Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a floor plate member. [Background technology]
[0002] The motor drive device mounted on the control panel has a heat sink attached to the motor control unit and a fan unit (fan motor) for dissipating heat from the heat sink. The heat sink and fan unit are often placed outside the control panel to dissipate heat. Fan units placed outside are often prone to malfunction due to the adhesion of contaminants, so Patent No. 4734299 discloses a structure that allows the fan unit to be easily replaced.
[0003] However, when the fan unit passes over the vent hole formed above the motor control unit to replace the fan unit, contaminants may fall and enter the inside of the motor control unit through the vent hole. For this reason, Patent No. 7335142 discloses a structure to prevent contaminants from falling. Furthermore, Patent No. 7335142 proposes a structure in which a base plate member is incorporated into the motor control unit. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 4734299 [Patent Document 2] Patent No. 7335142 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, such a structure is complex and difficult to manufacture, and Patent No. 7335142 does not disclose how to deal with contaminants that may fall onto the motor control unit.
[0006] For this reason, there is a need for a base plate member that is easy to mount on a motor control unit, that can receive fallen contaminants, and that can be removed without the contaminants sliding off. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a floor plate member provided in a motor drive device, the floor plate member having a receiving portion for receiving attachments attached to a fan unit that can be withdrawn through the vicinity of a motor control unit of the motor drive device, and the floor plate member is installed below a withdrawal path for withdrawing the fan unit.
[0008] The objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure will become more apparent from the following description of the embodiments taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0010] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which corresponding components are designated by the same or similar reference numerals throughout the drawings. FIG. 1 is a simplified cross-sectional side view of a control panel including a motor drive device according to the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 1, a machine device, for example, a motor drive device 1, mainly includes a motor control unit 10 provided in a control panel 11 and a radiator 14. A fan unit 20 or a fan motor is provided above the radiator 14. As shown in FIG. 1, the control panel 11 is installed adjacent to a wall 12 of a building or other machine. The control panel 11 is, for example, a high-voltage control panel of an NC machine tool, and the motor drive device 1 includes, for example, a motor control unit 10 (power element) for controlling a servo motor M, and a radiator 14, for example, a heat sink, for cooling the motor control unit 10.
[0011] The housing of the control panel 11 of this embodiment has a front wall 11a and a rear mounting wall 11b arranged parallel to each other as shown in Fig. 1. The mounting wall 11b is arranged facing the wall 12 of the building. On the other hand, the front wall 11a is formed of, for example, a door with a transparent window so that an operator of the control panel 11 can see and operate the motor drive device 1 and instruments and switches (not shown) in the control panel 11. As shown in Fig. 1, the motor control unit 10 is arranged on one side 11b1 of the mounting wall 11b, and the radiator 14 is located on the other side of the mounting wall 11b.
[0012] Furthermore, a flange-shaped mounting portion 13 is provided on one side of the motor control portion 10 for mounting the motor control portion 10 to one side 11b1 of the mounting wall portion 11b of the control panel 11. Moreover, in order to cool the motor control portion 10, the heat sink 14 preferably has a shape that generally corresponds to the one side of the motor control portion 10. Furthermore, the heat sink 14 is preferably made of a metal having excellent thermal conductivity, such as aluminum or copper.
[0013] The heat sink 14 has, for example, a plurality of rectangular cooling fins arranged at a predetermined interval and extending in the vertical direction. Of course, the heat sink 14 is not limited to having such cooling fins, and may have any structure as long as it has the effect of releasing heat from the motor control unit 10 to the outside. For example, the heat sink 14 may be configured by forming a plurality of cylindrical or conical protrusions on the surface of a metal block.
[0014] As can be seen from Fig. 1, an opening 16 is formed in the mounting wall 11b. Although the motor control unit 10 is disposed inside the control panel 11, the heat sink 14 attached to the mounting unit 13 of the motor control unit 10 is disposed outside the control panel 11 (particularly on the rear side of the control panel 11) through the opening 16. Therefore, the opening 16 in the mounting wall 11b is formed larger than the heat sink 14. Furthermore, the mounting unit 13 is formed to be one size larger than the opening 16.
