Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a steel pipe pile having partially circular wings at the lower end of a steel pipe body which is connected to the lower end of another steel pipe pile or used alone and buried in the ground to support a ground structure. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, in order to bury a steel pipe pile by lowering it while rotating it, a steel pipe pile with wings for driving excavation at the tip of the steel pipe body has been proposed, and in many cases, partially circular steel plates are twisted to form wings and welded to the outer periphery of the tip of the steel pipe pile (Patent Documents 1 and 2). In this case, in a plan view, the outer periphery of the wings is approximately circular. Since the steel pipe pile is buried while rotating, there is generally little resistance when the outer periphery of the wings hits the ground, and the structure is such that the wings are buried by pushing them into the ground. In another conventional example, a steel pipe pile with wings was constructed by fixing a rectangular plate to the tip of the steel pipe pile in an inclined state (Patent Documents 3 and 4). These were mainly structures that were buried while excavating the ground. In conventional steel pipe piles, various improvements have been made to increase the strength of the steel pipe piles, make them easier to excavate the ground, and increase the bearing capacity of the steel pipes after burial. Also, when the bottom of a steel pipe pile is blocked, the bearing capacity generally increases, but it is difficult to bury the pile, so various improvements have been made to the shape of the wings (Patent Document 4). [0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 9-324419 [Patent Document 2] JP 2019-85872 A [Patent Document 3] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 11-200363 [Patent Document 4] JP 2005-256500 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] In the conventional invention, the applied ground was relatively shallow and weak, and the structure was such that the wings and the steel pipe pile could exert the necessary bearing capacity. Therefore, in the case of a steel pipe pile with an open bottom, the wing structure must be made strong, and as a result, there was a problem that it was difficult to bury the steel pipe pile. In addition, it is difficult to bury steel pipe piles with closed bottoms, and the steel pipe piles cannot be buried deeper than designed, and there have been cases where the upper end of the steel pipe pile is exposed above ground higher than designed, which is called "high-level pile". In such cases, it was necessary to take measures such as cutting off the upper end of the steel pipe pile. In addition, while opening the bottom of a steel pipe pile improves workability, there was also the problem that workability decreased if the bottom became clogged with excavated soil from underground. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] This invention has a structure in which the steel pipe body of the steel pipe pile itself can obtain the necessary supporting force, and in order to make it easier to bury the steel pipe body, the wings have a partially circular outer edge when viewed in plan, and this is based on a structure that reduces resistance to the ground. The inclined reference part is fixed to the lower end of the steel pipe pile to make it easy to construct, and soil can be removed efficiently, making it easier to bury.

[0006] In the first invention, three or more generally sector-shaped reference partial discs are formed with a first side on the front side in the rotation direction longer than the second side, and a horizontal gap is formed between adjacent reference partial discs. In the second invention, three or more generally sector-shaped reference partial discs are inclined and have a soil discharge opening communicating with the hollow part of the steel pipe body. In the third invention, two generally semicircular reference partial discs are inclined and have a soil discharge opening communicating with the horizontal gap and the hollow part of the steel pipe body.

[0007] That is, This invention This steel pipe pile with wings is characterized in that a cylindrical steel pipe body having a hollow portion with an axis center O1 is arranged vertically and the lower end of the steel pipe is provided with partially circular wings arranged at an angle to the horizontal, and is configured as follows. (1) The rotation direction of the steel pipe body for lowering the steel pipe pile into the ground is in one direction. (2) The partial circular blade is configured by arranging a plurality of reference partial circular plates at equal angles around a center O1. (3) The reference partial disk is formed into a generally sector shape with a first side corresponding to the radius and a second side corresponding to the radius connected by a smooth arc-shaped outer peripheral edge. (4) The reference partial disk has a center O2 of the approximate sector shape positioned in the hollow portion of the steel pipe body in a plan view, and an outer peripheral edge of the approximate sector shape positioned on the outer periphery side of the steel pipe body. (5) When the first edge is positioned at the front side in the direction of rotation during rotation in one direction, the reference partial disk is formed at an angle so that the first edge is positioned lower than the second edge, and a vertical gap is formed between adjacent reference partial disks. (6) The center O2 of the sector of the reference partial disk was shifted from the center O1 of the steel pipe body in a plan view. (7) A portion of the first or second edge of the reference partial disc located on the hollow portion side of the steel pipe body was cut out to form an earth discharge opening. (8) A horizontal gap was formed between the opposing first and second edges of adjacent reference partial discs, and the horizontal gap was positioned on the outer periphery side and hollow portion side of the steel pipe body, and the horizontal gap was formed continuous with the vertical gap. (9) Reinforcements located on the outer periphery and hollow portion sides of the steel pipe body were fixed to the lower end of the steel pipe body. (10) The reinforcing tool is positioned in the lateral gap between the adjacent reference partial disks, and the reference partial disks are fixed to the reinforcing tool. (11) The tip of the reinforcement is formed at an angle to the horizontal so that the tip can excavate the ground.

