[0041] [Details of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure] A specific example of a fixture installation jig and a fixture installation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure (hereinafter referred to as "this embodiment") will be described below with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to these examples, but is defined by the claims, and is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims. 1. Regarding the tensioning operation Before explaining the fixture installation jig and the fixture installation method of this embodiment, the fixture installed by the fixture installation jig and the fixture installation method of this embodiment and the tensioning operation will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
[0042] FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a tensioning operation for introducing a tension force using a jack into PC steel bars arranged in a concrete structure, and schematically shows a cross-sectional view taken along a plane passing through the central axis of the PC steel bars. The X-axis direction in FIG. 1 is the longitudinal direction of the PC steel bars 12.
[0043] FIG. 2 is a top view of the fixture 15 on the fixed end 121 side, that is, the fixture 15 and the PC steel bars 12 when viewed along the block arrow A in FIG. 1.
[0044] As shown in FIG. 1, the PC steel bars 12 can be arranged inside the concrete structure 11 via the sheath 13. The PC steel bars 12 are tension members for introducing prestress, specifically compressive force, into the concrete structure 11, and PC stranded wires formed by twisting a plurality of strands, PC steel bars, etc. can be used. PC in the above PC stranded wires, etc. means prestressed concrete.
[0045] In FIG. 1, one end of the two longitudinal ends of the PC steel bars 12, that is, the side of the fixed end 121, is gripped by the fixture 15. A bearing plate 14 is arranged between the concrete structure 11 and the fixture 15. The bearing plate 14 can support the tension force introduced into the PC steel bars 12. The bearing plate 14 is a plate-like body provided with a hole for passing the PC steel bars 12 at the central portion, and is also called a casting plate or the like.
[0046] The fixing tool 15 can have, for example, a female cone 151 and a male cone 152.
[0047] The outer shape of the female cone 151 is not particularly limited, and it can have, for example, a cylindrical shape. The female cone 151 can have a through hole 1511 along the central axis for arranging the PC steel material 12 and the male cone 152. As shown in FIG. 1, the through hole 1511 of the female cone 151 can have a tapered surface whose diameter expands from the end on the side of the concrete structure 11 toward the end on the side of the fixed end 121 of the PC steel material 12.
[0048] As shown in FIG. 2, the male cone 152 can have a plurality of male cone members 152A, 152B, 152C that are divided along the circumferential direction when viewed along the central axis of the fixing tool 15. Here, an example of dividing into three male cone members is shown, but the male cone 152 can also have two or four or more male cone members. Also, the male cone 152 can be composed of one member without being divided. And when the plurality of male cone members 152A, 152B, 152C are combined, the male cone 152 can have an outer shape corresponding to the through hole 1511 having the tapered surface of the female cone 151, and can have, for example, a frustum of a cone shape. The male cone 152 has a through hole 1521 for passing the PC steel material 12 along its central axis. The inner surface of the through hole 1521 can have irregularities to firmly grip the PC steel material 12, or can form, for example, a female thread surface.
[0049] When fixing the PC steel material 12 with the fixing tool 15, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the female cone 151 is installed so that the PC steel material 12 penetrates through the through hole 1511 of the female cone 151. At this time, the female cone 151 is installed so that the opening with the smaller size of the through hole 1511 is located on the side of the concrete structure 11.
[0050] Then, a male cone 152 is installed in the through hole 1511 of the female cone 151. When installing the male cone 152, in accordance with the through hole 1511 of the female cone 151, it is preferable to arrange the male cone 152 so that the end with the smaller outer dimension is positioned on the side of the concrete structure 11. Then, the PC steel material 12 is arranged in the through hole 1521 of the male cone 152, and the tension end 122 can be pulled, i.e., pulled, to the right side in FIG. 1, thereby introducing a tensile force into the PC steel material 12. Note that the tension end 122 is the end located on the side opposite to the fixed end 121 of the PC steel material 12.
[0051] As described above, after arranging the female cone 151 and the male cone 152 on the side of the fixed end 121 in the longitudinal direction of the PC steel material 12, the tension end 122 side of the PC steel material 12 is pulled, and a tensile force is introduced, so that the male cone 152 is press-fitted into the through hole 1511 having the tapered surface of the female cone 151. Then, the distance between the male cone members 152A, 152B, and 152C included in the male cone 152 is reduced, and the male cone 152 can clamp and fix the PC steel material 12.
[0052] The tension end 122 of the PC steel material 12 is pulled by a jack 16 during the tensioning operation for introducing a tensile force into the PC steel material 12. The jack 16 is connected via a pump 17 and a hydraulic hose 171. By supplying oil from the pump 17 to the jack 16 via the hydraulic hose 171, the jack 16 can be operated to pull the PC steel material 12. In FIG. 1, since it is shown schematically, the hydraulic hose between the jack 16 and the pump 17 is shown by a single line, but a plurality of hydraulic hoses can be provided between the jack 16 and the pump 17 as required.
[0053] As described so far, among the longitudinal ends of the PC steel material 12, when a tensioning operation is performed by introducing a tensile force into the PC steel material 12, the end that is not pulled by a jack or the like but is gripped by the fixture 15 is called the fixed end 121. Among the longitudinal ends of the PC steel material 12, when a tensioning operation is performed by introducing a tensile force into the PC steel material 12, the end that is pulled by a jack or the like is called the tension end 122.
