Abstract
Description
continuous manufacturing system
[0001] The present invention relates to a continuous manufacturing system, and more particularly, to a continuous manufacturing system capable of manufacturing different products in a continuous process.
[0002] As automation technologies advance, efforts to apply automation to product manufacturing processes are increasing. These efforts can be more effective when continuous processes are required for product manufacturing. As part of this effort, smart factories have recently gained attention.
[0003] Smart factories utilize information and communication technology (ICT) across various production processes, including design, development, manufacturing, and quality control. Smart factories collect process data in real time via the Internet of Things, analyze it, and autonomously control the factory.
[0004] Specifically, for a continuous process to be performed, each process must be provided with appropriate components and power sources, such as electricity. A smart factory can detect information about products entering each process (i.e., products being manufactured) and provide components or power corresponding to the detected information.
[0005] To this end, a smart factory is typically configured to include a means for detecting information about a product being manufactured, a means for storing information about parts and power corresponding to the detected information, and a means for providing parts and power corresponding to the information about the selected parts and power.
[0006] Meanwhile, one of the strengths of smart factories is their ability to continuously manufacture different products. In other words, smart factories can manufacture not only a single product but also a variety of other products. To achieve this, smart factories can be configured to receive pre-defined process plans and schedules and provide components or power accordingly.
[0007] However, in traditional smart factories, the establishment and modification of process plans and schedules must be performed by workers. Consequently, the process input and modification process is excessively time-consuming, and results vary depending on the worker's skill level.
[0008] Furthermore, to continuously manufacture different products, the components and power supplied must also be continuously changed. To achieve this, each manufacturing process must continuously communicate with a database or controller. However, in traditional smart factories, this communication process is performed after the products arrive at each process.
[0009] Therefore, additional time is required to receive information and select appropriate components or power sources before the product manufacturing process begins at each process. Traditional smart factories, therefore, faced the problem of excessive product manufacturing time at each process.
[0010] Korean Patent Document No. 10-2532531 discloses a method and device for operating a smart factory for a cutting process using multiple neural networks. Specifically, the method and device discloses a smart factory for a cutting process in which a production management server determines an expected delivery date using a first neural network based on order information, equipment information, and worker information, and a second neural network performs quality control based on multiple images of the processed product.
[0011] However, the method and device for operating a smart factory for a cutting process disclosed in the above-mentioned prior art document only provides a method for performing the cutting process and verifying the results thereof. In other words, the above-mentioned prior art document does not provide a method for continuously manufacturing multiple identical or different products by providing different parts or power sources.
[0012] Korean Patent Document No. 10-1929624 discloses a data alignment method and system for linking data between pre- and post-processes. Specifically, the method and system include a step of mapping the locations where sensor data generated at regular time intervals in one of the processes constituting a smart factory detects information, and aligning the mapping data along preset reference points on the material, thereby enabling data analysis by linking the physical locations of the corresponding materials.
[0013] However, the data alignment method and system disclosed in the aforementioned prior art utilize the location of materials as a primary factor. Therefore, the data alignment method and system provided in the aforementioned prior art are limited in their applicability to processes where a single product is continuously moved and manufactured step-by-step by continuously supplying components or power.

[0067] The words and terms used in this specification and claims should not be construed as limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, but should be interpreted in a way that is consistent with the technical idea of the present invention, in accordance with the principles by which the inventor can define terms and concepts in order to best explain his or her invention.
[0068] Therefore, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings correspond to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and do not represent all of the technical ideas of the present invention, so there may be various equivalents and modified examples that can replace the configuration at the time of filing of the present invention.
[0069] In the following description, descriptions of some components may be omitted to clarify the features of the present invention.
[0070]
[0071] The term "conduction" as used herein refers to the connection of one or more elements to enable the transmission of current, electrical signals, or information. In one embodiment, the connection may be wired, such as through a conductor, or wireless, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or RFID. In one embodiment, the connection may also encompass the meaning of "communication" for transmitting information.
[0072]
[0073] Referring to FIG. 1, the configuration of a continuous manufacturing system (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention and the connection relationship between each configuration are illustrated.
[0074] A continuous manufacturing system (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a plurality of manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) for manufacturing a product (P). The plurality of manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) may be sequentially connected to each other to transfer or receive the product (P) being manufactured. In addition, the plurality of manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) may provide components, power, pressure, heat, etc. necessary for manufacturing the product (P).
[0075] That is, the product (P) can be manufactured continuously by sequentially passing through a plurality of manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) provided in the continuous manufacturing system (10).
[0076] Each manufacturing facility unit (500a, 500b, 500c) can receive information related to components, power, pressure, heat, etc. to be provided to the product (P) simultaneously or at different times. At this time, each manufacturing facility unit (500a, 500b, 500c) can receive information related to components, power, pressure, heat, etc. to be provided in advance before receiving the product (P).
[0077] Accordingly, the process of each manufacturing facility unit (500a, 500b, 500c) identifying the delivered product (P) and receiving information related to components, power, pressure, heat, etc. to be provided to the product (P) from the outside can be omitted. Accordingly, the time required for manufacturing the product (P) in each manufacturing facility unit (500a, 500b, 500c) can be reduced, and thus the time required for performing the entire process can be reduced.
[0078] In particular, the effect of the continuous manufacturing system (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention described above can be maximized when a plurality of different products (P) are continuously manufactured.
[0079] That is, when the same product (P) is continuously manufactured, there is no need to change the parts, power, pressure, heat, etc. provided by the multiple manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c). Therefore, in the above case, it is sufficient for the multiple manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) to provide the parts, power, pressure, heat, etc. according to the previously input information.
[0080] On the other hand, in order for different products (P) to be manufactured continuously, the parts, power, pressure, heat, etc. provided from multiple manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) must be changed in real time and continuously according to the product (P) to be manufactured.
[0081] At this time, the continuous manufacturing system (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured so that each manufacturing facility unit (500a, 500b, 500c) receives the above information in advance corresponding to the product (P) received. Accordingly, each manufacturing facility unit (500a, 500b, 500c) can identify the received product (P) and immediately begin manufacturing the product (P) without performing a separate communication process.
[0082] Therefore, the continuous manufacturing system (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention can continuously manufacture different products (P) while drastically reducing the time required for manufacturing.
[0083] In the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 6, the continuous manufacturing system (10) includes a product information input unit (100), a process information management unit (200), a recipe information management unit (300), an identification label production unit (400), and a manufacturing equipment unit (500).

The product order information input module (130) is communicatively connected to the process information operation module (210) and can transmit the input product order information (O) to the process information operation module (210).
