Abstract
Description
Product dispenser and container with the same Technical Field
[0001] The present application relates to a container for containing liquid or semi-liquid products, and more particularly to an improvement to the structure of a product dispenser on the container. Background Art
[0002] In industries such as daily chemical products, pharmaceuticals, and food, containers for liquid or semi-liquid products are often equipped with product dispensers, such as pumps and nozzles, to dispense the liquid or semi-liquid product. During the product dispensing process, as the amount of product in the container decreases, negative pressure is generated within the container. This negative pressure causes the container to deflate, making it difficult to dispense the product. To address this issue, product dispensers are equipped with balancing pores or channels. These allow air from outside the container to be replenished while the product is dispensed, preventing the container from deflation.
[0003] However, this method of air replenishment also presents some problems. One of these issues is that the air replenished into the container is air from the surrounding environment, which may contain microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses. These microorganisms enter the container and come into contact with the liquid or semi-liquid product inside, multiplying rapidly, which can negatively impact the product's properties. To inhibit the growth of microorganisms, additives such as preservatives and antibacterial agents are added to the product. However, these additives can irritate human skin or mucous membranes, causing discomfort and even damage to the skin and other organs. Furthermore, such additives should not be added to products such as medicines and foods.
[0004] Therefore, there is a need to further improve the structure of the container with the product dispenser to overcome the above-mentioned problems.
[0005] Summary of the Invention
[0006] This application is made to solve the technical problems existing in the prior art. The purpose of this application is to provide a container with a product dispenser having an improved structure, which can replenish the negative pressure generated in the container after the product is dispensed from the container, while preventing microorganisms, pollutants, etc. in the air from coming into contact with the product and contaminating the product.
[0007] The present application discloses a product dispenser, which is mounted on a container and is used to dispense a liquid or semi-liquid product from the container. The product dispenser includes an air replenishment bladder having at least one opening. The at least one opening communicates with the exterior of the container to receive ambient air from outside the container, or communicates with the interior of the container to replenish air inside the container, thereby compensating for negative pressure generated within the container.
[0008] In the product dispenser of the above structure, a gas replenishing bag is provided. The gas replenishing bag can be pre-filled with clean gas, such as clean air or nitrogen, and the pre-filled gas can be replenished into the container during the product dispensing process. Alternatively, the gas replenishing bag can be placed in the container and filled with gas used to compensate for negative pressure during the product dispensing process. In this way, the gas that comes into contact with the product can be ensured to be clean, or the gas used to compensate for negative pressure can be isolated from the product, thereby preventing contamination of the product.
[0009] In one embodiment, the gas replenishing bag is pre-filled with gas, and at least one opening of the gas replenishing bag is connected to the interior of the container. When the product is dispensed from the container, gas is replenished from the gas replenishing bag into the container. The pre-filled gas is clean gas and will not contaminate the product.
[0010] More specifically, the product dispenser is a push-type product dispenser, and has a pressure head, a socket and a cylinder. A piston rod is connected below the pressure head, and a piston is provided on the piston. A sealing fit is formed between the piston and the inner wall of the cylinder.
[0011] For this type of product dispenser, the air filling bag can be arranged in the space formed by the pressure head and the dental braces. When the pressure head is pressed to distribute the product outwards, the air filling bag is also pressed, so that the gas pre-filled in the air filling bag can be added to the container.
[0012] Furthermore, a balancing air hole is formed on the side wall of the cylinder, and the balancing air hole is communicated with at least one opening of the air compensation bag.
[0013] Preferably, a piston can be used as the opening and closing structure of the balancing air hole. Specifically, the piston is configured so that when the product dispenser is not pressed, the piston is located at the balancing air hole, closing the balancing air hole. When the product dispenser is pressed to dispense the product, the piston moves downward and away from the balancing air hole, thereby opening the balancing air hole.
[0014] Alternatively, the cylinder is mounted with a cylinder plug having a balancing air hole disposed therein, the balancing air hole being in communication with at least one opening of the air refill bag. A one-way air inlet valve is mounted on the balancing air hole as an opening and closing mechanism for the balancing air hole. The one-way air inlet valve is configured to allow gas in the air refill bag to flow into the container but prevent gas from flowing back from the container into the air refill bag.
