Description

Bag set

[0001] The present invention primarily relates to a bag set having a first bag (such as a bag) and a second bag (such as a pouch) that can be stored within the first bag.

[0002] Conventionally, flight bags (first bags) configured to be detachable from one another have been known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The flight bags have hook-and-loop fasteners on their exteriors to allow the flight bags to be detached from one another. They also have straps that allow them to be fastened to hook-and-loop fasteners or handrails installed inside the cabin, for example.

[0003] Special table Hei 11-503940

[0004] This flight bag accommodates cargo. However, if the flight bag is secured to a hook-and-loop fastener or handrail in the cabin while open, the cargo cannot be secured by the partition and is prone to falling out of the flight bag in an environment with gravity, or to drifting in the air in a zero-gravity environment. Therefore, the flight bag is usually placed or positioned with the opening closed.

[0005] For these reasons, in order to use the cargo stored inside the flight bag, the flight bag must be opened and closed each time, which is troublesome.

[0006] Furthermore, the flight bag is bulky and lacks space-saving features, so when it is attached to a wall or handrail inside the cabin, it takes up part of the living space and becomes an obstacle when people move around, which is undesirable.

[0007] Furthermore, the second bag must be managed so that it does not get lost. Particularly in a zero-gravity environment, the cargo is likely to get lost unless it is stored inside the first bag and the opening is closed.

[0008] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and the problem that the invention aims to solve is to provide an excellent bag set that does not require opening and closing a first bag installed in a cabin or the like each time a second bag is taken out of the first bag, whether in an environment with gravity or in a zero-gravity environment, and that does not cause the second bag to scatter even when the first bag is opened, making it easy to manage the second bag inside and not taking up space in the living space.

[0009] The present invention provides a bag set that includes a first bag and a second bag that can be stored in the first bag, wherein the first bag comprises a sheet-like base that can be folded back from a center portion in the height direction, and an opening / closing means that allows the peripheral portion other than the center portion in the height direction to be opened and closed by folding back the base, the base comprising an inner sheet having female engaging elements on the inner surface that becomes the inside when folded back, and a first hook-and-loop fastener that has a mixture of male and female engaging elements on the outer surface that becomes the outside when folded back, the second bag having male engaging elements that can be engaged and detached with the female engaging elements of the inner sheet, and allowing the second bag to be detachably held on the inner surface of the first bag when the first bag is in an open state.

[0010] According to the present invention, the first bag has a sheet-like base, and when the sheet-like base is in an open state, the second bag is attached to the inner sheet. This eliminates the need to open and close the first bag when the second bag is removed from the first bag installed in a cabin or the like, in both gravity and zero-gravity environments, and prevents the second bag from scattering. Furthermore, the second bag is provided with a male engaging element (e.g., a male hook-and-loop fastener) that can be attached to a female hook-and-loop fastener on a wall or the like in the cabin or to a female engaging element (e.g., terry cloth) on clothing, preventing loss. Furthermore, by attaching the second bag to the inner surface of the first bag and placing the first bag in a closed state (bag-like), the first bag can be carried anywhere and stored against a wall.

[0011]

[0023] FIG. 1 is a front view showing the inner surface of a first bag (bag) constituting a bag set according to Example 1 of the present invention in an expanded state.

[0024] FIG. 1 is a back view showing the outer surface of the first bag (bag) constituting a bag set according to Example 1 of the present invention in an expanded state, and FIG. 1 is a front view showing the closed state (opening is closed).

[0025] FIG. 1 is a front view and a back view of a second bag (pen case) constituting a bag set according to Example 1 of the present invention, and a front view and a back view of a second bag (gusset pouch) constituting the bag set according to Example 1 of the present invention.

[0026] FIG. 1 is a front view, a front view, and a back view of a second bag (gusset pouch) constituting the bag set according to Example 1 of the present invention, in which the mesh is omitted to show the fastening means, and FIG. 1 is a front view showing the bag set according to Example 1 of the present invention in an expanded state, in which the second bag is fastened to the first bag. 1A and 1B are front and rear views showing a strap that can be attached to a first bag or a second bag in a bag set according to a second embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 1B is a front view showing the bag set according to the second embodiment of the present invention in an unfolded state with a second bag attached to the first bag, and the strap attached to a handrail installed on a wall; FIG. 1C is a front view showing the inner surface of a first bag (bag) constituting a bag set according to a third embodiment of the present invention in an unfolded state; FIG. 1C is a rear view showing the outer surface of a first bag (bag) constituting a bag set according to the third embodiment of the present invention in an unfolded state, and FIG. 1C is a front view showing the closed state (state with the opening closed) of the first bag (bag); and FIG. 1D is a front view showing the bag set according to another embodiment of the present invention in an unfolded state with a second bag attached to the first bag.

