Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a side rain finishing structure of a building unit.

Background Art

[0002] Some buildings such as houses are composed of unit buildings. A unit building is a building that can be constructed in a short period of time by transporting a rectangular parallelepiped building unit prefabricated in a factory to a construction site and assembling and installing it at the construction site (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0003] In such a building unit, it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the inside of the building unit from the shipment of the building unit from the factory to the construction site until the installation of the unit building at the construction site and the completion of the building.

[0004] For this purpose, in Patent Document 1, for example, at the time of rainfall, a waterproof sheet having a size to cover the entire upper surface of the building unit is placed on the upper part of the building unit, and the building unit is shipped.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0006] In the above Patent Document 1, at the time of rainfall, a waterproof sheet having a size to cover the entire upper surface of the building unit is placed on the upper part of the building unit and shipped. However, in order to also cover the opening formed on the side surface of the building unit in addition to the upper surface, a rather large-sized waterproof sheet reaching the lower surface of the building unit is required. Moreover, even if the waterproof sheet is simply enlarged, it is difficult to cover the opening on the side surface of the building unit so as to surely block it.

[0007] Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to contribute to the improvement of the above-mentioned problems.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0008] In response to the above problems, the present invention In a rectangular parallelepiped building unit, a rain cover sheet is attached to an opening formed on the indoor side surface so as to close the opening. 、 The rain storage sheet is a transparent resin sheet attached with a double-sided tape along a portion near the inner circumference of the outer surface of the opening forming member that defines the opening portion provided in the building unit. At the same time, the peripheral edge of the rain storage sheet is located on the inner circumference side of the sealing material attached to the portion near the outer circumference of the outer surface It is characterized by a side rain cover structure of a building unit in which this is the case.

Effects of the Invention

[0009] According to the present invention, with the above configuration, it is possible to reliably temporarily cover the opening formed on the side surface of the building unit with a rain cover sheet having a minimum area. also, the rain storage sheet can be easily and surely attached to the opening portion with a double-sided tape and can be attached so as not to peel off. Further, by making the rain storage sheet transparent, the state between the inside and outside of the opening portion can be visually observed through the rain storage sheet, improving workability. And, since the peripheral edge of the rain storage sheet is located on the inner circumference side of the sealing material, it does not interfere with the sealing function of the sealing material provided in the opening portion, and the rain storage sheet can be surely attached to the opening portion.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0011] Hereinafter, this embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 13 are for explaining this embodiment.

Examples

[0012] <Configuration> Hereinafter, the configuration of this example will be described.

[0013] The building 1 such as a detached house or an apartment house is composed of unit buildings as shown in FIG. 1.

[0014] The unit building is a building 1 that can be constructed in a short period of time by pre-manufacturing box-shaped (rectangular parallelepiped-shaped) building units 2 in a factory as shown in Fig. 2, transporting them to the construction site, and assembling and installing them at the construction site as shown in Figs. 3 and 4.

[0015] The unit building is constructed at the construction site by arranging the building units 2 of the lower floor L horizontally on the foundation 3 and installing them (Fig. 3), and arranging the building units 2 of the upper floor H horizontally on the building units 2 of the lower floor L and installing them (Fig. 4).

[0016] In Fig. 3, 4 is a foundation cover for temporarily finishing the foundation 3, and 5 is a ceiling cover for temporarily finishing the upper surface (ceiling surface) of the building unit 2 of the lower floor L. The ceiling cover 5 is provided separately from the side rainproof structure of this embodiment.

[0017] And in this embodiment, the side rainproof structure of the building unit 2 is configured as follows.

[0018] (1) A rainproof sheet 14 is attached to the opening 13 formed on the side surface 12 on the indoor 11 side (Fig. 5) of the rectangular parallelepiped-shaped building unit 2 as shown in Fig. 2 so as to close the opening 13.