[0015] In another specific structure, the air-replenishing bag is arranged outside the container, wherein a container opening is opened on the container, the container opening is connected to at least one opening of the air-replenishing bag, and a one-way valve is arranged in the container opening, which is configured to allow the gas in the air-replenishing bag to flow into the container, but prevent the flow from the container toward the air-replenishing bag.
[0016] In another specific structure, the air-replenishing bag is arranged inside the container and is connected to the outside of the container via a balancing air hole formed on the product dispenser, so that when the product is dispensed from the container to the outside and a negative pressure is generated in the container, the external air can flow into the air-replenishing bag through the balancing air hole.
[0017] More specifically, the product dispenser is a push-type product dispenser and has a pressure head, a brace and a cylinder. A piston rod is connected below the pressure head, and a piston is provided on the piston. A seal is formed between the piston and the inner wall of the cylinder, wherein the balancing air hole is provided on the side wall of the cylinder or on the brace.
[0018] Alternatively, the product dispenser includes a drip nozzle and a dispenser body, the dispenser body is arranged inside the drip nozzle, the air replenishing bag is connected to the dispenser body, and at least one opening of the air replenishing bag is communicated with the inner cavity of the dispenser body.
[0019] For the product dispenser in the form of a drip nozzle, a first through hole is formed on the side wall of the drip nozzle, and a second through hole is formed on the side wall of the dispenser body. The second through hole is aligned with the first through hole and extends into the inner cavity of the dispenser body.
[0020] Preferably, the product dispenser further comprises an air inlet valve, which is configured to allow external air to enter the air-replenishing bag and prevent the gas in the air-replenishing bag from flowing out.
[0021] In one implementation, the air intake valve is arranged in the inner cavity of the distributor body, wherein the air intake valve includes a mounting portion and an elastic valve sheet, the mounting portion is installed in the inner cavity of the distributor body, and the elastic valve sheet is arranged between the air replenishing bag and the inner cavity of the distributor body.
[0022] Alternatively, in another embodiment, the air-replenishing bag includes a mounting member for mounting the air-replenishing bag on the distributor body, and the air inlet valve is formed on the mounting member. The air inlet valve includes a valve plate connected to the mounting member via at least one elastic strip. When the mounting member is mounted on the distributor body, the valve plate of the air inlet valve can be biased against an inlet from the air-replenishing bag into an inner cavity of the distributor body. The elastic strip can be one or more, for example, three.
[0023] In addition, the product dispenser is a hand-button type dispenser, and the air replenishing bag of the product dispenser is connected to the bottom of the product dispenser and is located in the container.
[0024] Regarding the air-replenishing balloon, its balloon body may be radially retractable, axially retractable, or both radially and axially retractable.
[0025] The present application also relates to a container comprising a product dispenser as described above. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0134] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the drawings illustrate only preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not limit the scope of the present invention. Those skilled in the art may make various obvious modifications, variations, and equivalent substitutions to the present invention based on the embodiments shown in the drawings. Furthermore, the technical features of the different embodiments described below may be arbitrarily combined with each other, provided that no contradiction exists. All of these combinations fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
[0135] <First embodiment>
[0136] 1 and 2 show a container 10 having a product dispenser 100 according to a first embodiment of the present application, wherein FIG. 1 shows the product dispenser 100 in a non-pressed standby state, and FIG. 2 shows the product dispenser 100 in a state after being used.
[0137] The product dispenser 100 includes a ram 110 and a threaded sleeve 120. The ram 110 is movable up and down relative to the threaded sleeve 120 along the axis of the product dispenser 100. The ram 110 is fixedly mounted to the container 10, for example, by means of a threaded fit. A piston rod 140 is connected below the ram 110 and is movable along the axis of the ram 110. The product dispenser 100 also includes a cylinder 150, to which the threaded sleeve 120 is fixedly connected. Preferably, a cylinder plug 151 is also mounted on the cylinder 150.
[0138] A piston 141 is provided on the piston rod 140 , and the piston 141 is located in the cylinder 150 , and a sealing fit is formed between the piston 141 and the inner wall of the cylinder 150 , so that the product in the cylinder 150 can be dispensed through the movement of the piston 141 in the cylinder 150 .