[0012] A bag set according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a first bag and a second bag that can be stored in the first bag, wherein the first bag comprises a sheet-like base that can be folded back from the center of the height direction, and an opening / closing means that allows the peripheral edge portions other than the center of the height direction to be opened and closed by folding back the base, the base comprises an inner sheet having female engaging elements on the inner surface that becomes the inside when folded back, and a first hook-and-loop fastener that has a mixture of male and female engaging elements on the outer surface that becomes the outside when folded back, the second bag has male engaging elements that can be engaged and detached with the female engaging elements of the inner sheet, and when the first bag is in an open state, the second bag can be removably held on the inner surface of the first bag (first configuration).

[0013] According to the first configuration, the first bag has a sheet-like base, and when the sheet-like base is in an open state, the second bag is attached to the inner sheet. This eliminates the need to open and close the first bag each time the second bag is removed from the first bag installed in a cabin or the like, both in a gravity-dependent environment and in a zero-gravity environment, and prevents the second bag from spilling. Furthermore, since the first bag has a sheet-like base, it is not bulky in the open state, does not obstruct pedestrian movement, and achieves space-saving wall storage. Furthermore, the second bag has a male engaging element (e.g., a male hook-and-loop fastener) that can be attached to a female hook-and-loop fastener on a cabin wall or a female engaging element on clothing (e.g., terry cloth) to prevent loss, etc.

[0014] Furthermore, the bag set according to an embodiment of the present invention is based on the first configuration described above and has at least three bands with second hook-and-loop fasteners that have a mixture of male and female engaging elements, and the first hook-and-loop fasteners provided on the outer surface of the base of the first bag can be detached from the second hook-and-loop fasteners on the bands, making it possible to attach and detach the outer surface of the base from the bands (second configuration).

[0015] According to the second configuration, the first hook-and-loop fastener on the outer surface of the base of the first bag is fastened to the second hook-and-loop fastener on the strap, and the strap can be fixed to a handrail or the like inside the cabin, thereby realizing wall-mounted storage. Furthermore, by providing at least three straps, the straps can be positioned in at least three directions around the first bag, so the position of the first bag does not fluctuate and can be positioned as desired.

[0016] Furthermore, a bag set according to an embodiment of the present invention can be a bag set having the above first configuration or a configuration obtained by adding the second configuration to the first configuration, in which the opening and closing means for opening and closing the periphery of the base other than the longitudinal center portion is a slide fastener, the periphery is provided with a first flap for covering the slide fastener and a second flap for further covering the first flap, and the first flap and second flap are provided with an engaging and detaching means for freely attaching and detaching the first flap and second flap to and from each other (third configuration).

[0017] According to the third configuration, in addition to achieving the effects of the first or second configuration, the slide fastener, which is the opening and closing means of the first bag, is covered with a first flap and then further covered with a second flap, and these first and second flaps are engaged with each other by means of an engaging and disengaging means, thereby completely covering the slide fastener and achieving a good external appearance.

[0018] Furthermore, the bag set according to an embodiment of the present invention can be configured such that, based on the third configuration described above, the outer surface of the base, the first flap, and the second flap are formed from a flame-retardant material (fourth configuration).

[0019] According to the fourth configuration, assuming the third configuration, the outer surface of the base, the first flap and the second flap are formed from a flame-retardant material, so that even if the slide fastener itself is not flame-retardant, the flame-retardant performance of the bag set can be ensured by reliably covering the slide fastener.

[0020] In addition, the second bag constituting the bag set according to an embodiment of the present invention can be configured such that a belt-shaped fastening means for fastening the stored items is partially sewn to the inner fabric (fifth configuration).

[0021] According to the fifth configuration, the bag set that provides the above-mentioned effects can further be endowed with the ability to stably hold the contents stored in the second bag.

[0022] A bag set S according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The same or corresponding parts in the drawings are designated by the same reference numerals, and their description will not be repeated. To facilitate understanding of the description, the drawings referred to below may show simplified or schematic configurations, or omit some components. Furthermore, the dimensional ratios between components shown in the drawings do not necessarily represent actual dimensional ratios.

[0023] A bag set S according to a first embodiment of the present invention is designed to be used in a space subject to gravity, and includes a first bag 1 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) and a plurality of second bags 2 (see FIG. 3) that can be stored in the first bag 1 (see FIG. 5). Here, FIGS. 1 and 2(a) show the first bag 1 in an open state, with FIG. 1 showing the inside and FIG. 2(a) showing the outside. FIG. 2(b) shows the first bag 1 in a closed state (with the opening closed).

