Description

[0001] CUP MOVER INSIDE AN AUTOMATIC VENDING MACHINCE

[0002] Technical Field

[0003] Engineering in areas involving cup movers inside automatic vending machines. Art

[0004] In reference to Thai Patent Application No. 1701002991, the gas-pressured steam coffee mixer with one container allows the use of one set of driving gears and motors, which has a disadvantage in holding only one type of material internally, thereby causing loss of product distribution diversity.

[0005] Subsequently, automatic vending machines, particularly multi-container fresh coffee dispensers, had a material container structure that consists of a set of driving gears and motors fitted together, meaning if there are five material containers, five sets of driving gears and motors would have to be prepared, resulting in high manufacturing costs and significant space requirements in automatic vending machines.

[0006] Next, in a reference to the Thai Petty Patent for a structure used to hold multiple types of container materials in Thai Petty Patent Application No. 2003002691 for a structure used to hold multiple types of container materials with a rotary-based conveyor screw, the invention was designed to have high quantities of container materials or material loading slots with low space requirements while using only one shared conveyor screw driving motor to rotate container materials into the position of the conveyor screw driving motor. This has a disadvantage from inability to move cups in automatic vending machines, which would allow labor replacement in coffee shops. The invention can function with cup dispensers, flavoring powder dispensers, flavoring fluid dispensers, ice dispensers, mixers, cup storage buffer zones, and cup pick-up zones, one or the other or a complete combination.

[0007] Description of Embodiments

[0008] The cup mover inside an automatic vending machine has characteristics such that Motor 1 (31), Receiving Gear 1 (21), and Driving Gear 1 (51) work together to rotate the clamp (50) in a circle while Motor 2 (32), Receiving Gear 2 (22), and Driving Gear 2 (52) work together to drive the clamp (50) forward and backward from the center of Receiving Gear 1 (21) while, simultaneously, Motor 3 (33), Receiving Gear 3 (23), and Driving Gear 3 (53) work together to drive the right mouth (71) and the left mouth (72) to and from one another in order to perform the function of holding and releasing cups. The space around the center of the cup mover set (40) is equipped with accessory devices (60) selectable from the cup dispenser, the flavoring powder dispenser, the flavoring liquid dispenser, the ice dispenser, the mixer, the cup storage buffer zone, and the cup pick-up zone, one or another or a combination, where the cup mover set (40) functions to move cups to the positions of all accessory devices (60) installed within the automatic vending machine.

[0009] This invention is intended to create the cup mover inside an automatic vending machines that functions to move cups to the position of accessory devices (60) selectable from a cup dispenser, a flavoring powder dispenser, a flavoring liquid dispenser, an ice dispenser, a mixer, the cup storage buffer zone, and the cup pick-up zone, one or the other or a combination, to reduce beverage mixing time with convenience, precision, stable taste, 24- hour functionality, and reduced labor issues.