[0139] In the first embodiment, the product dispenser 100 further includes an air bladder 130 located in the space formed by the mating engagement of the pressure head 110 and the mouthpiece 120. The air bladder 130 is pre-filled with a gas, such as clean air or an inert gas like nitrogen. The air bladder 130 has two openings: a first opening 131 and a second opening 132. The first opening 131 seals around the piston rod 140, while the second opening 132 is connected to the mouthpiece 120 and communicates with the interior of the container 10.
[0140] A balancing air hole 152 extending through the side wall of the cylinder 150 is formed on the side wall of the cylinder 150 . The air filling bag 130 is connected to the balancing air hole 152 through the gap between the piston rod 140 and the cylinder plug 151 and the cylinder 150 , and further connected to the interior of the container 10 .
[0141] Preferably, piston 141 can function as an opening and closing mechanism for balancing air hole 152. In the upper standby state shown in FIG1 , piston 141 is located at balancing air hole 152, closing balancing air hole 152. When pressure head 110 is pressed downward, causing piston 141 to move to the position shown in FIG2 , piston 141 moves away from balancing air hole 152, thereby opening balancing air hole 152. At this time, the gas in air filling bag 130 can enter container 10 through the gap between piston rod 140, cylinder 150, and cylinder plug 151, thereby compensating for the negative pressure generated by the dispensed product.
[0142] Preferably, the volume of gas pre-stored in the gas-filling bag 130 is substantially the same as the volume of the product in the container 10. Thus, after the product in the container 10 is completely dispensed, the gas in the gas-filling bag 130 also completely enters the container 10, and the gas-filling bag 130 is in the deflated state shown in FIG.
[0143] Further preferably, in the standby state shown in FIG. 1 , the upper ring of the piston 141 cooperates with the lower end of the cylinder plug 151 to further seal the piston.
[0144] Preferably, a shut-off valve 112 (or liquid outlet one-way valve) is also provided in the pressure head 110. The shut-off valve 112 is configured to allow the product to be dispensed from the container 10 through the nozzle opening 111 via the product dispenser 100, but to prevent external air from returning to the product dispenser 100 and entering the container 10.
[0145] In the aforementioned product dispenser 100, the air-replenishing bag 130 can be manufactured in various ways, such as by injection molding, blow molding, injection-blow molding, gas-assisted molding, or by using films, bags, etc. Furthermore, the air-replenishing bag 130 can be made of various materials known in the art. Preferably, to enhance the barrier effect of the air-replenishing bag 130, a multi-layer structure and / or composite materials can be used to form the air-replenishing bag 130.
[0146] The operating principle of the structure of the first embodiment will be described below with reference to Figures 1 and 2:
[0147] In the standby state shown in FIG. 1 , the air filling bag 130 is filled with pre-filled gas, and the balancing air hole 152 is closed by the piston 141 .
[0148] In the state shown in Figure 2, pressing down on the ram 110 causes the piston rod 140 and the piston 141 thereon to move downward, and the product in the cylinder 150 is conveyed out under pressure. Simultaneously, the piston 141 moves away from the balancing air hole 152, opening the balancing air hole 152, allowing the gas in the air-filling bag 130 to enter the container 10, compensating for the negative pressure generated therein.
[0149] <Second embodiment>
[0150] Figures 3 and 4 illustrate a second embodiment of the present application, in which a product dispenser 200 is mounted on a container 10. Unless otherwise specified or conflicting, the specific structures described above with respect to the first embodiment also apply to the second embodiment. The structures of the second embodiment that differ from the first embodiment will be described in detail below.
[0151] As shown in Figure 3, a product dispenser 200 is mounted on the container 10. The product dispenser 200 includes a pressure head 210 and a toothed sleeve 220, and a piston rod 240 is connected to the pressure head 210. An air filling bag 230 is provided around the piston rod 240 in the space formed by the pressure head 210 and the toothed sleeve 220.
[0152] The air filling bag 230 has an opening 231 at one end (the lower end shown in the figure), which is connected to the cylinder plug 251 of the product dispenser 200. In addition, the cylinder plug 251 is provided with a balancing air hole 252, which is connected to the internal space of the container 10, for example, through the gap between the socket 220 and the cylinder plug 251.
[0153] Preferably, a one-way air inlet valve 253 is further provided on the cylinder plug 251 , which allows the gas in the air-replenishing bag 230 to flow into the container 10 , but prevents the product in the container 10 from flowing into the air-replenishing bag 230 .
