Description

small vessel capture device

[0001] The present invention relates to a small vessel capture device capable of restricting the movement of illegal fishing vessels.

[0002]

[0003] Illegal fishing refers to fishing activities that violate the laws of coastal states, and more specifically, includes fishing without a permit, fishing in a permitted area or during permitted times, not using permitted fishing gear, fishing in excess of the permitted catch, fishing for young or larval fish, and fishing that destroys the marine ecosystem.

[0004] Illegal fishing is a serious problem that threatens the marine ecosystem and fishing rights. If the marine ecosystem is destroyed by illegal fishing, not only will the catch decrease and the livelihoods of fishermen be threatened, but it can also cause marine environmental pollution.

[0005] Crackdowns are being carried out to minimize such illegal fishing operations, but there is no way to directly restrict the operation of illegal fishing vessels. As a result, people are directly restraining the passengers of illegal fishing vessels to crack down on them, and accidents resulting in human casualties are occurring during the crackdown process.

[0006] Therefore, the need to develop a device that can directly restrict the operation of illegal fishing vessels is emerging.

[0026]

[0027] The small vessel capture device of the present invention can restrict the navigation of small vessels by using buoyancy to lift illegal fishing vessels and prevent them from obtaining propulsion through a screw or by restricting the operation of the propulsion unit of the illegal fishing vessels, so there is a potential for easily capturing illegal fishing vessels.

[0028] In addition, since horizontal movement and turning can be easily achieved while submerged through the lateral movement module, there is an advantage in that the position and direction of the main buoyancy body for lifting illegal fishing vessels can be easily controlled.

[0029] In addition, since buoyancy can be controlled using multiple buoyancy control means such as a ballast section, an upper buoyancy control section, a forward buoyancy control section, and a lower buoyancy control section, there is an advantage in that sufficient force can be generated to lift the stern of another vessel.

[0030] In addition, since the propulsion module direction control unit has a watertight structure, it has the advantage of preventing corrosion that may occur due to fluid flowing into the rotating part.

[0031] In addition, since the propulsion unit operation restriction means has a structure that can navigate underwater, it has the advantage of being able to be directly moved to and connected to the connection part of the propeller and motor of an illegal fishing vessel.

[0041] When describing embodiments of the present invention, detailed descriptions of known functions or configurations will be omitted if they are deemed to unnecessarily obscure the gist of the invention. Therefore, their definitions should be based on the overall content of this specification.

[0042]

[0043] Hereinafter, a small vessel capture device (1000) according to the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.

[0044] FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram for explaining a small vessel capture device of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram for explaining a main buoyancy body of a small vessel capture device of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a conceptual diagram showing a propulsion module of a small vessel capture device of the present invention, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 are front and side views showing a propulsion module direction control means of a small vessel capture device of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a conceptual diagram showing a propulsion unit operation restriction means of a small vessel capture device of the present invention.

[0045] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the small vessel capture device (1000) of the present invention can be navigated in a submerged state and includes a main buoyancy body (100) equipped with a buoyancy control unit (110) and an image information acquisition unit (120), and a first connecting means (200) that connects the main buoyancy body (100) and an operation vessel and forms a passage through which at least one of operating energy, buoyancy control fluid, control signal, and image information moves.

[0046] To explain in detail, in order to restrict the operation of an illegal fishing vessel (1), the navigational ability of the illegal fishing vessel (1) must be restricted, so the movement of the main buoyancy body (100) in the operation vessel (2) is controlled to restrict the navigation of the illegal fishing vessel (1).

[0047] At this time, the operation of the main buoyancy body (100) can be carried out by moving the main buoyancy body (100) to the lower side of the illegal fishing vessel (1), then increasing the buoyancy of the main buoyancy body (100) so that the main buoyancy body (100) rises and lifts the illegal fishing vessel (1), thereby preventing the propeller of the illegal fishing vessel (1) from rising above the water surface and gaining propulsion.

[0048] In addition, the supply of operating energy to the main buoyancy body (100), the supply of fluid (air) for buoyancy control, the control signal for operating control of the main buoyancy body (100), the transmission of the operational line of image information acquired from the image information acquisition unit (120), etc. can be performed through the first connecting means (200), and the first connecting means (200) can more specifically include a control signal transmission cable through which a control signal is transmitted, a pipe through which a fluid for buoyancy control moves, a wire through which operating energy (electricity) moves, an image information transmission cable through which image information moves, and a first connecting means cover that surrounds and protects the same.

