Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a wind and snow fence. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, there is a wind and snow fence (for example, Patent Document 1) in which a net-like member is stretched between posts via a retaining member, the retaining member having a storage groove extending in the vertical direction, a pressure-contact member placed on the opening side of the storage groove, and a pressing member placed on the back side of the pressure-contact member, and the end of the net-like member inserted into the storage groove is pressed against the inner wall of the storage groove by the pressure-contact member, and is sandwiched between the pressure-contact member and the pressing member.
[0003] In the above-mentioned wind and snow fence, it is necessary to insert a rod-shaped pressure contact member with the end of the net-like member wrapped around it through the opening at the longitudinal end of the storage groove provided in the holding member, and then slide the rod-shaped pressure contact member in the longitudinal direction, which makes the process of connecting the pressure contact member to the holding member complicated.
[0004] In contrast to this, there is a wind and snow fence (for example, Patent Document 2) in which a net-like member is stretched in the left-right direction via vertical frame members between pillars set upright at a distance, the vertical frame members comprising a vertical frame member main body, the vertical frame member main body comprising a storage section extending in the up-down direction, a core material stored in the storage section, a pressing member that presses the core material in the left-right direction, and a protruding section that protrudes in the left-right direction towards the inside of the storage section at a position opposite the pressing member, the ends of the net-like member are fixed to and wound around the core material, and the core material around which the net-like member stored in the storage section is wrapped is sandwiched between the pressing member, the protruding section and the core material.
[0005] In the above-mentioned wind and snow fence, the core material around which the ends of the net-like member are wrapped can be inserted into the storage section from the diameter direction, making it easy to connect the ends of the net-like member to the vertical frame member.
[0006] However, the wind and snow fence in Patent Document 2 has the problem of a complex structure, as it uses multiple complex parts, such as the vertical frame material body, core material, pressing members, and decorative members, all of which have complex shapes.
[0007] There is also a wind and snow fence (for example, Patent Document 3) in which bolts are inserted through pipes in the tensioning direction of the snow net to form a columnar body, slits are made in the pipes midway between the bolt holes, the end of the snow net is wrapped around the pipe from the opposite side of the slit and inserted into the slit, and the pipe is fastened with nuts threaded onto the bolts.
[0008] In the wind and snow fence of Patent Document 3, bolt holes are formed in pipes, bolts are inserted into these bolt holes and connected to posts, the ends of the snow net are wrapped around the outer periphery of the pipes, and the ends of the snow net are clamped between nuts threaded onto the bolts and the outer periphery of the pipes. This eliminates the need to insert the bolts around the ends into other members from the lengthwise direction, and makes it easy to connect the ends of the net-like members to the posts, but because the snow net is clamped linearly between the arcuate surfaces of the outer periphery of the pipes and the bolts, it is difficult to obtain a strong clamping force. [0010] In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to provide a wind and snow fence that allows for easy tensioning of net-like members and that can clamp the ends of the net-like members with a high clamping force. [Means for solving the problem]
[0011] In order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 provides a wind and snow fence in which a plurality of posts are erected at an installation location at intervals on the left and right sides, and a net-like member is stretched between these posts by an attachment device, the attachment device comprising a clamping member main body in which front and rear arm portions provided on both the left and right sides are connected by left and right connecting portions, left and right arm through-holes drilled in the left and right arms and through which left and right screw rods that can be fixed to the posts are inserted, and a post-side female screw threaded onto the screw rod between the post and the clamping member main body The device is characterized by comprising a screw body, a tip-side female screw body screwed onto the tip side of the screw rod inserted into the left and right arm through holes, an end of the net-like member aligned with the outer surface of the arm on the support side and the outer surface of the connecting part, an arm-side clamping member having a through hole for inserting the screw rod and clamping the end of the net-like member between the arm on the support side and the pillar-side female screw body, and a connecting part-side clamping member clamping the end of the net-like member between the arm on the support side and the outer surface of the connecting part.
[0012] The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that it comprises the connecting portion side clamping member that clamps the end of the net-like member between itself and the outer surface of the connecting portion by connecting portion side screw means.
[0013] The invention of claim 3 is characterized in that the end of the net-like member is clamped between the plane of the arm on the support side and the plane of the arm side clamping member, and the end of the net-like member is clamped between the plane of the connecting part and the plane of the connecting part side clamping member by a connecting part side screw means inserted through the through hole of the connecting part and the through hole of the connecting part side clamping member.
