Abstract
Description
Water supply device and water tap including same
[0001] The present invention relates to a water supply device and a water faucet.
[0002] A water supply device is a device that supplies water to a user. When the user operates the water supply device, stored water or externally supplied raw water can be supplied to the user through the water supply device. Examples of such water supply devices include faucets used in bathrooms or kitchens.
[0003] A faucet can supply cold water and hot water from an externally supplied raw water source to a user. The faucet can provide either the cold water or the hot water, or a mixed water of the cold water and the hot water, to the user. The faucet is provided with an inlet for the raw water to flow in, and the inlet can be connected to a raw water pipe built into a wall, which is a mounting part. When the inlet and the raw water pipe are connected, the faucet can be fixed to the wall.
[0004] Recently, faucets with built-in filters or thermostats, or even with shelf functions, are being used. For example, Korean Patent No. 10-2290122 (Prior Art 1) and Korean Patent No. 10-2074796 (Prior Art 2) disclose faucets equipped with water filters, while Korean Utility Model No. 20-0494544 (Prior Art 3) discloses faucets equipped with shelf functions.
[0005] As various functions are added to the faucet, the bending moment due to the weight of the faucet increases. This bending moment increases the load concentrated on the inlet, which may cause damage to the inlet or fatigue failure. In particular, the weight of the connecting pipes for delivering raw water to the components built into the faucet, such as the filter, is added, and the connecting pipes must extend to the filter, further increasing the weight of the entire faucet. In addition, the center of gravity of the faucet moves away from the mounting part, which causes the load concentrated on the inlet to become even greater.
[0006] To address this, in addition to the aforementioned connectors, the number of fasteners, such as screws, needed to secure the faucet to the mounting surface must increase. For example, prior art 1 includes fastening holes for securing the main body of the faucet to the mounting surface (wall). However, these fasteners not only increase the number of components, but also expose the faucet, potentially compromising its aesthetic appeal.
[0007] Meanwhile, as the functions of a faucet increase, the internal flow path within the faucet becomes more complex, and the number of components, such as pipes, required to form the flow path increases. To address this, faucets can be manufactured as cast metal. For example, the faucet described above can be molded from a brass casting. However, cast faucets are expensive to manufacture, and due to the nature of the material, post-processing is difficult, leading to a high defect rate during the manufacturing process. Furthermore, cast faucets are heavy, which can reduce stability when installed on a wall due to the large load.
[0008] The present invention is intended to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and the purpose of the present invention is to disperse the load concentrated on the connecting portion connecting the water supply and the mounting portion due to the increased weight caused by the installation of components such as a filter and a generator.
[0009] Another object of the present invention is to bring the center of gravity of the water pump closer to the mounting part.
[0010] Another object of the present invention is to have a euro guide pack placed in a water tap take charge of the inflow / distribution / discharge of water.
[0011] Another object of the present invention is to reduce the increase in thickness in the front-rear direction of a water supply device even when components such as a filter and a generator are provided.
[0012] Another object of the present invention is to distribute the load of the connecting portion connecting the faucet and the mounting portion to the reinforcing plate by placing a reinforcing plate between the faucet and the mounting portion.
[0013] According to a feature of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention may include a case and a parts storage portion provided inside the case. The case may include a flow guide pack that receives raw water from a raw water inlet. The flow guide pack may be arranged closer to the raw water inlet than the parts storage portion inside the case.
[0014] The interior of the above-mentioned Euro guide pack may be provided with a plurality of Euros. Some of the plurality of Euros may be opened toward the component storage compartment.
[0015] The above-described euro guide pack may include a first euro body and a second euro body that are coupled to each other. A plurality of euros may be provided between the first euro body and the second euro body. The first euro body and the second euro body may be coupled to each other in the direction in which the raw water flows.
[0016] The above plurality of euros may be provided in a direction orthogonal to the joining direction of the first euro body and the second euro body.
[0017] The above plurality of euros can be arranged on the same plane inside the euro guide pack.
[0018] The above-mentioned euro guide pack may include an inlet through which raw water flows in from the raw water inlet, and an outlet through which the raw water is supplied to the outside. The above-mentioned euro guide pack may further include a plurality of euros connecting the inlet and the outlet.
[0019] The plurality of said plurality of euros may include a plurality of connecting ports open toward the component storage portion.
[0020] The above inlet and the above plurality of connecting ports can be opened in opposite directions.
[0021] The above inlet, the above outlet and the above plurality of connecting ports can each be opened in different directions.
[0022] The plurality of said plurality of euros may be provided in directions orthogonal to the directions in which the inlet and the plurality of said connecting ports are opened.
[0023] The above outlet may be placed at the bottom of the euro guide pack.
[0024] A filter for purifying the raw water may be placed in the above-mentioned parts storage compartment. The filter may include a filter inlet for receiving raw water from the flow guide pack and a filter outlet for delivering purified raw water to the flow guide pack. The filter inlet and the filter outlet may each be connected to the flow paths of the flow guide pack.
[0025] The above-mentioned parts storage unit may be provided with a filter for purifying the raw water and a generator that generates power by the water pressure of the raw water purified by the filter. The filter and the generator may be connected to each other by means of channels provided in the flow guide pack.