[0049] In addition, control signals and image information transmission can be performed through the first connection means (200) as described above, but may also be performed through wireless communication.

[0050]

[0051] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 5, the main buoyancy body (100) may include a propulsion module (130) that is coupled to the rear side of the main buoyancy body (100) and generates propulsion force.

[0052] In addition, the propulsion module (130) may include a propulsion module housing (131) having an internal accommodation space and having one longitudinal side open, a propulsion motor (132) provided on the other longitudinal side accommodation space of the propulsion module housing (131), a propeller (133) connected to the rotational axis of the propulsion motor (132), a fluid discharge direction control valve (134) coupled to one longitudinal side of the propulsion module housing (131), and a direction control means (135) for controlling the direction of the fluid discharge direction control valve (134).

[0053] To explain in detail, when the propulsion motor (132) is operated by a control signal, the propeller (133) coupled to the rotational axis of the propulsion motor (132) rotates and pushes out water to generate propulsive force, and the main buoyancy body (100) is able to navigate underwater by the propulsive force thus generated.

[0054] At this time, the direction in which water is discharged to the rear through the propeller (133) is controlled by the fluid discharge direction control valve (134), and the angle of this fluid discharge direction control valve (134) can be controlled by the direction control means (135).

[0055] In addition, the above-described direction control means (135) may include a wheel (135-1) coupled to the fluid discharge direction control wheel (134), a direction control rod (135-2) having one longitudinal side eccentrically coupled to the wheel and a rubber corrugated tube coupled to the other longitudinal side, and a direction control linear actuator (135-3) that adjusts the length of the direction control rod.

[0056] That is, when the linear actuator (135-3) adjusts the length of the direction adjustment rod (135-2), the wheel (135-1) rotates and the angle of the fluid discharge direction adjustment rod (134) is adjusted.

[0057] In addition, the main buoyancy body (100) is coupled with a lateral movement module (140) that discharges water to the side, so that water can be discharged through the lateral movement module (140) when horizontal movement to the side is required or rotation at a narrow angle is required.

[0058]

[0059] In addition, the main buoyancy body (100) may include a propulsion module direction control unit (150) coupled to the propulsion module (130) to control the direction of the propulsion module (130).

[0060] To explain in detail, in the case of the propulsion module (130), the left-right movement can be controlled by adjusting the direction of the fluid discharge direction control (134), but in order to move more freely underwater, the up-down direction control must also be freely performed, so the propulsion module direction control unit (150) is coupled to the side of the propulsion module (130) so that the up-down angle of the propulsion module (130) can be controlled.

[0061] At this time, the propulsion module direction control unit (150) may include a linear motion unit (151) that reciprocates in a horizontal direction, a fastening unit (152) that is coupled to the linear motion unit (151) and has an oval-shaped fitting groove (152-1) formed in the center, a main shaft wheel (153) that has a fitting projection (153-1) formed on one side in the thickness direction to fit into the fastening unit (152), and a watertight body (154) that is coupled to the main shaft wheel (153) on one side in the thickness direction and is coupled to the side of the propulsion module housing (131) on the other side in the thickness direction.

[0062] To explain in detail, when the linear motion part (151) pushes or pulls the fastening part (152), force is transmitted through the fitting projection (153-1) fitted into the fitting groove (152-1), causing the main axle wheel (153) to rotate, and this rotational force is transmitted to the main buoyancy body (100) through the watertight body (154), enabling the main buoyancy body (100) to rotate in the up and down direction.

[0063] At this time, the watertight body (154) may include a one-sided watertight body (154-1) positioned on one side in the thickness direction and to which the main shaft wheel (153) is coupled, an other-sided watertight body (154-2) spaced apart from the other side in the thickness direction of the one-sided watertight body (154-1), and a connecting body (154-3) connecting the one-sided watertight body (154-1) and the other-sided watertight body (154-2) and having a main shaft wheel fitting groove formed in the center.

