Abstract

A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor may comprise a casing, a high / low pressure separation plate, a refrigerant suction pipe, a refrigerant discharge pipe, a drive motor, a main frame, an orbiting scroll, a non-orbiting scroll and a first suction guide, which is provided in the main frame so as to guide a suctioned refrigerant toward a compression chamber. Therefore, the suctioned refrigerant, which flows into a low pressure portion of the casing through the refrigerant suction pipe, is guided toward the compression chamber so that suction volume can be increased. At the same time, the suctioned refrigerant is prevented from moving toward the high / low pressure separation plate, and thus the suctioned refrigerant is restricted from coming in contact with the high / low pressure separation plate so that suction loss caused by the overheating of the suctioned refrigerant can be prevented.

Description

scroll compressor

[0001] The present invention relates to a scroll compressor, and more particularly to a scroll compressor having a suction guide inside a suction port.

[0002] A scroll compressor is a combination of an orbiting scroll and a non-orbiting scroll that are interlocked and combined, and the orbiting scroll rotates relative to the non-orbiting scroll to form a pair of compression chambers.

[0003] The compression chamber is formed on the periphery and consists of a suction pressure chamber into which suction refrigerant flows, an intermediate pressure chamber where the refrigerant is compressed as the volume continuously decreases toward the center from the suction pressure chamber, and a discharge pressure chamber connected to the center of the intermediate pressure chamber and into which the compressed refrigerant is discharged. Typically, the suction pressure chamber is connected to a suction port penetrating the side of the non-orbiting scroll, the intermediate pressure chamber is sealed, and the discharge pressure chamber is formed at a discharge port penetrating the plate portion of the non-orbiting scroll.

[0004] Scroll compressors can be classified into high-pressure scroll compressors and low-pressure scroll compressors depending on the path through which the refrigerant is sucked. In a high-pressure scroll compressor, the refrigerant suction pipe is directly connected to the suction pressure chamber, so that the refrigerant is guided directly to the suction pressure chamber without passing through the internal space of the casing. In a low-pressure scroll compressor, the internal space of the casing is separated into a low-pressure and a high-pressure section by a high- and low-pressure separator plate or a discharge plenum to which the refrigerant discharge port is connected, and the refrigerant suction pipe is connected to the low-pressure section, so that the low-temperature suction refrigerant passes through the internal space of the casing and is then guided to the suction pressure chamber.

[0005] The low-pressure scroll compressor disclosed in Patent Document 1 (Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2015-0126499) can improve compressor efficiency by cooling the drive motor installed in the low-pressure section as a portion of the suction refrigerant passes through the low-pressure section. However, the low-pressure scroll compressor has a problem in that the suction refrigerant comes into contact with the drive motor and is sucked into the compression chamber at an elevated temperature, which increases the specific volume in the suction pressure chamber, which can result in suction loss.

[0006] In addition, in the case of a low-pressure scroll compressor, the suction refrigerant that is in contact with the driving motor as well as the suction refrigerant that is not in contact with the driving motor may be heated by contact with the high-pressure separator plate (or discharge plenum) exposed to the high pressure section during the process of being sucked into the suction pressure chamber, or may be heated by radiant heat transmitted through the high-pressure separator plate (or discharge plenum), which may cause an increase in specific volume and result in suction loss.

[0007] Accordingly, a low-pressure scroll compressor has been proposed in which a suction conduit is provided in a low-pressure portion of a casing, as in Patent Document 2 (US Patent Publication No. US2016 / 0298885 A1) and Patent Document 3 (US Patent Publication No. US2020 / 0309124 A1). In Patent Documents 2 and 3, the suction conduit is provided between a refrigerant suction pipe and a suction port to guide refrigerant passing through the refrigerant suction pipe to a compression chamber. However, the inlet of the suction conduit is spaced apart from the refrigerant suction pipe to allow a portion of the refrigerant passing through the refrigerant suction pipe to flow into the low-pressure portion of the casing before being sucked into the compression chamber.

[0008] However, since the inlet of the suction pipe in Patent Document 2 and Patent Document 3 is formed to face the outlet of the refrigerant suction pipe, most of the refrigerant passing through the refrigerant suction pipe is sucked into the compression chamber through the suction pipe. As a result, the amount of refrigerant flowing into the low-pressure section of the casing may be significantly reduced or minimal, which may reduce the cooling effect of the drive motor. This may narrow the operating range due to overheating of the drive motor.

[0009] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a scroll compressor that can secure a suction volume of suction refrigerant that is sucked into a compression section through the internal space of a casing while suppressing overheating of a driving motor, thereby expanding the operating range.

[0010] Another object of the present invention is to provide a scroll compressor capable of cooling a drive motor using the suction refrigerant while reducing the specific volume of the suction refrigerant.

[0011] Another object of the present invention is to provide a scroll compressor capable of securing an appropriate amount of refrigerant directed to a driving motor while maximizing the suction area of the compression section.

[0012] Another object of the present invention is to provide a scroll compressor that can guide the suction refrigerant to be smoothly sucked into the compression section while suppressing oil from being mixed into the suction refrigerant.

[0013] Another object of the present invention is to provide a scroll compressor capable of lowering the oil mixing ratio of the suction refrigerant by securing an oil drainage passage separate from the suction passage of the suction refrigerant.

[0014] Another object of the present invention is to provide a scroll compressor capable of suppressing refrigerant sucked into a compression section from being heated by a high-low pressure separator.

[0015] In order to achieve the object of the present invention, a scroll compressor including a casing, a high-low pressure separator, a refrigerant suction pipe, a refrigerant discharge pipe, a driving motor, a main frame, an orbiting scroll, and a non-orbiting scroll can be provided. The high-low pressure separator can separate the internal space of the casing into a low-pressure portion and a high-pressure portion. The refrigerant suction pipe can pass through the casing and be connected to the low-pressure portion. The refrigerant discharge pipe can pass through the casing and be connected to the high-pressure portion. The driving motor can be provided in the low-pressure portion of the casing. The main frame can be provided on one side of the driving motor and fixed to the internal space of the casing. The orbiting scroll is axially supported by the main frame and can be coupled to a rotating shaft to perform an orbiting motion. The non-orbiting scroll can be engaged with the orbiting scroll to form a compression chamber, and a suction port can be formed to communicate with the compression chamber. The above main frame may be provided with a first suction guide that guides the refrigerant sucked into the low-pressure section toward the compression chamber. This guides the suction refrigerant flowing into the low-pressure section of the casing through the refrigerant suction pipe toward the compression chamber, thereby improving suction volume. Simultaneously, the suction refrigerant is prevented from moving toward the high- and low-pressure separator, thereby preventing the suction refrigerant from coming into contact with the high- and low-pressure separator, thereby preventing suction loss due to overheating of the suction refrigerant.

[0016] For example, the first suction guide may be provided with a first guide portion that guides the refrigerant sucked through the refrigerant suction pipe into the compression chamber. The first guide portion may overlap at least a portion of the refrigerant suction pipe in the radial direction and be spaced apart from the refrigerant suction pipe. Through this, a portion of the sucked refrigerant is guided toward the drive motor, thereby cooling the drive motor, thereby improving compressor efficiency and expanding the operating range of the compressor.

[0017] For example, the first guide section may be formed such that its circumferential center is positioned radially on the same line as the circumferential center of the refrigerant suction pipe. This allows the suction refrigerant sucked through the refrigerant suction pipe to be uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, thereby increasing the suction volume and improving motor efficiency.

[0018] Alternatively, the first guide section may be formed such that the first axial distance from the first end facing the non-orbiting scroll to the refrigerant suction pipe is greater than or equal to the second axial distance from the second end facing the drive motor to the refrigerant suction pipe. Through this, the amount of refrigerant directed to the compression chamber is greater than the amount of refrigerant directed to the drive motor, thereby allowing the drive motor to be appropriately cooled while also significantly increasing the suction volume.

[0019] As another example, the first suction guide may be provided with a first guide portion that guides the refrigerant sucked through the refrigerant suction pipe into the compression chamber. The first guide portion may include a first inlet surface, a first outlet surface, and a first guide surface. The first inlet surface may be spaced apart from the inner circumferential surface of the casing and may be radially opened toward the refrigerant discharge pipe. The first outlet surface may extend radially from an axial end of the first inlet surface and be axially opened toward the non-orbiting scroll. The first guide surface may be formed to connect the first inlet surface and the first outlet surface and be blocked radially and circumferentially toward the main frame. Through this, a large amount of suction refrigerant may be moved to the compression chamber along the first suction guide and sucked, while simultaneously blocking the suction refrigerant from moving toward a high-temperature, high-low-pressure separator plate, thereby greatly improving the suction volume.

[0020] For example, the cross-sectional area of the first inlet surface may be formed to be smaller than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the outlet end of the refrigerant suction pipe. Accordingly, a portion of the suction refrigerant sucked through the refrigerant suction pipe may move toward the drive motor through the gap between the refrigerant suction pipe and the first suction guide, thereby cooling the drive motor.