[0010] moreover, Other inventions is a steel pipe pile with wings, characterized in that a cylindrical steel pipe body having a hollow portion with an axis center O1 is arranged vertically and the lower end of the steel pipe is provided with partially circular wings arranged at an angle to the horizontal, and is configured as follows. (1) The rotation direction of the steel pipe body for lowering the steel pipe pile into the ground is in one direction. (2) The partial circular blade is configured by arranging two approximately semicircular reference partial circular plates with their diameter sides facing each other and with a predetermined gap between them. (3) The reference partial disk is formed into an approximately semicircular shape with one radial portion corresponding to approximately the diameter as a first side and the other radial portion as a second side, and with the radial end of the first side and the radial end of the second side connected by a smooth arc-shaped outer peripheral edge. (4) The center of the approximately semicircular reference partial disk is positioned in the hollow portion of the steel pipe body in a plan view, and the outer peripheral edge of the approximately semicircular reference partial disk is positioned on the outer periphery of the steel pipe body. (5) When the first edge is positioned at the front side in the direction of rotation during rotation in one direction, the reference partial disk is formed at an angle so that the first edge is positioned lower than the second edge, and a vertical gap is formed between adjacent reference partial disks. (6) A horizontal gap was formed between the opposing diameters of the adjacent reference partial discs, the horizontal gap was positioned on the outer periphery side and hollow portion side of the steel pipe body, and the horizontal gap was formed continuous with the vertical gap. (7) A portion of the first or second edge of the reference partial disc located on the hollow portion side of the steel pipe body was cut out to form an earth discharge opening. (8) Reinforcements located on the outer periphery and hollow portion sides of the steel pipe body were fixed to the lower end of the steel pipe body. (9) The reinforcing tool is positioned in the lateral gap between the adjacent reference partial discs, and the reference partial discs are fixed to the reinforcing tool. (10) The tip of the reinforcement is formed at an angle to the horizontal so that the tip can excavate the ground. Effect of the Invention

[0011] In the first invention, the invention is configured by forming a first side of three or more approximately sector-shaped reference partial discs on the front side in the rotation direction longer than the second side, and forming a horizontal gap between adjacent reference partial discs. In the second invention, the three or more approximately sector-shaped reference partial discs are inclined, and a soil discharge opening communicating with the hollow part of the steel pipe body is provided. In the third invention, the two approximately semicircular reference partial discs are inclined, and a soil discharge opening communicating with the horizontal gap and the hollow part of the steel pipe body is provided, so that the soil excavated by the blades is lifted to the ground and discharged, or the excavated soil is actively stirred and put into the hollow part of the steel pipe pile, reducing the amount of soil discharged, and as a result, improving workability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0013] An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0014] [Embodiment 1] First embodiment / Embodiment of a steel pipe pile in which a partial circular wing 10 is composed of three or more reference partial discs 11

[0015] (A) Structure of steel pipe body 1

[0016] The steel pipe body 1 is formed with an outer diameter D0 and a wall thickness that can exert a predetermined bearing force according to the site where it is used, and with the top and bottom open. Three blade support notches 5, 5 are formed rotationally symmetrically at the lower edge of the steel pipe body 1 according to the reference partial discs 11, 11 to be used and their inclined structure. The blade support notches 5 are formed by cutting the horizontal lower edge of the steel pipe body 1 at an angle θ1, or by welding a triangular member to the lower edge. Each blade support notch 5 is connected to (continuous with the upper end of) a horizontal reinforcing tool receiving notch 6 (reinforcing tool receiving portion) that receives the reinforcing tool 21 (corresponding to the horizontal gap 31 of the partial circular blade 10). In addition, a substantially vertical step edge 7 is formed at the reinforcing tool receiving notch 6 portion of the adjacent blade support notches 5, 5. In this embodiment, the angle θ1 is set to about 12° (FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b)). Usually, another steel pipe (usually having the same outer diameter D0 and wall thickness as the steel pipe body 1) is welded to the steel plate body 1 to ensure the required length, but when not much length is required, it can be used alone.