[0064]

[0065] In addition, it is recommended that the watertight body (154) have a watertight structure to limit the inflow of fluid (water) into the rotating shaft and bolt connection, and the specific watertight structure will be described again below with respect to the specific configuration of the watertight body (154).

[0066] Referring to FIG. 5, the one-sided watertight body (154-1) may include a main body structure (154-1A) located on one side in the thickness direction, an upper cover (154-1B) having one side in the thickness direction joined to the other side in the thickness direction of the main body structure (154-1A) and having a first step groove (A) formed in the center of the other side in the thickness direction, an upper rubber plate (154-1C) having one side in the thickness direction joined to the other side in the thickness direction of the upper cover (154-1B), and an upper plate support (154-1D) having one side in the thickness direction joined to the other side in the thickness direction of the upper rubber plate (154-1C).

[0067] At this time, the main body structure (154-1A) and the upper cover (154-1B) are fixed and combined to the propulsion module housing (131), but in the case of the upper rubber plate (154-1C), it is recommended that the upper rubber plate (154-1C) have a wrinkled structure so that it is not torn or destroyed during the elastic deformation process because it is pulled and deformed by the rotation of the main shaft wheel (153).

[0068] In addition, the first step groove (A) formed on the lower side of the upper cover (154-1B) can be used as a space in which the upper rubber plate (154-1C) is deformed, and since the fluid inflow into the first step groove (A) is limited by the upper rubber plate (154-1C), it is possible to minimize the fluid inflow into the rotating part where the bolt connection part and the main shaft wheel (153) are connected.

[0069]

[0070] In addition, the other side watertight body (154-2) may include a lower rubber plate (154-2A) positioned on one side in the thickness direction, a disk support (154-2B) having one side in the thickness direction coupled to the other side in the thickness direction of the lower rubber plate (154-2A), and a rotating structure (154-2C) having one side in the thickness direction coupled to the other side in the thickness direction of the disk support (154-2B).

[0071] To explain in detail, the rotating structure (154-2C) is coupled to the propulsion module (130) and rotates the propulsion module (130) with the rotational force transmitted from the connecting body (154-3).

[0072] At this time, a protruding lip (D) having a bolt fastening hole is formed on the upper side of the disk support (154-2B) coupled to the upper side of the rotating structure (154-2C), a lower rubber plate (154-2A) is positioned on the upper side of the protruding lip (D), and a rubber inner pressing plate (E) having a corresponding bolt fastening hole formed on the upper side of the protruding lip (D) is positioned with the lower rubber plate (154-2A) in between, so that when the rubber inner pressing plate (E), the lower rubber plate (154-2A), and the protruding lip (D) are connected with bolts, the rubber inner pressing plate (E) is fixed to the disk support (154-2B), and a fluid inflow blocking space (F) is formed between the rubber inner pressing plate (E) and the disk support (154-2B), thereby preventing corrosion and increased friction of the device due to fluid inflow.

[0073]

[0074] In addition, the above connecting body (154-3) may include a connecting connecting body (154-3A) that is connected to the upper rubber plate (154-1C), a central connecting body (154-3B) that has the main shaft wheel insertion hole formed therein and connects the central portion of the connecting connecting body (154-3A) and the central portion of the other side watertight body (154-2), and an axial joint (154-3C) that is positioned at the edge of the central connecting body (154-3B) and connects the connecting connecting body (154-3A) and the other side watertight body (154-2).

[0075] To explain in detail, the above-mentioned fastening body (154-3A) is fastened to the central portion of the upper rubber plate (154-1C) so that the lower bar of the main shaft wheel (153) penetrates the central portion of the upper rubber plate (154-1C) to block water leakage that occurs, and the main shaft wheel is fastened to the main shaft wheel fitting hole of the central connecting body (154-3B), so that the rotational force transmitted from the main shaft wheel is transmitted to the other side watertight body (154-2) through the central connecting body (154-3B).

[0076]

[0077] Referring to FIG. 2, the buoyancy control unit (110) may include a ballast unit (111) formed on the lower side of the main buoyancy body (100) and having the amount of water received controlled, an upper buoyancy control unit (112) coupled to the upper side of the buoyancy control unit (110) and having the volume controlled in response to the gas provided, a front buoyancy control unit coupled to the front side of the main buoyancy body (100), and a lower buoyancy control unit coupled to the lower side of the main buoyancy body (100).

