[0030] Next, the partition members 81, 82, 83, and 84 that are attached to the existing upper frame 21, the existing lower frame 22, and the existing vertical frames 23 and 24 will be described.
[0031] 4, a partition member 81 is attached to the existing upper frame 21. The partition member 81 separates the space between the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31, and is provided between the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31. The partition member 81 is formed from a plate material made of a metal material such as aluminum, and is formed to extend over the entire length of the existing upper frame 21 in the longitudinal direction.
[0032] The partition member 81 has a forward direction extension plate 811 (forward direction extension portion) extending in the forward direction below the guide rails 211a and 211b of the existing upper frame 21, an upward inclined plate 812 extending a predetermined length from the outside side X1 end of the forward direction extension plate 811 at an upward incline toward the outside side X1, an outside upward protruding plate 813 protruding upward a predetermined length from the upper end of the upward inclined plate 812, a step plate 814 protruding upward a predetermined length from the inside side X2 end of the forward direction extension plate 811, and an inside mounting extension plate 815 extending a predetermined length from the upper end of the step plate 814 toward the inside side X2.
[0033] The front-direction extension plate 811 is disposed between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31. The front-direction extension plate 811 is formed of a planar plate material extending in the front direction, and is disposed with its upper surface on the existing upper frame 21 side abutting the lower end of the guide rail 211a of the existing upper frame 21. The front-direction extension plate 811 extends linearly from the indoor side X2 to the outdoor side X1, from the position of the indoor side X2 end of the resin cover portion 2131 of the resin cover material 213 to a position in front of the guide rail 211b.
[0034] The exterior upward protruding plate 813 is connected to the exterior X1 end of the forward direction extension plate 811 via an upward inclined plate 812, and is positioned in abutment along the interior X2 surface of the guide rail 211b of the existing upper frame 21.
[0035] The indoor side mounting extension plate 815 is formed extending from the upper end of the step plate 814 toward the indoor side X2 in the projection direction, and extends in the projection direction along the lower surface of the indoor side protruding plate 2132a formed at the lower end of the angle portion 2132 of the resin cover material 213 of the existing upper frame 21. The indoor side mounting extension plate 815 is arranged in contact with the lower surface of the indoor side protruding plate 2132a of the angle portion 2132 of the resin cover material 213 of the existing upper frame 21, and is fixed to the indoor side protruding plate 2132a of the angle portion 2132 of the resin cover material 213 of the existing upper frame 21 and the frame member 101 by the screw 815a.
[0036] The above partition member 81 is disposed between the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31 so that there is no portion where the new upper frame 31 and the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21 directly face each other, and covers the resin cover materials 212, 213 attached to the inner peripheral surface of the metal frame body 211 of the existing upper frame 21. [0037] In this way, by being disposed between the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31, the partition member 81 covers the resin cover materials 212, 213 attached to the inner peripheral surface of the metal frame body 211 of the existing upper frame 21, and therefore, in the event of a fire, melting of the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21 can be prevented or melting of the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21 can be delayed. Furthermore, even if the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21 burn in the event of a fire, since the partition member 81 is disposed between the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31, leakage of flames to the new upper frame 31 side can be prevented.
[0038] 5, a partition member 82 is attached to the existing lower frame 22. The partition member 82 separates the space between the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32, and is provided between the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32. The partition member 82 is formed from a plate material made of a metal material such as aluminum, and is formed to extend over the entire length of the existing lower frame 22 in the longitudinal direction.
[0039] The partition member 82 has a vertical extension plate 821 extending a predetermined length in the vertical direction along the outside surface X1 of the guide rail 221a of the existing lower frame 22, and a front-direction extension plate 822 (front-direction extension portion) extending a predetermined length in the front-direction from the upper end of the vertical extension plate 821 to the inside surface X2 of the room.
[0040] The vertical extension plate 821 is disposed so as to abut against the surface of the outside side X1 of the guide rail 221a of the existing lower frame 22 and extend a predetermined length in the vertical direction. The front-direction extension plate 822 is disposed between the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32, and is formed of a planar plate material extending in the front-direction. The front-direction extension plate 822 extends in the front-direction from the guide rail 221a to the upper surface of the inside-direction protruding plate 2222a formed at the upper end of the angle portion 2222 of the resin cover material 222, from the outside side X1 to the inside side X2. The forward direction extension plate 822 is positioned at the end on the indoor side X2 in contact with the upper surface of the indoor side protruding plate 2222a of the angle portion 2222 of the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22, and is fixed to the indoor side protruding plate 2222a of the angle portion 2222 of the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22 and the frame member 101 by screws 822a.
[0041] The above partition member 82 is disposed between the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32, so that there is no portion where the new lower frame 32 and the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22 directly face each other, and covers the resin cover material 222 attached to the inner peripheral surface of the metal frame body 221 of the existing lower frame 22. The resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22 is disposed between the metal frame body 221 of the existing lower frame 22 and the partition member 82, and is surrounded on all sides by the metal frame body 221 of the metallic existing lower frame 22 and the metallic partition member 82.
[0042] In this way, by being disposed between the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32, the partition member 82 covers the resin cover material 222 attached to the inner peripheral surface of the metal frame body 221 of the existing lower frame 22, and therefore, in the event of a fire, melting of the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22 can be prevented or melting of the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22 can be delayed. Furthermore, even if the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22 burns in the event of a fire, since the partition member 82 is disposed between the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32, leakage of flames to the new lower frame 32 side can be prevented.
[0043] 6 and 7, partition members 83, 84 are attached to the existing vertical frames 23, 24. The partition members 83, 84 separate the space between the resin cover materials 232, 233, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 and the new vertical frames 33, 34, and are provided between the resin cover materials 232, 233, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 and the new vertical frames 33, 34. The partition member 83 is formed of a plate material made of a metal material such as aluminum, and is formed to extend over the entire length of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 in the longitudinal direction.
[0044] As shown in Figure 6, the partition member 83 provided on the existing vertical frame 23 on the left side has two protruding plates 23f, 23g that protrude inward in the left-right direction from the side extension plate 23a in the outside-side X1 portion of the side extension plate 23a of the existing vertical frame 23, and has a left-right extension plate 831 that extends a predetermined length in the left-right direction along the outside-side X1 surface of the tip of the protruding plate 23f on the outside X1 side, and a front-facing extension plate 832 (front-facing extension portion) that extends in the front direction from the inner left-right end of the left-right extension plate 831 to the inside X2 side.
[0045] As shown in Figure 7, the partition member 84 provided on the existing vertical frame 24 on the right side has, of the three protruding plates 24f, 24g, 24h that protrude inward in the left-right direction from the side extension plate 24a, a left-right extension plate 841 that extends a predetermined length in the left-right direction along the outside surface X1 of the tip of the protruding plate 24f on the outside X1 side, and a front-facing extension plate 842 (front-facing extension portion) that extends in the front direction from the inner left-right end of the left-right extension plate 841 to the inside X2.