[0026] A regulator for controlling the flow rate or temperature of water discharged to the outside of the case may be placed in the above-mentioned parts storage compartment. The regulator may be connected to the channels of the above-mentioned euro guide pack.
[0027] A reinforcing plate may be combined with the above euro guide pack. The reinforcing plate may be made of a different material from the above euro guide pack.
[0028] The surface of the above reinforcing plate can be in contact with the surface of the above euro guide pack.
[0029] The above reinforcing plate may include a first surface that contacts the euro guide pack and a second surface that contacts the case.
[0030] The above reinforcing plate can be placed between the euro guide pack and the case.
[0031] The above reinforcing plate may include a flange coupled to the raw water inlet.
[0032] The above Euro guide pack may have an inlet protruding from it that is connected to the raw water inlet. The flange may surround the inlet.
[0033] In the above case, the inlet guide can be opened. The flange can be exposed to the outside through the inlet guide.
[0034] The above flange may be provided with a flange screw thread that is connected to the nut portion of the raw water inlet.
[0035] The above Euro guide pack may have a recessed mounting groove. The above reinforcing plate may be seated in the mounting groove.
[0036] The above reinforcing plate can be insert-molded into the interior of the euro guide pack.
[0037] The above reinforcing plate may include a plate body having a plate hole formed therethrough. A flange may protrude from the plate body in the direction of the raw water inlet. A flange hole connected to the plate hole may be formed through the flange. The flange may be coupled to the raw water inlet.
[0038] A reinforcing plate may be placed on the opposite side of the euro guide pack with the case interposed therebetween. The reinforcing plate may be coupled to the raw water inlet.
[0039] The above-mentioned euro guide pack may include a first inlet and a second inlet for receiving raw water from the raw water inlet. The above-mentioned reinforcing plate may include a first plate having a first plate hole connected to the first inlet. The above-mentioned reinforcing plate may further include a second plate having a second plate hole spaced apart from the first plate and connected to the second inlet.
[0040] The water supply device and the water faucet including the same according to the present invention as discussed above have the following effects.
[0041] In the present invention, a water supply device may be provided with a flow guide pack for distributing water. The flow guide pack may be positioned closer to the raw water inlet (eccentric coupler) than the parts storage compartment of the water supply device. By positioning the flow guide pack closer to the raw water inlet than other components, such as a filter, positioned in the parts storage compartment, the load concentrated at the connection between the flow guide pack and the raw water inlet can be distributed. This can improve the durability of the water supply device, including the flow guide pack.
[0042] In addition, in the present invention, the Euro Guide Pack can be positioned so that it is erected at the rear of the water supply device case. When the Euro Guide Pack is positioned at the rear of the case, the distance at which the Euro Guide Pack protrudes forward can be shortened. This reduces the bending moment caused by the weight of components, including the Euro Guide Pack, and improves the installation safety of the water supply device.
[0043] In particular, the water guide pack of the present invention may include complex channels for the inflow / distribution / discharge of water. If such a water guide pack is placed at the rear of the case, the center of gravity of the water supply device may shift rearward. Therefore, even if the water supply device includes complex channels within the case, cracks or sagging of the connecting portion due to the overall weight of the water supply device can be prevented.
[0044] In addition, the euro guide pack includes a first euro body and a second euro body that are coupled to each other, and the euros can be provided between the first euro body and the second euro body. The euros can be provided in a direction orthogonal to the coupling direction of the first euro body and the second euro body. In particular, a plurality of euros can be arranged on the same plane within the euro guide pack. In this way, the euros can have a large cross-sectional area while preventing the forward-backward length of the water supply device from increasing due to the euros. Therefore, the bending moment due to the forward-backward length of the water supply device can be reduced, and the aesthetics of the water supply device can be improved.
[0045] In particular, the first and second Euro bodies constituting the Euro guide pack can be formed from injection molded materials. This not only reduces the weight of the Euro guide pack, but also enables mass production by allowing the first and second Euro bodies to be joined by methods such as heat fusion.
[0046] In addition, in the present invention, a reinforcing plate may be attached to the euro guide pack. The reinforcing plate may be attached to the raw water inlet (eccentric coupler) in place of the euro guide pack. In this way, the load due to the weight of the water supply device can be concentrated at the connection between the raw water inlet and the reinforcing plate, rather than at the connection between the inlet of the euro guide pack and the raw water inlet. Accordingly, the durability of the euro guide pack can be improved.
[0047] Additionally, the Euroguide pack and the reinforcing plate can be in surface contact with each other. When the Euroguide pack and the reinforcing plate are in surface contact, the bonding area between them increases, allowing the weight of the Euroguide pack to be distributed toward the reinforcing plate. Consequently, the durability of the Euroguide pack can be further enhanced.
[0048] Additionally, the reinforcing plate can be positioned at the rear of the case along with the Euroguide pack. This allows the connection between the reinforcing plate and the raw water inlet to remain hidden from the front of the water supply unit. The reinforcing plate enhances installation stability while preventing the exposed connection area, thereby enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the water supply unit.
[0049] Additionally, in the present invention, the rear of the case can be positioned between the euro guide pack and the raw water inlet, and during the process of joining the euro guide pack and the raw water inlet, the euro guide pack can be firmly pressed against the rear of the case. Accordingly, the load applied to the connection between the euro guide pack and the raw water inlet can also be distributed to the rear of the case.