[0021] Specifically, the first inlet surface can be radially accommodated within the outlet end of the refrigerant suction pipe. This allows a large amount of suction refrigerant to be guided to the compression chamber via the first suction guide, while effectively blocking the suction refrigerant from moving toward the high-low pressure separator.

[0022] Alternatively, the center of the first inlet surface may be provided axially eccentrically toward the opposite side of the compression chamber with respect to the center of the outlet end of the refrigerant suction pipe. Through this, the gap between the refrigerant suction pipe and the first suction guide toward the compression chamber is formed to be greater than the gap toward the driving motor, so that a large amount of the suctioned refrigerant moves toward the compression chamber, thereby improving the compression efficiency.

[0023] Alternatively, the cross-sectional area of the first outlet surface may be formed to be greater than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the first inlet surface. This minimizes the flow resistance between the first inlet surface and the first outlet surface, thereby allowing the refrigerant flowing into the first suction guide to smoothly move toward the compression chamber.

[0024] Alternatively, the first guide surface may be formed as a curved or inclined surface with a wider circumferential spacing as it approaches the first inlet surface. Through this, the flow resistance on the first guide surface forming the inner surface of the first suction guide can be minimized.

[0025] As another example, the first suction guide may include a first guide portion and a first fixing portion. The first guide portion may guide refrigerant sucked through the refrigerant suction pipe to a compression chamber. The first fixing portion may extend from the first guide portion and be fixed to the main frame. The first fixing portion may be secured to the main frame and supported in the axial direction. Through this, the first suction guide may be stably supported in the axial direction on the main frame.

[0026] For example, the main frame may be formed with a plurality of frame fixing parts that extend radially and are fixed to the inner surface of the casing, and a guide fixing surface may be formed with a step between the plurality of frame fixing parts that face the refrigerant suction pipe. The first fixing part may be fixed in close contact with the guide fixing surface. Through this, the first suction guide may be firmly supported in the axial direction on the main frame.

[0027] Specifically, the circumferential ends of the first fixing member may be arranged to face each other in the circumferential direction toward the side of the frame fixing member. This allows the first suction guide to be firmly supported in the circumferential direction on the main frame, thereby minimizing assembly parts and assembly work.

[0028] In addition, the height of the first fixed portion may be formed higher than the main frame on which the first fixed portion is mounted. This prevents oil flowing between the main frame and the orbiting scroll from being blocked by the first fixed portion and flowing into the interior of the first guide portion, thereby increasing compression efficiency and reducing oil discharge.

[0029] Specifically, the main frame may be provided with an oil drainage passage extending between the axially opposite sides of the main frame. The oil drainage passage may extend from inside the inner surface of the first fixing portion in a direction toward the driving motor. This allows oil blocked in the first fixing portion to be quickly recovered to the oil storage space of the casing, thereby more effectively preventing oil from flowing into the interior of the first guide portion.

[0030] In addition, the first guide portion may be formed with a first outlet surface that is axially open toward the non-orbiting scroll. A blocking projection protruding to a preset height may be formed around the first outlet surface. Through this, the space between the main frame and the first suction guide can be blocked, effectively preventing oil flowing between the main frame and the orbiting scroll from flowing into the interior of the first suction guide.

[0031] In addition, the first fixed member may be fixed axially apart from the main frame. This allows an oil drainage passage to be formed between the main frame and the first suction guide, thereby more effectively preventing oil flowing between the main frame and the orbiting scroll from flowing into the interior of the first suction guide.

[0032] Specifically, the main frame may be formed with a plurality of frame fixing portions that extend radially and are fixed to the inner surface of the casing. A guide fixing surface may be formed with a step between the plurality of frame fixing portions facing the refrigerant suction pipe. A spacing portion may be extended from at least one of the guide fixing surface and one side of the first fixing portion that faces it in the axial direction so that the first fixing portion is spaced apart from the guide fixing surface by a preset height in the axial direction. Through this, an oil drainage passage is formed between the main frame and the first suction guide, and at the same time, the spacing portion can be easily manufactured and assembled as the spacing portion extends from the first suction guide.

[0033] More specifically, a fastening hole may be formed through the above-mentioned gap portion to fasten the first fixing member to the guide fixing surface. Through this, the end surface of the gap portion may be brought into close contact with the guide fixing surface, thereby more firmly fixing the first suction guide to the main frame.

[0034] In addition, the circumferential ends of the first fixing member may be arranged to face each other in the circumferential direction toward the side of the frame fixing member. The spacing projection may be formed at one end among the circumferential ends of the first fixing member. Through this, the first suction guide is stably fixed, and the shape of the first suction guide is simplified, so that the first suction guide can be easily manufactured and assembled, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.

[0035] Additionally, the first suction guide may be formed of a material having a lower thermal conductivity than the main frame. This effectively suppresses the heating of the suction refrigerant passing through the first suction guide, thereby reducing suction loss.

[0036] As another example, the main frame may be formed with a plurality of frame fixing members that extend radially and are fixed to the inner surface of the casing. The first suction guide may be formed as a single body extending between the plurality of frame fixing members facing the refrigerant suction pipe. This eliminates the need for separate manufacturing and assembly processes for the first suction guide, thereby reducing the assembly time for the scroll compressor.

[0037] For example, a blocking projection protruding axially by a preset height may be formed between the first suction guide and the frame fixing member. This effectively blocks the space between the main frame and the first suction guide, thereby preventing oil flowing between the main frame and the rotating scroll from flowing into the interior of the first suction guide.

[0038] In addition, an oil drainage passage may be formed between the first suction guide and the frame fixing member so as to penetrate between the axial sides of the main frame. This effectively blocks the passage between the main frame and the first suction guide, thereby preventing oil flowing between the main frame and the orbiting scroll from flowing into the interior of the first suction guide.

[0039] As another example, the non-orbiting scroll may be provided with a second suction guide that accommodates the suction port and extends radially toward the inner circumferential surface of the casing. At least a portion of the second suction guide may axially overlap the first suction guide. As a result, as the suction refrigerant passing through the refrigerant suction pipe and the first suction guide is guided to the compression chamber by the second suction guide, the suction refrigerant is prevented from being heated by the high-low pressure separator, thereby further improving the suction volume.

[0040] For example, the circumferential center of the second suction guide may be formed to be located on the same radius as the circumferential center of the first suction guide. This minimizes the flow resistance between the first and second suction guides, thereby further increasing the amount of refrigerant sucked into the compression chamber.

[0041] In addition, the circumferential length of the second suction guide may be formed to be greater than or equal to the circumferential length of the first suction guide. Through this, the flow resistance between the outlet of the first suction guide and the inlet of the second suction guide can be reduced, thereby further increasing the amount of refrigerant sucked into the compression chamber.

[0042] A scroll compressor according to the present invention may include a casing, a high-low pressure separator, a refrigerant suction pipe, a refrigerant discharge pipe, a driving motor, a main frame, an orbiting scroll, a non-orbiting scroll, and a first suction guide provided on the main frame to guide suction refrigerant toward a compression chamber. Through this, suction refrigerant flowing into a low pressure section of the casing through the refrigerant suction pipe can be guided toward the compression chamber, thereby improving suction volume. At the same time, by suppressing the suction refrigerant from moving toward the high-low pressure separator, the suction refrigerant can be suppressed from coming into contact with the high-low pressure separator, thereby preventing suction loss due to overheating of the suction refrigerant in advance.

[0043] A scroll compressor according to the present invention comprises a first guide portion for guiding suction refrigerant to a compression chamber, wherein the first guide portion overlaps at least a portion of a refrigerant suction pipe in a radial direction and can be spaced apart from the refrigerant suction pipe. This allows a portion of the suction refrigerant to be guided toward the drive motor, thereby cooling the drive motor, thereby improving compressor efficiency and expanding the operating range of the compressor.

[0044] A scroll compressor according to the present invention may include a first suction guide having a first guide portion, wherein the first guide portion may include a first inlet surface that is radially opened toward a refrigerant discharge pipe, a first outlet surface that is axially opened toward a non-orbiting scroll, and a first guide surface that is blocked in the radial and circumferential directions by connecting the first inlet surface and the first outlet surface. Through this, a large amount of suction refrigerant can be moved to a compression chamber along the first suction guide and sucked, while simultaneously blocking the suction refrigerant from moving toward a high-temperature, high-low-pressure separator plate, thereby greatly improving the suction volume.

[0045] A scroll compressor according to the present invention comprises a first suction guide including a first guide portion and a first fixing portion, wherein the first fixing portion is secured to a main frame and can be axially supported. As a result, the first suction guide can be stably supported in the axial direction by the main frame.

[0046] According to the present invention, a scroll compressor can be formed by extending a first suction guide as a single unit between a plurality of frame fixing members facing the refrigerant suction pipe. This eliminates the need for separate manufacturing and assembly processes for the first suction guide, thereby reducing the assembly time for the scroll compressor.

[0047] A scroll compressor according to the present invention further comprises a second suction guide that accommodates a suction port in a non-orbiting scroll and extends radially toward the inner circumferential surface of the casing, wherein at least a portion of the second suction guide may axially overlap with a first suction guide provided in a main frame. Through this, as the suction refrigerant passing through the refrigerant suction pipe and the first suction guide is guided to a compression chamber by the second suction guide, the suction refrigerant is prevented from being heated by the high-low pressure separator, thereby further improving the suction volume.

