Abstract
Description
Garment treatment device and method for controlling the garment treatment device
[0001] The present invention relates to a garment treatment device and a control method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a garment treatment device and a control method thereof capable of performing refreshing processes, such as sterilizing, wrinkle removal, deodorizing, and drying, on garments by supplying steam and hot air to the garments.
[0002] Garment treatment equipment refers to devices developed for washing, drying, and removing wrinkles from clothing, both at home and in laundries. These devices include washing machines, dryers, washer / dryers with both washing and drying functions, garment care machines, which refresh clothing, and steamers, which remove wrinkles from clothing.
[0003] Recently, a clothing treatment device has appeared that can keep clothes comfortable and clean without having to soak them in water and wash them with detergent.
[0004] In this conventional clothing treatment device, a clothing treatment device has appeared that performs a refreshing process of supplying either high-temperature air (hot air) or steam to the clothing to deodorize the clothing, dry the clothing, and remove wrinkles from the clothing.
[0005] Typically, these garment handling devices accommodate garments by placing them on top of each other. This allows the garment handling device to arrange garments in a height-wise direction, allowing multiple garments to be placed along their width-wise direction.
[0006] The above-mentioned garment treatment device may be equipped with a structure (hereinafter, a moving hanger) for holding the garment inside thereof that is movable. Accordingly, a conventional garment treatment device can shake the garment with the moving hanger when supplying hot air and steam to the garment, thereby effectively removing dust and foreign substances from the garment.
[0007] Meanwhile, since the above moving hanger is moved by a motor or the like, information on the clothing, including the weight of the clothing, can be obtained by analyzing the current value or characteristics of the current output from the motor.
[0008] However, since a garment treatment device such as the present invention does not have a rotating drum, the garments are placed in a state where they are stretched in the lengthwise direction.
[0009] Therefore, when shaking the clothing with a moving hanger, even if the weight of the clothing is the same, the wave pattern of the clothing shaking varies depending on the length or material of the clothing, which affects the load of the moving hanger.
[0010] In addition, there was a problem that it was difficult to detect the state of the clothing with the moving hanger because there was a difference in the inertial force applied to the moving hanger when the clothing was shaking in a standing wave, when it was vibrating without forming a standing wave, and when it was vibrating without generating a wave in the clothing.
[0011] Furthermore, the moving hanger is not directly connected to a motor and rotates, but is equipped with a converter such as a pulley and belt to shake the garment with a torque stronger than that of the motor while reducing the driving frequency. Due to the nature of the pulley and belt connection structure, the belt rotates by periodically moving the pulley from top to bottom, and this cycle can be varied depending on the tension and length of the belt.
[0012] In this way, the characteristics of the moving hanger system, such as tension, affect the load of the motor, which means that it also affects the current value of the motor.
[0013] Due to these limitations, conventional clothing treatment devices equipped with moving hangers, unlike washing machines and dryers equipped with drums, had the problem of not being able to detect the condition of clothing through information from the motor.
[0014] The present invention aims to provide a clothing treatment device capable of detecting at least one of the weight, length, and material of clothing through a moving hanger that shakes the clothing in a clothing treatment device such as a clothing manager in which the clothing is placed while being stretched in the longitudinal direction.
[0015] The present invention aims to provide a clothing processing device capable of accurately detecting at least one of the weight, length, and material of clothing by reflecting the characteristics of a moving hanger using a belt and pulley method.
[0016] The present invention aims to provide a garment processing device capable of accurately detecting the state of the garment, including its weight, length, and material, by reflecting changes in tension of a moving hanger using a belt and changes in the belt itself.
[0017] The present invention aims to provide a method for controlling a clothing treatment device capable of accurately detecting the condition of clothing by taking into account both the current characteristics generated from a moving hanger and the vibration characteristics of clothing according to changes in motor rpm.
[0018] In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention provides a garment treatment device including a cabinet, an inner case providing a receiving space in which garments are placed inside the cabinet, a machine room arranged at the lower part of the inner case for generating at least one of hot air and steam supplied into the receiving space, and a moving hanger mounted on the upper part of the inner case so as to be able to shake the garments while they are placed thereon.
[0019] The above moving hanger may be provided to shake the clothing at a detection speed for a detection time, and then shake the clothing at a processing speed higher than the detection speed while the steam and hot air are supplied.
[0020] The above moving hanger may include a driving unit that provides power to shake clothes while being installed in the inner case outside the receiving space, a plurality of hanging units for hanging the clothes inside the receiving space, a belt that is connected to the driving unit and transmits the power, and a pulley that is connected to the belt and transmits the power to the hanging units.
[0021] When the above driving unit is driven, the belt may be provided to reciprocate from the top to the bottom of the pulley.
[0022] The above detection time may be provided to be equal to or longer than the cycle in which the belt reciprocates from the top to the bottom of the pulley.
[0023] The above detection time can be set to a time longer than the time for the belt to rotate in multiples of 4.
[0024] If one or more of the tension and material of the above belt is varied, the above detection time may also be varied.
[0025] As the tension of the above belt increases, the above detection time may increase.
[0026] As the tension of the belt increases, the detection time may increase beyond the time it takes for the pulley to rotate by a multiple of 4.
[0027] As the tension of the above belt decreases, the above detection time may decrease.
[0028] As the tension of the belt decreases, the detection time may be reduced to a time greater than the time it takes for the pulley to rotate by a multiple of 4.
[0029] A door that is connected to the above cabinet and opens and closes the above storage space,
[0030] Further comprising a display unit provided in one of the cabinet and the door to display clothing information related to the weight, length, and material of the clothing,
[0031] The above display section can display the same clothing information as long as the clothing hung on the hanger section is the same, even if the belt is made of a different material.
[0032] The above display unit can display the same clothing information as long as the clothing hung on the hanger is the same even if the usage time of the belt has elapsed, the tension of the belt has changed, or the environment such as the temperature and humidity at which the belt is installed has changed.
[0033] The above moving hanger can be controlled to shake the clothing at a first detection speed for a first detection time, shake the clothing at a second detection speed higher than the first detection speed for a second detection time, and then shake the clothing at the processing speed.
[0034] The above second detection time can be set shorter than the above first detection time.
[0035] The above display unit can display one or more of the weight, length, material of the clothing, and the execution time of the course for processing the clothing after the detection time has elapsed.
[0036] The above moving hanger can be controlled so that the detection time decreases as the detection speed increases.
[0037] The above moving hanger can be controlled so that the detection time increases when the detection speed decreases.
[0038]
[0039] The present invention has the effect of detecting at least one of the weight, length, and material of clothing through a moving hanger that shakes the clothing in a clothing treatment device such as a clothing manager in which the clothing is placed while being stretched in the longitudinal direction.
[0040] The present invention also reflects the characteristics of a moving hanger using a belt and pulley system, and has the effect of accurately detecting at least one of the weight, length, and material of clothing.
[0041] The present invention has the effect of accurately detecting the state including the weight, length, and material of the clothing by reflecting changes in the tension of a moving hanger using a belt and changes in the belt itself.
[0042] The present invention has the effect of accurately detecting the condition of clothing by considering both the current characteristics generated from the moving hanger and the vibration characteristics of the clothing according to changes in the motor rpm.

The moving hanger (100) may be provided so as to reciprocate on the upper surface of the inner case (20) so as to shake the clothes. The detailed structure of the moving hanger (100) will be described later.
[0075] When the clothing is placed on the above-mentioned moving hanger (100), the clothing can be placed in a state of being suspended in the air and stretched in the height direction within the receiving space (21). [0077] The above pressurizing part (40) may be rotatably coupled to the inside of the door (11) to pressurize clothing fixed to the inside of the door (11) toward the inside of the door (11).
[0078] The above pressurizing portion (40) can create intended wrinkles on both sides of the clothing.
[0079] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may further include a machine room (30) in which various devices capable of supplying at least one of hot air or steam to the receiving space (21) or purifying or dehumidifying the external air of the cabinet (10) are installed.
[0080] The above machine room (30) may be arranged to be separated or partitioned from the inner case (20), but may be provided to communicate with the inner case (20).
[0081] The above machine room (30) can be placed at the bottom of the inner case (20). Thus, when hot air and steam with low specific gravity are supplied to the inner case (20), the hot air and steam can be naturally supplied to the clothing.
[0082] The above machine room (30) may include a circulation duct that circulates air inside the inner case (20), and a plurality of heat exchangers that are arranged on the circulation duct to cool and condense the air and heat the air.
[0083] The above machine room (30) may be equipped with a heat pump system including a compressor that is connected to the plurality of heat exchangers and can compress a refrigerant that cools or heats the air.
[0084] The above-mentioned machine room (30) may also be equipped with a steam supply unit (50) capable of supplying steam to the interior of the inner case (20). The steam supply unit (50) may heat water to generate steam. Clothing accommodated within the inner case may be exposed to hot air generated by the heat pump system and steam generated by the steam supply unit (50) to perform deodorization, sterilization, wrinkle removal, and drying.
[0085] The front of the machine room (30) may include a water tank (31) for supplying water to generate the steam, and a drain tank (32) for collecting water condensed in the circulation duct.
[0086] The water tank (31) and drain tank (32) can be detachably installed at the front of the machine room (30). Accordingly, even if the garment treatment device of the present invention is not placed near a water source or sewer, the user can detach and transport the water tank (31) and drain tank (32) whenever necessary.
[0087] The above water tank (31) and drain tank (32) can be arranged in parallel along the width direction of the machine room (30).
[0088] In addition, the machine room (30) may further include a drawer (33) for storing items necessary for managing the clothing. The drawer (33) may be provided so as to be withdrawable from the machine room (30), and may be provided with a space therein for storing items such as an iron.
[0089] The garment treatment device (1) of the present invention may be provided with a mounting base (60) on which a separate shelf may be mounted inside the inner case (20). The mounting base (60) may be provided so as to protrude at the same height on both sides of the inner case (20).
[0090] The above-mentioned mounting plate (60) may be provided with a light-emitting unit that irradiates light into the interior of the inner case (20). The light-emitting unit is provided to irradiate light toward the inner surface of the inner case (20) to prevent glare.
[0091] Figure 2 illustrates an example of the structure of a machine room.
[0092] The above machine room (30) is arranged at the bottom of the inner case (20) to provide a space in which the heat pump system (80) and the steam supply unit (50) are installed, and may include a duct (90) that provides a path for circulating air inside the inner case (20).
[0093] The above duct (90) can form a circulation path that is connected to the inlet and outlet of the inner case (20), respectively, and can form a space in which air inside the inner case (20) moves. A blower fan can be provided inside the duct (90). The blower fan can generate a pressure difference that sucks in and discharges air inside the receiving space (21).
[0094] The above duct may be provided in a rectangular shape with a partially open upper portion, and a separate cover may be combined at the upper portion to complete the internal flow path. The duct (90) may include an inlet duct (91) that communicates with the inner case (20) and allows air to flow in, an exhaust duct (92) that is spaced apart from the inlet duct (91) and communicates with the inner case (20) and allows air to be discharged, and a moving duct (93) that connects the inlet duct (91) and the exhaust duct (92) and forms a flow path for air to move.
[0095] The above heat pump system (80) may include an evaporator (81) accommodated inside the duct (90) to cool the air, a condenser (82) that heats the air passing through the evaporator (81) to generate hot air, and a compressor (83) that compresses and heats the refrigerant passing through the evaporator (81) and supplies it to the condenser (82), and may further include an expansion valve that expands and cools the refrigerant passing through the condenser (82) and delivers it to the evaporator (81).
[0096] The above evaporator (81) and the above condenser (82) can be accommodated in the moving duct (93), and the above compressor (82) and the above expansion valve can be placed outside the above duct (90).
[0097] The above evaporator (81) and the condenser (83) may be arranged along the direction in which air moves. For example, the evaporator (81) may be arranged closer to the inlet duct (91) than the condenser (83), and the condenser (83) may be arranged closer to the exhaust duct (92) than the evaporator (81).
[0098] The above steam supply unit (50) can be placed inside the above duct (90).
[0099] The above steam supply unit (50) may be placed outside the duct (90) so as not to obstruct the flow of air moving along the duct (90).
[0100] The above steam supply unit (50) may include a steam generator (51) that receives and stores water and generates steam by heating the water with a heater or the like inside, and a steam nozzle (52) that supplies the steam generated in the steam generator (51) to the receiving space (21).
[0101] The above steam nozzle (52) may be provided to communicate with the inner case (20) and may be arranged adjacent to the discharge duct (92). The steam generator (51) may be supported by being installed on the upper portion of the duct (90) and may be provided to support the steam nozzle (52).
[0102] The above steam supply unit (50) may further include a return pipe (54) that connects the steam nozzle (52) and the steam generator (51).
[0103] The above recovery pipe (54) can recover the condensed water that cannot be discharged to the outside from the steam nozzle (52) back to the steam generator (51). The steam nozzle (52) can be arranged above the steam generator (51) so that steam is automatically supplied to the inner case (20) due to the density difference, and water is recovered to the steam generator (51) by gravity.
[0104] The above steam nozzle (52) is not a simple hose, but may be provided in the shape of a case made of plastic material or the like, and capable of containing one or more of steam, air, or water inside.
[0105] The above steam supply unit (50) may further include a steam pipe (53) connecting the steam generator (51) and the steam nozzle (52). Steam generated in the steam generator (51) may be supplied into the steam nozzle (52) along the steam pipe (53) and then supplied into the inner case (20).
[0106] The above machine room (30) may further include a water supply unit (60) capable of supplying water for generating steam in the steam supply unit (50).
[0107] The above water supply unit (60) may be provided to receive water from a water tank (31) installed in front of the machine room (30) and supply it to the steam supply unit (50).
