Pedal box, brake system and vehicle with integrated dual sensors

[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

[0002] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on August 31, 2023, with application number 202311130228.8 and application name “A pedal box, pedal mechanism, braking system and vehicle with integrated dual sensors”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0003] The present application relates to the field of vehicle technology, and in particular to a pedal box, a braking system and a vehicle integrated with dual sensors. Background Art

[0004] Brake-by-wire technology is currently a major development trend in vehicle braking systems. Unlike traditional hydraulic brakes, brake-by-wire technology is a force-decoupled solution, meaning there is no mechanical or hydraulic connection between the brake pedal and the brake system. In brake-by-wire mode, the vehicle's controller determines the driver's braking intention based on signals from the pedal mechanism and then issues control signals to control the braking force.

[0005] A vehicle's pedal mechanism can be configured with two sensors to output two redundant signals. If one sensor fails, the controller can still control the brakes based on the signal from the other. However, this type of pedal mechanism is often expensive, and because the two sensors use similar detection principles, there's a possibility of simultaneous failure, compromising vehicle braking safety.

[0006] Summary of the Invention

[0007] The present application provides a pedal box, a braking system and a vehicle with integrated dual sensors to improve the working reliability of the pedal box and thereby improve the braking safety of the vehicle.

[0008] In a first aspect, the present application provides a pedal box with integrated dual sensors, which includes a housing, a drive rod, a pedal force feedback member, a pressure sensor, and a displacement sensor. The displacement sensor includes a moving component and a fixed component, and the housing is used to accommodate the moving component, the pedal force feedback member, and the pressure sensor. The pedal force feedback member and the pressure sensor are sequentially arranged inside the housing along the axial direction of the drive rod, so that the pressure sensor can detect the compressive force of the drive rod on the pedal force feedback member. In addition, the housing is also used to fix the fixed component, and the moving component is arranged between the pedal force feedback member and the fixed component along the radial direction of the drive rod. The moving component is relatively fixed to the drive rod, and the displacement sensor detects the displacement of the drive rod through the relative positional relationship between the fixed component and the moving component.

[0009] The pedal box provided in the present application detects two different parameters of the pedal box through a pressure sensor and a displacement sensor. The detection signal of the pressure sensor and the detection signal of the displacement sensor back up each other. Since the detection parameters of the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor are different, the detection principles of the two are quite different. Therefore, the risk of the two sensors failing at the same time in the same environment is relatively small. In the event that one of the sensors fails, the status of the pedal box can be known through the detection signal of the other sensor, thereby effectively improving the reliability of the pedal box and further improving the braking safety of the vehicle using the pedal box.

[0010] In some embodiments, the pressure sensor detects the displacement of the drive rod based on the resistance strain effect, and includes piezoresistive pressure sensors, ceramic pressure sensors, etc. The displacement sensor detects the compression force of the pedal force feedback member based on the electromagnetic effect, and includes Hall displacement sensors, anisotropic magnetoresistive effect sensors, giant magnetoresistive effect sensors, tunnel magnetoresistive effect sensors, eddy current displacement sensors, etc.

[0011] In some embodiments, the housing includes a first cover plate, which is arranged opposite the pedal force feedback component along the axial direction of the drive rod. During assembly of the pedal box, the pressure sensor, displacement sensor, pedal box feedback component, etc. are first installed inside the housing, and then the ends of the housing are sealed with the first cover plate, thereby reducing the difficulty of assembling the pedal box. The first cover plate includes an opening that connects the interior of the housing with the exterior of the housing. The radial dimension of the opening is larger than the radial dimension of the drive rod. The opening is used to extend the drive rod from the interior of the housing to the exterior of the housing, so that the drive rod can receive external driving force.

[0012] In some embodiments, one end of the driving rod is exposed to the housing. Exemplarily, one end of the driving rod extends from the opening of the first cover plate and is exposed to the housing. The other end of the driving rod is accommodated inside the housing, and the other end of the driving rod is arranged on the side of the pedal force feedback member facing away from the pressure sensor. The other end of the driving rod is used to compress the pedal force feedback member under the drive of the pedal force, so that the pedal force feedback member generates a compression force, and then the pressure sensor detects the compression force of the pedal force feedback member. In addition, the other end of the driving rod is also used to drive the moving component to move along the axial direction of the driving rod, so that the moving component and the fixed component generate relative displacement, and then the displacement sensor detects the displacement of the driving rod through the relative displacement.

[0013] In some embodiments, the pedal box further comprises a sealing cover, which is arranged adjacent to the first cover plate along the axial direction of the drive rod and is fixedly connected to the circumferential side wall of the cover plate, thereby enclosing the opening of the first cover plate within the sealing cover. The sealing cover includes a through hole extending along the axial direction of the drive rod, the through hole being configured to allow the drive rod to extend from within the sealing cover to outside the sealing cover, and the through hole having a radial dimension along the drive rod that is less than or equal to the radial dimension of the drive rod, so that an interference fit is formed between the through hole and the drive rod, thereby forming a seal at the junction of the through hole and the drive rod, thereby reducing the risk of foreign matter entering the housing.

[0014] In some embodiments, one side end face of the axial pressure sensor along the driving rod contacts the pedal force feedback member, and the other side end face of the axial pressure sensor along the driving rod contacts the inner wall of the shell. During the process of the pedal force feedback member being compressed and moved under the drive of the driving rod, the pedal force feedback member continuously presses against the pressure sensor, thereby applying the generated compression force to the pressure sensor, and then enabling the pressure sensor to detect the compression force of the driving rod on the pedal force feedback member.

[0015] In some embodiments, the shell includes a boss, which is arranged along the radial boss of the shell on the side of the shell facing away from the interior of the shell, and the end face of the boss facing away from the interior of the shell has an installation groove, which is used to install a fixing component of the displacement sensor, thereby fixing the fixing component to the shell.

[0016] In some embodiments, the moving assembly of the displacement sensor is fixedly connected to the drive rod so that the moving assembly moves synchronously with the movement of the drive rod. The projection of the moving assembly's movement path along the radial direction of the drive rod at least partially overlaps with the projection of the fixed assembly, so that the moving assembly is always within the sensing area of the fixed assembly during movement, thereby enabling the fixed assembly to detect the displacement of the moving assembly based on changes in its relative positional relationship with the moving assembly. Since the moving assembly moves synchronously with the drive rod, the displacement of the moving assembly is equivalent to the displacement of the drive rod. Therefore, the displacement sensor in the present application is capable of detecting the displacement of the drive rod.

[0017] In some embodiments, the moving component includes a first connecting member and a second connecting member, the first connecting member extends axially along the driving rod, the second connecting member is connected to one end of the first connecting member along the axial direction of the driving rod, and the second connecting member extends radially along the driving rod, and the second connecting member is used to be fixedly connected to the driving rod, thereby realizing a fixed connection between the moving component and the driving rod.