[0046] As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the left-right extending plates 831, 841 are arranged to abut the surface of the outside X1 of the tip of the protruding plate 23f, 24f of the existing vertical frame 23, 24 and extend a predetermined length in the left-right direction. The front-direction extending plates 832, 842 are arranged between the existing vertical frame 23, 24 and the new vertical frame 33, 34 and are formed of a planar plate material extending in the front-direction. The front-direction extending plates 832, 842 extend in the front-direction from the protruding plate 23f, 24f of the existing vertical frame 23, 24 to the inner surface in the left-right direction of the indoor protruding plate 2322a, 2422a formed at the inner end of the angle portion 2322, 2422 of the resin cover material 232, 242 from the outer side X1 to the inner side X2. The forward direction extension plates 832, 842 are positioned at the end on the indoor side X2 in contact with the inner left-right faces of the indoor side protruding plates 2322a, 2422a of the angle portions 2322, 2422 of the resin cover materials 232, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24, and are fixed to the indoor side protruding plates 2322a, 2422a of the angle portions 2322, 2422 of the resin cover materials 232, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 and the frame member 101 by screws 832a, 842a.
[0047] The above-mentioned partition members 83, 84 are arranged between the resin cover materials 232, 233, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 and the new vertical frames 33, 34 so that there is no portion where the new vertical frames 33, 34 and the resin cover materials 232, 233, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 directly face each other, and cover the resin cover materials 232, 233, 242 attached to the inner peripheral surface of the metal frame body 231, 241 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24. The resin cover materials 232, 233, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 are arranged between the metal frame body 231, 241 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 and the partition members 83, 84, and are surrounded by the metal frame body 231, 241 of the metallic existing vertical frames 23, 24 and the metal partition members 83, 84.
[0048] In this way, the partition members 83, 84 are positioned between the resin cover materials 232, 233, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 and the new vertical frames 33, 34, thereby covering the resin cover materials 232, 233, 242 attached to the inner surfaces of the metal frames 231, 241 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24, and therefore, in the event of a fire, melting of the resin cover materials 232, 233, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 can be prevented or the melting of the resin cover materials 232, 233, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 can be delayed. In addition, even if the resin cover materials 232, 233, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 burn in the event of a fire, the partition member 83 is positioned between the resin cover materials 232, 233, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 and the new vertical frames 33, 34, so that the flames can be prevented from leaking to the new vertical frames 33, 34 side.
[0049] Next, the configurations of the new upper frame 31, the new lower frame 32, and the pair of new vertical frames 33, 34 on the left and right sides of the new frame 3 will be explained individually.
[0050] First, the newly installed upper frame 31 will be described.
[0051] As shown in FIG. 4, the new upper frame 31 extends in the left-right direction along the length of the existing upper frame 21. The new upper frame 31 has a length in the front direction extending from the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21 to the vicinity of the center of the front direction of the frame member 101. The new upper frame 31 is divided into two in the front direction into an exterior frame member 311 and an interior frame member 312. The exterior frame member 311 and the interior frame member 312 are both metal frame members, and are each made of an extruded shape extruded in the length direction from a metal material such as aluminum. A connecting member 313 is disposed between the exterior frame member 311 and the interior frame member 312. The exterior frame member 311 and the interior frame member 312 are integrally connected by the connecting member 313. The connecting member 313 is made of a material having thermal insulation properties such as resin, and blocks the transfer of heat from the exterior frame member 311 to the interior frame member 312 in the new upper frame 31.
[0052] The new upper frame 31 has a pair of guide rails 314a, 314b for the two shoji screens 41, 42 that are placed inside the new frame 3, and a guide rail 314c for the screen door 43 that is placed on the outermost side X1 of the new frame 3. The guide rails 314b, 314c are disposed on the exterior frame member 311 and protrude downward. The guide rail 314a is disposed adjacent to the connecting member 313 in the interior frame member 312 and protrudes downward. The guide rails 314a, 314b, 314c extend over the entire length of the new upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction.
[0053] As shown in Fig. 4, the outdoor frame member 311 has a hollow portion 3111 having a substantially rectangular cross section extending from a portion where the guide rail 314b is disposed to the connecting member 313, and a hollow portion 3112 having a substantially rectangular cross section disposed continuous with the indoor side X2 of the hollow portion 3111. A heated foaming material mounting recess 311b is formed on the outdoor side X1 of the upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311. The heated foaming material mounting recess 311b is provided in the new upper frame 31 below the end of the outdoor side X1 of the partition member 81 attached to the lower part of the existing upper frame 21, and is formed to open upward, extend a predetermined length in the projection direction, and extend over the entire length of the new upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction.
[0054] A heated foaming material 711 (first heated foaming material) is attached to the heated foaming material attachment recess 311b. The heated foaming material 711 is formed with a predetermined thickness, has a width in the projection direction, and extends over the entire length of the newly-installed upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction. In this way, the heated foaming material 711 is attached to the upper surface 311a (projection surface) of the outdoor-side frame member 311 of the newly-installed upper frame 31. The heated foaming material 711 is attached to the upper surface 311a of the outdoor-side frame member 311 of the newly-installed upper frame 31 below the outdoor-side X1 end of the partition member 81 so as to foam toward the outdoor-side X1 end of the partition member 81.
[0055] The heated foaming material 711 is attached to the upper surface 311a (surface on the side of the existing upper frame 21, prospective surface) of the outdoor frame member 311 of the new upper frame 31 on the space side where the existing upper frame 21 is arranged, below the end of the outdoor side X1 of the partition member 81, and foams in the thickness direction due to the heat of the flame at the time of fire occurrence, so that it foams toward the lower surface of the end of the outdoor side X1 of the partition member 81. As a result, in the event of fire occurrence, the heated foaming material 711 can block the gap between the end of the outdoor side X1 of the partition member 81 and the new upper frame 31. Therefore, in the event of fire occurrence, it is possible to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from the outdoor side X1 or the indoor side X2 between the end of the outdoor side X1 of the partition member 81 and the new upper frame 31, or to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from the end of the outdoor side X1 of the partition member 81 and the new upper frame 31 to the outdoor side X1 or the indoor side X2.
[0056] The indoor frame member 312 has a hollow portion 3121 with a generally rectangular cross section that extends from the connecting member 313 toward the indoor side X2. A heated foaming material mounting recess 312b is formed on the outdoor side X1 of the upper surface 312a of the indoor frame member 312. The heated foaming material mounting recess 312b is provided in the new upper frame 31 below the end of the indoor side X2 of the partition member 81 attached to the lower part of the existing upper frame 21, and is formed to open upward and extend a predetermined length in the projection direction and to extend over the entire length of the new upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction.