[0101] The process information management unit (200) calculates process information (W / O, Work Order) using the received product information. The process information management unit (200) is communicatively connected to the product information input unit (100).
[0102] In addition, the process information management unit (200) can transmit the calculated process information (W / O) to the recipe information management unit (300) and the identification label production unit (400). The process information management unit (200) is communicatively connected to the recipe information management unit (300) and the identification label production unit (400), respectively.
[0103] Furthermore, the process information management unit (200) can transmit the calculated process information (W / O) to the manufacturing equipment unit (500). The manufacturing equipment unit (500) can compare the number of products (P) manufactured to date with the calculated process information (W / O) to determine whether to request and receive new recipe information (R). A detailed description of this will be provided later.
[0104] The process information management unit (200) may be provided in any form that can receive product information from the product information input unit (100), calculate process information (W / O) using the received product information, and transfer the calculated process information (W / O) to the recipe information management unit (300) and the identification label production unit (400). In one embodiment, the process information management unit (200) may be configured to include a means for calculation such as a CPU or a microprocessor, and a means for communication such as an I / O port, a Bluetooth module, and a Wi-Fi module.
[0105] In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 2, the process information management unit (200) includes a process information operation module (210) and a process information transmission module (220).
[0106] The process information calculation module (210) calculates process information (W / O) using the input product information. The process information calculation module (210) is communicatively connected to the product information input unit (100) and can receive input product type information (T), product quantity information (Q), and product order information (O).
[0107] The process information (W / O) calculated by the process information calculation module (210) may include any information related to a process to be performed in a continuous manufacturing system (10). In one embodiment, the process information (W / O) may be configured to include all information related to the type of product (P) to be manufactured, the quantity of the product (P), and the manufacturing order of the product (P).
[0108] For example, the calculated process information (W / O) can be configured in a format as shown in [Table 1] below.
[0109] Type of product (P) 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Product (P) 1st Product (P1) 2nd Product (P2) 1st Product (P1) 2nd Product (P2) Quantity of product (P) 72039
[0110]
[0111] That is, as illustrated in [Table 1], the calculated process information (W / O) may include information on which product (P) should be manufactured, in what quantity, and in what order.
[0112] The process information transmission module (220) receives the calculated process information (W / O). The process information transmission module (220) is communicatively connected to the process information calculation module (210).
[0113] The process information transmission module (220) transmits the received process information (W / O) to the recipe information management unit (300) and the identification label production unit (400). The process information transmission module (220) is communicatively connected to the recipe information management unit (300) and the identification label production unit (400), respectively.
[0114] The recipe information management unit (300) calculates recipe information (R) using the calculated process information (W / O). The recipe information management unit (300) is communicatively connected to the process information management unit (200).
[0115] In addition, the recipe information management unit (300) calculates recipe information (R) by further utilizing the identification information (I) and facility information (F) received from the manufacturing facility unit (500). In addition, the recipe information management unit (300) can transfer the calculated recipe information (R) to the manufacturing facility unit (500). The recipe information management unit (300) is communicatively connected to the manufacturing facility unit (500).
[0116] The recipe information management unit (300) may be provided in any form that can receive process information (W / O) from the process information management unit (200), receive identification information (I) and facility information (F) from the manufacturing facility unit (500), calculate recipe information (R) using the information, and transfer the calculated recipe information (R) to the manufacturing facility unit (500). In one embodiment, the recipe information management unit (300) may be configured to include a means for calculation such as a CPU, a microprocessor, and the like, and a means for communication such as an I / O port, a Bluetooth module, and a Wi-Fi module.
[0117] In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 3, the recipe information management unit (300) includes an identification information receiving module (310), a recipe information operation module (320), a recipe information verification module (330), and a recipe information database module (340).
[0118] The identification information receiving module (310) receives identification information (I) generated by the product recognition module (520) of the manufacturing facility unit (500). As will be described later, the identification information (I) may be defined as information on an identification mark for identifying a product (P), which is formed by the identification mark production unit (400) on a part of the part or product (P).
[0119] In addition, the identification information receiving module (310) receives the facility information (F) generated by the product recognition module (520) of the manufacturing facility unit (500). As will be described later, the facility information (F) can be defined as information for identifying a plurality of manufacturing facility units (500a, 500b, 500c) from each other.
[0120] The identification information (I) and facility information (F) received by the identification information receiving module (310) are transmitted to the recipe information operation module (320). The identification information receiving module (310) is communicatively connected to the recipe information operation module (320).
[0121] The recipe information calculation module (320) calculates recipe information (R) using process information (W / O). The recipe information calculation module (320) is communicatively connected to the process information transmission module (220) to receive the calculated process information (W / O).
[0122] The recipe information calculation module (320) calculates recipe information (R) using identification information (I) and facility information (F). The recipe information calculation module (320) is communicatively connected to the identification information receiving module (310) to receive the identification information (I) and facility information (F).
[0123] The recipe information calculation module (320) can calculate the recipe information (R) by comparing any one of the received process information (W / O), identification information (I), and facility information (F) with the previously stored recipe information (R). To this end, the recipe information calculation module (320) is communicatively connected to the recipe information database module (340). As will be described later, the recipe information database module (340) can map and store a plurality of recipe information (R) based on the process information (W / O), identification information (I), and facility information (F).
[0124] The recipe information (R) calculated by the recipe information calculation module (320) may include any information about components that must be provided in accordance with the process to be performed in the manufacturing equipment unit (500). In addition, the calculated recipe information (R) may include any information related to the environment that must be formed in accordance with the process to be performed in the manufacturing equipment unit (500), i.e., the capacity, frequency, voltage, etc. of the current that must be applied.
[0125] In addition, as will be described later, the manufacturing facility unit (500) may be configured to include a plurality of manufacturing facility units (500a, 500b, 500c) that are connected to each other and configured to continuously manufacture products (P). Accordingly, the recipe information (R) calculated by the recipe information calculation module (320) may be calculated for each of the plurality of manufacturing facility units (500a, 500c, 500c).
[0126] For example, the recipe information calculation module (320) can calculate all of the first recipe information (R1), the second recipe information (R2), and the third recipe information (R3).
[0127] The first recipe information (R1) is transmitted to the first manufacturing facility (500a) and utilized for manufacturing the product (P). The second recipe information (R2) is transmitted to the second manufacturing facility (500b) and utilized for manufacturing the product (P). The third recipe information (R3) is transmitted to the third manufacturing facility (500c) and utilized for manufacturing the product (P).
