Abstract
Description
[0001] Coupling element, in particular bracing pad, for an arrangement of a protective plate in an underbody area of a special protection vehicle
[0002] The invention relates to an arrangement of a protective plate in an underbody area of an electrically driven special protection vehicle according to patent claim 1.
[0003] Protective plates for armored vehicles are already well known in the art. An electrical energy storage unit located in the underbody of the armored vehicle can be protected by the protective plate from explosions, gunfire, and / or similar attacks.
[0004] It is an object of the invention to provide an arrangement of a protective plate in an underbody area of an electrically driven special protection vehicle, so that the comfort of the special protection vehicle can be particularly improved.
[0005] This object is achieved according to the invention by arranging a protective plate in an underbody area of an electrically powered special protection vehicle with the features of patent claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent patent claims and the description.
[0006] The invention relates to an arrangement of a protective plate in the underbody area of an electrically powered special armored vehicle. The special armored vehicle is designed, for example, as a passenger car.
[0007] A special protection vehicle can be understood, in particular, as a special protection vehicle. The special protection vehicle preferably has at least one integrated armor plating to protect the occupants or cargo of the special protection vehicle from external attacks. The special protection vehicle can therefore also be referred to as a security vehicle. The protective plate preferably has the armor plating, in particular integrated armor plating. Thus, the integrated armor plating of the special protection vehicle is, for example, at least partially formed by the protective plate. The special protection vehicle can have additional protective elements, in particular armor plating elements, formed separately from the protective plate. The special protection vehicle can therefore also be referred to as an armored vehicle.
[0008] The fact that the special protection vehicle is electrically driven can be understood in particular to mean that the special protection vehicle has at least one electric machine by means of which the special protection vehicle can be driven electrically, for example purely electrically. Thus, the special protection vehicle is, for example, a battery-electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle. In other words, the special protection vehicle is designed, for example, as a battery-electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle. In particular, if the special protection vehicle is designed as a battery-electric vehicle, the special protection vehicle can be understood in particular as a fully electric vehicle.
[0009] The underbody area of the special protection vehicle can in particular be referred to as the underfloor area. The underbody area can be understood to mean, in relation to a vertical direction of the special protection vehicle, in particular a lower area, of the special protection vehicle. The underbody area or the area is arranged, for example, in the vertical direction of the vehicle under a floor element, for example a main floor, of a body of the special protection vehicle. The body is preferably designed as a self-supporting body. The body preferably delimits an interior of the special protection vehicle at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, for example at least indirectly or directly. The interior, which can in particular be referred to as the vehicle interior, can in particular be understood to mean a passenger compartment or a passenger cell.
[0010] An electrical energy storage device arranged in the underbody area of the special armored vehicle is covered at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, for example at least indirectly or directly, downwards by the protective plate in the vehicle's vertical direction. In other words, the protective plate is arranged at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, below the electrical energy storage device in the vehicle's vertical direction. This means that the protective plate extends at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, below the electrical energy storage device in the vehicle's vertical direction. As a result, the electrical energy storage device is or can be protected by the protective plate at least from being exploded. In other words, the protective plate is designed to protect the electrical energy storage device arranged behind it, in particular above the protective plate with respect to the vehicle's vertical direction.
[0011] The term "blast" can be understood, in particular, as an explosion or detonation caused, for example, by an explosive. For example, the blasting is an explosion caused or triggered by a hand grenade. Thus, the underbody area of the armored vehicle, in particular the electrical energy storage unit, can be protected by the protective plate from a hand grenade detonating in the area of the armored vehicle, particularly under the armored vehicle in terms of vertical alignment.
[0012] Preferably, the electrical machine can be supplied with electrical energy, in particular stored or chemically bound in the electrical energy storage device, by means of the electrical energy storage device in order to drive the special protection vehicle electrically, in particular purely electrically. In other words, the electrical energy storage device is preferably designed as an electrical traction storage device, in particular as a traction battery. The electrical energy storage device is designed, for example, as a battery or an accumulator.
[0013] For example, the electrical energy storage device has at least one receiving space which is at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, for example directly, delimited by the storage housing of the electrical energy storage device or formed by the storage housing. Preferably, a plurality of, in particular electrical, storage elements are arranged or accommodated within the storage housing or in the receiving space. In other words, the receiving space is designed to accommodate the storage elements. The storage elements are preferably designed as storage cells. Preferably, the electrical energy storage device has a plurality of modules, in particular cell modules, each of which has a plurality of storage elements, in particular storage cells. The cell modules are preferably arranged in the receiving space or within the storage housing.
[0014] In order to be able to achieve a particularly high electrical output for the electrical, in particular purely electrical, propulsion of the special armored vehicle, the electrical energy storage device can have an electrical voltage, in particular an electrical operating or nominal voltage, which is preferably greater than 50 volts, in particular above 60 volts, and preferably amounts to several hundred volts. Accordingly, the electrical energy storage device is preferably designed as a high-voltage component. In other words, the electrical energy storage device is designed as a high-voltage storage device, in particular as a high-voltage battery.
[0015] Preferably, the electrical energy storage device is arranged vertically beneath the floor element. In other words, the electrical energy storage device is designed as an underfloor storage device, in particular as an underfloor battery.