[0108] The above water supply unit (60) may include a water supply pipe (61) that receives water from the water tank (31), a supply pipe (63) that supplies water from the water supply pipe (61) to the steam supply unit (50), and a water supply pump (62) that provides power to supply water from the water supply pipe (61) to the supply pipe (63).
[0109] The above water tank (31) can be detachably installed in front of the duct (90), and the water supply pump (62) can be placed outside the duct (90).
[0110] The above supply pipe (63) may be connected to the steam generator (51) and provided to supply water to the steam generator (51).
[0111] Alternatively, the supply pipe (63) may be provided to be connected to the steam nozzle (52) and to supply water to the steam nozzle (52). That is, the water supply unit (60) may be provided to directly supply water to the steam nozzle (52) and indirectly supply it to the steam generator (51) through the return pipe (54). This allows the flow path structure to be simplified.
[0112] The above machine room (30) may further include a drainage unit (70) that collects water condensed in the evaporator (81) into the drainage tank (32).
[0113] The above drainage unit (70) may include a drain pipe (71) that communicates with the lower surface of the duct (90) and discharges water collected in the lower part of the duct (90) to the outside of the duct (90), a drainage pump (72) that supplies water discharged through the drainage pipe (71) to a drainage tank (32), and a drainage pipe (73) that supplies water supplied to the drainage pump (72) to the drainage tank (32).
[0114] Meanwhile, the drainage unit (70) may further include a recovery duct (74) that connects the duct (90) and the drainage tank (32) to guide water in the drainage tank (32) back into the duct (90). As a result, even if the drainage tank (32) is full, water collected in the drainage tank (32) can be prevented from leaking to the outside.
[0115] The clothing treatment device of the present invention can supply hot air and steam to the inner case (20) at an appropriate time through the machine room (30) when the refreshing process of clothing, such as sterilization, deodorization, wrinkle removal, and drying, is performed, and can condense moisture discharged from the inner case (20) and collect it in the drain tank (32).
[0116] Figure 3 illustrates one embodiment of a moving hanger (100) of the clothing treatment device of the present invention.
[0117] The moving hanger (100) of the present invention may include a power transmission unit (400) arranged on the upper portion of the inner case (10) to swing the hanger (900).
[0118] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided to penetrate the upper surface of the inner case. The power transmission unit (400) may be provided in a rod shape, a tube shape, a plate shape, etc., whose length is longer than its thickness.
[0119] A hanging part (700) on which the clothes hanger (900) can be mounted or placed may be provided at the lower portion of the power transmission part (400). Accordingly, when the power transmission part (400) moves, the hanging part (700) moves, and when the clothes hanger (900) mounted on the hanging part (700) shakes, an effect of the clothes being fluttered may be produced.
[0120] The above-mentioned hook (700) may be provided as an integral part with the power transmission unit (400), or may be provided as a separate component and mounted on the power transmission unit (400).
[0121] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided in multiple units, and the hanging unit (700) mounted on the power transmission unit (400) may also be provided in multiple units. As a result, a large number of clothes corresponding to the number of power transmission units (400) can be placed inside the inner case (20) and refreshed.
[0122] The above moving hanger (100) may include a driving unit (200) that provides power to move the power transmission unit (400).
[0123] Since the above-mentioned driving unit (200) is provided to operate by receiving electric energy, it is preferable to block exposure to steam or hot air. Accordingly, the driving unit (200) may be placed between the upper surface of the inner case (20) and the upper panel of the cabinet (10) to block exposure to the receiving space (21).
[0124] The power transmission unit (400) can transmit power to the driving unit (200) by penetrating the upper part of the inner case (20). The power transmission unit (400) can extend downward by penetrating the upper part of the inner case (20) so that the lower part is exposed to the receiving space (21).
[0125] Meanwhile, the upper surface of the inner case (20) may be provided to support the loads of the power transmission unit (400) and the driving unit (200). However, clothes are placed and moved on the power transmission unit (400), and the load of the driving unit (200) is also provided to be relatively heavy. Therefore, in order to stably install the moving hanger (100) on the upper surface of the inner case (20), the clothing treatment device (1) of the present invention may further include a support unit (800).
[0126] The above support member (800) is placed on the upper portion of the inner case (20), and can be supported by being coupled to the cabinet (1). The above support member (800) can be made of a metal material with high rigidity.
[0127] The power transmission unit (400) and the driving unit (200) can be mounted on the support unit (800) and placed on the upper portion of the inner case (20).
[0128] Meanwhile, the driving unit (200) includes a motor that rotates the rotation shaft. The driving unit (200) may be provided to move the power transmission unit (400) using the power that rotates the rotation shaft.
[0129] However, it may be difficult to sufficiently shake the power transmission unit (400) by simply rotating the rotation axis in place.
[0130] Accordingly, the moving hanger (100) may further include a displacement generating unit (300) that is coupled to the rotation shaft and generates sufficient displacement to enable the power transmission unit (400) to move.
[0131] The displacement generating unit (300) may be provided to connect the rotation shaft and the power transmission unit (400) to each other and transmit the power of the rotation shaft to the power transmission unit (400).
[0132] The displacement generating unit (300) may include an eccentric shaft that rotates along a trajectory larger than the diameter of the rotational shaft. The eccentric shaft may generate a displacement that causes the power transmission unit (400) to reciprocate within a certain range.
[0133] Accordingly, when the driving unit (200) operates, the power generated from the rotating shaft is transmitted to the power transmission unit (400), so that the power transmission unit can move back and forth within a certain range.
[0134] The above moving hanger (100) may be provided to shake the clothing by rotating the power transmission unit (400) back and forth rather than moving the power transmission unit (400) back and forth left and right.
[0135] Specifically, the moving hanger (100) may be provided so that the power transmission unit (400) does not move back and forth in a straight line, but rather rotates back and forth within a certain angular range.
[0136] Accordingly, the power transmission unit (400) can be provided to reciprocate left and right from a fixed position, and clothes placed on the power transmission unit (400) can only reciprocate left and right, and not move back and forth left and right.
[0137] As a result, even if the clothing rotates due to the power transmission unit (400) inside the inner case (20), the movement of the center of gravity inside the inner case (20) can be limited. Accordingly, even if the moving hanger (100) operates, the vibration generated inside the inner case (20) can be drastically reduced, and as a result, noise generation can also be minimized.
[0138] The above moving hanger (100) may further include a reciprocating rotation unit (500) that converts continuous rotational energy generated from the driving unit (200) or the displacement generating unit (300) into a reciprocating rotational motion of the power transmission unit (400).
[0139] The reciprocating rotation part (500) may be provided to connect the displacement generating part (300) and the power transmission part (400) to each other. The reciprocating rotation part (500) may be provided to connect the displacement generating part (300) and the power transmission part (400) to each other above the inner case (20), thereby preventing the clothing from being damaged by the moving hanger (100).
[0140] Meanwhile, the moving hanger (100) may be provided to reciprocate only one of the plurality of power transmission units (400).
[0141] However, if only one power transmission unit (400) rotates, there is a risk that clothing placed on the rotating power transmission unit may collide with clothing placed on another power transmission unit (400), causing damage to the clothing or damage to the moving hanger (100).
[0142] Therefore, it is preferable that the moving hanger (100) be equipped to rotate all of the plurality of power transmission units (400). In addition, the moving hanger (100) may be equipped to simultaneously rotate the plurality of power transmission units (400) at the same angle. This prevents the power transmission units (400) from colliding with each other.
[0143] Meanwhile, in the moving hanger (100), the power of the driving unit (200) may be directly transmitted to all of the plurality of power transmission units, which may be advantageous in controlling the rotation of all power transmission units (400).
[0144] However, if the driving unit (200) is provided in multiple units and is provided to transmit power to each power transmission unit (400), not only may an excessive load be applied to the upper portion of the inner case (20), but the inconvenience of having to control multiple driving units (200) may also arise.
[0145] Therefore, the above moving hanger (100) can be equipped so that one driving unit (200) rotates a plurality of power transmission units (400).
[0146] At this time, if the power transmitted from one driving unit (200) is connected so that the displacement generating unit (300) and the reciprocating rotating unit (400) are each transmitted to all power transmission units (400), the arrangement and structure of the displacement generating unit (300) and the reciprocating rotating unit (400) become complicated, and thus reliability may decrease.
[0147] Accordingly, the moving hanger (100) of the present invention may be provided so as to transmit the power generated from the driving unit (200) to only some of the plurality of power transmission units (400). The reciprocating rotating unit (500) may be provided so as to transmit the power transmitted from the driving unit (200) or the displacement generating unit (300) to only some of the power transmission units (400). Accordingly, since the configuration of the reciprocating rotating unit (500) becomes simple, the reliability of power transmission can be secured.
[0148] Meanwhile, the moving hanger (100) may further include a connecting part (600) that is provided to transmit power transmitted to a specific power transmission part (400) to another power transmission part (400).
[0149] For example, the above connecting portion (600) may be provided to connect a plurality of power transmission portions (400) to each other. Accordingly, when one power transmission portion (400) rotates, all power transmission portions (400) adjacent to or spaced apart from it may rotate.
[0150] Specifically, the moving hanger (100) may be provided to transmit the power of the driving unit (200) to only one of the plurality of power transmission units (400), and to transmit the power transmitted to the power transmission unit through the connecting unit (600) to the remaining power transmission units (400).
[0151] The displacement generating unit (300) or the reciprocating rotating unit (400) may be provided to intensively transmit power generated from one driving unit (200) to one power transmission unit (400). In addition, the connecting unit (600) may transmit power transmitted to a specific power transmission unit (400) to all power transmission units (400).
[0152] The above connecting part (600) may be provided as a rigid body to connect all power transmission parts (400), and all power transmission parts (400) may be provided to simultaneously rotate in the same direction and at the same angle due to the connecting part (600).
[0153] Accordingly, the moving hanger (100) of the present invention can reciprocate multiple power transmission units (400) at the same angle simultaneously or simultaneously with one driving unit (200) with a simple configuration.
[0154] Figure 4 illustrates the structure of the above moving hanger (100).
[0155] The above moving hanger (100) may include a driving unit (200) that is fixed to the upper portion of the inner case (20) and provides power for moving the power transmission unit, a plurality of reciprocating rotating units (500) that are respectively coupled to the plurality of power transmission units (400) and receive the power from the driving unit (200) and rotate so that the rotation direction is repeatedly changed, and a connecting unit (600) that is provided to connect the plurality of reciprocating rotating units to each other.
[0156] The above connecting portion (600) may include a singular link that is provided to connect the plurality of reciprocating rotating portions (500) and rotate the plurality of reciprocating rotating portions (500) as one unit.
[0157] The above connecting portion (600) may be provided to connect the power transmission portions (400).
[0158] If the above connecting part (600) is provided to connect the reciprocating transmission parts (500), the connecting part (600) can be installed above the support part (800), so that it may not be exposed inside the inner case (20).
[0159] If the above connecting part (600) is provided as a single link, interference between the driving part (200) and the connecting part (600) can be minimized.
[0160] For example, the single link may be coupled to the front or rear of the reciprocating rotating part (500), and the displacement generating part (300) or the driving part (200) described below may be arranged to the rear or front of the reciprocating rotating part (500).
[0161] The above connecting portion (600) may be provided to reciprocate in the width direction of the inner case (20) and rotate a plurality of the reciprocating rotating portions (500).
[0162] The above driving unit (200) may include a motor (210) that rotates a rotation shaft (210), a power shaft (240) that is provided to rotate together when the rotation shaft (210) rotates, and a conversion unit (230) that connects the power shaft (240) and the rotation shaft (210) to transmit the rotational force of the rotation shaft (210) to the power shaft (240).
[0163] The above motor (210) may be fixed to the upper portion of the inner case (20) and may be provided to rotate the rotation shaft (220). However, the rotation shaft (220) is provided to rotate at a speed that is too fast compared to the appropriate cycle for reciprocating the power transmission unit (400) in the motor (210). In consideration of this, if the RPM of the rotation shaft is lowered, there is a concern that the output of the motor (210) may not be transmitted to the power transmission unit (400).
[0164] To solve this problem, the conversion unit (230) may be provided to transmit the output of the rotation shaft (220) as is to the power transmission unit (400), but at a lowered RPM of the rotation shaft (220).
[0165] The above-mentioned conversion unit (230) is provided to be connected to the rotation shaft (220) and rotate, but is provided to have a diameter larger than the rotation shaft (220) so that it can rotate. Accordingly, the conversion unit (230) can rotate more slowly than the RPM of the rotation shaft (220) while increasing and transmitting the torque of the rotation shaft (220).
[0166] The above power shaft (240) can be provided to rotate by the above conversion unit (230), and is provided separately from the rotation shaft (230) and is configured to directly transmit power to the above power transmission unit (400).
[0167] The above reciprocating rotation part (500) can be coupled to the power transmission part (400) and provided to be rotatable together with the power transmission part (400).
[0168] The above reciprocating rotating part (500) may include a reciprocating lever (510) coupled to the upper portion of the power transmission part (400) to rotate the power transmission part (400).
[0169] The above reciprocating lever (510) may be provided in the shape of a rib or rod with a center of rotation coupled to the support shaft (410).
[0170] The above reciprocating levers (510) can be respectively coupled to the upper ends of the plurality of power transmission units (400), and some of the reciprocating levers (510) can be connected to the conversion unit (230) to receive power from the motor (210).
[0171] The above reciprocating lever (510) may be provided so as to reciprocate at a certain angle when the conversion unit (230) is rotated by the motor (210). The power transmission unit (400) may be provided so as to be coupled to the rotation center of the reciprocating lever (510) and to rotate together with the reciprocating lever (510).
[0172] A plurality of reciprocating levers (510) can be arranged and connected by a connecting portion (600).
[0173] The above connecting portion (600) may be provided to connect one end of a plurality of reciprocating levers (510).