[0024] In this Example 1, the first bag 1 has a sheet-like base 10 and a double zipper 11 (a slide zipper with two sliders 11A) which is an opening and closing means for turning the sheet-like base into a bag, as shown in Figures 1 and 2(a).

[0025] The sheet-like substrate 10 is composed of an outer fabric 10A (see FIG. 2(a)), an inner fabric 10B (see FIG. 1) superimposed on the inner side of the outer fabric 10A, and an inner sheet 10C (see FIG. 1) provided on the inner fabric 10B. The inner sheet 10C is a sheet provided with a large number of female engaging elements 100 over its entire surface.

[0026] The vertical direction in FIG. 1 is defined as a height direction H, and the center thereof is defined as a height direction center C.

[0027] A double zipper 11 is sewn to the periphery of the sheet-like base 10. One slider 11A is located on each side of the center C in the height direction. The teeth 11B of the double zipper 11 are located all around the periphery of the sheet-like base 10. Both ends of the double zipper 11 are covered with a covering fabric 12. A male hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the surface (back surface) of the covering fabric 12 that comes into contact with the inner sheet 10C. A female hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the opposite surface. Therefore, both ends of the double zipper 11 are configured such that the male hook-and-loop fastener on the back surface engages and is fixed with the female hook-and-loop fastener on the inner sheet 10C. Furthermore, the female hook-and-loop fastener on the surface ensures that the female hook-and-loop fastener is secured even in the portion of the inner sheet 10C covered by the covering fabric 12.

[0028] As shown in Figure 2(a), the outer fabric 10A has a handle 13 sewn to the center C in the height direction. In addition, a plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners 14 are arranged on the outer surface of the outer fabric 10A. The first hook-and-loop fasteners 14 are hook-and-loop fasteners with a mixture of male and female engaging elements. In this embodiment, the first hook-and-loop fasteners are small square pieces measuring 5 cm on each side, and are arranged in 12 locations.

[0029] In Figure 1, when the upper side of the vertical center C is folded downward and one slider 11A of the double zipper 11 is moved to the other end, the first bag 1 becomes closed as shown in Figure 2 (b).

[0030] Next, Figures 3 and 4 show the second bag 2. Figures 3(a) and 3(b) are front and back views of a pen case as the second bag 2. Figures 3(c) and 3(d) are front and back views of a gusset-less pouch as the second bag 2. The front side is made of a transparent sheet-like material 22 so that the interior can be seen through. Figures 3(e), 3(f), and 3(g) are front, back, and right side views of a gusseted pouch as the second bag 2. The front side has a mesh 23 so that the interior can be seen through. Each of the second bags 2 has an opening and closing section using a slide fastener 20, and a male hook-and-loop fastener 21 with a male engaging element on the back.

[0031] The second bag shown in Figure 4 is a gussetless pouch having a mesh 23 on the front side as shown in Figure 4(a), and is provided with fastening means 24 for fastening stored items as shown in Figure 4(b) with the mesh 23 omitted. In this Example 1, the fastening means 24 is made of a stretchable band and is sewn to the inner fabric 26 at seams 25, so that the stored items are sandwiched and secured between the inner fabric 26 and the fastening means 24 in the unsewn portion. Note that in the case of a pen or the like with a clip, the fastening means 24 can also be sandwiched and secured by the clip portion. Note that the second bag also has a male hook-and-loop fastener 21 with a male engaging element on the back side as shown in Figure 4(c).

[0032] As shown in FIG. 5, the male hook-and-loop fastener 21 on the back surface allows the second bag 2 to be attached to and detached from the inner sheet 10C of the first bag 1 in any layout.

[0033] Furthermore, if the clothing has a female hook-and-loop fastener, the second bag 2 can be attached directly to the clothing, which has the advantage of making it easy to manage even after it has been detached from the first bag 1.

[0034] The bag set S according to the first embodiment described above can be used as a wall storage unit in the open state shown in Figure 5 by fastening the first hook-and-loop fastener 14 on the outer surface of the outer fabric 10A to a hook-and-loop fastener on a wall. Because the first bag 1 is sheet-like, it is thin, occupies very little space, and does not interfere with pedestrian traffic, offering the advantage of being extremely convenient. Furthermore, the first bag 1 can be used in the open state, eliminating the need to open and close the first bag 1 each time the second bag 2 is used.