[0057] A heated foaming material 712 (first heated foaming material) is attached to the heated foaming material attachment recess 312b. The heated foaming material 712 is formed with a predetermined thickness, has a width in the projection direction, and extends over the entire length of the new upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction. As a result, the heated foaming material 712 is attached to the outdoor side X1 on the upper surface 312a (projection surface) of the indoor side frame member 312 of the new upper frame 31. The heated foaming material 712 is attached to the upper surface 312a of the indoor side frame member 312 of the new upper frame 31 below the end of the indoor side X2 of the partition member 81 so as to foam toward the end of the indoor side X2 of the partition member 81.
[0058] The heated foaming material 712 is attached to the upper surface 312a (surface on the existing upper frame 21 side, prospective surface) of the indoor frame member 312 of the new upper frame 31 on the space side where the existing upper frame 21 is arranged, below the end of the indoor side X2 of the partition member 81, and foams in the thickness direction due to the heat of the flame at the time of fire occurrence, so that it foams toward the lower surface of the end of the indoor side X2 of the partition member 81. As a result, in the event of fire occurrence, the heated foaming material 712 can block the gap between the end of the indoor side X2 of the partition member 81 and the new upper frame 31. Therefore, in the event of fire occurrence, it is possible to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from the outdoor side X1 or the indoor side X2 between the end of the indoor side X2 of the partition member 81 and the new upper frame 31, or to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from the end of the indoor side X2 of the partition member 81 and the new upper frame 31 to the outdoor side X1 or the indoor side X2.
[0059] In addition, the heated foaming materials 711, 712 are attached to the new upper frame 31, and a partition member 81 is disposed between the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31. Therefore, the partition member 81 separates the space between the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31, and separates the space in which the heated foaming materials 711, 712 attached to the new upper frame 31 foam. As a result, the partition member 81 narrows the space in which the heated foaming materials 711, 712 foam, thereby reducing the amount of the heated foaming materials 711, 712 used.
[0060] The upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311 and the upper surface 312a of the indoor frame member 312 are all arranged on the same plane except for the heated foaming material mounting recesses 311b, 312b, and are arranged flush with each other in the projection direction of the newly installed upper frame 31. The heated foaming material mounting recesses 311b, 312b are formed recessed downward from the upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311 and the upper surface 312a of the indoor frame member 312. The heated foaming materials 711, 712 and the connecting member 313 do not protrude above these upper surfaces 311a, 312a.
[0061] The outdoor frame member 311 has an outdoor extension 3113 integrally therewith, which extends toward the outdoor side X1 at a position lower than the upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311. The outdoor extension 3113 is disposed at the end of the outdoor side X1 of the new upper frame 31. The outdoor extension 3113 is disposed between the guide rails 314b and 314c in the projection direction. The outdoor extension 3113 also functions as a drainage groove that drains rainwater that has infiltrated the upper surface of the new upper frame 31 in the projection direction in the left-right direction without flowing into the indoor side X2.
[0062] An outdoor wall portion 315 extending upward in the viewing direction is provided integrally with the outdoor-most X1 portion of the outdoor extension portion 3113. The outdoor wall portion 315 protrudes further upward than the upper surfaces 311a, 312a of the outdoor frame member 311 and the indoor frame member 312, and is disposed so as to overlap, from the outdoor side X1, the outdoor side surface 211d of the guide rail 211c at the outdoor-most X1 position of the existing upper frame 21. As a result, the outdoor side surface 211d (outdoor portion) of the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21 is disposed to be covered by the outdoor wall portion 315 (outdoor portion) of the new upper frame 31.
[0063] A decorative material 316 (covering material) made of a metal material such as aluminum is attached to the exterior wall portion 315 so as to be detachable from the exterior side X1. The decorative material 316 covers the exterior wall portion 315, and extends upward in the visibility direction beyond the existing upper frame 21, forming the visibility surface of the exterior side X1 of the newly installed upper frame 31. The decorative material 316 covers and conceals the sealing material 104 exposed between the existing upper frame 21 and the exterior wall material 102 from the exterior side X1.
[0064] An attachment portion 318 for fixing the new upper frame 31 to the building skeleton 100 is integrally provided at the portion of the new upper frame 31 closest to the indoor side X2. The attachment portion 318 is arranged parallel to the upper surfaces 311a, 312a of the outdoor side frame member 311 and the indoor side frame member 312, and extends in a plate shape from an upper portion of the end surface of the indoor side X2 of the indoor side frame member 312 toward the indoor side X2.
[0065] At least a pair of protrusions 3181 extending in the longitudinal direction of the new upper frame 31 are provided on the upper surface of the mounting portion 318. The pair of protrusions 3181 protrude slightly upward from the upper surface of the mounting portion 318 and are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval in the projection direction.
[0066] The new upper frame 31 of the new frame 3 assembled on all four sides into a rectangle is positioned on the inner periphery of the area extending from the existing upper frame 21 to the frame member 101. The exterior frame member 311 of the new upper frame 31 is positioned below the existing upper frame 21. The interior frame member 312 of the new upper frame 31 is positioned below the frame member 101.
[0067] As shown in Fig. 4, when a gap is formed between the newly-installed upper frame 31 and the frame member 101, a spacer member 301 is arranged to fill the gap. The spacer member 301 is composed of one or more sheets. The spacer member 301 is formed in a piece shape with a predetermined width in the longitudinal direction of the newly-installed upper frame 31, and is arranged at a plurality of locations spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the newly-installed upper frame 31. The thickness of the sheets constituting the spacer member 301 and the number of layers of the sheets are appropriately set according to the size of the gap between the indoor side frame member 312 of the newly-installed upper frame 31 and the frame member 101, etc.
[0068] The portion of the upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311 on the indoor side X2, the upper surface 312a of the indoor frame member 312, the mounting portion 318, and the connecting member 313 abut against and overlap the spacer member 301. The new upper frame 31 of the four-sided assembled new frame 3 is fixed to the building skeleton 100 on the indoor side X2 rather than the existing upper frame 21 by a screw SC1 that penetrates the mounting portion 318 and the spacer member 301 from the indoor side X2. The screw SC1 penetrates between a pair of protrusions 3181 of the mounting portion 318. The pair of protrusions 3181 abut against the spacer member 301 and suppress deformation of the mounting portion 318 when the tightening torque of the screw SC1 is applied.
[0069] When the new frame 3 is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2, there is no other member between the existing upper frame 21 and the new upper frame 31 for attaching the new upper frame 31 to the existing upper frame 21. The new upper frame 31 is arranged so as to directly face the inner periphery of the existing upper frame 21 from above and below. Therefore, the new upper frame 31 can be arranged as close as possible to the existing upper frame 21. Since the new upper frame 31 is not fixed to the existing upper frame 21, even if the existing upper frame 21 is distorted, the new upper frame 31 can be attached without being affected by the state of the distortion. Since the screw SC1 does not contact the existing upper frame 21, heat is not transferred between the existing upper frame 21 and the indoor frame member 312 of the new upper frame 31 via the screw SC1.