[0174] Accordingly, when any one of the plurality of reciprocating levers (510) rotates, the connecting portion (600) moves so that the plurality of reciprocating levers (510) can rotate simultaneously and at the same time.
[0175] The power transmission unit (400) and reciprocating lever (510) may be supported on the support unit (800). In addition, the motor (210) and conversion unit (230) may also be supported on the support unit (800).
[0176] Figure 5 illustrates the moving hanger (100) of the present invention separated from the inner case (20).
[0177] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided to extend from the upper part to the lower part of the inner case, and the hanging unit (700) may be coupled to the lower part of the power transmission unit (400).
[0178] The above reciprocating rotation part (500) can be coupled to each of the power transmission parts (400), and can be easily connected to the driving part (200) by being coupled to the upper part of the power transmission part (400).
[0179] The power transmission unit (400) and the reciprocating rotation unit (500) are provided in multiple units and are arranged at a certain distance apart along the width direction of the inner case.
[0180] The above connecting portion (600) is provided to connect a plurality of the power transmission portions (400) or a plurality of the reciprocating rotation portions (500) to each other. Thus, the connecting portion (600) can be provided to rotate a plurality of the power transmission portions (400) or a plurality of the reciprocating rotation portions (500) simultaneously.
[0181] The power transmission unit (400) may include a support shaft (410) that penetrates the upper part of the inner case (20) and is coupled to the reciprocating lever (510).
[0182] The above support shaft (410) may penetrate the support portion (800) and be exposed to the upper portion of the support portion (800) or the upper portion of the inner case (20).
[0183] The power transmission unit (400) may include an auxiliary support unit (420) that is coupled to the support shaft (410) and exposed to the receiving space. The auxiliary support unit (420) may be provided in a rod shape and may be fixed by coupling a hook unit (700) to the lower portion.
[0184] The above auxiliary support member (420) may be fixed to the support shaft (410) and may be provided to rotate together with the support shaft (410). Accordingly, when the support shaft (410) rotates by the reciprocating lever (510), the auxiliary support member (420) coupled to the support shaft (410) also rotates, so that the hook member (700) can also rotate left and right.
[0185] The above reciprocating lever (510) may include a main lever (511) that receives power directly from the driving unit (200) and rotates reciprocally, and an auxiliary lever (512) that receives power from the main lever (511) through a connecting portion (600).
[0186] The above main lever (511) may be provided in a single unit so as to directly receive power from the driving unit (200).
[0187] In the above driving unit (200), the motor (210) may include a vertical motor (211) coupled to the support unit (800) and a vertical rotation shaft (221) rotated by the vertical motor (211).
[0188] The above-mentioned conversion unit (230) may include a drive pulley (231) coupled to the vertical rotation shaft (221) and rotating together with the vertical rotation shaft (221), a transmission pulley (232) coupled to the power shaft (240) and rotating the power shaft (240), and a belt (233) connecting a portion of the outer circumference of the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232).
[0189] The above-described conversion unit (230) may further include a pulley support unit (224) that rotatably supports the power shaft (240) and the transmission pulley (232). The pulley support unit (224) is provided to support the transmission pulley (232) so that it is arranged parallel to the driving pulley (231), and may be provided by being mounted on the support unit (800).
[0190] The above power shaft (240) may be provided to transmit power transmitted from the rotation shaft (220) to one of the two ends of the main lever (511).
[0191] The above power shaft (240) is coupled with a displacement generating unit (300) described later to enable the main lever (511) to reciprocate around the support shaft (410).
[0192] The above connecting portion (600) may include a link bar (610, bar) connecting one end of the main lever (511) that is not connected to the power shaft (240) and one end of the auxiliary lever (512).
[0193] The above auxiliary lever (512) may be rotatably coupled with the support shaft (410) and may be provided to extend in one direction from the portion coupled with the support shaft (410) and be connected to the link bar (610).
[0194] The above link bar (610) may be provided in the form of a straight frame connecting one end of the main lever (511) and one end of the auxiliary levers (512). At this time, one end of the main lever (511) and one end of the auxiliary lever (512) may be arranged parallel to each other based on the link bar (610) or the width direction.
[0195] The above link bar (610) may be provided in a single unit and may be provided to simultaneously and simultaneously rotate the main lever (511) and the auxiliary lever (512) around their respective support shafts (410).
[0196] The inner case (20) may be provided with a through hole (23) in which a part of the support part (800) is fixed and the power transmission part (400) is exposed to the receiving space (22).
[0197] The through hole (23) may be provided on the upper surface (22) of the inner case, and the through hole (23) may be provided along the direction in which the power transmission unit (400) is arranged.
[0198] For example, the power transmission units (400) may be arranged spaced apart from each other along the width direction of the inner case, and the through holes (23) may be arranged along the width direction of the inner case.
[0199] The clothing treatment device (1) of the present invention may further include a support frame (12) that is placed outside the inner case and supports the cabinet (1).
[0200] The above support frame (12) may be provided with a metal material that is arranged at each position corresponding to the corner of the cabinet (1) or the corner of the inner case (20) to maintain the appearance of the garment processing device. The support member (800) is supported by being secured at both ends to the support frame (12), thereby preventing unnecessary impact or load from being transmitted to the upper surface (22) of the inner case.
[0201] Figure 6 shows an exploded perspective view of the moving hanger (100) of the present invention.
[0202] The power transmission unit (400) may include a support shaft (410) that penetrates the upper surface of the inner case (20) and is coupled to the reciprocating lever (510), an auxiliary support unit (420) that is coupled to the support shaft (410) and exposed to the receiving space (21), and a hanging unit (700) that is coupled to the auxiliary support unit (420) and is provided to hang the clothes hanger unit (900) or clothing.
[0203] The above support shaft (410) is provided in a cylindrical shape with a length longer than its diameter, so that it can be easily rotated by the reciprocating lever (510).
[0204] The above support shaft (410) is provided with a diameter much smaller than that of the auxiliary support member (420) so that it can penetrate the inner case or the support member (800) with a smaller area. Accordingly, the possibility of hot air or steam supplied to the receiving space through the upper portion of the inner case (20) leaking can be further reduced.
[0205] The auxiliary support member (420) may have a larger cross-sectional area than the support shaft (410) and may be longer than the support shaft (410). As a result, the auxiliary support member (420) may secure rigidity and an area that can rotate while supporting the hook member (700) and the clothes hanger member (900).
[0206] The above support member (800) may include a support plate (810) through which the support shaft (410) passes and on which the driving member (200) can be supported. The support plate (810) may be made of a metal plate to ensure rigidity and durability, and may extend in the direction in which the plurality of power transmission members (400) are arranged.
[0207] The above support member (800) may include a federated body (812) extending upward from both ends of the support plate (810) to form a space in which the driving member (200) and the reciprocating rotating member (500) are seated between the inner case (20) and the upper part of the cabinet (10), and a seat body (813) extending from the extension body (821) to be seated on the support frame (12).
[0208] The above support member (800) may include an axial joint member (820) through which the support shaft (410) can pass.
[0209] The above-mentioned shaft coupling part (820) may be provided in multiple numbers so that it can be provided at a position corresponding to the position where the power transmission part (400) is arranged, and may be arranged spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the support plate (810).
[0210] Meanwhile, the support member (800) may further include an auxiliary plate (880) coupled to the lower portion of the support plate (810). The auxiliary plate (880) may be made of a resin series and may be provided so as to accommodate a portion of the outer surface of the power transmission member (400).
[0211] The auxiliary plate (880) may include a plurality of receiving holes (882) arranged at the lower portion of the support plate (810) and capable of rotatably receiving the power transmission unit (400), a plurality of extension steps (883) extending with a wider width from the receiving holes (882), and a fixing plate (881) extending from the extension steps (883) to face the support plate (810) and capable of being coupled and fixed to the support plate (810).
[0212] The above-mentioned receiving hole (882) may be provided at the upper end of the support shaft (410) or the auxiliary support member (420) to prevent hot air or air from being discharged to the shaft coupling member (820). The above-mentioned extension step (883) may serve to distribute the load or impact transmitted to the auxiliary plate (880) and may serve to prevent collision or interference between the receiving hole (882) and the clothes hanger member (900).
[0213] The above support member (800) may further include a mounting plate (820) mounted on the upper portion of the above support plate (810).
[0214] The above-mentioned mounting plate (820) can play a role in supporting a bearing mounted on the shaft coupling portion (820) and at the same time, can play a role in preventing the reciprocating lever (510) and the connecting portion (600) from colliding with or rubbing against the supporting plate (810).
[0215] The above-mentioned mounting plate (820) may include a mounting plate (861) mounted on the upper portion of the support plate (810), and a mounting hole (862) positioned in an area corresponding to the shaft coupling portion (820) through the mounting plate (861).
[0216] The above reciprocating lever (510) may include a main lever (511) that directly receives power from the driving unit (200), and an auxiliary lever (512) that receives the power from the main lever (511) through the connecting portion (600).
[0217] The above main lever (511) and the above auxiliary lever (512) may be coupled to each support shaft (410) and may be provided to rotate around the support shaft (410) as the center of rotation.
[0218] The above link bar (610) may include a link body (611) that is mounted on the main lever (511) and the auxiliary lever (512) and can be connected to each other, and a connecting hook (612) that protrudes from the link body (611) and is rotatably provided on the main lever (511) and the auxiliary lever (512).
[0219] The above reciprocating lever (510) may include a link bearing (513) that is coupled to one end of the main lever (511) and one end of the auxiliary lever (512) to rotatably support the connecting hook (612).
[0220] When the above link bar (610) rotates left and right, the main lever (511) or auxiliary lever (512) can rotate left and right.
[0221] The above reciprocating rotating part (500) may further include a support bearing (530) that can rotatably support the support shaft (410) or the reciprocating lever (510).
[0222] The above support bearing (530) can rotatably accommodate the support shaft (410) and be mounted on the shaft coupling portion (620).
[0223] The above reciprocating lever (510) can be placed on the upper part of the support bearing (530).
[0224] The above support bearing (530) may be provided in multiple layers, and may be provided as a ball bearing or an oilless bearing.
[0225] The above-mentioned mounting plate (860) is provided to support the support bearing (530) and may be provided to block hot air or moisture from being exposed to the outer surface of the support bearing (530).
[0226] In addition, the auxiliary plate (880) may also be arranged at the lower portion of the support bearing (530) to block hot air or moisture from being exposed to the outer surface of the support bearing (530).
[0227] Figure 7 illustrates the operating method of the moving hanger (100) of the present invention.
[0228] Referring to FIG. 7(a), the main lever (511) may include a main body (5111) coupled to the support shaft (410) and coupled to the connecting bar (610).
[0229] The above main body (5111) may include a main center hole (5115) that is coupled to the support shaft (410) and can rotate the support shaft (410), and may be provided to extend to both sides from the main center hole (5115).
[0230] The above main body (5111) may be provided with a main receiving hole (5112) that receives power from the driving unit (200) at one end, and may include a main transmission hole (5113) at the other end where the connecting bar (610) is mounted and connected.
[0231] The above main body (5111) may further include a step portion (5114) that extends from the center hole to the main receiving hole (5112) and forms a step. Due to the step portion (51140), one end of the main body (5111) or the main transmission hole (5113) may be positioned lower than the main center hole (5115).
[0232] In this way, the length of the power shaft (240) or the eccentric shaft (310) described later, which is positioned above the main center hole (5115), can be secured to extend from the conversion unit (230).
[0233] Meanwhile, the auxiliary lever (512) may include an auxiliary body (5121) having an auxiliary center hole (5125) coupled to the support shaft (410) and an auxiliary transmission hole (5123) extending to one side from the auxiliary center hole (5125) and coupled to the link bar (610).
[0234] The above auxiliary body (5121) may be provided with a shorter length than the above main body (5111).
[0235] The distance from the main center hole (5115) to the main transmission hole (5113) can be set to be the same as the distance from the auxiliary center hole (5125) to the auxiliary transmission hole (5123).
[0236] The above link bar (610) can be installed on the upper portion of the auxiliary transmission hole (5123) and the main transmission hole (5113) to connect the auxiliary lever (512) and the main lever (511) to each other.
[0237] Referring to Fig. 7(b), the driving unit (200) may be provided such that the power shaft (240) is inserted into the main receiving hole (5112). Accordingly, the driving unit may be provided such that the power shaft (240) is directly rotated to rotate the main receiving hole (5112) left and right.
[0238] In other words, the rotation of the power shaft (240) alone may not generate sufficient displacement to rotate the main receiving hole (5112) left and right with respect to the main center hole (5115).
[0239] To this end, the moving hanger (100) of the present invention may include a displacement generating unit (300) that is coupled to the power shaft (240) and can generate a displacement greater than the rotation radius of the power shaft (240).
[0240] The displacement generating unit (300) may be configured to convert the stationary rotational motion of the power shaft (240) into a displacement motion that moves back and forth within a certain range. The displacement motion may be transmitted to the reciprocating rotation unit (500) so that the power transmission unit (400) may reciprocate.
[0241] For example, the displacement generating unit (300) may further include an eccentric shaft (310) that extends from the power shaft (240) and rotates along a trajectory of a certain radius.
[0242] The diameter of the eccentric shaft (310) may be set smaller than the diameter or width of the main receiving hole (5112). Thus, the eccentric shaft (310) may be inserted into and supported in the main receiving hole (5112).
[0243] However, the radius of rotation of the eccentric shaft (310) may be set to be larger than the width or diameter of the main receiving hole (5112). As a result, when the eccentric shaft (310) rotates, the main receiving hole (5112) may be pushed by the eccentric shaft (310) and move left and right with respect to the main center hole (5115).
[0244] As a result, when the eccentric shaft (310) rotates in a specific direction (x), the main receiving hole (5112) of the main body (511) also rotates back and forth along a specific direction (y), and as a result, the central hole (5115) of the main body also rotates in the same direction as the main receiving hole (5112), and the main transmission hole (5113) can rotate back and forth in a direction opposite to the specific direction (z).
