AI Technical Summary
Existing dispensing containers for lipsticks and similar products result in significant waste due to the high cost and discarding of the dispensing mechanism along with the refill cartridge, leading to economic waste, especially when multiple types of contents are used.
A dispensing container design featuring a main body with a reusable dispensing mechanism and a refill system where the refill is detachable, allowing for the reuse of the main body parts and the ability to replace refills with different contents without discarding the entire mechanism.
This design reduces waste by allowing the reuse of the main body parts and enabling the use of multiple types of contents with a single set of main body components, lowering the economic and environmental impact of frequent cartridge replacements.
Abstract
Description
Dispensing container
[0001] The present invention relates to a dispensing container, and more particularly to a dispensing container used for storing lipstick or the like.
[0002] Containers for storing lipstick or the like, dispensing the lipstick when it is used, and dispensing the lipstick after use are well known.
[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 describes a dispensing container comprising: a container body including a spiral tube with a spiral hole extending circumferentially and a regulating tube rotatably attached to the spiral tube; and a storage tube portion disposed inside the container body and storing a rod-shaped content inside, wherein the storage tube portion has a guided protrusion inserted into the spiral hole and the guide hole, and the guided protrusion is engaged with the guide hole to regulate the relative rotation of the storage tube portion and the regulating tube; and when the spiral tube and the regulating tube are rotated relative to each other, the guided protrusion slides through the guide hole within the spiral hole, causing the storage tube portion to rise or fall within the regulating tube, thereby dispensing and reversing a rod-shaped content such as lipstick.
[0004] The container described in Patent Document 1 is intended to be discarded after the contents are used up.
[0005] In response to this, a dispensing container has been proposed that has a cartridge (refill) for storing the contents, and after the contents are used up, the cartridge portion is discarded, but the portion other than the cartridge can be reused.
[0006] For example, Patent Document 2 discloses a device comprising: a cylindrical main member having a first screw groove portion on its inner circumferential surface; a cylindrical sub-member attached to a base tube portion disposed below the main member, the base tube portion having a sleeve tube with a vertical slit rising from the inside of the main member into the interior of the main member; and a container for containing contents fitted into the sleeve so as to be able to move up and down; the base tube portion and the main member are rotatable integrally with the sleeve portion; a second screw groove portion is provided on the inner surface of the base tube portion and forms a continuous spiral groove continuing from the first screw groove portion; an engagement protrusion attached to the outer surface of the container is inserted into the spiral groove through the vertical slit by a feed mechanism, and the container can be fed upward within the sleeve and fed back downward by rotating the base tube portion and the main member relative to the sleeve portion; the sub-member and the container are formed as a single cartridge assembled to the main member; and the cartridge can be pulled out of the main member and replaced with a new one while the engagement protrusion is in the second screw groove portion. A dispensing container is described.
[0007] Such a dispensing container has the advantage that the parts other than the cartridge can be reused after the contents have been used up, and also has the advantage that when using multiple types of contents (for example, when using different colors of lipstick), you can own one part other than the cartridge and simply replace it with a cartridge containing the desired contents each time.
[0008] JP 2018-186989 A JP 2021-029940 A
[0009] In the dispensing container of Patent Document 2, the dispensing mechanism, which is the main mechanism of the container, is formed in the cartridge portion, so the cost of the cartridge portion is high. Nevertheless, since the cartridge portion is discarded after the contents of the container are used up, the dispensing mechanism is also discarded together with the cartridge portion, resulting in a lot of waste.
[0010] Furthermore, a user who uses a variety of different contents must own a plurality of cartridges each including a dispensing mechanism, which results in further economic waste.
[0011] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and its object is to provide a dispensing container that has a refill for storing contents, and in which the parts other than the refill are reusable, and in which the dispensing mechanism is formed in the reusable part.

[0017] The dispensing container of the present invention is composed of a main body including a center piece, a center frame, a screw member, and a skirt, and a refill including a center plate and a center cylinder.
[0018] The dispensing container of the present invention may further include a tail plug.
[0019] In the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention, the center member has a key-shaped protrusion for fixing the center tray, and is inserted into the center frame so that it cannot rotate relative to the center member but can move up and down freely; the center frame is inserted into the skirt so that it can rotate relative to the center member but can move up and down freely; the screw member has a screw member thread track; the center member has a center member screw track that screws into the screw member thread track of the screw member, or a center member protrusion that can slide on the screw member screw track of the screw member; and the screw member is fixedly attached to the skirt.
[0020] Furthermore, in the refill for the dispensing container of the present invention, the inner tray has a convex portion for fixing the inner component and a content storage portion for storing the contents, and is inserted into the inner cylinder so that it cannot rotate relative to the inner tray and can move up and down freely; the inner cylinder of the refill is removably fixed to the inner frame of the main body, so that the refill can be removably assembled to the main body; and when the refill is removably assembled to the main body, the key-shaped convex portion for fixing the inner tray of the inner component engages with the convex portion for fixing the inner component on the inner tray, thereby fixing the inner component and the inner tray relative to each other.
[0021] In the dispensing container of the present invention, when the skirt and the middle frame are rotated relative to each other, the middle component screw track or the middle component protrusion of the middle component, which is fitted into the middle frame so that it cannot rotate relative to the skirt, slides on the screw component screw track of the screw member attached to the skirt, thereby allowing the middle component and the middle plate fixed to it to be advanced upward and retracted downward.
[0022] The contents stored in the dispensing container of the present invention may be solid stick-shaped medicines, quasi-drugs, cosmetics, etc. Specific examples of the contents may include lipstick, lip balm, eye shadow, eyebrow pencil, blush, concealer, foundation, etc., and typically may be lipstick.
[0023] The dispenser of the present invention can also be used as a container for solid stick-shaped stationery, such as erasers, glue, crayons, and pastels.
[0024] <<Main Body>> The main body includes a middle part, a middle frame, a screw member, and a skirt.
[0025] <Inner Component> The inner component may have a roughly cylindrical shape, and may have a key-shaped protrusion for fixing the inner tray, a inner component screw track or inner component protrusion, and may further have a protrusion for preventing the inner component from rotating, a inner component vertical slit, etc.
[0026] The hook-shaped convex portion for fixing the inner tray engages with the convex portion for fixing the filling material on the inner tray of the refill when the refill is attached to the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention, thereby fixing the filling material and the inner tray relative to each other.
[0027] This key-shaped convex portion for fixing the inner tray may be, for example, an inverted L-shaped relief protrusion formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical inner member near the upper end, or an inverted L-shaped projection protruding upward from the circumferential portion at the upper end of the cylindrical inner member. Here, "inverted L-shaped" refers to a shape formed by a straight portion extending upward and a straight portion extending circumferentially from the upper end of the straight portion.
[0028] The inner member may have only one or two or more key-shaped protrusions for fastening the inner tray. When the inner member has two or more key-shaped protrusions for fastening the inner tray, these key-shaped protrusions may be evenly arranged along the circumference on the outer surface of the cylindrical inner member or on the circumferential portion near the upper end. The inner member in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention typically has two to four key-shaped protrusions for fastening the inner tray.
[0029] The center tool screw track is threadedly engaged with the screw tool screw track of the screw member, and when the center tool and the screw member are rotated relative to each other, it has the function of moving the center tool (and the center plate fixed relative to the center tool) up and down relative to the screw member (and the center frame and skirt fixed relative to it).
[0030] The thread track of the center tool may be a male thread or a female thread as long as it can be threadably engaged with the thread track of the threaded member of the threaded member. When the thread track of the threaded member is a male thread, the thread track of the center tool may be a female thread formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical center tool, for example.
[0031] The center tool convex portion is a convex portion that can slide along the screw member screw track of the screw member, and has the function of raising and lowering the center tool (and the center plate fixed relative to the center tool) relative to the screw member (and the center frame and skirt fixed relative to it) when the center tool and the screw member are rotated relative to each other.
[0032] The center tool protrusion may be formed anywhere on the center tool as long as it can slide along the threaded track of the threaded member of the screw member. When the threaded track of the threaded member is a female thread, the center tool protrusion may be, for example, one or more protrusions formed on the outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical center tool. The shape of the center tool protrusion may be arbitrary as long as it can slide along the threaded track of the threaded member of the screw member.
[0033] The core may have only one core protrusion, or two or more. When the core has two or more core protrusions, these core protrusions may be evenly arranged along the circumference on the inner or outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical core. When the core in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention has core protrusions, the number thereof may typically be two or more and four or less.
[0034] The dispensing container core of the present invention may selectively have a core thread track and a core protrusion depending on the type of the core thread track of the screw member. For example, when the core thread track is a male thread, the core may have one or more of a core thread track in the form of a female thread formed on the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical core, and a core protrusion which is a protrusion formed on the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical core. When the core thread track is a female thread, the core may have a core protrusion which is a protrusion formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical core.
[0035] The core of the dispensing container of the present invention may have a convex portion for preventing core rotation. This convex portion for preventing core rotation may be fitted into a longitudinal slit optionally provided in the core frame when the core is fitted into the core frame. With this configuration, the core is fitted into the core frame so as to be unable to rotate relative to the core frame but to be able to move up and down freely.
[0036] The rotation-preventing projections may be projections formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical core. The rotation-preventing projections may have a width and a protruding height sufficient to fit into the longitudinal slit of the core frame, and a length sufficient to allow smooth movement up and down within the longitudinal slit, but the remaining shape may be arbitrary.