[0070] Between the pair of guide rails 314a, 314b of the new upper frame 31, a rail-to-rail cover 3114 made of resin or wood-derived material is attached. The rail-to-rail cover 3114 is disposed across the lower surface of the outdoor frame member 311 and the lower surface side of the connecting member 313 so as to substantially shield the space between the guide rails 314a, 314b of the new upper frame 31. As shown in FIG. 4, the rail-to-rail cover 3114 has a double structure constituted by an upper plate portion 3114a, a lower plate portion 3114b disposed substantially parallel to the lower side of the upper plate portion 3114a, and a plurality of connecting plate portions 3114c connecting the upper plate portion 3114a and the lower plate portion 3114b. The rail-to-rail cover 3114 suppresses the outside air temperature transmitted from the existing upper frame 21 side to the new upper frame 31 from being transmitted to the inner periphery side of the new upper frame 31.
[0071] As shown in Fig. 4, an angle member 319 made of resin or a material derived from wood is attached to the lower part of the end portion on the indoor side X2 of the indoor side frame member 312 of the newly installed upper frame 31. A cover material 3191 made of resin or a material derived from wood is integrally provided on the outdoor side X1 of the angle member 319. A decorative cover 51 made of resin is attached to the angle member 319 by screws 51a.
[0072] The decorative cover 51 extends continuously from the angle member 319 toward the room inside X2 and is disposed across the frame member 101. The decorative cover 51 fixed to the angle member 319 covers the newly installed upper frame 31 and the spacer member 301 between the angle member 319 and the frame member 101 from the room inside X2. The head of the screw SC1 is disposed inside the decorative cover 51. The boundary between the decorative cover 51 and the frame member 101 is shielded by a parting material 61 with an L-shaped cross section that is fixed to the frame member 101 by a screw 61a.
[0073] Next, the new lower frame 32 will be described.
[0074] As shown in FIG. 5, the new lower frame 32 extends in the left-right direction along the length of the existing lower frame 22. The new lower frame 32 has a length in the front direction extending from the guide rail 221c of the existing lower frame 22 to the vicinity of the center of the front direction of the frame member 101. The new lower frame 32 is divided into two in the front direction into an exterior frame member 321 and an interior frame member 322. The exterior frame member 321 and the interior frame member 322 are both metal frame members, and are each made of an extruded shape extruded in the length direction from a metal material such as aluminum. A connecting member 323 is disposed between the exterior frame member 321 and the interior frame member 322. The exterior frame member 321 and the interior frame member 322 are integrally connected by the connecting member 323. The connecting member 323 is made of a member having thermal insulation properties such as resin, and blocks the transfer of heat from the exterior frame member 321 to the interior frame member 322 in the new lower frame 32.
[0075] The new lower frame 32 has guide rails 324a, 324b, and 324c that protrude upward in correspondence with the guide rails 314a, 314b, and 314c of the new upper frame 31. The guide rails 324a, 324b, and 324c extend over the entire length of the new lower frame 32 in the longitudinal direction. The guide rail 324a on the innermost side X2 is disposed adjacent to the connecting member 323 at the outermost side X1 on the upper surface of the indoor frame member 322. The guide rail 324b is disposed near the center of the upper surface of the outdoor frame member 321 in the forward direction. The guide rail 324c is disposed at the outermost side X1 on the upper surface of the outdoor frame member 321.
[0076] As shown in FIG. 5, the exterior frame member 321 has a hollow portion 3211 bulging downward so as to fit the shape of the existing lower frame 22 .
[0077] The indoor frame member 322 has a hollow portion 3221 with a generally rectangular cross section extending from the connecting member 323 toward the indoor side X2. A step portion 3222 having an upwardly recessed shape is formed in a portion of the lower surface of the indoor frame member 322 facing the outdoor side X1. Two step legs 3223 protruding downward are formed in a portion of the lower surface of the indoor frame member 322 facing the indoor side X2.
[0078] A height adjustment member 325 is attached to a portion of the outside side X1 of the new lower frame 32. The height adjustment member 325 extends downward from the new lower frame 32 and is placed on the upper surface of the lower stage 22e between the guide rails 221b, 221c of the existing lower frame 22. By adjusting the height adjustment member 325, the height of the outside side X1 of the new lower frame 32 is adjusted.
[0079] A decorative material 326 (cover material) made of a metal material such as aluminum is attached detachably from the outside surface X1 to the side surface of the new sill 32 on the outside surface X1. The decorative material 326 covers the height adjustment member 325, and extends downward in the visibility direction further than the existing sill 22, forming the visibility surface of the new sill 32. The decorative material 326 covers and conceals the sealing material 104 exposed between the existing sill 22 and the exterior wall material 102 from the outside surface X1.
[0080] An attachment portion 327 for fixing the new lower frame 32 to the building skeleton 100 is integrally provided at the portion of the new lower frame 32 closest to the indoor side X2. The attachment portion 327 extends in a plate shape from a lower portion of the end face of the indoor side X2 of the indoor side frame member 322 toward the indoor side X2.
[0081] At least a pair of protrusions 3271 extending in the longitudinal direction of the new lower frame 32 are provided on the lower surface of the mounting portion 327. The pair of protrusions 3271 protrude slightly downward from the lower surface of the mounting portion 327 and are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval in the projection direction.
[0082] In the new frame 3 assembled on all four sides into a rectangle, the new lower frame 32 is disposed on the inner periphery of the portion extending from the existing lower frame 22 to the frame member 101. The exterior frame member 321 of the new lower frame 32 is disposed above the existing lower frame 22. The interior frame member 322 of the new lower frame 32 is disposed above the frame member 101.
[0083] The mounting portion 327 abuts against the frame member 101. The new lower frame 32 in the four-sided assembled new frame 3 is fixed to the building skeleton 100 on the indoor side X2 closer to the existing lower frame 22 than the existing lower frame 22 by a screw SC2 that penetrates the mounting portion 327 from the indoor side X2. The screw SC2 penetrates between a pair of protrusions 3271 of the mounting portion 327. The pair of protrusions 3271 abut against the frame member 101 and suppress deformation of the mounting portion 327 when the fastening torque of the screw SC2 is applied.
[0084] As shown in FIG. 5, the spacer member 302 and the connecting support plate 35 are attached from below to the step portion 3222 of the indoor side frame member 322 of the newly installed lower frame 32 with screws 352b, filling the gap with the frame member 101.
[0085] The spacer member 302 is composed of one or more sheets. The spacer member 302 is formed in a piece shape with a predetermined width in the longitudinal direction of the new lower frame 32, and is arranged in a plurality of locations spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the new lower frame 32, or the spacer member 302 is arranged over the entire longitudinal length of the new lower frame 32. The thickness of the sheets constituting the spacer member 302 and the number of layers of the sheets are appropriately set according to the vertical depth of the step portion 3222 and the size of the gap between the indoor frame member 322 of the new lower frame 32 and the frame member 101, etc.