[0017] (B) Configuration of partial circular wing 10

[0018] (1) In this embodiment, the partial circular blade 10 is composed of three reference partial discs 11, 11.

[0019] (2) The reference partial disk 11 is a substantially fan shape having a radius sides 13 and 14 and an arc portion 12 connecting them at the center O2. One of the radius sides 13 is formed with a length L21, and the other radius side 14 is formed with a length L22 (<L21). Since the partial circular wings 10 are constituted by three reference partial disks 11, 11, the angle θ2 formed between the radius side 13 and the radius side 14 is θ2≒120° formed. Also, the arc portion 12 has a smooth arc shape connecting the outer edge 13a in the radial direction of the radius side 13 and the outer edge 14a in the radial direction of the radius side 14. More specifically, it is formed as follows (Fig. 3). A reference circle 18A (large circle) with a radius L22 and a reference circle (small circle) 18B with a radius L22 centered on the center O2 are formed. The radius side 13 corresponding to one radius of the reference circle 18A and the radius side 14 corresponding to one radius of the reference circle 18B are set at an angle θ2 (about 120°). The radial edge 13a of the radius side 13 (on the reference circle 18A) and the radial edge 14a of the radius side 14 (on the reference circle 18B) are connected by a smooth curve passing between the reference circles 18A and 18B, and the curve is made into the arc portion 12 (Fig. 3).

[0020] (3) Also, in the reference partial disk 11, an arc-shaped soil discharge opening 15 is formed near the center O2 and closer to the longer radius side 13 in length (Fig. 3). Here, the soil discharge opening 15 is formed by a semi-circle (arc) centered on the radius side 13 or a semi-circle (arc) centered near the radius side 13.

[0021] (4) With a predetermined interval and inclination of the three reference partial disks 11, 11 maintained, a member for fixing to the steel pipe main body 1 is a reinforcing tool 21. The reinforcing tool 21 has a right-angled triangular plate material with a thickness t1 as a base material 24, and three of the base materials 24, 24 are arranged at an angle of 120° in a plan view with the right-angled part of the right-angled triangle facing upward, and the center side is fixed (Fig. 2(e)). Here, each of the base materials 24, 24 is formed into a trapezoid by cutting the acute angle part on the straight radial side of the right-angled triangle substantially vertically.

[0022] (C) Configuration of the steel pipe pile 30 with wings

[0023] (1) The sector-shaped reference partial disks 11, 11 are arranged in a circle around the center O3, and a gap of L1 (=t1) in plan view is provided between the radial sides 13 and 14 of adjacent sector bodies 11. This gap is referred to as a lateral gap 31, 31. Each reference partial disk 11 is inclined so that the longer radial side 13 is positioned downward and the shorter radial side 14 is positioned upward. Furthermore, the radial edge 13a of the radial side 13 is inclined at an angle θ1 so that the radial edge 14a of the radial side 14 is elevated based on the radial edge 13a of the radial side 13 (FIG. 1(e)). Therefore, the center O2 side of the radial edge 13 is positioned upward with respect to the radial edge 13a. Also, the radial edge 14a of the radial side 14 is positioned upward compared to the center O2 side (FIG. 4(b)). Here, in each reference partial disk 11, the upper side (the steel pipe body 1 side) is referred to as the upper surface 11a, and the lower side (the other side of the steel pipe body) is referred to as the lower surface 11b.

[0024] (2) The reinforcing tool 21 is fixed to the reinforcing tool receiving notches 6, 6 of the three wing receiving notches 5, 5 on the underside of the steel pipe body 1. Here, the upper surface of each base material 24 of the reinforcing tool 21 abuts against the reinforcing tool receiving notches 6, and the substantially vertical side surface of each base material 24 abuts against the substantially vertical step edge 7 of the steel pipe body, so that the reinforcing tool 21 and the steel pipe body 1 can be tightly attached to each other, and the reinforcing tool 21 can be firmly fixed to the steel pipe body 1. Furthermore, the inner peripheral side (tip 22 side) of each base material 24, 24 is located on the hollow portion 3 side of the steel pipe body 1, and the radial side (radial direction end 23 side) of each base material 24, 24 is located on the outer surface 1a side of the steel pipe body 1. Also, the tip 22 of the reinforcing tool 21 is located at the center O1 of the steel pipe body 1.

