Abstract

To provide a fluorescence analyzer capable of detecting with high sensitivity fluorescence generated in a minute reaction field such as in a flow channel in a micro flow channel device.SOLUTION: A fluorescence analyzer 100 comprises: a holding base 110 for holding a micro flow channel device 200; an excitation light emission part 120 including a light source 121, an excitation light filter 123 transmitting excitation light which is light of a predetermined wavelength range of light emitted from the light source while not transmitting any light other than the excitation light, and a condenser lens 122 for condensing the excitation light transmitting through the excitation light filter 123 onto a flow channel of the micro flow channel device 200 held by the holding base 110; a fluorescence detection part 130 including a photomultiplier tube 131; and a common optical system 140 introducing the excitation light emitted from the excitation light emission part 120 into the flow channel of the micro flow channel device 200 held by the holding base 110, and introducing fluorescence generated in the flow channel of the micro flow channel device 200 into a fluorescence detection part 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