[0019] Here, as shown in Fig. 2 (or Fig. 6), the building unit 2 is a unit structure of a unit building having six surfaces. The building unit 2 has a box frame structure in its skeletal part, in which the upper ends of four columns 15 are connected in a rectangular shape by four ceiling beams 16, and the lower ends of the four columns 15 are connected in a rectangular shape by four floor beams 17.

[0020] As shown in Figs. 5(a) and 5(b), in the unit building, the four side surfaces of the building unit 2 face the outdoor 21 side or the indoor 11 side. Among them, the side surface facing the outdoor 21 side (outdoor side surface) and the part of the side surface facing the outdoor 21 side are attached with an outer wall 23. The part where the outer wall 23 is attached is waterproofed by being blocked by the outer wall 23.

[0021] The side surface 12 (indoor side surface) on the indoor 11 side of the building unit 2 is the surface that is joined together when the building units 2 are arranged adjacent to each other. At least one of the four side surfaces of the building unit 2 becomes the "side surface 12 on the indoor 11 side".

[0022] Then, in order to form a continuous indoor space, the side surface 12 on the indoor 11 side is entirely or partially opened, thereby forming an opening portion 13. Therefore, when a plurality of building units 2 are installed adjacent to each other on the same floor, at least one opening portion 13 where a rain cover sheet 14 needs to be pasted is necessarily formed on the opposing side surfaces 12 (indoor side surfaces) of the adjacent building units 2. In this case, "opposing" means facing each other and being connected.

[0023] In a unit building, since the building units 2 are arranged in various shapes according to the building plan, the building unit 2 has one or more opening portions 13 formed therein. That is, the number of opening portions 13 formed in one building unit 2 is equal to the number of adjacent building units 2.

[0024] For example, as shown in Fig. 5(a), when three building units 2 (in an L shape in plan view) are combined, opening portions 13 are respectively formed on the two orthogonal side surfaces 12 (indoor side surfaces) adjacent to the middle building unit 2. Also, opening portions 13 are formed on one side surface 12 (indoor side surface) of the building units 2 on both sides facing the above opening portions 13. An outer wall 23 is attached to the remaining side surface (outdoor side surface) and is blocked by the outer wall 23.

[0025] Further, as shown in Fig. 5(a), the opening portion 13 may extend over the entire surface of the side surface 12 (the indoor side surface), or as shown in Fig. 5(b), it may be only a part of the side surface 12 (the indoor side surface). When it extends over the entire surface of the side surface 12, it is caused by aligning the building units 2 of the same size without misalignment. When it is a part of the side surface 12, it may be caused, for example, by aligning building units 2 of different sizes or by shifting and aligning the building units 2. When a part of the side surface 12 becomes the opening portion 13, the outer wall 23 is installed on the remaining portion of the side surface 12 (the indoor side surface) and is blocked by the outer wall 23.

[0026] The temporary rain cover 14 is a thin and flexible sheet-like material having waterproof properties for performing temporary rain protection. The temporary rain cover 14 is made of a material that can be folded or rolled up. A single sheet material without any special processing is used for the temporary rain cover 14. The temporary rain cover 14 is configured as a separate member from the ceiling cover 5 and is handled separately from the ceiling cover 5. Then, the temporary rain cover 14 is attached to each opening portion 13 of the building unit 2 at the factory.

[0027] Temporary rain protection is to temporarily protect the building unit 2 from flooding by rain or the like from the manufacturing of the building unit 2 until the installation at the construction site is completed or the building 1 is completed. Therefore, the temporary rain covers 14 are respectively installed so as to block all the opening portions 13 formed on the indoor 11 - side surfaces 12 of the building units 2 on the lower floor L and the building units 2 on the upper floor H. Then, after the installation of the building unit 2 is completed, the temporary rain cover 14 finishes its role and all or part of it is removed from each opening portion 13.