[0128] At this time, the continuous manufacturing system (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention can transmit the calculated first to third recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to the first and third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c), respectively. In addition, the continuous manufacturing system (10) according to another embodiment of the present invention can transmit all of the calculated first to third recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to any one of the plurality of manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c).
[0129] In any case, it is sufficient if the recipe information (R) can be transmitted to each manufacturing facility (500a, 500b, 500c) in advance before the manufacturing process of the product (P) is carried out in each manufacturing facility (500a, 500b, 500c).
[0130] The recipe information (R) calculated by the recipe information calculation module (320) may include any information regarding items that each manufacturing facility (500a, 500b, 500c) must provide in order to manufacture a product (P). In one embodiment, the recipe information (R) may be configured to include all information related to components to be supplied, a state to be formed during the manufacture of the product (P), for example, the capacity, frequency, and voltage of the current to be applied.
[0131] For example, the calculated recipe information (R) can be configured in a format as shown in [Table 2] below.
[0132] Type of parts to be supplied Quantity of parts to be supplied Capacity of current to be supplied Frequency of current to be supplied Voltage to be supplied First recipe information (R1) A132.5A120Hz5.0VA24 Second recipe information (R2) A284.5A90Hz7.5VA31 Third recipe information (R3) A123.0A60Hz10.0VA36
[0133] That is, as illustrated in [Table 2], the calculated recipe information (R) may include first recipe information (R1), second recipe information (R2), and third recipe information (R3). The calculated first to third recipe information (R1, R2, R3) include information necessary for manufacturing a product (P) to be performed in each of the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c).
[0134] The above-described embodiment assumes that the manufacturing facility unit (500) includes first to third manufacturing facility units (500a, 500b, 500c). The number of recipe information (R) calculated by the recipe information calculation module (320) may vary depending on the number of manufacturing facility units (500). For example, if five manufacturing facility units (500) are provided, the recipe information calculation module (320) may calculate a total of five recipe information (R) pieces each and provide them to the five manufacturing facility units (500).
[0135] The calculated recipe information (R) is transmitted to the recipe information verification module (330). The recipe information calculation module (320) is communicatively connected to the recipe information verification module (330).
[0136] The calculated recipe information (R) is transmitted to the manufacturing facility (500). The recipe information calculation module (320) is communicatively connected to the recipe information transmission module (510) of the manufacturing facility (500).
[0137] The recipe information verification module (330) verifies the recipe information (R) transmitted to the manufacturing facility (500) by comparing it with the recipe information (R) calculated by the recipe information calculation module (320).
[0138] The recipe information verification module (330) is communicatively connected to the recipe information calculation module (320) so that it can receive calculated recipe information (R). In addition, the recipe information verification module (330) is communicatively connected to the recipe information transmission module (510) so that the manufacturing facility unit (500) can receive previously received recipe information (R).
[0139] Specifically, the recipe information (R) calculated by the recipe information calculation module (320) is transmitted to the recipe information transmission module (510). At this time, due to an unintended error, some or all of the recipe information (R) transmitted to multiple manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) may interfere with each other, resulting in cases where inappropriate recipe information (R) is transmitted to each manufacturing equipment unit (500a, 500b, 500c).
[0140] In the above case, there is a concern that the entire manufacturing process of the product (P) may be out of alignment because a process different from the scheduled process, i.e., the calculated process information (W / O), is carried out in each manufacturing facility unit (500a, 500b, 500c).
[0141] Accordingly, the recipe information verification module (330) compares the recipe information (R1, R2, R3) transmitted to each manufacturing facility (500a, 500b, 500c) with the recipe information (R1, R2, R3) calculated by the recipe information calculation module (320) to verify whether they are identical.
[0142] If the verification result shows that the transmitted recipe information (R1, R2, R3) and the calculated recipe information (R1, R2, R3) are the same, the recipe information verification module (330) can transmit a signal indicating that the correct recipe information (R1, R2, R3) has been transmitted to the recipe information transmission module (510). After receiving the signal, the manufacturing facility unit (500) can proceed with the manufacturing process of the product (P).
[0143] In addition, if the verification result shows that the transmitted recipe information (R1, R2, R3) and the calculated recipe information (R1, R2, R3) are different, the recipe information verification module (330) can transmit a signal indicating that incorrect recipe information (R1, R2, R3) has been transmitted to the recipe information calculation module (320). After receiving the signal, the recipe information calculation module (320) can recalculate the recipe information (R1, R2, R3) and transmit it again to the recipe information transmission module (510).
[0144] Through the above process, each calculated recipe information (R1, R2, R3) can be accurately transmitted to each manufacturing facility unit (500a, 500b, 500c). Consequently, the manufacturing process of the product (P) in each manufacturing facility unit (500a, 500b, 500c) can be accurately performed.
[0145] The recipe information database module (340) stores recipe information (R) that serves as the basis for the recipe information operation module (320) to operate the recipe information (R). The recipe information database module (340) is communicatively connected to the recipe information operation module (320) and can provide the stored recipe information (R) to the recipe information operation module (320).
[0146] The recipe information database module (340) can receive and store recipe information (R) from an external source. For example, the recipe information database module (340) can receive recipe information (R) through a separate terminal or receive and store recipe information (R) stored in an external server (not shown).
[0147] The recipe information database module (340) can store recipe information (R) by mapping it to identification information (I), facility information (F), and process information (W / O). Accordingly, the recipe information operation module (320) can receive recipe information (R) corresponding to specific identification information (I), facility information (F), and process information (W / O).
[0148] The identification mark production unit (400) produces a component including an identification mark for identifying a product (P). In an embodiment where the product (P) is provided as a circuit breaker, the identification mark production unit (400) can produce a component constituting the circuit breaker or a portion of the circuit breaker and an identification mark thereon.
[0149] The product (P) manufactured by the identification mark manufacturing unit (400), i.e., the product (P) on which the identification mark is formed, may be transferred to the manufacturing equipment unit (500) and formed into a finished product by adding other components. The identification mark manufacturing unit (400) may be connected to the manufacturing equipment unit (500) and provide the product (P) on which the identification mark is formed to the manufacturing equipment unit (500).
[0150] The identification mark production unit (400) receives the calculated process information (W / O) from the process information management unit (200) and can produce an identification mark corresponding to the received process information (W / O). At this time, as will be described later, the identification mark production unit (400) can at least partially form a product (P) corresponding to the received process information (W / O) together with the identification mark.
[0151] In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 4, the identification mark production unit (400) includes a process information receiving module (410), an identification mark production module (420), and a product discharge module (430).
[0152] The process information receiving module (410) receives process information (W / O) calculated by the process information management unit (200). The process information receiving module (410) is communicatively connected to the process information transmission module (220).
