward incline from near the upper end of the guide rail 221b of the existing lower frame 22, where the upper end of the upwardly protruding extension plate 822 is positioned, to a position slightly above the upper end of the step 22b between the middle portion 22c and the upper portion 22a.
[0127] The indoor side protruding plate 824 protrudes toward the indoor side X2 from the indoor side X2 end of the upwardly inclined extension plate 823. The indoor side protruding plate 824 is arranged along the upper surface of the outdoor side X1 part of the upper stage 22a of the existing lower frame 22, and abuts against the upper surface of the outdoor side X1 part of the upper stage 22a of the existing lower frame 22.
[0128] The lower frame side partition member 82 described above is disposed between the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32, thereby partitioning the space between the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32, and partitioning the space in which the heated foaming material 721 foams on the existing lower frame 22 side. This narrows the space in which the heated foaming material 721 foams, thereby making it possible to reduce the amount of heated foaming material 721 used.
[0129] 9, the vertical frame side partition member 83 is provided between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33 so as to partition the space between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33. The vertical frame side partition member 83 is formed of a plate material made of a metal material such as aluminum, and is formed to extend over the entire length of the new vertical frame 33 in the longitudinal direction.
[0130] As shown in Figure 9, the vertical frame side partition member 83 has a front-direction extension plate 831 extending in the front-direction on the inside in the left-right direction of the existing vertical frame 23, an exterior outward protruding plate 832 protruding outward in the left-right direction a predetermined length from the exterior side X1 end of the front-direction extension plate 831, a step plate 833 protruding inward in the left-right direction a predetermined length from the interior side X2 end of the front-direction extension plate 831, and an interior side mounting extension plate 834 extending a predetermined length from the inner side left-right end of the step plate 833 to the interior side X2.
[0131] The projection direction extension plate 831 is disposed between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33. The projection direction extension plate 831 is formed of a planar plate material extending in the projection direction. The projection direction extension plate 831 extends in the projection direction, with the surface on the existing vertical frame 23 side positioned slightly inward of the tips of the two protruding plates 23f, 23g that protrude inward in the left-right direction in the middle of the projection direction of the side extension plate 23a extending in the projection direction of the existing vertical frame 23. The projection direction extension plate 831 extends linearly from the indoor side X2 toward the outdoor side X1, from a position on the outdoor side X1 that is further than the indoor side wall portion 23c of the existing vertical frame 23 to a position between the protruding plates 23f disposed on the outdoor side X1 of the two protruding plates 23f, 23g.
[0132] The outdoor side outward protruding plate 832 formed on the outdoor side X1 is disposed along the outdoor side X1 surface of the protruding plate 23f that is disposed on the outdoor side X1 of the two protruding plates 23f, 23g.
[0133] The indoor side mounting extension plate 834 is formed extending from the inner end of the step plate 833 in the left-right direction toward the indoor side X2 in the forward direction, and extends in the forward direction along the inner surface in the left-right direction of the indoor side protruding plate 23d of the existing vertical frame 23. [0134] The vertical frame side partition member 83 described above is disposed between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33, thereby partitioning the space between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33, and partitioning the space in which the heated foaming materials 731, 732, 734 foam on the existing vertical frame 23 side. This narrows the space in which the heated foaming materials 731, 732, 734 foam, thereby making it possible to reduce the amount of the heated foaming materials 731, 732, 734 used.
[0135] As described above, in the second embodiment, by providing the partition members 8 (upper frame side partition member 81, lower frame side partition member 82, vertical frame side partition member 83), the space between the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24) and the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frames 33, 34) can be partitioned, and the space in which the heated foaming materials 711, 712, 714, 715, 721, 731, 732, 734 foam can be partitioned. This narrows the space in which the heated foaming materials 711, 712, 714, 715, 721, 731, 732, 734 foam, and reduces the amount of the heated foaming materials 711, 712, 714, 715, 721, 731, 732, 734 are used.
[0136] Although one embodiment of the remodeling fixture of the present disclosure has been described above, the remodeling fixture of the present disclosure can be modified as appropriate.