[0015] By specifying the dimensions of the mounting portion 13 and the opening 16 in this manner, it is possible to abut and fix the mounting portion 13 of the motor control unit 10 to one side 11b1 of the mounting wall portion 11b of the control panel 11, while leaving only the radiator 14 outside the control panel 11. Therefore, when cleaning the radiator 14, a cleaning worker can access the mounting portion 13 from the front side of the control panel 11 and attach and detach the radiator 14 together with the mounting portion 13.
[0016] 2A is a perspective view of a motor drive device 1a including a floor plate member in the first embodiment. A typical fan unit 20 includes a flange 21 and a fan 22 disposed integrally with one side of the flange 21. The fan 22 may be disposed so as to be spaced apart from the one side of the flange 21 via another member. The structure of the fan unit 20 is similar in the other embodiments.
[0017] 1 and 2A, the flange 21 is disposed inside the control panel 11, but the fan 22 is disposed outside the control panel 11 (particularly on the rear side of the control panel 11) through the opening 16. Therefore, the width of the opening 16 in the mounting wall portion 11b is formed larger than the width of the fan 22. Furthermore, the width of the flange 21 is larger than the width of the opening 16 and smaller than the width of the mounting portion 13.
[0018] 2A, the floor plate member 30a is disposed in the internal space of the motor control unit 10. At this time, it is preferable that all parts necessary for controlling the motor M are located below the floor plate member 30a. As will be described later, when the fan unit 20 is pulled out toward the front wall portion 11a of the control panel 11, the floor plate member 30a is located below the fan unit 20.
[0019] Fig. 2B is a perspective view of the base plate member shown in Fig. 2A. Base plate member 30a and other base plate members described later are provided with a receiving portion 39 for receiving contaminants described later. Also, as shown in Fig. 2B, base plate member 30a may have multiple portions bent to each other by multiple bending portions extending perpendicularly to the pull-out direction of fan unit 20. As described later, each of the multiple portions is preferably formed at a position suitable for pulling out fan unit 20 and has a bending angle suitable for pulling out fan unit 20.
[0020] 2C and 2D are side cross-sectional views of the motor drive device shown in FIG. 2A. As shown in FIG. 2A etc., initially, flange 21 of fan unit 20 abuts against mounting portion 13. Then, as shown by the right arrow in FIG. 2C, fan 22 of fan unit 20 is passed through opening 16 and fan unit 20 is pulled out horizontally toward motor control unit 10. Then, as shown by the left arrow in FIG. 2C, fan unit 20 is pulled up obliquely upward. As a result, fan unit 20 passes through the space above floor plate member 30a and is separated from motor control unit 10.
[0021] When the motor drive device 1 is used for a long period of time, contaminants such as oil and dust adhere to the fan unit 20. When the fan unit 20 is pulled out from the mounting portion 13 for maintenance or other purposes, the contaminants may fall into the inside of the motor control unit 10 through the ventilation hole A (see FIG. 7A). In the present disclosure, by arranging the receiving portion 39 of the base plate member 30a below the pull-out path of the fan unit 20, the contaminants that may fall can be received, and therefore the contaminants can be prevented from falling into the inside of the motor control unit 10.
[0022] Next, as shown in FIG. 2D, the floor plate member 30a is lifted upward and then moved in the pull-out direction to be removed from the motor control unit 10. Then, the cleaned floor plate member 30a or a new floor plate member 30a is similarly placed in the internal space of the motor control unit 10. In this manner, since the floor plate member 30a in the present disclosure is separable from the motor control unit 10, the contaminants that have fallen into the receiving portion 39 of the floor plate member 30a can be collected. In addition, the floor plate member 30a can be easily self-propelled to the motor control unit 10. These effects can be similarly obtained in other embodiments described later.
[0023] FIG. 3A is a perspective view of a motor drive device 1b including a floor plate member according to a second embodiment, and FIG. 3B is a partially enlarged view of the floor plate member shown in FIG. 3A. The floor plate member 30b shown in these drawings has a similar shape to the floor plate member 30a. A plurality of uneven portions 39a are formed in the receiving portion 39 of the floor plate member 30b. The recesses of the uneven portions 39a are not through holes. Therefore, when the fan unit 20 is pulled out as described above, the fallen contaminants at least partially engage with the recesses. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the contaminants from sliding down the receiving portion 39.