[0028] The temporary rain cover 14 is installed in the opening portion 13 so as to be flush with the indoor 11 - side surface 12 of the building unit 2. The temporary rain cover 14 is made to have substantially the same shape and size as the opening portion 13 and is attached to the opening portion 13 without a gap to block the entire surface of the opening portion 13. Thereby, the temporary rain cover 14 serves as a side cover.

[0029] In addition, the permanent rain protection means for the unit building and the building unit 2 after the completion of the building 1 is provided separately from the rain protection sheet 14.

[0030] Since the rain protection sheet 14 may be temporary, for example, any material such as a construction work sheet, construction waterproof paper, or waterproof film may be used, but the specific rain protection sheet 14 will be described later.

[0031] (2) In the above, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the rain protection sheet 14 may be a transparent resin sheet 34 (FIG. 8) attached to the outer surface 31a of the opening forming member 31 that defines the opening portion 13 provided in the building unit 2. This rain protection sheet 14 may be attached with a double-sided tape 33 (FIG. 6) attached along the portion near the inner circumference of the outer surface 31a. As shown in FIG. 9(a), the peripheral edge 14a of the rain protection sheet 14 may be located on the inner circumference side of the sealing material 36 attached to the portion near the outer circumference of the outer surface 31a.

[0032] Here, the opening forming member 31 is a portion that forms a frame defining the opening portion 13. When the opening portion 13 extends over the entire surface of the side surface 12 (the indoor side surface), the opening forming member 31 includes the left and right columns 15 that form the side surface 12 on the indoor 11 side of the building unit 2, and the upper and lower ceiling beams 16 and floor beams 17 (for example, FIG. 7).

[0033] Also, as shown in FIG. 10 (FIG. 11), when the opening portion 13 is only a part of the side surface 12, the opening forming member 31 includes one column 15 that forms the side surface 12 on the indoor 11 side, a part of the ceiling beam 16 and the floor beam 17 (on the side of one column 15), and a partition member 37. The partition member 37 is installed at a position between the left and right columns 15. The partition member 37 is a vertical member made of metal or wood extending in the vertical direction 38 installed between the ceiling beam 16 and the floor beam 17 to fix the inner edge portion of the outer wall 23.

[0034] The outer surface 31a of the opening forming member 31 is the surface facing the outdoor 21 side of the opening forming member 31 in the state of the building unit 2 alone. The outer surface 31a becomes an exposed surface that is exposed to the outside when the building unit 2 is being transported, and becomes a hidden surface that faces the opening forming member 31 of the opening portion 13 of the adjacent building unit 2 when the building unit 2 is installed.

[0035] The portion near the inner circumference of the outer surface 31a is the portion (on the inner circumference side) close to the inside of the opening portion 13 within the width range of the opening forming member 31 (Fig. 7(b)).

[0036] The double-sided tape 33 uses an industrial airtight and waterproof tape with strong adhesive strength and can be reattached. The double-sided tape 33 is attached so as to form a rectangular shape vertically and horizontally along the inner circumference of the outer surface 31a of the opening forming member 31 (Fig. 7(a)).

[0037] For the resin sheet 34, it is preferable to use a transparent polyethylene sheet because of its good cost, strength, adhesiveness, and workability, and it will not come off due to external forces such as wind pressure and vibration during transportation, for example. Basically, a seamless single piece is used for the resin sheet 34.

[0038] The peripheral edge portion 14a is the upper, lower, left, and right four sides (terminal portions) that are the terminals of the rain closing sheet 14 having a substantially rectangular shape in side view (Fig. 8). The peripheral edge portion 14a of the rain closing sheet 14 is constructed so as not to overlap the sealing material 36 attached to the outer peripheral portion of the outer surface 31a. Fig. 9(a) is a good construction example, and Fig. 9(b) is a bad construction example where it overlaps the sealing material 36.

[0039] The portion near the outer circumference of the outer surface 31a is the portion outside (outer circumference side) of the double-sided tape 33 within the width range of the opening forming member 31 (Fig. 7(a)(b)). The sealing material 36 is attached at the factory after attaching the double-sided tape 33, with a required gap so as not to overlap the double-sided tape 33 and substantially parallel to the double-sided tape 33.