[0054] Here, the case of the tensioning work in the post-tensioning method has been described as an example. However, in the tensioning work of the pre-tensioning method as well, the longitudinal end portions of the PC steel material 12 are similarly referred to as the fixed end and the tensioning end.
[0055] As described above, when installing the fixture 15 on the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel material 12, the male cone 152 is inserted between the PC steel material 12 and the female cone 151. At this time, so that the male cone 152 does not fall off before the start of the tensioning work or the like, and so that the end portions 153A, 153B, 153C of the plurality of male cone members of the male cone 152 are aligned, it is preferable to tap the male cone 152 with a hammer or the like and push it between the PC steel material 12 and the female cone 151. If the tensioning work is carried out while the positions of the end portions 153A, 153B, 153C of the plurality of male cone members, more specifically, the positions in the X-axis direction in FIG. 1 are significantly different, a shear load is applied to the PC steel material 12, and the PC steel material 12 may be damaged or the like.
[0056] However, depending on the location where the fixture 15 is installed, there is not enough space, and it is difficult to perform operations such as swinging a hammer, and it may be difficult to install the fixture 15.
[0057] Therefore, the inventor of the present invention conducted studies and completed a fixture installation jig that can easily install a fixture on the end side of a PC steel material. 2. Fixture installation jig A configuration example of the fixture installation jig of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 11C.
[0058] FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the fixing tool installation jig of the present embodiment. FIG. 4 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B' in FIG. 3. However, in FIGS. 4 and 6 to 8, the description of the second through-hole 322 shown in FIG. 3 is omitted. FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the fixing tool installation jig of the present embodiment, corresponding to a view when seen along the block arrow C in FIG. 3. FIGS. 6 to 8 show modified examples of the fixing tool. FIG. 9 shows a modified example of the regulating member. FIGS. 10A to 10D are explanatory diagrams of the configuration example of the second through-hole of the upper lid portion, and FIGS. 11A to 11C are explanatory diagrams of the configuration example of the first through-hole of the contact plate. All of them are diagrams schematically shown for explaining the configuration of the fixing tool installation jig of the present embodiment, and the size, configuration, etc. are not limited to the forms shown in the figures.
[0059] The fixing tool installation jig of the present embodiment is a jig used when installing a fixing tool having a male cone and a female cone that grip the end of a PC steel material on the PC steel material.
[0060] And the fixing tool installation jig 30 of the present embodiment can include a housing 31, a fixing tool 33, an elastic member 42, and a contact plate 43.
[0061] Hereinafter, each member will be described. (1) Housing As shown in FIG. 3, the housing 31 has a cylindrical shape. In FIG. 3, the outer shape is a cylindrical shape, but it is not limited to such a form, and may be a polygonal column shape such as a quadrangular column. However, from the viewpoint of operability, the outer shape of the housing 31 is preferably a cylindrical shape.
[0062] Note that the above-mentioned cylindrical shape and polygonal column shape do not have a strictly geometric meaning, and may have concave portions, convex portions, etc. on the surface as necessary.
[0063] The housing 31 has an upper surface 311, a side surface 312, and a bottom surface 313.
[0064] The material and thickness of the housing 31 are not particularly limited and can be selected according to the rigidity required for the housing 31 and the like. For example, the material of the housing 31 is preferably a metal, and one or more selected from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. can be preferably used. When using a magnet such as a magnet holder as the fixture 33, it is preferable to use a non-magnetic metal as the material of the housing 31. For example, it is preferable to use aluminum or non-magnetic stainless steel.
[0065] The thickness T31 of the housing 31 (see FIG. 4) is not particularly limited either, but for example, it can be 1 mm or more and 6 mm or less. Inside the housing 31, the thickness T31 does not have to be constant, and the thickness T31 may vary depending on the location of the housing 31 and the like.
[0066] And as shown in FIG. 4, the housing 31 can have an internal space 41 provided with an opening 411 on the bottom surface 313. Inside the internal space 41, an elastic member 42 and a contact plate 43 described later can be arranged and accommodated.
[0067] The internal space 41 only needs to be configured to accommodate the elastic member 42 and the contact plate 43 described later and to allow the fixing tool 15 to be inserted, and its size and shape are not particularly limited. For example, when the outer diameter D15 of the fixing tool 15 (see FIG. 2) is about 65 mm, the diameter D411 of the opening 411 can be 66 mm or more and 75 mm or less.
[0068] Also, the height H41 of the internal space 41 can be, for example, 70 mm or more and 90 mm or less.
[0069] The shape of the internal space 41 is not particularly limited either, but for example, it can be a cylindrical shape or a polygonal prism shape. Generally, since the fixing tool 15 has a cylindrical shape, the internal space 41 is preferably a cylindrical space in particular.
[0070] The upper lid portion 310 including the upper surface 311 of the housing 31 can be configured to be removable, for example, by threading the inner peripheral surface of the side surface 312. By configuring the upper lid portion 310 to be removable, elastic members 42 and the like can be easily replaced. (Window portion) The housing 31 can also have a window portion 321 on the side surface 312. The window portion 321 can be provided so as to connect to the internal space 41 described later, that is, to connect the outside and the inside of the housing 31. By providing the window portion 321 on the side surface 312 of the housing 31, the state of the PC steel material 12, the fixing tool 15, and the elastic member 42 inserted into the housing 31 can be visually confirmed. Therefore, the window portion 321 functions as a window for confirming the state inside the housing 31. A transparent resin or the like can be arranged in the window portion 321 as necessary.