[0014] The invention according to claim 4 is characterized in that the distance between the clamping member body and the support post is adjustable.
[0015] The invention according to claim 5 is characterized in that a cylindrical reinforcing member is provided between the left and right arm portions, and the screw rod is inserted into this cylindrical reinforcing member. [Effects of the Invention]
[0016] According to the configuration of claim 1, the end of the net-like member is clamped at two points, the arm portion and the connecting portion of the clamping member main body, and the clamping member main body is attached to a support, so the net-like member can be stretched. This eliminates the need to insert a rod body, making it easy to work with.Furthermore, since the end of the net-like member is clamped at two points, the arm portion and the connecting portion, it can be clamped reliably.
[0017] According to the configuration of claim 2, the end of the net-like member can be clamped between the connecting portion side clamping member and the outer surface of the connecting portion.
[0018] According to the configuration of claim 3, the net-like member is clamped between the plane of the arm portion and the plane of the arm-side clamping member, and also between the plane of the connecting portion and the plane of the connecting portion-side clamping member, and the end of the net-like member is clamped by being sandwiched between the planes, so that it can be clamped with a high clamping force.
[0019] According to the configuration of claim 4, the net-like member can be stretched by adjusting the distance between the clamping member body and the support posts.
[0020] According to the configuration of claim 5, even if a force is applied to narrow the space between the arms by tightening the post-side female screw body and the tip-side female screw body for attachment to the post, the tubular reinforcing member between them can prevent deformation of the arms. Moreover, a larger space can be secured between the arms than when the tubular reinforcing member is disposed at another position between the arms without inserting a screw rod through it. [0022] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the embodiments described below do not limit the scope of the present invention as defined in the claims. Furthermore, not all of the configurations described below are necessarily essential requirements for the present invention. Example 1
[0023] 1 to 10 show a first embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in Fig. 1, a wind and snow fence 1 is configured by erecting a plurality of posts 3, 3A at an installation location 2, for example, four posts 3, 3A, 3A, 3, and protective surfaces 4 provided between each of the posts 3, 3A, 3A, 3, and these four posts 3, 3A, 3A, 3 are erected at equal intervals in the left-right direction. The installation location 2 is the upper surface of a concrete foundation or other installation surface.
[0024] The support 3 is an end support provided at the end of the wind and snow fence 1, and the support 3A is an intermediate support provided between the end supports 3, 3; in this example, two intermediate supports 3A, 3A are provided at equal intervals between the terminal supports 3, and the protective surface 4 is provided between the four supports 3, 3A, 3A, 3.
[0025] The protective surface 4 includes a net-like member 5, connecting rods 6 provided between the tops of the posts 3, 3A, 3A, 3, and cross ropes 7 provided between the posts 3, 3A, 3A, 3, and the ends 5T of the net-like member 5 are connected to the posts 3, 3A, 3A, 3 by mounting devices 8. The net-like member 5 is exemplified by a sheet of polyester fibers arranged vertically and horizontally in a mesh pattern and coated with acrylic resin, and the sheet is flexible and breathable due to the weave (not shown). For example, if a wind and snow fence 1 is installed along the length of a road to protect against wind and snow, the road side is the front of the wind and snow fence 1, and the cross ropes 7 are provided on the front side of the wind and snow fence 1, with the rear of the wind and snow fence 1 facing away from the road.
[0026] The posts 3, 3A are made of H-shaped steel with both flanges 11, 11 located at the front and rear of the wind and snow fence 1 connected at the centre of their width by a web 12, and a base plate 13 is fixed to the bottom end, and this base plate 13 is fixed to the installation location 2 with multiple anchors 14, and the posts 3, 3A, 3A, 3 are erected at the installation location 2. The anchors 14 are Chemical Anchors (registered trademark).
[0027] 8 and 9, the connecting rod 6 is made of a square steel pipe, and a mounting member 21 for attaching the connecting rod 6 is fixed to the upper part of the support posts 3, 3A. The mounting member 21 is made of a rectangular metal plate, and the connecting rod 6 is fixed to the outer surface of the web portion 12 of the support posts 3, 3A and the inner surface of both flange portions 11, 11 of the support posts 3, 3A by welding or the like, and the mounting member 21 has a through hole 21T drilled therein for attaching the end of the connecting rod 6.
