Abstract

To provide a container production method and a container production apparatus which can improve production efficiency.SOLUTION: A container production method comprises: a preparation step of preparing an accumulated body 4 obtained by accumulating plural molding sheets 3 in a vertical direction V; and a cutting step of cutting the plural molding sheets 3. In the cutting step, first cutting in which an end material E corresponding to an end part 38 of each molding sheet 3 is separated by a first heating line L10, and second cutting in which a container part 33 of each molding sheet 3 is separated by a second heating line L20 to obtain a container 2 are executed, and in each of the plural molding sheets 3, the end material E is separated by the first cutting before the separation of the container part 33 by the second cutting. In the first cutting, provided that a region superimposed with the accumulated body 4 when viewed from a vertical direction V is defined as a cutting region R, each molding sheet 3 is thermally cut while exhausting each separated end material E to the outside of the cutting region R by exhaust means 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