[0153] The process information receiving module (410) can transmit the received process information (W / O) to the identification mark production module (420). The process information receiving module (410) is communicatively connected to the identification mark production module (420).
[0154] The identification mark production module (420) forms an identification mark corresponding to the received process information (W / O). The identification mark production module (420) may form the identification mark on a component constituting the product (P) or on a portion of the product (P). In one embodiment, the identification mark production module (420) may form the identification mark on the exterior of the product (P).
[0155] The identification mark formed by the identification mark production module (420) may be of any form that can identify the product (P). For example, the identification mark production module (420) may form the mark in the form of a bar code or a QR code. In another embodiment, the identification mark production module (420) may form a product name in a raised or engraved form on the exterior of a portion of the component or product (P).
[0156] The identification mark production module (420) transfers the product (P) on which the identification mark has been formed to the product discharge module (430). The identification mark production module (420) is connected to the product discharge module (430).
[0157] The product discharge module (430) transfers the product (P) on which the identification mark has been formed by the identification mark production module (420) to the manufacturing facility (500). The product discharge module (430) is connected to the identification mark production module (420) and the manufacturing facility (500), respectively.
[0158] The product discharge module (430) may be provided in any form capable of delivering a product (P) having an identification mark formed thereon to the manufacturing facility (500). In one embodiment, the product discharge module (430) may be provided in the form of a conveyor belt.
[0159] The manufacturing equipment unit (500) receives a product (P) on which an identification mark has been formed by the identification mark production unit (400) and forms a finished product. The manufacturing equipment unit (500) can apply other components or current, etc. to the product (P) on which an identification mark has been formed, to form a finished product. The manufacturing equipment unit (500) is connected to the identification mark production unit (400).
[0160] The manufacturing facility unit (500) is communicatively connected to the recipe information management unit (300). The manufacturing facility unit (500) can receive calculated recipe information (R) from the recipe information management unit (300). In addition, the manufacturing facility unit (500) can transmit the previously received recipe information (R), identification information (I), and facility information (F) to the recipe information management unit (300). The manufacturing facility unit (500) is communicatively connected to the recipe information calculation module (320) and the recipe information verification module (330), respectively.
[0161] The manufacturing equipment unit (500) is communicatively connected to the process information management unit (200). The manufacturing equipment unit (500) can receive calculated process information (W / O) from the process information management unit (200). Accordingly, the manufacturing equipment unit (500) can obtain information on the type and quantity of products (P) to be continuously manufactured.
[0162] The manufacturing equipment unit (500) can compare the information on the type and quantity of the product (P) already manufactured with the type and quantity of the product (P) (i.e., to be manufactured) according to the calculated process information (W / O). As a result of the comparison, if the difference between the quantity of a specific product (P) already manufactured and the quantity of a specific product (P) according to the process information (W / O) is less than or equal to a preset difference value, the manufacturing equipment unit (500) can first receive the recipe information (R) from the recipe information management unit (300).
[0163] For example, if the quantity of the first product (P1) to be additionally manufactured is 10 or less, and the product (P) to be manufactured thereafter is to be changed to the second product (P2), the manufacturing equipment unit (500) can first receive recipe information (R) for manufacturing the second product (P2) from the recipe information management unit (300) at the above time.
[0164] Accordingly, when the manufacturing process of the first product (P1) is completed and the recipe information (R) and the form of the manufacturing process must be changed in order to manufacture the second product (P2), the manufacturing facility unit (500) can continuously proceed with the manufacturing process for the second product (P2) after the manufacturing of the first product (P1) is completed by reflecting the previously transmitted recipe information (R). Accordingly, even if the product (P) to be manufactured is changed, the time required for transmitting the recipe information (R) can be reduced.
[0165] In one embodiment, the manufacturing facility (500) can proactively reflect the previously transmitted recipe information (R) and continuously proceed with the manufacturing process of another product (P) upon completion of the currently ongoing manufacturing process. In the above embodiment, the manufacturing facility (500) can also manufacture the product (P) while reducing the time required for changing equipment, etc. according to the recipe information (R).
[0166] A plurality of manufacturing facilities (500) may be provided. The plurality of manufacturing facilities (500) may be connected to each other. The plurality of manufacturing facilities (500) may be sequentially arranged to receive a product (P) manufactured by a preceding manufacturing facility (500) and perform a subsequent process. In other words, the plurality of manufacturing facilities (500) may be configured to continuously manufacture the product (P).
[0167] In the illustrated embodiment, three manufacturing equipment units (500) are provided, including a first manufacturing equipment unit (500a), a second manufacturing equipment unit (500b), and a third manufacturing equipment unit (500c). This is merely exemplary, and a different number of manufacturing equipment units (500) may be provided depending on the manufacturing process of the product (P).
[0168] As illustrated in FIG. 5, the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) can be connected to each other. The connection can be achieved by a product transfer module (550) described below.
[0169] The first manufacturing facility (500a) that performs the most advanced process is located on the rear side of the identification mark production unit (400). The first manufacturing facility (500a) can receive a product (P) on which an identification mark has been formed from the identification mark production unit (400). The first manufacturing facility (500a) is connected to the identification mark production unit (400).
[0170] The trailing side of the first manufacturing facility (500a) is connected to the second manufacturing facility (500b). A product (P) partially manufactured by the first manufacturing facility (500a) can be delivered to the second manufacturing facility (500b).
[0171] The trailing side of the second manufacturing facility (500b) is connected to the third manufacturing facility (500c). Some of the products (P) manufactured by the second manufacturing facility (500b) can be delivered to the third manufacturing facility (500c).
[0172] The trailing side of the third manufacturing facility (500c) is connected to the outside. The remaining products (P) manufactured by the third manufacturing facility (500c) can be delivered to the outside.
[0173] That is, the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) can at least partially manufacture the product (P) corresponding to the calculated recipe information (R).
[0174] The first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) are each communicatively connected to the recipe information management unit (300). The first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) can each receive the first to third recipe information (R1, R2, R3) from the recipe information management unit (300). In addition, the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) can each transmit the received first to third recipe information (R1, R2, R3), identification information (I), and equipment information (F) to the recipe information management unit (300).
[0175] In addition, the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) can continuously manufacture different products (P), i.e., the first product (P1) and the second product (P2). That is, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the identification mark production unit (400) can form an identification mark on a component constituting the second product (P2) or a portion of the second product (P2) and then form an identification mark on a component constituting the first product (P1) or a portion of the first product (P1). In addition, the first manufacturing equipment unit (500a) can continuously manufacture the second product (P2).