[0245] When the above eccentric shaft (310) rotates, the support shaft (410) reciprocates together with the main center hole (5115), so that the power transmission unit (400) can reciprocate, and the main transmission hole (5113) also reciprocates to reciprocate and move the link bar (610) back and forth, so that the auxiliary lever (521) can also reciprocate around the auxiliary center hole (5125) and the support shaft (410). The power transmission unit (400) coupled to the auxiliary lever (521) can also reciprocate.
[0246] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided with a screw thread along the circumference of the upper portion of the support shaft (410).
[0247] The above main transmission hole (5113) and the above auxiliary center hole (5125) can be directly connected and fixed to the support shaft (410) using a screw thread or the like.
[0248] However, the power transmission unit (400) may further include a transmission coupling unit (415) that is coupled to the screw thread of the support shaft (410) so that the support shaft (410) passes through the main transmission hole (5113) and the auxiliary center hole (5125) and then fixes the support shaft (410) to the main transmission hole (5113) and the auxiliary center hole (5125).
[0249] Therefore, the support shaft (410) and the reciprocating lever (510) are coupled by the transmission coupling part (415), so that the support shaft (410) and the reciprocating lever (510) can rotate simultaneously.
[0250] Figure 8 illustrates the process by which the moving hanger (100) of the present invention operates.
[0251] Referring to Fig. 8(a), the main receiving hole (5112) of the main lever (511) can rotate to the left with respect to the main center hole (5115) by rotation of the eccentric shaft (310). (No. 1)
[0252] When the above main receiving hole (5112) rotates to the left, the above main center hole (5115) can also rotate counterclockwise. (2) In this process, the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the above main center hole (5115) can rotate counterclockwise.
[0253] The above main receiving hole (5113) rotates counterclockwise in the main center hole (5115). At this time, the link bar (610) can move to the right as the main receiving hole (5113) moves. (No. 3)
[0254] When the above link bar (610) moves to the right, the auxiliary receiving hole (5123) of the above auxiliary lever (512) rotates counterclockwise with respect to the above auxiliary center hole (5125). Since the above link bar (610) is connected to the above plurality of auxiliary levers (512), all auxiliary levers (512) rotate counterclockwise. (No. 4)
[0255] When the above auxiliary lever (512) rotates counterclockwise, the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the auxiliary center hole (5125) also rotates counterclockwise. (No. 5)
[0256] Referring to Fig. 8(b), the main receiving hole (5112) of the main lever (511) can rotate to the right with respect to the main center hole (5115) by rotation of the eccentric shaft (310). (No. 1)
[0257] When the above main receiving hole (5112) rotates to the right, the above main center hole (5115) can also rotate clockwise. (2) In this process, the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the above main center hole (5115) can rotate clockwise.
[0258] The above main receiving hole (5113) rotates clockwise in the main center hole (5115). At this time, the link bar (610) can move to the left as the main receiving hole (5113) moves. (No. 3)
[0259] When the above link bar (610) moves to the left, the auxiliary receiving hole (5123) of the above auxiliary lever (512) rotates clockwise with respect to the above auxiliary center hole (5125). Since the above link bar (610) is connected to the above plurality of auxiliary levers (512), all auxiliary levers (512) rotate clockwise. (No. 4)
[0260] When the above auxiliary lever (512) rotates clockwise, the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the auxiliary center hole (5125) also rotates clockwise. (No. 5)
[0261] When this process is repeated, the main lever (511) receives power from the driving unit (200) and rotates clockwise and counterclockwise to reciprocate the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the main lever (511) and reciprocate the link bar (610) left and right.
[0262] The above link bar (610) can reciprocate the auxiliary lever (512) by moving back and forth left and right, and can reciprocate the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the auxiliary lever (512).
[0263] The above link bar (610) is provided as a rigid body, and the auxiliary lever (512) and the main lever (511) are connected to the link bar (610) at a location spaced apart from the support shaft (410) by the same length.
[0264] Accordingly, due to the link bar (610), the auxiliary lever (512) and the main lever (511) can reciprocate at the same angle, and as a result, all power transmission units (400) can rotate at the same angle simultaneously and at the same time, and the reciprocating rotation angles can also be the same.
[0265] The above main lever (511) may be positioned between the above auxiliary levers (512). In addition, the above auxiliary levers (512) may be positioned symmetrically with respect to the above main lever (511). As a result, a load may be evenly applied to both sides of the connecting bar (610) connected to the main lever (511).
[0266] However, if the power of the main lever (511) can be transmitted to the auxiliary lever (512), the main lever (511) and the auxiliary lever (512) may be arranged in any arrangement or order.
[0267] Figure 9 illustrates how the moving hanger of the present invention operates.
[0268] Referring to Fig. 9(a), the power transmission unit (400) can rotate to the right by the reciprocating rotation unit (500) when the driving unit (200) operates. At this time, the power transmission units (400) connected to the connecting unit (600) can also rotate to the right.
[0269] Referring to Fig. 9(b), the power transmission unit (400) can rotate to the left by the reciprocating rotation unit (500) when the driving unit (200) is further operated. At this time, the power transmission units (400) connected to the connecting unit (600) can also rotate to the left.
[0270] As this process is repeated, the power transmission unit (400) can rotate left and right.
[0271] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided to rotate left and right while fixed in a fixed position. The power transmission unit (400) may be fixed to the support unit (800) so that there is no change in position in the forward, backward, left and right directions when rotating.
[0272] The above power transmission unit (400) can be fixed so that its position does not move in the vertical, front-back, and width directions.
[0273] However, the power transmission unit (400) may be configured to rotate left and right with the vertical or height direction in which the power transmission unit extends as the rotation axis. As a result, when the driving unit (200) is driven, the hook unit (700) may reciprocate left and right with the power transmission unit (400) as the axis, and there may be no positional movement.
[0274] Referring to Fig. 9(c), the clothes hanger (900) may include a ring portion (910) that is mounted on the hanger portion (700) and a mounting portion (900) that is coupled to the ring portion (910). A surface portion (950) that prevents clothing from slipping may be provided on the surface of the mounting portion (950).
[0275] The above-mentioned fixing portion (950) may be provided symmetrically left and right with the ring portion (910) as the center. The above-mentioned hanger portion (900) may be mounted on the above-mentioned hook portion (700) so that the fixing portion (950) is arranged in the front-back direction.
[0276] When the power transmission unit (400) rotates to the left, the clothes hanger unit (900) can rotate the left side of the mounting unit (950) to the left and the right side of the mounting unit (950) to the right with respect to the hook unit (910). At this time, the angle (I) at which the left side of the mounting unit (950) rotates is the same as the angle (theta) at which the right side of the mounting unit (950) rotates, and the distance at which the left side of the mounting unit (950) moves can be the same as the distance at which the right side of the mounting unit (950) moves.
[0277] As a result, the weight and force moving to the left based on the above-mentioned hanger part (900) are equal to the weight and force moving to the right, so they can cancel each other out.
[0278] Likewise, even if the power transmission unit (400) rotates to the right, the weight and force moving to the left with respect to the clothes hanger unit (900) will be equal to the weight and force moving to the right, and thus will cancel each other out.
[0279] As a result, even if the power transmission unit (400) rotates, the forces applied to the clothes hanger unit (900) can be offset from each other, and as a result, the vibration force, excitation force, and inertial force generated from the clothes hanger unit (900) itself can be minimized. Accordingly, the inertial force generated from the plurality of power transmission units (400) can be minimized, and the vibration or noise generated from the entire moving hanger (100) can be minimized, and the vibration or noise generated from the entire clothing treatment device (1) can be drastically reduced.
[0280] As a result, even if the driving unit (200) is driven at maximum output, vibration may not occur significantly in the moving hanger (100) or the entire clothing treatment device (1).
[0281] Instead, since each surface of the clothes placed on the above-mentioned clothes hanger (900) rotates left and right and is shaken, the shaking force can be greatly secured.
[0282] In addition, the power transmission unit (400) may be provided to penetrate the inner case (20) and receive the power to rotate reciprocally in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction.
[0283] The above power transmission unit (400) may be provided to rotate left and right while being fixed in position at the upper portion of the receiving space (21).
[0284] The above power transmission unit (400) is fixed so as not to change up, down, left, or right. In addition, not only the upper part but also the lower part of the power transmission unit (400) is fixed so as not to change its position up, down, left, or right.
[0285] That is, the power transmission unit (400) may be provided to rotate back and forth at a certain angle less than one rotation while the center of rotation is fixed.
[0286] No matter how fast the power transmission unit (400) rotates, the position of the power transmission unit (400) is fixed.
[0287] Therefore, the vibration and noise generated by the power transmission unit (400) inside the inner case (20) can be minimized.
[0288] Figure 10 illustrates a system in which the above moving hanger operates.
[0289] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may include a control unit (C) that performs an arbitrary course for treating the clothing by driving at least one of the moving hanger (100), the steam generating unit (50), and the heat pump system (80).
[0290] The above control unit (C) can perform various courses consisting of a series of control methods that can perform refreshing processes such as drying, deodorizing, sterilizing, and removing wrinkles on the clothing.
[0291] The garment treatment device of the present invention may further include an input unit (I) for receiving a command to perform the course from the control unit (C), and a display unit (D) for receiving information from the control unit (C) and displaying the status of the garment treatment device. The input unit (I) and the display unit (D) may be provided on either the cabinet (10) or the door (11).
[0292] The above control unit (C) can operate the moving hanger (100) when a command to perform the course is input from the input unit (I) or a command to supply power is input.
[0293] The above control unit (C) can operate the moving hanger (100) by driving the driving unit (200). The driving unit (200) can be provided to receive a command from the control unit (C) and operate the transmission unit (300) to shake the clothing.
[0294] The above control unit (C) can provide a signal to directly drive the driving unit (200), and can also be equipped to receive information from the driving unit (200).
[0295] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may include a current detection unit (260) that receives electrical information such as current and voltage output from the driving unit (200) and transmits the information to the control unit (C).
[0296] In addition, the garment treatment device of the present invention may include a position detection unit (270) that detects the position of the power transmission unit (400) or the connection unit (600) and transmits it to the control unit (C). The position detection unit (270) may be provided to detect the rotation angle of the rotation shaft (210) and the power shaft (240) or the position of the eccentric shaft (310).
[0297] The garment treatment device of the present invention may be equipped to detect garment information including at least one of the weight, length, material, property, and type of the garment based on the control system that drives the moving hanger (100). The garment treatment device of the present invention may optimize and control at least one of the intensity, type, time, and option values of the refresh course for processing the garment based on the detected garment information.
[0298] For example, the clothing treatment device of the present invention can be operated by controlling one or more of the driving speed of the moving hanger (100), the driving time and driving output of the steam generator (50), and the driving time and driving rpm of the heat pump (80) according to the detected clothing information.
[0299] The driving speed of the above moving hanger (100) can be defined as either the driving rpm of the driving unit (200) or the speed at which the power transmission unit (400) moves.
[0300] The driving speed of the above moving hanger (100) may be defined based on the speed at which the clothing shakes or the speed at which the upper part of the clothing shakes.
[0301] The garment treatment device of the present invention can adjust the mechanical force applied to the garment, the amount of steam supplied to the garment, the steam exposure time, the temperature of the hot air supplied to the garment, and the exposure time of the hot air according to the detected garment information.
[0302] Accordingly, the garment treatment device of the present invention can process the garment in a customized manner according to the garment information, rather than performing a standardized course regardless of the garment information.
[0303] Of course, the garment treatment device of the present invention may be equipped with a separate detection unit to detect the above-mentioned garment information. For example, the garment treatment device of the present invention may be equipped with a load sensor, etc., installed on the moving hanger (100) to detect the weight of the garment, and may be equipped with a radar sensor using light, radio waves, etc., or the position detection unit (270) inside the inner case to detect the length, material, type, etc. of the garment.
[0304] However, if multiple sensing units that directly detect the above clothing information are installed in a clothing treatment device, not only will production and repair costs increase, but it may also be difficult to maintain the durability of the sensing units due to the nature of hot air and steam being supplied inside the clothing.
[0305] To this end, the clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped so that the control unit (C) operates the electrical information applied to or output from the moving hanger (100) while driving the moving hanger (100).
[0306] The above electrical information may include one or more of the current value, power value, current or power waveform, amplitude, and period applied or output to the motor unit (210) while driving the driving unit (200).
[0307] Typically, washing machines and dryers calculate the weight of clothes by analyzing the current output from the drive unit that rotates the drum that holds the clothes. This is possible because the clothes held in the washing machine and dryer are lumped together inside the drum, regardless of the type, material, or length of the clothes. In other words, washing machines and dryers determine the current required to rotate the drive unit or the current output from the drive unit based on the weight of the clothes, regardless of the condition of the clothes, and there are virtually no variables that affect the current value.
[0308] However, in the garment treatment device of the present invention, such as a garment manager, the garment is placed in a state where only the upper part is placed on the moving hanger (100) and the remaining part is hung in the receiving space (21). As a result, when the moving hanger (100) is driven, the garment vibrates in the height direction, forming various waveforms.
[0309] In other words, the clothing vibrates independently of the vibration of the moving hanger (100), and the vibration generated from the clothing acts as a load on the moving hanger (100).
[0310] The amplitude or vibration pattern generated from the above clothing affects the current value or power value applied or output to the driving unit (200).
[0311] As a result, if the clothing treatment device of the present invention simply detects the weight of the clothing using only the electrical information while driving the moving hanger (100), the reliability may be very low.