[0028] A through-hole 22T communicating with the through-hole 21T is drilled in the lower surface 22 of the connecting rod 6 corresponding to the through-hole 21T, and a bolt 24 is inserted into these through-holes 21T, 22T from above. A washer 25 is inserted through this bolt 24. A through-hole 23T is drilled in the upper surface 23 of the connecting rod 6 corresponding to the through-hole 22T, and this through-hole 23T is formed with a larger diameter than the through-hole 22T so that a socket wrench 27, which is a tool, can be inserted through it from above to turn the bolt 24. The bolt 24 is turned with the socket wrench 27, and the bolt 24 is threaded into a nut 26, thereby fixing the end of the connecting rod 6 to the mounting member 21. The bolt 24 is inserted through the through-hole 23T and then into the through-holes 22T, 21T.
[0029] The ends of connecting rods 6, 6 are connected to the left and right sides of the upper parts of the middle pillars 3A, 3A, and the ends of connecting rods 6 are connected to the inside of the terminal pillars 3 in the left-right direction, connecting the upper parts of adjacent pillars 3, 3A, 3A, 3A by connecting rods 6.
[0030] The mounting members 21 on the outer sides in the left-right direction of the end support posts 3 to which the connecting rods 6 are not connected act as reinforcing ribs for the support posts 3 in the same manner as the other mounting members 21 .
[0031] In a wind and snow fence (1) in which support posts (3, 3A, 3A, 3) are erected at an installation location (2) at intervals on the left and right, and a net-like member (5) is stretched between these support posts (3, 3A, 3A, 3) by means of the attachment device (8), the attachment device (8) is provided with a clamping member body (31), which is made of channel steel or the like, and has arms (32, 33) on both the left and right sides in the front-to-rear direction connected by a left-to-right connecting part (34), so that it has a roughly U-shaped cross section and is long in the vertical direction.
[0032] The cross-sectional shape of clamping member body 31 is symmetrical, and curved surfaces 35 (FIG. 5) are formed at the corners between arms 32, 33 and the outer surface of connecting portion 34. In clamping member body 31, arm 32 is closer to support posts 3, 3A, and arm 33 is farther from support posts 3, 3A than arm 32.
[0033] The mounting device 8 also includes a fully threaded bolt 41, which is a threaded rod in the left-right direction that can be fixed to the support posts 3, 3A, left and right arm through-holes 32T, 33T for the fully threaded rod that are drilled in the left and right arm parts 32, 33 and through which the fully threaded bolt 41 is inserted, a nut 42, which is a support-side female screw body that is screwed onto the fully threaded bolt 41 between the support posts 3, 3A and the clamping member body 31, and a tip-side female screw that is screwed onto the tip side of the fully threaded bolt 41 that is inserted into the left and right arm through-holes 32T, 33T. The nut 43 is a main body, an end 5T of the net-like member 5 aligned along the outer surface of the arm 32 on the support 3, 3A side and the outer surface of the connecting portion 34, and a through hole 44T through which the fully threaded bolt 41 is inserted. The nut 42 is also equipped with an arm-side clamping member 44 that clamps the end 5T of the net-like member 5 between itself and the outer surface of the arm 32 on the support 3, 3A side, and a connecting portion-side clamping member 46 that clamps the end 5T of the net-like member 5 between itself and the outer surface of the connecting portion 34.
[0034] 7, the end of the net-like member 5 is folded back on the edge 5F side to form an end 5T at the double overlapping portion. Also, as shown in FIG. 5, etc., the connecting portion side clamping member 46 is attached to the double overlapping portion.
[0035] The clamping member main body 31, arm side clamping member 44, and connecting portion side clamping member 46 have lengths corresponding to the height of the net-like member 5. The connecting portion 34 and connecting portion side clamping member 46 are disposed on the front side of the wind and snow fence 1.
[0036] Furthermore, a nut 42A having a female screw is threaded adjacent to the nut 43 at the tip side of the fully threaded bolt 41, and these nuts 43, 42A form a double nut to prevent loosening. The nuts 42, 42A are identical, and the nut 43 is longer than the nuts 42, 42A. A washer 45 is disposed between the arm portion 33 and the nut 43. The end portion 5T of one net-like member 5 is attached to the support posts 3, 3A by five fully threaded bolts 41 (Fig. 3).