[0086] The connecting support plate 35 is made of a metal plate material such as aluminum, and is formed in a plate shape extending in the front direction as shown in Fig. 5. As shown in Fig. 5, the connecting support plate 35 is formed in a stepped shape, and extends from the indoor frame member 322, passing under the connecting member 323, to the outdoor frame member 321. As shown in Fig. 1, the connecting support plate 35 is formed in a piece shape with a predetermined width in the left-right direction, and is positioned near the center of the remodeled fitting 1 in the left-right direction.
[0087] Near the center in the left-right direction, which is the length direction of the new lower frame 32 where the connecting support plate 35 is provided, the mounting part 327 (see FIG. 5) of the new lower frame 32 and the two step leg parts 3223 (see FIG. 5) protruding downward from the indoor side X2 part of the underside of the indoor side frame member 322 are cut out by a width corresponding to the width at which the connecting support plate 35 is disposed, in the length direction of the new lower frame 32. The connecting support plate 35 is provided near the center in the length direction of the new lower frame 32, at a location where the mounting part 327 (see FIG. 5) and the two step leg parts 3223 (see FIG. 5) of the new lower frame 32 are cut out and missing.
[0088] 5, the connecting support plate 35 connects the outdoor frame member 321 and the indoor frame member 322 in a state of supporting them from below, straddling the connecting member 323 that connects the outdoor frame member 321 and the indoor frame member 322 in the forward direction. The connecting support plate 35 has an outdoor upper plate 351 arranged on the outdoor side X1, an indoor lower plate 352 arranged on the indoor side X2 and at a position lower than the outdoor upper plate 351, and a downwardly inclined connecting plate 353 formed with a downward slope from the outdoor side X1 toward the indoor side X2, and connecting the outdoor upper plate 351 and the indoor lower plate 352.
[0089] The outdoor upper plate 351 is disposed on the outdoor side X1 and extends approximately horizontally in the forward direction. The outdoor upper plate 351 is disposed below the underside 321b of the outdoor frame member 321 at a portion adjacent to the connecting member 323, and abuts against the underside 321b of the outdoor frame member 321 at a portion adjacent to the connecting member 323, supporting the outdoor frame member 321 from below. The outdoor upper plate 351 is fixed to the lower part of the outdoor side X2 of the outdoor frame member 321 of the new lower frame 32 by screws 351a that penetrate the outdoor upper plate 351 and the lower part of the outdoor side X2 of the outdoor frame member 321 of the new lower frame 32.
[0090] The indoor side lower plate 352 is connected to the indoor side X2 of the outdoor side upper plate 351 via a downwardly inclined connecting plate 353, and extends approximately horizontally in the forward direction at a position lower than the outdoor side upper plate 351. The indoor side lower plate 352 protrudes toward the indoor side X2 beyond the end face of the indoor side X2 of the indoor side frame member 322 of the newly-installed lower frame 32, and extends to the same position as the tip of the mounting portion 327 of the newly-installed lower frame 32.
[0091] The indoor side lower plate 352 has an indoor side X2 portion fixed to the building structure 100 on the indoor side X2 rather than the existing lower frame 22 by a screw 352a penetrating the indoor side lower plate 352 from diagonally above. The screw 352a fixing the indoor side X2 portion of the indoor side lower plate 352 is a screw of similar size as the screw SC2 fixing the mounting portion 327 of the newly-installed lower frame 32 when viewed in the left-right direction, and is arranged at approximately the same position and at approximately the same inclination angle. The indoor side lower plate 352 has an outdoor side X1 portion fixed to the lower part of the indoor side frame member 322 by a screw 352b penetrating the indoor side lower plate 352, the spacer member 302, and the step portion 3222 of the indoor side frame member 322 from below.
[0092] Even if the resin-made connecting member 323 is burned in the event of a fire, the connecting support plate 35 connects the outdoor frame member 321 and the indoor frame member 322 and is formed of a metal plate material, so that separation between the outdoor frame member 321 and the indoor frame member 322 can be suppressed. As a result, even if the resin-made connecting member 323 is burned in the event of a fire, the strength of the newly-installed lower frame 32 can be maintained.
[0093] Furthermore, the connecting support plate 35 is fixed to the building structure 100 at the indoor side X2 portion by the screw 352a, and supports the indoor side frame member 322 of the newly-installed lower frame 32 from below at the outdoor side X1 portion. As a result, since the connecting support plate 35 is fixed to the building structure 100 at the indoor side X2 portion by the screw 352a, the connecting support plate 35 can support the outdoor side frame member 321 of the newly-installed lower frame 32 at the outdoor side X1 portion in a state where it is prevented from sagging downward.
[0094] When the new frame 3 is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2, there is no other member between the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32 for attaching the new lower frame 32 to the existing lower frame 22. The new lower frame 32 is arranged so as to directly face the inner periphery of the existing lower frame 22 from above and below. Therefore, the new lower frame 32 can be arranged as close as possible to the existing lower frame 22. Since the new lower frame 32 is not fixed to the existing lower frame 22, even if the existing lower frame 22 is distorted, it can be attached without being affected by the state of the distortion. Since the screw SC2 does not contact the existing lower frame 22, heat is not transferred between the existing lower frame 22 and the indoor frame member 322 of the new lower frame 32 via the screw SC2.
[0095] A cover material 3213 made of resin or wood-derived material is attached between the pair of guide rails 324a, 324b of the new lower frame 32. The cover material 3213 covers the side surface of the guide rail 324b on the indoor side X2 and extends toward the indoor side X2 to cover the upper surface of the outdoor frame member 321 and the upper surface side of the connecting member 323.
[0096] As shown in Fig. 5, an angle member 328 made of resin or wood-derived material is attached to the indoor side frame member 322 of the newly installed lower frame 32. A cover material 3281 made of resin or wood-derived material is integrally provided on the outdoor side X1 of the angle member 328. A resin decorative cover 52 is attached to the angle member 328 by a screw 52a.
[0097] The decorative cover 52 extends continuously from the angle member 328 toward the interior side X2 and is disposed across the frame member 101. The decorative cover 52 fixed to the angle member 328 covers the newly installed sill 32 between the angle member 328 and the frame member 101 from the interior side X2. The heads of the screws SC2 and 352a are disposed inside the decorative cover 52. The boundary between the decorative cover 52 and the frame member 101 is shielded by a parting material 62 with an L-shaped cross section that is fixed to the frame member 101 by a screw 62a.
[0098] Next, the new vertical frames 33 and 34 will be described. The left and right new vertical frames 33 and 34 have substantially the same structure except that they are symmetrical. The left and right new vertical frames 33 and 34 will be described individually when they have different configurations that require explanation.
