Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] By the way, in a conventional mask article (the mask accessory described in Patent Document 1), a space between the periphery of the wearer's mouth and nostrils and the mask is held by a space holding member. However, since the space holding member is attached to the front side of the sanitary mask, not only the posting portion but also the space holding member is visible from the front side of the sanitary mask. Depending on the size or shape of the posting portion, the space holding member may be conspicuous. In the conventional mask article, there is a risk that the design of the front side of the sanitary mask to which the mask article is attached may be deteriorated by the space holding member.

[0006] The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and in an article for a mask having a space holding member that maintains a state in which the front space of the wearer's mouth wearing a sanitary mask expands, a member used for a predetermined purpose such as posting character information is provided on the front side of the sanitary mask, and an object is to realize an article for a mask having good design on the front side of the sanitary mask.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0013] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that the following embodiments are examples of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, its applications, or its uses.

[0014] [Configuration of Mask Article] This embodiment is a mask article 10 that is attached to a sanitary mask 1 as shown in FIG. 1. The mask article 10 can be used as a name tag or the like when wearing a sanitary mask. The mask article 10 includes a space holding member 11 shown in FIGS. 2(A) and (B), and a front side arrangement member 12 shown in FIGS. 3(A)-(C). The sanitary mask 1 has a mask body 1a made of a cloth material that covers a person's mouth and its surroundings, and attachment strings (such as rubber strings) 1b provided on the left and right of the mask body 1a, respectively.

[0015] The space holding member 11 is a member attached to the back side of the sanitary mask 1 so as to cross the front region of the wearer's mouth in the left-right direction on the back surface of the sanitary mask 1. The space holding member 11 holds a state in which the front space of the wearer's mouth in the sanitary mask 1 expands in a state where the portion crossing the above-described front region bends so as to bulge to the front side.

[0016] The space holding member 11 includes a backside main body portion 21 formed in a rod shape and a pair of backside attachment portions 22 respectively provided at both ends of the backside main body portion 21. The backside main body portion 21 and the pair of backside attachment portions 22 are integrally formed.

[0017] At least the backside main body portion 21 of the space holding member 11 has flexibility. As the material of the space holding member 11, a material is selected such that when the backside main body portion 21 is gripped and bent by a hand or the like, the backside main body portion 21 is held in a bent state even after the hand is released. Resin materials, metal materials, etc. can be used as the material of the space holding member 11. Note that "held in a bent state" includes not only a material held in the bent state at the timing when the hand is released, but also a material whose degree of bending becomes smaller due to the restoring force from the timing when the hand is released.

[0018] The backside main body portion 21 is formed in a straight and elongated plate shape in the front view shown in Fig. 2(A). The length of the backside main body portion 21 can be selected from a range that is, for example, shorter than the horizontal dimension of the mask body 1a of the sanitary mask 1 and longer than half of the horizontal dimension of the mask body 1a.

[0019] Each backside attachment portion 22 includes a first extension portion 23 and a second extension portion 24 that branch into two hands from the end of the backside main body portion 21. As shown in Fig. 2(B), the backside attachment portion 22 has a thickness that is thinner than that of the backside main body portion 21 when viewed from the side.

[0020] The first extension portion 23 includes a base portion 23a that extends obliquely upward in Fig. 2(A) from the end of the backside main body portion 21 to the side (outer side) away from the backside main body portion 21, and a tip portion 23b that extends horizontally from the tip of the base portion 23a. The second extension portion 24 includes a base portion 24a that extends obliquely downward in Fig. 2(A) from the end of the backside main body portion 21 to the side away from the backside main body portion 21, and a tip portion 24b that extends horizontally from the tip of the base portion 24a.

[0021] At the tip 23b of the first extension 23, a plurality of first protrusions 25 protruding toward the second extension 24 side are provided at intervals from each other. At the tip 24b of the second extension 24, a plurality of second protrusions 26 protruding toward the first extension 23 side are provided at intervals from each other. The first protrusions 25 and the second protrusions 26 are arranged at positions facing each other. The protruding length of each protrusion 25, 26 is short, and the tips of the first protrusions 25 and the second protrusions 26 are spaced apart from each other.

[0022] The front side arrangement member 12 is a member attached to the front side of the mask body 1a of the sanitary mask 1. The front side arrangement member 12 is attached so as to sandwich the fabric material of the mask body 1a between it and the space holding member 11 without providing a through hole in the fabric material of the mask body 1a.

[0023] The front side arrangement member 12 includes a front side main body portion 31 arranged on the front side of the sanitary mask 1 and used for a predetermined purpose, and a front side attachment portion 32 integrated with the back surface of the front side main body portion 31. The front side attachment portion 32 is attached to the space holding member 11 from the front side of the sanitary mask 1 through the fabric material of the mask body 1a of the sanitary mask 1. In the present embodiment, the front side arrangement member 12 has a plurality (two in FIGS. 3(A) and (B)), but the front side attachment portion 32 may be provided only one.