[0176] Furthermore, the second manufacturing facility (500b) can manufacture the second product (P2) after manufacturing the first product (P1). The third manufacturing facility (500c) can manufacture the first product (P1) after manufacturing the second product (P2).
[0177] In the illustrated embodiment, the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) selectively manufacture a first product (P1) or a second product (P2). Alternatively, the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) may be configured to continuously manufacture two or more types of products (P).
[0178] In any case, it will be understood that the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) can continuously manufacture different types of products (P). At this time, the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) can receive the first to third recipe information (R1, R2, R3) in advance and calculate manufacturing information (M) in advance for manufacturing different products (P).
[0179] Accordingly, the manufacturing time of the product (P) can be shortened compared to the case where the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) generate identification information (I) for the product (P) received, and recipe information (R) is calculated by the recipe information management unit (300) using the identification information (I) and then transmitted to the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c).
[0180] The first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) differ in the order of arrangement and the received recipe information (R1, R2, R3), but are otherwise identical in configuration. Accordingly, in the following description, the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) will be collectively referred to as the manufacturing equipment unit (500) for the identical portions.
[0181] In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 4, the manufacturing facility unit (500) includes a recipe information transmission module (510), a product recognition module (520), a manufacturing information operation module (530), a product manufacturing module (540), and a product transport module (550).
[0182] The recipe information transmission module (510) receives recipe information (R) calculated by the recipe information calculation module (320). The recipe information transmission module (510) is communicatively connected to the recipe information calculation module (320).
[0183] The recipe information transmission module (510) can transmit the received recipe information (R) to the recipe information verification module (330). The recipe information transmission module (510) is communicatively connected to the recipe information verification module (330).
[0184] At this time, it will be understood that the recipe information transmission module (510) of the first manufacturing facility (500a) can transmit the first recipe information (R1), the recipe information transmission module (510) of the second manufacturing facility (500b) can transmit the second recipe information (R2), and the recipe information transmission module (510) of the third manufacturing facility (500c) can transmit the third recipe information (R3).
[0185] When the signal transmitted by the recipe information verification module (330), i.e., a signal indicating that the recipe information (R) is correct, is received, the recipe information transmission module (510) transmits the received recipe information (R) to the manufacturing information operation module (530). The recipe information transmission module (510) is communicatively connected to the manufacturing information operation module (530).
[0186] In addition, in an embodiment in which the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) are communicatively connected to each other, a recipe information transmission module (510) provided in one manufacturing equipment unit (500a, 500b, 500c) can be communicatively connected to a recipe information transmission module (510) of another manufacturing equipment unit (500a, 500b, 500c). The recipe information transmission modules (510) provided in different manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) can transmit or receive recipe information (R).
[0187] The product recognition module (520) identifies an identification mark, such as a barcode, formed on the delivered product (P) and generates identification information (I). The identification information (I) generated by the product recognition module (520) can be transferred to the recipe information calculation module (320) and utilized to calculate recipe information (R).
[0188] The identification information (I) may include any information for recognizing the type of product (P). In one embodiment, the identification information (I) may include information about the serial number, model name, or specifications of the product (P).
[0189] Additionally, the product recognition module (520) can generate facility information (F) for identifying the manufacturing facility (500a, 500b, 500c) that received the product (P). The facility information (F) generated by the product recognition module (520) can be transmitted to the recipe information calculation module (320) and utilized to calculate recipe information (R). The product recognition module (520) is communicatively connected to the recipe information calculation module (320).
[0190] The facility information (F) may include any information for identifying multiple manufacturing facility units (500a, 500b, 500c) from each other. In one embodiment, the facility information (F) may include information regarding the names of the manufacturing facility units (500a, 500b, 500c), their process sequences, placement locations, and executable processes.
[0191] Meanwhile, the identification information (I) generated by the product recognition module (520) can be transmitted to the manufacturing information calculation module (530) and utilized to calculate manufacturing information (M). The product recognition module (520) is communicatively connected to the manufacturing information calculation module (530).
[0192] The manufacturing information operation module (530) operates manufacturing information (M) using identification information (I) and recipe information (R). The manufacturing information operation module (530) can receive identification information (I) and recipe information (R) from the product recognition module (520) and the recipe information operation module (320). The manufacturing information operation module (530) is communicatively connected to the product recognition module (520) and the recipe information operation module (320), respectively.
[0193] Manufacturing information (M) may include any information related to the process for manufacturing a product (P). In one embodiment, manufacturing information (M) may include information on the type, number, and location of components to be provided for the product (P), the capacity, frequency, and voltage of current to be applied for joining the components, etc.
[0194] For example, the calculated manufacturing information (M) can be configured in a format as shown in [Table 3] below.
[0195] Type of part Number of parts Placement location Current information Manufacturing information (M) A3 2 1st position 3.0 AA 2 6 3rd position 7.2 AA 5 3 4th position 4.3 A
[0196] That is, as illustrated in [Table 3], the calculated manufacturing information (M) may include any information about the process to be performed in each manufacturing facility unit (500a, 500b, 500c).
[0197] At this time, each manufacturing facility unit (500a, 500b, 500c) can calculate manufacturing information (M). Accordingly, it will be understood that different products (P) can be manufactured in each manufacturing facility unit (500a, 500b, 500c).
[0198] The manufacturing information (M) calculated by the manufacturing information calculation module (530) is transmitted to the product manufacturing module (540). The manufacturing information calculation module (530) is communicatively connected to the product manufacturing module (540).
[0199] The product manufacturing module (540) manufactures a product (P) based on the calculated manufacturing information (M). The product manufacturing module (540) can at least partially manufacture the product (P). That is, the product manufacturing module (540) can form the product (P) into a finished product or form the product (P) into a semi-finished product.
[0200] The product manufacturing module (540) can receive manufacturing information (M) from the manufacturing information operation module (530). The product manufacturing module (540) is communicatively connected to the manufacturing information operation module (530).
[0201] The product (P) manufactured by the product manufacturing module (540) can be transferred to the subsequent manufacturing facility (500b, 500c) or to the outside by the product transport module (550). The product manufacturing module (540) is communicatively connected to the product transport module (550).
[0202] The product transport module (550) transports a product (P) manufactured in the manufacturing facility (500). The product transport module (550) can be connected to another manufacturing facility (500b, 500c) or the outside to transport the manufactured product (P).
[0203] Specifically, the product transfer module (550) provided in the first manufacturing facility (500a) is connected to the second manufacturing facility (500b). The product transfer module (550) provided in the second manufacturing facility (500b) is connected to the third manufacturing facility (500c), and the product transfer module (550) provided in the third manufacturing facility (500c) is connected to the outside.