[0037] The core may have only one core rotation-preventing projection, or two or more. When the core has two or more core rotation-preventing projections, these core rotation-preventing projections may be evenly arranged along the circumference of the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical core. When the core in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention has core rotation-preventing projections, the number of such projections may typically be two or more and four or less.
[0038] When the inner member has a convex portion on its outer surface, the convex portion may also function as an anti-rotation convex portion. In this case, the convex portion of the inner member protrudes from the outer surface of the inner member while being fitted into the inner member vertical slit, and slides along the female screw track of the screw member.
[0039] The centering plate may be formed as a single unit, or may be constructed by combining two or more components. In the latter case, the centering plate may be composed of, for example, two cylindrical components, one large and one small: a centering plate outer periphery and a centering plate internal thread. The centering plate outer periphery may have, on its outer periphery, a hook-shaped projection for fixing the centering plate and a projection for preventing the centering plate from rotating, and the centering plate internal thread may have, on its inner periphery, a centering plate screw track.
[0040] The vertical slit of the core is a vertical cutout formed in the outer surface of the cylindrical core. The core in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention may or may not have this vertical slit.
[0041] <Inner Frame> The inner frame in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention is fitted into the skirt so as to be relatively rotatable but unable to move up and down.
[0042] The middle frame may have an approximately cylindrical shape and may have a middle frame vertical slit, a convex portion for fixing the middle cylinder, a middle frame fitting portion for setting the position of the screw member, an engaging portion for fixing the hook, a middle frame claw for preventing the middle cylinder from rotating, etc.
[0043] The vertical slit of the middle frame has the function of controlling the middle tool so that when the middle tool is inserted into the middle frame, the middle tool's rotation prevention protrusion is fitted into it, preventing the middle tool from rotating relative to the middle frame and allowing it to move up and down freely.
[0044] The vertical slit of the inner frame may be a straight slit extending upward from the lower end of the cylindrical inner frame. The width of the vertical slit of the inner frame may be such that the rotation-preventing protrusion of the inner frame can be fitted therein and that the inner frame can be raised and lowered smoothly. The length of the vertical slit of the inner frame determines the lifting distance of the inner frame, the inner tray fixedly attached thereto, and the contents stored in the inner tray. Therefore, the length of the vertical slit of the inner frame may be approximately the same as the extension distance of the contents.
[0045] The middle frame vertical slit may be formed by cutting out a portion of the peripheral wall of the middle frame in a predetermined shape, so that the middle frame vertical slit portion of the middle frame has no peripheral wall and is a through-type portion; or by thinning a portion of the inner peripheral surface of the middle frame peripheral wall in a predetermined shape, so that the middle frame vertical slit portion of the middle frame also has a peripheral wall and is a thin-walled portion; or by thinning a portion of the middle frame vertical slit portion of the middle frame so that it has no peripheral wall and is a through-type portion having a peripheral wall and is a through-type portion having a peripheral wall in the remaining portion of the middle frame vertical slit portion of the middle frame.
[0046] The inner frame in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention may have the same number of inner frame vertical slits as the number of inner component rotation preventing protrusions on the inner component, at locations corresponding to the inner component rotation preventing protrusions.
[0047] The center cylinder fixing protrusion of the center frame has the function of engaging with an optional L-shaped center frame fixing slit in the center cylinder of the refill when the refill is attached to the main body of the dispensing container, thereby removably fixing the center cylinder to the center frame. This function allows the refill to be removably attached to the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention.
[0048] The center cylinder fixing protrusion may be a protrusion formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical center frame near the upper end. The center cylinder fixing protrusion may have any shape as long as it can slide up and down in the center frame fixing L-shaped slit of the center cylinder and can engage with the center frame fixing L-shaped slit in the lateral direction. The center cylinder fixing protrusion may be, for example, a hemispherical protrusion.
[0049] The inner frame may have only one center tube fixing protrusion, or two or more. When the inner frame has two or more center tube fixing protrusions, these center tube fixing protrusions may be evenly arranged along the circumference on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical inner frame. When the inner frame in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention has center tube fixing protrusions, the number thereof may typically be two or more and four or less.
[0050] The middle frame fitting portion for setting the screw member position receives the screw member fitting portion for setting the screw member position that the screw member optionally has, and has the function of holding the middle frame so that it can rotate relative to the screw member (and the skirt to which it is fixedly attached) and cannot be raised or lowered.
[0051] The screw member positioning inner frame fitting portion may be a circumferentially extending slit formed in a portion of the peripheral wall of the cylindrical inner frame near the lower end.
[0052] The middle frame fitting portion for setting the position of the screw member may be formed by cutting out a portion of the peripheral wall of the middle frame in a predetermined shape, so that the portion of the middle frame fitting portion for setting the position of the screw member does not have a peripheral wall, or by thinning a portion of the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the middle frame in a predetermined shape, so that the portion of the middle frame fitting portion for setting the position of the screw member also has a peripheral wall, or by having no peripheral wall in a portion of the middle frame fitting portion for setting the position of the screw member, and having a peripheral wall in the remaining portion of the middle frame fitting portion for setting the position of the screw member.
[0053] The inner frame may have only one screw member position-setting inner frame fitting, or two or more. When the inner frame has two or more screw member position-setting inner frame fittings, these screw member position-setting inner frame fittings may be evenly arranged along the circumference of the peripheral wall of the cylindrical inner frame. When the inner frame in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention has screw member position-setting inner frame fittings, the number thereof may typically be two or more and four or less.
[0054] The hook fixing engaging portion engages with the middle frame fixing engaging portion of the hook optionally provided on the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention, and has the function of holding the middle member in the space formed by the middle frame and the hook so that it cannot rotate relative to the middle frame and can move up and down. As will be described later, the hook is attached inside the skirt so that it can rotate relative to the middle frame and cannot move up and down, and therefore the middle frame is held so that it can rotate relative to the screw member fixedly attached to the skirt and cannot move up and down.
[0055] The hook fixing engaging portion may be a recessed portion or a slit extending in the circumferential direction, formed in a portion of the peripheral wall of the cylindrical inner frame near the lower end.
[0056] The inner frame may have only one hook-fastening engaging portion, or two or more. When the inner frame has two or more hook-fastening engaging portions, these hook-fastening engaging portions may be evenly arranged along the circumference of the peripheral wall of the cylindrical inner frame. When the inner frame in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention has hook-fastening engaging portions, the number thereof may typically be two or more and four or less.
[0057] The inner frame may have both a screw member position-setting inner frame fitting portion and a hook-fixing engaging portion. However, in order to fulfill the function of holding the inner frame rotatable relative to the screw member and unable to move up and down, it is sufficient for the inner frame to have either a screw member position-setting inner frame fitting portion or a hook-fixing engaging portion. However, when the inner frame has a hook-fixing engaging portion but does not have a screw member position-setting inner frame fitting portion, it is desirable for the main body of the dispensing container to be equipped with a hook.
[0058] The center frame claw for preventing center cylinder rotation engages with a center cylinder engagement portion for preventing center cylinder rotation (or an L-shaped slit for fixing the center frame that also serves this function) that the center cylinder in the dispensing container refill of the present invention optionally has, and has the function of suppressing relative rotation between the center cylinder and the center frame. This engagement prevents the center cylinder and the center frame from rotating relative to each other when the skirt and the center frame are rotated relative to each other to advance a center component or the like upward and retract it downward, so that the center component, which is fitted in the center frame so as not to rotate relative to it, and the center plate fixed to it, can be advanced upward and retracted downward efficiently and smoothly.
[0059] The inner frame claw for preventing inner cylinder rotation may be a flexible claw-like protrusion formed on the peripheral wall of the cylindrical inner frame near the axial center. Specifically, for example, the inner frame may have a protrusion that protrudes toward the inside of the inner frame near the tip of a "Π (pi)"-shaped notch (the horizontal line above the "Π") formed on the peripheral wall of the cylindrical inner frame.
[0060] The inner frame may have only one inner frame rotation-preventing claw portion, or two or more. When the inner frame has two or more inner frame rotation-preventing claw portions, these inner frame rotation-preventing claw portions may be evenly arranged along the circumference of the peripheral wall of the cylindrical inner frame. When the inner frame in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention has inner frame rotation-preventing claw portions, the number of the inner frame rotation-preventing claw portions may typically be two or more and four or less.
[0061] <Screw Member> The screw member in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention is fixedly attached to the skirt. This screw member has a screw member thread track, and may have a screw member fitting portion for setting the screw member position, a screw member engaging portion for fixing the screw member, etc.
[0062] The function of the screw member screw track is as follows.
[0063] As described above, the inner member is inserted into the inner frame so as to be unable to rotate relative to the inner frame and to be able to move up and down freely. Furthermore, when the refill is attached to the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention, the inner tray fixing hook-shaped convex portion of the inner member engages with the inner tray fixing convex portion of the inner tray, so that the inner member is fixed relative to the inner tray of the refill.
[0064] When the skirt and the above-mentioned middle frame are rotated relative to each other, the middle tool screw track or the middle tool protrusion slides along the screw tool screw track of the screw member attached to the skirt, allowing the middle tool and the middle plate fixed to it to be advanced upward and retracted downward.
[0065] The threaded member thread track may be male or female.