[0071] The size and the like of the window portion 321 are not particularly limited, and the size can be selected according to the strength required for the housing 31 and so that the members that need to be visually confirmed can be seen. FIG. 3 shows an example in which one window portion 321 is provided, but the present invention is not limited to such a form, and a plurality of window portions 321 can be provided on the side surface 312 so that the members that need to be visually confirmed can be seen. (Second through-hole) As described later, after installing the fixing tool installation jig 30 on the fixing tool 15, the fixing tool 15 can be installed on the PC steel material 12 by inserting the PC steel material 12 into the through-holes of the female cone 151 and the male cone 152 of the fixing tool 15. At this time, the PC steel material 12 is arranged so as to penetrate the fixing tool 15. For this reason, a part of the PC steel material 12 on the fixed end 121 side protrudes from the fixing tool 15.
[0072] After installation, the fixing tool 15 and the PC steel material 12 are required to satisfy a predetermined concrete cover thickness, that is, it may be required to arrange concrete of a predetermined thickness around its outer periphery. For this reason, in some cases, it is required to make constant the surplus length L12 (see FIG. 1), which is the length of the PC steel material 12 protruding from such a fixing tool 15. In the case of the fixing tool installation jig 30 of the present embodiment, by installing the fixing tool installation jig 30 and the fixing tool 15 on the PC steel material 12 such that the fixed end 121 of the PC steel material 12 contacts the inner peripheral surface of the upper surface 311, the surplus length L12 can be easily kept constant. For this reason, after installing the fixing tool 15 on the PC steel material 12, in order to adjust the surplus length L12 of the PC steel material 12, operations such as cutting the PC steel material 12 are omitted, and productivity can be enhanced.
[0073] However, depending on the construction site or the like, in some cases, it may be required to increase the surplus length L12 of the PC steel material 12. Therefore, the upper surface 311 of the housing 31 can also have a second through hole 322 connected to the internal space 41.
[0074] By providing the second through hole 322 in the upper surface 311 of the housing 31, it becomes possible to freely select the surplus length L12 of the PC steel material 12.
[0075] Here, FIGS. 10A to 10D show a configuration example of the upper lid portion 310 having the second through hole 322. FIGS. 10A to 10D show cross-sectional views of the upper lid portion 310 along the central axis of the second through hole 322.
[0076] As shown in FIGS. 10A to 10D, the second through hole 322 is provided so as to connect between the upper surface 311 and the lower surface 3111 of the upper lid portion 310 disposed on the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31. The shape and size of the second through hole 322 are not particularly limited, and the size and shape can be selected so that the PC steel material 12 can pass through.
[0077] As shown in FIG. 10A, the second through hole 322 can have a columnar shape such as a cylindrical shape. When the second through hole 322 has a cylindrical shape, the minimum diameter D322, which is the inner diameter at the narrowest part, can be larger than the outer diameter of the PC steel material 12. The same applies to the forms shown in FIGS. 10B to 10D below.
[0078] When providing the second through hole 322, the second through hole 322 can also be configured to have a tapered shape or a chamfered portion so that the PC steel material 12 can be smoothly inserted into the second through hole 322.
[0079] Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 10B, the second through hole 322 can also have a tapered shape that expands from the upper surface 311 side to the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31, that is, the lower surface 3111 side. By making the second through hole 322 have a tapered shape that expands from the upper surface 311 side to the bottom surface 313 side, it becomes easier to insert the PC steel material 12 into the second through hole 322, and the fixing tool 15 can be easily installed on the PC steel material 12.
[0080] Also, as shown in FIGS. 10C and 10D, the second through hole 322 can have a chamfered portion 3221 on the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31. By having the chamfered portion 3221 in the second through hole 322, it becomes easier to insert the PC steel material 12 into the second through hole 322, and the fixing tool 15 can be easily installed on the PC steel material 12.
[0081] The shape of the chamfered portion 3221 is not particularly limited, and in terms of the cross-sectional shape, it may be a linear shape as shown in FIG. 10C, or it may be a curved shape as shown in FIG. 10D.
[0082] In addition, by providing the second through hole 322 in the upper surface 311 of the housing 31 and providing a lid for opening and closing the second through hole 322, it may be configured to exhibit both functions of the case where the second through hole 322 is provided and the case where the second through hole 322 is not provided. (2) Fixture As will be described later, after inserting the fixing tool 15 through the opening 411 of the housing 31, it is preferable to fix the fixing tool installation jig 30 of the present embodiment to the fixing tool 15. Therefore, the fixing tool installation jig 30 of the present embodiment can have a fixing tool 33, and the fixing tool 33 can be arranged on the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31 and configured to fix the housing 31 to the fixing tool 15.
[0083] The fixing tool 33 may be any member that can fix the housing 31 to the fixing tool 15 inserted into the internal space 41 through the opening 411 of the housing 31, and is not particularly limited. (When the fixing tool is a screw) For example, a screw hole penetrating to the internal space 41 may be provided on the side surface 312 of the housing 31, and the screw inserted into the screw hole can be used as the fixing tool 33. In this case, by tightening or loosening the screw that is the fixing tool 33, the fixing tool 15 can be fixed or released.