[0025] (3) Each of the reference partial discs 11, 11 is fixed to the steel pipe body 1 while maintaining the above-mentioned relative positions such as the inclination angle (θ1) and the lateral gaps 31, 31. At this time, the center O3 side (O2 side) of the upper surface 11a of each reference partial circular plate 11 is abutted and fixed in accordance with the inclination (θ1) of the blade receiving notch 5 of the steel pipe body 1, so that the partial circular blade 10 is fixed to the steel pipe body 1 while maintaining the inclination angle θ1 of each reference partial circular plate 11. Also, the center O3 side (O2 side) of the end surfaces in the thickness direction of the radial sides 13, 14 of each reference partial circular plate 11 is abutted and fixed to the outer surface of each base material 24 of the reinforcing tool, and further, the base materials 24, 24 of the reinforcing tool 21 are inserted into the horizontal gaps 31, 31 between each reference partial circular plate 11, 11 of the partial circular blade 10, so that the partial circular blade 10 is fixed to the steel pipe body 1 while maintaining the relative positions of each reference partial circular plate 11, 11 and the horizontal gaps 31.

[0026] (4) In this state, the radial end 23 of the reinforcing member 21 protrudes outward (radially) from the outer surface 1a of the steel pipe body 1, so that the steel pipe body 1 and each of the reference partial disks 11, 11 can be reliably fixed. In this state, the soil discharge openings 15, 15 of each of the reference partial disks 11, 11 are contained within the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1 in a plan view (FIG. 1(c)). In addition, in this state, since the reference partial disk 11 has an inclination of θ1, a vertical gap 33 of a maximum length L4 is formed in the height direction between the radial edge 13a of the radial side 13 and the radial edge 14a of the radial side 14 in adjacent reference partial disks 11, 11 (Figure 1(e)).

[0027] (5) In the manner described above, a steel pipe pile 30 is constructed (FIG. 1). The steel pipe pile 30 includes a steel pipe body 1 and a partial circular wing 10 (reference partial circular plates 11, 11 and a reinforcing member 21) (FIG. 1).

[0028] (D) Operation of the steel pipe pile 30 with wings

[0029] (1) The steel pipe pile 30 formed in this manner is used in the same manner as a conventional so-called wing pile.

[0030] (2) That is, the steel pipe body 1 is formed to the length (e.g., 10 m), diameter, thickness, etc. required at the site where it will be used, or the steel pipe pile 30 of the present invention is fixed to the lower end of another steel pipe pile 40 by welding or the like to ensure the required length (Figure 1(e)), and then buried in the ground while rotating in the direction of arrow 44 (Figure 1). In this case, if the ground is relatively hard, a pile hole with a specified outer diameter is excavated in advance and then the steel pipe pile 30 is buried while rotating, but if the ground is relatively soft, the pile hole is not excavated in advance, and the steel pipe piles 30, 40 are buried while excavating the ground directly from above ground with the partial circular blade 10.