[0016] In order to be able to particularly improve the comfort, in particular driving comfort and / or acoustic behavior, of the special armored vehicle, it is provided that at least one coupling element made at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, from at least one flexible material is arranged in the vehicle's vertical direction between the protective plate and the storage housing of the electrical energy storage device. In other words, the coupling element extends at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, in the vehicle's vertical direction between the protective plate and the storage housing. The protective plate can be or is supported upwards in the vehicle's vertical direction, in particular at least indirectly or directly, on the storage housing via the coupling element. In other words, the protective plate and the storage housing are in, in particular at least indirectly or directly, a support system via the coupling element or by means of the coupling element at least in the vertical direction of the vehicle.
[0017] Preferably, when the protective plate is subjected to a force, particularly one acting upwards in the vertical direction of the vehicle, the protective plate can be supported or is supported on the accumulator housing via the coupling element, particularly at least indirectly or directly. This means that the accumulator housing can be subjected to the force, particularly from the protective plate, via the coupling element. The force acting on the protective plate can thus be at least partially transmitted to the accumulator housing via the coupling element, i.e., through the intermediary of the coupling element. The coupling element can be referred to in particular as a coupling pad or simply as a pad.
[0018] The flexible material can be understood in particular as an elastic and / or soft material. Furthermore, the elastic material can be understood in particular as a more flexible or more elastic and / or softer material than a material of the storage housing and / or the protective plate. The coupling element is therefore more flexible or more elastic and / or softer than the protective plate and / or the storage housing. Preferably, the protective plate and / or the storage housing is formed at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, from a rigid material. The elastic material is, for example, a plastic. The storage housing and / or the protective plate are formed, for example, from metal.
[0019] Preferably, the coupling element and the protective plate are made of different materials. This means that the coupling element is made of a first material and the protective plate is made of a second material which is different from the first material. The first material is the flexible material. The second material is, for example, the rigid material. Preferably, the coupling element and the storage housing are made of different materials. This means that the coupling element is made of the first material and the storage housing is made of a third material which is different from the first material. The third material is, for example, a rigid material. The second and third materials can be the same or different from one another.
[0020] The invention is based in particular on the following findings and considerations: Vibration excitation during ferry operation, i.e., while the armored vehicle is traveling, can lead to vibroacoustic scenarios, such as rumbling, rattling, and / or the like, in the protective plate, particularly referred to as the base plate for high-voltage battery protection. This can result in at least one noise perceptible to a vehicle occupant, particularly an unpleasant or disturbing one, which can also be referred to as driving noise. This can have a negative impact on the comfort, particularly driving comfort, of the armored vehicle.
[0021] In contrast, the coupling element of the arrangement according to the invention can be used to achieve a vibration-related coupling of the protective plate and the storage housing. This allows a particularly undesirable movement of the protective plate, particularly in the vertical direction of the vehicle, relative to the storage housing, caused for example by vibration excitation, to be kept particularly small, whereby the vibroacoustic scenarios can be avoided or kept particularly small. This means that the noise perceptible by the occupant can be kept particularly small or avoided. Driving noise can therefore be kept particularly small, which can significantly increase the comfort, in particular driving comfort, of the special armored vehicle. In particular, the coupling element can prevent or minimize opposing vibrations of the protective plate and the electrical energy storage device, in particular the storage housing, which can have a negative impact on driving noise in a conventional arrangement. Because the coupling element is made of the flexible material, the movement or vibration of the protective plate can be dampened or reduced, meaning that the vibration cannot be transmitted to the storage housing, or only to a very small extent. This allows unwanted vibration of the storage housing to be prevented or minimized, thus keeping driving noise particularly low.The coupling element arranged between the electrical energy storage device and the protective plate allows a coupling or connection between two oscillating masses in the form of the protective plate and the electrical energy storage device, in particular the storage housing, to be generated through the elasticity of the coupling element. Furthermore, because the coupling element is formed from the flexible material, when the protective plate is subjected to the force caused, for example, by the explosive action, the mechanical impact or mechanical stress on the electrical energy storage device, in particular the storage housing, can be kept particularly low. This allows the electrical energy storage device to be particularly reliably protected against explosive action. The safety of the electrical energy storage device against damage and deformation can therefore be significantly increased.
[0022] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the coupling element is prestressed, in particular in its installed position between the storage housing and the protective plate. In other words, the coupling element is subjected to a prestress, in particular a mechanical prestress, in particular by the protective plate and / or by the storage housing. This means that the coupling element is subjected to tension, in particular a mechanical tension, for example by being subjected to tension by the protective plate and / or the storage housing. The mechanical tension can be understood in particular as a prestress of the coupling element. The prestress can be used to generate the coupling or connection between the two oscillating masses via the prestress force and elasticity of the coupling element. As a result, vibrations of the protective plate and / or the electrical energy storage device, in particular the storage housing, can be kept particularly low.The coupling elements, particularly known as bracing pads or preload pads, can therefore be used to compensate for vibrations in the protective plate and / or the electrical energy storage unit. This can significantly improve the comfort of the armored vehicle.
[0023] For example, the coupling element, particularly in its fully manufactured state, has a first shape outside of its installed position. This means that the coupling element has the first shape when the coupling element is not in its installed position between the protective plate and the storage housing. In particular, the coupling element is not prestressed in the first shape. This means that the coupling element has the first shape when it is free of prestress. For example, the coupling element has a second shape that is different from the first shape when the coupling element is in its installed position between the storage housing and the protective plate, and in particular is subjected to pressure from the storage housing and / or the protective plate. In particular, the coupling element is prestressed in the second shape. This means that the coupling element has the second shape when the coupling element is prestressed.