[0018] In some embodiments, the interior of the housing includes a partition that is used to separate the interior of the housing into a first chamber and a second chamber arranged radially along the drive rod. The first chamber is larger than the second chamber in the radial direction of the drive rod. The first chamber is used to accommodate the moving assembly, the pedal force feedback member, and the pressure sensor, and the second chamber is used to accommodate the moving assembly. Through this split-chamber design, the moving assembly and the pedal force feedback member are arranged radially along the drive rod. When the drive rod drives the pedal force feedback member to move in the first chamber, the moving assembly moves synchronously in the second chamber.

[0019] In some embodiments, the partition includes a through groove connecting the first chamber and the second chamber, and the length of the through groove along the axial direction of the driving rod is greater than the length of the moving path of the driving rod. The through groove is used to allow the moving component to partially extend into the first chamber and be fixedly connected to the driving rod, thereby providing feasibility for the connection between the moving component and the driving rod.

[0020] In some embodiments, the pedal force feedback member includes a first movable member, a second movable member, a first elastic member, a second elastic member, and a third elastic member, wherein the first movable member is arranged between the driving rod and the second movable member along the axial direction of the driving rod. The driving rod is used to drive the first movable member to move relative to the second movable member along the axial direction of the driving rod; before the first movable member contacts the second movable member, the first movable member is used to drive the second movable member to compress the second elastic member through the first elastic member; after the first movable member contacts the second movable member, the driving rod is used to drive the second movable member through the first movable member to first compress the second elastic member alone, and then compress the second elastic member and the third elastic member simultaneously. It can be seen that the compression state of the pedal force feedback member is divided into three stages. The pedal force feedback member combines the elastic members in different ways in the three stages, so that the compression force and compression stroke of the pedal force feedback member show different linear or approximately linear relationships in the three stages. In this way, the pedal force feedback of the pedal box to the driver will be closer to the pedal force feedback of the mechanical brake mechanism to the driver, thereby enabling the driver to know the braking state of the vehicle based on the pedal force feedback of the pedal box, which helps to improve the braking safety of the vehicle.

[0021] In some embodiments, the first movable member includes a flange on its circumferential side, the flange extending radially along the drive rod, and a slot on its circumferential side, the slot extending radially along the drive rod, for engaging the movable assembly of the displacement sensor, thereby fixedly connecting the movable assembly to the first movable member. Since the first movable member moves synchronously with the drive rod throughout the entire process of the drive rod compressing the pedal force feedback member, fixedly connecting the movable assembly to the first movable member is equivalent to fixedly connecting the movable assembly to the drive rod.

[0022] In some embodiments, the pedal force feedback member includes a first fixing member and a second fixing member, which are arranged in sequence on the side of the second movable member facing away from the first movable member along the axial direction of the driving rod. The first fixing member includes a receiving groove, and the receiving groove of the first fixing member passes through the first fixing member along the axial direction of the driving rod. The inner wall of the receiving groove of the first fixing member includes a step structure, and the step surface of the step structure faces away from the second movable member. The step surface of the step structure is used to limit one end of the third elastic member; along the axial direction of the driving rod, one side end surface of the second fixing member is used to limit the other end of the third elastic member, and one side end surface of the second fixing member contacts with one side end surface of the first fixing member, and the other side end surface of the second fixing member along the axial direction of the driving rod contacts with the pressure sensor. In this way, the compression force of the pedal force feedback member will be applied to the end surface of the pressure sensor through the second fixing member, thereby realizing the detection of the compression force of the pedal force feedback member.

[0023] In some embodiments, the other end surface of the second fixing member, along the axial direction of the drive rod, includes a receiving groove. The receiving groove of the second fixing member is configured to accommodate at least a portion of the pressure sensor along the axial direction of the drive rod. The receiving groove of the second fixing member not only radially limits the pressure sensor, thereby improving the force stability of the pressure sensor, but also reduces the axial dimension of the pedal force feedback member along the drive rod, thereby helping to reduce the overall volume of the pedal box.

[0024] In a second aspect, the present application further provides a braking system comprising a controller, a braking device, and the pedal box of any embodiment of the first aspect. The controller is configured to control the braking device to brake in response to a detection signal from either a pressure sensor or a displacement sensor. This design provides redundancy between the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor. If one sensor fails, the braking system can still perform braking based on the detection signal from the other sensor, thereby improving vehicle braking safety.

[0025] In some embodiments, the controller is configured to control the braking device to brake according to a detection signal of the displacement sensor in response to the pressure sensor being in an abnormal state. Also, the controller is configured to control the braking device to brake according to a detection signal of the pressure sensor in response to the displacement sensor being in an abnormal state.

[0026] In a third aspect, the present application further provides a vehicle comprising a brake pedal and the braking system according to any embodiment of the second aspect. The brake pedal is drivingly connected to a drive rod of a pedal box, such that the drive rod can receive pedal force output when the brake pedal is depressed. The vehicle provided by the present application can brake based on a detection signal from either of the two sensors of the pedal box, thereby improving vehicle braking safety. Therefore, the present application is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.

[0043] Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application. Referring to Figure 1 , the vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application includes a vehicle body 100, a braking system 200, and multiple wheels 300. The braking system 200 is mounted on the vehicle body 100, which is supported by the multiple wheels 300. The braking system 200 is used to brake the multiple wheels 300 to achieve driving or parking braking of the vehicle.

[0044] In the embodiments of the present application, the vehicle includes a pure electric vehicle / battery electric vehicle (PEV / BEV), a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), a range extended electric vehicle (REEV), a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) or a new energy vehicle (NEV), etc.

[0045] In the embodiment of the present application, the vehicle includes a two-axle vehicle or a multi-axle vehicle. FIG1 illustrates a two-axle vehicle as an example. In a two-axle vehicle, the vehicle's multiple wheels 300 include two front wheels 300a and two rear wheels 300b. The braking system 200 includes a braking device 210 corresponding to each wheel 300, namely, two front wheel braking devices 210a corresponding to the two front wheels 300a and two rear wheel braking devices 210b corresponding to the two rear wheels 300b. The two front wheel braking devices 210a are respectively used to brake the two front wheels 300a, and the two rear wheel braking devices 210b are respectively used to brake the two rear wheels 300b.

[0046] Figure 2 is a simplified schematic diagram of a braking system according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to Figure 2 , in this embodiment of the present application, each braking device 210 of the braking system 200 can be an electromechanical brake (EMB). Braking device 210 includes a brake motor 211 and a brake 212. Brake motor 211 is configured to output a braking force to brake 212, causing brake 212 to brake the vehicle's wheels.

[0047] In one embodiment, brake 212 includes a brake caliper and a brake disc. The output shaft of brake motor 211 is drivingly connected to the brake caliper. The brake disc is located within the clamping space of the brake caliper and is fixedly connected to the corresponding wheel hub. Brake motor 211 is used to drive the brake caliper to clamp or release the brake disc, so that the brake caliper applies braking force to the wheel through the brake disc when the brake disc is clamped, and releases the brake on the wheel when the brake caliper releases the brake disc.