[0312] For example, depending on the length of the garment, even if the garment vibrates at the same frequency, the vibration waveform or amplitude is formed differently. In addition, even if the weights of the garments are the same, if the lengths are different, the vibration waveform or amplitude of each garment may be different even if each garment vibrates at the same frequency. As a result, even if the motor (210) of the driving unit (200) is driven at the same speed, if the lengths of the garments placed on the power transmission unit (400) are different, the control unit is very likely to calculate that the weights of the garments are different.
[0313] If the moving hanger (100) is driven slowly, the clothing may move along the moving hanger (100) from top to bottom and shake. However, if the moving hanger (100) is driven quickly, the upper part of the clothing may begin to shake with a large amplitude and period, but the lower part of the clothing may not be able to follow the vibration of the upper part of the clothing due to inertial force or may follow it slowly, which may cause diffraction, such as bending of the clothing.
[0314] Furthermore, when the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100) or the power transmission unit (400) corresponds to the resonant frequency of the clothing, the clothing may vibrate in a stationary wave in which the vibrating region and the fixed region are fixed. When the clothing vibrates in a stationary wave, an inertial force different from that when the clothing does not vibrate in a stationary wave is transmitted to the moving hanger (100), which may cause a large error in the electrical information of the driving unit (200).
[0315] In addition, even if the clothing vibrates while forming a standing wave, the multiple (n) of the standing wave generated from the clothing may vary depending on the driving speed of the driving unit (200) or the power transmission unit (400), and in this case, even if the clothing vibrates with the same standing wave, it may provide a different inertial force to the moving hanger (100) to provide an effect that causes the electrical information of the driving unit (200) to vary.
[0316] In summary, when the moving hanger (100) is driven, the electrical information applied to the driving unit (200) and the electrical information output from the driving unit (200) are greatly affected not only by the weight of the clothing but also by the vibration characteristics of the clothing. Since the vibration characteristics of the clothing depend on the driving speed of the driving unit (200) or the power transmission unit (400), the factors affecting the electrical information detectable by the driving unit (200) can be considered to be the weight of the clothing and the driving speed of the driving unit (200) or the power transmission unit (400).
[0317] Accordingly, the garment treatment device of the present invention may be equipped to calculate garment information including at least one of the weight and length of the garment while considering not only the weight of the garment but also the vibration characteristics of the garment according to the driving speed of the driving unit (200) or the power transmission unit (400).
[0318] Figure 11 illustrates an example in which the control unit of the garment treatment device of the present invention detects garment information using a moving hanger.
[0319] The clothing treatment device of the present invention operates the moving hanger (100) by driving the driving unit (200) with the control unit (C).
[0320] The above driving unit (200) can shake the clothing by continuously rotating the rotation shaft (210) and the power shaft (240) in one direction and moving the power transmission unit (400) back and forth through the displacement generating unit (300).
[0321] The reciprocating movement of the power transmission unit (400) above is a concept that includes at least one of the following: the power transmission unit (400) reciprocating in a straight line, rotating at a constant angle, performing a pendulum movement, and moving periodically.
[0322] In other words, regardless of the embodiment in which the moving hanger (100) is provided, the moving hanger (100) installed in the garment treatment device of the present invention can reciprocally move the power transmission unit (400) by controlling the driving unit (200).
[0323] In the clothing treatment device of the present invention, when the moving hanger (100) is driven, regardless of how the driving unit (200) and the transmission unit (300) operate, the power transmission unit (400) can change the movement direction of the hanging unit (700) twice per cycle.
[0324] Each time the above-mentioned hook (700) and the clothes hung on the hook (700) via the hanger (900) change their direction of movement, a significant inertial force is generated. Accordingly, the hook (700) transmits the inertial force to the power transmission unit (400) twice during one reciprocating cycle.
[0325] When the above-mentioned hook (700) reciprocates, the driving unit (200) receives a load that moves the power transmission unit (400), and also receives the inertial force. Each time the driving unit (200) receives the inertial force periodically, an additional load is applied.
[0326] As a result, as the driving unit (200) operates, the clothing generates the inertial force at a certain cycle, so the electrical information output from the driving unit (200) or received through the driving unit (200) may include a graph that can determine the movement state of the hanging unit (700).
[0327] Accordingly, the control unit (C) of the clothing treatment device of the present invention can calculate clothing information including the vibration characteristics of the clothing by analyzing the electrical information itself and the inertial force of the clothing that can be detected from the electrical information.
[0328] Furthermore, the control unit (C) can detect the inertial force applied to the driving unit (200) to recognize the cycle in which the hook unit (700) reciprocates and can also recognize the point in time when the hook unit (700) changes its direction of movement.
[0329] In addition, the control unit (c) can detect the size of the inertial force and the change in the size of the inertial force, thereby detecting the movement state of the clothing.
[0330] For example, when the control unit (C) of the clothing treatment device of the present invention receives the electrical information from the driving unit (200), it can extract the DC component and the AC component from the electrical information.
[0331] The DC component is an electrical signal with a certain absolute value and contains information regarding the load required to drive the driving unit (200) at a specific RPM. Since the heavier the clothing, the greater the load required for the driving unit (200), and therefore, the DC component may contain information reflecting the weight of the clothing. Accordingly, the control unit (C) can analyze the DC component to obtain the information necessary to calculate the weight of the clothing.
[0332] The AC component may contain information reflecting the vibration characteristics of the garment as an electrical signal having a certain period. During the process of the garment vibrating or the process of the hanging member (700) periodically changing its direction of movement, the inertial force may be transmitted to the driving member (200), and the transmitted inertial force may be reflected as the AC component.
[0333] The above control unit (C) can obtain information necessary to calculate the vibration characteristics of the clothing and the vibration cycle of the clothing by analyzing the AC component.
[0334] In the case of a periodic AC component, such as the above, the second harmonic has the clearest signal in the periodic graph and holds reliable information regarding the periodicity. Therefore, the control unit (C) can extract or select the second harmonic from the detected AC components with priority and analyze the vibration characteristics of the clothing in detail through the second harmonic.
[0335] The vibration characteristics of the garment may vary depending on its length and material. Therefore, the vibration characteristics include clothing information related to the garment's length and material. Accordingly, the control unit (C) can calculate clothing information, such as the garment's length and material, based on the vibration characteristics analyzed through the AC component analysis.
[0336] Furthermore, the control unit (C) can change the driving speed of the driving unit (200) or the power transmission unit (400) to additionally track and detect changes in the electrical information of the driving unit (200), thereby confirming previously detected clothing information and recalculating the clothing information.
[0337] As a result, the control unit (C) can calculate the clothing information by analyzing both the absolute value of electrical information including at least one of current and voltage and the vibration characteristics of the electrical information when driving the driving unit (200).
[0338] Figure 12 illustrates an example of calculating the weight of clothing in the clothing treatment device of the present invention.
[0339] Referring to Fig. 12(a), the clothing treatment device of the present invention can be placed inside the receiving space (20) with long clothing (L) placed on a moving hanger (100).
[0340] Referring to Fig. 12(b), the moving hanger (100) of the garment treatment device of the present invention can drive the driving unit (200) to reciprocate the power transmission unit (400). The hanging unit (700) is coupled to the power transmission unit (400), and the clothes hanger unit (900) is mounted on the hanging unit (700), so that clothes mounted on the clothes hanger unit (900) can reciprocate and vibrate together with the power transmission unit (400).
[0341] The above moving hanger (100) can be driven at a specific frequency to shake the clothing supported by the power transmission unit (400).
[0342] That the moving hanger (100) is driven at a specific frequency means that the moving hanger (100) moves back and forth at a specific cycle. In other words, that the moving hanger (100) is driven at a specific frequency means that the power transmission unit (400) that actually moves the clothes back and forth is driven periodically at a specific frequency. In addition, the driving unit (200) will drive at a specific speed to drive the power transmission unit (400) at a specific frequency. That is, when the motor unit (210) is driven at a specific RPM, the power transmission unit (400) can be driven at a specific frequency, and this can be defined as the moving hanger (100) being driven at a specific frequency.
[0343] When the above moving hanger (100) starts to operate at a low frequency, the long garment (L) moves back and forth along the power transmission unit (400). In this process, the upper part of the garment (L) moves together with the power transmission unit (400), but as it moves away from the power transmission unit (400), an inertial force acts on the garment (L) to maintain a stationary state. As a result, the garment moves in a state lagging behind the upper part of the garment from the top to the bottom, and the lower part of the garment (L) moves in a state lagging behind the most among the garments (L).
[0344] In addition, when the power transmission unit (400) stops to change the direction of movement, the upper part of the clothing (L) stops together with the power transmission unit (400), but the lower part of the clothing maintains a state of moving due to inertial force. As a result, the clothing moves further than the power transmission unit (400) from the upper part to the lower part, and the lower part of the clothing moves more.
[0345] When the frequency at which the moving hanger (100) operates is low and the power transmission unit (400) moves back and forth at a relatively low speed, the amplitude of the back and forth movement of the lower part of the clothing is formed to be greater than the amplitude of the back and forth movement of the upper part of the clothing.
[0346] In this situation, when the frequency at which the moving hanger (100) operates becomes higher, the power transmission unit (400) moves back and forth more quickly than before, and the magnitude of the inertial force generated by the clothing (L) becomes larger. As a result, the displacement difference between the lower part of the clothing and the upper part of the clothing may become larger.
[0347] In addition, when the power transmission unit (400) is shaken by clothing, an additional load is applied to the moving hanger (100). This load is most significant when the power transmission unit (400) changes its direction of movement.
[0348] Referring to Fig. 12(c), when the moving hanger (100) is driven at a faster frequency, the speed at which the power transmission unit (400) reciprocates becomes faster. At this time, the displacement difference between the upper and lower parts of the clothing causes the direction in which the upper and lower parts of the clothing move to differ.
[0349] In addition, as the displacement difference increases from the top to the bottom of the clothing, and the power transmission unit (400) is engaged with the reciprocating displacement, the clothing generates sections in which each section vibrates in a different direction from the top to the bottom, and the clothing vibrates while forming a waveform.
[0350] When the above clothing vibrates, the vibration energy is transmitted to the moving hanger (100) and acts as an additional load applied to the driving unit (200).
[0351] Additionally, when the moving hanger (100) is driven at a faster frequency, the garment vibrates while forming more waveforms. As a result, the garment (L) does not move in the same direction as a whole, but instead moves in different directions from top to bottom, causing the entire garment to vibrate.
[0352] In other words, when the driving unit (200) is driven at a low speed and accelerated to a speed exceeding a certain speed, the clothing (L) does not vibrate in the same direction as a whole, and the vibrating directions become different from each other. As a result, the clothing may form a wave shape in the height direction and diffract.
[0353] The occurrence of diffraction on the above clothing (L) can be defined as a state in which points with different amplitude directions occur on the above clothing (L).
[0354] When the driving unit (200) is driven at a speed higher than that which causes diffraction in the clothing (L), the clothing (L) forms a node (n) region that does not vibrate at least momentarily with respect to the moving hanger (100) and a belly (a) region that vibrates most in the direction of movement or the opposite direction with respect to the moving hanger (100).
[0355] As the power transmission unit (400) moves back and forth more quickly, more nodes (n) and folds (a) are formed in the clothing (L).
[0356] In addition, when the moving hanger (100) is driven at the same frequency as the resonant frequency of the clothing, the clothing (L) can vibrate or diffract while forming a standing wave.
[0357] That the above garment vibrates in a standing wave means that the garment vibrates in such a way that the position of a node (n) that appears to be stationary on the garment does not change over time when the garment vibrates, and the position of a ship (a) that vibrates with the largest amplitude on the garment also does not change over time.
[0358] The above-mentioned standing wave is generated whenever the moving hanger (100) is driven at a multiple of n of the resonant frequency. As a result, the clothing vibrates as a standing wave whenever the driving unit (200) reaches a specific speed range, so that the positions of the area where the node (n) is formed and the area where the fold (a) is formed in the clothing may not change.
[0359] The vibrations generated from the garment may not be fully transmitted to the moving hanger (100) if the amplitude directions are different from each other, thereby canceling each other out. When the garment vibrates in a standing wave, the vibration patterns generated from the garment may be formed symmetrically along the height direction of the garment. As a result, when the garment vibrates in a standing wave, most of the vibrations generated from the garment may be canceled out, and the vibration transmitted to the moving hanger (100) may be minimal.
[0360] Figure 13 illustrates changes in the vibration pattern of clothing depending on the driving frequency of the moving hanger.
[0361] Referring to Fig. 13(a), when the moving hanger (100) is driven at a frequency lower than the fundamental frequency, the clothing (L) can move in the same direction as a whole. When the moving hanger (100) is driven at the fundamental frequency, the clothing (L) can move in the same direction for all, with only the amplitude differing depending on the area.
[0362] The above fundamental frequency can be defined as the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100) at which a waveform or vibration begins to occur on the clothing.
[0363] When the above moving hanger (100) is driven below the fundamental frequency, no waveform is generated in the clothing, so the entire clothing can move in the same direction.
[0364] As the speed at which the above driving unit (200) operates, the first speed can be defined as the speed at which the moving hanger (100) operates at a fundamental frequency. When the driving unit (200) operates from a stationary state to the first speed at which diffraction can begin to occur in the clothing (L), the direction of movement of the entire clothing (L) can be the same.
[0365] In other words, the amplitude of the upper part of the clothing and the amplitude of the lower part of the clothing may be different, but the direction of movement of the power transmission unit (400) and the direction of movement of the entire clothing may be the same.
[0366] Referring to Fig. 13(b), if the moving hanger (100) is driven at a frequency higher than the fundamental frequency, diffraction may occur in the clothing (L). In addition, if the moving hanger (100) is driven at a resonant frequency faster than the fundamental frequency, the clothing (L) may vibrate as a standing wave.
