Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0008] <First Embodiment> Next, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a state in which a fitting 1 having a water stop plate storage structure A is water-stopped by a water stop plate 30. The fitting 1 includes a rectangular frame body 10 fixed to a body opening of a building or the like, and a door body 20 that opens and closes the opening in the frame body 10 in a door shape. A water stop plate storage structure A is configured on the door body 20.
[0009] The frame body 10 includes vertical frames 11 and 12 spaced apart from each other left and right, an upper frame 13 that connects these vertical frames 11 and 12 on the upper end side, and a lower frame 14 (see FIG. 5) that connects the vertical frames 11 and 12 on the lower end side, and is configured in a rectangular frame shape with an opening in the center. An airtight material 15 (see FIGS. 4 and 5, etc.) made of an elastic material is provided on the door contact surface of the frame body 10 so as to be pressed against the door body 20 when closed.
[0010] The door body 20 includes front and back exterior plates 21, 21 (see FIG. 5) spaced apart in the thickness direction, and a frame material and a core material or the like (not shown) that support these exterior plates 21, 21 from the inside, and is configured in a rectangular plate shape that can close the opening in the frame body 10. The door body 20 is supported by the vertical frame 12 by a hinge 22 (see FIG. 4) at the door butt side portion, and opens and closes by rotating about this hinge as a fulcrum.
[0011] A water stop plate storage structure A is configured on the indoor exposed surface 20a of the door body 20. This water stop plate storage structure A is provided with a water stop plate mounting portion 70 near the door butt on the substantially vertical exposed surface 20a, and the water stop plate 30 overlapped on the exposed surface 20a with the lateral width direction oriented vertically is held by this water stop plate mounting portion 70.
[0012] The water stop plate 30 integrally includes a main body portion 31, handle portions 32 provided on both the left and right sides of the main body portion 31, and a waterproof material 33 that covers the left and right end sides and the lower end side of the main body portion 31 (see FIG. 2).
[0013] The main body portion 31 is formed by appropriately bending a plate material made of a magnetic metal material. Specifically, the main body portion 31 integrally has a horizontally long rectangular flat plate portion 31a, side bent pieces 31b, 31b formed by bending both left and right end sides of the plate portion 31a to protrude outward to the outdoor side, and a lower bent piece 31c formed by bending the lower end side of the plate portion 31a to protrude outward to the outdoor side.
[0014] Each side bent piece 31b is formed so as to be substantially parallel and close in the vertical direction with respect to the vertical frame 11 (or 12). When the end side in the width direction of the water stop plate 30 is directed upward (see FIGS. 6 to 8), this side bent piece 31b appropriately protrudes outward to the outdoor side from the side end portion of the plate portion 31a so as to be hand-holdable.
[0015] The lower bent piece 31c is formed so as to be substantially parallel and close in a substantially horizontal direction with respect to the lower frame 14 (see FIG. 5) and to be pressed by the closing door body 20. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the lower bent piece 31c has a tip-side portion toward the outdoor side in the longitudinal section bent in a crank shape, and a surface continuous downward in this crank-shaped portion functions as a receiving surface 31c1 for receiving the closing door body 20.
[0016] The handle portion 32 is a component formed in a concave shape that can be held by resin molding or the like, and is fitted on both the left and right sides of the plate portion 31a.
[0017] The waterproof material 33 is made of an elastic material such as rubber or elastomer resin, and is joined to the main body portion 31 by adhesion, fitting, or the like. This watertight material 33 has left and right side watertight portions 33a, 33a that cover the side curved piece portions 31b, 31b on both sides of the main body portion 31 in an approximately L-shaped cross section, and a lower watertight portion 33b that covers the lower curved piece portion 31c of the main body portion 31 in an approximately L-shaped vertical section, which are arranged in a concave shape when viewed from the front (see Figures 2 to 5).
[0018] The waterstop mounting part 70 is equipped with an inverted concave engagement part 71 with an opening facing downward, and a concave receiving part 72 with an opening facing upward so as to face the inverted concave engagement part 71. The waterstop mounting part 70 fits the upper end side and the lower end side of the waterstop 30, whose width direction faces up and down, into the inverted concave engagement part 71 and the concave receiving part 72, respectively (see Figures 6 to 7).
[0019] The inverted concave engagement portion 71 and the concave receiving portion 72 are each a channel steel-like member made of a hard metallic material such as metal. The concave receiving portion 72 is fixed to the indoor surface of the door body 20 with its opening facing upward so that the lower end portion of the water stop 30 can be placed on it. The inverted concave engagement portion 71 is fixed to the indoor surface of the door body 20 with its opening facing downward so as to fit into the upper end of the water stop plate 30. The means for fixing the concave receiving portion 72 and the reverse concave engaging portion 71 to the door body 20 may be welding, adhesive, screwing, riveting, fitting, magnetic attraction, etc.