[0066] When the screw member screw track is a male screw, the screw member may have a disk-shaped screw member fitting portion for setting the screw member position, a screw shaft extending upward from the center of the screw member fitting portion for setting the screw member position, and a screw member screw track formed on the outer peripheral surface of the screw shaft.
[0067] The screw member fitting portion for setting the screw member position is inserted into the middle frame fitting portion for setting the screw member position of the middle frame, and has the function of holding the middle frame so that it can rotate relative to the screw member (and the skirt that holds it fixedly) and cannot be raised or lowered.
[0068] In order to perform the above function, the screw member fitting portion for setting the screw member position may have a diameter and thickness that allows it to be inserted into the middle frame fitting portion for setting the screw member position of the middle frame and rotate smoothly.
[0069] The screw shaft may be a rod-shaped body extending upward from the center of the screw member positioning screw member fitting portion. The length of this screw shaft determines the lift distance of the center fixture, the center tray fixedly attached thereto, and the contents stored in the center tray. Therefore, the length of the screw shaft may be approximately the same as the payout distance of the contents.
[0070] The screw shaft is designed so that the screw member thread track formed on its outer surface is threadedly engaged with the center tool thread track of the center tool to advance and retreat the center tool, etc. Therefore, the screw shaft may have a thickness that allows the formation of a screw track having such a function.
[0071] The screw member thread track, which is a male screw, threadably engages with the center tool thread track of the center tool, which is a female screw, and has the function of raising and lowering the center tool, etc. The form of the screw member thread track is arbitrary as long as it can perform this function. The screw member thread track may be formed over the entire length of the screw shaft, or may be formed over only a portion of the length of the screw shaft. Furthermore, the screw member thread track may be a continuous screw track, or may be interrupted in the middle as long as it can threadably engage with the center tool thread track of the center tool.
[0072] The screw member fixing engagement portion has a function of engaging with the screw member fixing skirt engagement portion of the skirt to fix the screw member to the skirt. When the screw member thread track is a male thread, this screw member fixing engagement portion may be provided on the screw member.
[0073] The screw member fixing screw member engaging portion may be, for example, a hook-shaped protrusion formed on the bottom surface of the screw member position setting screw member fitting portion.
[0074] The screw member may have only one screw member fixing screw member engaging portion, or two or more. When the screw member has two or more screw member fixing screw member engaging portions, these screw member fixing screw member engaging portions may be evenly arranged so as to be symmetrical with respect to each other on the bottom surface of the disk-shaped screw member position setting screw member fitting portion. When the screw member in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention has screw member fixing screw member engaging portions, the number thereof may typically be two or more and four or less.
[0075] When the screw member thread track is an internal thread, the screw member may have a cylindrical shape, and the screw member thread track may be formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical screw member.
[0076] The female screw thread track of the screw member has the function of raising and lowering the center tool, etc., by allowing the center tool protrusion of the center tool to slide on it. The shape of the screw member thread track is arbitrary as long as it can perform this function. The screw member thread track may be formed over the entire axial length of the screw member, or may be formed over only a portion of the axial length of the screw member. Furthermore, the screw member thread track may be a continuous thread track, or may be interrupted in the middle as long as the center tool protrusion of the center tool can slide on it.
[0077] <Hakama> The hakama is located at the bottom of the dispensing container of the present invention, and has the function of fixedly attaching the screw member and making it easier for the user to rotate the screw member relative to the inner fitting or the like.
[0078] The skirt may have a cylindrical shape with a bottom.
[0079] The skirt may have, for example, a skirt engagement portion for fastening the screw member to securely mount the screw member. This skirt engagement portion for fastening the screw member is expected to engage with the screw member engagement portion for fastening the screw member of the screw member to perform the above function. Therefore, the skirt engagement portion for fastening the screw member may be, for example, a hook-shaped protrusion formed on the inside of the bottom surface.
[0080] The skirt may have the same number of skirt engagement portions for fastening a screw member as the number of screw member fastening screw member engagement portions of the screw member, at positions corresponding to the respective screw member fastening screw member engagement portions.
[0081] <Hooks> The hooks may be used to hold the filling in the space formed by the inner frame and the hooks so that it cannot rotate relative to the frame and can move up and down freely.
[0082] The hook may have a disk-shaped hook base plate and a middle frame fixing engagement portion formed on the hook base plate. This middle frame fixing engagement portion engages with the hook fixing engagement portion of the middle frame to keep the space formed by the middle frame and the hook constant. Therefore, the middle frame fixing engagement portion may be a key-shaped protrusion that protrudes upward from the hook base plate and can engage with the hook fixing engagement portion of the middle frame.
[0083] The hook may have the same number of inner frame fixing engaging portions as the hook fixing engaging portions of the inner frame, at positions corresponding to the inner frame fixing engaging portions.
[0084] The hooks may be attached to the hakama so as to be rotatable relative to the set of the inner frame and the hooks but not movable up and down. With this attachment, the set of the hakama and the screw member is rotatable relative to the set of the inner frame and the hooks but not movable up and down, and the relative rotation between the screw member and the inner frame causes the inner frame screw track or the inner frame protrusion of the inner frame, which is held in the inner frame so as not to rotate relative to the set of the hooks, to slide on the screw member screw track, thereby enabling the inner frame and the inner plate fixed thereto to be advanced upward and retracted downward.
[0085] The dispensing container of the present invention may have an outer cylinder. The outer cylinder surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the inner frame and has the function of facilitating the user's operation of rotating the inner frame relative to the skirt (and the screw member fixedly attached thereto).
[0086] Therefore, the outer cylinder may be cylindrical and capable of surrounding the outer peripheral surface of the inner frame, and the inner frame may be fixedly inserted into the outer cylinder.
[0087] <<Refill>> The refill for the dispensing container of the present invention includes an inner tray and an inner cylinder. The refill may further include a temporary stopper.
[0088] <Inner tray> The inner tray may have a roughly cylindrical shape, have a contents storage section and a convex portion for fixing the inner fixture, and may further have an inner tray engagement section for preventing the inner tray from rotating, an inner tray partition step, a convex portion for fixing the contents, etc.
[0089] The content storage section is a space for storing and holding the lower end of a stick-shaped content (e.g., lipstick), the upper end of which protrudes upward and is exposed from the content storage section.
[0090] The inner tray may have a tray partition step. The internal space of the cylindrical inner tray may be divided into upper and lower sections by this tray partition step, and the space within the internal space of the inner tray above the tray partition step may be the content storage section. The tray partition step may have one or more air vent holes for filling the content. This air vent hole for filling the content is a hole that penetrates the tray partition step and has the function of allowing air below the content storage section to escape to the outside of the content filling section when filling the inner tray with content, making it easier to fill the content storage section with content.
[0091] The inner tray may further have a content fixing protrusion that protrudes inward (toward the content storage section) from the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of the inner tray. The content fixing protrusion has the function of biting into the content filled in the content storage section and suppressing relative movement between the content and the inner tray.
[0092] When the refill is attached to the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention, the convex portion for fixing the inner component engages with the hook-shaped convex portion for fixing the inner tray of the main body of the inner component, thereby fixing the inner component and the inner tray relative to each other.
[0093] The center fixing protrusion may be, for example, a relief-shaped protrusion formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical center tray near the bottom end. The shape of the center fixing protrusion may be any shape as long as it can engage with the center tray fixing hook-shaped protrusion of the center tray, and may be, for example, a rectangular, hemispherical, or other shape.
[0094] The inner tray rotation preventing engagement portion engages with the inner tray rotation preventing engagement portion of the inner cylinder, and has the function of fixing the inner tray and the inner cylinder relative to each other until the refill is attached to the main body.
[0095] However, after the refill is attached to the main body, the tray is fixed to the main body's main body via the tray fixing protrusion and the tray fixing hook-shaped protrusion, and the center cylinder is fixed to the main body's main frame via the center frame fixing L-shaped slit and the center frame fixing protrusion. Therefore, after the refill is attached to the main body, the practical benefit of directly fixing the tray and the main frame is reduced.
[0096] Furthermore, in the dispensing container of the present invention, when the skirt and the middle frame are rotated relative to each other, the middle plate is expected to move vertically relative to the middle cylinder and be dispensed or retracted, so it is desirable that the fixation of the middle plate and the filling be temporary.
[0097] From these viewpoints, the anti-rotation inner plate engaging portion may be, for example, a protrusion formed in a radially flexible region of the inner plate, surrounded by two notches formed in a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical inner plate near the lower end. With this configuration, when the inner plate is advanced relative to the center cylinder, the region in which the anti-rotation inner plate engaging portion is formed bends radially inward of the inner plate due to its flexibility, disengaging the anti-rotation inner plate engaging portion from the center cylinder engaging portion, and allowing the inner plate to rise and fall relative to the center cylinder.
[0098] The inner tray may have only one or two or more key-shaped protrusions for securing the inner tray. When the inner tray has two or more anti-rotation engagement portions, these anti-rotation engagement portions may be evenly arranged around the circumference of the cylindrical outer surface of the inner tray. The inner tray in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention typically has two to four key-shaped protrusions for securing the inner tray.
[0099] In the refill for the dispensing container of the present invention, the inner dish is fitted into the middle cylinder so as to be unable to rotate relative to the middle cylinder and to be able to move up and down freely.
[0100] <Center Cylinder> The center cylinder has a generally cylindrical shape, has an L-shaped slit for fixing the center frame, and may have a center cylinder engaging portion for preventing the center tray from rotating, a center cylinder engaging portion for preventing the center cylinder from rotating, and the like.