[0084] The form of the screw is not particularly limited. For example, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, for example, the end face 331 (see FIG. 4) exposed to the outside can be used as the head of the screw, and tool holes such as hexagonal holes, plus grooves, and minus grooves can be provided in the head. With the above configuration, the screw that is the fixing tool 33 can be tightened or loosened by tools such as a driver or a wrench.
[0085] Also, when the fixing tool 33 is a screw, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, it can be configured as one or more selected from a butterfly screw (FIG. 6) or a screw with a clamp lever (FIG. 7) so that the screw can be easily tightened or loosened without using a tool. In FIGS. 6 and 7, the fourth fixing tool 33D is described so as to be visible so that the form of the fourth fixing tool 33D can be understood.
[0086] When the fixture 33 is a screw, it is preferable to provide a plurality of fixtures 33 along the outer periphery of the housing 31 so that the fixture installation jig 30 can be fixed to the fixing tool 15 inserted into the housing 31 with sufficient strength and the position of the fixing tool 15 in the housing 31 can be adjusted. In the fixture installation jig 30 shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, an example is shown in which four first fixtures 33A, second fixtures 33B, third fixtures 33C, and fourth fixtures 33D are provided along the outer periphery of the housing 31, but the present invention is not limited to such a form. When the fixture 33 is a screw, two, three, or five or more fixtures 33 may be provided along the outer periphery of the housing 31. However, from the viewpoint of improving workability when fixing the fixture installation jig 30 to the fixing tool 15, etc., when the fixture 33 is a screw, the number thereof is preferably five or less.
[0087] When the fixture 33 is a screw and has a plurality of such screws, as shown in the bottom view of FIG. 5, it is preferable that the distance between adjacent screws which are fixtures 33 along the outer periphery of the housing 31 is constant.
[0088] When the fixture 33 is a screw, as described above, part or all of the screws can also be made into one or more types selected from wing screws, screws with a clamp lever, etc. When fixing or releasing the fixture installation jig 30 to the fixing tool 15, it is not necessary to tighten or loosen all the screws. Therefore, for example, among the screws of the fixture 33, part of them can be made into the above-mentioned wing screws or screws with a clamp lever.
[0089] For example, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, screws that are not installed at opposite positions, such as the first fixture 33A and the fourth fixture 33D, can be made into wing screws or screws with a clamp lever, and the rest can be screws provided with tool holes. (When the fixture is a magnet) The fixture 33 is not limited to the form of a screw, and can also be in a form using a magnet or the like.
[0090] When using a magnet as a fixture, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, a magnet holder 80 can be provided as a fixture 33 on the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31. The magnet holder 80 means a device that changes the position of a magnet (magnet) arranged inside by operating a lever 81 and changes the magnitude of the magnetic force exerted on a member such as a fixing member 15 arranged on the inner peripheral surface 82 side. According to the magnet holder 80, by changing the magnitude of the adsorption force by the magnetic force, the state of adsorption and separation with respect to the fixing member 15 can be changed. FIG. 8 shows an example in which the lever 81 is provided downward, but it is not limited to such a form, and a lever can also be provided on the side surface 83 or the like.
[0091] Also, when using a magnet as a fixture, it is not limited to a device such as a magnet holder that displaces the position of a permanent magnet as described above. For example, an electromagnet or the like that changes the magnitude of the adsorption force by the magnetic force by an electric current and can switch between the states of adsorption and separation can also be used.
[0092] Even when the fixture 33 includes a magnet, for example, when the weight of the fixing member is heavy or the magnetic force of the magnet is not sufficient, the fixture 33 can include the above-described screw in addition to the magnet.
[0093] As described above, the fixture 33 may be any member that can fix the fixing member installation jig 30 to the fixing member 15, and as described above, for example, it can include one or more selected from screws and magnets.
[0094] By including one or more selected from screws and magnets, the fixture 33 can appropriately and easily fix and release the fixing member installation jig 30 to the fixing member while suppressing the cost of the fixing member installation jig 30. Note that the fixture 33 may be composed of only one or more selected from screws and magnets. (3) Elastic member The elastic member 42 is arranged in the internal space 41 of the housing 31 and can be configured to be stretchable between the upper surface 311 side and the bottom surface 313 side.
[0095] The fixing tool installation jig 30 of the present embodiment can install the fixing tool 15 on the PC steel material 12 by inserting the PC steel material 12 into the through-hole of the male cone 152 of the fixing tool 15 after installing it on the fixing tool 15 having the female cone 151 and the male cone 152. At this time, by using the elastic member 42 of the fixing tool installation jig 30 to press the male cone 152 into the through-hole of the female cone 151 while installing the fixing tool 15 on the PC steel material 12, the male cone 152 can be pushed into the through-hole of the female cone 151 with sufficient force. Therefore, there is no need to strike the male cone 152 with a hammer or the like, and the fixing tool 15 can be easily installed on the PC steel material 12 even when the space for installing the fixing tool 15 is narrow.
[0096] Also, since the male cone 152 is pressed by the elastic member 42 as described above, a plurality of male cone members of the male cone 152 can be evenly pressed, and the ends of the male cone members can be easily aligned.
[0097] The elastic member 42 only needs to be stretchable between the upper surface 311 side and the bottom surface 313 side, and its type is not particularly limited, but it is preferably any one selected from a coil spring, a leaf spring, etc. In particular, since the PC steel material 12 is inserted into the center of the elastic member 42, a coil spring can be preferably used as the elastic member 42.