[0204] The product transport module (550) may be provided in any form capable of moving the product (P). In one embodiment, the product transport module (550) may be provided in the form of a conveyor belt.
[0205] As described above, the continuous manufacturing system (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention can transmit the calculated recipe information (R) to a plurality of manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) after the calculated recipe information (R) has been pre-calculated. Accordingly, compared to a case where the recipe information (R) is calculated and transmitted after the product (P) transmitted to each manufacturing equipment unit (500a, 500b, 500c) is identified, the time required for the manufacturing process of the product (P) can be shortened.
[0206] In particular, it will be understood that the effect of the continuous manufacturing system (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention is maximized when different products (P1, P2) are continuously manufactured.
[0207] Referring to FIGS. 7 to 9, the process of operating a continuous manufacturing system (10) according to various embodiments of the present invention is illustrated as an example.
[0208] Referring to FIG. 7, a process of operating a continuous manufacturing system (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.
[0209] In this embodiment, the recipe information management unit (300) calculates recipe information (R) using process information (W / O), and the identification mark production unit (400) transmits the calculated recipe information (R) in advance before the product (P) whose appearance has been formed is identified by the manufacturing equipment unit (500).
[0210] The manufacturing facility unit (500) calculates identification information (I) from the received product (P), and calculates manufacturing information (M) using the calculated identification information (I) and the previously transmitted recipe information (R) to proceed with manufacturing the product (P).
[0211] That is, in the present embodiment, the recipe information (R) is transmitted to the manufacturing facility (500) in advance before the product (P) is identified. Therefore, the process in which the manufacturing facility (500) generates identification information (I) for the product (P) and transmits it to the recipe information management unit (300), and the recipe information management unit (300) calculates recipe information (R) using the identification information (I) and transmits it to the manufacturing facility (500) can be omitted.
[0212] Therefore, the time required for calculating and transmitting recipe information (R) can be reduced, so the time required for manufacturing a product (P) can be shortened.
[0213] First, product information is entered into the product information input unit (100). Product type information (T) is entered into the product type information input module (110), and product quantity information (Q) is entered into the product quantity information input module (120). Additionally, product order information (O) is entered into the product order information input module (130) (①).
[0214] The input product type information (T), product quantity information (Q), and product order information (O) are transmitted to the process information management unit (200) (②). The process information calculation module (210) calculates process information (W / O) using the transmitted product type information (T), product quantity information (Q), and product order information (O).
[0215] The process information transmission module (220) first transmits the calculated process information (W / O) to the process information reception module (410) of the identification mark production unit (400) (③). The identification mark production module (420) initiates a production process for generating an identification mark on a part of a product (P) or a part of the product (P) corresponding to the transmitted process information (W / O).
[0216] In addition, the process information transmission module (220) can also transmit the calculated process information (W / O) to the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) (③). Accordingly, the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) can obtain information on the type and quantity of products (P) to be sequentially manufactured.
[0217] Additionally, the process information transmission module (220) transmits the calculated process information (W / O) to the recipe information calculation module (320) (④). The recipe information calculation module (320) calculates recipe information (R) using the transmitted process information (W / O).
[0218] At this time, the recipe information calculation module (320) can calculate recipe information (R) for each of the multiple manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c). In the illustrated embodiment, the recipe information calculation module (320) calculates first recipe information (R1), second recipe information (R2), and third recipe information (R3), respectively.
[0219] The recipe information calculation module (320) transmits each calculated recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to a plurality of manufacturing facilities (500a, 500b, 500c). In the illustrated embodiment, the first recipe information (R1) is transmitted to the first manufacturing facility (500a), the second recipe information (R2) is transmitted to the second manufacturing facility (500b), and the third recipe information (R3) is transmitted to the third manufacturing facility (500c) (⑤).
[0220] At this time, the first to third recipe information (R1, R2, R3) may be transmitted to the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) simultaneously or at different times. In any case, it is sufficient if the first to third recipe information (R1, R2, R3) can be transmitted to each manufacturing equipment unit (500a, 500b, 500c) before the product (P) is transmitted to each manufacturing equipment unit (500a, 500b, 500c).
[0221] In addition, the recipe information calculation module (320) can transmit each calculated recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to the manufacturing equipment (500) according to the request of the manufacturing equipment (500). That is, the manufacturing equipment (500) can calculate in advance the type and quantity of products (P) to be manufactured sequentially using the previously transmitted process information (W / O), compare this with the type and quantity of products (P) currently being manufactured, and receive recipe information (R1, R2, R3) in advance if the difference is less than a preset difference value.
[0222] After receiving the first recipe information (R1), the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) receives a product (P) with an identification mark formed thereon from the identification mark production unit (400). The first manufacturing facility unit (500a) calculates identification information (I) using the identification mark formed on a component constituting the product (P) or a portion of the product (P) (⑥).
[0223] In addition, the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) calculates manufacturing information (M) using the received first recipe information (R1) and the calculated identification information (I) (⑦), and at least partially manufactures a product (P) corresponding to the calculated manufacturing information (M). The first manufacturing facility unit (500a) transfers the manufactured product (P) to the second manufacturing facility unit (500b).
[0224] After receiving the second recipe information (R2), the second manufacturing facility (500b) receives at least a part of the product (P) manufactured by the first manufacturing facility (500a). The second manufacturing facility (500b) calculates identification information (I) using an identification mark formed on a part of the product (P) or a part of the product (P) (⑧).
[0225] In addition, the second manufacturing facility unit (500b) calculates manufacturing information (M) using the received second recipe information (R2) and the calculated identification information (I) (⑨), and at least partially manufactures the product (P) corresponding to the calculated manufacturing information (M). The second manufacturing facility unit (500b) transfers the manufactured product (P) to the third manufacturing facility unit (500c).
[0226] After receiving the third recipe information (R3), the third manufacturing facility unit (500c) receives at least a part of the product (P) manufactured from the second manufacturing facility unit (500b). The third manufacturing facility unit (500c) calculates identification information (I) using an identification mark formed on a part of the product (P) or a part of the product (P) (⑩).
[0227] In addition, the third manufacturing facility unit (500c) calculates manufacturing information (M) using the received third recipe information (R3) and the calculated identification information (I) (⑪), and manufactures the product (P) so that it is completed in accordance with the calculated manufacturing information (M). The third manufacturing facility unit (500c) transmits the manufactured product (P) to the outside.