[0101] The inner tube has a generally cylindrical shape. This cylindrical shape may have an upper end cut at an angle. This configuration improves the feel when using the contents, such as lipstick.
[0102] The L-shaped slit for fixing the inner frame has the function of engaging with a projection for fixing the inner cylinder, which may be optionally provided on the inner frame of the main body, when the refill is attached to the main body of the dispensing container, thereby removably fixing the inner cylinder to the inner frame. This function allows the refill to be removably attached to the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention.
[0103] The L-shaped slit for fixing the middle frame may be an L-shaped cutout consisting of a linear vertical cutout extending upward from the lower end of the middle tube and a linear horizontal cutout extending circumferentially from the upper end of the vertical cutout.
[0104] When inserting the refill into the main body, the center tube fixing protrusion of the center frame slides upward through the vertical cutout of the center frame fixing L-shaped slit of the center tube. After the center tube fixing protrusion reaches the top of the vertical cutout of the center frame fixing L-shaped slit, the refill and the main body are rotated relative to each other, whereby the center tube fixing protrusion enters and engages with the horizontal cutout of the center frame fixing L-shaped slit, securing the center tube to the center frame.
[0105] The center cylinder in the refill for the dispensing container of the present invention may have the same number of L-shaped slits for fixing the center frame as the center cylinder fixing protrusions on the center frame, at locations corresponding to the center cylinder fixing protrusions.
[0106] The inner tray rotation preventing inner cylinder engaging portion engages with the inner tray rotation preventing inner tray engaging portion of the inner tray, and has the function of fixing the inner tray and the inner cylinder relative to each other until the refill is attached to the main body.
[0107] The anti-rotation engagement portion may be, for example, a hole formed near the bottom end of the cylindrical inner tube. The shape and size of this hole may be such that it can easily engage with the anti-rotation engagement portion of the inner tray and disengage from the container.
[0108] The inner cylinder in the refill of the dispensing container of the present invention may have the same number of inner cylinder engagement portions for preventing inner plate rotation as the inner plate engagement portions for preventing inner plate rotation that the inner plate has, at locations corresponding to each of the inner plate engagement portions for preventing inner plate rotation.
[0109] The center cylinder anti-rotation engaging portion engages with the center frame anti-rotation claw portion that the center frame in the main body of the dispensing container of the present invention optionally has, and has the function of suppressing relative rotation between the center cylinder and the center frame. This allows the center filling and the center plate to be efficiently and smoothly advanced upward and retracted downward when the skirt and the center frame are rotated relative to each other.
[0110] The inner tube engagement portion for preventing inner tube rotation may be a recess (hole) formed in the peripheral wall of the cylindrical inner frame so as to enable reversible engagement with the inner frame claw portion for preventing inner tube rotation of the inner frame in the main body of the dispensing container.
[0111] The inner tube in the refill of the dispensing container of the present invention may have inner tube engagement portions for preventing inner tube rotation, the same number as the inner frame claw portions for preventing inner tube rotation that the inner frame has, at locations corresponding to each of the inner frame claw portions for preventing inner tube rotation.
[0112] The center cylinder in the refill for the dispensing container of the present invention may not have a center cylinder engagement portion for preventing center cylinder rotation, and the L-shaped slit for fixing the center frame may function as the center cylinder engagement portion for preventing center cylinder rotation. In this case, the L-shaped slit for fixing the center frame has the function of detachably fixing the center cylinder to the center frame as well as the function of preventing rotation of the center frame.
[0113] The refill for the dispensing container of the present invention may have a temporary stopper to protect the contents during transportation, during sales display, and after purchase by a user until the user attaches the refill to the main body, or to protect the contents of an unused refill when multiple contents are used separately. This temporary stopper may be one or more of a lid shaped to cover the upper part of the inner cylinder and a lid shaped to cover the lower part of the inner cylinder.
[0114] After the user attaches the refill to the main body and begins using the contents, the temporary stopper may be discarded, or it may be stored to protect the contents of the unused refill when using multiple types of contents.
[0115] <<Tail Plug>> The dispensing container of the present invention may further include a tail plug in addition to the main body and refill as described above.
[0116] The tail plug has the function of protecting the contents after the user attaches the refill to the main body and begins using the contents. After purchasing a refill with a temporary plug, the user attaches it to the main body to create a dispensing container, discards the temporary plug, and attaches the tail plug. When using, the user removes the tail plug from the dispensing container and then rotates the skirt and inner frame (or the outer cylinder that fixedly covers the inner frame) relative to each other to dispense the inner frame, the inner tray fixed thereto, and the contents stored in the inner tray for use. After use, the skirt and inner frame are rotated relative to each other in the opposite direction to retract the contents, and the tail plug is attached, and the container is stored until the next use.
[0117] The tail plug may be a cylindrical body having a ceiling that can cover the inner tube. The bottom of the tail plug may reach the top end of the skirt or its vicinity when the refill is attached to the main body.
[0118] <<Attaching and Removing the Refill to the Main Body>> With the dispensing container of the present invention, the refill can be detachably attached to the main body. That is, with the dispensing container of the present invention, the refill can be easily attached to and removed from the main body.
[0119] When assembling the refill to the main body, as described above, first insert the refill into the main body. At this time, the center tube fixing protrusion on the inner frame of the refill slides upward through the vertical cut-out of the L-shaped center frame fixing slit of the main body. After the center tube fixing protrusion reaches the top of the vertical cut-out of the L-shaped center frame fixing slit, the refill and the main body are rotated relative to each other, and the center tube fixing protrusion enters and engages with the horizontal cut-out of the L-shaped center frame fixing slit, securing the center tube to the center frame.
[0120] In addition, when the convex portion for fixing the center tube of the center frame engages with the L-shaped slit for fixing the center frame of the center tube, at the same time, the key-shaped convex portion for fixing the center plate of the main body of the center tool engages with the convex portion for fixing the center tool of the center plate of the refill, and the center tool and the center plate are fixed relative to each other.
[0121] The engagement between the convex portion of the middle frame for fixing the center tube and the L-shaped slit for fixing the center frame of the middle tube, and the engagement between the key-shaped convex portion of the middle tool for fixing the center plate and the convex portion of the middle tool for fixing the center plate are both reversible, so the refill can be attached and detached freely to the main body.
[0122] <<Dispensing mechanism>> After the refill is attached to the main body of the dispensing container, the skirt and the inner frame (or the outer tube that fixedly covers the inner frame) can be rotated relative to each other to dispense and refill the inner component and the inner tray fixed thereto, as well as the contents stored in the inner tray.
[0123] That is, a screw member having a screw track is fixedly attached to the skirt. Also, a center tube of the refill is fixedly attached to the middle frame. A center tool having a center tool screw track or a center tool protrusion is further inserted into the middle frame so that it cannot rotate relative to the center tool but can move up and down freely. Relative rotation is possible between the middle frame and the screw member, but relative lifting is not possible. Therefore, a relationship exists between the middle frame and the skirt to which the screw member is fixedly attached, in which relative rotation is possible but relative lifting is not possible.
[0124] On the other hand, a refill tray is fixedly attached to the filling, and a rod-shaped content is accommodated in the tray.
[0125] Therefore, when the skirt of the main body and the middle frame (or the outer tube that fixedly covers the middle frame) are rotated relative to each other, the screw member fixedly attached to the skirt and the middle tool, which is inserted into the middle frame so that it cannot rotate relative to the skirt but can move up and down, rotate relative to each other. The threaded track or protruding portion of the middle tool slides along the threaded track of the screw member, causing the middle tool to move up and down relative to the skirt, screw member, middle frame, and middle tube. This causes the tray fixedly attached to the middle tool to move up and down along with the middle tool, and therefore the contents contained in the tray. Therefore, the tip of the contents protruding above the tray is fed to the top of the middle frame and then fed back down.
[0126] According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a refill for a dispensing container, which includes a center tray and a center cylinder, wherein the center tray has a convex portion for engaging a filling and a content storage portion, and is inserted into the center cylinder so as to be unable to rotate relative to the center tray and to be able to move up and down freely, and which is used with the dispensing container of the present invention.
[0127] According to yet another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dispensing container body for use in the dispensing container of the present invention, comprising a middle tool, a middle frame, a screw member, and a skirt, wherein the middle tool has a key-shaped protrusion for fixing a middle plate, and is inserted into the middle frame so as to be unable to rotate relative to the middle tool and to be able to move up and down freely, the middle frame is inserted into the skirt so as to be able to rotate relative to the middle tool and to be able to move up and down freely, the screw member has a screw member thread track, the middle tool has a middle tool thread track that threadably engages with the screw member thread track of the screw member, or a middle tool protrusion that can slide on the screw member thread track of the screw member, and the screw member is fixedly attached to the skirt.
[0128] 1 to 21 show diagrams illustrating the configuration of a dispensing container according to Embodiment 1. Of these, Figures 1 to 11 relate to the main body, Figures 12 to 15 relate to the refill, Figures 16 to 20 relate to the assembly of the refill to the main body, and Figure 21 relates to the dispensing mechanism.
[0129] <Main Body> Figures 1 and 2 show the core in the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1. Figure 1(A) is a perspective view of the core, and Figure 1(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 1(A). Figure 2(A) is a top view of the core, Figure 2(B) is a bottom view, Figure 2(C) is a front view, and Figure 2(D) is a right side view.