[0048] Continuing with Figure 2 , the braking system also includes a brake pedal 220, a pedal box 230, and a controller 240. Brake pedal 220 is mounted within the passenger compartment of the vehicle. In response to the driver's pedaling operation, brake pedal 220 moves and outputs a pedal force. Pedal box 230 is fixed to the vehicle and is in transmission connection with brake pedal 220. Pedal box 230 receives the pedal force output by brake pedal 220 and changes its state accordingly. Controller 240 is signal-connected to pedal box 230 and each of front and rear brake systems 210a, 210b. Controller 240 controls the braking or release of front and rear brake systems 210a, 210b based on the state of pedal box 230. For example, controller 240 is signal-connected to the brake motors of front and rear brake systems 210a, 210b, respectively, to control the brake motors to drive the brake calipers to clamp or release the brake discs based on the state of pedal box 230.

[0049] FIG3 is a schematic structural diagram of a pedal box 230 provided in an embodiment of the present application. Referring to FIG3 , in the embodiment of the present application, the pedal box 230 includes a housing 231, a drive rod 232, a pedal force feedback member 233, a pressure sensor 234, and a displacement sensor 235. The displacement sensor 235 includes a moving assembly 2351 and a fixed assembly 2352. The housing 231 is used to accommodate the moving assembly 2351, the pedal force feedback member 233, and the pressure sensor 234. The pedal force feedback member 233 and the pressure sensor 234 are sequentially arranged inside the housing 231 along the axial direction of the drive rod 232. In addition, the housing 231 is also used to fix the fixed assembly 2352. The moving assembly 2351 is arranged between the pedal force feedback member 233 and the fixed assembly 2352 along the radial direction of the drive rod 232.

[0050] In this embodiment, one end of the drive rod 232 is exposed from the housing 231 and is configured to receive pedal force. In one implementation, the end of the drive rod 232 exposed from the housing 231 is transmission-connected to the brake pedal, enabling the drive rod 232 to receive pedal force when the brake pedal is depressed. The other end of the drive rod 232 is housed within the housing 231 and positioned on the side of the pedal force feedback member 233 facing away from the pressure sensor 234. The other end of the drive rod 232 is configured to compress the pedal force feedback member 233 and drive the moving assembly 2351 to move axially along the drive rod 232 under pedal force. As the drive rod 232 compresses and moves the pedal force feedback member 233, the pedal force feedback member 233 exerts a reaction force on the drive rod. This reaction force is then transmitted back through the drive rod 232 to the brake pedal, where it is then transmitted to the driver, providing pedal force feedback. After the driver releases the brake pedal, the pedal force feedback member 233 gradually rebounds and drives the driving rod 232 to return to its original position, and the driving rod 232 further drives the brake pedal to return to its original position.

[0051] Continuing with reference to FIG3 , in the embodiment of the present application, the housing 231 includes a first cover plate 2311 , which is arranged opposite the pedal force feedback member 233 along the axial direction of the drive rod 232. The first cover plate 2311 includes an opening 23111 that connects the interior of the housing 231 with the exterior of the housing 231 . The radial dimension of the opening 23111 along the drive rod 232 is larger than the radial dimension of the drive rod 232 . The opening 23111 is configured to allow the drive rod 232 to extend from the interior of the housing 231 to the exterior of the housing 231 . Based on this design, one end of the drive rod 232 extends through the opening 23111 of the first cover plate 2311 and is exposed to the outside of the housing 231 .

[0052] In some embodiments, the pedal box 230 further includes a sealing cover 236. The sealing cover 236 is arranged adjacent to the first cover plate 2311 along the axial direction of the drive rod 232. The sealing cover 236 is fixedly connected to the circumferential sidewall of the first cover plate 2311, thereby covering the opening 23111 of the first cover plate 2311 within the sealing cover 236. The sealing cover 236 is made of a material having a certain degree of elasticity. Exemplary materials for the sealing cover 236 include rubber, plastic, etc. The sealing cover 236 includes a through hole 2361 extending along the axial direction of the drive rod 232. The axis of the through hole 2361 is substantially coaxial with the axis of the opening 23111 of the first cover plate 2311. One end of the drive rod 232 extends through the opening 23111 of the first cover plate 2311 and the through hole 2361 of the sealing cover 236, respectively, and is exposed to the outside of the housing 231. The radial dimension of the through hole 2361 of the sealing cover 236 along the driving rod 232 is smaller than the radial dimension of the driving rod 232, so that an interference fit is formed between the through hole 2361 and the driving rod 232, and then a seal is formed at the fitting point between the through hole 2361 and the driving rod 232, reducing the risk of external impurities entering the shell 231.

[0053] Continuing with reference to FIG3 , in the embodiment of the present application, one end surface of the pressure sensor 234 along the axial direction of the drive rod 232 contacts the pedal force feedback member 233, and the other end surface of the pressure sensor 234 along the axial direction of the drive rod 232 contacts the inner wall of the housing 231. In one implementation, the housing 231 further includes a second cover plate 2312, which is arranged opposite the pressure sensor 234 along the axial direction of the drive rod 232. The end surface of the second cover plate 2312 facing the pressure sensor 234 contacts the pressure sensor 234, and this end surface of the second cover plate 2312 serves as the inner wall of the housing 231 that contacts the pressure sensor 234.

[0054] As the pedal force feedback member 233 is compressed and moved by the drive rod 232, it continuously presses against the pressure sensor 234 and applies a force to the end face of the pressure sensor 234. This force is the driving force exerted by the drive rod 232 on the pedal force feedback member 233. The pressure sensor 234 can detect the force exerted on its end face in real time. In other words, the pressure sensor 234 is used to detect the driving force exerted by the drive rod 232 on the pedal force feedback member 233. Exemplarily, the pressure sensor 234 includes a piezoresistive pressure sensor, a ceramic pressure sensor, or the like.

[0055] FIG4 is a schematic structural diagram of the pressure sensor 234 provided in an embodiment of the present application. Referring to FIG3 and FIG4 , in an embodiment of the present application, the pressure sensor 234 includes a chip and a plurality of force sensing elements 2341, wherein the plurality of force sensing elements 2341 are distributed along the circumference of the driving rod 232 at intervals on one end face of the pressure sensor 234 facing the pedal force feedback member 233. During the compression of the pedal force feedback member 233, the plurality of force sensing elements 2341 will all be subjected to the force applied by the pedal force feedback member 233. Taking a piezoresistive pressure sensor as an example, the plurality of force sensing elements 2341 are respectively piezoresistors, and the plurality of force sensing elements 2341 constitute a bridge arm circuit for measuring resistance. The chip generates a pressure signal according to the change in resistance in the bridge arm circuit. The chip includes a wiring port, through which the chip can be connected to the controller signal, thereby sending the pressure signal to the controller.

