Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an emulsion composition. [Background technology]

[0002] Alpha-gel has a hydrated crystal structure and a lamellar structure. Most of the intercellular lipids present in the stratum corneum, the outermost layer of the skin, also have this alpha-gel structure. It has the function of preventing the intrusion of substances from the outside and the evaporation of water from the inside of the skin, while retaining moisture itself, thereby maintaining the flexibility and smooth appearance of the skin. It is known that the stratum corneum retains approximately 33% by mass of moisture in the form of bound water, and the intercellular lipids of the stratum corneum retain approximately 13% by mass of bound water. Because α-gel is capable of retaining moisture, its application in cosmetics and other applications is being considered. For example, Patent Document 1 describes that an emulsion composition containing ceramides, glycerol monofatty acid esters, higher alcohols, and the like forms an α-gel structure. [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2007-22997 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] Incidentally, when applying makeup using foundation, blush, and the like, there is a demand for the makeup to be applied smoothly and evenly, but most people suffer from rough skin surfaces, which can cause uneven application and reduce the ease with which the makeup can be applied and last. The present inventors applied the emulsion composition described in Patent Document 1 for a long time, and found that short-term continuous use did not improve the roughness of the skin surface, and that when the area where the emulsion composition was applied for a long time was washed and acclimatized, and makeup was applied with lotion, milky lotion and foundation, the makeup application and makeup retention were insufficient. In addition, the emulsion composition described in Patent Document 1 also had the problem that when the emulsion composition was applied to the skin and then foundation was applied over the coating, the foundation was prone to becoming uneven.

[0005] The present invention relates to providing an emulsion composition which can improve the application and durability of makeup even when the applied area is cleansed and makeup is then applied, even when the applied area is used continuously for a short period of time. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The present inventors have unexpectedly found that an emulsion composition comprising one or more compounds selected from sphingosine, sphingosine salts, pseudosphingosine, pseudosphingosine salts, anionic surfactants, and cationic surfactants, ceramides, glycerol fatty acid esters, higher alcohols, and a polymer having a light transmittance of 90% or more and a main chain glass transition temperature Tg of 25°C or less when measured at 25°C after mixing 25 parts by mass with 100 parts by mass of cetanol at 85°C, even when used continuously for a short period of time, can improve the application and staying power of makeup when the area where the composition has been used is washed and makeup is then applied, thereby completing the present invention.

[0007] The present invention provides an emulsion composition containing the following components (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E), in which the mass ratio of the content of component (E) to the total content of components (A), (B), (C) and (D) [(E) / {(A)+(B)+(C)+(D)}] is 0.01 or more and 1 or less. (A) one or more compounds selected from sphingosine, a salt of sphingosine, a pseudosphingosine, a salt of pseudosphingosine, an anionic surfactant, and a cationic surfactant; (B) Ceramides (C) Glycerol fatty acid ester (D) Higher alcohol (E) A polymer having a light transmittance of 90% or more when 25 parts by mass of the polymer are mixed with 100 parts by mass of cetanol at 85° C. and then measured at 25° C., and a glass transition temperature Tg of the main chain of the polymer is 25° C. or less. Effect of the Invention

[0008] The emulsion composition of the present invention can improve the application and durability of makeup even when the application site is washed and makeup is applied, even when the emulsion composition is used for a short period of time. In addition, when the emulsion composition of the present invention is applied to the skin and then a foundation is applied on top of the applied film, the foundation is less likely to become uneven. In this specification, the glass transition temperature Tg of the main chain refers to that measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) or the like, and can be determined, for example, by measuring the glass transition temperature Tg of the raw material polymer of the polymer of component (E) corresponding to the main chain portion of the polymer of component (E) by DSC, or by measuring the glass transition temperature Tg of a polymer obtained by removing the parts other than the main chain portion from the polymer of component (E) by chemical reaction by DSC. However, when the polymer of component (E) is a terminally modified polymer such as a terminally modified silicone, the segment introduced at the end is not included in the "main chain" when measuring the glass transition temperature Tg of the main chain. For example, the "glass transition temperature Tg of the main chain" of a polyether / alkyl co-modified silicone in which an alkyl group has been introduced into the side chain or end of a copolymer having a silicone chain and a polyether group, a polyglycerin / alkyl co-modified silicone in which an alkyl group has been introduced into the side chain or end of a copolymer having a silicone chain and a polyglyceryl group, and a double-end polyether-modified silicone means the glass transition temperature Tg of the silicone chain (organopolysiloxane segment) of these polymers.