[0024] Fig. 4A is a perspective view of a motor drive device 1c including a floor plate member according to a third embodiment, and Fig. 4B is a perspective view of the floor plate member shown in Fig. 4A. The floor plate member 30c shown in these figures has a similar shape to the floor plate member 30a. However, one end 31 of the floor plate member 30c in the direction opposite to the pull-out direction of the fan unit 20 converges toward its center. The said one end 31 of the floor plate member 30c preferably extends in the said opposite direction further than the similar one end of the floor plate member 30b.
[0025] In this case, the convergent one end 31 of the floor plate member 30c can be easily inserted into the opening 16 below the fan unit 20. Furthermore, when the fan unit 20 is pulled out as described above, the convergent one end 31 of the floor plate member 30c is prevented from getting caught on the fan unit 20.
[0026] FIG. 5A is a perspective view of a motor drive device 1d including a floor plate member according to a fourth embodiment, and FIG. 5B is a perspective view of the floor plate member shown in FIG. 5A. Furthermore, FIG. 5C is a partially exploded perspective view of the motor drive device shown in FIG. 5A. The floor plate member 30d shown in these figures additionally includes side surfaces 33a and 33b. These side surfaces 33a and 33b are perpendicular to the bottom surface of the floor plate member 30d and extend at least partially in the direction in which the fan unit 20 is pulled out. One of the side surfaces 33a and 33b may be omitted. As can be seen from these figures, the receiving portion 39 of the floor plate member 30d is partially surrounded by the bottom surface and the side surfaces 33a and 33b of the floor plate member 30d, and therefore the receiving portion 39 has a pocket-like shape.
[0027] Fig. 5D is a perspective view of the motor drive device shown in Fig. 5A. As described above, the receiving portion 39 is surrounded by the side surfaces 33a and 33b. Therefore, when the sole plate member 30d is removed as shown in Fig. 5D, the contaminants described above can be further prevented from slipping off the sole plate member 30d.
[0028] Fig. 6A is a perspective view of a motor drive device 1e for a floor plate member in the fifth embodiment. As shown in Fig. 6A, rails 23a, 23b are provided on the inner surfaces of the motor control unit 10 that face each other. These rails 23a, 23b extend parallel to each other and serve as guides when the fan unit 20 is pulled out. For this purpose, it is preferable that the rails 23a, 23b have at least one inclined portion.
[0029] FIG. 6B is a perspective view of the floor plate member shown in FIG. 6A. As described above, the floor plate member 30e shown in FIG. 6B has two side surfaces 33a, 33b. The upper portions of the side surfaces 33a, 33b are provided with flat protruding portions 34a, 34b that partially protrude outward. These protruding portions 34a, 34b have a shape corresponding to the rails 23a, 23b of the motor control unit 10. Therefore, the protruding portions 34a, 34b can be placed on the rails 23a, 23b, and the fan unit 20 does not interfere with the protruding portions 34a, 34b when the fan unit 20 is pulled out. Furthermore, because of the above-mentioned shape, the floor plate member 30e does not interfere with the rails 23a, 23b when the floor plate member 30e is removed.
[0030] Fig. 7A is a perspective view of a motor drive device 1f in a sixth embodiment. As shown in Fig. 7A, a connector 26 is provided below the rail 23a on one inner side surface of the motor control unit 10. The connector 26 has, for example, a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape and protrudes inward from one inner side surface of the motor control unit 10. A floor plate member is not provided on the motor control unit 10 shown in Fig. 7A. Also, in Fig. 7A, a plurality of ventilation holes A are formed in an inner plate located below the rail 23a.
[0031] Fig. 7B is a perspective view of a motor drive device 1f including a floor plate member according to the sixth embodiment, and Fig. 7C is a perspective view of the floor plate member shown in Fig. 7B. As shown in Fig. 7C, the floor plate member 30f does not include protruding parts 34a, 34b. A recess 36 is formed on one side surface 33a of the floor plate member 30f. The recess 36 has a size sufficient to accommodate the connector 26 described above.