[0050] In addition, in the present invention, a load applied to the connection between the reinforcing plate and the raw water inlet can be transmitted to the flow guide pack via the reinforcing plate. At this time, since both surfaces of the reinforcing plate are in close contact with the flow guide pack and the rear of the case, a portion of the load transmitted to the flow guide pack can be distributed toward the case, thereby further enhancing the installation stability of the water supply device.
[0051] Additionally, in the present invention, multiple flow paths can be arranged on the same plane within the flow path guide pack. When the flow paths are arranged on the same plane, the forward and backward widths occupied by the flow paths remain constant, allowing for a more compact flow path guide pack. Furthermore, when the flow paths are arranged on the same plane, excessive bending in the flow paths is eliminated, allowing for smooth water flow.
[0052] Furthermore, in the present invention, the water guide pack is equipped with independent channels from the internal space of the water supply device, allowing for the branching and discharge of water introduced from the outside. Since water flows through the channels of the water guide pack, complex channels can be implemented without multiple hoses. This simplifies the internal structure of the water supply device and prevents problems such as reduced flow rate due to hose folding.
[0053] In addition, since the inflow / branching / discharge of water in the present invention can be exclusively handled by the euro guide pack, the internal structure of the water supply device can be made simple even if components such as a filter, a water generator, and an automatic temperature controller (thermostat) are built into the water supply device.
[0054] In addition, in the present invention, a water inlet may be opened in the same direction as the first direction in which the first and second euro bodies constituting the euro guide pack are assembled. The inlet may be made large by utilizing a large surface area on the front or back of the euro guide pack. Accordingly, water can flow smoothly through the inlet, and the water pressure around the inlet may be reduced, thereby increasing the durability of the euro guide pack.
[0055] Additionally, the water supply device of the present invention may be equipped with a water generator. The water generator generates electrical energy using water pressure and supplies it to a display, etc. Since the water generator of the present invention is located within the main body of the water supply device, rather than in a final discharge device such as a showerhead, it can provide various information to the user through the main body's display, or utilize a communication device or lighting device.

[0092] Referring to FIG. 2, the water supply device (10) is illustrated as being installed on a wall, which is an installation surface (W). In this way, the rear surface of the water supply device (10) faces the installation surface (W), and the water supply device (10) can protrude from the installation surface (W). The water supply device (10) can be fixed to the installation surface (W) through a wall-mounted installation adapter (7a, 7b). Accordingly, a large load due to the weight of the water supply device (10) can be concentrated on the installation adapter (7a, 7b). In the present embodiment, as will be described below, the load applied to the installation adapter (7a, 7b) can be reduced through the structure of the flow guide pack (100), the arrangement of the components, and the reinforcing plate (130). As another example, the water supply device (10) can be stored in a recessed storage portion on a wall. As another example, the water supply device (10) may be supported at the bottom by an installation adapter (7a, 7b) connected to the bottom of the water supply device (10).
[0093] The above-described installation adapters (7a, 7b) can be coupled with a raw water inlet (not shown). More precisely, the above-described installation adapters (7a, 7b) can be viewed as a type of coupler connecting the raw water inlet and the water supply device (10). Since the raw water supplied from the raw water inlet is delivered to the water supply device (10) through the installation adapters (7a, 7b), the above-described installation adapters (7a, 7b) can also be viewed as a part of the raw water inlet. At this time, the raw water inlet can be built into the interior of the installation surface (W). The above-described raw water inlet can constitute one end of a pipe connected to an external water source. The above-described raw water inlet can be coupled to one end of the above-described installation adapters (7a, 7b), and the other end of the above-described installation adapters (7a, 7b) can be coupled to the water supply device (10).
[0094] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, outlets (OH1, OH2, OH3) and a handle (165') of a filter (160) to be described later may be exposed at the bottom of the water supply device (10). A user may hold the handle (165') and detach and replace the filter unit (163) constituting the filter (160). In the present embodiment, the filter unit (163) may be mounted / detached in the vertical direction, and this structure will be described again below.

The plurality of outlets (OH1, OH2, OH3) may include a first outlet (OH1), a second outlet (OH2), and a third outlet (OH3). Separate hoses may be connected to the first outlet (OH1) and the second outlet (OH2). In the present embodiment, the first outlet (OH1) and the second outlet (OH2) are arranged adjacent to each other, but in another example, the first outlet (OH1) and the second outlet (OH2) may be spaced apart from each other.
[0096] The first outlet (OH1) and the second outlet (OH2) may be arranged at a position tilted toward the rear of the water supply device (10). Referring to FIG. 3, the first outlet (OH1) and the second outlet (OH2) may be arranged at a lower portion of the water supply device (10). That is, the first outlet (OH1) and the second outlet (OH2) may be arranged at a position close to the installation surface (W). In this way, when the hoses are connected to the first outlet (OH1) and the second outlet (OH2), the bending moment applied to the connection portion of the installation adapter (7a, 7b) and the flow guide pack (100) or the reinforcing plate (130) described below due to the weight of the hoses can be reduced.
