Cooling block and double-belt press

Abstract

To efficiently perform heat transfer, on a contact surface between a cooling block and a belt.SOLUTION: Cooling blocks (30a and 30b) are used in a double belt press (1), and cool a heated and pressurized product through belts (13a and 13b). The cooling blocks (30a and 30b) have a plurality of supply passages (34), a recovery groove (35), and a discharge port (36). The plurality of supply passages (34) supplies fluid to the belts (13a and 13b) from a contact surface with the belts (13a and 13b). The recovery groove (35) is formed at a position surrounding a region where the plurality of supply passages (34) is formed, on the contact surface, and recovers fluid supplied to the belts (13a and 13b). The discharge port (36) is formed in the recovery groove (35), and discharges the fluid recovered by the recovery groove (35) to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