[0099] 6 and 7, the new vertical frames 33, 34 extend in the up-down direction along the length direction of the existing vertical frames 23, 24. The new vertical frames 33, 34 have a length in the front direction extending from the ends of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 on the outside side X1 to near the center in the front direction of the frame member 101. The new vertical frames 33, 34 are metal frame members, and are each made of an extruded shape extruded in the length direction from a metal material such as aluminum.
[0100] As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the new vertical frames 33, 34 have hollow portions 331, 341 with a generally rectangular cross section arranged on the outdoor X1 side, and hollow portions 332, 342 with a generally rectangular cross section arranged on the indoor X2 side. Heat foaming material mounting recesses 331b, 341b are formed on the outer side surfaces 331a, 341a on the left and right sides of the portions corresponding to the hollow portions 331, 341 of the new vertical frames 33, 34. Heat foaming material mounting recesses 332b, 342b are formed on the outer side surfaces 332a, 342a on the left and right sides of the portions corresponding to the hollow portions 332, 342 of the new vertical frames 33, 34.
[0101] The heated foaming material mounting recesses 331b, 332b, 341b, and 342b are formed to open outward in the left-right direction, extend a predetermined length in the projection direction, and extend over the entire length of the newly installed vertical frame 33. The heated foaming material mounting recesses 331b, 332b, 341b, and 342b are fitted with heated foaming materials 731, 732, 741, and 742 (first heated foaming materials).
[0102] The heated foaming materials 731, 732, 741, 742 are formed with a predetermined thickness, have a width in the projection direction, and extend over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the newly-installed vertical frame 33. As a result, the heated foaming materials 731, 741 are attached to the outside X1 of the outer side surfaces 331a, 341a (projected surfaces) on the outside in the left-right direction of the outside X1 of the hollow parts 331, 341 of the newly-installed vertical frames 33, 34, and the heated foaming materials 732, 742 are attached to the outside X1 of the outer side surfaces 332a, 342a (projected surfaces) on the outside in the left-right direction of the hollow parts 332, 342 of the newly-installed vertical frames 33, 34.
[0103] The heated foaming materials 731, 732, 741, 742 are attached to the outer side surfaces 331a, 332a (surfaces on the existing vertical frame 23 side, prospective surfaces) on the left-right outer side of the space side where the partition members 83, 84 are arranged, and foam in the thickness direction due to the heat of the flame when a fire occurs, so that the foaming materials foam toward the inner side surfaces in the left-right direction of the partition members 83, 84 on the left-right outer side. As a result, when a fire occurs, the heated foaming materials 731, 732, 741, 742 can block the space between the partition members 83, 84 and the new vertical frames 33, 34. Therefore, when a fire occurs, it is possible to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from the outside X1 or the inside X2 between the partition members 83, 84 and the new vertical frames 33, 34, or to suppress the flow of heat of the flame from the space between the partition members 83, 84 and the new vertical frames 33, 34 to the outside X1 or the inside X2.
[0104] In addition, the heat-foaming materials 731, 732, 741, 742 are attached to the new vertical frames 33, 34, and a partition member 83 is disposed between the resin cover material 232, 233, 242 of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 and the new vertical frames 33, 34. Therefore, the partition member 83 partitions the space between the resin cover material 232, 233, 242 of the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frames 33, 34, and partitions the space in which the heat-foaming materials 731, 732, 741, 742 attached to the new vertical frames 33, 34 foam. As a result, the partition members 83, 84 narrow the space in which the heat-foaming materials 731, 732, 741, 742 foam, thereby reducing the amount of heat-foaming materials 731, 732, 741, 742 used.
[0105] As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the outer side surfaces 331a, 341a corresponding to the hollow portions 331, 341 and the outer side surfaces 332a, 342a corresponding to the hollow portions 332, 342 are all arranged on the same plane except for the portions where the heated foaming material mounting recesses 331b, 332b, 341b, 342b and other mounting recesses are provided, and are arranged flush with each other in the projection direction of the newly installed vertical frame 33. The heated foaming material mounting recesses 331b, 332b, 341b, 342b and other mounting recesses are formed recessed inward in the left-right direction from the outer side surfaces 331a, 332a, 341a, 342a of the newly installed vertical frames 33, 34. The heated foaming materials 731, 732, 741, 742 do not protrude outward from these outer side surfaces 331a, 332a, 341a, 342a.
[0106] The exterior wall portions 334, 344 extending outward in the find direction are integrally provided at the outermost X1 portion of the new vertical frames 33, 34. The exterior wall portions 334, 344 protrude further outward in the find direction than the outer surfaces 331a, 332a, 341a, 342a of the hollow portions 331, 341 and the hollow portions 332, 342, and are arranged so as to overlap the end faces 23x, 24x of the outermost X1 outward protruding pieces 23b, 24b of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 from the exterior X1. As a result, the end faces 23x, 24x (outdoor portion) of the outer protruding pieces 23b, 24b of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 are covered and arranged by the exterior wall portions 334, 344 (outdoor portion) of the new vertical frames 33, 34.
[0107] Decorative materials 335, 345 (covering materials) made of a metal material such as aluminum are attached to the exterior wall portions 334, 344 in a manner that allows them to be detached from the exterior side X1. The decorative materials 335, 345 cover the exterior wall portions 334, 344, and extend outward in the visibility direction beyond the existing vertical frames 23, 24 to form the visibility surface of the new vertical frames 33, 34. The decorative materials 335, 345 cover and conceal the sealing material 104 exposed between the existing vertical frames 23, 24 and the exterior wall material 102 from the exterior side X1.
[0108] Mounting portions 336, 346 used to fix the new vertical frames 33, 34 to the building skeleton 100 are integrally provided at the locations of the new vertical frames 33, 34 closest to the indoor side X2. The mounting portions 336, 346 extend in a plate shape from the outer left and right portions of the end faces of the new vertical frames 33, 34 on the indoor side X2 toward the indoor side X2.
[0109] At least a pair of protrusions 3361, 3461 extending in the length direction of the new vertical frames 33, 34 are provided on the outer surface on the outer left-right direction of the mounting parts 336, 346. The pair of protrusions 3361, 3461 protrude slightly outward from the outer surface on the outer left-right direction of the mounting parts 336, 346 and are arranged in parallel with each other at a predetermined interval in the projection direction.
[0110] A pair of new vertical frames 33, 34 on the left and right sides of the new frame 3 assembled in a rectangular four-sided state are arranged on the inner periphery side of the portion extending from the existing vertical frames 23, 24 to the frame member 101. As shown in Figs. 6 and 7, when a gap is formed between the new vertical frame 33 and the frame member 101, the spacer members 303, 304 are arranged to fill the gap. The spacer members 303, 304 are composed of one or more sheets. The spacer members 303, 304 are formed in pieces having a predetermined width in the longitudinal direction of the new vertical frames 33, 34, and are arranged at a plurality of positions spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the new vertical frames 33, 34. The thickness of the sheets constituting the spacer members 303, 304 and the number of layers of the sheets are appropriately set according to the size of the gap between the new vertical frames 33, 34 and the frame member 101, etc.
