Abstract

The subject of the application is a mixer comprising a tank equipped with baffles, a thermostatic jacket, a sparger, and a stirrer consisting of a shaft with a hub on which a disc equipped with blades is mounted, characterized in that the disc (1) has at least one notch (2) in the shape of a circular sector, one edge of which runs along a radius and the other along a chord, and at the top of the notch (2) a hinge is attached to which a blade (5) is attached via a T-shaped arm (4) which is rectangular and has perforations, the blade (5) being perpendicular to the disc (1) and inclined, the length of the arm (4) corresponding to the length of the edge of the notch (2) running along the chord, while the partitions (6) of the tank (7) have perforations. The hinge comprises a sleeve (3a) attached at the top of the notch (2), two sleeves (3b) attached to the ends of the crossbar of the arm (4), and a pin (3c). The blade (5) is inclined at an angle of 45° to the disc (1).