[0032] Therefore, when the floor plate member 30f is placed on the motor control unit 10 as shown in Fig. 7B, the connector 26 is accommodated in the recess 36. In other words, even if the connector 26 is provided on the inner surface of the motor control unit 10, the floor plate member 30f can be placed on the motor control unit 10 without interfering with the connector 26. Although not shown in the drawings, a case in which the recess 36 is formed on the floor plate member 30e having the above-mentioned protruding portions 34a, 34b is also included in the scope of the present disclosure and can achieve the same effect.
[0033] Fig. 8A is a side view of the floor plate member in the above-mentioned embodiment. The floor plate member 30g shown in Fig. 8A has a shape similar to that of the above-mentioned floor plate member 30d. As shown in Fig. 8A, the lower part of the end surface of the floor plate member 30g is formed perpendicular to the bottom surface.
[0034] Fig. 8B is a side view of the floor plate member in the seventh embodiment. The floor plate member 30h shown in Fig. 8B has a rounded portion 39c corresponding to the corner between the lower portion of the end face and the bottom face. Furthermore, a chamfered portion 38c is formed between the other side face 33b and the bottom face. Although not shown in the drawing, it is preferable that a similar chamfered portion 38c is also formed between one side face 33a and the bottom face.
[0035] Furthermore, Fig. 8C is a partial side view of a motor drive device 1g including a floor plate member in the seventh embodiment. As shown in Fig. 8C, when the floor plate member 30h is placed in the motor control unit 10 or removed from the motor control unit 10, the floor plate member 30h can be smoothly placed and removed without interfering with the motor control unit 10 or the like due to the R-shaped portion 39c and / or the chamfered portion 38c.
[0036] A chamfered portion may be formed in portion 39c between the lower portion of the end face and the bottom face, and an R may be added to the portion between the side face and the bottom face. Although not shown in the drawings, the case in which R-shaped portion 39c and / or chamfered portion 38c is formed in floor plate member 30e including protruding portions 34a and 34b described above is also included in the scope of the present disclosure and can achieve the same effect.
[0037] Fig. 9A is a side view of the floor plate member in the other embodiment described above, and Fig. 9B is a perspective view of the floor plate member in the eighth embodiment. Floor plate members 30i and 30j shown in Fig. 9A and Fig. 9B respectively have the same shape as floor plate member 30e described above, and have protruding portions 34a and 34b at the upper portions of side surfaces 33a and 33b, respectively.
[0038] The width of the protruding parts 34a, 34b of the floor plate member 30i shown in Fig. 9A is constant throughout its length. In contrast, the width of the protruding parts 34a, 34b of the floor plate member 30j shown in Fig. 9B is constant only partially, and chamfered parts 35a, 35b are formed so as to taper near one end 31. In other words, chamfered parts 35a, 35b are formed at one end of the protruding parts 34a, 34b in the opposite direction to the drawing direction in which the fan unit 20 is drawn. Furthermore, chamfered parts 47a, 47b may be formed at one end of the side surfaces 33a, 33b in the opposite direction to the drawing direction in which the fan unit 20 is drawn.
[0039] In this way, even when protruding portions 34a, 34b have chamfered portions 35a, 35b and / or side surfaces 33a, 33b have chamfered portions 47a, 47b, it is possible to prevent fan unit 20 from interfering with floor plate member 30j when fan unit 20 is pulled out. Alternatively, R may be provided at the one end of protruding portions 34a, 34b and / or the one end of side surfaces 33a, 33b, and in such a case, the same effect can be obtained.
[0040] Fig. 10A is a perspective view of a ninth embodiment of a floor plate member, and Fig. 10B is a side view of the floor plate member shown in Fig. 10A. The floor plate member 30k shown in these figures has features of several of the previously described embodiments.
[0041] Specifically, as can be seen from Fig. 10A, the receiving portion 39 of the floor plate member 30k has a plurality of uneven portions 39a, and one end 31 of the floor plate member 30k is formed so as to converge toward the center. Furthermore, the floor plate member 30k has side surfaces 33a and 33b, and protruding portions 34a and 34b are provided on the upper portions of the side surfaces 33a and 33b, respectively. Furthermore, the protruding portions 34a and 34b are formed with chamfered portions 35a and 35b near the one end 31.
