Description

cosmetics

[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic preparation. Specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic preparation comprising a pyrimidylpyrazole compound or a salt thereof.

[0002] Pigmentation such as age spots and freckles on the skin occurs when hormonal abnormalities or ultraviolet light stimulate the skin, resulting in increased melanin production in epidermal pigment cells and excessive melanin deposition in the epidermis. To prevent or improve such abnormal melanin deposition, whitening agents are incorporated into cosmetics. Various ingredients are known to be incorporated as whitening agents, and in recent years, pyrimidylpyrazole compounds have also been known as useful whitening agents (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0003] Oil-in-water emulsion cosmetics are widely used as bases for topical skin preparations, including skin cosmetics, due to their refreshing feel. However, emulsions are inherently unstable, and are known to experience creaming, aggregation, or coalescence when left for extended periods. Conventional lotions and creams have ensured stability over time by incorporating common water-soluble thickeners such as carboxyvinyl polymers. However, incorporating large amounts of water-soluble thickeners makes it difficult to eliminate sliminess, heavy spread, stickiness, and creasing upon application. Therefore, a cosmetic that provides a refreshing, penetrating feel without a slimy feel has been proposed by combining polyoxyethylene fatty acid sorbitan, a specific surfactant, and a higher alcohol (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

[0004] International Publication No. 2009 / 099192, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-88129

[4] The cosmetic preparation according to any one of [1] to [3], wherein component (A) is sodium stearoyl methyl taurate. [5] The cosmetic preparation according to any one of [1] to [4], wherein the blending amount of component (C) is 0.1 to 1.5 mass% relative to the total amount of the cosmetic preparation. [6] The cosmetic preparation according to any one of [1] to [5], wherein the viscosity measured at 30°C using a Brookfield type rotational viscometer is 6,000 mPa s or more.