[0031] (3) In this case, the radial edge 13a of the long radial side 13 of each reference partial disc 11, 11 first abuts against the ground, and then the entire radial side 13 abuts against the ground, so that the steel pipe pile 30, 40 can be lowered while excavating an excavation hole 42 corresponding to the length L21 of the radial side 13 (Figure 1 (c)). At this time, the soil excavated at the radial side 13 moves through the approximately parallel horizontal gaps 31 and continuous vertical gaps 33 to the upper surface 11a of the reference partial disc 11 formed at the inclination θ1, and is discharged to the ground. In addition, since the approximately parallel horizontal gaps 31 are formed, the soil cut by the radial side 13 of each reference partial disc 11 is stirred and loosened without being clogged on the upper surface 11a of the reference partial disc 11, so that the excavation efficiency is improved. Moreover, the soil that has moved from the substantially parallel horizontal gaps 31 and vertical gaps 33 to the underside 11b of the reference partial disc 11 does not remain on the underside 11b of the reference partial disc 11, but is lifted from the soil discharge opening 15 to the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1, preventing a decrease in excavation efficiency at the radial sides 13, 13. Furthermore, since the tip 22 of the auxiliary tool 21 is formed at an angle to the horizontal, it is possible to excavate the vicinity of the center O1 (O3) that is not reached by the radial sides 13, 13, and the soil excavated and loosened by the auxiliary tool 21 also reaches the radial sides 13, 13 and is discharged, or the soil on the center side is directly discharged from the soil discharge opening 15 to the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1 by the reinforcing tool 21. In addition, since the radial side 13 is long and the radial side 14 is short, the circular arc portion 12 is not a perfect circle, and the radial side 14 side is closer to the center O1 (O3), so that the friction resistance to the reference partial disks 11, 11 is small, and the excavation efficiency and soil removal efficiency are improved (Fig. 1(c)). In addition, the second horizontal gap 35 can be formed on the radial side of the radial edge 14a of the radial side 14 with respect to the rotation trajectory of the radial side 13 (i.e., the reference circle 18A (Fig. 3), the excavation hole 42 (Fig. 1(c)) (Fig. 1(c)). In combination with the horizontal gap 31, this prevents an increase in pressure inside the excavation pile hole, and improves excavation efficiency. In addition, the excavated soil around the hole wall of the excavation hole can be removed upward from the second horizontal gap 35. In addition, since the arc portion 12 of the reference portion disc 11 is formed in a smooth arc shape, there are no sharp or angular portions, so that the drill can smoothly penetrate into the ground, and the excavation efficiency and soil removal efficiency are further improved. In addition, the entire earth discharge opening 15 of the reference partial disc 11 is located within the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1, and since no opening is formed on the outer surface 1a side of the steel pipe body 1 in the reference partial disc 11, earth can be discharged upward using the entire upper surface 11a of the reference partial disc 11.

[0032] (4) As described above, the inclination θ1 of the blade support notch 5 is formed at an angle of 12° to match the required inclination θ1 of the reference partial disk 11. The inclination of the reference partial disk 11 is selected according to excavation efficiency, soil removal efficiency, etc. In experiments, the angle θ1 = about 12° is preferable, but it may be changed depending on the ground properties of the site to be applied. 10°<θ1<15° It can be adjusted to a certain extent.

[0033] (E) Other configurations

[0034] (1) In the above embodiment, the radial edge 13a of the radial side 13 is inclined at an angle θ1 toward the radial edge 14a of the radial side 14 (FIG. 5 (diagonal inclination)). However, it is preferable to position the radial side 13 located at the bottom substantially horizontally. However, the radial side 14 may also be inclined so as to be located at the top (FIG. 5 (inclination in the direction of rotation; inclination in the y direction)). In this case, when the heights of points A (i.e., radial edge 13a of the radial side 13), B (i.e., radial edge 14a of the radial side 14), and C (i.e., center O2 of the sector of the radial side 13) on the bottom surface 11b side of the reference partial disk 11 are calculated with point A set to zero in the Z direction (i.e., vertical direction), using the same reference partial disk 11 with the same inclination angle θ1 (=12°), the following results are obtained: Rotational (y-direction) tilt: 49.55 Diagonal tilt: 111.47 In this case, the reference partial disk 11 has a diameter of Φ=267.4 and a thickness of 28 mm. Therefore, in the case of a diagonal inclination, the height of point B (i.e., the radial edge 14a of the radial side 14) is 111.47 / 49.55≒2,25 Since the distance between point A (radial edge 13a of radial side 13), which first comes into contact with the ground (lowest end), and point B (radial edge 14a of radial side 14), which is located at the uppermost position, can be made more than twice as large, this is desirable as it allows for more space for the vertical gap 33, but it is also possible to make the slope in the rotational direction (y direction). That is, the reference partial disk 11 may have the outer periphery 13a of the radial side 13 located below at the same height as the center O2 side (the radial side 13 is approximately horizontal) (FIG. 5).

[0035] (2) The earth discharge opening 15 is formed close to the longer radial side 13 (FIG. 3(a)), but it can also be formed close to the shorter radial side 14 (FIG. 6(a)). In this case, it is also preferable that the earth discharge opening 15 is partially circular, and the end of the partially circular shape is located on the radial side 14. Also in this case, the soil discharge openings 15, 15 are located inside the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1 (FIGS. 6(a) and 6(b)). In addition, since the soil discharge opening 15 is partially circular (particularly semicircular), the soil discharge efficiency from the back surface 11b side of the reference partial disk 11 to the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1 is good, but the opening shape of the soil discharge opening 15 can also be other shapes (not shown).