[0111] The outer surfaces 332a, 342a and the mounting parts 336, 346 of the new vertical frames 33, 34 abut against and overlap the spacer members 303, 304. The new vertical frames 33, 34 of the four-sided new frame 3 are fixed to the building skeleton 100 on the indoor side X2, closer to the existing vertical frames 23, 24, by screws SC3, SC4 that penetrate the mounting parts 336, 346 and the spacer members 303, 304 from the indoor side X2. The screws SC3, SC4 penetrate between a pair of protrusions 3361, 3461 of the mounting parts 336, 346. The pair of protrusions 3361, 3461 abut against the spacer members 303, 304, suppressing deformation of the mounting parts 336, 346 when the fastening torque of the screws SC3, SC4 is applied.
[0112] When the new frame 3 is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2, there is no other member between the existing vertical frames 23, 24 and the new vertical frames 33, 34 for attaching the new vertical frames 33, 34 to the existing vertical frames 23, 24. The new vertical frames 33, 34 are arranged so as to directly face the inner periphery of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 on the left and right. Therefore, the new vertical frames 33, 34 can be arranged as close as possible to the existing vertical frames 23, 24. Since the new vertical frames 33, 34 are not fixed to the existing vertical frames 23, 24, even if distortion or the like occurs in the existing vertical frames 23, 24, they can be attached without being affected by the state of the distortion. Since the screws SC3, SC4 do not come into contact with the existing vertical frames 23, 24, heat is not transferred between the existing vertical frames 23, 24 and the new vertical frames 33, 34 via the screws SC3, SC4.
[0113] 6 and 7, angle members 338, 348 made of resin or wood-derived material are attached to the new vertical frames 33, 34. Resin decorative covers 53, 54 are attached to the angle members 338, 348 by screws 53a, 54a.
[0114] The decorative covers 53, 54 extend continuously from the angle members 338, 348 toward the room side X2 and are disposed across the frame member 101. The decorative covers 53, 54 fixed to the angle members 338, 348 cover the newly installed vertical frames 33, 34 and the spacer members 303, 304 between the angle members 338, 348 and the frame member 101 from the room side X2. The heads of the screws SC3, SC4 are disposed inside the decorative covers 53, 54. The boundaries between the decorative covers 53, 54 and the frame member 101 are shielded by parting materials 63, 64 with an L-shaped cross section that are fixed to the frame member 101 by screws 63a, 64a.
[0115] A resin cover material 333 is provided on the inner surface of the indoor side X2 portion of the new vertical frame 33. The cover material 333 is disposed adjacent to the outdoor side X1 of the angle member 338, and covers the inner surface of the new vertical frame 33 on the inner side X2 of the new vertical frame 33 from the angle member 338 to the inside in the left-right direction.
[0116] Next, the screens 41 and 42 will be described.
[0117] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the shoji screens 41, 42 are constructed by placing one or more panel members 414, 424 made of glass or the like inside a rectangular frame body consisting of an upper frame 411, 421, a lower frame 412, 422, and a pair of left and right vertical frames 413, 423.
[0118] 2, the upper frame 411, 421 is composed of an upper frame body 4111, 4211 made of an extrusion material extruded in the longitudinal direction from a metal material such as aluminum, and a cover member 4112, 4212 made of a resin or wood-derived material that covers the side surface of the upper frame body 4111, 4211 on the indoor side X2. The upper frame body 4111, 4211 is provided below the guide rails 314a, 314b of the newly installed upper frame 31.
[0119] As shown in Fig. 2, the lower frame 412, 422 is composed of a lower frame body 4121, 4221 made of an extrusion material extruded in the length direction from a metal material such as aluminum, and a cover member 4122, 4222 made of a resin or wood-derived material that covers the side surface of the lower frame body 4121, 4221 on the indoor side X2. The lower frame body 4121, 4221 is provided on the upper part of the guide rails 324a, 324b of the newly installed lower frame 32. A door roller 4123, 4223 is provided inside the lower frame body 4121, 4221 and is placed on the guide rails 324a, 324b so as to be able to roll.
[0120] As shown in FIG. 3, the vertical frames 413, 423 are composed of vertical frame main bodies 4131, 4231 made of extruded shapes extruded longitudinally from a metal material such as aluminum, and cover members 4132, 4232 made of resin or wood-derived material that cover the indoor side X2 side of the vertical frame main bodies 4131, 4231.
[0121] According to the remodeling fitting 1 of the present embodiment, when the new frame 3 is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2, no member for attaching the new frame 3 to the existing frame 2 is interposed between the existing frame 2 and the new frame 3, so the new frame 3 can be arranged as close as possible to the existing frame 2. Therefore, it is possible to construct a remodeling fitting 1 with a dimension of the frame member in the viewing direction as compact as possible. Since the new frame 3 is not fixed to the existing frame 2, it can be attached without being affected by the distortion state of the existing frame 2. Therefore, the workability of the new frame 3 is improved. Since the screws SC1, SC2, SC3, and SC4, which are fixing members, do not come into contact with the existing frame 2, heat is not transferred between the existing frame 2 and the new frame 3 through the screws SC1, SC2, SC3, and SC4, and the insulation is excellent.
[0122] The renovation fitting 1 of this embodiment has the following effects.
[0123] The remodeling fixture 1 of this embodiment includes an existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24) that is attached to an opening of a building skeleton 100 and has a metal frame body 211, 221, 231, 241 and a resin cover material 212, 213, 222, 232, 233, 242, a new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frames 33, 34) that is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24), and The new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frame 33, 34) is arranged between the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24) and is provided with partition members 81, 82, 83, 84 which partition the space between the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frame 33, 34) and the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24). In addition, in this embodiment, the partition members 81, 82, 83, 84 have forward direction extension plates 811, 822, 832, 842 that are arranged between the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frames 33, 34) and the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24) and extend in the forward direction, and are arranged so that there are no parts that directly face the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24).
[0124] As a result, the partition members 81, 82, 83, 84 cover the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 232, 233, 242 attached to the inner surfaces of the metal frame bodies 211, 221.231, 241 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24), so that in the event of a fire, melting of the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24) can be prevented, or melting of the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24) can be delayed.
[0125] In addition, even if the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24) burn in the event of a fire, the partition members 81, 82, 83, 84 are positioned between the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing lower frame 22, existing vertical frames 23, 24) and the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frames 33, 34), so that it is possible to prevent flames from leaking to the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new lower frame 32, new vertical frames 33, 34) side.