[0024] The front side main body portion 31 is formed in a horizontally long flat plate shape. The front shape of the front side main body portion 31 is substantially oval, but is not limited to this shape, and may be other shapes (for example, rectangular). The horizontal dimension of the front side main body portion 31 can be, for example, 1 / 4 or more of the horizontal dimension of the mask body 1a of the sanitary mask 1.

[0025] Each front side attachment portion 32 is configured to be able to sandwich the back side main body portion 21 of the space holding member 11 through the fabric material of the sanitary mask 1. As shown in FIGS. 3(A)-(C), each front side attachment portion 32 includes a pair of clamping protrusions 33 for clamping the back side main body portion 21, and a spacer 34 for separating the back side main body portion 21 clamped by the pair of clamping protrusions 33 from the back surface of the front side main body portion 31. The pair of clamping protrusions 33 and the spacer 34 protrude from the back surface of the back side main body portion 21.

[0026] A pair of clamping protrusions 33 are arranged so as to face each other vertically with the spacer 34 therebetween. On the tip side of each clamping protrusion 33, a locking portion 33a protruding inward (toward the spacer 34 side) is provided. In the pair of clamping protrusions 33, the pair of locking portions 33a are provided so as to face each other. The back-side main body portion 21 is hooked on each locking portion 33a via the cloth material of the mask main body 1a. As shown in the enlarged view surrounded by a broken line in FIG. 3(C), on the inner surface of the clamping protrusion 33, it is bent at the base 33b of the locking portion 33a.

[0027] The spacer 34 protrudes from the back surface of the front-side main body portion 31 between the pair of clamping protrusions 33. The spacer 34 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The protruding length X1 of the spacer 34 is smaller than the distance X2 from the back surface of the front-side main body portion 31 to the base 33b of the locking portion 33a. And the value obtained by adding the plate thickness d of the back-side main body portion 21 to the protruding length X1 is also slightly smaller than the distance X2. Therefore, in the state where the back-side main body portion 21 is attached to the pair of clamping protrusions 33, even if the cloth material of the mask main body 1a is interposed between the front end surface of the spacer 34 and the back-side main body portion 21, the back-side main body portion 21 is in a state of being hooked on the locking portion 33a.

[0028] [Method for wearing the mask article] When attaching the mask article 10 to the sanitary mask 1, first, the space holding member 11 is attached to the back side of the sanitary mask 1. Each back-side attachment portion 22 of the space holding member 11 is formed so as to be able to select a different attachment method according to the form of the pleats in the sanitary mask 1.

[0029] For example, in FIG. 4(A), on the back surface of the mask body 1a of the sanitary mask 1, the crease 52 of the pleat 51 closest to the upper side from the height position (for example, the central position in the height direction) where the back main body portion 21 of the space holding member 11 is arranged is formed so as to fold back the cloth material extending from the upper side in a mountain fold to the upper side. In this case, the first extension portion 23 of the back attachment portion 22 of the space holding member 11 is housed in the pocket portion between the front cloth material of the mask body 1a and the pleat 51. Also, in FIG. 4(A), on the back surface of the mask body 1a, the crease 54 of the pleat 53 closest to the lower side from the height position where the back main body portion 21 is arranged is formed so as to fold back the cloth material extending from the lower side in a mountain fold to the lower side. In this case, the second extension portion 24 of the back attachment portion 22 is housed in the pocket portion between the front cloth material of the mask body 1a and the pleat 53. Thus, the space holding member 11 is attached to the back side of the sanitary mask 1 using the back attachment portion 22.

[0030] Next, the front side arrangement member 12 is attached to the back main body portion 21 from the front side of the mask body 1a through the cloth material of the mask body 1a. FIG. 5 shows the attachment state of the front side arrangement member 12 to the space holding member 11 with the sanitary mask 1 omitted.

[0031] Specifically, the front side arrangement member 12 is attached by pushing the back main body portion 21 between the pair of clamping protrusions 33. At the time of attachment, at least one of the pair of clamping protrusions 33 bends outward, and the back main body portion 21 is fitted between the pair of clamping protrusions 33 and is caught by the pair of locking portions 33a. When both front attachment portions 32 are attached to the back main body portion 21, the front side arrangement member 12 is in a state of being attached to the space holding member 11.

[0032] Then, by bending the back main body portion 21 so as to bulge toward the front side of the sanitary mask 1, the sanitary mask 1 is in a state of bulging forward. In this state, the space holding member 11 holds the state in which the front space of the wearer's mouth expands. The operation of bending the back main body portion 21 may be performed before attaching the space holding member 11 to the mask main body 1a, or may be performed after attaching the space holding member 11 to the mask main body 1a and before attaching the front side arranging member 12. Thus, the attachment of the mask article 10 to the sanitary mask 1 is completed.

