[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2022-184748 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] In the above-mentioned vehicle, the solar cell unit is located in a high position, such as on the roof of the vehicle, and cleaning is not easy. There is a concern that the power generation efficiency of the solar cell will decrease if the surface of the solar cell becomes dirty. Therefore, it is desired to provide a solar cell unit that can easily remove foreign matter such as dust and dirt attached to the solar cell. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] A solar cell unit in one embodiment includes a solar cell sheet, a roller around which the solar cell sheet is wound, and a cleaner that comes into sliding contact with the surface of the solar cell sheet that is wound by the roller. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0006] [Figure 1] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a vehicle equipped with a solar cell unit. [Diagram 2]FIG. 13 is a schematic diagram of a solar cell unit according to another embodiment. [Diagram 3] FIG. 13 is a schematic diagram of a ship according to another embodiment. [Figure 4] FIG. 13 is a schematic diagram of a solar cell unit according to another embodiment. [Diagram 5] FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0007] <Solar cell unit 1> Various embodiments will be described below with reference to Figs. 1-5. As shown in Fig. 1, a solar cell unit 1 is provided on the roof of a vehicle C such as a bus. The roof is configured to be openable toward the top of the vehicle C, and the solar cell unit 1 receives sunlight from above and generates electricity. The generated electricity is stored in, for example, a battery (not shown) provided inside the vehicle C, and is used to operate electronic devices inside the vehicle.

[0008] As shown in Fig. 1, the solar cell unit 1 has a flexible, thin, sheet-like solar cell sheet 2, and rollers 3 around which the front and rear portions of the solar cell sheet 2 are wound. The rollers 3 are provided rotatably relative to the vehicle C. The solar cell sheet 2 is wound up on the rollers 3 by the rotation of the rollers 3. This winding action moves the solar cell sheet 2 back and forth between the rollers 3 while maintaining a tensioned state.

[0009] The solar cell unit 1 also has a cleaner 6 arranged to abut against the surface of the solar cell sheet 2. The cleaner 6 is made of a sponge material. The cleaner 6 is fixed in position relative to the vehicle C. This allows the cleaner 6 to slide against the surface of the solar cell sheet 2 as the solar cell sheet 2 moves back and forth. This allows the cleaner 6 to wipe off foreign matter such as dirt and stains attached to the surface of the solar cell sheet 2. In this way, the solar cell unit 1 can easily remove foreign matter such as dirt and stains attached to the solar cell sheet 2 by moving the solar cell sheet 2.

[0010] <Solar cell sheet 2> The solar cell sheet 2 has a battery section 4 equipped with a solar cell element, and a rail section 5 that is wound around the roller 3. The battery section 4 is composed of a perovskite solar cell. The battery section 4 is mounted integrally on the rail section 5. As the roller 3 rotates, the battery section 4 and the rail section 5 are wound up integrally around the roller 3. The cleaner 6 is provided so as to be in contact with the upper surface of the battery section 4. As the battery section 4 moves, the cleaner 6 removes foreign matter adhering to the battery section 4. As another embodiment, the solar cell sheet 2 may be configured so that the entirety of the battery section 4 is composed of the battery section 4, and both sections of the battery section 4 are wound around the roller 3.

[0011] <Rola 3> The rollers 3 are rod-shaped members that are elongated in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle C (front-rear direction on the paper in FIG. 1). The rollers 3 are supported rotatably relative to the vehicle C. The rollers 3 have a front roller 3a provided at the front of the vehicle C and a rear roller 3b provided at the rear of the vehicle C. The front rollers 3a and the rear rollers 3b are configured so that they can be rotated by a motor (not shown). The front rollers 3a and the rear rollers 3b rotate in the same direction in conjunction with each other. In FIG. 1, the battery unit 4 moves rearward when each roller 3 rotates counterclockwise. The battery unit 4 moves forward when each roller 3 rotates clockwise.

[0012] <Effects of the embodiment> To summarize the above, the solar cell unit 1 has the solar cell sheet 2, the roller 3 around which the solar cell sheet 2 is wound, and the cleaner 6 that comes into sliding contact with the surface of the solar cell sheet 2 wound by the roller 3. According to the above configuration, the movement of the solar cell sheet 2 by the roller 3 allows the cleaner 6 to easily remove foreign matter such as dirt and grime from the solar cell sheet 2. Therefore, a decrease in power generation efficiency due to foreign matter on the solar cell sheet 2 can be efficiently suppressed.

[0013] <Other embodiments> As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the solar cell unit 11 may have a configuration in which the rail portion 5 is endlessly hung on each roller 3. In this case, the battery portion 4 and the rail portion 5 are not wound on each roller 3, but rotate in a circular shape between each roller 3 as shown by the arrow in FIG. 2. Even in the above configuration, the cleaner 6 abuts against the battery portion 4, thereby removing dust and dirt from the battery portion 4. In the above configuration, it is sufficient that either the front roller 3a or the rear roller 3b is rotated by a motor. The other roller 3 that does not have a motor may be rotated following the movement of the solar cell sheet 2. The cleaner 6 may also be provided at the bottom of the solar cell unit 11. Specifically, it may be provided so as to abut against the battery portion 4 that has moved downward due to the rotation of the roller 3.

[0014] In another embodiment, the solar cell unit may be provided on the side, front or rear surface in addition to the roof of the vehicle C. Also, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, the solar cell unit may be attached to any location such as a boat S or a house H in addition to the vehicle C.

[0015] In another embodiment, the roller may be rotated manually. Also, the roller may be provided only on one end of the solar cell sheet, and the other end may be provided with an elastic body such as rubber that allows the solar cell sheet to move.

[0016] As another embodiment, the cleaner may be made of non-woven fabric, a filter, or the like, in addition to the sponge.

[0017] As another embodiment, as shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the solar cell unit 21 may be configured to have a guide 7 on the cleaner 6. Specifically, the guide 7 is provided so as to direct foreign matter flowing toward the cleaner 6 to the outside in the width direction of the solar cell sheet 2. The guide 7 is provided on the upstream side of the cleaner 6 in the moving direction of the solar cell sheet 2. The guide 7 is shaped to incline in an eight-shape from the center to the end of the cleaner 6. This allows the guide 7 to guide foreign matter flowing with the movement of the solar cell sheet 2 to the outside in the width direction of the solar cell sheet 2. This allows the guide 7 to more efficiently remove foreign matter from the solar cell sheet 2. As one pattern, snow that accumulates on the solar cell sheet 2 provided on the house H can be easily removed by moving the solar cell sheet 2. As another embodiment, the guide 7 may be shaped like an eight, or may be inclined from one side to the other in the width direction, or may be any shape that can guide foreign matter to the outside in the width direction.

[0018] In this way, the guide 7 that guides foreign matter on the surface of the solar cell sheet 2 to the outside of the solar cell sheet 2 is disposed upstream of the cleaner 6 on the solar cell sheet 2 that is rolled up by the roller 3. According to the above configuration, in addition to the cleaner 6 removing foreign matter, the guide 7 can guide the foreign matter to the outside of the solar cell sheet 2. This makes it possible to more efficiently remove foreign matter adhering to the solar cell sheet 2.

[0019] Although various embodiments have been described above, the present disclosure is not limited to these embodiments, and various other modifications, substitutions, improvements, and the like are possible for those skilled in the art. [Explanation of symbols]