[0065] Hereinafter, a scroll compressor according to the present embodiment will be described in detail based on an embodiment illustrated in the attached drawings. As previously described, scroll compressors can be classified into high-pressure scroll compressors and low-pressure scroll compressors depending on the path through which refrigerant is sucked, and in the case of a low-pressure scroll compressor, the internal space of the casing is separated into a low-pressure part and a high-pressure part by a high-low pressure separator plate or a discharge plenum, so that a refrigerant suction pipe can be connected to the low-pressure part. Hereinafter, a low-pressure scroll compressor equipped with a high-low pressure separator plate will be described as an example.

[0066] In addition, scroll compressors can be divided into vertical scroll compressors, in which the rotation axis is arranged perpendicular to the ground, and horizontal scroll compressors, in which the rotation axis is arranged parallel to the ground. The following description will take the vertical scroll compressor as an example. Therefore, the upper side can be defined as the side opposite to the ground, and the lower side can be defined as the side facing the ground.

[0067] Fig. 1 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing the inside of a scroll compressor according to the present embodiment, and Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a part of the scroll compressor according to Fig. 1 in a broken state.

[0068] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, in a scroll compressor according to the present embodiment, a drive motor (120) is installed in the lower half of a casing (110), and a main frame (130), an orbiting scroll (140), a non-orbiting scroll (150), and a back pressure chamber assembly (160) are sequentially installed on the upper side of the drive motor (120). Typically, the drive motor (120) forms a power transmission unit, and the main frame (130), the orbiting scroll (140), the non-orbiting scroll (150), and the back pressure chamber assembly (160) form a compression unit. The power transmission unit is coupled to one end of a rotating shaft (125), and the compression unit is coupled to the other end of the rotating shaft (125). Accordingly, the compression unit is connected to the power transmission unit by the rotating shaft (125) and operates by the rotational force of the power transmission unit.

[0069] The casing (110) may include a cylindrical shell (111), an upper cap (112), and a lower cap (113).

[0070] The cylindrical shell (111) has a cylindrical shape with both upper and lower ends open, and the aforementioned driving motor (120) and main frame (130) are inserted and fixed to the inner surface. A terminal bracket (not shown) is coupled to the upper half of the cylindrical shell (111), and a terminal (not shown) for transmitting external power to the driving motor (120) is coupled through the terminal bracket. In addition, a refrigerant suction pipe (117), which will be described later, is coupled through the upper half of the cylindrical shell (111), for example, the upper side of the driving motor (120).

[0071] The upper cap (112) is coupled to cover the opened upper part of the cylindrical shell (111), and the lower cap (113) is coupled to cover the opened lower part of the cylindrical shell (111). Between the cylindrical shell (111) and the upper cap (112), the rim of a high-low pressure separation plate (115), which will be described later, can be inserted and welded together to the cylindrical shell (111) and the upper cap (112), and between the cylindrical shell (111) and the lower cap (113), the rim of a support bracket (116), which will be described later, can be inserted and welded together to the cylindrical shell (111) and the lower cap (113). Accordingly, the internal space of the casing (110) is sealed.

[0072] The rim of the high-low pressure separator (115) is welded to the casing (110) as described above, and the central portion of the high-low pressure separator (115) is bent so as to protrude toward the upper cap (112) and is placed on the upper side of the back pressure chamber assembly (160) to be described later. A refrigerant suction pipe (117) is connected to the lower side of the high-low pressure separator (115), and a refrigerant discharge pipe (118) is connected to the upper side. Accordingly, a low pressure portion (110a) forming a suction space is formed on the lower side of the high-low pressure separator (115), and a high pressure portion (110b) forming a discharge space is formed on the upper side.

[0073] In addition, the lower cap (113) forms an oil storage space (110c) together with the lower half of the cylindrical shell (111) forming the low-pressure portion (110a). In other words, the oil storage space (110c) is formed in the lower half of the low-pressure portion (110a), and the oil storage space (110c) forms a part of the low-pressure portion (110a).

[0074] Referring to Fig. 1, a driving motor (120) according to the present embodiment is provided in the lower half of a low-pressure portion (110a) and includes a stator (121) and a rotor (122). The stator (121) is fixed to the inner wall surface of a cylindrical shell (111) by hot pressing, and the rotor (122) is provided rotatably inside the stator (121).

[0075] The stator (121) includes a stator core (1211) and a stator coil (1212).

[0076] The stator core (1211) is formed in a cylindrical shape and is fixed to the inner surface of the cylindrical shell (111) by hot pressing. The stator coil (1212) is wound around the stator core (1211) and is electrically connected to an external power source through a terminal (not shown) that is connected through the casing (110).

[0077] The rotor (122) includes a rotor core (1221) and a permanent magnet (1222).

[0078] The rotor core (1221) is formed in a cylindrical shape and is rotatably inserted into the interior of the stator core (1211) at a predetermined gap interval. Permanent magnets (1222) are embedded in the interior of the rotor core (1222) at a predetermined gap interval along the circumference.

[0079] In addition, a rotation shaft (125) is coupled to the center of the rotor (122). The upper part of the rotation shaft (125) is rotatably inserted into a main frame (130) to be described later and supported in the radial direction, and the lower part of the rotation shaft (125) is rotatably inserted into a support bracket (116) and supported in the radial and axial directions.

[0080] An eccentric portion (1251) that is eccentrically coupled to a rotating scroll (140) to be described later is formed at the upper end of the rotating shaft (125), and an oil feeder (1252) for sucking up oil stored in the lower part of the casing (110) may be installed at the lower end of the rotating shaft (125). The rotating shaft (125) is formed with an oil supply hole (1253) that penetrates the inside in the axial direction.

[0081] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the main frame (130) according to the present embodiment is installed on the upper side of the driving motor (120) and is fixed by hot pressing or welding to the inner wall surface of the cylindrical shell (111).

[0082] The main frame (130) according to the present embodiment includes a main flange portion (131), a main bearing portion (132), a rotation space portion (133), a scroll support portion (134), an old ring receiving portion (135), and a frame fixing portion (136).

[0083] The main flange portion (131) is formed in an annular shape and is accommodated in the low pressure portion (110a) of the casing (110). The outer diameter of the main flange portion (131) is formed smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical shell (111), so that the outer surface of the main flange portion (131) is spaced apart from the inner surface of the cylindrical shell (111). However, a frame fixing portion (136), which will be described later, protrudes radially from the outer surface of the main flange portion (131), and the outer surface of the frame fixing portion (136) is fixedly attached to the inner surface of the casing (110). Accordingly, the frame (130) can be fixedly coupled to the casing (110).

[0084] The main bearing portion (132) is formed by protruding downward from the central lower surface of the main flange portion (131) toward the driving motor (120). The main bearing portion (132) is formed by a cylindrical shaft hole (132a) penetrating in the axial direction, and a main bearing (not shown) made of a bushing bearing is inserted into the inner circumferential surface of the shaft hole (132a) and fixedly connected. A rotation shaft (125) is inserted into the main bearing and supported in the radial direction.

[0085] The pivot space (133) is formed by recessing from the center of the main flange (131) toward the main bearing (132) to a preset depth and outer diameter. The pivot space (133) is formed to have a larger outer diameter than the rotation shaft coupling portion (143) provided in the pivot scroll (140) described later. Accordingly, the rotation shaft coupling portion (143) can be accommodated so as to be pivotable within the pivot space (133).

[0086] The scroll support member (134) is formed in a ring shape along the periphery of the pivot space member (133) on the upper surface of the main flange member (131). Accordingly, the scroll support member (134) can axially support the lower surface of the pivot plate member (141) described later.

[0087] The Oldham ring receiving portion (135) is formed in a ring shape along the outer circumference of the scroll support portion (134) on the upper surface of the main flange portion (131). Accordingly, the Oldham ring (170) can be inserted into the Oldham ring receiving portion (135) and rotatably received.

[0088] The frame fixing member (136) is formed by extending radially from the outer edge of the old ring receiving member (135). The frame fixing member (136) may extend in an annular shape or may extend as a plurality of protrusions spaced apart at predetermined intervals along the circumferential direction. In the present embodiment, an example in which the frame fixing member (136) is formed as a plurality of protrusions along the circumferential direction is illustrated.

[0089] As the frame fixing parts (136) are formed at predetermined intervals along the circumferential direction, a kind of suction guide space (S) is formed between the frame fixing parts (136). Accordingly, the refrigerant sucked into the low pressure part (110a) can be guided to the first suction guide (180) and the second suction guide (190), which will be described later, through the suction guide space (S) between the frame fixing parts (136).

[0090] The first suction guide (180) may be formed as a single body by being post-assembled and joined between the main frame (130), that is, the two frame fixing members (136), and the second suction guide (190) may be formed as a single body by being post-assembled and joined between the non-rotating scroll (150), that is, the two guide protrusions (153) to be described later. In this embodiment, an example is shown in which the first suction guide (180) is formed as a single body by being post-assembled and joined between the two frame fixing members (136), and the second suction guide (190) is formed as a single body by being formed between the two guide protrusions (153).