[0056] Referring again to FIG. 3 , in the embodiment of the present application, the housing 231 includes a boss 2313. The boss 2313 is arranged along the radial direction of the housing 231 on a side of the sidewall of the housing 231 facing away from the interior of the housing 231. The end surface of the boss 2313 facing away from the interior of the housing 231 has a mounting groove 23131. The mounting groove 23131 is used to mount the fixing assembly 2352 of the displacement sensor 235, thereby fixing the fixing assembly 2352 to the housing 231. The moving assembly 2351 of the displacement sensor 235 is fixedly connected to the drive rod 232 so that the moving assembly 2351 moves synchronously with the movement of the drive rod 232, and the projection of the moving path of the moving assembly 2351 along the radial direction of the drive rod 232 at least partially overlaps with the projection of the fixing assembly 2352.

[0057] In some embodiments, the interior of the shell 231 includes a partition 2314, which is used to separate the interior of the shell 231 into a first chamber 2315 and a second chamber 2316 arranged radially along the driving rod 232. The size of the first chamber 2315 along the radial direction of the driving rod 232 is larger than the size of the second chamber 2316. The first chamber 2315 is used to accommodate the moving component 2351, the pedal force feedback component 233 and the pressure sensor 234, and the second chamber 2316 is used to accommodate the moving component 2351. Through this split-chamber design, the moving component 2351 and the pedal force feedback component 233 are arranged radially along the driving rod 232. When the driving rod 232 drives the pedal force feedback component 233 to move in the first chamber 2315, the moving component 2351 moves synchronously in the second chamber 2316, wherein the length of the second chamber 2316 along the axial direction of the driving rod 232 is greater than the sum of the length of the moving path of the driving rod 232 and the length of the moving component 2351, thereby providing sufficient moving space for the moving component 2351.

[0058] In addition, the partition 2314 includes a through groove 23141 connecting the first chamber 2315 and the second chamber 2316. The length of the through groove 23141 along the axial direction of the driving rod 232 is greater than the length of the moving path of the driving rod 232. The through groove 23141 is used to allow the moving component 2351 to partially extend into the first chamber 2315 and be fixedly connected to the driving rod 232, thereby providing feasibility for the connection between the moving component 2351 and the driving rod 232.

[0059] In some embodiments, the moving assembly 2351 includes a first connecting member 23511 and a second connecting member 23512, wherein the first connecting member 23511 extends along the axial direction of the driving rod 232, the second connecting member 23512 is connected to one end of the first connecting member 23511 along the axial direction of the driving rod 232, and the second connecting member 23512 extends along the radial direction of the driving rod 232, and the second connecting member 23512 is used to be fixedly connected to the driving rod 232. Exemplarily, the second connecting member 23512 extends into the first chamber 2315 through the through slot 23141 and is fixedly connected to the driving rod 232.

[0060] In one implementation, the fixed component 2352 is a sensing component, and the mobile component 2351 is a sensed component. Based on the above positional relationship, the mobile component 2351 is always in the sensing area of the fixed component 2352 during the movement process, so that the fixed component 2352 can detect the displacement of the mobile component 2351 according to the change in the relative positional relationship with the mobile component 2351, and since the mobile component 2351 moves synchronously with the drive rod 232, the displacement of the mobile component 2351 is equivalent to the displacement of the drive rod 232. In other words, the displacement sensor 235 of the embodiment of the present application is used to detect the displacement of the drive rod 232. In addition, the fixed component 2352 includes a wiring port, and the fixed component 2352 can be connected to the controller signal through the wiring port, thereby sending the displacement signal to the controller.

[0061] In some other implementations, the functions of the fixed component 2352 and the movable component 2351 can be interchanged, that is, the fixed component 2352 is the sensed component and the movable component 2351 is the sensing component. In this case, when the movable component 2351 moves synchronously with the driving rod 232, the change in the relative position relationship between the movable component 2351 and the fixed component 2352 is consistent with the above-mentioned embodiment. Therefore, the fixed component 2352 is always in the sensing area of the movable component 2351, so that the movable component 2351 can detect the displacement of the fixed component 2352 relative to the movable component 2351 according to the change in the relative position relationship between the two. The relative displacement is the actual displacement of the movable component 2351 driven by the driving rod 232, that is, the displacement of the driving rod 232.

[0062] In the embodiment of the present application, the displacement sensor 235 includes various sensors that apply the Hall principle, the magnetoresistance principle, and the eddy current principle, such as a Hall displacement sensor that applies the Hall principle, an anisotropic magnetoresistive sensor (AMR) sensor that applies the magnetoresistance principle, a giant magnetoresistance effect (GMR) sensor, a tunnel magnetoresistance effect (TMR) sensor that applies the magnetoresistance principle, and an eddy current displacement sensor that applies the eddy current principle.

[0063] FIG5 is a schematic diagram of the detection principle of the displacement sensor 235 provided in an embodiment of the present application. FIG5 shows an example in which the fixed component 2352 is the sensing component and the movable component 2351 is the sensed component. Referring to FIG3 and FIG5 , taking the displacement sensor 235 as a Hall-type displacement sensor as an example, the fixed component 2352 is a Hall element and the movable component 2351 is a magnet. During the axial movement of the movable component 2351 along the driving rod 232, the magnetic field intensity sensed by the fixed component 2352 gradually changes. The fixed component 2352 obtains the position information of the movable component 2351 based on the change in the magnetic field intensity, and then determines the displacement of the movable component 2351.

[0064] In addition, when the moving component 2351 is a magnet, the second chamber 2316 includes a diamagnetic material layer, which covers the inner wall of the second chamber 2316, so that the internal space of the second chamber 2316 can shield the external interfering magnetic field, thereby helping to improve the detection accuracy of the displacement sensor 235.

[0065] As previously described, in the braking system provided in this embodiment, the controller is used to control the braking device to brake based on the state of the pedal box 230. In one implementation, the change in the state of the pedal box 230 includes a change in the driving force of the drive rod 232 and a change in the displacement of the drive rod 232. As can be seen from the aforementioned embodiment, the driving force of the drive rod 232 is the force applied by the pedal force feedback member 233 to the pressure sensor 234, which is detected by the pressure sensor 234, and the displacement of the drive rod 232 is detected by the displacement sensor 235. Based on this, in this embodiment, the controller is used to control the braking device to brake in response to the detection signal of any one of the pressure sensor 234 and the displacement sensor 235. Exemplarily, the controller is used to control the brake motor of each braking device to output a braking force based on the detection signal of any one of the pressure sensor 234 and the displacement sensor 235, so that the brake motor drives the brake caliper to clamp the brake disc and brake the vehicle.