[0024] For example, the coupling element is compressed in the second shape, in particular compared to the first shape, preferably at least in the vertical direction of the vehicle. In other words, the coupling element is compressed in its installed position between the protective plate and the storage housing, at least in the vertical direction of the vehicle. Compression can be understood in particular as squeezing the coupling element. In particular, the compression or squeezing of the coupling element is brought about by prestressing the coupling element. For example, when the coupling element has the second shape, a thickness of the coupling element extending in the vertical direction of the vehicle is at least half as thick, for example at least two-thirds as thick, as in the first shape, i.e. as when the coupling element has the first shape. The coupling element can therefore, particularly in the installed position, be compressed or squeezed by at least half, for example by two-thirds, of its thickness. By prestressing the coupling element, in particular by compressing the coupling element, the protective plate and / or the storage housing can be or become subjected to, in particular mechanical, stress by the coupling element. In other words, the protective plate and the storage housing can be or become at least partially clamped together by means of the coupling element, in particular by prestressing the coupling element. As a result, the vibrations of the electrical energy storage device, in particular of the storage housing, and / or the protective plate can be kept particularly low.
[0025] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the coupling element is designed to, in particular at least partially, absorb vibrations of the protective plate and / or the electrical energy storage device, in particular of the storage housing. In other words, vibrations of the protective plate and / or the electrical energy storage device can be dampened and / or absorbed by means of the coupling element. This means that the coupling element is designed as a vibration absorber, in particular for the protective plate and / or for the electrical energy storage device, for example for the storage housing. As a result, the vibrations of the protective plate and / or the electrical energy storage device, in particular of the storage housing, can be kept particularly low, whereby the vibroacoustic scenarios, in particular the driving noise, can be kept particularly low. This can significantly improve the comfort of the special armored vehicle. It can be seen that by means of the coupling element, which is designed in particular as a preload pad and is arranged between the electrical energy storage device and the protective plate, the coupling or connection and, at the same time, a vibration damper between the two oscillating masses can be generated via the preload force and elasticity of the coupling element.
[0026] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the flexible material is a foam. In other words, the coupling element is formed at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, from foam. The foam can achieve a particularly good damping effect for the protective plate and / or for the electrical energy storage device. The vibrations of the protective plate and / or the electrical energy storage device can thus be kept particularly low. The foam is formed, for example, from ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM). In other words, the foam can be EPDM foam. In a further embodiment, it is provided that the storage housing has at least one first housing element designed as a housing base and at least one second housing element arranged at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, above the first housing element in the vertical direction of the vehicle and designed as a housing cover. In other words, the second housing element extends at least partially further upward in the vertical direction of the vehicle than the first housing element. For example, the first housing element has an outer side facing downward in the vertical direction of the vehicle, and the second housing element has, for example, an outer side facing upward in the vertical direction of the vehicle.
[0027] Preferably, the storage housing has at least one support element extending at least partially between the housing elements in the vertical direction of the vehicle. In other words, the support element is arranged between the housing elements. The housing elements are or can be supported on one another via the support element, at least in the vertical direction of the vehicle, in particular at least indirectly or directly. In other words, the housing elements are in at least indirect, in particular direct, for example mutual, support via the support element. The support element is designed, for example, as a cross member or as a longitudinal member. The support element can particularly increase the mechanical load-bearing capacity of the storage housing, in particular of the electrical energy storage device. This can particularly increase the safety against damage and deformation of the electrical energy storage device.
[0028] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the coupling element is arranged below the support element in the vertical direction of the vehicle. In other words, the coupling element extends at least partially below the support element in the vertical direction of the vehicle. As a result, the protective plate can be or is supported on the support element via the coupling element with the mediation of the first housing element upwards in the vertical direction of the vehicle, in particular at least indirectly or directly. In other words, when the force is applied to the protective plate, the support is or can be acted upon by the protective plate via the coupling element with the mediation of the first housing element, in particular mechanically, i.e. is or can be acted upon by the force. As a result, the protective plate can be supported on the storage housing via the coupling element in a particularly advantageous manner. In particular, damage to the storage housing can be avoided in this way.A particularly secure support base can therefore be created for supporting the protective plate on the storage housing via the coupling element.
[0029] Preferably, the coupling element is arranged directly below the support element relative to the vehicle's vertical direction. This means that the coupling element is not spaced apart from the support element in the vehicle's longitudinal and / or transverse directions, i.e., there is no spacing between the support element and the coupling element in the vehicle's longitudinal and / or transverse directions.
[0030] In a further embodiment, at least one second coupling element is provided, which is in particular designed separately from the coupling element and is arranged in the vertical direction of the vehicle between the storage housing and the floor element of the body of the special protection vehicle. In other words, the second coupling element extends in the vertical direction of the vehicle, at least in part, between the storage housing and the floor element. As a result, the storage housing, in particular the second housing element, can be or is supported on the floor element upwards in the vertical direction of the vehicle, in particular at least directly or indirectly, via the second coupling element. This means that the storage housing and the floor element are in a support relationship, in particular at least directly or indirectly, for example mutually, in the vertical direction of the vehicle, via the second coupling element. The second coupling element can be made of the flexible material or of a material different from the flexible material, for example, a rigid material. The second coupling element allows the storage housing to be supported particularly securely on the base element, particularly under mechanical stress. This significantly improves the mechanical load-bearing capacity of the storage housing. This significantly increases the safety against damage and deformation of the electrical energy storage device.