[0040] The sealing material 36 is attached to the opening forming member 31 at the factory as a permanent rainproofing means for the unit building or building unit 2 after the completion of the building 1. The sealing material 36 is similarly provided on the opening forming member 31 of the adjacent building unit 2, and by butting against each other, the space between the building units 2 is sealed. The sealing material 36 between the building units 2 is further sealed with a caulking agent during on-site work.

[0041] The sealing material 36 includes a vertical seal 36a extending in the vertical direction 38 along the column 15 and the partition member 37, and a horizontal seal 36b extending horizontally along the ceiling beam 16 and the floor beam 17. For example, an elongated silicon foam is used for the vertical seal 36a. For example, an elongated porous crosslinked polyethylene sound-absorbing material is used for the horizontal seal 36b.

[0042] (3) As shown in FIG. 7(b), the double-sided tape 33 may have an obliquely overlapping portion 39 formed at the corner portion. Further, the sealing material 36 may have a bypass portion 42 that bypasses the overlapping portion 39.

[0043] Here, the overlapping portion 39 is a small piece of another double-sided tape 33 that is obliquely pasted on top of the corner portion of the double-sided tape 33 pasted in a rectangular shape along the inner peripheral side portion of the opening forming member 31, with both ends protruding from the double-sided tape 33.

[0044] The bypass portion 42 is a portion formed at least at both ends of the horizontal seal 36b that bypasses the overlapping portion 39 upward or downward. The bypass portion 42 of the upper horizontal seal 36b bypasses upward. The bypass portion 42 of the lower horizontal seal 36b bypasses downward. Similar bypass portions 42 may be formed on the vertical seal 36a as needed (for example, when there is enough space). The bypass portion 42 of the vertical seal 36a bypasses to the outer peripheral side of the outer surface 31a of the opening forming member 31.

[0045] In addition, the sealing material 36 may have a portion (vertical extension portion 41) that extends in the vertical direction 38 until both ends reach the upper end portion or the lower end portion of the column 15 or the partition member 37. The vertical extension portion 41 is provided on at least one or both of the vertical seal 36a and the horizontal seal 36b. The vertical extension portion 41 is vertically connected (continuous portion) to the vertical extension portions 41 of the vertical seal 36a and the horizontal seal 36b of the building unit 2 located above and below. As a result, the sealing materials 36 are continuously connected in the vertical direction 38 by the vertical extension portions 41, so that the space between the building unit 2 located above or below and the sealing material 36 is sealed without gaps. The sealing material 36 between the upper and lower building units 2 is further sealed with a caulking agent during on-site work.

[0046] <Function> Hereinafter, the function of this embodiment will be described.

[0047] In the factory, after manufacturing the building unit 2, an end-of-rain sheet 14 is attached to the opening portion 13 formed on the side surface 12 on the indoor 11 side of the manufactured building unit 2 so as to close the entire surface of the opening portion 13 with the end-of-rain sheet 14. As a result, a building unit 2 in a state where the opening portion 13 is already closed with the end-of-rain sheet 14 is obtained before shipment. And for each building unit 2, since the opening portion 13 is reliably temporarily finished with rain by the end-of-rain sheet 14, the storage of the building unit 2 from manufacturing to shipment becomes easy.

[0048] At this time, a double-sided tape 33 is attached to the outer surface 31a of the opening forming member 31 of the building unit 2 that defines the opening portion 13 along a portion near the inner circumference of the outer surface 31a, and a transparent resin sheet 34 having substantially the same size and shape as the opening portion 13 is attached to the double-sided tape 33.