[0066] In the embodiment of the present application, the controller is configured to control the braking device to brake based on the detection signal of the displacement sensor 235 in response to the pressure sensor 234 being in an abnormal state. Furthermore, the controller is configured to control the braking device to brake based on the detection signal of the pressure sensor 234 in response to the displacement sensor 235 being in an abnormal state. This design provides redundancy between the pressure sensor 234 and the displacement sensor 235. If one sensor fails, the braking system can still perform braking based on the detection signal of the other sensor, thereby improving the braking safety of the vehicle.

[0067] In addition, since the detection parameters of the pressure sensor 234 and the displacement sensor 235 are different, the detection principles of the two are quite different. For example, the pressure sensor 234 is based on the resistance strain effect to achieve detection, while the displacement sensor 235 is based on the electromagnetic effect to achieve detection. Therefore, the risk of the two sensors failing at the same time in the same environment is relatively small, which helps to further improve the braking safety of the vehicle.

[0068] After understanding the overall structure of the pedal box, the specific structure of the pedal force feedback member 233 will be described below.

[0069] FIG6 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the pedal force feedback member 233 provided in an embodiment of the present application. Referring to FIG6 , in the embodiment of the present application, the pedal force feedback member 233 is in the form of a segmented assembly of elastic members. The pedal force feedback member 233 includes a first movable member 2331, a second movable member 2332, a first elastic member 2333, a second elastic member 2334, and a third elastic member 2335. The first movable member 2331 and the second movable member 2332 are arranged adjacent to each other along the axial direction of the drive rod 232. Driven by the pedal force of the brake pedal, the driving rod 232 is used to drive the first moving member 2331 to move relative to the second moving member 2332 along the axial direction of the driving rod 232; before the first moving member 2331 contacts the second moving member 2332, the first moving member 2331 is used to drive the second moving member 2332 to compress the second elastic member 2334 through the first elastic member 2333; after the first moving member 2331 contacts the second moving member 2332, the driving rod is used to drive the second moving member 2332 through the first moving member 2331 to first compress the second elastic member 2334 alone, and then compress the second elastic member 2334 and the third elastic member 2335 at the same time.

[0070] In this embodiment, the compression state of the pedal force feedback member 233 is divided into three stages. Figures 6 to 8 show the structural schematic diagrams of the pedal force feedback member 233 in the three stages. Figure 9 is a curve diagram of the relationship between the compression force F and the compression stroke S of the pedal force feedback member 233 in the three stages, wherein the compression force F of the pedal force feedback member 233 is the driving force of the driving rod 232 on the pedal force feedback member 233, and the compression stroke S of the pedal force feedback member 233 is the displacement of the driving rod 232.

[0071] First, refer to the first stage shown in Figure 6. The first stage is before the first moving member 2331 contacts the second moving member 2332. The first moving member 2331 compresses the first elastic member 2333 during its movement. The elastic force generated by the compression of the first elastic member 2333 drives the second moving member 2332 to move. The second moving member 2332 compresses the second elastic member 2334 during its movement. Therefore, in this stage, the first elastic member 2333 and the second elastic member 2334 are deformed at the same time. The compression force of the pedal force feedback member 233 is the elastic force of the first elastic member 2333 and the second elastic member 2334 connected in series. The relative relationship between the compression force F of the pedal force feedback member 233 and the compression stroke S is shown in the first stage with reference to Figure 9;

[0072] With reference to the second stage shown in FIG7 , the second stage is that after the first movable member 2331 contacts the second movable member 2332, the first elastic member 2333 is compressed to a certain state and no longer continues to deform, and the driving rod 232 directly drives the second movable member 2332 to move through the first movable member 2331, and the second movable member 2332 independently compresses the second elastic member 2334. In this stage, the first elastic member 2333 forms a constant elastic force, and the elastic force of the second elastic member 2334 continues to increase due to its continued deformation. The compression force of the pedal force feedback member 233 is the sum of the constant elastic force of the first elastic member 2333 and the continuously increasing elastic force of the second elastic member 2334. The relative relationship between the compression force F of the pedal force feedback member 233 and the compression stroke S is shown in the second stage with reference to FIG9 ;

[0073] Referring to the third stage shown in Figure 8, the deformation of the first elastic member 2333 in the third stage remains the same as that in the second stage. The driving rod 232 directly drives the second movable member 2332 to move through the first movable member 2331. The second movable member 2332 simultaneously compresses the second elastic member 2334 and the third elastic member 2335. In this stage, the second elastic member 2334 and the third elastic member 2335 are in parallel. The compression force of the pedal force feedback member 233 is the sum of the constant elastic force of the first elastic member 2333 and the elastic force of the second elastic member 2334 and the third elastic member 2335 in parallel. The relative relationship between the compression force F of the pedal force feedback member 233 and the compression stroke S is shown in the third stage in reference Figure 9.

[0074] From the above analysis, it can be seen that the pedal force feedback member 233 provided in this embodiment, through different combinations of elastic members in three stages, makes the compression force F and compression stroke S of the pedal force feedback member 233 present different linear or approximately linear relationships in the three stages, and the curvature of the relationship curve between the compression force F and the compression stroke S in each stage is quite different. In this way, the pedal force feedback of the pedal box 230 to the driver will be closer to the pedal force feedback of the mechanical braking mechanism to the driver, thereby enabling the driver to know the braking status of the vehicle based on the pedal force feedback of the pedal box 230, which helps to improve the braking safety of the vehicle.

[0075] Furthermore, in this embodiment of the present application, the mapping relationship between the compression force F and the compression stroke S of the pedal box feedback member 233 may be pre-stored in the brake system controller. After acquiring detection signals from the pressure sensor and displacement sensor, the controller is configured to compare the mapping relationship between the two detection signals with the pre-stored mapping relationship. If the deviation between the two exceeds a threshold range, it indicates that at least one of the detection signal from the pressure sensor and the detection signal from the displacement sensor is erroneous, and further determines whether the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor have failed.

[0076] Please continue to refer to Fig. 6, the periphery of first mobile member 2331 comprises flange 23311, flange 23311 is along the radial extension of driving rod 232, the periphery of flange 23311 comprises draw-in groove 233111, draw-in groove 233111 is along the radial extension of driving rod 232, draw-in groove 233111 is used for the mobile assembly 2351 (with reference to shown in Figure 3) of clamping above-mentioned displacement sensor 235, thereby mobile assembly 2351 is fixedly connected with first mobile member 2331.And because first mobile member 2331 all moves synchronously in conjunction with driving rod 232 in the whole process of driving rod 232 compression pedal force feedback parts 233, between first mobile member 2331 and driving rod 232, be relatively fixed, therefore mobile assembly 2351 is fixedly connected with first mobile member 2331 promptly is equivalent to mobile assembly 2351 being fixedly connected with driving rod 232.

