Among these forms, preferably liquid form, semi-solid form, more preferably liquid form are mentioned.
[0035] [Object to be cleaned] The object to be cleaned by the cleaning composition of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it requires disinfection and stain removal. For example, hard surfaces that can come into contact with water, such as toilets (toilet bowls, toilet floors), bathrooms, kitchens, kitchens, drain pipes, water storage facilities (pools, artificial ponds, etc.), can be mentioned. Among these, the toilet bowl of a flush toilet is an object to be cleaned that is prone to stains derived from microorganisms such as blackening and requires disinfection. Therefore, the cleaning composition of the present invention is suitable as a cleaner for the toilet bowl of a flush toilet.
[0036] When the cleaning composition of the present invention is used for cleaning the toilet bowl of a flush toilet, the cleaning composition of the present invention may be applied directly to the toilet bowl for cleaning, but it is preferably diluted with flush water and used for cleaning the toilet bowl using the flush water during the flush of the flush toilet. The cleaning agent for an in-tank of a flush toilet is put into the water storage tank of the flush toilet and used. When it comes into contact with the flush water for cleaning in the water storage tank, the cleaning composition elutes, and the flush water in which the cleaning composition is dissolved is discharged into the toilet bowl at the time of flushing to clean the toilet bowl. The cleaning agent for a rim part of a flush toilet is attached to the rim part of the flush toilet and used. When the flush water discharged into the toilet comes into contact with a container containing the cleaning composition, the cleaning composition flows out of the container, and the flush water in which the cleaning composition is dissolved is discharged into the toilet bowl to clean the toilet bowl. The cleaning agent used by attaching it to the toilet surface is installed in a state of being attached to the toilet surface, and when the flush water discharged into the toilet at the time of flushing comes into contact with it, the cleaning composition elutes into the flush water to clean the toilet bowl. When the cleaning composition of the present invention is used as a cleaning agent used by attaching it to the toilet surface, in order to have adhesiveness to the toilet surface, the cleaning composition of the present invention is preferably in a gel state.
[0038] [Container for containing] In addition, since the detergent composition of the present invention can suppress discoloration (yellowing) over time, even when it is housed in a container having a transparent housing portion (a housing portion for housing the detergent composition) through which the interior can be visually recognized, it has the advantage of being stably maintained without impairing the appearance. Therefore, as a suitable example of a container for housing the detergent composition of the present invention, a container having a transparent housing portion can be mentioned. Here, "transparent" includes both colorless transparent and colored transparent.
[0039] In addition, a container having a blue transparent housing portion is considered to be an unsuitable container for housing a detergent composition that easily changes color over time and is likely to turn yellow over time because it is easy to distinguish a change in color tone when the detergent composition housed in the housing portion turns yellow. However, in the detergent composition of the present invention, since discoloration (yellowing) over time can be suppressed, even when it is housed in a container having a blue transparent housing portion, the appearance can be stably maintained. Therefore, as a suitable example of a container for housing the detergent composition of the present invention, a container having a blue transparent housing portion can be mentioned.
[0040] 2. Method for suppressing discoloration The present invention further provides a method for suppressing discoloration of a detergent composition containing a tertiary amine. Specifically, the method is carried out by containing a tertiary amine and a chelating agent in the detergent composition.
[0041] Regarding the type and content of the tertiary amine used in the method, the type and content of the chelating agent, the type and content of other components that can be formulated in the detergent composition, the form of the detergent composition, the object to be cleaned, etc., they are as described in the column of "1. Detergent Composition" above.
Examples
[0042] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
[0043] Test Example 1 A liquid detergent composition having the composition shown in Table 1 was prepared. Immediately after preparation, all the detergent compositions were colorless and transparent. 60 ml of each detergent composition immediately after preparation was placed in a 75-ml glass container and stored at 60 °C for 2 weeks under light-shielded conditions. After 2 weeks of storage, the appearance of the detergent composition was observed, and the discoloration inhibition effect was evaluated according to the following criteria. <Criteria for judging the discoloration inhibition effect> ◎: No yellowing at all. ○: Almost no yellowing. △: Slightly yellowing. ×: Obvious yellowing is observed.
[0044] The results are shown in Table 1. As a result, in the detergent compositions containing a tertiary amine (dimethyl dodecylamine or dimethyl tetradecylamine) and no chelating agent, obvious yellowing was observed after storage at 60 °C for 2 weeks (Comparative Examples 1 to 4). On the other hand, in the detergent compositions containing a chelating agent (HEDP, EDTA or NTA) together with a tertiary amine (dimethyl dodecylamine or dimethyl tetradecylamine), the yellowing after storage at 60 °C for 2 weeks was sufficiently suppressed, and they had excellent storage stability. That is, from these results, it became clear that in the detergent composition, discoloration can be suppressed by using a combination of a tertiary amine and a chelating agent.