[0080] (Apparatus and conditions for measuring light transmittance when mixed with cetanol) Equipment: Spectrophotometer Wavelength: 555nm Optical path length: 1cm Measurement cell: Quartz cell

The light transmittance when mixed with cetanol is the same as above. Furthermore, when 4 parts by mass of the polymer are mixed with 100 parts by mass of water at 65°C and then the light transmittance is measured at 25°C, from the viewpoints of preventing unevenness when foundation is applied over the coating film, as well as improving the skin's ability to apply makeup smoothly and last longer when makeup is applied, the light transmittance is preferably 78% or more, more preferably 80% or more, even more preferably 83% or more, and particularly preferably 85% or more. Furthermore, the light transmittance when mixed with water is usually less than 100%, and preferably less than 95%. [0085] The cationic polymer may be any polymer having a charge density of more than 0 meq / g when measured by a zeta potential measuring device or the like, and may have a cationic group in the main chain or a cationic group in the side chain. Among these, the polymer having a cationic group in the side chain is preferred. Here, in this specification, the cationic group is a concept that includes groups having a cation such as a quaternary ammonium group, as well as groups that can become a cation when a proton is present in the system. For example, primary to tertiary amino groups, quaternary ammonium groups, biguanide residues, etc. can be mentioned. [0091] [In formula (11), R 41 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 22 carbon atoms, an aralkyl group, or an aryl group, and t represents 2 or 3.

[0092] Here, the organopolysiloxane (OX) will be described in detail. At least two poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segments are bonded to any silicon atom constituting the organopolysiloxane segment via an alkylene group containing a heteroatom, and it is preferable that the poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment is bonded to one or more silicon atoms excluding those at both ends of the organopolysiloxane segment via the alkylene group, and it is more preferable that the poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment is bonded to two or more silicon atoms excluding those at both ends via the alkylene group.

Among these, R 41 As the alkyl group, a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms is preferable, and a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms is more preferable. In the formula (11), t represents 2 or 3, with 2 being preferred.

In this specification, the mass ratio (a / b) is determined by dissolving 5% by mass of organopolysiloxane (OX) in deuterated chloroform and measuring the mass ratio by nuclear magnetic resonance ( 1 This refers to the value determined from the integral ratio of alkyl or phenyl groups in the organopolysiloxane segment to methylene groups in the poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment by H-NMR analysis.

[0097] In the organopolysiloxane (OX), the weight average molecular weight (hereinafter also referred to as "MWg") of the organopolysiloxane segment between adjacent poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segments is preferably 1,000 to 40,000, more preferably 1,500 to 30,000, and particularly preferably 1,750 to 5,000, from the viewpoints of preventing unevenness when a foundation is applied over the coating film, and improving the skin's application and durability of makeup when makeup is applied.

[0098] In this specification, the term "organopolysiloxane segment between adjacent poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segments" refers to a portion surrounded by a dashed line between the two points from the bonding point (bonding point A) of the poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment to the organopolysiloxane segment to the bonding point (bonding point B) of the adjacent poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment, as shown in the following formula (12), and is a region in which one R 42 SiO unit and one R 43 And y+1 (R 42 ) 2 The term "poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment" refers to a segment composed of the above R 43 -Z binds to 11 -R 44 This refers to.

[0099] [ka]

[0100] [In formula (12), R 42 each independently represents an alkyl group having 1 to 22 carbon atoms or a phenyl group; R 43 represents an alkylene group containing a heteroatom, -Z 11 -R 44 indicates a poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment, and R 44 represents a residue of a polymerization initiator or a hydrogen atom, and y represents a positive number. 42 , R 43 , R 44 may be the same or different.

[0101] MWg is the molecular weight of the portion enclosed by the dashed line in the above formula (12), and can be interpreted as the mass (g / mol) of the organopolysiloxane segment per mole of the poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment. When the functional groups of the modified organopolysiloxane of the raw material compound are 100% substituted with poly(N-acylalkyleneimine), it coincides with the functional group equivalent (g / mol) of the modified organopolysiloxane.