[0091] The first suction guide (180) and the second suction guide (190) may have open surfaces facing each other. For example, the first suction guide (180) may have an open upper surface facing the non-orbiting scroll (150), and the second suction guide (190) may have an open lower surface facing the main frame (130). Accordingly, the first suction guide (180) and the second suction guide (190) may be connected to each other, so that the first suction guide (180) and the second suction guide (190) may form a single refrigerant passage (not shown) even though they are respectively provided on different members. The first suction guide (180) and the second suction guide (190) will be described later.

[0092] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the orbiting scroll (140) according to the present embodiment is placed on the upper surface of the main frame (130). The orbiting scroll (140) is provided with an anti-rotation mechanism, an old ring (170), between the main frame (130) or between the non-orbiting scroll (150) described later, so that it performs an orbiting motion.

[0093] The rotary scroll (140) according to the present embodiment includes a rotary plate portion (141), a rotary wrap (142), and a rotary shaft coupling portion (143).

[0094] The pivot plate (141) is formed in a roughly circular shape.

[0095] The orbiting wrap (142) is formed in a spiral shape by protruding at a preset height from the upper surface of the orbiting plate (141) facing the non-orbiting scroll (150). The orbiting wrap (142) is formed corresponding to the non-orbiting wrap (154) of the non-orbiting scroll (150), which will be described later, so as to perform an orbiting motion by interlocking with the non-orbiting wrap (154). The orbiting wrap (142) forms a compression chamber (V) together with the non-orbiting wrap (154).

[0096] The compression chamber (V) is composed of a first compression chamber (V1) and a second compression chamber (V2) based on the non-rotating wrap (154) described later. For example, the first compression chamber (V1) is formed on the inner side of the non-rotating wrap (154), and the second compression chamber (V2) is formed on the outer side of the non-rotating wrap (154). The first compression chamber (V1) and the second compression chamber (V2) are formed in series with a suction pressure chamber (not symbolized), an intermediate pressure chamber (not symbolized), and a discharge pressure chamber (not symbolized), respectively.

[0097] The rotary shaft coupling portion (143) is formed to protrude from the lower surface of the pivot plate portion (141) toward the main frame (130). The rotary shaft coupling portion (143) is formed in a cylindrical shape, and an eccentric bearing (not shown) is inserted and coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the rotary shaft coupling portion (143).

[0098] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the non-orbiting scroll (150) according to the present embodiment is placed above the orbiting scroll (140). The non-orbiting scroll (150) may be fixedly coupled to the main frame (130) or may be coupled so as to be movable in the vertical direction. The present embodiment illustrates an example in which the non-orbiting scroll (150) is coupled so as to be movable in the axial direction with respect to the main frame (130).

[0099] A non-orbiting scroll (150) according to the present embodiment includes a non-orbiting plate portion (151), a non-orbiting side wall portion (152), a guide projection portion, and a non-orbiting wrap (154).

[0100] The non-rotating plate portion (151) is formed in a circular shape and is arranged transversely from the low pressure portion (110a) of the casing (110). A discharge port (151a), a bypass hole (151b), and a scroll side pressure hole (151c) are formed axially through the central portion of the non-rotating plate portion (151).

[0101] The discharge port (151a) is formed at a position where the discharge pressure chamber (not symbol) of the first compression chamber (V1) and the discharge pressure chamber (not symbol) of the second compression chamber (V2) are connected to each other, the bypass hole (151b) is formed to be connected to the first compression chamber (V1) and the second compression chamber (V2), and the scroll side back pressure hole (hereinafter, first back pressure hole) (151c) is formed spaced apart from the discharge port (151a) and the bypass hole (151b).

[0102] The non-rotating side wall portion (152) is formed in an annular shape by extending axially from the bottom edge of the non-rotating plate portion (151). An intake port (152a) is formed radially through one side of the outer circumferential surface of the non-rotating side wall portion (152). The intake port (152a) is formed to be located above the refrigerant suction pipe (117). In other words, the intake port (152a) can be formed at a height approximately equal to the wrap height of the non-rotating wrap (154). Accordingly, the area of the intake port (152a) can be formed as large as possible to increase the suction volume. The intake port (152a) will be described later together with the second suction guide (190).

[0103] The guide protrusion (153) is formed by extending radially from the outer surface of the non-rotating side wall (152). A plurality of guide protrusions (153) may be provided at predetermined intervals along the circumference, or a single guide protrusion may be provided. In this embodiment, an example in which there are multiple guide protrusions (153) is shown.

[0104] A second suction guide (190), which will be described later, may be formed between the guide protrusions (153), that is, between a plurality of guide protrusions (153) adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. For example, the second suction guide (190) may be formed by extending from the outer surface of the non-rotating side wall portion (152) and the side surfaces of both guide protrusions (153) extending therefrom. Accordingly, the second suction guide (190) may be understood as a suction guide protrusion forming a part of the main frame (130), but in this embodiment, it is defined and described as a second suction guide (190) so that it can be distinguished from the first suction guide (180) described later. The second suction guide (190) will be described again later together with the first suction guide (180).

[0105] The non-rotating wrap (154) is formed in a spiral shape and can be formed to correspond to the rotating wrap (142) so as to be interlocked with the rotating wrap (142). The description of the non-rotating wrap (154) is replaced with the description of the rotating wrap (142).

[0106] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the back pressure chamber assembly (160) is installed on the upper side of the non-orbiting scroll (150). Accordingly, the non-orbiting scroll (150) is pressed toward the orbiting scroll (140) by the back pressure force of the back pressure chamber (160a) (more precisely, the force exerted by the back pressure on the back pressure chamber), thereby sealing the compression chamber (V).

[0107] The back pressure chamber assembly (160) according to the present embodiment includes a back pressure plate (161) and a floating plate (165). The back pressure plate (161) is coupled to the upper surface of the non-rotating plate portion (151), and the floating plate (165) is slidably coupled to the back pressure plate (161) to form a back pressure chamber (160a) together with the back pressure plate (161).

[0108] The back pressure plate (161) includes a fixed plate portion (1611), a first annular wall portion (1612), and a second annular wall portion (1613).

[0109] The fixed plate (1611) is formed in the shape of a circular plate with a hollow center, and a plate-side back pressure hole (hereinafter, second back pressure hole) (1611a) penetrates axially therethrough. The second back pressure hole (1611a) is connected to the first back pressure hole (151c) and is connected to the back pressure chamber (160a). Accordingly, the second back pressure hole (1611a), together with the first back pressure hole (151c), connects the compression chamber (V) and the back pressure chamber (160a).

[0110] The first annular wall portion (1612) and the second annular wall portion (1613) are formed to surround the inner and outer surfaces of the fixed plate portion (1611) on the upper surface of the fixed plate portion (1611). The outer surface of the first annular wall portion (1612), the inner surface of the second annular wall portion (1613), the upper surface of the fixed plate portion (1611), and the lower surface of the floating plate (165) form an annular pressure relief chamber (160a).

[0111] A first annular wall portion (1612) is formed with an intermediate discharge port (1612a) that communicates with the discharge port (151a) of the non-orbiting scroll (150), and a valve guide groove (1612b) into which a check valve (hereinafter, discharge valve) (157) is slidably inserted is formed on the inside of the intermediate discharge port (1612a), and a backflow prevention hole (1612c) is formed at the center of the valve guide groove (1612b). Accordingly, the discharge valve (157) selectively opens and closes between the discharge port (151a) and the intermediate discharge port (1612a) to prevent the discharged refrigerant from flowing back into the compression chamber.

[0112] The floating plate (165) is formed in an annular shape and may be formed of a material lighter than the back pressure plate (161). Accordingly, the floating plate (165) moves axially with respect to the back pressure plate (161) according to the pressure of the back pressure chamber (160a) and is attached to and detached from the lower surface of the high-low pressure separation plate (115).

[0113] The scroll compressor according to the above embodiment operates as follows.

[0114] That is, when power is applied to the stator coil (1212) of the stator (121), the rotor (122) rotates together with the rotation shaft (125). Then, the orbiting scroll (140) coupled to the rotation shaft (125) performs a rotational movement with respect to the non-orbiting scroll (150), and two pairs of compression chambers (V) are formed between the orbiting wrap (142) and the non-orbiting wrap (154). The volume of these compression chambers (V) gradually decreases as they move from the outside to the inside according to the rotational movement of the orbiting scroll (140).

[0115] At this time, the refrigerant is sucked into the low pressure section (110a) of the casing (110) through the refrigerant suction pipe (117), and some of this refrigerant is directly sucked into each of the suction pressure chambers (not shown) forming the first compression chamber (V1) and the second compression chamber (V2), while the remainder first moves toward the driving motor (120) and is later sucked into the suction pressure chamber (not shown). This will be explained later.

[0116] Then, the refrigerant is compressed while moving along the movement path of the compression chamber (V), and a portion of the compressed refrigerant moves to the back pressure chamber (160a) through the first back pressure hole (151c) before reaching the discharge port (151a), while the refrigerant that has moved to the discharge pressure chamber pushes the discharge valve (157) and is discharged to the high pressure section (110b) through the discharge port (151a) and the intermediate discharge port (1612a), and the refrigerant fills the high pressure section (110b) and is discharged through the condenser of the refrigeration cycle through the refrigerant discharge pipe (118), repeating a series of processes.