[0077] In one implementation, the flange 23311 is located on either side of the first moving member 2331 along the axial direction of the drive rod 232. Alternatively, the flange 23311 is located at a position between both side end faces of the first moving member 2331. For example, in the embodiment shown in Figure 6, the flange 23311 is located on a side end face of the first moving member 2331 away from the drive rod 232.

[0078] In addition, along the axial direction of the driving rod 232, the first movable member 2331 includes a groove 23312 on one side end surface facing the driving rod 232. The groove 23312 is used to accommodate one end of the driving rod 232. The cooperation between the groove 23312 and the end of the driving rod 232 can reduce the risk of displacement of the contact position between the first movable member 2331 and the driving rod 232, thereby reliably transmitting the driving force of the driving rod 232 to the pedal force feedback member 233. Exemplarily, the inner wall of the groove 23312 has a curved surface, and accordingly, the end surface of the driving rod 232 also has a curved surface to reduce the risk of obstruction between the end of the driving rod 232 and the groove 23312.

[0079] In the embodiment of the present application, a side end face of the first moving member 2331 and a side end face of the second moving member 2332 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the driving rod 232, and at least one of the side end faces of the first moving member 2331 or the side end faces of the second moving member 2332 includes a receiving groove, wherein the receiving groove 23313 of the first moving member 2331 is used to accommodate one end of the first elastic member 2333, and the receiving groove 23321 of the second moving member 2332 is used to accommodate the other end of the first elastic member 2333, and one end and the other end of the first elastic member 2333 are arranged relative to each other along the axial direction of the driving rod 232. The receiving groove 23313 of the first moving member 2331 or the receiving groove 23321 of the second moving member 2332 can limit the first elastic member 2333 in the radial direction, thereby reducing the risk of radial displacement or arching of the first elastic member 2333 during compression, so that the first elastic member 2333 provides a stable elastic force.

[0080] Exemplarily, the first elastic member 2333 includes a spring, silicone, resin, rubber, or a plurality of elastic sheets stacked along the axial direction of the driving rod 232 .

[0081] 6 and 7 , in the embodiment of the present application, the accommodating groove 23313 of the first moving member 2331 is used to accommodate a side end face of the second moving member 2332. The movable gap between the groove bottom of the accommodating groove 23313 of the first moving member 2331 and a side end face of the second moving member 2332 is used to limit the distance that the first moving member 2331 moves relative to the second moving member 2332 along the axial direction of the driving rod 232. In the first stage when the pedal force feedback member 233 is compressed, the driving rod 232 drives the first moving member 2331 to move relative to the second moving member 2332. The gap between the groove bottom of the accommodating groove 23313 of the first moving member 2331 and a side end face of the second moving member 2332 gradually decreases until the groove bottom of the accommodating groove 23313 of the first moving member 2331 contacts a side end face of the second moving member 2332. The first moving member 2331 and the second moving member 2332 are relatively fixed, and the compressed state of the pedal force feedback member 233 enters the second stage afterwards.

[0082] In some embodiments, one side end face of the first movable member 2331 and one side end face of the second movable member 2332 along the axial direction of the drive 232 respectively include a receiving groove, the radial dimension of the receiving groove 23313 of the first movable member 2331 along the driving rod 232 is larger than the radial dimension of one side end face of the second movable member 2332 along the driving rod 232, and the radial dimension of the receiving groove 23321 of the second movable member 2332 along the driving rod 232 is larger than the radial dimension of the first elastic member 2333 along the driving rod 232. In this embodiment, the two ends of the first elastic member 2333 are respectively accommodated in the accommodating groove 23313 of the first movable member 2331 and the accommodating groove 23321 of the second movable member 2332. The bottom of the groove of the accommodating groove 23313 of the first movable member 2331 is used to limit one end of the first elastic member 2333, and the bottom of the groove of the accommodating groove 23321 of the second movable member 2332 is used to limit the other end of the first elastic member 2333. After the first movable member 2331 moves until the bottom of the groove of the accommodating groove 23313 of the first movable member 2331 contacts one side end face of the second movable member 2332, the distance between the bottom of the groove of the accommodating groove 23313 of the first movable member 2331 and the bottom of the groove of the accommodating groove 23321 of the second movable member 2332 no longer changes, so the first elastic member 2333 stops continuing to deform.

[0083] Continuing with FIG6 , in the embodiment of the present application, the pedal force feedback member 233 further includes a retaining wall 2336, which is disposed around the second movable member 2332. The retaining wall 2336 and the second elastic member 2334 are arranged axially along the drive rod 232. The retaining wall 2336 is used to limit one end of the second elastic member 2334, so that the second movable member 2332 is compressed and deformed by the retaining wall 2336 during movement. The retaining wall 2336 and the second movable member 2332 can be integrally formed to simplify the structure and assembly of the pedal box.

[0084] In one implementation, the retaining wall 2336 is located between the two end surfaces of the second movable member 2332 along the axial direction of the driving rod 232. The second elastic member 2334 is partially sleeved on the second movable member 2332 so that one end of the second elastic member 2334 abuts against the retaining wall 2336.

[0085] In some embodiments, a side of the retaining wall 2336 facing the second elastic member 2334 includes an annular circumferential plate 23361, which extends axially along the driving rod 232. The annular circumferential plate 23361 and the sidewall of the second movable member 2332 are spaced apart in the radial direction of the driving rod 232. The radial dimension of the annular circumferential plate 23361 along the driving rod 232 is greater than the radial dimension of the second elastic member 2334 along the driving rod 232. The second elastic member 2334 is arranged between the sidewall of the second movable member 2332 and the annular circumferential plate 23361 in the radial direction of the driving rod 232. Thus, the second elastic member 2334 is limited in the radial direction of the driving rod 232 by the sidewall of the second movable member 2332 and the annular circumferential plate 23361, thereby reducing the risk of radial displacement or arching of the second elastic member 2334 during compression, and enabling the second elastic member 2334 to provide a stable elastic force.

[0086] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the second elastic member 2334 includes a first sub-elastic member 23341 and a second sub-elastic member 23342, one end of the first sub-elastic member 23341 and one end of the second sub-elastic member 23342 being restrained by a retaining wall 2336, and the first sub-elastic member 23341 is disposed around the second sub-elastic member 23342. In this case, the second movable member 2332, the second sub-elastic member 23342, the first sub-elastic member 23341, and the annular surrounding plate 23361 are arranged in sequence along the radial direction of the drive rod 232. During movement of the second movable member 2332, the second movable member 2332 simultaneously compresses the first sub-elastic member 23341 and the second sub-elastic member 23342, thereby exerting an elastic force on the second elastic member 2334 equivalent to the elastic force of the first sub-elastic member 23341 and the second sub-elastic member 23342 in parallel. This method of arranging the two sub-elastic members in parallel can enable the second elastic member 2334 to provide a larger elastic force with a relatively small volume, thereby reducing the space occupied by the second elastic member 2334 and further helping to achieve a miniaturized design of the pedal box.