[0102] The molecular weight of the poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment can be calculated from the molecular weight and degree of polymerization of the N-acylalkyleneimine unit, or can be measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), but in this specification, it refers to the polystyrene-equivalent number average molecular weight (hereinafter also referred to as MNox) measured by GPC performed under the measurement conditions described below. MNox is preferably 800 to 3500, more preferably 1000 to 3000, from the viewpoints of preventing unevenness when foundation is applied over the coating film, and improving the skin to make the makeup stick and last better when makeup is applied.

[0103] Moreover, MWg can be calculated from the content (mass %) of organopolysiloxane segments constituting the main chain (hereinafter also referred to as Csi) according to the following formula (I).

[0104] MWg = Csi × MNox / (100-Csi) (I)

[0105] The weight average molecular weight (hereinafter also referred to as MWsi) of the organopolysiloxane segment constituting the main chain is preferably 15,000 to 160,000, more preferably 20,000 to 150,000, and particularly preferably 25,000 to 100,000, from the viewpoints of preventing unevenness when a foundation is applied over the coating film, and improving the application and staying power of makeup when makeup is applied. Since the organopolysiloxane segment constituting the main chain has a common skeleton with the modified organopolysiloxane of the raw material compound, the MWsi is approximately the same as the weight average molecular weight of the modified organopolysiloxane of the raw material compound. The weight average molecular weight of the modified organopolysiloxane of the raw material compound is a polystyrene-equivalent weight average molecular weight measured by GPC under the following measurement conditions:

[0106] (Conditions for measuring weight-average molecular weight of modified organopolysiloxane) Column: Super HZ4000+Super HZ2000 (Tosoh Corporation) Eluent: 1mM triethylamine / THF Flow rate: 0.35mL / min Column temperature: 40℃ Detector: UV Sample: 50μL

[0107] The weight average molecular weight (hereinafter also referred to as MWt) of the organopolysiloxane (OX) is preferably 12,000 to 200,000, more preferably 25,000 to 160,000, and particularly preferably 35,000 to 150,000, from the viewpoints of preventing unevenness when a foundation is applied over the coating film, and improving the application and durability of makeup when makeup is applied. MWt refers to a polystyrene-equivalent value measured by GPC under the measurement conditions described below.

[0108] (Measurement conditions for MNox and MWt) Column: Two K-804L (Tosoh Corporation) columns connected in series Eluent: 1mM dimethyldodecylamine / chloroform Flow rate: 1.0mL / min Column temperature: 40℃ Detector: RI Sample: 50μL

[0109] In addition, when the poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment is a poly(N-propionylethyleneimine) segment, the mass ratio (a / b) is calculated as follows: 1 H-NMR measurement can be carried out, for example, under the following conditions. ( 1 H-NMR measurement conditions) 0.5g of polymer sample was dissolved in 2g of measurement solvent (deuterated chloroform), 1 The measurement is performed using H-NMR (400 MHz, manufactured by Varian). The ratio of silicone to poly(N-propionylethyleneimine) is calculated from each integral value. PULSE SEQUENCE ·Relax.delay: 30 seconds ·Pulse: 45 degrees ·Number of times: 8 Confirmation peaks around 0 ppm: methyl groups of polydimethylsiloxane, Around 3.4 ppm: Methylene part of ethyleneimine.

[0144] The emulsion composition of the present invention can be produced by a conventional method, for example, a production method including an emulsification step of emulsifying an oil phase component containing components (A) to (D) and an aqueous phase component containing water (in the case of using component (G), an aqueous phase component containing water and component (G)), and further containing component (E) as either or both of the oil phase component and the aqueous phase component used in the emulsification step. From the viewpoint of storage stability, etc., the method for producing the emulsion composition is preferably a production method including an emulsification step of emulsifying an oil phase component containing components (A) to (D) and an aqueous phase component containing water and component (E). The emulsification step is preferably carried out so that the content mass ratio [(E) / {(A)+(B)+(C)+(D)}] is 0.01 or more and 1 or less. The emulsification step is preferably carried out so that each content and content mass ratio are within the above-mentioned ranges explained as each content and content mass ratio in the emulsion composition.