[0020] The depth dimension of the reverse concave engagement portion 71 is greater than the depth dimension of the concave receiving portion 72 . That is, with the width direction of the waterstop 30 facing up and down, as shown in Figures 7(a) and (b), the upper end side is fitted into the inverted concave engagement portion 71, and then the lower end side is fitted into the concave receiving portion 72. The depth dimensions and the vertical distance between the inverted concave engagement portion 71 and the concave receiving portion 72 are appropriately set so that the above procedure can be performed.
[0021] The waterstop mounting portion 70 configured as described above is disposed so that the height dimension H from the lower end of the door body 20 is greater than the height dimension h of the waterstop 30 (see FIG. 1).
[0022] <Action and effect> Next, the characteristic effects of the water stop plate storage structure A will be described in detail. During normal times when there is no water increase or the like on the outdoor side, the water stop plate 30 is mounted on the water stop plate mounting portion 70. Specifically, when the width direction of the water stop plate 30 is oriented vertically, the upper side thereof is tilted toward the door body 20 side and inserted into the reverse concave engaging portion 71 (see Fig. 7(a)). Next, the water stop plate 30 is made substantially vertical so that the lower end side approaches the surface of the door body 20. Then, the lower end portion of the water stop plate 30 is placed on the concave receiving portion 72 (see Fig. 7(a)). In this way, the water stop plate 30 is mounted on the water stop plate mounting portion 70.
[0023] During water increase or the like on the outdoor side, the water stop plate 30 is removed from the water stop plate mounting portion 70 in the reverse order of the above. The removed water stop plate 30 is horizontally held by hanging both hands on the hanging portions 32, 32 on both sides, and fitted to the lower end side of the frame body 10 (see Figs. 3 to 5). Then, the water stop plate 30 presses the left and right side watertight portions 33a, 33a and the lower watertight portion 33b against the vertical frames 11, 12 and the lower frame 14, respectively, and contracts them in a watertight manner.
[0024] After that, when the door body 20 is closed, the water stop plate 30 is sandwiched between the lower bent piece portion 31c and the airtight material 15 of the door body 20 and the lower frame 14, and is fixed immovably (see Fig. 5).
[0025] As described above, according to the water stop plate storage structure A having the above configuration, the water stop plate 30 can be exposed and stored near the fitting 1 which is the object to be water stopped so as to be conspicuous. Therefore, during water increase or the like, an operator or the like can immediately find the water stop plate 30 and quickly carry out the removal operation of the water stop plate 30.
[0026] Note that, as shown in Fig. 8, the water stop plate 30 can also be mounted on or removed from the water stop plate mounting portion 70 from the side of the door body 20.
[0027] <Second Embodiment> Next, another example of the water stop plate storage structure according to the present invention will be described. The water stop plate storage structure described below is a modification of a part of the above water stop plate storage structure A. Therefore, mainly the modified part will be described in detail, and for the parts that function in the same way, the same reference numerals will be used and the redundant detailed description will be omitted.
[0028] The water stop plate storage structure B shown in FIG. 9 is obtained by replacing the water stop plate mounting portion 70 with a water stop plate mounting portion 70B in the above water stop plate storage structure A. The water stop plate mounting portion 70B is obtained by replacing the reverse concave engaging portion 71 with a reverse concave engaging portion 73.
[0029] The reverse concave engaging portion 73 integrally has a reverse concave main body portion 73a having the same shape as the above reverse concave engaging portion 71 and an engaged portion 73b protruding inside the reverse concave main body portion 73a.
[0030] The engaged portion 73b is formed so as to raise the wall surface of the reverse concave main body portion 73a on the door body 20 side. This engaged portion 73b has a continuous inclined piece-shaped longitudinal section (see FIG. 9) facing obliquely upward on the reverse door body 20 side for a predetermined length in the lateral width direction of the door body 20.
[0031] In the water stop plate storage structure B, after inserting the upper end side of the water stop plate 30 into the reverse concave engaging portion 73 and moving it upward, the water stop plate 30 is moved downward substantially parallel to the surface of the door body 20, and the upper end side of the water stop plate 30 is hooked on the engaged portion 73b, and the lower end side of the water stop plate 30 is fitted into the concave receiving portion 72.
[0032] Therefore, according to the water stop plate storage structure B shown in FIG. 9, similarly to the above water stop plate storage structure A, the storage workability and the carrying-out workability of the water stop plate 30 can be improved. In the water stop plate storage structure B as well, it is possible to attach and detach the water stop plate 30 from the side with respect to the water stop plate mounting portion 70 (see FIG. 8).
[0033] <Third Embodiment> The water stop plate storage structure C shown in Fig. 10 is obtained by replacing the water stop plate mounting portion 70 with a water stop plate mounting portion 70C and replacing the water stop plate 30 with a water stop plate 30' in the above water stop plate storage structure A.