[0033] The attachment method of the space holding member 11 will be described for the case of FIG. 4(B) in which the form of the pleats in the sanitary mask 1 is different from that in FIG. 4(A). In FIG. 4(B), on the back surface of the mask main body 1a, the fold line 62 of the pleat 61 closest to the upper side from the height position where the back main body portion 21 is arranged is formed so as to fold back the cloth material extending from the lower side in a mountain fold to the lower side. In this case, the first protrusion 25 of the first extension portion 23 of the back attachment portion 22 is inserted inside the pleat 61, and the first extension portion 23 is hooked on the fold line 62. In FIG. 4(B), on the back surface of the mask main body 1a, the fold line 64 of the pleat 63 closest to the lower side from the height position where the back main body portion 21 is arranged is formed so as to fold back the cloth material extending from the upper side in a mountain fold to the upper side. In this case, the second protrusion 26 of the second extension portion 24 of the back attachment portion 22 is inserted inside the pleat 63, and the second extension portion 24 is hooked on the fold line 64.

[0034] Next, the method of attaching the space holding member 11 will be described for the case where the pleats of the sanitary mask 1 are as shown in Fig. 4(C). In Fig. 4(C), on the back surface of the mask body 1a, the fold line 52 of the pleat 51 closest to the upper side from the height position where the back main body portion 21 is arranged is formed so as to fold back the cloth material extending from the upper side upward in a mountain fold. In this case, the first extension portion 23 of the back attachment portion 22 is housed in the pocket portion between the front cloth material of the mask body 1a and the pleat 51. In Fig. 4(C), on the back surface of the mask body 1a, the fold line 64 of the pleat 63 closest to the lower side from the height position where the back main body portion 21 is arranged is formed so as to fold back the cloth material extending from the upper side upward in a mountain fold. In this case, the second protrusion 26 of the second extension portion 24 of the back attachment portion 22 is inserted inside the pleat 63, and the second extension portion 24 is hooked on the fold line 64.

[0035] [Effects of the Embodiment, etc.] In the present embodiment, the space holding member 11 is attached to the back side of the sanitary mask 1, and the front side arrangement member 12 arranged on the front side of the sanitary mask 1 and used for a predetermined purpose is attached to the space holding member 11 from the front side of the sanitary mask 1 through the cloth material of the sanitary mask 1. Therefore, the design property of the front side of the sanitary mask 1 to which the mask article 10 is attached is not deteriorated by the space holding member 11. In the present embodiment, while providing the front side main body portion 31 used for a predetermined purpose on the front side of the sanitary mask 1, the design property of the front side of the sanitary mask 1 can be made good.

[0036] In the present embodiment, the front side main body portion 31 of the front side arrangement member 12 is formed in a plate shape and can be used as a display portion for displaying information presented to the person in front of the sanitary mask 1. The front side main body portion 31 can be used as a name tag or the like when the sanitary mask 1 is worn. In this case, since the name tag is located at the height of the mouth, it is easy for the person facing the wearer of the sanitary mask 1 to see the name tag, and the person facing the wearer can casually check the information on the name tag while looking into the other person's eyes and having a conversation.

[0037] In this embodiment, since the front-side placement member 12 can be removed while the space-holding member 11 is attached to the back side of the sanitary mask 1, the risk that the wearer of the sanitary mask 1 inhales pollen or viruses when removing the front-side placement member 12 is reduced. Also, for example, when using the front-side main body portion 31 as a name tag during work, the front-side placement member 12 can be easily removed when going out or taking a break. Further, even in a situation where the front-side placement member 12 is not attached, since the space-holding member 11 keeps the state where the front space of the mouth of the wearer of the sanitary mask 1 is widened, the comfort of breathing can be improved when wearing the sanitary mask 1.

[0038] In this embodiment, since the front-side placement member 12 is separate from the space-holding member 11, when it is necessary to change the information described on the front-side main body portion 31 of the front-side placement member 12, it can be dealt with by replacing only the front-side placement member 12.

[0039] In this embodiment, the pair of clamping protrusions 33 of the front-side placement member 12 clamp the space-holding member 11 through the cloth material of the mask body 1a. Therefore, the pair of clamping protrusions 33 are difficult to come off from the space-holding member 11. Further, due to the friction with the cloth material of the mask body 1a, the pair of clamping protrusions 33 are difficult to be displaced with respect to the space-holding member 11, and the displacement of the front-side main body portion 31 is also difficult to occur.