[0037] The clamping member body 31 is made of a channel steel, the arms 32 and 33 being flanges of the channel steel, and the connecting portion 34 being a web of the channel steel. The five arm through-holes 32T and 33T are provided at the same height on the left and right, at equal intervals in the height direction (length direction) of the clamping member body 31, and correspond to the through-holes 12T (Figure 5) of the supports 3 and 3A.
[0038] The clamping member main body 31, the arm side clamping member 44, and the connecting portion side clamping member 46 constitute the clamping means 30 that clamps the end of the net-like member 5, and this clamping means 30 is attached to the supports 3, 3A by the attachment means 36. As shown in Figure 2, the arm side clamping member 44 and the connecting portion side clamping member 46 are made of steel flat bars or the like.
[0039] In this example, the net-like member 5 has a height that is approximately half the height of the supports 3, 3A, 3A, 3, and is stretched in two tiers, upper and lower, between the supports 3, 3A, 3A, 3. The attachment means 36 also has five through-holes 12T drilled in multiple tiers in the web portions 12 of the supports 3, 3A, and these through-holes 12T are provided to correspond to the arm through-holes 32T, 33T.
[0040] 4, in the case of the intermediate support 3A, the entire threaded bolt 41 is fixed to the support 3A by aligning the approximate center of the entire threaded bolt 41 in the longitudinal direction with the through-hole 12T and sandwiching the web portion 12 between the nut 48, the washer 47, 47, and the nut 48.
[0041] A cylindrical reinforcing member 51 made of a hard material is provided between the inner surfaces of the arm portions 32, 33, and both ends of this cylindrical reinforcing member 51 correspond to the positions of the arm through-holes 32T, 33T and are fixed to the inner surfaces of the arm portions 32, 33, and the fully threaded bolt 41 is inserted through the arm through-hole 32T, cylindrical reinforcing member 51 and arm through-hole 33T. In addition, the cylindrical reinforcing member 51 is housed in the space between the arm portions 32, 33 and does not protrude outside.
[0042] The cylindrical reinforcing member 51 resists the force that narrows the arm portions 32, 33, preventing deformation in the direction that narrows the space between the arm portions 32, 33. Note that the cylindrical reinforcing member 51 is a reinforcing member for both arm portions 32, 33, and is not limited to a cylindrical shape except in claim 4, and may be a rod-like member or the like that is provided between the arm portions 32, 33.
[0043] As shown in Figure 2, the arm side clamping member 44 has a plurality (five) of equally spaced through holes 44T through which the fully threaded bolts 41 are inserted, and corresponding to these through holes 44T, the end 5T of the net-like member 5 has a plurality (five) of arm side mounting holes 52 (Figure 5) through which the fully threaded bolts 41 are inserted, and these arm side mounting holes 52 are drilled in the overlapping portion of the end 5T.
[0044] Furthermore, the arm-side clamping member 44 is provided with a plurality of through holes 44T' at positions other than the through hole 44T through which the fully threaded bolt 41 is inserted, and in this example, as shown in Fig. 2, pairs of through holes 44T', 44T' are provided at the top and bottom at a distance from each other, for a total of four 44T'. Corresponding to these through holes 44T', a plurality (four) of arm-side mounting holes 52' (Fig. 5) are provided in the overlapping portion of the end portion 5T of the net-like member 5, through which bolts 53 serving as arm-side screw means are inserted, and corresponding to these through holes 44T', a plurality (four) of arm-side screw means arm through holes 32T' (Fig. 6) through which bolts 53 are inserted are provided in the arm 32, and four bolts 53 are used. As shown in FIG. 6, a washer 56 is provided between the head 53H of the bolt 53 and the arm-side clamping member 44, and another washer 56 is provided between the arm 32 and the nut 55.
[0045] 6, a bolt 53 is inserted from the outer surface side of the arm 32 through the washer 56, through-hole 44T', arm-side mounting hole 52', arm through-hole 32T', and washer 56, and a nut 55, which is an arm-side female screw body, is screwed onto the tip of this bolt 53, thereby clamping the end 5T of the net-like member 5 between the flat inner surface 44N of the arm-side clamping member 44 and the flat outer surface 32G of the arm 32. Note that in FIG. 6, the tubular reinforcing member 51 is shown by imaginary lines, and the portion of the fully threaded bolt 41 protruding from the arm 33, along with the nuts 42A and 43, is not shown.