[0097] In this embodiment, the first outlet (OH1) and the second outlet (OH2) can be opened in a second direction different from the first direction, which is the coupling direction of the first euro body (110) and the second euro body (120). The first direction is the same as the X-axis direction of Fig. 1, and the second direction may be a direction orthogonal to the first direction (the Z-axis direction of Fig. 1) or a direction extending obliquely from the direction orthogonal to the first direction.
[0098] The third outlet (OH3) above may be opened downward without being connected to a separate hose. Water discharged through the third outlet (OH3) may be discharged toward the floor. If a bathtub is placed below the third outlet (OH3), the third outlet (OH3) may become a lower outlet (25), and if a sink is placed, the third outlet (OH3) may become a sink outlet.
[0099] The handle (165') of the filter (160) described above may be exposed at the bottom of the water supply device (10). The handle (165') may protrude from the filter cover (165). The user may rotate the handle (165') to separate the filter unit (163) including the filter cover (165) from the water supply device (10) or to attach it to the water supply device (10).
[0100] Drawing reference numeral 75 represents an operation button (75). The operation button (75) may be used to operate a control device (not shown) located inside the water supply device (10). For example, the operation button (75) may be a reset switch. As another example, the operation button (75) may be a power switch for turning the display (70) on / off.
[0101] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, a rear cover (22) may be provided on the rear of the case (20). The rear cover (22) may shield the rear of the component mounting portion (23). The rear cover (22) may have a structure that protrudes toward the rear of the case (20). The rear cover (22) may be provided integrally on the rear of the case (20). The rear cover (22) may be provided with an inlet guide (22a) for connection with inlets (IH). The inlet guides (22a) may be configured as a pair for the introduction of hot and cold water. Reference numeral 22b denotes a hose passage hole through which the hose passes when extended, and reference numeral 22b' denotes a recessed portion recessed by the thickness of the hose.
[0102] The inlet connection port (118) can be exposed through the above-mentioned inlet guide (22a). The inlet connection port (118) can be viewed as a type of tube protruding from the euro guide pack (110). The inlets (IH1, IH2) can be opened through each of the pair of inlet connection ports (118).
[0103] The above inlet connector (118) is connected to the raw water inlet, so that the inlets (IH1, IH2) can receive raw water. At this time, the inlet connector (118) may be surrounded by a flange (136) and flange screw thread (138) of a reinforcing plate (130) to be described below. As shown in Fig. 4, the inlet connector (118) may be arranged to be concentric with the flange screw thread (138).
[0104] The above inlet connection port (118) is not directly connected to the installation adapter (7a, 7b), but the flange screw thread (138) of the reinforcing plate (130) may be connected to the installation adapter (7a, 7b). Therefore, the load due to the weight of the water supply device (10) may not be transmitted to the inlet connection port (118), but may be applied to the connection portion by the flange screw thread (138) and the installation adapter (7a, 7b). This structure will be described again below.
[0105] FIG. 5 illustrates an exploded view of components constituting the water supply device (10). As seen therein, the exterior and framework of the water supply device (10) may be formed by a case (20). The case (20) may have a component mounting portion (23) provided therein. The front of the component mounting portion (23) may be open, and the open portion (21) may be covered by a cover plate (30). In the present embodiment, the case (20) may be formed so that the left and right widths are longer than the height. The upper and lower surfaces of the case (20) may be a planar structure that is parallel to each other. The left and right sides of the case (20) may be curved. This shape of the case (20) is only one example, and may have various shapes. The case (20) may also be viewed as a water faucet body.
[0106] A lower outlet (25) may be provided at the lower portion of the above-mentioned component mounting portion (23). The lower outlet (25) may be connected to the third outlet (OH3). Water discharged through the third outlet (OH3) may fall downward through the lower outlet (25). The lower outlet (25) may be in the form of a long hole extending left and right.
[0107] A filter hole (26) may be opened at the bottom of the component mounting portion (23). The filter hole (26) may be formed by penetrating the bottom surface of the case (20). The filter hole (26) may be viewed as a hole through which the filter portion (163) described below is inserted and removed. The filter hole (26) may be formed in a circular shape at the lower right side of the component mounting portion (23). The shape of the filter hole (26) may have various shapes corresponding to the shape of the filter portion (163). Drawing reference numeral 27 indicates a hole through which the operation button (75) protrudes.
[0108] As shown in Fig. 5, a display (70), a flow guide pack (100), a temperature controller (140), a flow controller (150), a filter (160), a generator (170), and a water outlet selector (180) may be arranged inside the component mounting portion (23). Among the display (70), the flow guide pack (100), the temperature controller (140), the flow controller (150), the filter (160), the generator (170), and the water outlet selector (180), the display (70), the flow guide pack (100), and the generator (170) may not be exposed to the outside but may be stored in the component mounting portion (23). Some parts of the temperature controller (140), the flow controller (150), the filter (160), and the water outlet selector (180) may be exposed to the outside so that they may be manipulated or replaced.