[0040] In this embodiment, in each back mounting portion 22 of the space holding member 11, since a plurality of protrusions 25 and 26 are provided on the first extending portion 23 and the second extending portion 24 respectively, when the space holding member 11 is too long with respect to the lateral dimension of the mask body 1a, while leaving the protrusions 25 and 26 that catch on the pleats 61 and 63, a part of the tip portions of the first extending portion 23 and the second extending portion 24 can be cut by a blade such as scissors to adjust the length of the space holding member 11 with respect to the lateral dimension of the mask body 1a. As shown in FIGS. 6(A) and (B), a groove portion 40 may be provided in the region between the protrusions 25 and 26 in the first extending portion 23 and the second extending portion 24 to clarify the cutting position and facilitate the cutting. In FIG. 6(B), the groove portion 40 is provided on the surfaces of the first extending portion 23 and the second extending portion 24, but the groove portion 40 may be provided on the back surface, or the groove portion 40 may be provided on each of the front and back surfaces.

[0041] [First Modification Example of the Embodiment] In this modification example, magnetic bodies are provided on the back main body portion 21 and the front mounting portion 32 of the space holding member 11 respectively, and the front mounting portion 32 is attached to the space holding member 11 through the cloth material of the sanitary mask 1 by using magnetic force.

[0042] For example, as shown in FIG. 7(A), the space holding member 11 includes a magnet (magnetic body) 38 such as a neodymium magnet. The magnet 38 is provided on the front surface (front side surface) of the back main body portion 21. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7(B), the front side arrangement member 12 includes a magnetic body 39 that is attracted to the magnet 38 as a front mounting portion. The magnetic body 39 may be a magnet or a metal that is attracted to the magnet. The magnetic body 39 is provided on the back surface of the front main body portion 31.

[0043] In this modification example, the space holding member 11 is attached to the back side of the mask body 1a, and the magnetic body 39 of the front main body portion 31 is attracted to each magnet 38 of the back main body portion 21 through the cloth material of the mask body 1a, so that the front side arrangement member 12 can be attached to the space holding member 11. In this modification example, a plurality of magnets 38 and magnetic bodies 39 are provided, but one magnet 38 and one magnetic body 39 may be provided.

[0044] [Second Variant Example of the Embodiment] In this variant example, as shown in FIGS. 8(A) and 8(B), the front-side placement member 12 is provided with a position adjustment member 36 that adjusts the position of the front-side main body portion 31 with respect to the attachment position to the space holding member 11 (the position of the front-side attachment portion 32). In this variant example, the position adjustment member 36 adjusts the position of the front-side main body portion 31 downward with respect to the attachment position to the space holding member 11. In the position adjustment member 36, the front-side attachment portion 32 is fixed to the back surface of the upper end portion, and the front-side main body portion 31 is fixed to the front surface of the lower end portion. Note that the position adjustment member 36 may adjust the position of the front-side main body portion 31 laterally or the like with respect to the attachment position to the space holding member 11. According to this variant example, the position of the front-side main body portion 31 can be shifted from the mouth area of the mask wearer.

[0045] [Third Variant Example of the Embodiment] In this variant example, the front-side attachment portion 32 of the front-side placement member 12 is a portion that is detachably attached to the front-side main body portion 31. In FIGS. 9(A) and 9(B), a groove forming member 41 for attaching the front-side attachment portion 32 is integrated with the back surface of the front-side main body portion 31. The groove forming member 41 is a member that forms grooves with openings facing inward on three of the four sides of a rectangle. Each side of the groove forming member 41 has a cross-sectional form that protrudes from the back surface of the front-side main body portion 31 and bends inward.

[0046] In addition to the pair of clamping protrusions 33 and spacers 34, the front-side attachment portion 32 has a plate-like portion 42 in which these are integrated. The plate-like portion 42 is formed in a rectangular flat plate shape and is fitted into the grooves on the three sides of the groove forming member 41. In FIG. 9(A), the state where the left front-side attachment portion 32 is attached to the groove forming member 41 is shown, and the state where the right front-side attachment portion 32 is fitted into the groove forming member 41 from above is shown. By fitting the plate-like portion 42, the front-side attachment portion 32 is attached to the front-side main body portion 31.

[0047] [Other Variant Examples] In the above-described embodiment, the front main body portion 31 is used as a display unit that displays information presented to a person in front of the sanitary mask 1, but the front main body portion 31 may be used for other purposes. For example, the front main body portion 31 may be used as an attachment portion for an electronic device (such as a microphone) used by the wearer. In this case, the shape of the front main body portion 31 may be other than plate-like.

[0048] In the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the front main body portion 31 may be provided with a protruding portion 31a that protrudes to the front at its lower end portion, and may be formed in a substantially L-shape when viewed from the side (or in a cross-sectional view). Thereby, the front main body portion 31 can also be used as a name plate on a table.

[0049] In the above-described embodiment, the straight back main body portion 21 is bent and used, but the back main body portion 21 may originally be bent.

[0050] In the above-described embodiment, the space holding member 11 may be attached to the front side of the sanitary mask 1.