[0031] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the second coupling element is arranged above the support element in the vertical direction of the vehicle. In other words, the second coupling element extends at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, above the support element in the vertical direction of the vehicle. As a result, the protective plate, which is supported on the support element upwards in the vertical direction of the vehicle via the coupling element and through the mediation of the first housing element, can be or is supported on the floor element upwards in the vertical direction of the vehicle, in particular at least indirectly or directly, via the second coupling element, through the mediation of the second housing element, and in particular through the mediation of the support. In other words, the support element can be or is supported on the floor element at least indirectly, in particular directly, via the second coupling element, through the mediation of the second housing element. This means that the floor element can be or is acted upon, in particular mechanically, by the support element acted upon by the force, i.e. is or can be acted upon by the force, through the mediation of the further housing element. A force flow when the protective plate is acted upon by the force caused, for example, by the stressing can therefore run from the protective plate via the coupling element, the first housing element, the support, the second housing element and the second coupling element to the floor element, and in particular can be introduced into the floor element. As a result, the force can be introduced into the body in a particularly advantageous manner. As a result, the mechanical load-bearing capacity of the protective plate and / or the electrical energy storage device, in particular of the storage housing, can be particularly improved. This significantly increases the safety against damage and deformation of the electrical energy storage device.
[0032] Preferably, the second coupling element is arranged directly above the support element in the vehicle's vertical direction. This means that the second coupling element is not spaced apart from the support element in the vehicle's longitudinal direction and / or transverse direction, i.e., there is no spacing between the second coupling element and the support element in the vehicle's longitudinal direction and / or vertical direction.
[0033] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the electrical energy storage device is held, in particular via the storage housing, at least indirectly, in particular directly, on the body, in particular on at least one body component of the body, of the special protection vehicle. In other words, the electrical energy storage device is fastened, in particular at least indirectly or directly, to the body, in particular to the body component. This allows the electrical energy storage device to be fastened particularly securely in the special protection vehicle. For example, the electrical energy storage device, in particular the storage housing and / or at least one supporting structure of the electrical energy storage device, has at least one connection region via which the electrical energy storage device is held, in particular in the underbody region, at least indirectly, in particular directly, on the body, for example a body component. In order to be able to particularly increase the security against damage and information of the electrical energy storage device and to be able to keep the manufacturing costs of the special protection vehicle particularly low, it is provided in a further embodiment that the protective plate is held exclusively, for example at least indirectly or directly, on the body, for example on the body component, with respect to the body, in particular with respect to the body component, and with respect to the electrical energy storage device, in particular with respect to the storage housing and / or the supporting structure. This means that the protective plate is not held or fastened to the electrical energy storage device, in particular not to the storage housing and / or not to the support structure, and in particular is not held or fastened to the body via the electrical energy storage device, in particular not via the storage housing and / or not via the support structure. In other words, the protective plate is held to the body decoupled from a storage housing fastening via which the electrical energy storage device, in particular the storage housing and / or the support structure, is held in the underbody region, in particular on the body. In other words again, the protective plate is held or fastened to the body independently of the electrical energy storage device.
[0034] For example, the protective plate has at least one fastening region, via which the protective plate, in particular with respect to the electrical energy storage device and the body, is held exclusively, for example at least indirectly or directly, to the body, for example to the body component. In particular, the protective plate is held via the fastening region decoupled from the storage housing fastening in the underbody region to the body, in particular to a body component. Thus, the fastenings of the electrical energy storage device, in particular via the connection region, to the body, and the fastening of the protective plate, in particular via the fastening region, to the body, are decoupled from one another. This means that the fastening of the protective plate, in particular via the fastening area, to the body, for example to the body component, bypasses the electrical energy storage device, in particular bypassing the storage housing and / or the supporting structure.
[0035] This embodiment is based in particular on the following findings and considerations: In order to achieve the desired protective effect for the electrical energy storage device, the protective plate can usually have a particularly high thickness, which can be associated with a high weight. This weight is, so to speak, additional weight that has to be accommodated in the special armored vehicle. In principle, it is conceivable to fasten the protective plate directly to the electrical energy storage device, in particular to the storage housing and / or to the supporting structure, in particular via the fastening area. Due to the particularly high weight of the protective plate, it may be possible that the storage housing and / or the supporting structure and / or a connection of the electrical energy storage device to the body, for example realized by means of a screw connection, would have to be dimensioned to be particularly large or able to withstand particularly high loads. This would mean that no standard electrical energy storage device, in particular no storage housing and / or no supporting structure of the standard electrical energy storage device, and / or no standard connection could be used in the special protection vehicle. The special protection vehicle's electrical energy storage device and / or the connection of the electrical energy storage device to the body of the special protection vehicle would therefore have to be individually adapted to a non-armored vehicle, i.e., another vehicle not designed as a special protection vehicle, in order to use these components for the special protection vehicle. In other words, the additional weight of the protective plate may be too high to connect the protective plate, in particular directly, to the electrical energy storage device itself, in particular without having to adapt the design of the standard connection, in particular the standard screw connection. This can have a negative impact on the manufacturing costs of the special protection vehicle.