[0098] When the elastic member 42 is a coil spring, the free length L42, which is the length when no load is applied, can be, for example, 70 mm or more and 90 mm or less. Also, the inner diameter D42 of the spring can be, for example, 50 mm or more and 68 mm or less. The number of turns of the coil spring is not particularly limited either, but it can be, for example, 3 turns or more and 6 turns or less.
[0099] When the elastic member 42 is a coil spring, a protrusion, which is a fixing member 44, can be provided on the inner peripheral surface of the upper surface 311 side of the housing 31, and the coil spring can be configured to be fixed to the housing 31 by inserting the fixing member 44 into the inside of the coil spring.
[0100] The fixing tool installation jig 30 of the present embodiment can be repeatedly used. However, when it is repeatedly used, the force with which the elastic member 42 presses the male cone 152 of the fixing tool 15 into the through hole 1511 of the female cone 151 may weaken. Therefore, for example, when the elastic member 42 is deformed to a length equal to or less than a predetermined length, specifically, for example, when a gap is generated between the elastic member 42 and the contact plate 43, the elastic member 42 may be configured to be replaced. (4) Contact plate The contact plate 43 is a member that contacts the male cone 152 of the fixing tool 15 inserted into the housing 31 and presses the male cone 152 into the through hole of the female cone 151 by transmitting the force of the elastic member 42. Therefore, the contact plate 43 can be disposed on the bottom surface 313 side of the elastic member 42.
[0101] When installing the fixing tool 15 fixed to the fixing tool installation jig 30 on the PC steel material 12, the contact plate 43 can have a first through hole 433 at the center so that the PC steel material 12 can be inserted into the fixing tool installation jig 30. As shown in FIG. 4, the first through hole 433 is provided so as to penetrate between the bottom surface 313 side and the upper surface 311 side of the housing 31, that is, to connect the lower surface 432 and the upper surface 431 of the contact plate 43. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, the contact plate 43 can have an annular shape having a first through hole 433 at the center.
[0102] The diameter of the first through hole 433 is preferably equal to or larger than the outer diameter of the PC steel material 12 so that the PC steel material 12 can be inserted. However, since the contact plate 43 contacts the male cone 152, the diameter of the first through hole 433 is preferably smaller than the outer diameter of the male cone 152, specifically, the outer diameter of the surface of the male cone 152 facing the contact plate 43.
[0103] Here, FIGS. 11A to 11C show a modified example of the first through hole 433 of the contact plate 43. FIGS. 11A to 11C show a cross-sectional view of the contact plate 43 along the central axis of the first through hole 433.
[0104] The shape of the first through-hole 433 is not particularly limited, and for example, as shown in FIG. 4 and the like, it can have a columnar shape such as a cylindrical shape.
[0105] Further, in order to smoothly insert the PC steel material 12 into the first through-hole 433, the first through-hole 433 can also be configured to have a tapered shape or a chamfered portion.
[0106] Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 11A, the first through-hole 433 can also have a tapered shape that expands from the upper surface 311 side of the housing 31 to the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31, that is, from the upper surface 431 side of the contact plate 43 to the lower surface 432 side. By making the first through-hole 433 have a tapered shape that expands from the upper surface 431 side to the lower surface 432 side, it becomes easier to insert the PC steel material 12 into the first through-hole 433, and the fixture 15 can be easily installed on the PC steel material 12.
[0107] Further, as shown in FIGS. 11B and 11C, the first through-hole 433 can also have a chamfered portion 4331 on the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31. By having the chamfered portion 4331 in the first through-hole 433, it becomes easier to insert the PC steel material 12 into the first through-hole 433, and the fixture 15 can be easily installed on the PC steel material 12.
[0108] The shape of the chamfered portion 4331 is not particularly limited, and for the cross-sectional shape, it can be a linear shape as shown in FIG. 11B, or a curved shape as shown in FIG. 11C.
[0109] Regardless of the configuration of the first through-hole 433, it is preferable that the inner diameter D433 of the opening on the lower surface 432 side is smaller than the outer diameter of the male cone 152, specifically, the outer diameter of the surface of the male cone 152 that faces the contact plate 43.
[0110] Since the upper surface 431 side of the contact plate 43 is in contact with the elastic member 42, the shape can be selected according to the elastic member 42. For example, when the elastic member 42 is a coil spring, the contact plate 43 can also have a convex portion on the upper surface 431 side that can be inserted into the inside of the coil spring.
[0111] Since the lower surface 432 side of the contact plate 43 is a surface that contacts the male cone 152 as described above, it can be, for example, a flat surface. (5) Restricting member The fixing tool installation jig 30 of the present embodiment can also have a restricting member 34 that restricts the movement of the contact plate 43 toward the bottom surface 313 side. By providing the restricting member 34, it is possible to prevent the contact plate 43 and the elastic member 42 from protruding outside the housing 31 and being damaged. In addition, by providing the restricting member 34, the position of the contact plate 43 is stabilized, so that the workability when attaching the fixing tool installation jig 30 to the fixing tool 15 can be improved.
[0112] The restricting member 34 only needs to be configured so as to be able to restrict the movement of the contact plate 43 toward the bottom surface 313 side, and is not particularly limited.