[0228] As described above, in an embodiment in which more than three manufacturing facilities (500) are provided, it will be understood that the third manufacturing facility (500c) can at least partially manufacture the product (P) and transfer it to another subsequent manufacturing facility (500).
[0229]
[0230] Referring to FIG. 8, a process of operating a continuous manufacturing system (10) according to another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.
[0231] In the present embodiment, the recipe information management unit (300) receives the identification information (I) and the facility information (F) calculated by the manufacturing facility unit (500), calculates the recipe information (R), and transfers all of the calculated recipe information (R) to the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) that is the most advanced. In the present embodiment, the first to third manufacturing facility units (500a, 500b, 500c) are communicatively connected to each other, so that the recipe information (R) transferred to the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) can be transferred to the second and third manufacturing facility units (500b, 500c).
[0232] That is, in the present embodiment, the recipe information management unit (300) is only communicably connected to the first manufacturing facility unit (500a), which is the most advanced. At this time, the first recipe information (R1) utilized in the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) is calculated using the identification information (I) and facility information (F) transmitted by the first manufacturing facility unit (500a).
[0233] In addition, the recipe information management unit (300) can transmit all of the first to third recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to the first manufacturing facility unit (500a). The first to third recipe information (R1, R2, R3) transmitted to the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) are transmitted to the second and third manufacturing facilities units (500b, 500c), respectively, so that the manufacturing process can proceed without communication with the recipe information management unit (300).
[0234] Therefore, in the present embodiment, the process of each of the plurality of manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) receiving recipe information (R) from the recipe information management unit (300) can be omitted, so that the time required for manufacturing the product (P) can be shortened.
[0235] First, product information is entered into the product information input unit (100). Product type information (T) is entered into the product type information input module (110), and product quantity information (Q) is entered into the product quantity information input module (120). Additionally, product order information (O) is entered into the product order information input module (130) (①).
[0236] The input product type information (T), product quantity information (Q), and product order information (O) are transmitted to the process information management unit (200) (②). The process information calculation module (210) calculates process information (W / O) using the transmitted product type information (T), product quantity information (Q), and product order information (O).
[0237] The process information transmission module (220) first transmits the calculated process information (W / O) to the process information reception module (410) of the identification mark production unit (400) (③). The identification mark production module (420) initiates a production process of forming an identification mark on a part of a product (P) or a part of the product (P) corresponding to the transmitted process information (W / O).
[0238] In addition, the process information transmission module (220) can also transmit the calculated process information (W / O) to the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) (③). Accordingly, the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) can obtain information on the type and quantity of products (P) to be sequentially manufactured.
[0239] The first manufacturing facility unit (500a) receives a product (P) on which an identification mark has been formed from the identification mark production unit (400). The first manufacturing facility unit (500a) calculates identification information (I) using the identification mark formed on a part of the product (P) or a portion of the product (P), and calculates facility information (F) for identifying the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) (④).
[0240] The first manufacturing facility unit (500a) transmits the calculated identification information (I) and facility information (F) to the recipe information calculation module (320) (⑤). The recipe information calculation module (320) calculates recipe information (R) using the received identification information (I) and facility information (F).
[0241] At this time, the recipe information calculation module (320) can calculate recipe information (R) for each of the multiple manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c). In the illustrated embodiment, the recipe information calculation module (320) calculates first recipe information (R1), second recipe information (R2), and third recipe information (R3), respectively.
[0242] In addition, the recipe information calculation module (320) can transmit each calculated recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to the manufacturing equipment (500) according to the request of the manufacturing equipment (500).
[0243] The recipe information calculation module (320) transmits each calculated recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to the first manufacturing facility (500a) (⑥). As described above, in the present embodiment, the recipe information calculation module (320) is communicatively connected only to the first manufacturing facility (500a).
[0244] The first manufacturing facility unit (500a) matches each transmitted recipe information (R1, R2, R3) with at least one of the identification information (I) and the facility information (F) to select the first recipe information (R1). Once the first recipe information (R1) is selected, the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) transmits each transmitted recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to the second manufacturing facility unit (500b) (⑦).
[0245] In addition, the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) calculates manufacturing information (M) using the selected first recipe information (R1) and the calculated identification information (I) (⑧), and at least partially manufactures a product (P) corresponding to the calculated manufacturing information (M). The first manufacturing facility unit (500a) transfers the manufactured product (P) to the second manufacturing facility unit (500b).
[0246] The second manufacturing facility (500b) receives a product (P) that has been at least partially manufactured from the first manufacturing facility (500a). The second manufacturing facility (500b) calculates identification information (I) using an identification mark formed on a component constituting the product (P) or a portion of the product (P), and calculates facility information (F) for identifying the second manufacturing facility (500b) (⑨).
[0247] The second manufacturing facility unit (500b) matches each transmitted recipe information (R1, R2, R3) with at least one of the identification information (I) and the facility information (F) to select the second recipe information (R2). Once the second recipe information (R2) is selected, the second manufacturing facility unit (500b) transmits each transmitted recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to the third manufacturing facility unit (500c) (⑩).
[0248] In addition, the second manufacturing facility unit (500b) calculates manufacturing information (M) using the selected second recipe information (R2) and the calculated identification information (I) (⑪), and at least partially manufactures the product (P) corresponding to the calculated manufacturing information (M). The second manufacturing facility unit (500b) transfers the manufactured product (P) to the third manufacturing facility unit (500c).
[0249] The third manufacturing facility (500c) receives a product (P) that is at least partially manufactured from the second manufacturing facility (500b). The third manufacturing facility (500c) calculates identification information (I) using an identification mark formed on a component constituting the product (P) or a portion of the product (P), and calculates facility information (F) for identifying the third manufacturing facility (500c) (⑫).
[0250] The third manufacturing facility unit (500c) selects the third recipe information (R3) by matching at least one of the transmitted recipe information (R1, R2, R3) and the identification information (I) and facility information (F).
[0251] In addition, the third manufacturing facility unit (500c) calculates manufacturing information (M) using the selected third recipe information (R3) and the calculated identification information (I) (⑬), and manufactures the product (P) so that it is completed in accordance with the calculated manufacturing information (M). The third manufacturing facility unit (500c) transmits the manufactured product (P) to the outside.
[0252] As described above, in an embodiment in which more than three manufacturing facilities (500) are provided, it will be understood that the third manufacturing facility (500c) can at least partially manufacture the product (P) and transfer it to another subsequent manufacturing facility (500).
[0253] Likewise, in the above embodiment, it will be understood that the recipe information calculation module (320) calculates additional recipe information (R) and transmits it to the first manufacturing facility (500a), and the third manufacturing facility (500c) can transmit the recipe information (R) received from the second manufacturing facility (500b) to another subsequent manufacturing facility (500).