[0109] The display (70) can provide various information to the user using the power generated from the generator (170). The display (70) may include a control device. The display (70) can display information such as the temperature of the discharged water, the flow rate, the usage period of the filter unit (163), the replacement time of the filter (160), and the currently selected discharge unit. The cover plate (30) is arranged in front of the display (70), but the cover plate (30) can transmit the light emitting unit of the display (70) forward. For this purpose, the entirety or a portion of the cover plate (30) may be made of a transparent or translucent material. When the display (70) is configured as a touch panel, the user may input an operation command by touching the surface of the cover plate (30).
[0110] Although not shown, the control device may include a communication module for communication. The communication module may include one or more of a Bluetooth communication module, a WiFi communication module, a Zigbee communication module, and an NFC communication module. The communication module may receive power through the generator (170).
[0111] The temperature controller (140), the flow controller (150), the filter (160), the generator (170), and the water outlet selector (180) may each be connected to the flow guide pack (100). Here, connection means that water can pass between the two components. In the present embodiment, except for the generator (170) and the water outlet selector (180), the components are not directly connected to each other, but may be indirectly connected through the flow guide pack (100). Accordingly, the flow path for the water flow can be exclusively taken care of by the flow guide pack (100), and the flow guide pack (100) can provide a flow path that is sufficiently wide and of a constant size therein. This structure will be described in detail again below.
[0112] Figures 6 and 7 illustrate the components arranged in the component mounting portion (23) in an exploded state. Figure 6 illustrates a view of the components as viewed from the front of the water supply device (10), and Figure 7 illustrates a view of the components as viewed from the rear of the water supply device (10). As can be seen, the flow guide pack (100) and the reinforcing plate (130) can be arranged at the rearmost position. The temperature controller (140), the flow controller (150), the filter (160), the generator (170), and the water outlet selector (180) can be arranged in front of the flow guide pack (100).
[0113] In this embodiment, the temperature controller (140), the flow controller (150), the filter (160), the generator (170), and the water outlet selector (180) may be arranged left-right or up-down. More precisely, the generator (170) and the water outlet selector (180) may be arranged vertically with different heights from each other. The temperature controller (140) and the flow controller (150) may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. The filter (160), the generator (170), and the water outlet selector (180) may be arranged between the temperature controller (140) and the flow controller (150). In this way, when the components except for the flow guide pack (100) are arranged left-right or up-down rather than front-to-back, the front-to-back length of the water supply device (10) can be minimized. As previously explained, if the front-rear length of the water supply device (10) is short, the bending moment applied to the installation adapter (7a, 7b) can be reduced.
[0114] The above-described flow guide pack (100) may have a plurality of flow paths (P) therein. These plurality of flow paths (P) may transfer or receive water to or from the temperature controller (140), the flow controller (150), the filter (160), the generator (170), and the water outlet selector (180). The flow guide pack (100) may be considered to be in charge of the water flow path. Of course, water also flows inside the temperature controller (140), the flow controller (150), the filter (160), the generator (170), and the water outlet selector (180), but the flow guide pack (100) may play a role in transferring water between the components.
[0115] The above-described flow guide pack (100) may be arranged closer to the installation adapter (7a, 7b), which is the raw water inlet, than to the component receiving portion (23) inside the case (20). In other words, the flow guide pack (100) may be arranged closer to the installation surface (W) than to the component receiving portion (23). It may also be considered that the flow guide pack (100) is arranged at a position farther from the cover plate (30) than the component receiving portion (23). When the flow guide pack (100) is arranged closer to the raw water inlet, the bending moment applied to the installation adapter (7a, 7b) by the weight of the flow guide pack (100) can be reduced.
[0116] The above-described flow guide pack (100) may be positioned further from the cover plate (30) than the temperature controller (140), the flow controller (150), the filter (160), the generator (170), and the water outlet selector (180). The flow guide pack (100) has a larger area than other components, and is heavier due to the added weight of the water flowing through the internal flow paths (P). When the flow guide pack (100) is positioned close to the installation surface (W), the bending moment applied to the installation adapter (7a, 7b) due to the weight of the flow guide pack (100) can be reduced.
[0117] In this embodiment, the flow guide pack (100) may be arranged closer to the installation surface (W) than the temperature controller (140), the flow controller (150), the filter (160), the generator (170), and the water outlet selector (180). An installation adapter (7a, 7b) for transmitting external water is installed on the installation surface (W). When the flow guide pack (100) is arranged closer to the installation surface (W), the path through which external water flows into the interior of the flow guide pack (100) can be shortened.
[0118] Before explaining the detailed structure of the above-described flow guide pack (100) and the flow paths (P), the reinforcing plate (130) will be examined. Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, a reinforcing plate (130) may be arranged at the rear of the flow guide pack (100). The reinforcing plate (130) may reinforce the strength of the flow guide pack (100). The flow guide pack (100) may be connected to the installation adapter (7a, 7b), which is a raw water inlet. However, a bending moment due to the weight of the water supply device (10) may be concentrated at the connection portion between the flow guide pack (100) and the installation adapter (7a, 7b). Accordingly, the flow guide pack (100) may be damaged or displaced from the installation position. The reinforcing plate (130) may prevent the flow guide pack (100) from being damaged or displaced.
[0119] The above reinforcing plate (130) may be placed at a joint where the euro guide pack (100) and the case (20) are joined to each other. Here, the joint means a portion where the euro guide pack (100) and the case (20) are in close contact with each other. In the present embodiment, the joint portion is a portion where the rear cover (22) of the case (20) and the first euro body (110) are in close contact with each other.