[0367] The garment can vibrate by forming a standing wave whenever the frequency corresponds to a multiple of n of the minimum resonant frequency. Therefore, the minimum frequency at which the moving hanger (100) can initially vibrate the garment as a standing wave can be defined as the minimum resonant frequency.
[0368] When the above moving hanger (100) is driven at the minimum resonant frequency, the driving speed of the driving unit (200) can be defined as the second speed. The second speed can be set to be faster than the first speed. The second speed can be defined as the minimum resonant speed.
[0369] When the above driving unit (200) is driven at a speed higher than the first speed, diffraction may occur in the clothing (L). As a result, an area in which the direction of vibration in the clothing (L) changes along the height direction may be formed.
[0370] When the above driving unit (200) drives the second speed, the reciprocating cycle of the moving hanger (100) can correspond to the reciprocal of the resonant frequency of the clothing (L), and the clothing (L) can vibrate as a standing wave.
[0371] When the above clothing (L) vibrates in a standing wave, the position of the node (n), which is an area where there is no vibration in the clothing (L), is fixed, and the position of the ship (a), which is an area where the amplitude is maximum, is also fixed.
[0372] When the above driving unit (200) is driven at the second speed and the first standing wave occurs in the clothing (L), one node (n) is formed, and the belly (a) can be formed in a number that is one more than the node (n), including the upper part of the clothing.
[0373] In other words, when the driving unit (200) is driven at the second speed, the clothing shakes at the first resonant frequency (f1) and can vibrate at the first (n=1) standing wave.
[0374] The resonant frequency at which the above clothing (L) vibrates as a standing wave can be determined as a unique characteristic of each clothing.
[0375] -- Equation (1)
[0376] The above equation (1) represents the resonant frequency of the moving hanger (100) that can vibrate the clothing (L) to form a standing wave.
[0377] The above resonant frequency (f) corresponds to the reciprocal of the vibration period (T) or the reciprocating period (T) of the moving hanger (100).
[0378] In equation (1), v is related to the tension and linear density of the clothing and can be determined by the fiber characteristics of each clothing, and l represents the length of the clothing.
[0379] As a result, the resonant frequency f that generates a standing wave in the clothing (L) is set differently depending on the length (l) of the clothing, and becomes smaller as the length (l) of the clothing becomes longer.
[0380] Referring to Fig. 13(c), the moving hanger (100) can be driven at a frequency twice faster than the minimum resonant frequency.
[0381] As a result, the driving speed of the driving unit (200) can be doubled, and the vibration period of the power transmission unit (400) can be reduced by half. As a result, the clothing can vibrate while forming a standing wave with f2, which is twice the first resonant frequency.
[0382] When the above moving hanger (100) is driven at twice the minimum resonant frequency (n=2), the driving speed of the driving unit (200) can be defined as the third speed.
[0383] That is, the clothing (L) can vibrate in the form of a second standing wave (n=2) in which there are two nodes (n) in the clothing (L) and three boats (a).
[0384] When the clothing (L) vibrates with the second standing wave (n=2), the positions where the node (n) and the fold (a) occur are formed differently from the positions where the node (n) and the fold (a) occur when the clothing (L) vibrates with the first standing wave (n=1).
[0385] Accordingly, if the frequency at which the moving hanger (100) operates is determined as a multiple of the resonant frequency, the area where the maximum amplitude occurs in the clothing can be controlled to vary.
[0386] By utilizing this, the garment treatment device of the present invention can concentrate the energy generated by the moving hanger (100) on a specific area of the garment. In addition, the moving hanger (100) can vibrate the specific area of the garment in a focused manner by changing the frequency. As a result, the garment treatment device of the present invention can more powerfully remove dust or foreign substances from the garment.
[0387] Referring to Fig. 13(d), the moving hanger (100) can be driven at a frequency three times faster than the minimum resonant frequency.
[0388] When the above moving hanger (100) is driven at three times the minimum resonant frequency, the driving speed of the driving unit can be defined as the fourth speed.
[0389] The above driving unit (200) can be driven at a speed three times faster than the second speed, which is the speed at which the clothing vibrates in the first normal wave, and the cycle of the power transmission unit (400) is shortened to 1 / 3.
[0390] As a result, the clothing vibrates while forming a third standing wave (n=3) with a resonant frequency of f3, so that three nodes (n) can be formed in the clothing (L) and four folds (a). When the clothing (L) vibrates with the third standing wave (n=3), the positions at which the nodes (n) and the folds (a) occur are all different from the positions at which the nodes (n) and the folds (a) occur when the clothing (L) vibrates with the first standing wave (n=1) and when the clothing (L) vibrates with the second standing wave (n=2). In addition, the interval between the nodes (n) and the nodes (n) can become narrower than before.
[0391] However, the amplitude of the above-mentioned ship (a) may be the same as when the moving hanger (100) is driven at a minimum resonant frequency or a resonant frequency that is twice faster than the minimum resonant frequency.
[0392] The clothing treatment device of the present invention can adjust the frequency of the moving hanger (100) to make the area where the clothing vibrates larger so that it vibrates evenly, or to make the area where the clothing vibrates smaller so that it vibrates intensively.
[0393] Referring to Fig. 13(e), when the moving hanger (100) is driven at a speed four times faster than the minimum resonant frequency, and the driving unit (200) is driven four times faster than the second speed when the clothing vibrates with the first standing wave, the reciprocating cycle of the power transmission unit (400) is shortened to 1 / 4.
[0394] When the above moving hanger (100) is driven at four times the minimum resonant frequency, the driving speed of the driving unit can be defined as the fifth speed.
[0395] In this way, when the moving hanger (100) is driven at k times (n=k) the minimum resonant frequency, the driving speed of the driving unit (200) can be defined as k+1 speed.
[0396] As a result, the clothing vibrates with a resonant frequency of f4, and the clothing (L) vibrates with a fourth standing wave (n=4). The clothing (L) can vibrate with four nodes (n) and five folds (a). When the clothing (L) vibrates with a fourth standing wave (n=4), the positions where the nodes (n) and folds (a) occur are all different from the positions where the nodes (n) and folds (a) occur when the clothing (L) vibrates with a first standing wave (n=1), when the clothing (L) vibrates with a second standing wave (n=2), and when the clothing (L) vibrates with a third standing wave (n=3).
[0397] Additionally, the spacing between the above nodes (n) and the above nodes (n) can be narrower than before. If the amplitude of the power transmission unit (400) is the same, the amplitude of the ship (a) can be formed the same.
[0398] If the above driving unit (200) is driven faster, the spacing between the nodes (n) formed in the clothing may become narrower, and the positions at which the nodes (n) are formed may also change.
[0399] In this way, when the moving hanger (100) vibrates at a multiple of n of the minimum resonant frequency or the driving unit (200) vibrates at a multiple of n of the second speed corresponding to the minimum resonant speed, the clothing (L) can vibrate in the form of a standing wave proportional to the multiple of n.
[0400] According to equation (1), the resonant frequency at which the garment vibrates in a standing wave is determined differently depending on the length of the garment. In addition, the driving speed or driving RPM of the driving unit (200) that enables the garment to vibrate in a standing wave can also be determined as a unique value for each garment.
[0401] Meanwhile, the clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped to distinguish whether the clothing vibrates randomly or vibrates while forming a standing wave.
[0402] When the driving frequency of the above moving hanger (100) increases, if the driving frequency corresponds to the resonant frequency of the clothing on which the clothing is mounted, the clothing vibrates as a standing wave, and the vibration characteristics are different from before and after.
[0403] In other words, when the clothing does not vibrate in a standing wave, the vibration change is linear or the amount of vibration change is predictable, but when the clothing vibrates in a standing wave, the vibration characteristics change rapidly, unlike when it vibrates in a previous frequency or when it vibrates in a subsequent frequency.
[0404] Using this, the control unit (C) can detect that the frequency of the moving hanger (100) is the resonant frequency of the clothing on which it is placed through a rapid change in the current value or power value output or applied from the motor unit (210) of the driving unit (200).
[0405] For example, when the clothing vibrates at a resonant frequency, the current value or power value detected by the driving unit (200) may have a peak value momentarily.
[0406] Alternatively, when the garment is made to vibrate in a standing wave, the vibration can be more attenuated and a smaller amount of vibration can be transmitted to the moving hanger (100) than when it is not vibrating in a standing wave. Accordingly, the control unit (C) can detect that the frequency is the resonant frequency of the hung garment through the rapid decrease in the load applied to the driving unit (200).
[0407] Alternatively, the control unit (C) can detect whether the frequency of the moving hanger (100) corresponds to the resonant frequency of the clothing in the manner described in FIG. 13. The control unit (C) can analyze the characteristics of the second harmonic in electrical information including the current value or power value of the driving unit (200) to detect in real time whether the clothing vibrates at the resonant frequency. For example, the control unit (C) can detect that the frequency of the moving hanger (100) is the resonant frequency of the clothing by detecting the occurrence of a singularity where at least one of the waveform, amplitude, and period of the second harmonic rapidly changes.
[0408] In addition, the control unit (c) can detect whether the clothing vibrates at the resonant frequency by detecting a change in the driving speed of the driving unit (200) when the clothing vibrates at the resonant frequency. For example, the control unit (C) can detect the resonant frequency of the clothing by detecting a temporary change in the driving speed of the driving unit (200) when the clothing vibrates at the resonant frequency and when the clothing vibrates at a frequency different from the resonant frequency.
[0409] In addition, the control unit (C) can detect the resonant frequency by temporarily varying the inertial force transmitted to the moving hanger (100) when it vibrates at the resonant frequency.
[0410] In addition, even if the actual clothing does not vibrate at the resonant frequency, the control unit (C) can immediately estimate the resonant frequency of the clothing by matching the second harmonic wave output from the driving unit (200) when the clothing vibrates with a table or data stored in advance.
[0411] In addition, the control unit (c) can confirm whether the detected resonant frequency corresponds to the actual resonant frequency. For example, when the moving hanger (100) is driven at a frequency that corresponds to a multiple of the resonant frequency detected by the control unit (c), it can be confirmed whether the change detected by the above-described method appears periodically.
[0412] As a result, the control unit (C) can calculate and detect at least one of the resonant frequency of the clothing through the moving hanger (100), the driving speed of the driving unit (200) for vibrating the clothing at the resonant frequency, the RPM of the driving unit (200), and the reciprocating cycle of the power transmission unit (400).
[0413] Below, an embodiment of a control method for accurately detecting the weight of clothing by using the vibration characteristics of the clothing treatment device of the present invention is described.
[0414] Meanwhile, when the clothing (L) vibrates and a node (n) is formed on the clothing, the vibration occurring below the node (n) may not be fully transmitted to the moving hanger (100).
[0415] In addition, when the clothing (L) vibrates in a standing wave, the position of the node (n) is always fixed, so the vibration generated from the clothing (L) may be blocked by the node (n) and may not be fully transmitted to the moving hanger (100).
[0416] In addition, as the clothing (L) vibrates with a larger multiple of the standing wave (L), the interval between the nodes (n) and the nodes (n) becomes shorter, so the total amount of vibration energy of the clothing remaining between each node becomes smaller.
[0417] As a result, the position of the joint closest to the moving hanger (100) also gets closer to the moving hanger (100) as the clothing vibrates with a larger standing wave, so less vibration or inertial force is transmitted to the moving hanger (100).
[0418] In summary, even if the weight of the clothing is the same, the vibration energy or inertial force transferred from the clothing (L) to the moving hanger (100) will vary depending on the location where the node (n) occurs in the clothing (l), the distance between the node (n) and the moving hanger (100), and whether the clothing (l) vibrates in a standing wave or an arbitrary wave form.
[0419] The clothing treatment device of the present invention can roughly detect the weight of clothing placed on the moving hanger (100) through the current value generated from the driving unit (200) while driving the moving hanger (100). The clothing treatment device of the present invention can accurately correct and calculate the weight of clothing placed on the moving hanger (100) by comprehensively detecting the vibration characteristics of the clothing, the detection of the resonant frequency generated in the clothing, and the change in the vibration characteristics of the clothing when the driving speed of the driving unit (200) is varied through the current waveform of the driving unit (200) according to the driving speed of the driving unit (200).
[0420] Below, an embodiment of the garment treatment device of the present invention detecting the weight of clothing is described. However, this is merely an embodiment, and the garment treatment device of the present invention can detect the weight of clothing using the aforementioned method by driving the driving unit (200) at any speed.
[0421] Of course, when the clothing treatment device of the present invention detects the weight of clothing through the driving of the moving hanger (100), it can be performed in a speed range that minimizes the vibration generated from the clothing in order to minimize the vibration characteristics of the clothing.
[0422] To this end, the clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped to calculate the weight of the clothing while driving the moving hanger (100) at a frequency lower than the resonant frequency at which a standing wave is generated in the clothing.
[0423] In addition, the clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped to calculate the weight of the clothing while driving the moving hanger (100) at a lower frequency (period) than the fundamental frequency at which a wave or vibration begins to occur on the clothing.
[0424] That is, when calculating the weight of clothing placed on the moving hanger (100), the clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped to drive the driving unit (200) in a range below the speed at which the clothing vibrates in a standing wave.
[0425] The clothing treatment device of the present invention can calculate the weight of the clothing by driving the driving unit (200) in a speed range lower than the second speed, which is the minimum resonant speed.
[0426] Specifically, the control unit (C) of the garment treatment device of the present invention can detect the weight of the garment through electrical information applied or output to the driving unit (200) while increasing the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100) in the range of the second speed from the speed at which the moving hanger (100) is stopped.
[0427] In addition, the control unit (C) can detect the weight of the clothing while driving the driving unit (200) in a section lower than the first speed in order to minimize the influence of the vibration of the clothing on the driving unit (200) and to exclude the influence of the node (n) that occurs when the clothing vibrates while causing diffraction.