[0049] Then, a sealing material 36 is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the outer surface 31a of the opening forming member 31, leaving a space away from the double-sided tape 33 so as not to overlap with the double-sided tape 33. Then, the peripheral edge portion 14a of the rain-closure sheet 14 is cut as necessary so that the peripheral edge portion 14a is positioned on the inner peripheral side of the sealing material 36 so as not to overlap with the sealing material 36. The double-sided tape 33 may be provided with an inclined overlapping portion 39 at the corner portion, and the sealing material 36 may be installed so as to have a detouring portion 42 that detours around the overlapping portion 39. It is preferable to form vertically extending portions 41 at both ends of the sealing material 36 that reach the lower end portions of columns 15 or the like.

[0050] In this way, the building unit 2 in which the opening portion 13 of the side surface 12 on the indoor 11 side is closed by the rain-closure sheet 14 is transported to the construction site and assembled and installed at the construction site.

[0051] Note that, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, the rain-closure sheet 14 may be in a state where only the upper portion is attached, leaving the lower portion, and the lower portion may be attached immediately before transportation to completely close it. In this way, the indoor space of the building unit 2 can be effectively utilized in various ways during transportation.

[0052] For example, the internal space of the building unit 2 stored in a storage location such as the outdoor 21 can be used as a temporary storage place for building materials or the like. In this case, since the rain-closure sheet 14 covers the entire surface of the opening portion 13, even in rainy weather or the like, the indoor space of the building unit 2 can be kept dry and building materials or the like can be taken in and out.

[0053] Alternatively, if building materials or the like used at the construction site are put into the building unit 2 through the open portion before attaching the lower side, the building materials can be transported to the construction site together with the building unit 2, improving the transportation efficiency of the building materials.

[0054] The installation of the building unit 2 at the construction site is carried out, for example, by sequentially installing the building units 2 of the lower floor L from one side to the other side on the foundation 3 (Fig. 3), and then sequentially installing the building units 2 of the upper floor H from one side to the other side on the building units 2 of the lower floor L (Fig. 4).

[0055] In addition, for example, after the installation of the building unit 2 and before the completion of the installation of all the building units 2, it may be necessary to enter and exit from the opening 13 (such as moving to an adjacent building unit 2). In this case, as shown in Fig. 12, a part of the rain-proof sheet 14 may be cut out vertically and horizontally, for example, in an L-shape. Then, the cut-out part 45 (cutting part) is turned up and fixed to the rain-proof sheet 14 with a tape 46 to secure an access space. And the cut rain-proof sheet 14 and the accidentally torn rain-proof sheet 14 can be repaired by sticking the tape 46 along the cut-out part 45 or the tear as needed.

[0056] And after the installation of all the building units 2 on at least the same floor is completed, the main part of the rain-proof sheet 14 is removed from the opening 13. In this case, as shown in Figs. 13(a) and (b), the rain-proof sheet 14 is cut out individually for each building unit 2 (cut-out part 47). Each rain-proof sheet 14 is cut along the inner peripheral edge 31b (the position of the inner side surface of the column 15, the lower surface of the ceiling beam 16, and the upper surface of the floor beam 17) of the opening forming member 31 to which the rain-proof sheet 14 is attached.

[0057] In addition, due to the different components and dimensions of the opening forming member 31 used, the sizes of the facing opening parts 13 of adjacent building units 2 may be slightly different. In this case as well, the rain-proof sheet 14 is cut into different sizes according to the positions of the inner peripheral edges 31b of the respective opening parts 13.

[0058] The peripheral edge portion 14a of the rain-closure sheet 14 and its peripheral part, which are attached to the portion near the inner circumference on the outer surface 31a of the opening forming member 31 with the double-sided tape 33, are left as they are on the building unit 2 to form the remaining portion 48. Since the remaining portion 48 is hidden by the inner wall material 49 or the like, it will not be visible from the interior 11 after the completion of the building 1.

[0059] <Effect> According to this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.

[0060] (Effect 1) The side rain-closure structure of the building unit 2 may have a rain-closure sheet 14 (side cover) attached to the opening portion 13 on the side 12 on the interior 11 side in the cuboid-shaped building unit 2 so as to close the entire surface of the opening portion 13 (before shipment from the factory).