[0036] In contrast, by means of the arrangement according to the invention, the protective plate can be fastened to the body not to the electrical energy storage device or not via the electrical energy storage device, but decoupled from the electrical energy storage device. Thus, for example, a direct connection of the protective plate to the body, in particular to the body component, can be effected, whereby this connection does not run via the electrical energy storage device, in particular not via the supporting structure and / or the storage housing. As a result, the electrical energy storage device, in particular the supporting structure and / or the storage housing, and / or the connection of the electrical energy storage device to the body, can be used across all construction variants in the special protection vehicle and in the non-armored vehicle. This means that the number of common parts in the special armored vehicle and the other vehicle can be significantly increased. This allows manufacturing expenditure, particularly manufacturing costs, of the special armored vehicle to be kept particularly low. Overall, it is clear that the integration and connection of a floor armoring system, in the form of the protective plate intended for the electrical energy storage system, to the body can be realized, while being decoupled from the electrical energy storage system.
[0037] The storage housing fastening can be understood in particular as a fastening or coupling which is different from the coupling of the protective plate to the storage housing via the coupling element, since preferably only a supporting effect between the protective plate and the storage housing can be effected or is effected via the coupling element and preferably no fastening.
[0038] Overall, it can be seen that the coupling element can create a vibration-related coupling of the protective plate to the electrical energy storage device, in particular to the storage device housing, that differs from the storage device housing attachment. Thus, both the particularly advantageous attachment of the protective plate above the attachment area, in particular independently of the electrical energy storage device, can be achieved, and the vibrations of the protective plate and / or the electrical energy storage device can be kept particularly low by means of the coupling element.
[0039] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the protective plate is held on at least one side sill of the special armored vehicle, in particular via the fastening area, for example at least indirectly or directly. In other words, with regard to the at least one side sill and the electrical energy storage device, the protective plate is held exclusively on the side sill, in particular via the side sill on the body. As a result, the protective plate can be attached to the body with particularly little effort and / or particularly securely, in particular with a particularly high mechanical load-bearing capacity. The side sill can be part of the body or the side sill can be formed separately from the body. The body component is therefore, for example, the side sill.
[0040] If the protective plate is connected to the bodywork in the outer transverse direction of the vehicle, particularly via the side sills, vibration excitation during ferry operation, such as vibroacoustic scenarios, could occur without the coupling element. This can be avoided or minimized by the coupling element. This can significantly improve the comfort of the armored vehicle.

The features and combinations of features mentioned above in the description, as well as the features and combinations of features mentioned below in the description of the figures and / or shown alone in the figures, can be used not only in the respective specified combination, but also in other combinations or on their own.

[0054] In the figures, identical or functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference symbols.
[0055] Fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of an arrangement 1 of a protective plate 2 in an underbody area 3 of an electrically powered special protection vehicle 4, viewed obliquely from below. In particular, Fig. 1 shows a schematic and perspective partial view of the special protection vehicle 4. Fig. 2 shows the arrangement 1, in particular the special protection vehicle 4, in a schematic and perspective partial sectional view.
[0056] The special protection vehicle 4 has a, in particular self-supporting, body 5, which preferably at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, delimits or forms an interior 6 of the special protection vehicle 4. In the exemplary embodiment, the body 5 has at least one floor element 7, which is designed, for example, as the main floor of the body 5. The floor element 7 delimits the interior 6 in the vehicle vertical direction 8 of the special protection vehicle 4 at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, downwards. The body 5 preferably has two side walls 9. This means that the body 5 has a first side wall 9 and a second side wall spaced from the first side wall 9 in the vehicle transverse direction 10. The respective side wall can in particular be referred to as a respective side frame. The respective side wall 9 preferably delimits the interior 6 in the vehicle transverse direction 10 at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely. In the exemplary embodiment, the body 5 has two side sills 11. This means that the body 5 has a first side sill 11 and a second side sill spaced apart from the first side sill 11 in the vehicle transverse direction 10. For example, the respective side sill 11 adjoins the respective side wall 9, in particular a respective outer part 12 of the respective side wall 9, at least indirectly, in particular directly, downwards in the vehicle vertical direction 8. The respective side sill 11 can be part of the respective side wall 9 or the respective side sill 11 can be formed separately from the respective side wall 9.
[0057] For example, the respective side wall 9 has at least one respective inner part 13, in particular formed separately from the respective outer part 12, by means of which the special armored vehicle 4, in particular the interior 6, is or can be protected, preferably against explosions, shelling, and / or the like. Thus, the inner part 13 is formed, for example, from armored steel.
[0058] Fig. 3 shows the arrangement 1 in a schematic partial sectional view. The special armored vehicle 4 has at least one electrical energy storage device 14, which is arranged in the underbody region 3, in particular in the vehicle vertical direction 8 below the floor element 7. The electrical energy storage device 14 has at least one storage housing 15. The electrical energy storage device 14, in particular the storage housing 15, is held on the body 5, for example via at least one connection region 16, in particular at least indirectly or directly. The connection region 16 can be understood in particular as a fastening region of the electrical energy storage device 14, in particular the storage housing 15. In the exemplary embodiment, the electrical energy storage device 14, in particular the storage housing 15, is screwed to the body 5, for example via the connection region 16.
[0059] The electrical energy storage device 14 is at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, covered downwards by the protective plate 2 in the vertical direction 8 of the vehicle. As a result, the electrical energy storage device 14 is, or can be, protected at least from explosive impact by the protective plate 2.