[0428] That is, the control unit (c) drives the moving hanger (100) at a speed lower than the speed immediately before diffraction occurs in the clothing, thereby preventing the vibration of the clothing from affecting the driving unit (200), and can calculate the weight of the clothing by analyzing the load applied to the driving unit (200).
[0429] The control unit (c) calculates the weight of the clothing by driving the driving unit (200) in the same way as using a motor that rotates a drum in a conventional washing machine or dryer.
[0430] As a result, the garment treatment device of the present invention can accurately detect the weight of the garment. In addition, the garment treatment device of the present invention can operate the machine room to supply the steam or hot air to the garment after detecting the weight of the garment. That is, one or more of the steam and hot air supplied to the garment can be set differently depending on the detected weight of the garment, and the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100) can also be controlled differently.
[0431] For example, when the garment treatment device of the present invention detects the weight of the garment, it drives the moving hanger (100) at a frequency lower than the fundamental frequency, but when performing any course for treating the garment, it can drive the moving hanger (100) at a frequency higher than the fundamental frequency. Accordingly, the garment treatment device of the present invention can transmit more physical force to the garment when treating the garment, thereby removing more foreign substances from the garment or exposing the garment more evenly to the supplied steam and hot air.
[0432] The garment treatment device of the present invention can determine the maximum frequency for driving the moving hanger (100) differently depending on the weight of the garment. The garment treatment device of the present invention can control the maximum frequency for driving the moving hanger (100) to vary depending on the weight of the garment when supplying at least one of the steam and the hot air to the inner case (20).
[0433] For example, even if the moving hanger (100) operates at the same frequency, the heavier the clothing, the more vibration may occur. Accordingly, the maximum frequency at which the moving hanger (100) operates may be set lower as the clothing becomes heavier.
[0434] For example, the heavier the clothing, the more hot air or steam must be supplied to the clothing to complete drying, deodorization, sterilization, dehumidification, etc. of the clothing. Accordingly, when the weight of the clothing is detected to be heavy, the clothing treatment device of the present invention can control the steam generator (50) so that the amount of steam supplied to the inner case is greater or the steam is supplied for a longer time than when the weight of the clothing is detected to be light. In addition, the clothing treatment device of the present invention can control the compressor (83) and the blower fan so that when the weight of the clothing is heavy, the amount of hot air supplied or the hot air is supplied for a longer time than when the weight of the clothing is light.
[0435] Figure 14 illustrates the principle by which the garment treatment device of the present invention can detect the length of the garment.
[0436] FIG. 14(a) illustrates that the driving unit (200) operates at a specific speed greater than the second speed (V2) when a long garment (L) is placed on the moving hanger (100), and FIG. 21(b) illustrates that the driving unit (200) operates at the same specific speed as when the long garment (L) is placed on the moving hanger (100) when a garment (l) shorter than the long garment (L) is placed on the moving hanger (100).
[0437] According to equation (1), since the resonant frequency is inversely proportional to the length of the clothing, the short clothing (l) has a higher resonant frequency than the long clothing (L), and the moving hanger (100) must be driven at a faster speed to form a standing wave of the same order in the short clothing (l).
[0438] Referring to Fig. 14(a), the specific speed may correspond to a speed four times faster than the second speed or the minimum resonant speed based on the long garment (L). Accordingly, the long garment (L) may vibrate while forming the fourth standing wave.
[0439] Referring to Fig. 14(b), even when the short garment (l) is placed, the driving unit (200) can be driven at the same speed. In other words, in Fig. 21(b), the driving unit (200) can be driven at a driving speed capable of forming a fourth standing wave in the long garment (L).
[0440] In the case of the short garment (l), the driving speed may correspond to a driving speed that forms a second standing wave in the short garment. That is, in the case of the short garment (l), since the length of the garment is longer than that of the long garment (L), it has a different resonance frequency from that of the long garment (L).
[0441] The clothing treatment device of the present invention can detect the length of the clothing by driving the moving hanger (100) using the property that the clothing has different resonant frequencies depending on its length.
[0442] -- (1)
[0443] Referring to the aforementioned equation (1), the resonant frequency (fn) at which the garment vibrates in a standing wave is inversely proportional to the length of the garment. However, even if the resonant frequency (fn) is known, there may be a limitation in that the length (l) of the garment cannot be accurately detected unless the v value of equation (1) is clearly known.
[0444] ----(2)
[0445] Referring to the above equation (2), the v is the root value of the value obtained by dividing the tension (T) of the clothing by the linear density (m), and the tension of the clothing corresponds to the weight of the clothing.
[0446] Since the above linear density (m) corresponds to a constant value when the clothing is the same, the control unit (c) can determine the length (l) of the clothing by detecting the weight of the clothing and the resonant frequency (fn).
[0447] To this end, the control unit (c) directly calculates the weight of the clothing through the electrical information of the driving unit (200) in the weight detection step (A1), and while changing the driving speed of the driving unit (200) in the length detection step (A2), detects one or more resonant frequencies at which the clothing can vibrate as a standing wave, and calculates the length of the clothing using the weight of the clothing and the resonant frequency.
[0448] In cases where the above control unit (c) cannot specifically detect or calculate the linear density (m), the control unit (c) may detect two or more resonant frequencies at which the clothing can vibrate as a standing wave and calculate the length (l) of the clothing through these frequencies.
[0449] In addition, the control unit (c) detects the resonant frequency at which the clothing can vibrate as a normal wave through the moving hanger (100), and can also calculate the length (l) of the clothing through electrical information output from the driving unit (200) when changing the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100).
[0450] As a result, the control unit (c) can calculate the weight of the clothing by driving the driving unit (200) in a speed range lower than the second speed (v2) at which the clothing can first vibrate at the resonant frequency, and can calculate the length of the clothing by driving the driving unit (200) in a speed range higher than the second speed at which the clothing can first vibrate at the resonant frequency.
[0451] The speed section lower than the second speed may include the first speed, and in the driving section (s), the driving unit (200) may be driven at a speed faster than the second speed.
[0452] Figure 15 illustrates an embodiment in which the system state of the moving hanger of the present invention is variable.
[0453] As described above, the clothing placed on the moving hanger (100) is not bunched up inside the drum but is arranged to hang in the height direction, and only one side of the clothing is placed on the moving hanger (100). Therefore, in order to detect the weight and length of the clothing by driving the moving hanger (100), the vibration characteristics of the clothing and changes therein according to the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100) must be considered.
[0454] However, since the system constituting the moving hanger (100) of the present invention not only changes periodically when the moving hanger (100) is driven, but also the characteristics of the components constituting the moving hanger (100) may change, in order to detect the weight and length of clothing by driving the moving hanger (100), the system change characteristics of the moving hanger (100) must also be considered.
[0455] For example, referring to FIG. 6, the moving hanger (100) of the present invention does not directly transmit the power of the motor (210) to the displacement generating unit (300) and the power transmission unit (400), but indirectly transmits it through the combination of a belt and a pulley.
[0456] In other words, the rotation shaft (221) of the motor (210) always rotates in a fixed position regardless of the driving speed, but the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232) rotate based on two axes, namely the rotation shaft (211) and the power shaft (240), and are coupled and rotated by the belt (233), so the system characteristics can change as the belt (233) rotates.
[0457] Referring to Fig. 15(a), the belt (233) is provided so as to be in contact with the outer surface of the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232), but the thickness of the belt (233) is provided to be thinner than the thickness of the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232).
[0458] At least one of the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232) may be thicker than the belt (233), thereby preventing the belt (233) from being separated from the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232).
[0459] In addition, at least one of the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232) is provided to be thicker than the thickness of the belt (233), so that the entire thickness of the belt (233) can be in surface contact with the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232). As a result, the power of the motor (210) can be transmitted with as little loss as possible.
[0460] Meanwhile, the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232) are coupled to the inner surface of the belt (233) to provide tensile force to the belt (233). In this situation, since the belt (233) has a gap in which it moves upward and downward in at least one of the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232), the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232) can cause periodic tensile force changes in the belt (233) as they rotate.
[0461] As a result, when the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232) rotate, the belt (233) rotates and moves together with the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232), and can reciprocate the outer surface of at least one of the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232) from the top to the bottom.
[0462] Specifically, referring to FIGS. 15(a) to 15(e), even if the belt (233) starts to rotate at the center of the transmission pulley (232), it can move to the upper part of the transmission pulley (232), then come down to the center again, then move to the lower part of the transmission pulley (232), and then come up to the center of the transmission pulley (232) again.
[0463] As a result, the belt (233) rotates and moves periodically in four areas: the upper area, the central area, the lower area, and the central area of the transmission pulley (232). Accordingly, the conversion unit (230) has a driving cycle related to a multiple of four in the moving hanger (100).
[0464] The above driving cycle is formed longer and slower than the reciprocating cycle of the moving hanger or the vibration cycle of the clothing, and therefore can be defined as a low-frequency cycle.
[0465] The low frequency cycle of the above-mentioned converter (230) also affects the load of the above-mentioned motor (210). Therefore, the power transmitted from the above-mentioned motor (210) to the clothing can also be transmitted according to the above-mentioned low frequency cycle.
[0466] Figure 16 illustrates that the vibration cycle occurring in the moving hanger of the present invention changes depending on the characteristics of the moving hanger.
[0467] Referring to Fig. 16, the same 1.2 kg of clothing is placed on the moving hanger (100), but when clothing of various materials such as jumpers, wool coats, suits, dresses, and shirts are placed from the upper end to the lower end of the graph, the harmonic changes of the moving hanger (100) detected by the driving unit (200) while the moving hanger (100) moves back and forth for 25 cycles are illustrated.
[0468] If there is no change in the system of the above moving hanger (100), the amplitude of the harmonic waves generated by the moving hanger (100) per cycle may be different for each garment, but it is expected that there will be no change in the amplitude of the harmonic waves or that the change will appear based on the one-cycle movement of the moving hanger (100).
[0469] However, regardless of the material of the clothing, the size of the harmonic waves of all clothing continues to vary when the moving hanger (100) moves up to 16 cycles, and after that, the harmonic wave waveform repeats again like 1 cycle.
[0470] In other words, this means that the maximum amplitude, etc., occurring in the above clothing changes periodically at specific times, not in one driving cycle of the above moving hanger (100).
[0471] Therefore, in order to detect the condition of clothing, it can be seen that the change in harmonic waves caused by the moving hanger (100) system must be taken into account, and the current value of the driving unit (200) must be comprehensively determined for a time period longer than one cycle of the system harmonic waves of the moving hanger (100) in order to obtain accurate clothing information by correcting the weight, length, and materials of the clothing.
[0472] Figure 17 illustrates a state in which the cycle in which the belt position changes changes according to the change in the belt.
[0473] The harmonic characteristics of this moving hanger (100) system are generated by the belt (233), and therefore can change depending on the tension of the belt (233).
[0474] For example, Fig. 17 may be set to have a larger tension in the moving hanger and belt than Fig. 15, and the remaining structures, sizes, and lengths may be the same.
[0475] When the tension of the belt (233) becomes stronger, the belt (233) may move more slowly in the thickness direction of the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232). In other words, when the tension of the belt (233) becomes stronger, the frictional force between the belt (233) and the outer surface of the drive pulley (231) and the outer surface of the transmission pulley (232) becomes stronger, so the belt (233) may move more slowly in the thickness direction of the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232).
[0476] For example, in Fig. 15, when the transmission pulley (232) rotates 4 times, the belt (233) returns to the initial position by going back and forth between the top and bottom of the transmission pulley (232), but in Fig. 17, it can be confirmed that the belt (233) reaches the top and bottom of the transmission pulley (232) by going back and forth only after the drive pulley rotates 8 times.
[0477] When the tension is weak as in Fig. 15, when the same transmission pulley (232) rotates once, the belt (233) can rise directly from the center to the top of the transmission pulley (232). However, when the tension is strong as in Fig. 17, even if the same transmission pulley (232) rotates once, the belt (233) may only rise to half the height from the center to the top of the transmission pulley (232).
[0478] Furthermore, as the tension of the belt (233) becomes stronger, more rotations of the transmission pulley (232) will be required for the belt (233) to reciprocate from the top to the bottom of the transmission pulley (232).
[0479] As a result, due to the combination of the belt (233) and the pulley, the moving hanger (100) system of the present invention can be seen to have a harmonic cycle (T) corresponding to four times the length and tension of the belt.
[0480] Meanwhile, even if the tension of the belt (233) is different in FIG. 15 and FIG. 17, if the transmission pulley (232) rotates at a high speed, the cycle in which the belt (233) reciprocates from the top to the bottom of the transmission pulley (232) will become faster. Therefore, it can be seen that the moving hanger (100) system has one harmonic cycle (T) that is inversely proportional to the driving speed of the motor (200).
[0481] As a result, it can be seen that the self-harmonic wave (T ave) generated from the moving hanger (100) itself when the moving hanger (100) is driven is proportional to a multiple of four times the tension of the belt (233) and inversely proportional to the rotation speed of the motor (210).
[0482] Meanwhile, the characteristics of the system harmonic cycle (hereinafter, system cycle) can also be described in another way.
[0483] When the moving hanger (100) is driven in the moving hanger (100) system, the system cycle (T ave) that occurs in the moving hanger (100) itself can be summarized as follows.
[0484]
[0485] Here, n is a natural number related to the tension of the belt, LB is the length of the belt, D2 is the diameter of the transmission pulley (232), and w is the angular velocity of the motor (210).
[0486] Referring to FIG. 6, when the distance (L) between the center of the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232) increases, the length of the belt (233) also increases, and the length of the free length (LB) of the belt (233) that can contact the transmission pulley (232) without being in contact with the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232) may also increase.
[0487] Currently, the system frequency of the moving hanger (100) is generated when an area corresponding to the free length (LB) of the belt comes into contact with one of the transmission pulley (232) and the fixed pulley (231) to move up and down.