[0087] In one embodiment, the first sub-elastic member 23341 and the second sub-elastic member 23342 are each a spring. In one embodiment, the first sub-elastic member 23341 and the second sub-elastic member 23342 have opposite rotational directions, which can reduce the risk of interference between the first sub-elastic member 23341 and the second sub-elastic member 23342 due to arching or skew. In one embodiment, the size of the spring in the first sub-elastic member 23341 is larger than the size of the spring in the second sub-elastic member 23342. In one embodiment, the inner diameter of the spring in the first sub-elastic member 23341 is larger than the inner diameter of the spring in the second sub-elastic member 23342. In one embodiment, the length of the spring in the first sub-elastic member 23341 is larger than the length of the spring in the second sub-elastic member 23342.

[0088] Continuing with reference to FIG6 , in the embodiment of the present application, the pedal force feedback member 233 further includes a first fixing member 2337. The first fixing member 2337 is arranged on a side of the second movable member 2332 facing away from the first movable member 2331 along the axial direction of the drive rod 232, and the first fixing member 2337 extends along the axial direction of the drive rod 232. The circumferential side of the first fixing member 2337 includes a first step structure 23371, and the first step structure 23371 is used to limit the other end of the second elastic member 2334. In combination with the aforementioned embodiment, the two ends of the second elastic member 2334 arranged along the axial direction of the drive rod 232 are respectively limited by the retaining wall 2336 and the first step structure 23371. During the movement of the second movable member 2332 relative to the first fixing member 2337, the gap between the retaining wall 2336 and the first step structure 23371 along the axial direction of the drive rod 232 gradually decreases, thereby compressing the second elastic member 2334 to deform. Exemplarily, the first step structure 23371 is an annular structure surrounding the circumference of the first fixing member 2337 , so that the first step structure 23371 can limit the end of the second elastic member 2334 in the entire circumference, thereby improving the structural reliability of the pedal force feedback member 233 .

[0089] In one implementation, the first step structure 23371 is located at a position between the two side end surfaces of the first fixing member 2337 along the axial direction of the driving rod 232, and the second elastic member 2334 is partially mounted on the first fixing member 2337 so that the other end of the second elastic member 2334 abuts against the first step structure 23371.

[0090] In some embodiments, when the second elastic member 2334 includes two sub-elastic members, the first step structure 23371 respectively limits the other end of the first sub-elastic member 23341 and the other end of the second sub-elastic member 23342. The first step structure 23371 includes a first step surface 233711 and a second step surface 233712 arranged in a stepped manner. The first step surface 233711 and the second step surface 233712 respectively face the second movable member 2332, and the first step surface 233711 is located on the side of the second step surface 233712 that is away from the end surface of the first fixed member 2337 and faces the second movable member 2332. In other words, the gap between the first step surface 233711 and the retaining wall 2336 is larger than the gap between the second step surface 233712 and the retaining wall 2336. The first stepped surface 233711 is used to limit the other end of the first sub-elastic member 23341, and the second stepped surface 233712 is used to limit the other end of the second sub-elastic member 23342. By rationally designing the axial positions of the first stepped surface 233711 and the second stepped surface 233712 along the driving rod 232, it is ensured that the second moving member 2332 compresses the first sub-elastic member 23341 and the second sub-elastic member 23342 when it begins to move, so that the second elastic member 2334 can provide the expected elastic force during the movement of the second moving member 2332.

[0091] Continuing with reference to FIG6 , in the embodiment of the present application, the first fixing member 2337 includes a receiving groove. The receiving groove 23372 of the first fixing member 2337 extends through the first fixing member 2337 along the axial direction of the driving rod 232. The inner wall of the receiving groove 23372 of the first fixing member 2337 includes a second step structure 23373. The step surface of the second step structure 23373 faces away from the second movable member 2332. The step surface of the second step structure 23373 is used to limit one end of the third elastic member 2335. In this embodiment, the third elastic member 2335 is accommodated in the receiving groove 23372 of the first fixing member 2337. The receiving groove 23372 of the first fixing member 2337 can limit the third elastic member 2335 in the radial direction, thereby reducing the risk of radial displacement or arching of the third elastic member 2335 during compression, and allowing the third elastic member 2335 to provide a stable elastic force.

[0092] Exemplarily, the third elastic member 2335 includes a spring, silicone, resin, rubber, or a plurality of spring sheets stacked along the axial direction of the driving rod.

[0093] Referring to Figures 6 to 8, the accommodating groove 23372 of the first fixed member 2337 is used to accommodate the end face of the second movable member 2332 close to the first fixed member 2337, and the movable gap between the step surface of the second step structure 23373 and the end face of one side of the second movable member 2332 close to the first fixed member 2337 is used to limit the moving distance between the second movable member 2332 and the third elastic member 2335 while compressing the second elastic member 2334. In the first stage when the pedal force feedback member 233 is compressed, the second movable member 2332 is driven by the compressed first elastic member 2333 and moves relative to the first fixed member 2337, and the gap between the end face of the second movable member 2332 and the step surface of the second step structure 23373 gradually decreases; in the second stage when the pedal force feedback member 233 is compressed, the second movable member 2332 is directly driven by the driving rod 232 through the first movable member 2331 and continues to move relative to the first fixed member 2337, and the gap between the end face of the second movable member 2332 and the step surface of the second step structure 23373 is further reduced until the end face of the second movable member 2332 is flush with the step surface of the second step structure 23373. In the above two stages, the second elastic member 2334 is continuously compressed and deformed by the second movable member 2332, and the third elastic member 2335 is not subjected to force, so the third elastic member 2335 does not deform. When the second movable member 2332 continues to move relative to the first fixed member 2337, the compression state of the pedal force feedback member 233 enters the third stage, the end face of the second movable member 2332 exceeds the step surface of the second step structure 23373 and begins to compress the third elastic member 2335, and at this stage the second elastic member 2334 is also compressed together with the third elastic member 2335 due to the movement of the second movable member 2332.

[0094] In some embodiments, the pedal force feedback member 233 further includes a second fixing member 2338. The second fixing member 2338 is arranged on a side of the first fixing member 2337 facing away from the second movable member 2332 along the axial direction of the driving rod 232. One end surface of the second fixing member 2338 along the axial direction of the driving rod 232 is used to limit the other end of the third elastic member 2335. One end surface of the second fixing member 2338 contacts one end surface of the first fixing member 2337. In combination with the aforementioned embodiments, in the first and second stages of compression of the pedal force feedback member 233, the two ends of the third elastic member 2335 are respectively limited by the second step structure 23373 and the second fixing member 2338. In the third stage of compression of the pedal force feedback member 233, the end surface of the second movable member 2332 exceeds the step surface of the second step structure 23373, and the gap between the end surface of the second movable member 2332 and the second fixing member 2338 along the axial direction of the driving rod 232 gradually decreases, thereby compressing and deforming the third elastic member 2335.