[0046] As shown in Figures 2 and 6, the connecting portion side clamping member 46 has multiple (six) through holes 46T in the front-to-rear direction drilled at equal intervals in the height direction (length direction), and a bolt 61 serving as the connecting portion side screw means is inserted into each through hole 46T, and a nut 62 serving as the connecting portion side female screw body is screwed onto this bolt 61.
[0047] In this case, the multiple drilled through holes 46T are positioned within the clamping member body 31 so that the bolts 61 and nuts 62 do not interfere with the fully threaded bolts 41 and the bolts 53 and nuts 55. Also, Figure 6 is a plan view of the left terminal support 3A of the wind and snow fence 1 in Figure 1, with the connecting portion side clamping member 46 on the front side, and in the case of the right terminal support 3A, the orientation of the clamping member body 31 is as shown on the left in Figure 4.
[0048] 6, a bolt 61 is inserted from the outer surface side of the connecting portion-side clamping member 46 through washer 63, through hole 46T, connecting portion-side mounting hole 54 drilled in the overlapping portion of end portion 5T, connecting portion through hole 34T (FIG. 2) of connecting portion 34, and washer 63, and a nut 62 serving as a connecting portion-side female screw body is screwed onto this bolt 61, thereby clamping end portion 5T of net-like member 5 between flat inner surface 46N of connecting portion-side clamping member 46 and flat outer surface 34G (FIG. 5) of connecting portion 34. Note that the arm portion-side mounting holes 52, 52' are located closer to the tip of end portion 5T than the position of connecting portion-side mounting hole 54, and these mounting holes 52, 52', 54 are preferably drilled in a factory.
[0049] In this way, the end 5T of the net-like member 5 is connected to the clamping member main body 31 by the bolts 53 and 61, and then the fully threaded bolt 41 fixed to the support 3A is inserted through the through hole 44T, the arm side mounting hole 52, the through hole 32T, the tubular reinforcing member 51, the through hole 33T, and the washer 45, and nuts 43 and 42A are screwed onto the tip of the fully threaded bolt 41, thereby connecting the clamping means 30 to the support 3A.
[0050] In this case, by tightening the nuts 43, 42A, the clamping means 30 moves toward the support 3A, making it possible to adjust the distance between the clamping means 30 and the support 3A, thereby tensioning the net-like member 5. Conversely, by loosening the nuts 43, 42A, the distance between the support 3, 3A and the clamping means 30 can be increased.
[0051] Furthermore, the nuts 42 between the support posts 3A and the arms 32 are tightened after the tensioning work of the net-like member 5. Before tightening the nuts 42, the tip side of the end 5T of the net-like member 5 is clamped between the arms 32 and the arm-side clamping members 44 by tightening the bolts 53.
[0052] As shown in FIG. 6, the clamping means 30 is connected to the end support 3 only on the support 3A side adjacent to the fully threaded bolt 41.
[0053] Next, we will explain the cross rope 7. The cross rope 7 uses two fiber rope materials 81, 81A made of synthetic resin fiber, one end of one fiber rope material 81 is connected to the other end of a turnbuckle 82, one end of this turnbuckle 82 is connected to the upper part of the flange part 11 of one end support 3 (the support 3 on the right side in Figure 1), and from this end support 3 side, the fiber rope material 81 is inserted through a through hole 85 (Figure 10) in the lower part of the web part 12 of the adjacent support 3A and through a through hole 85 (Figure 10) in the upper part of the web part 12 of the adjacent support 3, and the other end is connected by a shackle 83 to the lower part of the flange part 11 of the end support 3 (the support 3 on the right side in Figure 1).
[0054] In addition, one end of another fiber rope material 81A is connected to the other end of a turnbuckle 82, and one end of this turnbuckle 82 is connected to the lower part of the flange portion 11 of one terminal support 3.From the terminal support 3 side, the fiber rope material 81A is inserted through a through hole 85 (Figure 10) at the upper part of the web portion 12 of the adjacent support 3A and a through hole 85 (Figure 10) at the lower part of the web portion 12 of the adjacent support 3, and the other end is connected to the upper part of the flange portion 11 of the terminal support 3A by a shackle 83.
[0055] As shown in Figure 10, an attachment hole 12H is drilled in the web portion 12 of the support 3A for inserting the fiber rope material 81, 81A, and a ring-shaped ring body 84 made of round steel is attached to the attachment hole 12H by welding or the like. The central hole of the ring body 84 is the through hole 85, and the edge 86 of the through hole 85 is formed in a semicircular shape.