[0488] The part corresponding to the above free length (LB) will start to continuously contact the transmission pulley (232), and the cycle of returning to the initial position from the transmission pulley (232) can be set to 4 times as the least common multiple of the reciprocating between the top and bottom of the drive pulley (231) and the reciprocating between the top and bottom of the transmission pulley (232). The above free length (LB) can be defined by the following formula: =√(C^2+((D2-D1) / 2)^2 ). C corresponds to the straight-line distance between the power shaft (240) and the motor shaft (221).
[0489] Accordingly, it can be confirmed that the system cycle is proportional to the length of the belt by a multiple of 4 and inversely proportional to the rotation axis of the motor (210).
[0490] Figure 18 illustrates a control method for detecting the state of clothing through a moving hanger in the clothing treatment device of the present invention.
[0491] As a result, the clothing treatment device of the present invention needs to detect the system cycle of the moving hanger and the vibration characteristics of the clothing according to the operation of the moving hanger (100) in order to determine the status information of the clothing through the moving hanger (100).
[0492] To this end, the garment treatment device of the present invention can first perform a system detection step (S1) of detecting the system cycle of the moving hanger (100).
[0493] That is, the system cycle of the moving hanger (100) must be confirmed, and then the weight and length can be accurately detected through the resonant frequency of the moving hanger (100) or the current value of the motor (210) beyond that cycle.
[0494] The above system detection step (S1) must be performed for a period longer than the system cycle (T) of the moving hanger while driving the moving hanger (100) so that the system cycle (T) can be identified.
[0495] A clothing detection step (S2) can be performed to start detecting the condition of the clothing.
[0496] The above clothing detection step (S2) may correspond to detecting the weight of clothing while maintaining the driving speed of the moving hanger (100) for a certain period of time.
[0497] Even after the vibration characteristics of the clothing are identified, the above clothing detection step (S2) can accurately detect the condition of the clothing only by collecting the current value of the driving unit (200) for a period longer than the system cycle (T).
[0498] The above clothing detection step (S2) may be performed when the above system detection step (S1) is completed, but may be performed simultaneously during the above system detection step (S1).
[0499] That is, the system cycle (T) can be identified while performing the system detection step (S1), and once the system cycle (T) is identified, the current value of the motor (210) corresponding to the system cycle (T) can be calculated to calculate the state of the clothing.
[0500] However, if the above system detection step (S1) and the above clothing detection step (S2) are performed at the same motor driving speed, the length of the clothing cannot be detected.
[0501] Therefore, the above clothing detection step (S2) can be understood as a step of detecting the weight of clothing.
[0502] The garment treatment device of the present invention can perform an additional detection step (S3) of driving the motor (210) at a constant speed for a certain period of time, different from the driving speed of the motor in the garment detection step (S2). Through the additional detection step (S3), the current value information of the motor (210) can be confirmed in two speed ranges, and thus at least one of the length and material of the garment can be calculated.
[0503] In order to detect the length or material of the clothing, the above additional detection step (S3) must also collect the current value of the motor (210) for a period longer than the system cycle (T).
[0504] However, if the driving speed of the motor (210) changes in the additional detection step (S3), the detection time of the additional detection step (S3) may also change. This is because the system cycle (T) changes depending on the driving speed. For example, if the driving speed of the motor (210) in the additional detection step (S3) is faster than that of the clothing detection step (S2) or the status detection step (S1), the detection time of the additional detection step (S3) may be shorter than that of the clothing detection step (S2) or the status detection step (S1). As a result, the additional detection step (S3) may be performed more quickly than the clothing detection step (S2) or the status detection step (S1).
[0505] When the above additional detection step (S3) is completed, the control unit of the clothing treatment device of the present invention can obtain clothing information including not only the system of the moving hanger (100), but also one or more of the weight, length, and material of the clothing.
[0506] Accordingly, based on the information obtained above, an acceleration driving step (S4) can be performed to increase the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100) so as to optimally shake the clothing.
[0507] The above acceleration driving step (S4) may correspond to a step in which dust is seriously removed from clothing while at least one of hot air and steam is supplied.
[0508] Before the above acceleration driving step (S4), hot air and steam may be supplied, but they do not have to be supplied.
[0509] The above detection time may include the detection time of the state detection step, the clothing detection step, and the initial detection step, and may be defined as the time from the moving hanger operation to the acceleration operation step in which the moving hanger is operated at the processing speed.
[0510] Figure 19 illustrates an embodiment in which the garment treatment device of the present invention detects the system cycle of a moving hanger.
[0511] In the above state detection step (S1), the clothing treatment device of the present invention must rotate the driving unit (210) longer than the above cycle (T) in order to check the system cycle (T) of the moving hanger (100).
[0512] The clothing treatment device of the present invention can calculate the system cycle (T) by detecting the amplitude change of the low frequency detected by the driving unit (200) after driving the moving hanger (100) for a long period of time.
[0513] However, since this may be relatively delayed, there is a need to complete the state detection step (S1) in one cycle of the system cycle (T) without driving the moving hanger (100) excessively beyond the system cycle (T).
[0514] To this end, the garment treatment device of the present invention can detect the amplitude of the low frequency generated from the moving hanger (100) at any time. For example, the amplitude of the low frequency can be detected every time the moving hanger (100) is operated for one cycle.
[0515] For example, if the detection point at the beginning is X1, the detection point after 1 cycle is X2, and the detection point after 11 cycles is X11.
[0516] Through this, the amplitude of the low frequency can be detected at each cycle in which the moving hanger (100) reciprocates and returns to its initial position. By tracking this, the cycle of the moving hanger (100) can be detected by detecting repetitions of high and high points, low and low points, or specific points.
[0517] Figure 20 illustrates a control method for detecting whether a change has occurred in the moving hanger system of the garment treatment device of the present invention.
[0518] The above-mentioned state detection step (S1) is performed only once and may be omitted thereafter. This is because the system of the moving hanger (100) is not a factor that can be easily changed once it is determined. Therefore, in the garment treatment device of the present invention, once the state detection step (S1) is performed once and its history is stored, the state detection step (S1) may be omitted for a certain period of time or until a user requests it.
[0519] However, when there is a user request, or when the moving hanger (100) has been operated for a limited number of times, or at set times such as when the seasons change, the garment treatment device of the present invention can perform a change detection step in the state detection step (S1) to check whether a change has occurred in the system of the moving hanger (100), such as whether the tension of the belt (233) has changed, whether the belt (233) has been replaced, or whether the frictional force is the same when the pulleys rotate.
[0520] For example, the tension of the belt (233) may vary depending on humidity and temperature, and may vary depending on the aging of the belt (233), and when the belt (233) is replaced, it can be detected in the change detection step.
[0521] The above change detection step can be immediately identified by checking whether the system cycle (T) identified in the state detection step (S1) and the previously stored system cycle (T) are the same.
[0522] Therefore, in order to detect the system cycle (T) in the state detection step (S1), the change detection step can determine the difference in the system cycle (T) more quickly than driving the driving unit (200) for the cycle (T) time.
[0523] For example, the change detection step may include a driving step (S11) that drives a motor (210) to rotate a rotation shaft.
[0524] While performing the above driving step (S11), the control unit can perform an arrival detection step (S12) to check whether the pulley (232) and the belt (233) have been driven for one cycle. The fact that the pulley (232) and the belt (233) have been driven for one cycle corresponds to the moving hanger (100) reciprocating once. This is a different concept from the fact that the low frequency represents one cycle and that the system cycle (T) changes with the cycle of the maximum amplitude of the low frequency. Therefore, the cycle of the moving hanger (100) reciprocating is defined as the pulley cycle.
[0525] The above driving step (S11) can be continuously performed during the change detection step.
[0526] After the arrival detection step (S12), a measurement step (S13) of measuring the amplitude of the low frequency of the moving hanger (100) system during the detected pulley cycle can be performed.
[0527] Once the above measurement step (S13) is performed, a calculation step (S14) for calculating the low frequency can be performed. The calculation step (S14) can be the same as the method described in Fig. 19, but can be performed faster than the method described in Fig. 19.
[0528] For example, the above-mentioned operation step (S13) may correspond to identifying only the valley or crest of the low frequency. For example, if a section where the amplitude increases and then decreases is found, or a section where the amplitude decreases and then increases is found, the low frequency waveform can be predicted immediately, the system period (T) can be calculated, and the low frequency operation step (S14) can be terminated immediately.
[0529] Afterwards, the garment treatment device of the present invention can perform a judgment step (S15) of judging whether the system cycle (T) is different from the previous system cycle.
[0530] The above operation step (S14) can be performed before the system cycle (T) elapses, and the judgment step (S14) can be performed almost simultaneously with the operation step (S14), so that the judgment step (S15) can be completed before the system cycle (T).
[0531] If the system cycle differs from the previous one, the new system cycle (T) can be updated to utilize the system cycle value so that it can be used immediately when the status detection step is skipped in the future. Furthermore, the new system cycle (T) can be used to detect the weight, length, and material of clothing.
[0532] However, if there is no change in the system cycle (T), it can be determined that the state of the moving hanger (100) is the same.
[0533] Afterwards, the driving unit (200) can be driven for a period longer than the system cycle (T) to detect the weight, length, etc. of clothing, and the driving can be terminated before the driving unit (200) is driven for a period longer than the system cycle (T).
[0534] This shortens the execution time of the change detection step, allowing for immediate guidance to the user and saving energy.
[0535] Alternatively, when performing the above state detection step (S1), the change detection step can also be performed simultaneously during the above state detection step (S1).
[0536] Due to the above change detection step, the clothing treatment device of the present invention can accurately detect at least one of the weight / length / material of the clothing even when the humidity / temperature changes or the belt (233) itself is replaced with a different belt.
[0537] For example, when the same clothing is hung on a moving hanger (100), even if the humidity / temperature changes or the belt (233) itself is replaced with a different belt, at least one of the weight / length / material of the clothing can be calculated to be the same.
[0538] When the above clothing information is provided to be displayed, the clothing treatment device of the present invention will display the clothing information in the same manner even if the humidity / temperature is changed or the belt (233) itself is replaced with a different belt.
[0539] However, if the type of the belt (233) changes, the material changes, or the tension changes, the system cycle (T) changes, and thus the times for state detection, clothing detection, and additional detection may each change.
[0540] Figure 21 illustrates the change in speed of a moving hanger when the control method of the present invention is applied.
[0541] The garment treatment device of the present invention can perform a state detection step (S1) during a first detection time (t1) while driving the driving unit (200). The state detection step (S1) can be performed while the driving unit (200) is driven at a first speed (V1).
[0542] The above first detection time (t1) can be set longer than the system cycle (T).
[0543] The garment treatment device of the present invention can perform a garment detection step during a second detection time (t2) while driving the driving unit (200). The garment detection step (S2) can be driven at a different driving speed from the state detection step (S1). For example, the garment detection step can be performed while the driving unit (200) is driven at a second speed (V2) or lower.
[0544] If the above clothing detection step (S2) is driven by the driving unit (200) faster than the above condition detection step (S1), the second detection time (t2) can be formed shorter than the first detection time (t1). This is in consideration of the shortening of the system cycle (T).
[0545] The above clothing detection step (S2) may correspond to detecting weight.
[0546] The clothing treatment device of the present invention can perform an additional detection step (S3) during a third detection time (t2) while driving the driving unit (200).
[0547] The above additional detection step (S3) can rotate the driving unit (200) at a third speed.
[0548] In this case, the third detection time (t3) can be shorter than the second detection time (t2). This is because the system cycle (T) is faster.
[0549] The above additional detection step (S3) may be a step for detecting the length of clothing.
[0550] When the above additional detection step (S3) is completed, the condition of the clothing has been detected, so the acceleration driving step (S4) can be performed to remove dust from the clothing using hot air and steam and refresh the clothing.
[0551] The above acceleration driving step (S4) may have a faster driving speed of the driving unit (200) than the above state detection step (S1), the above clothing detection step (S2), and the above additional detection step (S3). This may be defined as the processing speed.
[0552] For example, the processing speed can be set to the fourth speed or higher.
[0553] However, the driving time of the above acceleration driving step (S4) can be set longer than the detection time.
[0554] In summary of the above results, the driving speed of the driving unit (200) in the state detection step (S1), the clothing detection step (S2), and the additional detection step (S3) can be set slower than the driving speed in the acceleration driving step (S4). Therefore, the driving speed of the driving unit (200) in the state detection step (S1), the clothing detection step (S2), and the additional detection step (S3) can be defined as the detection speed.
[0555] In this case, it can be seen that the detection time decreases as the driving speed of the above detection speed increases.
[0556] Conversely, if the detection speed decreases, the detection time will increase.
[0557] The above first detection time (t1), the above second detection time (t2), and the above third detection time (t3) are times for detecting the state of clothing and the system state of the moving hanger (100), and therefore can be collectively referred to as detection times.
[0558] Meanwhile, the clothing detection step (S2) can also detect the length of the clothing.
[0559] This is because the clothing detection step (S2) operates at a different operating speed than the condition detection step (S1). In this case, the additional detection step (S3) may be omitted.
[0560] Additionally, the weight of the clothing can also be detected simultaneously in the above-mentioned state detection step (S1).
[0561] Meanwhile, contrary to what has been described, the state detection step (S1) may be performed at any speed, such as the second speed or the third speed. In this case, the clothing detection step (S2) may also be performed at any speed, not just the second speed. This is because the state detection step can consider not only the system characteristics but also the load's vibration characteristics.
[0562] However, it is preferable that the clothing detection step (S2) be performed at the same speed as the state detection step (S1) in consideration of the energy efficiency of the driving unit (200).
[0563] The present invention may be implemented in various modified forms, and the scope of the invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. Therefore, if a modified embodiment includes elements of the claims of the present invention, it should be considered to fall within the scope of the present invention.