[0154] In one specific configuration, the one-way air inlet valve 253 is a thin elastic sheet disposed below the opening 231. When the pressure head 210 is pressed, the air filling bag 230 is pressurized. The pressure of the gas pre-filled in the air filling bag 230 causes the one-way air inlet valve 253 to deform, thereby opening the balancing air hole 252 and allowing the gas in the air filling bag 230 to flow into the container 10. When the pressure applied to the pressure head 210 is removed, the one-way air inlet valve 253 abuts against the balancing air hole 252, closing it.
[0155] Similar to the first embodiment, the volume of gas pre-filled in the gas replenishing bag 230 is preferably the same as the volume of the product in the container 10 .
[0156] <Third embodiment>
[0157] Figures 5 and 6 illustrate a third embodiment of the present application, in which a product dispenser 300 is mounted on a container 10. Unless otherwise specified or conflicting, the specific structures described above with respect to the first and second embodiments also apply to the third embodiment. The structures of the third embodiment that differ from the first and second embodiments will be described in detail below.
[0158] As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 , a product dispenser 300 is installed on the container 10 of the third embodiment. Specifically, the product dispenser 300 is installed on the first container opening 11 of the container 10 . For example, the first container opening 11 is formed on the top of the container 10 .
[0159] The product dispenser 300 includes a gas replenishing bag 330 pre-filled with a gas, such as clean air, nitrogen, or other inert gas. The container 10 is provided with a second container opening 12, to which the gas replenishing bag 330 is connected. The second container opening 12 is formed, for example, at the bottom of the container 10 as shown in the figure. A one-way valve 331 is provided at the connection between the gas replenishing bag 330 and the second container opening 12. This one-way valve 331 is configured to allow gas in the gas replenishing bag 330 to enter the container 10 but prevent the product in the container 10 from flowing into the gas replenishing bag 330.
[0160] Preferably, an airbag shell 13 is further included. The airbag shell 13 is arranged around the air-replenishing bag 330 and is connected to the container 10 , so as to protect the air-replenishing bag 330 .
[0161] When the product in the container 10 is dispensed through the product dispenser 300 , the pressure in the container 10 drops, generating negative pressure. Under the action of the negative pressure, the one-way valve 331 opens, and the gas in the air replenishment bag 330 is replenished into the container 10 .
[0162] In the structure shown in the figure, the air-replenishing bag 330 is connected to the bottom of the container 10. Alternatively, the air-replenishing bag 330 may be connected to other locations on the container 10. For example, if the container 10 has a square or rectangular cross-section, the second container opening 12 may be provided on the side of the container 10, and the air-replenishing bag 330 and the air-replenishing bag housing 13 for the air-replenishing bag 330 may be connected to the side of the container 10.
[0163] Furthermore, in addition to the push-type product dispenser shown in the figure, other types of product dispensers may also be used.
[0164] <Fourth embodiment>
[0165] Figures 7 and 8 illustrate a fourth embodiment of the present application, in which a product dispenser 400 is mounted on a container 10. Unless otherwise specified or conflicting, the specific structures described above with respect to the first to third embodiments also apply to the fourth embodiment. The structures of the fourth embodiment that differ from the first to third embodiments will be described in detail below.
[0166] In the fourth embodiment, a product dispenser 400 is mounted on the container 10. The product dispenser 400 includes a pressure head 410 and a threaded sleeve 420. The threaded sleeve 420 is fixedly connected to a cylinder 450, on which a cylinder plug 451 is provided.
[0167] The product dispenser 400 further includes an air-replenishing bag 430, the open end of which is fixedly mounted below the mouthpiece 420. For example, in the exemplary structure shown in the figure, one side of the open end of the air-replenishing bag 430 is sandwiched between the mouthpiece 420 and the opening of the container 10, and the other side is fixedly connected to the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder 450, or fixed to the lower portion of the mouthpiece 420.
[0168] A balancing air hole 421 is formed on the mouthpiece 420, and the balancing air hole 421 leads to the interior of the air compensation bag 430. In this way, when the product in the container 10 is dispensed and a negative pressure is generated in the container 10, external air can enter the air compensation bag 430 through the balancing air hole 421, thereby compensating for the negative pressure in the container 10.