[0078] To explain in detail, in order to lift the stern of an illegal fishing vessel, high buoyancy is required, so high buoyancy can be obtained through the ballast section (111), upper buoyancy control section (112), forward buoyancy control section, and lower buoyancy control section.

[0079] At this time, the ballast part (111) controls buoyancy by filling or discharging water, and the ballast part (111) may include a plurality of ballast tanks (111-1) that contain water, a sprinkler pump (111-2) that supplies water to the ballast tanks (111-1) or discharges water on the ballast tanks (111-1), and a sprinkler distributor (111-3) that controls the movement of water between the plurality of ballast tanks (111-1). The supply and discharge of water may be carried out in the form of being supplied or sent from the operation ship through the first connecting means (200), but it is of course also possible to control the amount of water contained in the ballast tanks (111-1) by sucking in seawater on its own or discharging seawater into the sea.

[0080] In addition, the upper buoyancy control unit (112) may include a tube (112-1) whose volume is controlled in response to the amount of fluid entering the tube, a detachment restriction belt (112-2) that surrounds the tube (112-1) and has an end connected to the main buoyancy body (100), and an underwater winch (112-3) that controls the length of the detachment restriction belt (112-2).

[0081] That is, when the main buoyancy body (100) is positioned at the bottom of the illegal fishing vessel, air is injected into the tube (112-1) to increase the volume of the tube (112-1), and the tube (112-1) with the increased volume can raise the illegal fishing vessel positioned at the top.

[0082] At this time, in order to limit the tube (112-1) that is increasing in volume from being separated from the main buoyancy body (100), it is recommended that the tube (112-1) be connected to the upper side of the main buoyancy body (100) by a separation restriction belt (112-2), and the length of the separation restriction belt (112-2) that wraps the tube (112-1) is adjusted by the underwater position (112-3), so that the volume of the tube (112-1) can also be adjusted.

[0083] In addition, the front buoyancy control unit and the lower buoyancy control unit may be tubes whose volume increases when air is injected, and the front buoyancy control unit and the lower buoyancy control unit may be used when sufficient buoyancy cannot be obtained with the ballast unit (111) and the upper buoyancy control unit (112) described above.

[0084]

[0085] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 6, the small vessel capture device (1000) of the present invention may include a propulsion unit operation restriction means (300) mounted on the main buoyancy body (100) and wound around the propulsion unit of an illegal fishing vessel to restrict the operation of the propulsion unit.

[0086] In addition, the propulsion unit operation restriction means (300) may include a camera coupling part (310) located on one side in the longitudinal direction and to which a camera is coupled, a first nozzle part (320) located on the other side in the longitudinal direction and for spraying water, a first spray angle adjustment part (330) for adjusting the water spraying direction of the first nozzle part (320), and a second connection means (340) connecting the propulsion unit operation restriction means (300) and the main buoyancy body (100) and forming a passage through which at least one of operating energy, water used for spraying, a control signal, and image information moves.

[0087] To explain in detail, the propulsion unit operation restriction means (300) uses the reaction force generated when water is discharged through the first nozzle unit (320) as propulsion force to move to the propulsion unit of the illegal fishing vessel, and the second connection means (340) is wound around the propulsion unit to stop the operation of the propulsion unit of the illegal fishing vessel.

[0088] At this time, the second connecting means (340) is connected to the first connecting means (200) of the main buoyancy body (100) to provide image information to the operation line, and can receive a control signal required for operation from the operation line and a fluid discharged from the first nozzle unit (320).

[0089] And, the first injection angle adjustment unit (330) adjusts the water discharge direction of the first nozzle unit (320) so that the propulsion unit operation restriction means (300) can freely navigate underwater, and more specifically, the first injection angle adjustment unit (330) may include a 1-1 injection angle adjustment unit (331) that adjusts the left-right movement of the first nozzle unit (320) and a 1-2 injection angle adjustment unit (332) that adjusts the up-down movement of the first nozzle unit (320).

[0090]

[0091] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the scope of application is diverse. It goes without saying that anyone with ordinary skill in the art can make various modifications without departing from the gist of the present invention as claimed in the claims.