[0130] The centering member (110) shown in Figures 1 and 2 has a generally cylindrical shape and includes a key-shaped protrusion (121) for fixing the center plate, a centering member screw track (131), and a protrusion (122) for preventing the centering member from rotating.
[0131] The key-shaped projections (121) for securing the inner tray in the inner tray (110) in Figures 1 and 2 are inverted L-shaped relief projections formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner tray (110) near the upper end. The inner tray (110) has two key-shaped projections (121) for securing the inner tray near the upper end of the cylindrical outer surface, at positions facing each other across the center of the circumference.
[0132] The thread track (131) of the core (110) is a series of female threads formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical core (110).
[0133] The anti-rotation projections (122) of the core (110) are elongated protrusions formed on the outer peripheral surface near the lower end. The core (110) has two anti-rotation projections (122) near the lower end of the cylindrical outer surface, at positions facing each other across the center of the circumference.
[0134] The center tool may be constructed as a single piece, or may be composed of two pieces, for example, a center tool outer periphery and a center tool internal thread. Figure 3 shows a perspective view of the center tool outer periphery (120) and center tool internal thread (130) that make up the center tool (110). In the embodiment shown in Figure 3, the center tool outer periphery (120) has a generally cylindrical shape and has a key-shaped protrusion (121) for fixing the center tool and a protrusion (122) for preventing the center tool from rotating on its outer surface. The center tool internal thread (130) also has a generally cylindrical shape, is fitted into the center tool outer periphery (120), and has a center tool screw track (131).
[0135] The internal threaded portion (130) of the core is fixedly fitted into the outer peripheral portion (120) of the core. In the outer peripheral portion (120) of the core in Figure 3, the internal threaded portion (130) of the core having a smooth outer surface is fitted into the outer peripheral portion (120) of the core having a smooth inner surface.
[0136] In another embodiment of the core (110) consisting of the core outer peripheral portion (120) and the core internal thread portion (130), the core internal thread portion (130) has a male thread raceway on its outer peripheral surface, and the core outer peripheral portion (120) has a female thread raceway on its inner peripheral surface. In this case, the length of the core frame vertical slit (141) can be shortened, and the strength of the core frame can be maintained high.
[0137] That is, if the vertical slit (141) of the middle frame is short, when the skirt of the main body and the middle frame are rotated relative to each other to lift the middle, the anti-rotation convex portion (122) of the middle outer periphery (120) of the middle outer periphery (120) comes into contact with the upper end of the vertical slit (141) of the middle frame, preventing further lifting of the middle outer periphery (120). However, if the middle (110) has a double-thread structure, when the lifting of the middle outer periphery (120) of the middle is blocked, the male threaded track on the outer periphery of the middle inner threaded portion (130) slides on the female threaded track on the inner periphery of the middle outer periphery (120), allowing only the middle inner threaded portion (130) to continue lifting, and further dispensing the middle tray (210) and the contents stored therein.
[0138] Figure 4 shows the inner frame in the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1. Figure 4(A) is a perspective view of the inner frame, Figure 4(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 4(A), and Figure 4(C) is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B.
[0139] The inner frame (140) shown in Fig. 4 has a generally cylindrical shape. The inner frame (140) in Fig. 4 is formed so that the upper part is slightly thicker than the lower part, and has an inner frame step (145) near the center in the axial direction. However, this configuration is not essential.
[0140] The inner frame (140) in Figure 4 has an inner frame vertical slit (141), a convex portion (142) for fixing the inner cylinder, an inner frame fitting portion (143) for setting the position of the screw member, and an inner frame claw portion (144) for preventing the inner cylinder from rotating.
[0141] The vertical slit (141) in the inner frame (140) in Figure 4 is a linear slit extending upward from the lower end of the cylindrical inner frame. The width of the vertical slit (141) is slightly larger than the width of the anti-rotation convex portion (122) of the inner frame (110). The vertical slit (141) is composed of a thin-walled portion (141a) located above the vertical slit (141) and formed by thinning a portion of the inner circumferential surface of the peripheral wall of the inner frame, and a through-hole portion (141b) located below the vertical slit (141) and formed by cutting out a portion of the inner circumferential surface of the peripheral wall of the inner frame.
[0142] The length of the middle frame vertical slit (141) (total length of the middle frame vertical slit thin portion (141a) and the middle frame vertical slit through portion (141b)) is approximately 90% of the length of the middle frame (140).
[0143] The inner frame (140) has two inner frame vertical slits (141) on the outer surface of the cylindrical shape at positions opposite to each other across the center of the circumference.
[0144] The center cylinder fixing protrusions (142) are substantially hemispherical protrusions formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical center frame (140) near the upper end. The center frame (140) has two center cylinder fixing protrusions (142) on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical shape, at positions facing each other across the center of the circumference.
[0145] The screw member position setting inner frame fittings (143) are circumferentially extending slits formed in a portion of the peripheral wall of the cylindrical inner frame (140) near the lower end. The cylindrical peripheral wall of the inner frame (140) has two screw member position setting inner frame fittings (143) at positions facing each other across the center of the circumference.
[0146] The inner frame claw portion (144) for preventing inner cylinder rotation has a protrusion that protrudes toward the inside of the inner frame near the tip (vertical line of the "U") of a "U"-shaped notch formed in the peripheral wall near the axial center of the cylindrical inner frame (140). In this "U"-shaped notch, two horizontal lines of the "U" extend in the circumferential direction of the inner frame (140).
[0147] The inner frame (140) has two inner frame claws (144) for preventing the inner frame from rotating, at positions facing each other across the center of the circumference, on the peripheral wall of the cylindrical shape.
[0148] Figure 5 shows the relationship between the inner frame and the core member in the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1. Figure 5(A) is a perspective view of the inner frame and the core member, and Figure 5(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of Figure 5(A).
[0149] 5, it can be seen that the rotation preventing projections (122) of the middle member (110) are fitted into the vertical slits (141) of the middle member (140), so that the middle member (110) is inserted into the middle member (140) so as to be free to move up and down and not rotate relative to the middle member (140). Note that the range in which the middle member (110) can move up and down within the middle member (140) is the range in which the rotation preventing projections (122) of the middle member (110) can move within the combined range of the thin-walled portions (141a) of the middle member vertical slits and the through-holes (141b) of the middle member vertical slits.
[0150] Figure 6 shows the screw member in the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1. Figure 6(A) is a perspective view of the screw member, Figure 6(B) is a top view, Figure 6(C) is a bottom view, and Figure 6(D) is a front view.
[0151] The screw member (150) shown in Figure 6 has a roughly disk-shaped screw member fitting portion (153) for setting the position of the screw member, a rod-shaped screw shaft (152) protruding upward from the center of the screw member fitting portion (153) for setting the position of the screw member, a screw member screw track (151) formed on the screw shaft (152), and a screw member engaging portion (154) for fixing the screw member formed on the bottom surface of the screw member fitting portion (153) for setting the position of the screw member.
[0152] The screw member position setting screw member fitting portion (153) is approximately disk-shaped. The thickness of this disk is slightly smaller than the width of the slit in the screw member position setting inner frame fitting portion (143) of the inner frame (140). Furthermore, the diameter of the disk of the screw member position setting screw member fitting portion (153) is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the portion of the inner frame (140) where the screw member position setting inner frame fitting portion (143) is formed. By configuring the size in this way, the screw member position setting screw member fitting portion (153) can be inserted into the screw member position setting inner frame fitting portion (143) and rotate smoothly.
[0153] In the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1, the inner frame (140) is attached to the screw member (150) so as to be rotatable relative to the screw member (150) but not movable up and down.
[0154] In the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1, the screw member thread track (151) is a male thread and is formed on a screw shaft (152). The diameter of the screw shaft (152) is relatively large, approximately 50% of the diameter of the screw member positioning screw member fitting portion (153). This is because the screw member thread track (151) formed on the screw shaft (152) effectively threads into the center tool thread track (131) of the center tool (110), thereby realizing smooth raising and lowering of the center tool (110) and the like.
[0155] In the screw member (150) of Figure 6, the screw member thread track (151) is formed only in an upper portion of the entire length of the screw shaft (152). This configuration is also preferable as long as it can form an effective threaded engagement between the screw member thread track (151) and the center screw track (131).
[0156] The screw member fixing screw member engaging portion (154) is a hook-shaped protrusion formed on the bottom surface of the screw member position setting screw member fitting portion (153). The screw member (150) has two screw member fixing screw member engaging portions (154) on the bottom surface of the screw member position setting screw member fitting portion (153) at positions facing each other across the center of the bottom surface.
[0157] Figure 7 shows the skirt of the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1. Figure 7(A) is a perspective view of the skirt, and Figure 7(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of Figure 7(A).
[0158] The skirt (160) in Fig. 7 is substantially cylindrical with a bottom. Two screw member fixing skirt engaging portions (161) are formed on the bottom surface of the skirt (160) at positions where they can engage with the two screw member position setting screw member fitting portions (153) of the screw member (150), respectively.
[0159] Figure 8 shows the screw member (150) fixedly attached to the skirt (160). Figure 8(A) is a perspective view of the skirt and the screw member, and Figure 8(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 8(A). The cross-sectional view of Figure 8(B) shows the engagement between the screw member fixing skirt engagement portion (161) of the skirt (160) and the screw member position setting screw member fitting portion (153) of the screw member (150).