[0120] The above reinforcing plate (130) can be coupled to the above euro guide pack (100). The reinforcing plate (130) is made of a different material from the above euro guide pack (100), thereby increasing the durability of the above euro guide pack (100). For example, the reinforcing plate (130) can be made of a plate-shaped structure made of a metal material. As another example, the reinforcing plate (130) can be made of a reinforced plastic, such as carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP).
[0121] Specifically, the reinforcing plate (130) may have a flat plate structure. The reinforcing plate (130) may be made of a high-strength metal material. The reinforcing plate (130) may be in surface contact with the surface of the flow guide pack (100). The reinforcing plate (130) may be coupled to the first flow body (110) of the flow guide pack (100) while being in surface contact with the surface of the flow guide pack. The installation adapter (7a, 7b) may be coupled to the reinforcing plate (130). Accordingly, the installation adapter (7a, 7b) may not be directly coupled to the flow guide pack (100), but may be indirectly coupled through the reinforcing plate (130).
[0122] The above reinforcing plate (130) may be arranged in a direction parallel to the case (20) and the flow guide pack (100), respectively. As shown in FIG. 8, the reinforcing plate (130) may be erected parallel to the rear cover (22) of the case (20) and the first flow guide pack (110), respectively. When the reinforcing plate (130) is arranged in a direction parallel to the case (20) and the flow guide pack (100), the bonding area between the reinforcing plate (130) and the case (20) and the bonding area between the reinforcing plate (130) and the flow guide pack (100) may be widened. Through this, the strength reinforcement effect by the reinforcing plate (130) at the bonding portion may be enhanced.
[0123] Referring to Fig. 8, the reinforcing plate (130) can be placed inside the rear cover (22) of the case (20). The reinforcing plate (130) can be placed between the rear cover (22) and the flow guide pack (100). A first surface (Ca) of the reinforcing plate (130) can be in contact with the flow guide pack (100). A second surface (Cb) of the reinforcing plate (130) can be in contact with the rear cover (22). The load of the water supply device (10) concentrated on the flange screw thread (138) of the reinforcing plate (130) can be transmitted to the reinforcing plate (130). In addition, the load of the water supply device (10) can also be distributed to the rear cover (22) and the flow guide pack (100) that are in contact with the reinforcing plate (130).
[0124] As shown in Fig. 8, a mounting groove (Ka) may be sunk into the euro guide pack (100). The reinforcing plate (130) may be seated in the mounting groove (Ka). Accordingly, the reinforcing plate (130) may not move in the up, down, left, or right directions, and its position may be fixed. A relative mounting groove (not indicated by a drawing symbol) may also be sunk into the rear cover (22) at a position corresponding to the mounting groove (Ka).
[0125] The first surface (Ca) of the reinforcing plate (130) may be formed smaller than the rear surface of the flow guide pack (100). The reinforcing plate (130) may not protrude outwardly from the flow guide pack (100). Referring to Fig. 10, the reinforcing plate (130) may not protrude outwardly from the flow guide pack (100) in any direction, up, down, left, or right.
[0126] Referring to FIGS. 13 and 14, a pair of plate holes (131a, 131b) may be opened in the reinforcing plate (130). Among the pair of plate holes (131a, 131b), the first plate hole (131a) may be a portion through which cold water flows in. Among the pair of plate holes (131a, 131b), the second plate hole (131b) may be a portion through which hot water flows in. The first plate hole (131a) may be connected to the first adapter (7a) among the installation adapters (7a, 7b), and the second plate hole (131b) may be connected to the second adapter (7b) among the installation adapters (7a, 7b).
[0127] A flange fastening hole (132) may be provided around the plate hole (131a, 131b). The flange fastening hole (132) is a fastening hole for connection with a flange (136). When a fastening hole (not shown) passes through the flange fastening hole (132) and is fastened to the fastening groove (139) of the flange (136), the flange (136) may be fixed to the reinforcing plate (130). The flange (136) is for assembly with the installation adapter (7a, 7b), and may be provided with a flange screw thread (138) on its surface.
[0128] A service hole (133) may be opened in the above reinforcing plate (130). The service hole (133) is for maintenance of the water supply device (10). The service hole (133) may be connected to the through hole (119a) of the first flow body (110). After the service plug (B1) passes through the service hole (133), if it is fastened to the through hole (119a) of the first flow body (110), the service hole (133) and the through hole (119a) may be maintained in a normally closed state. When the service plug (B1) is removed and washing water or high-temperature steam is injected into the inside of the flow guide pack (100) through the service hole (133), the flow paths (P) and each component inside the flow guide pack (100) may be cleaned.
[0129] A body fastening hole (135) may be opened in the above reinforcing plate (130). The body fastening hole (135) is for coupling the reinforcing plate (130) and the first euro body (110). A fastening member (not shown) passing through the body fastening hole (135) may be assembled into a fixing hole (119b) of the first euro body (110). Accordingly, the reinforcing plate (130) may be coupled to the first euro body (110). The body fastening hole (135) may be arranged at an edge of the reinforcing plate (130).