[0036] (3) In addition, in the above embodiment, although the excavation efficiency and soil discharge efficiency will decrease, the horizontal gap 31 can be omitted and the radial side 13 of an adjacent reference partial disc 11 can be abutted against the radial side 14 of another reference partial disc 11 (Figure 4(b)).In this case, the soil discharge opening 15 formed by cutting out the reference partial disc 11 can be omitted, and the vertices of adjacent reference partial discs 11 can be shifted and overlapped to form a triangular soil discharge opening 16 facing the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1 (Figure 4(b)).

[0037] (4) Furthermore, in the above embodiment, it is desirable for the radial end 23 of the reinforcing device 21 to protrude radially from the outer surface 1a of the steel pipe body 1, but if adjacent reference portion discs 11, 11 can be connected and reinforced, the radial end 23 of the reinforcing device 21 can also be contained within the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1 (not shown). Furthermore, although a trapezoidal reinforcing member 21 was used, any shape (not shown) may be used as long as it can be inserted into the horizontal gap 31 and can connect and reinforce the adjacent reference partial disks 11, 11. Moreover, when the horizontal gap 31 is omitted as described above, the reinforcing member 31 can also be omitted (FIG. 4(b)).

[0038] (5) In the above embodiment, the partial circular blade 10 is formed using three reference partial circular plates 11, 11, but the partial circular blade 10 can also be formed from three or more reference partial circular plates 11 (not shown). For example, when the reference circle 17A (17B) is divided into four to form four reference partial circular plates 11, the angle θ2 between the radial sides 13, 14 is 90° (not shown).

[0039] (6) In addition, in the above embodiment, the shape and arrangement of the reference partial disk 11 can be variously adopted (not shown), such as forming the radial sides 13, 14 at an angle compared to the radius of the circular portion 12 at the center O2, or arranging the reference partial disk 11 at an angle so that the lateral gap 31 is triangular rather than rectangular.

[0040] [Embodiment 2] Second embodiment: An embodiment in which a partial circular blade is formed from two reference partial disks

[0041] In the first embodiment, the partial circular blade is formed from three or more reference partial disks, but in this embodiment, the partial circular blade is configured from two reference partial disks.

[0042] (A) Structure of steel pipe body 1

[0043] As in the above-described embodiment with three or more plates, two blade support notches 5, 5 are formed in a rotationally symmetrical manner at the lower edge of the steel pipe body 1 having the required outer diameter D0 and wall thickness, and a reinforcement support notch 6 having an approximately vertical step edge 7 is formed in accordance with the reference partial discs 11, 11 to be used and their inclined structure. In this embodiment, the angle θ1 is set to about 12° (FIGS. 8(d) and 8(e)). Similarly to the first embodiment, the steel plate body 1 may have any configuration.

[0044] (B) Configuration of partial circular wing 10

[0045] (1) In this embodiment, the partial circular blade 10 is composed of two reference partial discs 11, 11.

[0046] (2) The reference partial disk 11 is semicircular (or may be said to be approximately fan-shaped with a fan angle of 180°) with a center O2, radial sides 13 and 14, and an arc portion 12 connecting them, and both radial sides 13 and 14 are formed with a length L23. In other words, it is preferable that the center O2 of the arc portion 12 is on the line connecting the radial sides 13 and 14, but it can also be formed on the outside of the line connecting the radial sides 13 and 14 (the opposite side to the arc portion 12) or on the side closer to the arc portion 12. Moreover, the arc portion 12 is an arc (almost a perfect circle) connecting an outer edge 13a of the radial side 13 in the radial direction and an outer edge 14a of the radial side 14 in the radial direction.

[0047] (3) In addition, the reference partial disk 11 includes the center O2 and is moved toward one of the radial sides 13 (since the radial side 14 has the same length L23, the structure is the same even if it is moved toward the radial side 14) to form an arc-shaped earth discharge opening 15 (FIG. 3). Here, the earth discharge opening 15 is formed as a semicircle (arc) with its center on the radial side 13.