[0160] Figure 9 shows the state in which the skirt and screw member are combined with the center piece in the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1. Figure 9(A) is a perspective view of the skirt (160), screw member (150), and center piece (110) in the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1, and Figure 9(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 9(A).
[0161] 9(C) is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the skirt (160), the screw member (150), and the center tool (110) are rotated relative to each other from the state shown in FIG. 9(B), and the center tool (110) is slightly raised. When the skirt (160), the screw member (150), and the center tool (110) are rotated relative to each other, the screw member thread track (151) of the screw member (150) slides on the center tool thread track (131) of the center tool (110), and the center tool (110) rises relative to the skirt (160) and the screw member (150).
[0162] The main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1 has an outer cylinder. The outer cylinder is shown in Figure 10. Figure 10(A) is a perspective view of the outer cylinder, and Figure 10(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of Figure 10(A).
[0163] The outer tube (180) in Figure 10 is generally cylindrical. Looking at the cross-sectional view in Figure 10(B), an outer tube protrusion (181) protruding radially inward can be seen near the lower end of the outer tube (180). This protrusion engages with a middle frame step (145) that the middle frame (140) has near the axial center when the middle frame (140) is inserted into the outer tube (180), thereby enhancing the unity between the outer tube (180) and the middle frame (140) and facilitating relative rotation between the skirt (160) and the middle frame (140). However, this protrusion is not essential to the outer tube of the dispensing container of the present invention.
[0164] Figure 11 shows an overall image of the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1. Figure 11(A) is a perspective view of the main body, Figure 11(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 11(A), and Figure 11(C) is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in Figure 11(A).
[0165] In the perspective view of Figure 11(A), substantially only the skirt 160 and the outer cylinder 180 are visible. However, by referring to the cross-sectional views of Figures 11(B) and 11(C), the following can be understood. The screw member (150) is fixedly attached to the skirt (160) via the screw member engagement portion (154) for fixing the screw member and the skirt engagement portion (161) for fixing the screw member; The screw member fitting portion (153) for setting the screw member position is fitted into the middle frame fitting portion (143) for setting the screw member position, so that the middle frame (140) is fitted into the skirt (160) via the screw member (150) so that it can rotate relatively and cannot move up and down; The center tool rotation prevention convex portion (122) is fitted into the middle frame vertical slit (141), so that the center tool (110) is fitted into the middle frame (140) so that it can rotate relatively and can move up and down; The screw member screw track (151) of the screw member (150) and the center tool screw track (131) of the center tool (110) are threadedly engaged; The inner frame (140) is fixedly inserted into the outer cylinder (180).
[0166] With the above configuration, in the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1, by rotating the skirt (160) and the outer tube (180) relative to each other, the center tool screw track (131) of the center tool (110) slides on the screw member screw track (151) of the screw member (150), so that the center tool (110) can be raised and lowered relative to the center frame (140), screw member (150), skirt (160), and outer tube (180).
[0167] <Refill> Figure 12 shows the inner tray in the refill of the dispensing container of embodiment 1. Figure 12(A) is a perspective view of the inner tray, Figure 12(B) is a top view of the inner tray, Figure 12(C) is a bottom view of the inner tray, Figure 12(D) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 12(A), and Figure 12(E) is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in Figure 12(A).
[0168] The inner tray (210) in Figure 12 has an approximately cylindrical shape and includes a contents storage section (211), an inner tray partition step (214), a convex portion for fixing the inner ingredient (212), and an inner tray engagement portion (213) for preventing the inner tray from rotating.
[0169] The inner tray (210) has an inner tray partition step (214) that divides the cylindrical internal space into upper and lower sections, and the space above the inner tray partition step (214) in the internal space of the inner tray (210) is the content storage section (211). In addition, the inner tray partition step (214) has air vent holes (214a) for filling the content at two radially opposite positions.
[0170] The inner tray (210) may have a convex portion for fixing the contents that protrudes from the inner surface of its peripheral wall into the contents storage section (211), but this is not shown in Figure 12.
[0171] The inner-ingredient fixing protrusions (212) are generally rectangular protrusions that protrude inward from the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of the inner tray (210) near the bottom end. The inner tray (210) has two inner-ingredient fixing protrusions (212) at positions facing each other across the center of the circumference in the portion of the peripheral wall near the bottom end.
[0172] The rotation-preventing inner tray engaging portion (213) is a semi-cylindrical protrusion that protrudes outward from the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of the inner tray (210) near its lower end. On both sides of this rotation-preventing inner tray engaging portion (213), notches are formed that extend upward from the lower end of the peripheral wall of the inner tray (210), and the area where the rotation-preventing inner tray engaging portion (213) is formed is flexible.
[0173] The inner tray (210) has two inner tray engagement portions (213) for preventing the inner tray from rotating, at positions facing each other across the center of the circumference, in a portion of the peripheral wall near the lower end.
[0174] Figure 13 shows the state in which lipstick is stored as the content (300) in the content storage section (211) of the inner tray (210). Figure 13(A) is a perspective view, and Figure 13(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 13(A).
[0175] Figure 14 shows the center cylinder in the refill of the dispensing container of embodiment 1. Figure 14(A) is a perspective view of the center cylinder, Figure 14(B) is a top view of the center cylinder, Figure 14(C) is a bottom view of the center cylinder, and Figure 14(D) is a front view of the center cylinder.
[0176] The center cylinder (220) in Figure 14 has an approximately cylindrical shape and has an L-shaped slit (221) for fixing the center frame, a center cylinder engagement portion (222) for preventing the center plate from rotating, and a center cylinder engagement portion (223) for preventing the center cylinder from rotating.
[0177] The center cylinder (220) has a generally cylindrical shape, but the upper end thereof is cut obliquely.
[0178] The L-shaped slit (221) for fixing the middle frame is an L-shaped slit consisting of a linear vertical cut (221a) extending upward from the lower end of the middle cylinder and a linear horizontal cut (221b) extending circumferentially from the upper end of the vertical cut (221a). In the L-shaped slit (221) for fixing the middle frame, the length of the horizontal cut (221b) is shorter than the length of the vertical cut (221a).
[0179] The center cylinder (220) has two L-shaped slits (221) for fixing the center frame at positions corresponding to the center cylinder fixing projections (142) of the center frame (140) of the main body.
[0180] The inner tray rotation preventing cylinder engaging portions (222) are substantially rectangular holes formed near the lower end of the inner tray (220). The inner tray (220) has two inner tray rotation preventing cylinder engaging portions (222) at positions corresponding to the inner tray rotation preventing cylinder engaging portions (213) of the inner tray (210).
[0181] The center cylinder rotation preventing center cylinder engaging portions (223) are vertically elongated, approximately rectangular holes formed slightly above the bottom end of the center cylinder (220). The center cylinder (220) has two center cylinder rotation preventing center cylinder engaging portions (223) at positions corresponding to the center cylinder rotation preventing center frame claw portions (144) of the center frame (140) of the main body.
[0182] In the refill for the dispensing container of embodiment 1, the inner tray is inserted into the middle cylinder so that it cannot rotate relative to the middle cylinder and can move up and down freely. Figure 15 shows the state in which the inner tray is inserted into the middle cylinder. Figure 15(A) is a perspective view of the middle tray and the middle cylinder, and Figure 15(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 15(A). Figure 15(C) is a cross-sectional view showing the state in which the inner tray has been slightly raised from the state in Figure 15(B).
[0183] 15(A) and 15(B) , when the tray (210) is at the lowest position in the cylinder (220), the tray rotation prevention engagement portion (213) of the tray (210) engages with the cylinder rotation prevention engagement portion (222) of the cylinder (220), thereby preventing relative rotation between the tray (210) and the cylinder (220). However, as shown in FIG. 15(C) , due to the flexibility of the region where the tray rotation prevention engagement portion (213) is formed, the engagement between the tray rotation prevention engagement portion (213) and the cylinder rotation prevention engagement portion (222) is released, allowing the tray (210) to move up relative to the cylinder (220).
[0184] <Assembling the refill to the main body> In the dispensing container of embodiment 1, the refill can be attached to the main body by inserting the refill into the main body and slightly rotating the main body and the refill relative to each other. Furthermore, with the refill attached to the main body, it can be pulled out from the main body by slightly rotating the main body and the refill relative to each other.
[0185] Figure 16 shows the state in which a refill is being inserted into the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1. Figure 16(A) is a perspective view showing only the inner frame of the main body and the inner cylinder of the refill in the state in which the refill is being inserted into the main body, and Figure 16(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 16(A).
[0186] In the state shown in Figure 16, the center tube fixing protrusion (142) of the inner frame (140) of the main body is fitted into the vertical notch (221a) of the center frame fixing L-shaped slit (221) of the center tube (220) of the refill. While the refill is being inserted into the main body, the center tube fixing protrusion (142) of the inner frame (140) of the main body slides from bottom to top within the vertical notch (221a) of the center frame fixing L-shaped slit (221) of the center tube (220) of the refill.
[0187] Figures 17 and 18 show the state immediately before inserting the refill into the main body of the dispensing container and assembling it. Figure 17(A) is a perspective view showing only the inner frame of the main body and the inner cylinder of the refill, and Figure 17(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 17(A). Figure 18(A) is a perspective view showing only the inner part of the main body and the inner tray of the refill, and Figure 18(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 18(A).