[0034] The water stop plate mounting portion 70C is an engaged portion having a shape substantially the same as that of the engaged portion 73b in the reverse concave engaging portion 73. That is, this water stop plate mounting portion 70C has a shape in which a U-shaped longitudinal section is continuous in the lateral width direction for a predetermined length, one piece portion thereof protrudes obliquely upward toward the reverse door body 20 side, and the other piece portion is fixed to the surface of the door body 20. As means for this fixing, for example, welding, adhesion, screwing, riveting, fitting, magnetic adsorption, etc. may be used.
[0035] The water stop plate 30' is obtained by adding a hanging portion 35 to the back surface of the main body portion 31 of the above water stop plate 30. The hanging portion 35 has a shape in which a lateral L-shaped longitudinal section with the protruding end side facing downward is continuous in the lateral width direction for a predetermined length. The water stop plate 30' is attached to the door body 20 by hanging the hanging portion 35 on the water stop plate mounting portion 70C.
[0036] Therefore, according to the water stop plate storage structure C shown in Fig. 10, with a simpler structure, the same operational effects as those of the above water stop plate storage structure A can be obtained.
[0037] <Fourth Embodiment> The water stop plate storage structure D shown in Fig. 11 is obtained by replacing the water stop plate mounting portion 70 with a water stop plate mounting portion 70D and forming the main body portion 31 of the water stop plate 30 with a magnetic material in the above water stop plate storage structure A.
[0038] The water stop plate mounting portion 70D is composed of one or more (two according to the illustrated example) magnets 75.
[0039] Each magnet 75 has two substantially parallel surfaces, and one surface thereof is magnetically adsorbed to the exposed surface 20a of the door body 20 which is a magnetic material. The water stop plate 30 is magnetically adsorbed to the other surface of this magnet 75.
[0040] Therefore, according to the water stop plate storage structure D shown in FIG. 11, with a simpler structure, the same operational effects as those of the water stop plate storage structure A can be obtained. <Fifth Embodiment> The water stop plate storage structure E shown in FIG. 12 is obtained by replacing the water stop plate mounting portion 70 in the water stop plate storage structure A with a water stop plate mounting portion 70E located on the wall portion 2 around the fitting 1. The water stop plate mounting portion 70E includes an inverted concave engaging portion 71 and a concave receiving portion 72, similar to the water stop plate mounting portion 70, and is fixed to the exposed surface of the wall portion 2 around the fitting 1. Such fixing means may include welding, adhesion, screwing, riveting, fitting, magnetic adsorption, etc.
[0041] Therefore, according to the water stop plate storage structure E shown in FIG. 12, since the water stop plate mounting portion 70E is located near the fitting 1 to which the water stop plate 30 is to be mounted, the storage and removal properties of the water stop plate 30 are good.
[0042] <Other Modification Examples> For the water stop plate storage structures A to E of the above embodiments, it is possible to combine some of their configurations as appropriate to form other embodiments. For example, in the water stop plate storage structure A, it is possible to replace the inverted concave engaging portion 71 with the water stop plate mounting portion 70C of the water stop plate storage structure C. As another example, in the water stop plate storage structure A, it is possible to replace one or both of the inverted concave engaging portion 71 and the concave receiving portion 72 with the magnet 75 of the water stop plate storage structure D. As another example, in the water stop plate storage structure E, a mode in which the inverted concave engaging portion 71 on the wall portion 2 is replaced with the water stop plate mounting portion 70C of the water stop plate storage structure C, or one or both of the inverted concave engaging portion 71 and the concave receiving portion 72 on the wall portion 2 are replaced with the magnet 75 of the water stop plate storage structure D is possible.
[0043] According to the above-mentioned water stop plate storage structure E (refer to FIG. 12), the water stop plate mounting portion 70E is installed on the wall portion 2 around the fitting 1. However, as another example, the water stop plate mounting portion 70E can be similarly installed on the exposed surfaces such as the shoe box (shoe box) around the fitting 1, concave portions, stepped portions, and other parts.
[0044] According to the above-mentioned embodiment, the water stop plate 30 is held on the exposed surface by fitting, latching, magnetic adsorption, etc. However, as another example, the water stop plate 30 can be adsorbed on the above-mentioned exposed surface by a suction cup, or the water stop plate 30 can be held on the above-mentioned exposed surface by fastening members (for example, bolt-shaped members and nut-shaped members, etc.).
[0045] According to the above-mentioned embodiment, the above-mentioned water stop plate mounting portion is arranged on the indoor side with respect to the fitting. However, as another example, the above-mentioned water stop plate storage portion can also be arranged on the outdoor side with respect to the fitting.
[0046] According to the above-mentioned embodiment, the fitting 1 is a sliding door. However, as another example, the fitting 1 can be a folding door, a folding door, a balanced door, a partition, etc.
[0047] Moreover, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned specific configurations and can be appropriately changed without changing the gist of the present invention.
[0048] <Summary> As described above, the following inventions are disclosed in the above-mentioned embodiments.