[0060] For example, the protective plate 2 is held at least indirectly, in particular directly, on the body 5 via at least one fastening region 17 of the protective plate 2. In order to be able to particularly increase the security of the electrical energy storage device 14 against damage and deformation and to be able to keep the manufacturing costs of the special armored vehicle 4 particularly low, it is provided that the protective plate 2 is held on the body 5 with respect to the body 5, in particular the respective side sills 11, and the electrical energy storage device 14, for example via the fastening region 17. This means that the protective plate 2 and the electrical energy storage device 14 are each fastened to the body 5 independently of one another via the connection region 16 and the fastening region 17, respectively. Thus, for example, the electrical energy storage device 14 is exclusively held to the body 5 via the connection area 16 with respect to the electrical energy storage device 14 and the protective plate 2, and the protective plate 2 is exclusively held to the body 5 via the fastening area 17 with respect to the protective plate 2 and the electrical energy storage device 14. This allows a connection or the fastening of the protective plate 2 to the body 5 to be decoupled from the electrical energy storage device 14. This allows at least one connection of the electrical energy storage device 14 to be used across all construction variants for the special protection vehicle and for another non-armored vehicle.
[0061] In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the protective plate 2 extends in the vehicle transverse direction 10 at least as far as the side sills 11 of the special protection vehicle 4.
[0062] In a further embodiment, it is further provided that the protective plate 2 is held on at least one of the side sills 11. In the exemplary embodiment, the protective plate 2 is held on the side sills 11, i.e., with respect to the vehicle's transverse direction, it is attached to both sides of the side sills 11. This means that, with respect to the respective side sill 11 and the electrical energy storage device 14, the protective plate is held on the body 5 exclusively via the respective side sill 11.
[0063] In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the electrical energy storage device 14 is held on the side sills 11, in particular via its storage housing 15. This means that the electrical energy storage device 14 is held on the body 5 via the side sills 11. In a further embodiment, it is provided that the protective plate 2 and the respective side sill 11 are spaced from one another in the vehicle's vertical direction 8, and the protective plate 2 is held on the respective side sill 11 by means of at least one intermediate element 18 arranged in the vehicle's vertical direction 8 between the respective side sill 11 and the protective plate 2.
[0064] Fig. 4 shows the arrangement 1 in a schematic and perspective partial sectional view. It can be seen in Fig. 4 that several intermediate elements 18 are provided, in particular assigned to the respective side sill 11, by means of which the protective plate 2 is held on the respective side sill 11. The intermediate elements 18 are arranged in the vehicle vertical direction 8 between the respective side sill 11 and the protective plate 2. Preferably, the respective intermediate element 18 is designed as a respective spacer bushing 19.
[0065] In a further embodiment, it is provided that at least one receiving element 20 is arranged, in particular held, on the respective side sill 11. For example, the respective receiving element 20 is arranged at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, in the vehicle vertical direction 8 above a sill base 11a of the respective side sill 11. In the exemplary embodiment, a plurality of receiving elements 20, designed, for example, as a threaded bushing, are arranged, in particular held, on the respective side sill 11. A screw element 21, which is arranged on the protective plate 2 and extends through the respective intermediate element 18, is screwed to the respective receiving element 20 in order to hold the protective plate 2 to the side sill 11, in particular to a respective sill part 24 of the respective side sill 11 and / or to the sill base 11a, by means of a respective screw connection 22.For example, the respective receiving element 20 is arranged, in particular held, in particular directly, on the respective sill part 24 and / or on the respective sill base 11a of the respective side sill 11. The respective sill part 24 is arranged, for example, within the respective side sill 11. This means that the respective side sill 11 has, for example, at least one cavity in which the respective sill part 24 is arranged.
[0066] It can therefore be provided that the protective plate 2 is not connected, in particular directly, to the electrical energy storage device 14, in particular to its storage housing 15, but is connected separately to the respective side sill 11 via bushings, in particular the respective spacer bushing and the respective threaded bushing. In particular, the respective protective plate 2 is arranged in the vehicle vertical direction 8 between a respective screw head of the respective screw element 21 and the respective intermediate element 18. The respective screw element 21 is designed, for example, as a respective screw. Fig. 5 shows, in a schematic and perspective partial sectional view, the arrangement 1 in a first sectional plane, in which the respective screw connection 22 is illustrated. For example, the sill part 24 is connected, in particular directly, to the inner part 13. As shown exemplarily in Fig. 3 and in Fig.5, the respective screw head of the respective screw element 21 is, for example, at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, preferably countersunk in the protective plate 2.
[0067] In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the electrical energy storage device 14, in particular the storage housing 15, has at least one extruded profile 25, in particular an extruded aluminum profile. The electrical energy storage device 14 is held by the extruded profile 25, for example, via the respective connection area 16, on the body 5, in particular on the respective side sill 11, for example on the respective sill part 24 of the respective side sill 11.
[0068] As shown exemplarily in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the exemplary embodiment provides for the extruded profile 25 to have at least one through-opening 26, in particular a plurality of through-openings 26. A respective one of the intermediate elements 18 is guided through the respective through-opening 26.
[0069] Fig. 6 shows the arrangement 1 in a schematic and perspective partial sectional view in a second sectional plane, which is arranged, for example, in front of or behind the first sectional plane in the vehicle longitudinal direction 27. In a further embodiment, it is provided that at least one respective second receiving element 28 is arranged, in particular held, on the respective side sill 11. In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that a plurality of second receiving elements 28, designed, for example, as respective threaded bushings, are arranged, in particular held, on the side sill 11, in particular on the respective sill part 24 of the respective side sill 11.A second screw element 29, arranged on the extruded profile 25, is screwed, in particular directly, to the respective second receiving element 28 in order to hold the electrical energy storage device 14, via the extruded profile 25, by means of at least one second screw connection 30, in particular at least indirectly or directly, to the respective side sill 11, in particular to the respective sill part 24. The screw elements 21, 29 are formed separately from one another. The screw connections 22, 30 are different from one another, in particular formed separately from one another.