[0035] Furthermore, if necessary, the bag set S can be carried in a bag-like shape by closing the first bag 1 while fastening the second bag 2 to the first bag 1. By fastening the first hook-and-loop fastener 14 of the first bag 1 in the carried bag set S to a hook-and-loop fastener provided on the wall surface, the bag set S can be easily managed.

[0036] Next, a description will be given of a bag set S according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The bag set S according to the second embodiment includes a band 3 in addition to the bag set S of the first embodiment.

[0037] Here, a description of parts common to the bag set S of Example 1 will be omitted. As shown in Figures 6(a) and (b), the band 3 in the bag set S of Example 2 has a configuration in which a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners (hereinafter referred to as second hook-and-loop fasteners 31) with a mixture of male and female engaging elements are arranged at equal intervals on the front and back surfaces of a long band fabric 30. Figure 6(a) shows the front surface of the band 3, and Figure 6(b) shows the back surface of the band 3. Note that in this example, the second hook-and-loop fasteners 31 are provided on both the front and back surfaces, but it is also possible to provide them on one surface.

[0038] As shown in Figure 7, the bag set S of this Example 2 is configured so that the second hook-and-loop fasteners 31 at one end of each of the four strips 3 are engaged with the first hook-and-loop fasteners 14 on the outer surface of the outer fabric 10A of the sheet-like base 10.

[0039] The other ends of the four straps 3 can be wrapped around a handrail 6 or the like provided on the interior wall 5 of the cabin, allowing for use as wall storage, as in Example 1. Even in this case, the first bag 1 is thin and takes up very little space because it is in the form of a sheet, and does not interfere with the passage of people, providing the advantage of being extremely convenient. Furthermore, the first bag 1 can be used in an open state, eliminating the need to open and close the first bag 1 each time the second bag 2 is used.

[0040] In this embodiment, four straps 3 are used, but the number of straps 3 is not limited. It is preferable to use three or four straps 3 to fix the position of the first bag body 1. One or two straps 3 are not preferable because the first bag body 1 may swing, and five or more straps are not preferable because the arrangement becomes more complicated.

[0041] Furthermore, after removing the second bag 2 from the first bag 1, in order to facilitate management of the second bag 2, one belt 3 can be wrapped around a person's waist and the second hook-and-loop fasteners 31 can be fastened together, and the second hook-and-loop fastener 31 of the belt 3 can be fastened to the male hook-and-loop fastener 21 of the second bag 2.

[0042] The bag set S according to the third embodiment of the present invention is designed to be used in a zero-gravity space, and similar to the first embodiment, comprises a first bag 1 (see Figures 8 and 9) and a plurality of second bags 2 (see Figure 3) that can be stored in the first bag 1.

[0043] 8 and 9(a) show the first bag 1 in an open state, with Fig. 8 showing the inside and Fig. 9(a) showing the outside, and Fig. 9(b) showing the first bag 1 in a closed state (with the opening closed).

[0044] The bag set S according to the third embodiment of the present invention has a basic configuration in common with the bag set S according to the first embodiment, and therefore a description of the common parts will be omitted.

[0045] The bag set S according to the third embodiment has a configuration in which a first flap 4A and a second flap 4B are provided on the outside of the double zipper 11. As shown in Fig. 8, when the first bag 1 is in an open state, the first flap 4A is sewn to the sheet-like base 10 in a peripheral region of the upper half in the height direction, and the second flap 4B is sewn to the sheet-like base 10 in a peripheral region of the lower half in the height direction.

[0046] The second flap 4B is wider than the first flap 4A, and as shown in Figures 8 and 9(a), both the first flap 4A and the second flap 4B are provided with a hook-and-loop fastener having a mixture of male and female engaging elements (hereinafter referred to as the third hook-and-loop fastener 40).

[0047] When one slider 11A of the double zipper 11 is moved from the open state to the closed state (the opening is closed), the first flap 4A covers the upper teeth 11B of the double zipper 11, and the second flap 4B covers the first flap 4A from above. At this time, the third hook-and-loop fastener 40 on the first flap 4A and the third hook-and-loop fastener 40 on the second flap 4B engage with each other, and the double zipper 11 is housed inside the first flap 4A.

[0048] In this embodiment 3, the double zipper 11 is not made of a flame-retardant material, but by making the first bag 1, the first flap 4A, and the second flap 4B out of flame-retardant fabric, the double zipper 11 is not exposed to the outside, and flame retardancy can be ensured.

[0049] As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the configuration of this embodiment 3 can be combined with the band 3 disclosed in embodiment 2 to adopt a configuration common to embodiment 2.