[0130] In this embodiment, the reinforcing plate (130) may be stored together with the component mounting portion (23) while being coupled to the euro guide pack (100). At this time, the flange (136) of the reinforcing plate (130) may be exposed rearward through the inflow guide (22a) of the rear cover (22). The flange (136) may be provided with a flange screw thread (138). The flange screw thread (138) may protrude rearward through the inflow guide (22a). Fig. 8 illustrates the flange screw thread (138) protruding.
[0131] The nut portion (8a, 8b) of the installation adapter (7a, 7b) can be assembled to the flange screw thread (138) of the flange (136). In this way, raw water can be supplied into the interior of the flow guide pack (100) through the adapter inlet (7a', 7b') of the installation adapter (7a, 7b). That is, in the present embodiment, the raw water inlet, the installation adapter (7a, 7b), may not be directly coupled to the flow guide pack (100), but may be coupled to the reinforcing plate (130).
[0132] For reference, the adapter inlets (7a', 7b') of the above-described installation adapters (7a, 7b) can be connected to a raw water supply pipe (not shown) fixed to the above-described installation surface (W). Referring to FIG. 13, the above-described installation adapters (7a, 7b) will be briefly examined. The above-described installation adapters (7a, 7b) can be configured as a pair. Cold water can be supplied through the first adapter (7a) of the above-described installation adapters (7a, 7b). Hot water can be supplied through the second adapter (7b) of the above-described installation adapters (7a, 7b). The first adapter inlet (7a') of the first adapter (7a) can be opened, and the second adapter inlet (7b') of the second adapter (7b) can be opened. Therefore, the above installation adapter (7a, 7b) can be viewed as a raw water inlet connected to the raw water supply pipe.
[0133] Drawing symbol 8a denotes a first nut portion provided on the first adapter (7a), and drawing symbol 8b denotes a second nut portion provided on the second adapter (7b). In the present embodiment, the first adapter inlet (7a') and the first nut portion (8a) are not coaxial with each other but have an eccentric structure. The first adapter (7a) can be viewed as a type of eccentric coupler. This eccentric structure enables compensation for an error in the spacing between a pair of raw water supply pipes built into the installation surface (W). Drawing symbols 8a' and 8b' denote adapter holes respectively connected to the adapter inlets (7a' and 7b'). The adapter holes (8a' and 8b') can be connected to flange holes (137) penetrating the flange (136).
[0134] The above-described euro guide pack (100) can be erected at the rear of the component mounting portion (23). Here, erecting means that both ends of the euro guide pack (100) having a width greater than the thickness of the euro guide pack (100) based on the joining direction of the first euro body (110) and the second euro body (120) constituting the euro guide pack (100) are arranged in the vertical direction. In other words, it can be seen that both ends having the longest section among the edges of the joining surfaces where the first euro body (110) and the second euro body (120) are joined to each other are arranged in the vertical direction.
[0135] Referring to Fig. 9, the flow guide pack (100) can be installed at the rearmost portion of the water supply device (100). The temperature controller (140), the flow controller (150), the filter (160), the generator (170), and the water outlet selector (180) can be arranged so that all or part of them overlap the front of the flow guide pack (100) in the front-back direction. In this way, the temperature controller (140), the flow controller (150), the filter (160), the generator (170), and the water outlet selector (180) can be connected to the flow guide pack (100) at the portion where they overlap with the flow guide pack (100).
[0136] Referring to FIGS. 11 and 12, the euro guide pack (100) can be placed in the first region (T1) of the component mounting portion (23). The temperature controller (140), the flow controller (150), the filter (160), the generator (170), and the water outlet selector (180) can be placed in the second region (T2) of the component mounting portion (23). The first region (T1) and the second region (T2) are arbitrary divisions of the component mounting portion (23). Here, the second region (T2) can be provided at a position closer to the front surface of the case (20) than the first region (T1). Conversely, the first region (T1) can be provided closer to the installation surface (W) than the second region (T2). The above Euro Guide Pack 1 is placed in the first area (T1) and may not encroach on the second area (T2). This allows the component mounting portion (23) to be utilized efficiently.
[0137] Referring to FIGS. 13 and 14, the euro guide pack (100) may include a first euro body (110) and a second euro body (120). The first euro body (110) and the second euro body (120) may have shapes corresponding to each other. When the first euro body (110) and the second euro body (120) are combined with each other, they may have the same area so that neither one protrudes further outside the periphery. When the first euro body (110) and the second euro body (120) are combined, a plurality of euros (P) may be formed between them.
[0138] Referring to Fig. 13, the first flow path portions (Pa) may be provided in a sunken shape in the first flow path body (110). Referring to Fig. 14, the second flow path portions (Pb) may be provided in a sunken shape in the second flow path body (120). The first flow path portion (Pa) and the second flow path portion (Pb) may have corresponding shapes and positions. Referring to Fig. 8, the first flow path portion (Pa) and the second flow path portion (Pb) may form continuous flow paths (P) in the front-rear direction.
[0139] The above-mentioned flow paths (P) can form an independent path from the component mounting portion (23). Since the flow paths (P) are provided inside the flow guide pack (100), the flow paths (P) can be separated from the component mounting portion (23) to form an independent path.