[0188] Immediately before assembling the main body and the refill, as shown in Figure 17, the center tube fixing protrusion (142) of the inner frame (140) of the main body reaches the top of the vertical notch (221a) of the inner frame fixing L-shaped slit (221) of the inner frame (220) of the refill. Also, as shown in Figure 18, the center component fixing protrusion (212) of the inner tray (210) of the refill reaches a height that allows it to engage with the center tray fixing hook-shaped protrusion (121) of the inner tray (110) of the main body.
[0189] Figures 19 and 20 show the state when the main body and refill are assembled after being rotated slightly relative to each other from the state in Figures 17 and 18. Figure 19(A) is a perspective view showing only the inner frame of the main body and the inner cylinder of the refill, Figure 19(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 19(A), and Figure 19(C) is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in Figure 19(A). Figure 20(A) is a perspective view showing only the inner part of the main body and the inner tray of the refill, and Figure 20(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 20(A).
[0190] When the refill is attached to the main body, the center tube fixing projection (142) of the center frame (140) of the main body fits into and engages with the horizontal notch (221b) of the center frame fixing L-shaped slit (221) of the center tube (220) of the refill, as shown in Figure 19. Furthermore, the center frame rotation preventing center frame tab (144) of the center frame (140) engages with the center tube rotation preventing center tube engagement portion (223) of the center tube (220) of the refill.
[0191] Also, as shown in Figure 20, the convex portion (212) for fixing the inner tray of the refill (210) fits into and engages with the key-shaped portion of the key-shaped convex portion (121) for fixing the inner tray of the main body (110).
[0192] In the dispensing container of embodiment 1, when the refill is attached to the main body, the following actions simultaneously occur as described above: the center tube fixing convex portion (142) of the center frame (140) of the main body engages with the center frame fixing L-shaped slit (221) of the center tube (220) of the refill; the center frame claw portion (144) for preventing center tube rotation of the center frame (140) of the main body engages with the center tube engagement portion (223) for preventing center tube rotation of the refill's center tube (220); and the hook-shaped convex portion (121) for fixing the center tray of the center piece (110) of the main body engages with the center piece fixing convex portion (212) of the center tray (210) of the refill.
[0193] <Dispensing mechanism> Fig. 21 shows how the contents are dispensed after the refill is attached to the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 1. Fig. 21(A) is a cross-sectional view showing the state of the main body, refill, and contents before dispensing. Fig. 21(B) is a cross-sectional view showing the state when dispensing.
[0194] In the state shown in Figure 21 (A), the screw member (150) is fixedly attached to the skirt (160) of the main body. In addition, the refill inner tube (220) is fixedly assembled to the inner frame (140), and the outer tube (180) is attached so as to cover the inner frame (140) in a fixed manner. Furthermore, the inner fixture (110) is fitted into the inner frame (140) so as to be non-rotatable relative to the inner frame (140) and to be freely raised and lowered.
[0195] Here, relative rotation is possible between the inner frame (140) and the screw member (150), but relative vertical movement is not possible between them. Therefore, relative rotation is possible between the inner frame (140) and the outer cylinder (180) and the skirt (160), but relative vertical movement is not possible between them.
[0196] On the other hand, a refill tray (210) is fixedly attached to the main body inner part (110), and the inner tray (210) contains a rod-shaped content (300).
[0197] 21(A), when the skirt (160) and the outer tube (180) of the main body are rotated relative to each other, the set of the skirt (160) and the screw member (150) rotates relative to the set of the outer tube (180), the inner frame (140), the center member (110), and the inner plate (210). As a result, the center member screw track (131) of the center member (110) slides on the screw member screw track (151) of the screw member (150).
[0198] As a result, the inner container (110) and the inner tray (210) rise and fall relative to the skirt (160), the screw member (150), the inner frame (140), the outer tube (180), and the inner tube (220). This also causes the contents (300) contained in the inner tray (210) to rise and fall. Therefore, by rotating the skirt (160) and the outer tube (180) relative to each other, the tip of the contents (300) protruding above the inner tray (210) is advanced to the top of the inner tube (220) and then retracted downward.
[0199] 22 to 35 show diagrams illustrating the configuration of a dispensing container according to Embodiment 2. Of these, Figures 22 to 29 relate to the main body, Figures 30 to 32 relate to the refill, Figures 33 and 34 relate to the assembly of the refill to the main body, and Figure 35 relates to the entire dispensing container according to Embodiment 2.
[0200] <Main Body> Figures 22 and 23 show the core in the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 2. Fig. 22(A) is a perspective view of the core, Fig. 22(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Fig. 22(A), and Fig. 22(C) is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in Fig. 22(A). Also, Fig. 23(A) is a top view of the core, Fig. 23(B) is a bottom view, Fig. 23(C) is a front view, and Fig. 23(D) is a right side view.
[0201] The inner tray (610) shown in Figures 22 and 23 has a generally cylindrical shape and includes a hook-shaped protrusion (621) for fixing the inner tray and an inner tray protrusion (632).
[0202] The key-shaped protrusions (621) for fixing the inner tray in the inner tray (610) are inverted L-shaped protrusions that protrude upward from the circumferential portion at the upper end of the inner tray (610). The inner tray (610) has two key-shaped protrusions (621) for fixing the inner tray at the cylindrical upper end, at positions facing each other across the center of the circumference.
[0203] The centering member protrusion (632) of the centering member (610) is a generally rectangular protrusion formed near the bottom end of the cylindrical shape. The centering member protrusion (632) slides along the screw member thread track of the screw member to raise and lower the centering member (and the center plate fixed relatively to the centering member) relative to the screw member (and the center frame and skirt fixed relatively to the screw member), and is fitted into the center frame vertical slit of the center frame, so that the centering member cannot rotate relative to the center frame but can be raised and lowered freely.
[0204] The center member protrusion (632) of the center member (610) is formed as a rectangular protrusion with a slightly oblique cross section to facilitate sliding of the screw member along the screw track.
[0205] The core (610) has two core protrusions (632) at positions facing each other across the center of the circumference near the lower end of the outer surface of the cylindrical shape.
[0206] The filling member (610) shown in Figures 22 and 23 further has two filling member vertical slits at positions where the central angle of the circumference is 90° for each of the two filling member protrusions (632).
[0207] Figure 24 shows the inner frame in the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 2. Figure 24(A) is a perspective view of the inner frame, Figure 24(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 24(A), and Figure 24(C) is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B.
[0208] The middle frame (640) shown in Fig. 24 is similar to the middle frame (140) of embodiment 1 in the following respects: It has a roughly cylindrical shape, The upper part is formed slightly thicker than the lower part, and there is a middle frame step (645) near the center in the axial direction, and There is a middle frame vertical slit (641), a middle cylinder fixing convex part (642), and a middle frame claw part (644) for preventing the middle cylinder from rotating.
[0209] However, it differs from the middle frame (140) of embodiment 1 in the following points: It has a hook fixing engagement part (643) instead of the middle frame fitting part for setting the screw member position, The middle frame vertical slit (641) consists only of a notched through part extending upward from the lower end of the middle frame (640) and does not have a thin-walled part, The length of the middle frame vertical slit (641) is about 60% of the length of the middle frame (640), and The formation positions of each part are different.
[0210] The hook fastening engaging portions (643) are circumferentially extending slits formed in a portion of the peripheral wall of the cylindrical inner frame (140) near the lower end. The inner frame (640) has two hook fastening engaging portions (643) near the lower end of the cylindrical shape, at positions facing each other across the center of the circumference.
[0211] The middle frame (640) shown in Figure 24 has almost the same function as the middle frame (140) of embodiment 1, except that the hook fixing engagement portion (643) in place of the middle frame fitting portion for setting the screw member position engages with the middle frame fixing engagement portion of the hook, and has the function of holding the middle tool (610) in the space formed by the middle frame and the hook so that it cannot rotate relative to the middle tool (610) and can be freely raised and lowered.
[0212] FIG. 25 shows a perspective view of the hook.
[0213] The hook (670) in Fig. 25 has a disk-shaped hook base plate (671) and an inner frame fixing engagement portion (672) which is a key-shaped protrusion protruding upward from the hook base plate (671). The hook (670) has two inner frame fixing engagement portions (672) at positions corresponding to the hook fixing engagement portions (643) of the inner frame (640), respectively.
[0214] Figure 26 shows the state in which the core is held in the space formed by the inner frame and the hook in the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 2. Figure 26(A) is a perspective view of the core, inner frame, and hook, Figure 26(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 27(A), and Figure 26(C) is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in Figure 26(A).
[0215] As shown in Figure 26, the hook fixing engagement portion (643) of the inner frame (640) engages with the inner frame fixing engagement portion (672) of the hook (670), and the inner fixture (610) is housed and held in the space formed by the inner frame (640) and the hook base plate (671) of the hook (670). At this time, the inner fixture protrusion (632) of the inner fixture (610) is fitted into the inner frame vertical slit (641) of the inner frame (640), so the inner fixture (610) cannot rotate relative to the inner frame (640) and the hook (670) and can move up and down freely.
[0216] As shown in Figure 27(B), the center component protrusion (632) of the center component (610) fitted into the center component vertical slit (641) of the center component (640) penetrates the center component vertical slit (641) of the center component (640) and extends further outward. The extended portion of this center component protrusion (632) is intended to slide on the screw member thread track of the screw member.
[0217] Figure 27 shows the skirt of the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 2. Figure 27(A) is a perspective view of the skirt, Figure 27(B) is a top view, Figure 27(C) is a bottom view, and Figure 27(D) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 27(A).