[0061] As a result, the opening portion 13 on the side 12 on the interior 11 side in each building unit 2 can be closed with the rain-closure sheet 14, and for each building unit 2, the side 12 on the interior 11 side can be reliably temporarily rain-closed. Also, as described above, the building unit 2 with the opening portion 13 on the side 12 on the interior 11 side temporarily rain-closed can be easily manufactured at the factory. Since only the opening portion 13 on the side 12 on the interior 11 side is closed, the temporary rain-closure of the side 12 on the interior 11 side can be relatively easily and reliably achieved with the rain-closure sheet 14 having the minimum area required to close the opening portion 13, and there is no waste of the rain-closure sheet 14. Also, the handling of the rain-closure sheet 14 becomes easier.

[0062] And by closing the opening portion 13 on the side 12 on the interior 11 side with the rain-closure sheet 14, the side 12 on the interior 11 side of the building unit 2 will not get wet. Therefore, even during rainfall, it becomes possible to transport the building unit 2 from the factory to the construction site and successively install it at the construction site. Also, as described above, after the installation of the building unit 2, the work of repairing the flooded portion can be made unnecessary for the side 12 on the interior 11 side of the building unit 2.

[0063] In addition, the rain-closure sheet 14 is removed at an appropriate time after the installation of the building unit 2 at the construction site (for example, after the installation of the same floor or all the building units 2 is completed). Since the rain-closure sheet 14 can be easily cut and removed from the inside (the indoor 11 side) of the building unit 2, the constructor can perform the removal work safely without getting wet.

[0064] (Effect 2) In the side rain-closure structure of the building unit 2, the rain-closure sheet 14 may be a transparent resin sheet 34. This rain-closure sheet 14 may be attached to the outer surface 31a of the opening forming member 31 that defines the opening portion 13 provided on the side surface 12 on the indoor 11 side of the building unit 2 with a double-sided tape 33 attached along a portion near the inner circumference of the outer surface 31a. Also, the peripheral edge portion 14a of the rain-closure sheet 14 may be positioned on the inner circumference side of the sealing material 36 attached to the outer peripheral portion of the outer surface 31a of the opening forming member 31.

[0065] Thereby, the rain-closure sheet 14 can be easily and surely attached to the opening portion 13 with the double-sided tape 33 and can be attached so as not to peel off. Also, by making the rain-closure sheet 14 transparent, the state between the inside and outside of the opening portion 13 can be visually observed through the rain-closure sheet 14, improving workability. And since the peripheral edge portion 14a of the rain-closure sheet 14 is positioned on the inner circumference side of the sealing material 36, the sealing function of the sealing material 36 provided in the opening portion 13 is not hindered, and the rain-closure sheet 14 can be surely attached to the opening portion 13. Note that after the installation of the building unit 2, the rain-closure sheet 14 can be removed by cutting along the inner peripheral edge portion 31b of the opening forming member 31 from the inside of the building unit 2, leaving the portion attached to the double-sided tape 33. The remaining portion (residual portion 48) can be left between the building units 2 as it is, and since it will eventually be hidden (by the inner wall material 49, etc.), there is no problem.

[0066] (Effect 3) In the side rainproof structure of the building unit 2, the double-sided tape 33 may have an obliquely overlapped portion 39 formed at the corner portion. Further, the sealing material 36 may have a bypass portion 42 formed to bypass the overlapped portion 39.

[0067] By providing the overlapped portion 39 at the corner portion of the double-sided tape 33 in this way, it becomes unnecessary to carefully attach the double-sided tape 33 to the corner portion, and the reliability of the attachment state of the resin sheet 34 to the corner portion can be ensured. Further, by providing the bypass portion 42 in the sealing material 36, the sealing material 36 does not interfere with the double-sided tape 33 at the position of the overlapped portion 39, so the sealing property of the sealing material 36 can be maintained by the bypass portion 42.