[0056] Therefore, the through hole 85 has no corners, and the semicircular edge 86 comes into approximate line contact with the fiber rope material 81, 81A inserted into the ring body 84, so even if the fiber rope material 81, 81A is stretched by the force received from the net-like member 5, it can move smoothly relative to the edge 86.
[0057] In this embodiment, corresponding to claim 1, a plurality of posts 3, 3A, 3A, 3 are erected at an interval on the left and right sides at the installation location 2, and a net-like member 5 is stretched between these posts 3, 3A, 3A, 3 by an attachment device 8 in the wind and snow fence 1. The attachment device 8 comprises a clamping member main body 31, which connects front and rear arms 32, 33 provided on both the left and right sides with left and right connecting parts 34, and a clamping member main body 31 which connects front and rear arms 32, 33 with left and right connecting parts 34. The support 3, 3A, 3A, 3 is provided with left and right arm through-holes 32T, 33T through which a fully threaded bolt 41, which is a left and right screw rod that can be fixed to the support 3, 3A, 3A, 3, is inserted; a nut 42, which is a support side female screw body, screwed onto the fully threaded bolt 41 between the support 3, 3A, 3A, 3 and the clamping member body 31; a nut 43, which is a tip side female screw body, screwed onto the tip side of the fully threaded bolt 41 inserted into the left and right arm through-holes 32T, 33T; ,3A,3A,3 and the arm side clamping member 44 which has a through hole 32T for inserting a fully threaded bolt 41 and clamps the end 5T of the net-like member 5 between the outer surface 32G of the arm 32 on the support 3,3A,3A,3 side and the outer surface 34G of the connecting portion 34 with a nut 42, and the connecting portion side clamping member 46 which clamps the end 5T of the net-like member 5 between the outer surface 34G of the connecting portion 34.Therefore, by clamping the end 5T of the net-like member 5 at two points, the arm 32 and the connecting portion 34 of the clamping member main body 31 and attaching the clamping member main body 31 to the support 3,3A, the net-like member 5 can be stretched, and there is no need to insert a rod, which is easy to work with.Furthermore, since the end 5T of the net-like member 5 is clamped at two points, the arm 32 and the connecting portion 34, the end 5T of the net-like member 5 can be clamped reliably.
[0058] In this way, in this embodiment, corresponding to claim 2, a connecting portion side clamping member 46 is provided which clamps the end 5T of the net-like member 5 between the outer surface 34G of the connecting portion 34 and the connecting portion side clamping member 46 using a bolt 61 which is a connecting portion side screw means, so that the end 5T of the net-like member 5 can be clamped between the connecting portion side clamping member 46 and the outer surface of the connecting portion 34.
[0059] In this way, in this embodiment, corresponding to claim 3, the end 5T of the net-like member 5 is clamped between the flat outer surface 32G of the arm 32 on the support 3, 3A, 3A, 3 side and the flat inner surface 44N of the arm side clamping member 44, and the end 5T of the net-like member 5 is clamped between the flat outer surface 34G of the connecting portion 34 and the flat inner surface N of the connecting portion side clamping member 46 by the bolt 61, which is the connecting portion side screw means, inserted through the through hole 34T of the connecting portion 34 and the through hole 46T of the connecting portion side clamping member 46.Therefore, the end 5T of the net-like member 5 is clamped between the outer surface 32G of the arm 32 and the inner surface 44N of the arm side clamping member 44, and also between the outer surface 34G of the connecting portion 34 and the inner surface 46N of the connecting portion side clamping member 46, and since the end 5T of the net-like member 5 is clamped by surface clamping, it can be clamped with a high clamping force.
[0060] In this way, in this embodiment, in accordance with claim 4, the distance between the clamping member main body 31 and the support posts 3, 3A, 3A, 3 is configured to be adjustable, and therefore the net-like member 5 can be stretched by adjusting the distance between the clamping member main body 31 and the support posts 3, 3A, 3A, 3.
[0061] As described above, in this embodiment, corresponding to claim 5, a tubular reinforcing member 51 is provided between the left and right arm portions 32, 33, and the full-thread bolt 41, which is a threaded rod, is inserted into this tubular reinforcing member 51. Therefore, even if a force is applied to narrow the space between the arm portions 32, 33 by tightening the nut 42, which is the column-side female screw body, and the nut 43, which is the tip-side female screw body, for attachment to the column 3, 3A, the tubular reinforcing member 51 between them can prevent deformation of the arm portions 32, 33. Furthermore, compared to when the full-thread bolt 41 is not inserted into the tubular reinforcing member 51 and the tubular reinforcing member 51 is positioned at another position between the arm portions 32, 33, more space can be secured between the arm portions 32, 33.