[0113] The restricting member 34 can be, for example, a screw. Specifically, a screw hole penetrating to the internal space 41 is provided on the side surface 312 of the housing 31, and the screw inserted into the screw hole can be the restricting member 34. When the restricting member 34 is a screw, by loosening the screw that is the restricting member 34, the contact plate 43 and the elastic member 42 can be removed and replaced.
[0114] The form of the screw is not particularly limited. For example, similar to the case of the screw of the fixture 33 described above, the end face side exposed to the outside can be the head of the screw, and a tool hole such as a hexagonal hole, a plus groove, or a minus groove can be provided in the head. With the above configuration, the screw that is the restricting member 34 can be tightened or loosened by a tool such as a driver or a wrench.
[0115] Further, the restricting member 34 may be provided along the inner peripheral surface of the housing and have an annular shape. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9 corresponding to the bottom view of the fixing tool installation jig 30, the restricting member 34 can also be an annular member 90 having an annular shape installed along the inner peripheral surface of the housing 31.
[0116] By making the regulating member 34 an annular member 90 having an annular shape installed along the inner peripheral surface of the housing 31, the contact plate 43 can be evenly supported along the inner peripheral surface of the housing, thereby preventing the contact plate 43 from being damaged or the like due to force being applied to some locations.
[0117] The annular member 90 can have a through-hole 91 at the center, and the diameter of the through-hole 91 can be larger than the diameter of the first through-hole 433 of the contact plate 43. As described above, the contact plate 43 has a function of pressing the male cone 152 of the fixing tool 15. Therefore, in order for the contact plate 43 and the male cone 152 to be able to contact each other, it is preferable that the diameter of the through-hole 91 is larger than the outer diameter of the male cone 152, specifically, the outer diameter of the surface of the male cone 152 facing the contact plate 43.
[0118] Since the annular member 90 is a member for restricting the movement of the contact plate 43, it is preferable that the diameter of the through-hole 91 is smaller than the outer diameter of the contact plate 43.
[0119] For example, a thread groove (not shown) can be provided on the inner peripheral surface on the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31, and the annular member 90 can be configured to be installed by screwing in the annular member 90 from the bottom surface 313 side. By configuring the annular member 90 to be detachably attached in this way, the contact plate 43 and the elastic member 42 can be removed and replaced.
[0120] According to the fixing tool installation jig 30 of the present embodiment described above, after inserting the fixing tool 15 into the internal space 41 in the housing 31 and fixing the housing 31 to the fixing tool 15 with the fixing tool 33, the fixing tool installation jig 30 of the present embodiment can be easily installed on the fixing tool 15.
[0121] The fixing tool installation jig 30 has an elastic member 42 and a contact plate 43 in the internal space 41, and can press the male cone 152 of the fixing tool 15 into the through-hole in the female cone 151. Therefore, when installing the fixing tool 15 on the PC steel material 12, it is possible to prevent the male cone 152 from falling off, and a plurality of male cone members of the male cone 152 can be evenly press-fitted into the through-hole 1511 of the female cone 151.
[0122] Therefore, according to the fixing tool installation jig 30 of the present embodiment, the fixing tool can be easily installed on the PC steel material 12.
[0123] The method for installing the fixing tool using the fixing tool installation jig of the present embodiment, that is, the method for using the fixing tool installation jig of the present embodiment, will be described by the following fixing tool installation method. 3. Fixing tool installation method Next, the fixing tool installation method of the present embodiment will be described.
[0124] The fixing tool installation method of the present embodiment can be implemented using the above-described fixing tool installation jig. Therefore, the description of the matters already described will be omitted.
[0125] The fixing tool installation method of the present embodiment is a fixing tool installation method for installing a fixing tool having a male cone and a female cone on a PC steel material. The fixing tool installation method of the present embodiment can be implemented according to the flowchart 120 shown in FIG. 12 and can have the following first installation step (S1) and second installation step (S2).
[0126] Hereinafter, each step will be described. (1) First installation step (S1) In the first installation step, the fixing tool installation jig 30 can be installed on the fixing tool 15.
[0127] As described above, the fixing tool installation jig 30 can have a housing 31, a fixture 33, an elastic member 42, and a contact plate 43. The housing 31 has a cylindrical shape and has an internal space 41 provided with an opening 411 on the bottom surface 313. The fixture 33 is disposed on the bottom surface 313 side and is configured to fix the housing 31 to the fixing tool 15. The elastic member 42 is disposed in the internal space 41 and is configured to be stretchable between the upper surface 311 side and the bottom surface 313 side. The contact plate 43 is disposed on the bottom surface 313 side of the elastic member 42. The contact plate 43 has a first through hole 433 provided so as to penetrate between the bottom surface 313 side and the upper surface 311 side.
[0128] In the first installation step (S1), as shown in FIG. 13, the fixing tool 15 can be inserted through the opening 411 of the housing 31 and fixed to the fixing tool 15 by the fixing tool 33 for installation.
[0129] At this time, the lower surface 432 of the contact plate 43 can be arranged to contact the upper surface of the male cone 152 that constitutes the fixing tool 15. Further, the fixing tool 33 will contact the female cone 151 among the fixing tools 15. In FIG. 13, the case where a screw is used as the fixing tool 33 is shown as an example. However, as described above, the fixing tool 33 may be a means including a magnet such as a magnet holder. (2) Second installation step (S2) In the second installation step, the fixing tool 15 with the fixing tool installation jig 30 attached can be installed on the PC steel material 12. By performing the second installation step, the fixing tool 15 is installed on the PC steel material 12, and the state shown in FIG. 14 is obtained.