[0095] In this embodiment, the other side end surface of the second fixing member 2338 along the axial direction of the driving rod 232 is used to contact the pressure sensor 234 (see Figure 3). In this way, the driving force applied by the driving rod 232 to the pedal force feedback member 233 will act on the end surface of the pressure sensor 234 through the second fixing member 2338, thereby realizing the detection of the driving force of the driving rod 232.

[0096] In one implementation, the other end surface of the second fixing member 2338 along the axial direction of the drive rod 232 includes a receiving groove. The receiving groove 23381 of the second fixing member 2338 is used to accommodate at least a portion of the structure of the pressure sensor 234 along the axial direction of the drive rod 232. The bottom of the receiving groove 23381 of the second fixing member 2338 contacts the end surface of the pressure sensor 234. The receiving groove 23381 of the second fixing member 2338 can not only limit the pressure sensor 234 in the radial direction, thereby improving the force stability of the pressure sensor 234, but also reduce the dimension of the pedal force feedback member 233 along the axial direction of the drive rod 232, thereby helping to reduce the overall volume of the pedal box.

[0097] With reference to Figures 10 to 13, Figure 10 is a schematic structural diagram of another pedal force feedback member 233 provided in an embodiment of the present application, Figure 11 is a graph showing the relationship between the compression force F and the compression stroke S of the pedal force feedback member 233 shown in Figure 10 in three stages, Figure 12 is a schematic structural diagram of another pedal force feedback member 233 provided in an embodiment of the present application, and Figure 13 is a graph showing the relationship between the compression force F and the compression stroke S of the pedal force feedback member 233 shown in Figure 12 in three stages. In some embodiments of the present application, at least one of the bottom of the accommodating groove 23313 of the first movable member 2331, the bottom of the accommodating groove 23321 of the second movable member 2332, a side end face of the first movable member 2331, or a side end face of the second movable member 2332 is used to fix one or more gaskets, and at least one of the step surface of the second step structure 23373 and the end face of the second movable member 2332 close to the first fixed member 2337 is used to fix one or more gaskets.

[0098] For example, a kind of example of the groove bottom fixed pad 2339a of the accommodating groove 23321 of the second mobile member 2332 is shown among Figure 10, the pad 2339a at the groove bottom of the accommodating groove 23321 of the second mobile member 2332 can increase the preload of the first elastic member 2333, therefore in the compressed first stage of pedal force feedback part 233, the initial compression force of pedal force feedback part 233 can increase. It is easy to understand that the quantity of pad 2339a is more or pad 2339a is thicker along the axial thickness of driving rod 232, and the initial compression force of pedal force feedback part 233 can be larger.Take the groove bottom fixed pad 2339a of the accommodating groove 23321 of the second mobile member 2332 shown in Figure 10 as example, the compressive force F of pedal force feedback part 233 and the relative relationship of compression stroke S are with reference to shown in the first stage among Figure 11.

[0099] Similarly, the gasket fixed at the bottom of the receiving groove 23313 of the first moving member 2331 can also achieve the effect of increasing the initial compression force of the pedal force feedback member 233 in the first stage, which will not be repeated here.

[0100] Based on the same principle, in the embodiment shown in Figure 10, the side of the retaining wall 2336 facing the second elastic member 2334 is used to secure one or more gaskets 2339b. The gaskets 2339b secured to the retaining wall 2336 can increase the preload of the second elastic member 2334, which similarly increases the initial compression force of the pedal force feedback member 233 during the first stage. Similarly, the greater the number of gaskets 2339b or the greater the thickness of the gaskets 2339b along the axial direction of the drive rod 232, the greater the initial compression force of the pedal force feedback member 233.

[0101] Shown among Figure 12 are respectively fixed pads and a kind of example of fixed pads at the step surface of second step structure 23373 at the both side end surfaces of second moving member 2332.Wherein, at the one side end surface fixed pad 2339c near the first moving member 2331 at the second moving member 2332, pad 2339c can reduce the moving distance of the first moving member 2331 along the axial relative second moving member 2332 of driving rod 232, so the compression stroke S of pedal force feedback part 233 in the first stage can shorten. It is easy to understand that the quantity of pad 2339c is more or pad 2339c is thicker along the axial thickness of driving rod 232, and the compression stroke S of pedal force feedback part 233 in the first stage can be shorter.Take the one side end surface fixed pad 2339c near the first moving member 2331 at the second moving member 2332 shown in Figure 12 as example, the compressive force F of pedal force feedback part 233 and the relative relation of compression stroke S with reference to Figure 13 shown in the first stage.

[0102] Similarly, fixing a gasket on one end face of the first movable member 2331 can also achieve the effect of shortening the compression stroke S of the pedal force feedback member 233 in the first stage, which will not be described in detail.

[0103] At the second moving member 2332, a side end face fixing pad 2339d near the first fixing member 2337 is provided, and pad 2339d can reduce the moving distance of the process that the second moving member 2332 compresses the second elastic member 2334 separately, and that is, the compression stroke S of pedal force feedback part 233 in the second stage can shorten. It is easy to understand that the quantity of pad 2339d is more or pad 2339d is thicker along the axial thickness of driving rod 232, and the compression stroke S of pedal force feedback part 233 in the second stage can be shorter.Taking the side end face fixing pad 2339d near the first fixing member 2337 shown in Figure 12 as example, the compression force F of pedal force feedback part 233 and the relative relationship of compression stroke S are shown in the second stage with reference to Figure 13.

[0104] A shim 2339e is fixed to the stepped surface of the second step structure 23373. The shim 2339e can increase the preload of the third elastic member 2335. Thus, during the third stage of compression of the pedal force feedback member 233, the elastic force of the third elastic member 2335 in parallel with the second elastic member 2334 increases. Consequently, the curvature of the curve showing the relationship between the compression force F and the compression stroke S of the pedal force feedback member 233 during this stage also increases, as shown in the third stage in FIG13 . It will be readily understood that the greater the number of shims 2339e or the greater the thickness of the shims 2339e along the axial direction of the drive rod 232, the greater the curvature of the curve showing the relationship between the compression force F and the compression stroke S of the pedal force feedback member 233 during the second stage.

[0105] Through the analysis of the embodiments shown in Figures 10 to 13, it can be seen that, without changing the original structural parts of the pedal box, by adding gaskets of different thicknesses to the corresponding structural parts, the corresponding relationship between the compression force F and the compression stroke S of the pedal box can be adjusted, so that the pedal box can achieve different FS curve outputs. Since the compression force F and the compression stroke S of the pedal box respectively reflect the pedaling force and the pedaling stroke of the driver's brake pedal, the reasonable design of the position, quantity, thickness, etc. of the gasket can make the pedal box meet the usage needs of different drivers, thereby realizing a customized pedal box at a lower cost.