[0254]
[0255] Referring to FIG. 9, a process of operating a continuous manufacturing system (10) according to another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.
[0256] In this embodiment, the recipe information management unit (300) calculates recipe information (R) using process information (W / O), and the identification mark production unit (400) transmits the calculated recipe information (R) in advance before the product (P) whose appearance has been formed is identified by the manufacturing equipment unit (500).
[0257] The manufacturing facility unit (500) calculates identification information (I) from the received product (P), and calculates manufacturing information (M) using the calculated identification information (I) and the previously transmitted recipe information (R) to proceed with manufacturing the product (P).
[0258] That is, in the present embodiment, the recipe information (R) is transmitted to the manufacturing facility (500) in advance before the product (P) is identified.
[0259] Therefore, the time required for calculating and transmitting recipe information (R) can be reduced, so the time required for manufacturing a product (P) can be shortened.
[0260] At this time, the recipe information management unit (300) transmits the calculated recipe information (R) to the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) that is the most advanced.
[0261] Additionally, in this embodiment, the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) are communicatively connected to each other, so that recipe information (R) transmitted to the first manufacturing equipment unit (500a) can be transmitted to the second and third manufacturing equipment units (500b, 500c).
[0262] That is, in the present embodiment, the recipe information management unit (300) is directly connected to only the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) that is the most advanced. The recipe information management unit (300) can transmit all of the first to third recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to the first manufacturing facility unit (500a).
[0263] The first to third recipe information (R1, R2, R3) transmitted to the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) is transmitted to the second and third manufacturing facility units (500b, 500c), respectively, so that the manufacturing process can proceed without communication with the recipe information management unit (300).
[0264] Therefore, in the present embodiment, the process of each of the plurality of manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) receiving recipe information (R) from the recipe information management unit (300) can be omitted, so that the time required for manufacturing the product (P) can be shortened.
[0265] Accordingly, the continuous manufacturing system (10) according to the present embodiment may be understood as a combination of the above-described embodiment and other embodiments.
[0266] First, product information is entered into the product information input unit (100). Product type information (T) is entered into the product type information input module (110), and product quantity information (Q) is entered into the product quantity information input module (120). Additionally, product order information (O) is entered into the product order information input module (130) (①).
[0267] The input product type information (T), product quantity information (Q), and product order information (O) are transmitted to the process information management unit (200) (②). The process information calculation module (210) calculates process information (W / O) using the transmitted product type information (T), product quantity information (Q), and product order information (O).
[0268] The process information transmission module (220) first transmits the calculated process information (W / O) to the process information reception module (410) of the identification mark production unit (400) (③). The identification mark production module (420) initiates a production process of forming an identification mark on a part of a product (P) or a part of the product (P) corresponding to the transmitted process information (W / O).
[0269] In addition, the process information transmission module (220) can also transmit the calculated process information (W / O) to the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) (③). Accordingly, the first to third manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c) can obtain information on the type and quantity of products (P) to be sequentially manufactured.
[0270] Additionally, the process information transmission module (220) transmits the calculated process information (W / O) to the recipe information calculation module (320) (④). The recipe information calculation module (320) calculates recipe information (R) using the transmitted process information (W / O).
[0271] At this time, the recipe information calculation module (320) can calculate recipe information (R) for each of the multiple manufacturing equipment units (500a, 500b, 500c). In the illustrated embodiment, the recipe information calculation module (320) calculates first recipe information (R1), second recipe information (R2), and third recipe information (R3), respectively.
[0272] The recipe information calculation module (320) transmits each calculated recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to the first manufacturing facility (500a) (⑤). [0273] In addition, the recipe information calculation module (320) can transmit each calculated recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to the manufacturing equipment (500) according to the request of the manufacturing equipment (500).
[0274] The first manufacturing facility unit (500a) receives a product (P) on which an identification mark has been formed from the identification mark production unit (400). The first manufacturing facility unit (500a) calculates identification information (I) using the identification mark formed on a part of the product (P) or a portion of the product (P), and calculates facility information (F) for identifying the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) (⑥).
[0275] The first manufacturing facility unit (500a) matches each transmitted recipe information (R1, R2, R3) with at least one of the identification information (I) and the facility information (F) to select the first recipe information (R1). Once the first recipe information (R1) is selected, the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) transmits each transmitted recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to the second manufacturing facility unit (500b) (⑦).
[0276] In addition, the first manufacturing facility unit (500a) calculates manufacturing information (M) using the selected first recipe information (R1) and the calculated identification information (I) (⑧), and at least partially manufactures a product (P) corresponding to the calculated manufacturing information (M). The first manufacturing facility unit (500a) transfers the manufactured product (P) to the second manufacturing facility unit (500b).
[0277] The second manufacturing facility (500b) receives a product (P) that has been at least partially manufactured from the first manufacturing facility (500a). The second manufacturing facility (500b) calculates identification information (I) using an identification mark formed on a component constituting the product (P) or a portion of the product (P), and calculates facility information (F) for identifying the second manufacturing facility (500b) (⑨).
[0278] The second manufacturing facility unit (500b) matches each transmitted recipe information (R1, R2, R3) with at least one of the identification information (I) and the facility information (F) to select the second recipe information (R2). Once the second recipe information (R2) is selected, the second manufacturing facility unit (500b) transmits each transmitted recipe information (R1, R2, R3) to the third manufacturing facility unit (500c) (⑩).
[0279] In addition, the second manufacturing facility unit (500b) calculates manufacturing information (M) using the selected second recipe information (R2) and the calculated identification information (I) (⑪), and at least partially manufactures the product (P) corresponding to the calculated manufacturing information (M). The second manufacturing facility unit (500b) transfers the manufactured product (P) to the third manufacturing facility unit (500c).
[0280] The third manufacturing facility (500c) receives a product (P) that is at least partially manufactured from the second manufacturing facility (500b). The third manufacturing facility (500c) calculates identification information (I) using an identification mark formed on a component constituting the product (P) or a portion of the product (P), and calculates facility information (F) for identifying the third manufacturing facility (500c) (⑫).
[0281] The third manufacturing facility unit (500c) selects the third recipe information (R3) by matching at least one of the transmitted recipe information (R1, R2, R3) and the identification information (I) and facility information (F).
[0282] In addition, the third manufacturing facility unit (500c) calculates manufacturing information (M) using the selected third recipe information (R3) and the calculated identification information (I) (⑬), and manufactures the product (P) so that it is completed in accordance with the calculated manufacturing information (M).