[0042] 10B, a recess 36 corresponding to the connector 26 (not shown) is formed in the side surface 33b, and a portion 39c between the end surface and the bottom surface is rounded. Thus, the floor plate member 30k having multiple features is also included in the scope of the present disclosure. Although not shown in the drawings, a floor plate member having at least two of the multiple features is also included in the scope of the present disclosure.
[0043] Fig. 11A is a perspective view of a motor drive device 1h including a floor plate member according to a tenth embodiment. In the motor drive device 1h shown in Fig. 11A, the motor control unit 10 has a large cutout portion 15 at its upper portion. This cutout portion 15 extends at least in the longitudinal direction of the motor control unit 10.
[0044] As described above, the fan 22 of the fan unit 20 is located above the radiator 14. The remaining portion of the fan unit 20 is arranged to engage with the notch 15 of the motor control unit 10. The upper surface of the fan unit 20 and the upper surface of the portion of the motor control unit 10 other than the notch 15 are on the same plane. The flange 21 abuts against the mounting portion 13. The base plate member 30l is arranged between the fan unit 20 and the motor control unit 10, and a part of it protrudes toward the front wall 11a of the control panel 11.
[0045] Fig. 11B is a perspective view of the floor plate member shown in Fig. 11A. Unlike the floor plate members 30a and the like described above, the floor plate member 30l in this embodiment has a substantially flat shape with a receiving portion 39.
[0046] Fig. 11C to Fig. 11E are side views of the motor drive device shown in Fig. 10A. When assembling the motor drive device 1h, as shown in Fig. 11C, the floor plate member 30l is inserted between the remaining portion of the fan unit 20 and the motor control unit 10. The tip of the floor plate member 30l comes into contact with the mounting portion 13 and stops.
[0047] Then, when performing maintenance on the motor drive device 1h, the fan unit 20 is pulled out in the direction of the arrow as shown in Fig. 11D. In this case, there is no need to tilt the fan unit 20, and the fan unit 20 can simply be pulled out horizontally. This allows the fan 22 to pass through the opening 16 of the mounting portion 13, making it easy to separate the fan unit 20 from the motor control portion 10. At this time, contaminants adhering to the fan unit 20 can fall off and be received in the receiving portion 39 of the floor plate member 30l.
[0048] 11E, only the floor plate member 30l is pulled out in the direction of the arrow and removed from the motor control unit 10. At this time, since the floor plate member 30l moves only in the horizontal direction, the contaminants on the receiving portion 39 of the floor plate member 30l do not slide off the floor plate member 30l. Therefore, the same effects as those described above can be obtained in the tenth embodiment.
[0049] 12A to 12C are perspective views of the floor plate members in the eleventh to thirteenth embodiments. The receiving portion 39 of the floor plate member 30m shown in FIG. 12A is formed with an uneven portion 39a. This makes it easier to receive contaminants that have fallen when the fan unit 20 is pulled out, and further prevents the above-mentioned contaminants from slipping off the floor plate member 30m when the floor plate member 30m is removed. Furthermore, one end 31 of the floor plate member 30n shown in FIG. 12B converges toward its center. This makes it easy to insert the floor plate member 30n between the motor control unit 10 and the fan unit 20.
[0050] 12C has a side wall 38 on the opposite side to the end 31. The height of the side wall 38 is small enough to allow the floor plate member 30p to be inserted between the motor control unit 10 and the fan unit 20. With this configuration, the contaminants remain in the area surrounded by the side wall 38 and the bottom surface. This makes it easier to receive the contaminants that have fallen when the fan unit 20 is pulled out, and further prevents the contaminants from slipping off the floor plate member 30m when the floor plate member 30m is removed.
[0051] Fig. 13A is a perspective view of a motor drive device 1i including a floor plate member in a fourteenth embodiment, and Fig. 13B is a perspective view of the floor plate member shown in Fig. 13A. The motor control unit 10 has the aforementioned cutout portion 15, and the floor plate member 30q is arranged on the bottom surface of the cutout portion 15. A connector 27 is provided on the inner plate of the motor control unit 10 on which the floor plate member 30q is arranged. This connector 27 protrudes from one surface of the motor control unit 10. In addition, it is preferable that the connector 27 has a height such that it does not interfere with the fan unit 20 (not shown in Fig. 13A).