[0130] As a first aspect, as shown in FIG. 1, the PC steel material 12 can be pre-installed in the concrete structure 11 via the sheath 13 in advance.
[0131] In this case, in the second installation step, the fixing tool 15 can be installed on the PC steel material 12 by inserting the fixed end 121 side, which is the end of the PC steel material 12 pre-installed in the concrete structure 11, into the through hole 1521 of the fixing tool 15 with the fixing tool installation jig 30 installed.
[0132] Since the fixing tool installation jig 30 is attached to the fixing tool 15, the male cone 152 is in a state of being pressed into the through hole of the female cone 151 by the elastic member 42. Therefore, when the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel material 12 is inserted into the through hole 1521 of the fixing tool 15, it is possible to prevent the male cone 152 from falling off or the like.
[0133] When the second through hole 322 is not provided on the upper surface 311 side of the housing 31, when the fixed end 121 of the PC steel material 12 contacts the inner peripheral surface of the upper surface 311 of the housing 31, it is possible to confirm that the excess length L12 of the PC steel material 12 is an appropriate length.
[0134] When a second through-hole 322 is provided in the upper surface 311 of the housing 31, the length of the PC steel material 12 exposed from the second through-hole 322 can be measured, and the appropriate position of the fixing tool 15 and the length of the PC steel material 12 can be selected.
[0135] At the end of the second installation process, it is preferable that the fixing tool 15 is installed on the PC steel material 12 such that the female cone 151 and the support pressure plate 14 are in contact. For this reason, in the second installation process, the position of the fixing tool 15 including the female cone 151 on the PC steel material 12 can also be adjusted by pulling the tension end 122 side of the PC steel material 12 as necessary.
[0136] As a second aspect, an aspect in which the PC steel material 12 is not installed in advance is also included.
[0137] In this case, the fixing tool 15 provided with the fixing tool installation jig 30 can be arranged and waited for so that the female cone 151 is positioned near the support pressure plate 14. Then, the PC steel material 12 can be inserted into the sheath 13 from the first end portion 11A side of the concrete structure 11, and the PC steel material 12 that has come out from the second end portion 11B side of the concrete structure 11 can also be inserted into the through-hole 1521 of the fixing tool 15.
[0138] Also in this case, when the second through-hole 322 is not provided on the upper surface 311 side of the housing 31, when the fixed end 121 of the PC steel material 12 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the upper surface 311 of the housing 31, it can be confirmed that the extra length L12 of the PC steel material 12 is an appropriate length.
[0139] When a second through-hole 322 is provided in the upper surface 311 of the housing 31, the length of the PC steel material 12 exposed from the second through-hole 322 can be measured, and the appropriate position of the fixing tool 15 and the length of the PC steel material 12 can be selected.
[0140] Also, in the second installation process, the position of the female cone 151 on the PC steel material 12 can be adjusted by pulling the tension end 122 side of the PC steel material 12 as necessary.
[0141] In any aspect, during the first installation process or the second installation process, if necessary, the states of the PC steel material 12, the fixing tool 15, and the elastic member 42 inserted into the housing 31 can be visually confirmed through the window portion 321 provided on the side surface 312 of the housing 31. After the completion of the second installation process, the fixing tool 33 may be released from the fixing tool 15, and the fixing tool installation jig 30 may be removed from the fixing tool 15. The fixing tool installation jig 30 may be removed from the fixing tool 15 after the tensioning process described later.
[0142] By implementing up to the second installation process, the fixing tool 15 can be installed on the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel material 12. After the completion of the second installation process, a tensioning process for introducing a tension force into the PC steel material 12 can be implemented.
[0143] In the tensioning process, for example, after arranging a pressure plate or a fixing tool on the tension end 122 side as well, the tension end 122 side can be pulled by the jack 16 to introduce a tension force into the PC steel material 12.
[0144] According to the fixing tool installation method of the present embodiment described above, the fixing tool 15 can be installed on the PC steel material 12 using the above-described fixing tool installation jig. Therefore, after inserting the fixing tool 15 into the internal space 41 in the housing 31 and fixing the housing 31 to the fixing tool 15 with the fixing tool 33, the fixing tool installation jig 30 of the present embodiment can be easily installed on the fixing tool 15.
[0145] The fixing tool installation jig 30 has an elastic member 42 and a contact plate 43 in the internal space 41, and can press the male cone 152 of the fixing tool 15 into the through hole of the female cone 151. Therefore, when installing the fixing tool 15 on the PC steel material 12, it is possible to prevent the male cone 152 from falling off, and a plurality of male cone members of the male cone 152 can be evenly press-fitted into the through hole 1511 of the female cone 151.
[0146] Therefore, according to the fixing tool installation method of the present embodiment, the fixing tool can be easily installed on the PC steel material 12.
Example
[0147] Specific embodiments will be described below for illustration, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
[0148] Hereinafter, the conditions and results of each experimental example will be described. Experimental Example 1 is an example, and Experimental Example 2 is a comparative example. [Experimental Example 1] As shown in FIG. 1, a fixing tool 15 having a male cone 152 and a female cone 151 was installed on the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel material 12.