[0070] In the exemplary embodiment, the respective second receiving element 28 is arranged at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, in the vehicle vertical direction 8 above the sill base 11a of the respective side sill 11.
[0071] In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the electrical energy storage device 14 is held on the respective side sill 11, in particular on the respective sill base 11a or the respective sill part 24, via the extruded profile 25 through the intermediary of at least one second intermediate element 31, in particular a plurality of second intermediate elements 31. The respective second intermediate element 31 is, for example, annular, i.e., designed as a respective intermediate ring or as a respective intermediate disk. In the exemplary embodiment, the respective screw element 29 is guided through a respective one of the second intermediate elements 31. By means of the respective second intermediate element 31, for example, a galvanic isolation can be brought about between the extruded profile 25 and the respective side sill 11.
[0072] As shown in Fig. 4, it is provided, for example, that at least one of the second screw connections 30 or more of the second screw connections 30 are arranged between two respective ones of the first screw connections 22 in the vehicle's longitudinal direction 27. This means that at least one or more of the second receiving elements 28 are arranged between two respective ones of the receiving elements 20 in the vehicle's longitudinal direction 27. The screw connections 22, 30 are thus arranged offset from one another, for example, in the vehicle's longitudinal direction 27.
[0073] In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the protective plate 2 is made of aluminum 32.
[0074] As shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, it is provided, for example, that the storage housing 15 has the extruded profile 25 as the first housing part 33 and at least one second housing part 34, which is designed, for example, as a cover and is in particular separate from the first housing part 33. The housing parts 33, 34 are screwed together, for example. For example, a receiving space 14a designed to accommodate storage elements 14b of the electrical energy storage device 14 is delimited or formed by the first housing part 33 at least in the vehicle transverse direction 10. Alternatively or additionally, the receiving space 14a is delimited or formed, for example, by the second housing part 34 in the vehicle vertical direction 8, in particular upwards, and / or in the vehicle transverse direction 10, in particular outwards.
[0075] For example, a plurality of transverse elements 35, in particular designed as cross members, are provided, which extend in the vehicle transverse direction 10 between the side sills 11, wherein the side sills 11 are supported on one another, for example via the transverse elements 35 in the vehicle transverse direction 10, in particular at least indirectly or directly. In the exemplary embodiment, the transverse elements 35 are spaced apart from one another. For example, the electrical energy storage device 14 has a plurality of modules, wherein at least one of the modules is arranged between the transverse elements 35. The modules are thus separated from one another, for example by the transverse elements 35 or by means of the transverse elements 35. The respective module can be understood in particular to mean a respective cell module.
[0076] For example, the respective module has a plurality of storage elements 14b of the electrical energy storage device 14.
[0077] Fig. 7 shows the arrangement 1, in particular the protective plate 2 and the electrical energy storage device 14, in a schematic plan view according to a further embodiment. It is preferably provided that all storage elements 14b of the electrical energy storage device 14 are covered downwards in the vehicle's vertical direction 8 by the protective plate 2. In particular, it is provided that at least the receiving space 14a, that is to say at least the storage elements, are covered downwards by the protective plate 2 over a complete length 36 of the receiving space 14a extending in the vehicle's longitudinal direction 27 and over a complete width 37 of the receiving space 14a extending in the vehicle's transverse direction 10.
[0078] In order to be able to particularly improve the comfort, in particular the driving comfort, of the special armored vehicle 4, at least one coupling element 39 made of a flexible material 38 is arranged in the vehicle's vertical direction 8 between the protective plate 2 and the storage housing 15 of the electrical energy storage device 14, via which coupling element 39 the protective plate 2 can be or is supported upwards in the vehicle's vertical direction 8, in particular at least indirectly or directly, on the storage housing 15. This is illustrated in Fig. 8, which shows a schematic and perspective partial sectional view of the arrangement 1, in particular of the underbody area 3. Fig. 9 shows the arrangement 1 according to Fig. 8 in a schematic detailed view. Only one, in particular exactly one, coupling element 39 can be provided, or several, in particular separately formed, coupling elements 39 can be provided, each made of the flexible material 38. In the embodiment shown in Fig.In the embodiment shown in Figure 8, a plurality of coupling elements 39 are provided, via which the protective plate 2 can be or is supported upwards in the vehicle's vertical direction 8 on the storage housing 15. The respective coupling element 39 allows the protective plate 2 and the storage housing 15 to be vibrationally coupled to one another, whereby, for example, opposing vibrations of the protective plate 2 and the electrical energy storage device 14 can be avoided, and noises perceptible, in particular, by a vehicle occupant of the special armored vehicle 4 can be kept particularly low. Thus, the acoustics of the special armored vehicle 4, especially during driving, can be significantly improved. This allows the comfort of the special armored vehicle 4 to be significantly increased.
[0079] For example, the respective coupling element 39 is arranged, in particular directly, on the protective plate 2 and / or on the storage housing 15. In particular, the respective coupling element 39 directly contacts the storage housing 15 and / or the protective plate 2.