[0126] In this embodiment, the heated foaming materials 711, 712, 731, 732, 741, and 742 are attached to the new frame 3 (the new upper frame 31, the new vertical frames 33, 34) so as to foam toward the partition members 81, 83, and 84. As a result, when a fire occurs, the heat of the flame causes the heated foaming materials 711, 712, 731, 732, 741, 742 to foam, thereby sealing the gap between the partition members 81, 83, 84 and the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new vertical frames 33, 34) and preventing the heat of the flame from flowing in from the outside side X1 or the inside side X2 between the partition members 81, 83, 84 and the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new vertical frames 33, 34), or preventing the heat of the flame from flowing out from between the partition members 81, 83, 84 and the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new vertical frames 33, 34) to the outside side X1 or the inside side X2.
[0127] In addition, the partition members 81, 82, 83, 84 partition the space between the resin cover materials 212, 213, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing vertical frames 23, 24) and the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new vertical frames 33, 34), partitioning the space in which the heated foaming materials 711, 712, 731, 732, 741, 742 attached to the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new vertical frames 33, 34) foam. This narrows the space in which the heated foaming materials 711, 712, 731, 732, 741, 742 foam, thereby reducing the amount of the heated foaming materials 711, 712, 731, 732, 741, 742 used.
[0128] In this embodiment, the exterior side surface 211d (outdoor portion) of the guide rail 211c of the existing upper frame 21 is arranged to be covered by the exterior wall portion 315 (outdoor portion) of the new upper frame 31. The end faces 23x, 24x (outdoor portion) of the outward protruding pieces 23b, 24b of the existing vertical frames 23, 24 are arranged to be covered by the exterior wall portions 334, 344 (outdoor portion) of the new vertical frames 33, 34.
[0129] As a result, when a fire breaks out on the outdoor side X1, the heat of the flame from the outdoor side X1 is directly transmitted to the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new vertical frames 33, 34), and is transmitted to the resin cover materials 212, 213, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing vertical frames 23, 24) via the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new vertical frames 33, 34). Therefore, the heat of the flame from the outdoor side X1 is transmitted to the heating foam materials 711, 712, 731, 732, 741, 742 attached to the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new vertical frames 33, 34) faster than the resin cover materials 212, 213, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing vertical frames 23, 24). Therefore, the heated foaming materials 711, 712, 731, 732, 741, 742 tend to foam faster than the resin cover materials 212, 213, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing vertical frames 23, 24) melt. Therefore, in the event of a fire, the heated foaming materials 711, 712, 731, 732, 741, 742 can foam faster than the resin cover materials 212, 213, 232, 233, 242 of the existing frame 2 (existing upper frame 21, existing vertical frames 23, 24) melt, and can close the gap between the partition members 81, 82, 83 and the new frame 3 (new upper frame 31, new vertical frames 33, 34). Therefore, the fireproof performance can be improved.
[0130] Next, the second embodiment will be described. In the second embodiment, in addition to the configuration of the first embodiment, as shown in Fig. 8 to Fig. 11, heated foaming materials 713, 714, 721, 733, 734, and 743 (second heated foaming materials) are attached to partition members 81, 82, 83, and 84. In the second embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0131] As shown in Fig. 8, heated foaming materials 713, 714 (second heated foaming materials) are attached to the surface of the partition member 81 attached to the existing upper frame 21 on the side of the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21. The heated foaming materials 713, 714 are attached to the upper surface of the forward direction extension plate 811 of the partition member 81 so as to foam toward the resin cover materials 212, 213 of the existing upper frame 21. The heated foaming material 713 is attached to the upper surface of the outside side X1 of the forward direction extension plate 811 of the partition member 81 at a position facing the resin cover material 212 of the existing upper frame 21. In addition, the heated foaming material 714 is attached to the upper surface of the inside side X2 of the forward direction extension plate 811 of the partition member 81 at a position facing the resin cover portion 2131 of the resin cover material 213 of the existing upper frame 21.
[0132] 9, a heated foaming material 721 (second heated foaming material) is attached to the surface of the partition member 82 attached to the existing lower frame 22 facing the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22. The heated foaming material 721 is attached to the lower surface of the forward direction extension plate 822 of the partition member 82 so as to foam toward the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22. The heated foaming material 721 is attached to the lower surface of the outside side X1 of the forward direction extension plate 822 of the partition member 82 in a position facing the resin cover portion 2221 of the resin cover material 222 of the existing lower frame 22.
[0133] As shown in Fig. 10, heated foaming materials 733, 734 (second heated foaming materials) are attached to the surface of the partition member 83 attached to the existing vertical frame 23 on the left side facing the resin cover material 233 of the existing vertical frame 23. The heated foaming materials 733, 734 are attached to the outer surface in the left-right direction of the projection direction extension plate 832 of the partition member 83 so as to foam toward the resin cover material 233 of the existing vertical frame 23. The heated foaming materials 733, 734 are arranged side by side at intervals in the projection direction on the outer surface in the left-right direction of the projection direction extension plate 832 of the partition member 83, and are attached to positions facing the outdoor exterior X1 portion and the indoor interior X2 portion of the resin cover material 233 of the existing vertical frame 23.
[0134] 11, a heat-foaming material 743 (second heat-foaming material) is attached to the surface of the partition member 84 attached to the existing vertical frame 24 on the right side, facing the resin cover material 242 of the existing vertical frame 24. The heat-foaming material 743 is attached to the outer surface in the left-right direction of the projection direction extension plate 842 of the partition member 84 so as to foam toward the resin cover material 242 of the existing vertical frame 24. The heat-foaming material 743 is attached to the outer surface in the left-right direction of the projection direction extension plate 842 of the partition member 84 in a position facing the resin cover portion 2421 of the resin cover material 242 of the existing vertical frame 24 on the outer surface in the left-right direction of the projection direction extension plate 842 of the partition member 84.
[0135] As described above, in the second embodiment, the heated foaming materials 713, 714, 721, 733, 734, 743 are attached to the surfaces of the partition members 81, 82, 83, 84 that face the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 233, 242. Therefore, in the event of a fire, the heated foaming materials 713, 714, 721, 733, 734, 743 can be foamed toward the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 233, 242 in the spaces partitioned by the partition members 81, 82, 83, 84 with the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 233, 242 arranged therein. This makes it possible to prevent the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 233, and 242 from melting, or to delay the melting of the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 233, and 242.
[0136] Furthermore, in the space partitioned by the partition members 81, 82, 83, 84 with the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 233, 242 arranged therein, the heated foaming materials 713, 714, 721, 733, 734, 743 are foamed toward the resin cover materials 212, 213, 222, 233, 242. Thus, by providing the partition members 81, 82, 83, 84, the space in which the heated foaming materials 713, 714, 721, 733, 734, 743 foam can be narrowed, and the amount of the heated foaming materials 713, 714, 721, 733, 734, 743 used can be reduced.