[0149] Specifically, using the aforementioned fixing tool installation jig 30 shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, according to the flowchart 120 shown in FIG. 12, the fixing tool 15 was installed on the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel material 12. Note that the second through hole 322 is not provided in the fixing tool installation jig 30. (First Installation Step (S1)) First, in the first installation step (S1), the fixing tool installation jig 30 was installed on the fixing tool 15.
[0150] The used fixing tool installation jig 30 has a housing 31, a fixture 33, an elastic member 42, and a contact plate 43.
[0151] The housing 31 has a cylindrical shape and has an internal space 41 provided with an opening 411 on the bottom surface 313 side. Inside the internal space 41, the elastic member 42 and the contact plate 43 are arranged. Note that the outer diameter D411 of the opening 411 is 76 mm, the wall thickness T31 of the housing 31 is 4 mm, the height H41 of the internal space 41 is 80 mm, and SGP (Carbon steel pipes for ordinary piping) was used for the housing 31.
[0152] The fixture 33 is arranged on the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31. Specifically, the fixture 33 is a screw installed in a screw hole provided on the side surface 312 of the housing 31, with the end face 331 (see FIG. 4) exposed to the outside as the head of the screw, and a hexagonal hole is provided in the head.
[0153] As shown in the bottom view of FIG. 5, four fixing tools 33 were provided along the outer periphery of the housing 31 such that the distance between the screws of adjacent fixing tools 33 is constant.
[0154] As the elastic member 42, a coil spring was used, and the coil spring was fixed to the housing 31 by inserting a fixing member 44, which is a protrusion provided on the inner peripheral surface on the upper surface 311 side of the housing 31, into the inside of the coil spring. Therefore, the elastic member 42 is configured to be stretchable and contractible between the upper surface 311 side and the bottom surface 313 side. The coil spring, which is the elastic member 42, had an inner diameter of 50 mm, an effective number of turns of 4 turns, and a free length of 80 mm.
[0155] The contact plate 43 is disposed on the bottom surface 313 side rather than the elastic member 42. The contact plate 43 has an annular shape having a first through hole 433 into which the PC steel material 12 can be inserted at the center. The diameter of the first through hole 433 is equal to or greater than the outer diameter of the PC steel material 12 and smaller than the outer diameter of the surface of the contact plate 43 of the male cone 152 that faces the contact plate 43. The first through hole 433 is provided so as to penetrate between the bottom surface 313 side and the upper surface 311 side of the housing 31.
[0156] The upper surface 431 side of the contact plate 43 has a convex portion that can be inserted into the inside of the coil spring.
[0157] The lower surface 432 side of the contact plate 43 is a flat surface.
[0158] The movement of the contact plate 43 toward the bottom surface 313 side is restricted by a restricting member 34, which is a screw installed in a screw hole provided in the side surface 312 of the housing 31.
[0159] In the first installation step (S1), the fixing tool 15 was inserted into the internal space 41 through the opening 411, and the fixing tool installation jig 30 was installed and fixed to the fixing tool 15 by the fixing tool 33. The outer diameter D15 of the used fixing tool 15 was 65 mm. (Second Installation Step (S2)) In the second installation step (S2), the fixing tool 15 to which the fixing tool installation jig 30 was attached was installed on the PC steel material 12.
[0160] As shown in Fig. 1, the PC steel material 12 was previously installed in the concrete structure 11 through the sheath 13. Therefore, in the second installation step (S2), the fixed end 121 side, which is the end of the PC steel material 12 previously installed in the concrete structure 11, was inserted into the through-hole 1521 of the fixing tool 15 on which the fixing tool installation jig 30 was installed, thereby installing the fixing tool 15 on the PC steel material 12.
[0161] Since the fixing tool installation jig 30 is attached to the fixing tool 15, the male cone 152 is pressed into the through-hole of the female cone 151 by the elastic member 42. Therefore, when inserting the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel material 12 into the through-hole 1521 of the fixing tool 15, it was possible to prevent the male cone 152 from falling off or the like.
[0162] Also, by the fixed end 121 of the PC steel material 12 contacting the inner peripheral surface of the upper surface 311 of the housing 31, it was confirmed that the extra length L12 of the PC steel material 12 was an appropriate length.
[0163] Note that at the end of the second installation step (S2), the fixing tool 15 was installed on the PC steel material 12 so that the female cone 151 and the support plate 14 were in contact. Also, after the end of the second installation step (S2), some screws of the fixture 33 were loosened, and the fixing tool installation jig 30 was removed from the fixing tool 15.
[0164] Through the above steps, when installing the fixing tool 15 on the PC steel material 12, it was confirmed that the male cone 152 was prevented from falling off, and the plurality of male cone members of the male cone 152 could be evenly press-fitted into the through-hole 1511 of the female cone 151.
[0165] Therefore, the fixing tool could be easily installed on the PC steel material 12.
[0166] After the end of the second installation step, a support plate and a fixing tool were also arranged on the tension end 122 side, and the tension end 122 side was pulled by the jack 16 to introduce a tensile force into the PC steel material 12. [Experimental Example 2] Without using the fixing tool installation jig 30, the female cone 151 and the male cone 152 were installed on the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel material 12, and an attempt was made to push the male cone 152 between the PC steel material 12 and the female cone 151 by hitting it with a hammer.
[0167] However, since there was not enough space around the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel material 12, the hammer could not be swung, and the male cone 152 could not be pushed between the PC steel material 12 and the female cone 151.