[0117] Meanwhile, the refrigerant discharged to the high-pressure section (110b) becomes high-temperature and high-pressure. This high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant comes into contact with the upper cap (112) and the high-low pressure separator (115) forming the high-pressure section (110b), thereby heating the upper cap (112) and the high-low pressure separator (115). In particular, since the high-low pressure separator (115) serves to separate the internal space of the casing (110) into the low-pressure section (110a) and the high-pressure section (110b), the temperature of the high-low pressure separator (115) rises significantly during operation of the compressor due to the refrigerant discharged to the high-pressure section (110b).

[0118] When the temperature of the high-low pressure separator (115) rises, a portion of the suction refrigerant sucked into the low pressure section (110a) may come into contact with the high-low pressure separator (115) and receive conductive heat before being sucked into the compression chamber (V) or may be heated by radiant heat generated from the high-low pressure separator (115). Then, the specific volume of the suction refrigerant increases, and the amount of refrigerant sucked into the compression chamber (V) decreases, which may lower compressor efficiency.

[0119] Accordingly, in the present embodiment, a first suction guide (180) and a second suction guide (190) are provided between the inlet of the compression chamber (V), i.e., the refrigerant suction pipe (117) and the high-low pressure separator (115), so that the suction refrigerant can move quickly toward the suction port (152a) while simultaneously suppressing the suction refrigerant from being directly and / or indirectly heated by the high-low pressure separator (115). This suppresses an increase in the specific volume of the refrigerant sucked into the compression chamber (V), thereby increasing the amount of refrigerant sucked into the compression chamber (V), thereby improving compressor efficiency.

[0120] In addition, in the present embodiment, while providing the first suction guide (180) and the second suction guide (190), a portion of the suction refrigerant can be guided to move toward the drive motor (120). Accordingly, the suction refrigerant guided toward the drive motor (120) cools the drive motor (120), thereby suppressing overheating of the drive motor (120). Through this, the motor efficiency and / or compressor efficiency can be improved, while the drivable area (drivable band) can be prevented from being reduced due to overheating of the drive motor (120).

[0121] FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the first suction guide according to the present embodiment separated from the main frame, FIG. 4 is an assembled perspective view of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a plan view of FIG. 4, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line “Ⅸ-Ⅸ” of FIG. 5, FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing an example in which an oil drainage passage is added in FIG. 6, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing the flow state of suction refrigerant in a scroll compressor according to the present embodiment.

[0122] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 6, the first suction guide (180) according to the present embodiment is provided in the main frame (130) and can guide the refrigerant sucked into the low-pressure portion (110a) of the casing (110) to the compression chamber (V). For example, the first suction guide (180) may be assembled and connected to the main frame (130), or may be formed by extending as a single body to the main frame (130). This embodiment illustrates an example in which the first suction guide (180) is assembled and connected to the main frame (130) as described above. An example in which the first suction guide (180) is formed as a single body to the main frame (130) will be described later in another embodiment.

[0123] For example, the first suction guide (180) according to the present embodiment may include a first guide portion (181) and a first fixing portion (182). The first guide portion (181) is a portion that guides the refrigerant sucked through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) to the compression chamber (V), and the first fixing portion (182) is a portion that fixes the first guide portion (181) to the main frame (130). Accordingly, the first suction guide (180) can be firmly fixed to the main frame (130) while the first guide portion (181) is spaced apart from the casing (110), thereby smoothly guiding the refrigerant to the compression chamber (V).

[0124] In addition, the first suction guide (180) may be formed of the same material as the main frame (130) or may be formed of different materials. In the present embodiment, the first suction guide (180) may be formed of a different material from the main frame (130). For example, the main frame (130) may be formed of cast iron, while the first suction guide (180) may be formed of a material having a lower thermal conductivity coefficient than the main frame (130), such as an insulating plastic such as Teflon or an insulating metal. Accordingly, the suction refrigerant passing through the first suction guide (180) may be effectively suppressed from being heated, thereby reducing suction loss.

[0125] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the first guide portion (181) may be formed to be spaced apart from the inner surface of the casing (110), but to radially overlap at least a portion of the refrigerant suction pipe (117). In other words, the first guide portion (181) may be formed such that its circumferential center is positioned radially on the same line as the circumferential center of the refrigerant suction pipe (117). Accordingly, the circumferential center of the first guide portion (181) may be positioned on the same line as the longitudinal center of the refrigerant suction pipe (117). As a result, most of the refrigerant sucked through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) moves toward the compression chamber (V) and / or the drive motor (120) via the first guide portion (181).

[0126] In this case, the first guide part (181) may be formed so that the gap on the non-orbiting scroll (150) side is wider than or equal to the gap on the driving motor (120) side, for example, the gap on the non-orbiting scroll (150) side is wider than the gap on the driving motor (120) side. In other words, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the first guide part (181) may be formed so that the first axial gap (G1) from the first end facing the non-orbiting scroll (150) to the refrigerant suction pipe (117) is greater than or equal to the second axial gap (G2) from the second end facing the driving motor (120) to the refrigerant suction pipe (117). Accordingly, the amount of refrigerant directed to the compression chamber (V) becomes greater than the amount of refrigerant directed to the driving motor (120), so that the driving motor (120) can be appropriately cooled while significantly improving volumetric efficiency.

[0127] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 6, the first guide portion (181) may include a first inlet surface (181a), a first outlet surface (181b), and a first guide surface (181c). The first inlet surface (181a) is a surface forming the inlet of the first guide portion (181), the first outlet surface (181b) is a surface forming the outlet of the first guide portion (181), and the first guide surface (181c) is a surface guiding the refrigerant introduced into the interior of the first guide portion (181) through the first inlet surface (181a) toward the first outlet surface (181b). Accordingly, a portion of the refrigerant sucked into the low pressure portion (110a) of the casing (110) through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) flows into the first guide portion (181) through the first inlet surface (181a), and this refrigerant moves along the first guide surface (181c) and moves toward the second inlet surface (191b) of the second suction guide (190) to be described later through the first outlet surface (181b).

[0128] The first inlet surface (181a) may be formed to be spaced apart from the inner surface of the casing (110) and open radially toward the refrigerant suction pipe (117). In other words, the first inlet surface (181a) may face the outlet end (117a) of the refrigerant suction pipe (117), but may be formed as a convex curved surface along the inner surface of the casing (110). Accordingly, the gap between the inner surface of the casing (110) and the first inlet surface (181a) may be maintained constant along the circumferential direction. Through this, the refrigerant sucked into the low-pressure portion of the casing (110) through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) may smoothly flow into the interior of the first guide portion (181) through the first inlet surface (181a).

[0129] The cross-sectional area of the first inlet surface (181a) may be formed to be smaller than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the outlet end (117a) of the refrigerant suction pipe (117). For example, the first inlet surface (181a) may be formed in a semicircular cross-sectional shape in which the non-rotating scroll (150) side is cut off when projected in the radial direction, and the cross-sectional area of the first inlet surface (181a) may be formed to be smaller than the cross-sectional area of the outlet end (117a) of the refrigerant suction pipe (117). Accordingly, the entire first inlet surface (181a) is accommodated inside the outlet end (117a) of the refrigerant suction pipe (117), and the refrigerant sucked into the low pressure portion (110a) of the casing (110) through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) can be more smoothly introduced into the interior of the first guide portion (181) forming the first suction passage (180a) through the first inlet surface (181a).

[0130] In this case, as shown in Fig. 6, the radial center line (CL21) passing through the center of the first inlet surface (181a) may be provided axially eccentrically on the opposite side of the compression section, that is, toward the drive motor (120), with respect to the longitudinal center line (CL1) passing through the center of the outlet end (117a) of the refrigerant suction pipe (117). Accordingly, as the first axial gap (G1) described above is formed larger than the second axial gap (G2), a large amount of the suction refrigerant passing through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) moves to the opposite side of the drive motor (120), that is, toward the compression chamber (V), so that the compression efficiency can be improved.

[0131] The first outlet surface (181b) may be formed to extend radially from one axial end of the first inlet surface (181a) and open axially toward the non-orbiting scroll (150). In other words, the first outlet surface (181b) may be formed to open toward the second inlet surface (191a) of the second suction guide (190), which will be described later. Accordingly, the refrigerant flowing out of the first guide portion (181) through the first outlet surface (181b) moves smoothly toward the second guide portion (191), which will be described later.

[0132] The cross-sectional area of the first outlet surface (181b) may be formed to be greater than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the first inlet surface (181a), for example, the cross-sectional area of the first outlet surface (181b) may be formed to be equal to the cross-sectional area of the first inlet surface (181a). Accordingly, the flow resistance between the first inlet surface (181a) and the first outlet surface (181b) is minimized, and the refrigerant introduced into the interior of the first guide portion (181), i.e., the first suction passage (180a), can smoothly move toward the second suction guide (190).