[0218] The skirt (660) in Figure 27 is cylindrical with a bottom, does not have a skirt engagement portion for fixing a screw member on the inside of the bottom surface, and is almost the same as the skirt (160) in embodiment 1, except that the ratio of diameter to height is different.
[0219] Figure 28 shows the screw member in the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 2. Figure 28(A) is a perspective view of the screw member, Figure 28(B) is a top view, Figure 28(C) is a bottom view, and Figure 28(D) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 28(A).
[0220] The screw member 650 shown in Fig. 28 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and has a screw member thread track 651 on its inner circumferential surface. Therefore, the screw member thread track 651 of the screw member 650 is a female thread.
[0221] The screw member thread track (651) in the screw member (650) of Fig. 28 is formed only in a range of about 70% of the entire axial length from the lower end of the screw member (650). This type of configuration is also preferable as long as the center tool protrusion (632) of the center tool (610) can slide on the screw member thread track (651).
[0222] Figure 29 shows an overall image of the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 2. Figure 29(A) is a perspective view of the main body, Figure 29(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 29(A), and Figure 29(C) is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in Figure 11(A).
[0223] In the perspective view of Figure 29(A), substantially only the upper portion of the inner frame (640), the upper portion of the screw member (650), and the skirt (660) are visible. However, by referring to the cross-sectional views of Figures 29(B) and 29(C), the following can be understood.
[0224] The screw member (650) is fixedly attached to the skirt (660); the middle frame (640) and the hook (670) are fixed to each other and attached to the skirt (660) so as to be rotatable and unable to move up and down; the middle fitting (610) is held in the space formed by the middle frame (640) and the hook (670); and the middle fitting protrusion (632) of the middle fitting (610) is fitted into the middle frame vertical slit (641) of the middle frame (640), and further passes through the middle frame vertical slit (641) to reach the screw member screw track (651) of the screw member (650), and is configured to be able to slide on the screw member screw track (651).
[0225] With the above configuration, in the main body of the dispensing container of embodiment 2, by rotating the skirt (660) and the middle frame (640) relative to each other, the middle member protrusion (632) of the middle member (610) slides on the screw member screw track (651) of the screw member (650), so that the middle member (610) can be raised and lowered relative to the middle frame (640), the screw member (650), and the hook (670).
[0226] <Refill> Figure 30 shows the inner tray in the refill of the dispensing container of embodiment 2. Figure 30(A) is a perspective view of the inner tray, Figure 30(B) is a top view of the inner tray, Figure 30(C) is a bottom view of the inner tray, Figure 30(D) is a front view, and Figure 12(E) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 12(A).
[0227] The inner tray (710) in Figure 30 has a roughly cylindrical shape and includes a content storage section (711), a convex portion for fixing the inner component (712), and an inner tray engagement portion (713) for preventing the inner tray from rotating.
[0228] The inner tray (710) has the same configuration and function as the inner tray (210) in the refill of embodiment 1, except that it does not have an inner tray partition step or an air vent hole for filling the contents formed therein.
[0229] Figure 31 shows the center cylinder in the refill of the dispensing container of embodiment 2. Figure 31(A) is a perspective view of the center cylinder, Figure 31(B) is a top view of the center cylinder, Figure 31(C) is a bottom view, Figure 31(D) is a front view, and Figure 31(E) is a right side view.
[0230] The center cylinder (720) in Figure 31 has a roughly cylindrical shape with the upper end cut diagonally, and has an L-shaped slit (721) for fixing the center frame, and a center cylinder engagement portion (722) for preventing the center plate from rotating.
[0231] The L-shaped slit (721) for fixing the middle frame is an L-shaped slit consisting of a linear vertical cut (721a) extending upward from the lower end of the middle cylinder and a linear horizontal cut (721b) extending circumferentially from the upper end of the vertical cut (721a), similar to the L-shaped slit (221) for fixing the middle frame of the middle cylinder (220) of Embodiment 1. The middle cylinder (720) has two L-shaped slits (721) for fixing the middle frame at positions corresponding to the respective middle cylinder fixing protrusions (642) of the middle frame (640) of the main body.
[0232] The center tube (720) does not have a center tube engagement portion for preventing center tube rotation, and the vertical notches (721a) of the center frame fixing L-shaped slits (721) also function as center tube engagement portions for preventing center tube rotation. Therefore, the center tube (720) has the same number of center frame fixing L-shaped slits (721) as the center frame rotation prevention center frame claws (644) of the main body, formed in positions that can engage with each of the center frame rotation prevention center frame claws (644).
[0233] The inner plate rotation preventing center cylinder engaging portion (722) is a substantially rectangular hole formed in a plate-shaped protruding portion that protrudes further downward from the lower end of the center cylinder (720). Its function is similar to that of the inner plate rotation preventing center cylinder engaging portion (222) in the center cylinder (220) of the first embodiment.
[0234] In the refill for the dispensing container of embodiment 2, the inner tray is inserted into the middle cylinder so as to be unable to rotate relative to the middle cylinder and to be able to move up and down freely. The state in which the inner tray is inserted into the middle cylinder is shown in Figure 32. Figure 32(A) is a perspective view of the inner tray and the middle cylinder, and Figure 32(B) is a front view.
[0235] As shown in Figure 32, the anti-rotation inner tray engagement portion (713) of the inner tray (710) engages with the anti-rotation inner tube engagement portion (722) of the inner tube (720), thereby preventing relative rotation between the inner tray (710) and the inner tube (720). However, due to the flexibility of the area where the anti-rotation inner tray engagement portion (713) is formed, the engagement between the anti-rotation inner tray engagement portion (713) and the anti-rotation inner tube engagement portion (722) can be easily released, allowing the inner tray (710) to move up relative to the inner tube (720).
[0236] <Assembling the refill to the main body> In the dispensing container of embodiment 2, as in the dispensing container of embodiment 1, the refill can be assembled to the main body by inserting the refill into the main body and slightly rotating the main body and the refill relative to each other. Furthermore, with the refill assembled to the main body, it can be pulled out from the main body by slightly rotating the main body and the refill relative to each other.
[0237] The relationship between the inner frame of the main body and the inner cylinder of the refill when the refill is attached to the main body is shown in Figure 33, and the relationship between the inner part of the main body and the inner tray of the refill is shown in Figure 34. Figure 33(A) is a perspective view of the inner frame and inner cylinder when the refill is attached to the main body, and Figure 33(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 33(A). Also, Figure 34(A) is a perspective view of the inner part and inner tray, and Figure 34(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 34(A).
[0238] When the refill is attached to the main body, as shown in Figure 33, the center tube fixing protrusion (642) of the main body's inner frame (640) fits into and engages with the horizontal notch (721b) of the center frame fixing L-shaped slit (721) of the center tube (720) of the refill. Furthermore, the center frame rotation preventing claw (644) of the inner frame (640) fits into the vertical notch (721a) of the center frame fixing L-shaped slit (721) of the center tube (720). Also, as shown in Figure 34, the center component fixing protrusion (712) of the refill's inner tray (710) fits into and engages with the key-shaped portion of the center tray fixing hook-shaped protrusion (621) of the main body's inner tray (610).
[0239] In the dispensing container of embodiment 2, when the refill is attached to the main body, the following actions simultaneously occur as described above: the center tube fixing convex portion (642) of the main body's inner frame (640) engages with the center frame fixing L-shaped slit (721) of the refill's inner tube (720), the center frame claw portion (644) for preventing center tube rotation of the main body's inner frame (640) engages with the center frame fixing L-shaped slit (721) of the refill's inner tube (720), and the hook-shaped convex portion (621) for fixing the inner tray of the main body's inner member (610) engages with the center member fixing convex portion (712) of the refill's inner tray (710).
[0240] <Entire dispensing container> Figure 35 shows the entire dispensing container (main body and refill) of embodiment 2. Figure 35(A) is a perspective view of the dispensing container, Figure 35(B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 35(A), and Figure 35(C) is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in Figure 35(A).
[0241] In the main body of the lift-up container of Figure 35, as described above with reference to Figure 29, by rotating the skirt (660) and the middle frame (640) relative to each other, the middle member protrusion (632) of the middle member (610) slides on the screw member screw track (651) of the screw member (650), and the middle member (610) can be raised and lowered relative to the middle frame (640), the screw member (650), and the hook (670).
[0242] Furthermore, the inner tray (610) of the main body and the inner tray (710) of the refill are fixedly attached by the engagement between the hook-shaped convex portion (621) for fixing the inner tray and the convex portion (712) for fixing the inner tray (see Figure 35 (B)), and the inner frame (640) of the main body and the inner tube (720) of the refill are fixedly attached by the engagement between the convex portion (642) for fixing the inner tube and the L-shaped slit (721) for fixing the inner frame, and the engagement between the inner frame claw portion (644) for preventing the inner tube from rotating and the L-shaped slit (721) for fixing the inner frame (see Figures 33 and 34).
[0243] With the above-described configuration, in the dispensing container of the second embodiment, by rotating the skirt (660) and the inner frame (640) relative to each other, the inner component (610) and the inner tray (710) rise and fall relative to the skirt (660), the screw member (650), the inner frame (640), and the inner cylinder (720). As a result, the contents contained in the inner tray (710) also rise and fall. Therefore, by rotating the skirt (660) and the inner frame (640) relative to each other, the leading edge of the contents is dispensed to the top of the inner cylinder (720) and fed back downward.