[0052] 13B, a slit 37 is formed in the floor plate member 30q. The slit 37 has a shape corresponding to the connector 27, and is formed at a position corresponding to the connector 27. Therefore, even if the connector 27 is provided on one surface of the motor control unit 10, the floor plate member 30q can be arranged without interfering with the connector 27. Naturally, in this embodiment as well, the fan unit 20 can be arranged and pulled out as described above, and therefore the same effects as those described above can be obtained.
[0053] Fig. 14A is a perspective view of a floor plate member in the fifteenth embodiment, and Fig. 14B is a partially enlarged view of the floor plate member shown in Fig. 14A. As shown in these drawings, the floor plate member 30r in this embodiment has engagement portions 41 as steps on both side surfaces. In other words, the width of the floor plate member 30r on the mounting wall 11b side of the control panel 11 is larger than the width of the floor plate member 30r on the front wall 11a side of the control panel 11.
[0054] Furthermore, Fig. 14C is a perspective view of a motor drive device 1j including the floor plate member shown in Fig. 14A, and Fig. 14D is a partially enlarged view of the motor drive device 1j shown in Fig. 14C. A guide 43 extending partially in the direction in which the fan unit 20 is pulled out is provided on one side of the aforementioned cutout portion 15. The guide 43 serves to guide the floor plate member 30r on one surface of the motor control unit 10. A slit 42 extending in the longitudinal direction is formed in the guide 43.
[0055] As shown in FIG. 14D, the engagement portions 41 engage with the ends of the slits 42 on both side surfaces of the floor plate member 30r. Therefore, even when the fan unit 20 (not shown in FIGS. 14A to 14D) is pulled out as described above, the floor plate member 30r is not pulled out together with the fan unit 20, and the floor plate member 30r is not displaced. In other words, the engagement portions 41 engage with the motor control unit 10 to restrict the movement of the floor plate member 30r in the pull-out direction. Therefore, in this embodiment, the receiving portion 39 of the floor plate member 30r can reliably receive contaminants that may fall when the fan unit 20 is pulled out.
[0056] Fig. 15 is a perspective view of a floor plate member according to a sixteenth embodiment. The floor plate member 30s shown in Fig. 15 has features of several of the previously described embodiments.
[0057] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 15, a plurality of uneven portions 39a are formed in the receiving portion 39 of the floor plate member 30s, and the floor plate member 30s has one end 31 that converges toward the center. Furthermore, the floor plate member 30s has a side wall portion 38 similar to that described above, and a slit 37 corresponding to the connector 27 is formed in one end 31 of the floor plate member 30s. Furthermore, a step portion 41 is formed on both side surfaces of the floor plate member 30s. Thus, the floor plate member 30s having a plurality of features is also included in the scope of the present disclosure. Although not shown in the drawings, the floor plate member having at least two of the plurality of features is also included in the scope of the present disclosure.
[0058] Fig. 16A is a perspective view of a floor plate member in the seventeenth embodiment, and Fig. 16B is another perspective view of the floor plate member shown in Fig. 16A. The floor plate member 30t shown in these figures has side surfaces 33a, 33b provided on both sides of the bottom surface. The upper parts of the side surfaces 33a, 33b are provided with protruding parts 34a, 34b extending outward. As can be seen from the figures, the side surfaces 33a, 33b are provided on the inside of the outermost part in the width direction of the bottom surface. The width direction ends of the protruding parts 34a, 34b extending from the upper parts of the side surfaces 33a, 33b are located at positions corresponding to the outermost part in the width direction of the bottom surface.
[0059] In the following, the side surface 33a and the protruding portion 34a are collectively referred to as the protuberance 63a, and the side surface 33b and the protruding portion 34b are collectively referred to as the protuberance 63b. An additional protuberance 63c is provided between the protuberances 63a and 63b. The additional protuberance 63c has an upper surface 34c between the two side surfaces of the additional protuberance 63c. The width of the upper surface 34c is preferably slightly larger than the width of the protuberances 34a and 34b.