[0133] The first outlet surface (181b) can be formed at the same height as the first fixing part (182) described later. In other words, the first outlet surface (181b) can be formed flat at the same height as the upper surface of the first fixing part (182). Accordingly, the shape between the first guide part (181) and the first fixing part (182) can be simplified and easily manufactured.

[0134] Referring to FIG. 6, when the first fixing member (182) is fixedly attached to and connected to the guide fixing surface (136a) of the main frame (130) to be described later, the first outlet surface (181b) can be formed to be higher by a preset height relative to the main frame (130) by the thickness of the first fixing member (182). In other words, the first outlet surface (181b) can be formed to be higher by a preset height difference (△H) than the Oldham ring receiving portion (135). Accordingly, even if a separate blocking projection (not shown) is not formed around the first outlet surface (181b), the first fixing member (182) functions as a kind of blocking projection (not shown), thereby suppressing oil between the main frame (130) and the orbiting scroll (140) from flowing into the first suction passage (180a) through the first outlet surface (181b). In this case, the oil blocked by the first fixing member (182) can flow out into the space between other surrounding frame fixing members (136) and be recovered into the oil storage space (110c).

[0135] In this case, as shown in Fig. 7, an oil drainage passage (180b) may be formed between the main frame (130) and the first suction guide (180), that is, in the main frame (130) that is not covered by the first fixing portion (182) of the first suction guide (180). The oil drainage passage (180b) may be formed to penetrate between one side forming the Oldham ring receiving portion (135) and the other axial side facing the driving motor (120). Accordingly, oil blocked by the first outlet surface (181b) of the first guide portion (181) and / or the inner surface of the first fixing portion (182) can be quickly recovered to the oil storage space (110c) through the oil drainage passage (180b).

[0136] The oil drainage passage (180b) may be formed to pass axially through the main flange portion (131) of the main frame (130) or to be formed at an angle. In the present embodiment, an example in which the oil drainage passage (180b) is formed axially is illustrated. Accordingly, the length of the oil drainage passage (180b) can be minimized, enabling rapid recovery of oil.

[0137] Meanwhile, the first guide surface (181c) may be formed to be blocked in the radial and circumferential directions toward the main frame (130) by connecting the first inlet surface (181a) and the first outlet surface (181b). In other words, it may be formed by connecting the circumferential sides of the first guide portion (181) and the inner side of the main frame (130) which is the side opposite the first inlet surface (181a), and the lower surface of the driving motor (120) which is the side opposite the first outlet surface (181b). Accordingly, the first guide surface (181c) forms a substantial inner surface of the first guide part (181), and the refrigerant introduced into the interior of the first guide part (181), i.e., the first suction passage (180a), through the first inlet surface (181a) can be smoothly guided toward the first outlet surface (181b) by the first guide surface (181c).

[0138] The first guide surface (181c) can be formed as a single curved surface, i.e., a spherical cross-section with an outer surface and an upper surface cut off. Accordingly, the flow resistance on the first guide surface (181c), which forms the inner surface of the first guide portion (181), can be minimized.

[0139] Although not shown in the drawing, the first guide surface (181c) may be formed as an inclined surface or a straight surface. When the first guide surface (181c) is formed as an inclined surface, the flow resistance inside the first guide part (181) can be reduced while also expanding the internal volume of the first guide part (181). In addition, when the first guide surface (181c) is formed as a straight surface, the internal volume of the first guide part (181), that is, the volume of the first suction passage (180a), can be further expanded, so that more refrigerant can smoothly flow into the compression chamber (V).

[0140] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 6, the first fixing member (182) according to the present embodiment can extend laterally from the first guide member (181) so as to be axially fixed to the main frame (130). In other words, as described above, the main frame (130) has a guide fixing surface (136a) formed in a stepwise manner between a plurality of frame fixing members (136) facing the refrigerant suction pipe (117) among the plurality of frame fixing members (136), and the first fixing member (182) can be fixed to the guide fixing surface (136a) in the axial and radial directions. Accordingly, the first fixing member (182), i.e., the first suction guide (180), can be stably fixed to the main frame (130).

[0141] In this case, the first fixing member (182) can be fixed in close contact with the guide fixing surface (136a) of the main frame (130). Accordingly, the first fixing member (182) can be fixed stably in close contact with the main frame (130) in the radial and axial directions.

[0142] Specifically, the first fixing part (182) may extend in the circumferential direction from both circumferential side surfaces of the first guide part (181) and may be axially supported by the guide fixing surface (136a) and circumferentially supported by the side surfaces of the frame fixing part (136). In other words, the first fixing part (182) may be axially supported by having its lower surface seated on the guide fixing surface (136a), and both circumferential ends of the first fixing part (182) may be in close contact with or nearly in close contact with the side surfaces of the frame fixing part (136) located on both sides of the first suction guide (180) and may be supported in the circumferential direction. Accordingly, the first suction guide (180) may be fixed to the main frame (130) in a state where the inner surface of the first fixing part (182) is radially spaced from the outer surface of the scroll support part (134).

[0143] In addition, the first fixing member (182) may be fastened to the guide fixing surface (136a) using a separate fastening member (185) such as a bolt or rivet, or may be fixed by bonding using an adhesive. This embodiment shows an example in which the first fixing member (182) is fastened to the guide fixing surface (136a) using a bolt. In this case, the first suction guide (180) including the first fixing member (182) may be formed of a different material from the main frame (130), for example, an insulating material. Accordingly, the first suction guide (180) can suppress heat from being transferred to the first suction guide (180) through the casing (110) as well as the main frame (130), thereby suppressing an increase in the specific volume of the suction refrigerant.

[0144] In this case, a fastening hole (182b) may be formed in the first fixing member (182) to correspond to a fastening groove (136b) provided in the guide fixing surface (136a) and penetrate in the axial direction. Accordingly, the first suction guide (180) may be fastened to the main frame (130) by a bolt or rivet, etc.

[0145] For example, the fastening hole (182b) may be formed at each of the two ends of the first fixing member (182), or may be formed at only one end. The present embodiment illustrates an example in which the fastening hole (182b) is formed at only one end of the first fixing member (182). In this case, as described above, since both ends of the first fixing member (182) are inserted between the two frame fixing members (136) and supported in the axial direction as well as the circumferential direction, the first suction guide (180) can be stably fixed with only one fastening member (185).

[0146] Meanwhile, the second suction guide (190) according to the present embodiment may be formed as a single body on the non-orbiting scroll (150) or may be combined with the non-orbiting scroll (150) through post-assembly. The present embodiment illustrates an example in which the second suction guide (190) is formed as a single body on the non-orbiting scroll (150).

[0147] Referring back to FIGS. 1 and 2, the second suction guide (190) according to the present embodiment surrounds the periphery of the suction port (152a) and simultaneously protrudes radially toward the inner surface of the casing (110). Accordingly, the second suction guide (190) is positioned between the outlet end (117a) of the refrigerant suction pipe (117) and the high-low pressure separator (115) together with the first suction guide (180), thereby blocking the refrigerant sucked through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) from moving toward the high-low pressure separator (115).

[0148] In other words, a plurality of guide protrusions (153) extending in the radial direction are formed on the non-rotating side wall portion (152) of the non-rotating scroll (150), and the second suction guide (190) may be formed by connecting the plurality of guide protrusions (153) or by protruding (or recessing) axially from one guide protrusion (153) toward the high-low pressure separation plate (115). This embodiment illustrates an example in which the second suction guide (190) is formed by protruding (or recessing) from one guide protrusion (153) toward the high-low pressure separation plate (115). Accordingly, the second suction guide (190) may be formed with a second inlet surface (191a) that is open toward the main frame (130), a second outlet surface (191b) that is open toward the suction port (152a), and a second guide surface (191c) that is closed toward the high-low pressure separator (115). Through this, the refrigerant sucked into the low pressure section (110a) through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) can be prevented from contacting the high-low pressure separator (115), and at the same time, the refrigerant sucked into the compression chamber (V) through the second suction guide (190) can be prevented from being overheated by the non-rotating scroll (150).

[0149] Specifically, the second suction guide (190) includes a second guide portion (191) that is connected to the first guide portion (181) of the first suction guide (180), and a second suction passage (190a) that is connected to the first suction passage (180a) of the first suction guide (180) may be formed inside the second guide portion (191). Accordingly, the refrigerant sucked into the low pressure portion (110a) through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) may be sucked into the compression chamber (V) through the first suction passage (180a) and the second suction passage (190a).

[0150] The second guide portion (191) may include a second inlet surface (191a), a second outlet surface (191b), and a second guide surface (191c). In other words, the second guide portion (191) is formed in a roughly hexahedral hollow box shape as a whole, but the second inlet surface (191a) is open on the lower side, the second outlet surface (191b) is open on one circumferential side, and the second guide surface (191c) may be formed in a closed shape by connecting the remaining side and the upper side. Accordingly, the second guide portion (191) may be open on the lower side and one side to form a refrigerant passage together with the first guide portion (181).