[0169] As external air enters the air-replenishing bag 430 , the air-replenishing bag 430 isolates the air from the product inside the container 10 , thereby preventing contamination of the product by external air while compensating for the negative pressure generated in the container 10 by dispensing the product.
[0170] Preferably, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, a cylinder plug 451 can serve as an opening and closing mechanism for opening and closing the balancing air hole 421. Specifically, the cylinder plug 451 has an outer flange configured to cover the balancing air hole 421. Furthermore, a balancing air passage 452 is formed on the outer flange of the cylinder plug 451, for example, a groove is formed at the bottom of the outer flange, which connects the cylinder plug 451 to the outside. The cylinder plug 451 is configured to rotate relative to the cylinder 450 and the socket 420, so that the balancing air passage 452 can be aligned and offset with the balancing air hole 421.
[0171] When the cylinder plug 451 is rotated to a position where the balancing air passage 452 is aligned with the balancing air hole 421, product dispensing can be performed. As the product is dispensed from the container 10, external air can flow into the air-replenishing bag 430 to compensate for the negative pressure generated. When product dispensing is not required, the cylinder plug 451 can be rotated to a position where the balancing air passage 452 is offset from the balancing air hole 421. In this case, external air will not enter the air-replenishing bag 430.
[0172] <Fifth embodiment>
[0173] Figures 9 and 10 illustrate a fifth embodiment of the present application, in which a product dispenser 500 is mounted on a container 10. Unless otherwise specified or conflicting, the specific structures described above with respect to the first to fourth embodiments also apply to the fifth embodiment. The structures of the fifth embodiment that differ from the first to fourth embodiments will be described in detail below.
[0174] In the fifth embodiment, a product dispenser 500 is mounted on a container 10. The product dispenser 500 includes a pressure head 510, a threaded sleeve 520, a piston rod 540, and a cylinder 550. A piston 541 is mounted on the piston rod 540. The product dispenser 500 also includes an air replenishment bag 530, which is placed within the container 10. The open end of the air replenishment bag 530 is sealingly engaged with the outer circumference of the cylinder 550.
[0175] A balancing air hole 542 is formed on the side wall of the cylinder 550. The balancing air hole 542 is communicated with the interior of the air replenishing bag 530. The piston 541 can function as an opening and closing mechanism for opening and closing the piston 541.
[0176] In the standby state shown in FIG9 , the piston 541 is in the upper position, aligned with the balancing air hole 542, closing the balancing air hole 542. When the pressure head 510 is pressed down, as shown in FIG10 , the piston 541 moves downward, opening the balancing air hole 542. Thus, while the product in the container 10 is pumped out, external air can enter the air replenishing bag 530 through the balancing air hole 542, compensating for the negative pressure generated by the pumping of the product.
[0177] In an exemplary configuration, the lower end of the inflatable bag 530 may be sealingly fitted onto the straw 560 .
[0178] The air-replenishing bag 530 isolates the external air entering therein from the product in the container 10 to prevent the external air from contaminating the product in the container 10 .
[0179] <Sixth embodiment>
[0180] Figures 11 and 12 illustrate a sixth embodiment of the present application, in which a product dispenser 600 is mounted on a container 10. Unless otherwise specified or conflicting, the specific structures described above with respect to the first to fifth embodiments also apply to the sixth embodiment. The structures of the sixth embodiment that differ from the first to fifth embodiments will be described in detail below.
[0181] The container 10 is provided with a product dispenser 600, which includes a pressure head 610, a tooth sleeve 620, a piston rod 640 and a cylinder 650. A piston 641 is provided on the piston rod 640. A cylinder plug 651 is provided on the cylinder 650.
[0182] The product dispenser 600 further includes an air replenishing bag 630 , the upper open end of which is connected to the lower portion. The connection method thereof may refer to the fourth embodiment.
[0183] In the sixth embodiment, a balancing air channel 621 is provided below the mouthpiece 620. The balancing air channel 621 communicates with the outside through the gaps formed between the cylinder 650 and the cylinder plug 651, the gap between the cylinder plug 651 and the piston rod 640, and the gap between the pressure head 610 and the mouthpiece 620. While the product in the container 10 is being dispensed, external air can flow into the air replenishment bag 630 through the balancing air channel 621.