[0048] (4) The member for fixing the two reference partial discs 11, 11 to the steel pipe body 1 while maintaining a specified interval and inclination is the reinforcing member 21. The reinforcing member 21 is composed of a pentagonal plate material with a thickness t1, an approximately horizontal upper surface, an approximately vertical side surface, and a pointed tip 22 on the lower surface (Fig. 9(d)). The approximately vertical side surface is defined as the radial end 23.

[0049] (C) Configuration of the steel pipe pile 30 with wings

[0050] (1) The sector-shaped reference partial disks 11, 11 are arranged with a gap of L1 (=t1) in a plan view between the radial sides 13, 14 of the adjacent sector bodies 11. This gap is referred to as a lateral gap 31, 31. Further, each reference partial disk 11 is disposed at an angle θ1 with respect to the horizontal so that one radial side 13 side is positioned downward and the other radial side 14 side is positioned upward. Here, in each reference partial disk 11, the upper side (the steel pipe body 1 side) is referred to as the upper surface 11a, and the lower side (the other side of the steel pipe body) is referred to as the lower surface 11b.

[0051] (2) The reinforcing tool 21 is fixed to the reinforcing tool receiving notches 6, 6 of the two wing receiving notches 5, 5 on the lower surface of the steel pipe body 1. Here, as in the first embodiment, the upper surface of the reinforcing tool 21 (base material 24) abuts against the reinforcing tool receiving notch 6, and the substantially vertical side surface of the reinforcing tool 21 (base material 24) abuts against the substantially vertical step edge 7 of the steel pipe body 1, so that the reinforcing tool 21 and the steel pipe body 1 can be tightly attached to each other, and therefore the reinforcing tool 21 can be firmly fixed to the steel pipe body 1. Furthermore, the tip 22 of the reinforcing tool 21 (base material 24) is located at the center O1 of the steel pipe body 1, and the radial side of the reinforcing tool 21 (base material 24) is located on the outer surface 1a side of the steel pipe body 1. (3) Each of the reference partial discs 11, 11 is fixed to the steel pipe body 1 while maintaining the above relative positions such as the inclination angle (θ1) and the horizontal gap 31. At this time, the upper surface 11a of each reference partial circular plate 11 is abutted against and fixed in accordance with the inclination (θ1) of the blade receiving notch 5 of the steel pipe body 1, so that the partial circular blade 10 is fixed to the steel pipe body 1 while maintaining the inclination angle θ1 of each reference partial circular plate 11. Also, the end faces in the thickness direction of the radial sides 13, 14 of each reference partial circular plate 11 are abutted against and fixed to the outer surface of the reinforcing tool 21, and further, the reinforcing tool 21 (base material 24) is inserted into the horizontal gaps 31, 31 between each reference partial circular plate 11, 11 of the partial circular blade 10, so that the partial circular blade 10 is fixed to the steel pipe body 1 while maintaining the relative positions of each reference partial circular plate 11, 11 and the horizontal gaps 31.

[0052] (3) In this state, the radial ends 23, 23 of the reinforcing members 21 protrude outward (radially) from the outer surface 1a of the steel pipe body 1, so that the steel pipe body 1 and each of the reference partial disks 11, 11 can be reliably fixed. In this state, the soil discharge openings 15, 15 of each of the reference partial disks 11, 11 are contained within the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1 in a plan view (FIG. 8(c)). In addition, in this state, since the reference partial disk 11 has an inclination of θ1, a vertical gap 33 of a maximum length L4 is formed in the height direction between the radial edge 13a of the radial side 13 and the radial edge 14a of the radial side 14 of adjacent reference partial disks 11, 11 (Figure 8(d)).

[0053] (4) In the manner described above, a steel pipe pile 30 is constructed (FIG. 8). The steel pipe pile 30 includes a steel pipe body 1 and a partial circular wing 10 (reference partial circular plates 11, 11 and a reinforcing member 21) (FIG. 8).

[0054] (D) Operation of the steel pipe pile 30 with wings

[0055] (1) The steel pipe pile 30 thus formed is used in the same manner as the steel pipe pile 30 of the first embodiment.

[0056] (2) That is, the steel pipe body 1 is formed to the length (e.g., 10 m), diameter, thickness, etc. required at the site where it will be used, or the steel pipe pile 30 of the present invention is fixed to the lower end of another steel pipe pile 40 by welding or the like to ensure the required length (Figure 8(d)), and then it is buried in the ground while rotating in the direction of arrow 44 (Figure 8).