[0151] The second inlet surface (191a) may overlap at least a portion of the first outlet surface (181b) in the axial direction. In other words, the circumferential center of the second inlet surface (191a) forming the inlet of the second suction guide (190) may be formed to be positioned at the same radius and / or on the same axis as the circumferential center of the first outlet surface (181b) forming the outlet of the first suction guide (180). This embodiment illustrates an example in which the circumferential center (Oc2) of the second suction guide (more precisely, the second inlet surface) (190) is formed to be positioned at the same radius as the circumferential center (Oc1) of the first suction guide (more precisely, the first outlet surface) (180), as shown in FIG. 5. In other words, the second radial center line (CL22) passing through the circumferential center (Oc2) of the second suction guide (190) can be formed to be positioned on the same line as the first radial center line (CL21) passing through the circumferential center (Oc1) of the first suction guide (180). Accordingly, the flow resistance between the first suction guide (180) and the second suction guide (190) can be minimized, thereby further increasing the amount of refrigerant sucked into the compression chamber.

[0152] In addition, the circumferential length of the second inlet surface (191a) may be formed to be greater than or equal to the circumferential length of the first outlet surface (181b). In other words, the circumferential length (L2) of the second suction guide (190) may be formed to be greater than or equal to the circumferential length (L1) of the first suction guide (180), for example, the circumferential length (L2) of the second suction guide (190) may be formed to be greater than the circumferential length (L1) of the first suction guide (180). Accordingly, the flow resistance between the outlet of the first suction guide (180) and the inlet of the second suction guide (190) is lowered, so that the refrigerant passing through the first suction guide (180) can be more smoothly introduced into the second suction guide (190).

[0153] Although not shown in the drawing, the interior of the second suction guide (190), that is, the interior of the second guide portion (191), may further include a guide member (not shown) made of an insulating material or a material having a lower thermal conductivity coefficient than the non-rotating scroll (150). In this case, the heating of the suction refrigerant passing through the second suction guide (190) can be more effectively suppressed, thereby reducing suction loss.

[0154] In addition, although not shown in the drawing, the second suction guide (190) may be post-assembled to the non-orbiting scroll (150) using a fastening member (not shown) such as a bolt or rivet. In this case, the second suction guide (190) may be made of a different material from the non-orbiting scroll (150). For example, the non-orbiting scroll (150) may be formed of cast iron, while the second suction guide (190) may be formed of a material having a lower thermal conductivity than the non-orbiting scroll (150), such as an insulating plastic such as Teflon or an insulating metal. In this case as well, the suction loss can be reduced by more effectively suppressing the heating of the suction refrigerant passing through the second suction guide (190).

[0155] As described above, the main frame (130) is provided with a first suction guide (180) and the non-rotating scroll (150) is provided with a second suction guide (190) and are connected to each other, so that a portion of the suction refrigerant sucked into the low pressure portion (110a) of the casing (110) through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) moves smoothly to the compression chamber (V) through the first suction guide (180) and the second suction guide (190). At this time, since the first suction guide (180) is positioned in the longitudinal direction of the refrigerant suction pipe (117), the suction refrigerant moves more smoothly to the compression chamber.

[0156] In other words, referring to FIG. 8, a portion of the suction refrigerant flows into the first suction passage (180a) through the first inlet surface (181a) of the first suction guide (180), and a portion of this suction refrigerant moves along the first guide surface (181c) toward the first outlet surface (181b) and then moves toward the second suction guide (190) through the first outlet surface (181b).

[0157] Then, a portion of the suction refrigerant flows into the second suction passage (190a) through the second inlet surface (191a) of the second suction guide (190) facing the first outlet surface (181b), and a portion of the suction refrigerant moves toward the second outlet surface (191b) along the second guide surface (191c).

[0158] Then, a portion of the suction refrigerant is guided to the suction port (152a) through the second outlet surface (191b) and sucked into the compression chamber (V). Accordingly, most of the suction refrigerant sucked into the low-pressure portion (110a) of the casing (110) through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) is guided to the compression chamber (V) by the first suction guide (180) and the second suction guide (190), thereby improving volumetric efficiency.

[0159] In addition, the suction refrigerant sucked into the compression chamber (V) is separated from the high-low pressure separator (115) by the second suction guide (190), so that the suction refrigerant is prevented from coming into contact with the high-low pressure separator (115). Then, the volumetric efficiency of the suction refrigerant can be further improved as the suction refrigerant is prevented from being heated by conduction heat when coming into contact with the high-low pressure separator (115) before being sucked into the compression chamber (V) or by being heated by radiant heat around the high-low pressure separator (115).

[0160] Meanwhile, another portion of the suction refrigerant moves toward the drive motor (120) through the gap between the refrigerant suction pipe (117) and the first suction guide (180), that is, the gap between the outlet end (117a) of the refrigerant suction pipe (117) and the first suction guide (180), which is spaced apart by the second axial distance (G2).

[0161] At this time, since the first inlet surface (181a) of the first suction guide (180) is formed smaller than the outlet end (117a) of the refrigerant suction pipe (117) when projected in the radial direction, a sufficient gap is created between the first suction guide (180) and the outlet end (117a) of the refrigerant suction pipe (117), and a portion of the suctioned refrigerant moves toward the driving motor (120) through this gap.

[0162] Then, a portion of the suction refrigerant moving toward the drive motor (120) circulates through the low pressure portion (110a) of the casing (110) and comes into contact with the drive motor (120), cools the drive motor (120), and then rises again and is sucked into the compression chamber (V) through the second suction guide (190). Accordingly, the drive motor (120) is cooled by the suction refrigerant, suppressing overheating and allowing the operating range of the compressor to expand.

[0163] Meanwhile, there are other embodiments of the suction guide as follows.

[0164] That is, in the above-described embodiment, the first guide portion and the first fixing portion are formed at the same height, but in some cases, a blocking portion may be formed between the first guide portion and the first fixing portion.

[0165] Fig. 9 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of the first suction guide in isolation, Fig. 10 is a plan view showing the first suction guide in Fig. 9 assembled, and Fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line “Ⅹ-Ⅹ” of Fig. 10.

[0166] Referring back to FIGS. 1 and 2, the basic configuration and the resulting operational effects of the scroll compressor according to the present embodiment are the same as those of the aforementioned embodiment, and therefore, a description thereof will be provided instead of the aforementioned embodiment. In other words, in the scroll compressor according to the present embodiment, the main frame (130) is provided with a first suction guide (180), and the non-orbiting scroll (150) is provided with a second suction guide (190), and the first suction guide (180) may have a first inlet surface (181a), a first outlet surface (181b), and a first guide surface (181c), and the second suction guide (190) may have a second inlet surface (191a), a second outlet surface (191b), and a second guide surface (191c). In this case, since the first inlet surface (181a) is positioned so as to be approximately on the same line in the radial direction as the outlet end (117a) of the refrigerant suction pipe (117), most of the suction refrigerant sucked through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) moves to the compression chamber (V) through the first suction guide (180), while the remaining portion of the suction refrigerant moves toward the drive motor (120) through the gap between the refrigerant suction pipe (117) and the first suction guide (180). This increases the amount of refrigerant sucked into the compression chamber (V) and simultaneously suppresses the refrigerant sucked into the compression chamber (V) from contacting the high-low pressure separator (115), thereby improving the suction volume. At the same time, the drive motor (120) is cooled by the suction refrigerant moving toward the drive motor (120), so that the operating range of the compressor can be expanded in various ways.

[0167] However, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, in the present embodiment, a blocking projection (181d) protruding in the axial direction by a preset height (H1) may be formed between the first guide portion (181) and the first fixing portion (182) of the first suction guide (180), for example, around the first outlet surface (181b).

[0168] The blocking projection (181d) may be formed higher than the upper surface of the first fixing portion (182), i.e., the upper surface of the old ring receiving portion (135). Accordingly, the oil between the main frame (130) and the rotating scroll (140) can be more effectively prevented from flowing into the first suction passage (180a) through the first outlet surface (181b) by being blocked by the blocking projection (181d) higher than the first fixing portion (182).

[0169] In addition, the blocking projection (181d) may be formed in an arc shape along the first outlet surface (181b). In other words, the blocking projection (181d) may be formed to encompass the entire first outlet surface (181b) by crossing the two corners where the first inlet surface (181a) and the first outlet surface (181b) meet. Accordingly, the blocking projection (181d) may block the entire first outlet surface (181b) while simultaneously guiding the oil to flow out along the blocking projection (181d) to the outer periphery of the main frame (130). This may minimize the oil from flowing into the first suction passage (180a).

[0170] Meanwhile, another embodiment of the suction guide is as follows.

[0171] That is, in the embodiments described above, the first suction guide is tightly coupled to the main frame, but in some cases, a drainage passage may be formed between the first suction guide and the main frame.

[0172] Fig. 12 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of the first suction guide in isolation, Fig. 13 is a plan view showing the first suction guide in Fig. 12 assembled, and Fig. 14 is a cross-sectional view taken along line "XI-XI" of Fig. 13.