[0140] The above-described plurality of paths (P) may be composed of independent individual paths (P). The individual paths (P) may (i) transmit water introduced through the inlet (IH) to each component, (ii) connect components, and (iii) discharge water passing through the components through the outlet (OH). The individual paths (P) may have independent paths. Here, independence may mean that each individual path (P) is not connected to each other but has a separate path.
[0141] The first euro body (110) and the second euro body (120) may be provided with a first contact portion (FA1) and a second contact portion (FA2) corresponding to each other, respectively. The first contact portion (FA1) may protrude from the surface of the first euro body (110) toward the second euro body (120). Conversely, the second contact portion (FA2) may protrude from the surface of the second euro body (120) toward the first euro body (110). The first contact portion (FA1) and the second contact portion (FA2) may be in close contact with each other to form the channels (P). When the first adhesion part (FA1) and the second adhesion part (FA2) are in close contact, the first adhesion part (FA1) and the second adhesion part (FA2) become a kind of wall that is continuous in the front-back direction, and the flow paths (P) can be created between the walls.
[0142] In the portion where the first euro body (110) and the second euro body (120) face each other, the flow paths (P) can be formed in the remaining portion except for the portion where the first contact portion (FA1) and the second contact portion (FA2) are in close contact. That is, since the first contact portion (FA1) and the second contact portion (FA2) form a kind of wall that is continuous in the front-back direction, the flow paths (P), which are empty spaces, can be formed in the remaining portion except for the portion where the first contact portion (FA1) and the second contact portion (FA2) are in close contact.
[0143] The first adhesion portion (FA1) and the second adhesion portion (FA2) may be fused to each other. Here, fusion means being fixed in a state of being in close contact with each other. The first adhesion portion (FA1) and the second adhesion portion (FA2) may be fused to each other by a vibration fusion, thermal fusion, or ultrasonic fusion method. The thermal fusion may be implemented by heating, softening, and melting the first euro body (110) and the second euro body (120) fixed to two jigs by pressing them with a hot plate heated to a temperature slightly higher than the melting temperature of the material, and then removing the hot plate when the fusion portion is sufficiently melted, pressing them together, and then cooling them until they are solidified to fuse them.
[0144] As another example, the first contact portion (FA1) and the second contact portion (FA2) may be joined by a bonding method. As another example, the first euro body (110) and the second euro body (120) may be joined to each other using a separate fastener such as a screw. In this case, the first contact portion (FA1) and the second contact portion (FA2) may be sealed using a sealing member made of rubber.
[0145] Referring to FIG. 13, the first euro body (110) constituting the euro guide pack (100) may be provided with an inlet (IH). The inlet (IH) is a part for supplying external raw water into the inside of the euros (P). Cold water and hot water may be supplied through the inlet (IH). In the present embodiment, the inlet (IH) includes a first inlet (IH) for introducing cold water and a second inlet (IH) for introducing hot water. As another example, only one inlet (IH) may be provided in the first euro body (110).
[0146] The inlet (IH) may be opened in the front-back direction in the first euro body (110). More precisely, the first euro body (110) and the second euro body (120) are coupled to each other in the first direction (front-back direction), and the inlet (IH) may also be opened in the first direction. In this case, the inlet (IH) may be provided to penetrate a wide portion of the first euro body (110), and the diameter of the inlet (IH) may be increased. When the diameter of the inlet (IH) is increased, external raw water may smoothly flow in through the inlet (IH). When the diameter of the inlet (IH) is small, the water pressure in the inlet (IH) increases, and there is a risk that cracks and water leakage may occur in the fusion portion between the first euro body (110) and the second euro body (120). In this embodiment, the water pressure can be reduced by also opening the inlet (IH) in the first direction.
[0147] The first euro body (110) may be equipped with an outlet (OH). The outlet (OH) may be a portion through which water passing through the euro guide pack (100) is discharged to the outside. Here, the outside refers to a space through which water is discharged through the outlet. A separate hose may be connected to the outlet (OH) to allow water to be discharged from a remote location.
[0148] In the present embodiment, the outlet (OH) may include a first outlet (OH1), a second outlet (OH2), and a third outlet (OH3). The first outlet (OH1) and the second outlet (OH2) are arranged adjacent to each other, but as another example, the first outlet (OH1) and the second outlet (OH2) may be spaced apart from each other.
[0149] As shown in Fig. 6, the first outlet (OH1) and the second outlet (OH2) may be arranged in the first euro body (110). On the other hand, the third outlet (OH3) may be arranged in the water outlet selector (180), not the first euro body (110). Referring to Fig. 15, the moving guide (191) constituting the water outlet selector (180) may be provided with a guide water outlet pipe (192) whose one end is inserted into the euro guide pack (100), and a third outlet (OH3) may be provided at the end of the guide water outlet pipe (192). As another example, the guide water outlet pipe (192) of the moving guide (191) may be omitted, and the third outlet (OH3) may be provided in the euro guide pack (100).
[0150] Referring to Fig. 14, the first euro body (110) may be provided with the through hole (119a). The service plug (B1) may be coupled to the through hole (119a). Fixing holes (119b) into which the fasteners are fastened may be arranged at the edge of the first euro body (110). Drawing reference numeral 119c indicates an additional fixing hole corresponding to the additional fastening hole of the reinforcing plate (130).