[0060] These raised portions 63a to 63c extend in the direction in which the fan unit 20 is pulled out. The distance between the raised portion 63a and the additional raised portion 63c and the distance between the raised portion 63b and the additional raised portion 63c are greater than the width of the upper surface 34c and the width of the protruding portions 34a and 34b. The distance between the raised portion 63a and the additional raised portion 63c and the distance between the raised portion 63b and the additional raised portion 63c do not have to be equal to each other. Furthermore, a plurality of additional raised portions 63c may be provided between the raised portions 33a and 33b.
[0061] Fig. 16C is a perspective view of the plurality of sole plate members shown in Fig. 16A. Fig. 16C shows two sole plate members 30t1 and 30t2 similar to the sole plate member 30t. As can be seen from the figure, one sole plate member 30t1 is placed above the other sole plate member 30t2, so that the two sole plate members 30t1 and 30t2 are partially overlapped. At this time, the raised portion 63b of the sole plate member 30t1 is inserted inside the additional raised portion 63c of the other sole plate member 30t2. Therefore, the width of the assembly 30tt consisting of the two sole plate members 30t1 and 30t2 shown in Fig. 16C is larger than the width of a single sole plate member 30t.
[0062] Fig. 16D is a perspective view of a motor drive device 1k including the floor plate member shown in Fig. 16A. In the motor drive device 1k, a single floor plate member 30t is disposed on the motor control unit 10 in the same manner as described above. In other words, in Fig. 16D, a single floor plate member 30t having a width corresponding to the width of the motor control unit 10 is used.
[0063] Fig. 16E is a perspective view of another motor drive device 1l including multiple sole plate members shown in Fig. 16A. The width of the motor control unit 10 shown in Fig. 16E is larger than the width of the motor control unit 10 shown in Fig. 16D. As a result, when only a single sole plate member 30t is used, the sole plate member 30t cannot cover the entire width of the motor control unit 10, and therefore may not be able to receive all contaminants that may fall when the fan unit 20 is pulled out.
[0064] In the present disclosure, a plurality of floor plate members 30t1, 30t2 can be partially overlapped to create an assembly 30tt having a width corresponding to the width of the motor control unit 10. Thus, the assembly 30tt covers the entire width of the motor control unit 10, and as a result, it is possible to receive all contaminants that may fall when the fan unit 20 is pulled out. Of course, three or more floor plate members 30t may be partially overlapped with each other to create an assembly 30tt having a desired width.
[0065] Fig. 17A is a side view of the floor plate member in the eighteenth embodiment, and Fig. 17B is a rear view of the floor plate member shown in Fig. 17A. As shown in these figures, the floor plate member 30u has side surfaces 33a, 33b similar to those described above (side surface 33a is not shown in Fig. 17A). The bottom surface of the floor plate member 30u forms an obtuse angle with the side surfaces 33a, 33b. Similarly, the end surface 33c of the floor plate member 30u forms an obtuse angle with the bottom surface. These obtuse angles are preferably 95 degrees to 115 degrees. In addition, it is preferable that the obtuse angles between the bottom surface of the floor plate member 30u and each of the side surfaces 33a, 33b are equal to each other.
[0066] Furthermore, FIG. 17C is a perspective view of a plurality of floor plate members shown in FIG. 17A. In FIG. 17C, a plurality of, for example, three floor plate members 30u1-30u3 are shown. Since the above-mentioned obtuse angles are formed between the bottom surface and the end surface 33c and between the bottom surface and the side surfaces 33a, 33b, the plurality of floor plate members 30u1-30u3 can be stacked on one another. At this time, the height of the three stacked floor plate members 30u1-30u3 is considerably smaller than three times the height of the end surface of one floor plate member. Therefore, it can be seen that when the floor plate member 30u is not in use, a small storage space is sufficient.
[0067] An advantage of at least one of the embodiments described above is that it is possible to provide a base plate member that is easy to mount to a motor control unit, that can receive fallen contaminants, and that can be removed without the contaminants sliding off.
[0068] Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail, the present disclosure is not limited to the above-mentioned individual embodiments. Various additions, replacements, modifications, partial deletions, etc. are possible for these embodiments within the scope of the gist of the invention, or within the scope of the idea and intent of the invention derived from the contents described in the claims and their equivalents.