[0080] Preferably, the respective coupling element 39 is prestressed. It is further particularly preferred that the respective coupling element 39, in particular prestressed, is designed to dampen vibrations of the protective plate 2 and / or the electrical energy storage device 14, in particular the storage housing 15.
[0081] For example, the elastic material 38 is a plastic. Particularly preferably, the elastic material is a foam 40, for example, EPDM foam.
[0082] In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the storage housing 15 has at least one first housing element 41 and at least one second housing element 42 arranged above the first housing element 41 in the vehicle's vertical direction 8. The first housing element 41 is designed as a housing base 43, and the second housing element 42 is designed as a housing cover 44. For example, the protective plate 2 can be or is supported upwards on the first housing element 41 in the vehicle's vertical direction 8 via the coupling element 39. This means that the coupling element 39 can be or is supported on the storage housing 15 via the first housing element 41.
[0083] As shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, the storage housing 15, in particular the first housing element 41, and the protective plate 2 are spaced apart from one another in the vehicle's vertical direction 8. This means that at least one intermediate space 45 extending at least in the vehicle's vertical direction 8 is provided between the storage housing 15, in particular the first housing element 41, and the protective plate 2. The intermediate space 45 is preferably at least partially filled with the coupling element 39 or with the coupling elements 39. This means that the respective coupling element 39 is arranged in the intermediate space 45.
[0084] Preferably, the storage housing 15 has at least one support element 46 extending in the vehicle vertical direction 8 between the housing elements 41, 42, via which support element the housing elements 41, 42 are supported on one another, in particular directly, in the vehicle vertical direction 8. One, in particular exactly one, support element 46 can be provided, or several, in particular separately formed, preferably spaced-apart, support elements 46 can be provided, via which the housing elements 41, 42 are supported on one another in the vehicle vertical direction 8. The respective support element 46 can be the respective transverse element 35 or a respective component different from the transverse elements 35.
[0085] In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the respective coupling element 39 is arranged in the vehicle vertical direction 8 below a respective one of the support elements 46, whereby the protective plate 2 can be or is supported upwards, in particular at least indirectly or directly, on the respective support element 46 via the respective coupling element 39 with the mediation of the first housing element 41 in the vehicle vertical direction 8. In particular, one of the coupling elements 39 is assigned to a respective one of the support elements 46.
[0086] In a further embodiment, at least one second coupling element 47 is provided, which is designed in particular separately from the coupling elements 39 and is arranged in the vehicle vertical direction 8 between the storage housing 15, in particular the second housing element 42, and the floor element 7 of the body 5, whereby the storage housing 15, in particular the second housing element 42, can be supported or is supported via the second coupling element 47 upwards in the vehicle vertical direction 8, for example directly, on the floor element 7. In the exemplary embodiment shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, a plurality of second coupling elements 47 are provided, which are arranged in the vehicle vertical direction 8 between the storage housing 15 and the floor element 7, whereby the storage housing 15 can be supported or is supported via the second coupling elements 47 upwards in the vehicle vertical direction 8, in particular directly, on the floor element 7.In the exemplary embodiment, the second coupling element 47 is arranged, in particular directly, on the storage housing 15, in particular on the second housing element 42. For example, the second coupling element 47 is arranged, in particular directly, on the floor element 7, in particular below the floor element 7 in the vehicle vertical direction 8. Preferably, the respective second coupling element 47 directly contacts the storage housing 15, in particular the second housing element 42 and / or the floor element 7. The respective coupling element 39 can in particular be referred to as the first coupling element 39.
[0087] In the exemplary embodiment shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, the storage housing 15, in particular the second housing element 42, and the base element 7 are spaced apart from one another in the vehicle's vertical direction 8. This means that at least one second intermediate space 48 extending at least in the vehicle's vertical direction 8 is provided between the base element 7 and the storage housing 15, in particular in the second housing element 42. The second intermediate space 48 is at least partially filled by the respective second coupling element 47. In other words, the respective second coupling element 47 is arranged in the second intermediate space 48.
[0088] In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the respective second coupling element 47 is arranged above the respective support element 48 in the vehicle vertical direction 8, whereby the protective plate 2, which is supported upwards on the respective support element 46 in the vehicle vertical direction 8 via the respective coupling element 39 through the mediation of the first housing element 41, can be or is supported upwards in the vehicle vertical direction 8, in particular at least directly or indirectly, on the floor element 7 via the respective second coupling element 47 through the mediation of the second housing element 42, in particular through the mediation of the respective support element 46. In particular, the respective second coupling element 47 is assigned to a respective one of the support elements 46.A force flow resulting from a mechanical load on the protective plate 2 can therefore run through the protective plate 2 via the respective first coupling element 39 to the respective support element 46 and from there via the respective second coupling element 47 to the floor element 7, and thus be diverted via the floor element 7, for example into the body 5. The force flow is illustrated in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 by means of arrows 49. The mechanical load on the protective plate 2, i.e. the force flow, can be brought about, for example, by the detonation of at least one hand grenade 50 in the vertical direction 8 of the vehicle beneath the special armored vehicle 4. The detonation is illustrated in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 by means of arrows 51.
[0089] Fig. 10 shows the assembly 1, in particular the underbody region 3, in a schematic and perspective partial sectional view according to a further embodiment, in which the respective support element 46 is designed as a hollow body. This means that the respective support element 46 each has a respective hollow profile.