[0184] Preferably, the piston 641 can cooperate with the lower end of the cylinder plug 651 to open and close the passage from the outside to the balancing air passage 621. Specifically, in the state shown in FIG11 , the piston 641 is in sealing contact with the lower end of the cylinder plug 651, blocking the communication between the gap between the cylinder plug 651 and the cylinder 650 and the gap between the cylinder plug 651 and the piston rod 640. In the state shown in FIG12 , the piston 641 is separated from the cylinder plug 651, thereby opening the passage.
[0185] <Seventh embodiment>
[0186] Figures 13 to 20 illustrate a seventh embodiment of the present application, in which a product dispenser 700 is mounted on a container 10. Unless otherwise specified or conflicting, the specific structures described above with respect to the first to sixth embodiments also apply to the seventh embodiment. The following will specifically describe the structures of the seventh embodiment that differ from the first to sixth embodiments.
[0187] In the sixth embodiment, the product dispenser 700 installed on the container 10 is specifically in the form of a drip nozzle. The container 10 is of variable volume. By squeezing the container 10, the product in the container can be squeezed out.
[0188] The product dispenser 700 includes a drip nozzle 710. As shown in FIG15 , a first through hole 711 is formed on the side wall of the drip nozzle 710 and extends through the side wall of the drip nozzle 710. A liquid outlet 712 is formed at the top of the drip nozzle 710.
[0189] A dispenser body 720 is disposed within the drip nozzle 710. Figures 16 and 17 illustrate the specific structure of the dispenser body 720. As shown in Figure 16 , a liquid outlet check valve 721 is formed at the top of the dispenser body 720. This liquid outlet check valve 721 cooperates with the liquid outlet 712 to allow the product in the container 10 to be dispensed through the liquid outlet 712 while preventing external air from flowing into the container through the liquid outlet 712.
[0190] A second through-hole 722 is formed on the sidewall of the dispenser body 720, extending into the inner cavity of the dispenser body 720. The second through-hole 722 aligns with the first through-hole 711, forming a balancing air hole that allows the interior of the air-replenishing bladder 730 to communicate with the exterior of the product dispenser 700. The air-replenishing bladder 730 is connected to the bottom of the dispenser body 720, and its interior communicates with the inner cavity of the dispenser body 720. Furthermore, an air inlet valve 740 is disposed within the inner cavity of the dispenser body 720. This valve is configured to allow external air to enter the air-replenishing bladder 730 via the first through-hole 711 and the second through-hole 722, while preventing air from flowing in the opposite direction. Figure 18 shows a perspective view of the air inlet valve 740, which includes a mounting portion 741 located at the top for mounting the valve 740 within the inner cavity of the dispenser body 720. An elastic valve sheet 742 is formed at the lower end of the air inlet valve 740. The elastic valve sheet 742 is located between the inner cavity of the distributor body 720 and the air-replenishing bag 730. Specifically, it is fitted at the entrance from the air-replenishing bag 730 into the inner cavity of the distributor body 720, and can realize a one-way flow of air from the outside to the inside of the air-replenishing bag 730.
[0191] The connection of the air replenishing bag 730 to the dispenser body 720 can be achieved through various known methods, such as convex ring-concave ring matching, threaded matching, etc.
[0192] A groove is further formed on the side wall of the dispenser body 720, as shown in FIG17. The groove serves as a liquid outlet channel 723 between the dispenser body 720 and the drip nozzle 710.
[0193] Preferably, as shown in the figure, the product dispenser 700 further includes a sealing cover 20 , and a protrusion is provided on the sealing cover 20 , which can close the liquid outlet 712 on the drip nozzle 710 .
[0194] As shown in Figure 19 , when the container 10 is squeezed, the pressure acting on the product inside the container 10 increases, causing the product to flow into the liquid outlet channel 723 and opening the liquid outlet check valve 721, allowing the product to flow out of the liquid outlet 712, as indicated by arrow A in Figure 19 . When the compressive force on the container 10 is removed, the container 10 tends to return to its original shape, and negative pressure is generated within the container 10. This negative pressure closes the liquid outlet check valve 721 and opens the air inlet valve 740, allowing air to flow into the air compensation bag 730 through the first through hole 711 and the second through hole 722, as indicated by arrow B in Figure 20 , thereby compensating for the negative pressure in the container 10.