[0057] (3) In this case, the radial edge 13a of the radial side 13 located at the lower position of each reference partial disk 11, 11 abuts against the ground, and then the entire radial side 13 abuts against the ground, so that the steel pipe pile 30, 40 can be lowered while excavating a pile hole 42 corresponding to the length L23 of the radial side 13 (FIGS. 8(c)(d)). At this time, the soil excavated at the radial side 13 moves through the substantially parallel horizontal gaps 31 and the continuous vertical gaps 33 to the upper surface 11a of the reference partial disk 11 formed at the inclination θ1, as in the first embodiment, and is discharged to the ground. In addition, since the substantially parallel horizontal gaps 31 are formed, the soil scraped by the radial side 13 of each reference partial disk 11 is stirred and loosened without being clogged on the upper surface 11a of the reference partial disk 11, so that the excavation efficiency is improved. Moreover, the soil that has moved from the substantially parallel horizontal gaps 31 and vertical gaps 33 to the lower surface 11b of the reference partial disc 11 does not remain on the lower surface 11b of the reference partial disc 11, but is lifted from the soil discharge opening 15 to the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1, so that it is possible to prevent a decrease in excavation efficiency at the radial sides 13, 13. Furthermore, since the tip 22 of the auxiliary tool 21 is sharp (i.e., formed at an angle to the horizontal), it is possible to excavate the vicinity of the center O1 (O3) that is not reached by the radial sides 13, 13, and the soil excavated and loosened by the auxiliary tool 21 also reaches the radial sides 13, 13 and is discharged, or the soil on the center side is directly discharged from the soil discharge opening 15 to the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1 by the reinforcing tool 21. In addition, since the arc portion 12 of the reference partial disk 11 is formed in an arc shape close to a perfect circle, there are no sharp or angular portions, so that the drill can smoothly penetrate into the ground, and the excavation efficiency and soil removal efficiency are further improved.

[0058] (4) As in the first embodiment, the inclination θ1 of the blade support notch 5 is formed at an angle of 12° in accordance with the required inclination θ1 of the reference partial disk 11. The inclination of the reference partial disk 11 is selected according to excavation efficiency, soil removal efficiency, etc. In experiments, the angle θ1 is preferably about 12°, but it may be selected according to the ground properties of the site to be applied. 10°<θ1<15° It can be adjusted to a certain extent.

[0059] (E) Other configurations

[0060] (1) In the above embodiment, the soil discharge opening 15 of the reference partial disc 11 is formed in an arc shape, but other shapes such as a rectangular shape are also possible (not shown) as long as the ground can be excavated or the discharged soil can be guided to the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1. Further, the soil discharge opening 15 is formed in an inclined state close to the radial side 13 located downward (FIG. 8(c)), but it can also be formed close to the shorter radial side 14 (not shown). In this case as well, the soil discharge openings 15 , 15 are located within the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1 .

[0061] (2) Furthermore, in the above embodiment, it is desirable for the radial end 23 of the reinforcing device 21 to protrude radially from the outer surface 1a of the steel pipe body 1, but if adjacent reference partial discs 11, 11 can be connected and reinforced, the radial end 23 of the reinforcing device 21 can also be contained within the hollow portion 3 of the steel pipe body 1 (not shown). Furthermore, although a trapezoidal reinforcing member 21 was used, any shape (not shown) may be used as long as it can be inserted into the horizontal gap 31 and can connect and reinforce the adjacent reference partial disks 11, 11.

[0062] (3) In the above embodiment, the reference partial disk 11 is a substantially perfect circle with the center O2 on the radial sides 13 and 14, but it can also be formed as a partial ellipse divided in half by the major axis of the ellipse (FIG. 10). In this case, the second horizontal gap 35 can be formed in the minor axis direction of the ellipse (near the radial direction of the arc part 12 perpendicular to the radial sides 13 and 14). Therefore, as in the first embodiment, when the steel pipe pile 30 is lowered, in combination with the horizontal gap 31, an increase in pressure in the excavated pile hole can be prevented, and excavation efficiency can be improved. In addition, excavated soil around the hole wall of the excavated hole can be discharged upward from the second horizontal gap 35. [Explanation of symbols]