[0062] As an effect of the embodiment, the arm-side screw means other than the fully threaded bolt 41 which is a screw rod is provided with a bolt 53 which is an arm-side screw means, and the bolt 53 is inserted through the arm-side clamping member 44, the end 5T of the net-like member 5, and the arm 32 on the pillar 3, 3A, 3A, 3 side, and the end 5T of the net-like member 5 is clamped between the arm-side clamping member 44 and the arm 32 on the pillar 3, 3A, 3A, 3 side. Therefore, before attaching the clamping member main body 31 to the pillar 3, 3A, the end 5T of the net-like member 5 is clamped between the arm-side clamping member 44 and the arm 32 on the pillar 3, 3A side by the bolt 53 and temporarily assembled, and then the clamping member main body 31 can be attached to the pillar 3, 3A.This improves the ease of attaching the end 5T to the pillar 3, 3A, and improves the attachment strength of the end 5T of the net-like member 5 to the clamping member main body 31. Moreover, in claim 5, the plurality of bolts 53 can be arranged in a position where they do not interfere with the plurality of fully threaded bolts 41, the plurality of bolts 61, and the nuts 62 between the arms 32, 33 where the space is secured.
[0063] Furthermore, since the outer surface 34G of the connecting portion 34 is wider than the outer surface 44G of the arm-side clamping member 44, high clamping strength is obtained. Furthermore, since nuts 43, 42A are threadedly engaged with the tip of the fully threaded bolt 41 on the outside of the arm 33, tightening and loosening of these nuts 43, 42A becomes easy.
[0064] Furthermore, because the fully threaded bolt 41 is inserted through the cylindrical reinforcing member 51, more space can be secured between the arms 32, 33 than when the cylindrical reinforcing member is disposed at another position between the arms 32, 33, improving the freedom of placement of the bolts 53, 61 and nuts 55, 62 and allowing them to be positioned so as not to interfere with each other. Also, because there is an opening between the tips of the arms 32, 33 at the rear side, which is one of the front and rear directions of the arms 32, 33, the nuts 55, 62 can be operated smoothly.
[0065] Furthermore, since the edge 86 of the through hole 85 is formed in a semicircular shape, the through hole 85 has no corners, and the semicircular edge 86 comes into approximate line contact with the fiber rope material 81, 81A inserted into the ring body 84, so even if the fiber rope material 81, 81A is stretched by the force received from the net-like member 5, it can move smoothly relative to the edge 86.
[0066] Furthermore, since the clamping means 30 is made up of common parts on the left and right sides of the support 3, parts management and assembly are easy.
[0067] In addition, at the end of the net-like member 5, the edge 5F side is folded back to form a double overlapping portion on the end 5T side, and mounting holes 52, 52', 54 are drilled in the overlapping portion of this end 5T, and the arm side clamping member 44 and the connecting portion side clamping member 46 are overlapped on this overlapping portion, thereby increasing the tensile strength of the end 5T to which force is applied.
[0068] The present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the present invention. For example, the cross-sectional size and length of the posts and connecting rods of the safety fence can be appropriately set. Furthermore, in the embodiment, a net-like member with a size that divides the protective surface into two halves, upper and lower, is used. However, a net-like member with the same height as the protective surface may also be used. Furthermore, while headed bolts are exemplified as the screw means, fully threaded bolts may also be used. In this case, female threads may be threaded onto both ends of the fully threaded bolt. Furthermore, the net-like member is not limited to the one exemplified in the embodiment. It may be a cloth-like member, a synthetic resin sheet-like member, a flexible sheet with a punched finish, or any other suitable material. Furthermore, in the embodiment, a fiber rope material is used as the cross rope, but this rope material can be made of various materials. Furthermore, in the embodiment, the bolts 53 and 61 are inserted into the clamping member body from the outer surface side, but they may also be inserted from the inner surface side. Furthermore, in the embodiment, a cylindrical reinforcing member is shown, but a rectangular or elliptical reinforcing member may also be used. Furthermore, the left and right positions of the nuts 43 and 42A constituting the double nut may be reversed. [Explanation of symbols]