[0173] Referring back to FIGS. 1 and 2, the basic configuration and the resulting operational effects of the scroll compressor according to the present embodiment are the same as those of the aforementioned embodiment, and therefore, a description thereof will be provided instead of the aforementioned embodiment. In other words, in the scroll compressor according to the present embodiment, the main frame (130) is provided with a first suction guide (180), and the non-orbiting scroll (150) is provided with a second suction guide (190), and the first suction guide (180) may have a first inlet surface (181a), a first outlet surface (181b), and a first guide surface (181c), and the second suction guide (190) may have a second inlet surface, a second outlet surface, and a second guide surface, respectively. In this case, since the first inlet surface (181a) is positioned so as to be approximately on the same line in the radial direction as the outlet end of the refrigerant suction pipe (117), most of the suction refrigerant sucked through the refrigerant suction pipe (117) moves to the compression chamber through the first suction guide (180), while the remaining portion of the suction refrigerant moves toward the drive motor (120) through the gap between the refrigerant suction pipe (117) and the first suction guide (180).

[0174] However, as shown in FIGS. 12 to 14, in the present embodiment, the first suction guide (180) may be assembled with a predetermined distance from the main frame (130). In other words, between one side (the lower side in the drawing) of the first fixing part (182) forming part of the first suction guide (180) and the guide fixing surface (136a) of the main frame (130) facing it in the axial direction and / or between the main surface (the inner surface in the drawing) of the first fixing part (182) forming part of the first suction guide (180) and the outer surface of the scroll support part facing it, an oil drainage passage (180b) may be formed. Accordingly, the oil sucked through the rotating shaft (125) may be suppressed from being swept away by the suction refrigerant and flowing into the compression chamber (V), thereby increasing the compression efficiency.

[0175] As shown in Fig. 14, in the main frame (130), a guide fixing surface (136a) is formed between a plurality of frame fixing parts (136) facing the refrigerant suction pipe (117) as described above, and on one side (the lower side in the drawing) of the first fixing part (182) axially facing the guide fixing surface (136a), a spaced-off protrusion (182a) may extend as a single body toward the guide fixing surface (136a). In other words, on one side (the lower side in the drawing) of the first fixing part (182), the first fixing part (182) may be formed to protrude toward the guide fixing surface (136a) so as to be spaced apart from the guide fixing surface (136a) by a predetermined height in the axial direction. Accordingly, when the first fixing part (182) of the first suction guide (180) is fixed on the guide fixing surface (136a), the first fixing part (182) is spaced apart from the guide fixing surface (136a) by the height (H2) of the spacing projection (182a), and through this, the previously described oil drainage passage (180b) can be formed between the first suction guide (180) and the main frame (130).

[0176] In addition, since the spacing projection (182a) extends as a single body from one side of the first suction guide (180), i.e., the first fixing portion (182), the spacing projection (182a) can be easily manufactured and assembled. In this case, a fastening hole (182b) for fastening the first suction guide (180) to the main frame (130) can be formed through the spacing projection (182a). Accordingly, as the end surface of the spacing projection (182a) comes into close contact with the guide fixing surface (136a), the first suction guide (180) can be more firmly fixed to the main frame (130).

[0177] Also, in this case, the spacing projections (182a) may be formed at both circumferential ends of the first fixing part (182), or may be formed at only one end. This embodiment shows an example in which the spacing projections (182a) are formed at only one circumferential end of the first fixing part (182). Even in this case, as described above, since both circumferential side surfaces of the first fixing part (182) are in close contact with or close to the circumferential side surfaces of the frame fixing part (136) facing it in the circumferential direction, even if the spacing projections (182a) are formed at only one circumferential side of the first fixing part (182), the first suction guide (180) can be smoothly supported. Through this, by simplifying the shape of the first suction guide (180), the first suction guide (180) can be easily manufactured and assembled, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.

[0178] Although not shown in the drawing, the separation projection (182a) may not be extended as a single body from the first suction guide (180), but may be formed by inserting a separate component. In this case, the cross-sectional area of the separation projection (182a) can be minimized, thereby securing a wider area for the drainage passage (180b).

[0179] As described above, when the spacing projection (182a) of the first fixing member (182) extends toward the guide fixing surface (136a), an oil drainage passage (180b) is formed between the first suction guide (180) and the main frame (130) by the spacing projection (182a). Then, the oil sucked into the rotation space (133) of the main frame (130) through the oil passage (1253) of the rotating shaft (125) flows over the scroll support (134) between the main frame (130) and the rotation scroll (140), and even if the oil moves toward the refrigerant suction pipe (117), that is, toward the first suction guide (180), the oil can be prevented from flowing into the interior of the first suction guide (180). Then, it is possible to prevent oil between the main frame (130) and the rotating scroll (140) from flowing into the first suction guide (180) and flowing into the compression chamber (V) through the second suction guide (190) together with the suction refrigerant. This prevents excessive suction of oil into the compression chamber (V), thereby increasing the compression efficiency.

[0180] Although not shown in the drawing, a blocking projection (not shown) having a preset height in the axial direction along the inner circumference of the first outlet surface (181b) may be formed at the center of the first fixing member (182), i.e., at the portion in contact with the first outlet surface (181b). Since the blocking projection is the same as the embodiment of FIG. 9, the description thereof will be replaced with the description of the embodiment of FIG. 9 described above. In this case, even if the amount of oil flowing between the main frame (130) and the orbiting scroll (140) increases due to the separation projection (182a) being low or passing over the scroll support member (134), the oil is blocked by the blocking projection (not shown) and at the same time quickly bypassed through the drainage passage (180b) formed by the separation projection (182a), thereby more effectively suppressing the oil from flowing into the interior of the first suction guide (180).

[0181] In addition, although not illustrated in the drawing, the gap protrusion (182a) may be formed on the guide fixing surface (136a) facing the lower surface of the first fixing portion (182). In this case, as in the previously described embodiment, an oil drainage passage (180b) is formed between the guide fixing surface (136a) of the main frame (130) and the first fixing portion (182) of the first suction guide (180), thereby preventing oil that has flowed between the main frame (130) and the orbiting scroll (140) over the scroll support portion (134) from flowing into the interior of the first suction guide (180).

[0182] In addition, in this case, a fastening hole (182b) or a fastening groove (not shown) for fastening the first suction guide (180) may be formed inside the spacing projection (182a). Accordingly, the end surface of the spacing projection (182a) is brought into close contact with the lower surface of the first fixing member (182), so that the first suction guide (180) can be more firmly fixed to the main frame (130).

[0183] In addition, although not shown in the drawing, a support protrusion (not shown) may be formed on at least one of the outer surface of the main frame (130) and the inner surface of the first suction guide (180) radially facing it so that the first fixing member (182) is radially spaced apart from the outer surface of the main frame (130) by a preset interval. In other words, the support protrusion (not shown) may extend radially on the outer surface of the scroll support member (134) and / or the inner surface of the first fixing member (182). Accordingly, the inner surface of the first fixing member (182) can be maintained radially spaced apart from the outer surface of the scroll support member (134) by the support protrusion (not shown). Through this, even if both circumferential ends of the first fixing member (182) are not circumferentially restrained by the frame fixing member (136) of the main frame (130), the entrance of the drainage passage (180b) can be secured.

[0184] Meanwhile, there are other embodiments of the suction guide as follows.

[0185] That is, in the above-described embodiment, the first suction guide is assembled to the main frame, but in some cases, the first suction guide may be formed as a single body on the main frame.

[0186] Fig. 15 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of the first suction guide, Fig. 16 is a plan view showing the assembled first suction guide of Fig. 15, and Fig. 17 is a cross-sectional view taken along line “XII-XII” of Fig. 16.

[0187] Referring back to FIGS.

[0188] However, as shown in FIGS. 15 to 17, in the present embodiment, the first suction guide (180) may be formed by extending as a single body from the main frame (130). In this case, the first suction guide (180) may also be extended as a single body from the same position as in the above-described embodiments, for example, between a plurality of frame fixing parts (136) adjacent in the circumferential direction. Accordingly, a separate assembly process for the first suction guide (180) can be eliminated, thereby reducing the assembly man-hours for the scroll compressor.

[0189] In addition, even in this case, an oil drainage passage (180b) may be formed between the main frame (130) and the first suction guide (180). For example, the oil drainage passage (180b) may be formed as an oil drainage hole penetrating between the outer circumference of the main flange portion (131) adjacent to the first inlet surface (181a) of the first suction guide (180) and the old ring receiving portion (135) adjacent to the first outlet surface (181b) of the first suction guide (180) among the main frame (130). Accordingly, oil flowing into the space between the main frame (130) and the orbiting scroll (140) through the scroll support portion (134) in the orbiting space portion (133) can be recovered to the oil storage space (110c) of the casing through the oil drainage passage (180b) as in the embodiments described above.

[0190] In addition, in this case, a blocking projection (181d) may be formed along the first outlet surface (181b) to block oil flowing between the main frame (130) and the orbiting scroll (140) from flowing into the interior of the first suction guide (180), i.e., the first suction passage (180a), around the first outlet surface (181b). Accordingly, oil flowing between the main frame (130) and the orbiting scroll (140) through the scroll support portion (134) in the orbiting space portion (133) is blocked by the blocking projection (181d), so that it does not flow into the interior of the first suction guide (180), but can quickly move toward the drain passage (180b).