[0145] The oil phase component and the aqueous phase component used in the emulsification step can each be prepared by a conventional method. The method for producing an emulsion composition may include a step of preparing an oil phase component and a step of preparing an aqueous phase component in addition to the emulsification step. However, the oil phase component and the aqueous phase component are preferably prepared by heated mixing (preferably heated and mixed at 70 to 95°C, more preferably 75 to 90°C). In addition, the emulsification step is preferably performed by heating and mixing from the viewpoint of improving the skin to have good makeup adhesion and makeup retention when makeup is applied, as well as the absence of unevenness when foundation is applied on the coating film. The temperature of the emulsification step is preferably 70°C or higher, more preferably 75°C or higher, and even more preferably 80°C or higher, and is preferably 95°C or lower, more preferably 90°C or lower. Specifically, 70 to 95°C is preferred, 75 to 90°C is more preferred, and 80 to 90°C is even more preferred. It is particularly preferred to perform the emulsification step by heating and mixing at such a temperature. In addition, a state in which the oil phase component and the aqueous phase component coexist under high temperature conditions may be created by mixing the oil phase component and the aqueous phase component that have been heated separately in advance.

[0146] The heating time in the emulsification step is preferably 0.1 hours or more, more preferably 0.2 hours or more, particularly preferably 0.5 hours or more, and is preferably 3 hours or less, more preferably 2 hours or less, particularly preferably 1 hour or less. The specific range is preferably 0.1 hours or more and 3 hours or less, more preferably 0.2 hours or more and 2 hours or less, and particularly preferably 0.5 hours or more and 1 hour or less.

[0147] More specifically, the method for producing the emulsion composition of the present invention is as follows. That is, water and component (E) (and further component (G) if necessary) are heated and mixed to homogenize to obtain an aqueous phase component. Components (A) to (D) are heated and mixed to homogenize to obtain an oil phase component. The aqueous phase component and the oil phase component are mixed under heating conditions to homogenize, and then cooled if necessary, to produce the emulsion composition.

[0148] The emulsion composition of the present invention can improve the application and wear of makeup when the application site is washed and makeup is applied, even with short-term continuous use. The reason why such an effect can be obtained with short-term continuous use even after washing is not necessarily clear, but the present inventors speculate that this is because the polymer of component (E) adheres to rough skin surface such as desquamation by covering it from above, and components (A) to (D) form a lamellar solid oil phase, and the polymer of component (E) is present in the vicinity of the lamellar solid oil phase during use, thereby greatly enhancing the effect of improving rough skin surface such as desquamation, thereby improving rough skin surface (skin condition) even with short-term continuous use, and the skin itself has good application and wear of makeup. The emulsion composition of the present invention is suitable for use as a cosmetic (more specifically, a skin care cosmetic), and can be, for example, a milky lotion, a gel, a beauty essence, or the like. Furthermore, when the emulsion composition of the present invention is applied to the skin and then a foundation is applied over the resulting coating, the foundation is less likely to become uneven, and the emulsion composition of the present invention is also useful as a makeup base.

[0149] The emulsion composition of the present invention can be used by applying it to the skin (preferably the skin excluding the scalp, more preferably the face, body, hands, feet, etc.). This method is suitable as a skin care method. The above-mentioned makeup may be a normal makeup using a foundation, a blush, etc., and a normal lotion or emulsion may be used as necessary. After applying the emulsion composition of the present invention, the skin may be washed or towel-dried prior to makeup.

[0150] The type of emulsion of the emulsion composition of the present invention is not particularly limited, but examples include oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions, and from the standpoint of usability, skin improving effects, and the like, oil-in-water emulsion compositions are preferred. In addition, the emulsion composition of the present invention is preferably a gel with an α-type structure from the viewpoints of storage stability, safety, and the absence of unevenness when a foundation is applied over the coating film, as well as improving the application and staying power of makeup on the skin when makeup is applied. The α-type structure can be confirmed by structural analysis using X-rays. The α-type structure is a hexagonal crystal system in which the lipophilic groups are oriented perpendicular to the surface of the hydrophilic base layer, and is characterized by the appearance of a sharp diffraction peak at a Bragg angle of approximately 21 to 23 degrees.
