Abstract
Description
[0001] APPARATUS FOR INJECTOR OPERATIONS IN GAS-FUELED DEVICES
[0002] Technical Field
[0003] The invention relates to an apparatus for removing and installing burner and wok injectors in ovens, stoves, and similar devices.
[0004] State of the Art
[0005] Pliers, nippers, and similar tools are used in the horizontal wok ring injector replacement operation in gas-fueled devices such as stoves and ovens that use injector systems. It is extremely difficult and takes a long time to carry out the operations using these tools and tools that are not suitable for removing and installing the injector.
[0006] In addition, during the operation of removing the injector with inappropriate tools, both the injector and the device are damaged, and the damaged part / wok ring has to be completely replaced with a new one.
[0007] In addition to these problems, another common problem is that gas leaks cannot be detected and the inability to perform a leak test of the system without removing the wok / bumer injectors.
[0008] There are no tools in the art specifically designed for removing and installing burner and wok injectors.
[0009] Utility model document CN217966773U discloses a single-headed apparatus. It has a socket at one end and comprises a lever for rotating said socket. There is mentioned an opening in the side surface of the socket, and it is stated that this opening is suitable for narrow spaces.
[0010] Utility model document CN204135950U shows an apparatus with a socket head comprising a socket head with a lateral opening in order to be suitable for tight spaces. As a result, all the above-mentioned problems have made it necessary to make an innovation in the related field.
[0011] Objects of the Invention
[0012] The main object of the invention is to enable quick and easy removal and installation of burner and wok injectors in ovens, stoves, and similar devices.
[0013] The object of the invention is to enable the detection of gas leaks and to perform a leak test of the system without removing the burner and wok injectors

[0034] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0035] The subject matter of the invention relates to an apparatus for removing and installing burner and wok injectors in ovens, stoves, and similar devices.
[0036] Referring to Figure 1, said apparatus (1) is configured on a main body (10). Said main body (10) comprises two main arms, namely a first arm (11) and a second arm (12), and preferably a curved portion (13) connecting said arms. Said first arm (11) and second arm (12) are arranged at an angle to each other, preferably perpendicularly, and in the perpendicular configuration, the curved portion (13), if any, is arranged at an inclination to ensure this perpendicular positioning.
[0037] Preferably the first arm (11) and the second arm (12) are arranged as cylindrical longitudinal structures.
[0038] At the end portions of said first arm (11) and second arm (12), respectively, are provided first head (20) and second head (30). Said first head (20) and second head (30) are provided with a first housing (22) and a second housing (32) for removing and installing the burner and / or wok injectors.
[0039] The first arm (11) and the second arm (12) as well as the first head (20) and second head (30) connected thereto are preferably provided in a monolithic form and are preferably made of metal. The choice of metal is not restrictive and provides a higher strength than alternatives.
[0040] Referring to Figures lb and 1c; The first head (20) comprises a first body (21). A first housing (22) is formed within said first body (21). Said first housing (22) is arranged in a hexagonal shape, however it is obvious that this shape may vary depending on the structure of the injector. The first body (21) is preferably shaped as a truncated cone, and a first housing port (23) is formed in the truncated portion. Here, the first body (21) surrounds this port in the form of a shell.
[0041] Referring to Figures 1 and la; the second head (30) comprises a second body (31). A second housing (32) is formed within said second body (31). Said second housing (32) is preferably arranged in a hexagonal shape, however it is obvious that this shape may vary depending on the structure of the injector. The second body (21) is preferably cylindrical in shape, and a second housing port (33) is formed at its base. Here, the second body (31) surrounds this port in the form of a shell.
[0042] The first housing (22) and the second housing (23) are arranged to perform operations in different orientations. The first housing (22) is inserted into the appropriate injector part by moving the first arm (11) in the direction of extension, and the said first arm (11) is rotated according to the axis in the direction of extension to perform assembly or disassembly.
[0043] The second housing (32) is placed in the appropriate injector portion by moving it relative to an axis in the direction of extension of both the first arm (11) and the second arm (12), and it is rotated relative to the axis perpendicular to the axes in the direction of extension of the first arm (11) and the second arm (12), thus realizing the assembly or disassembly operation.
[0044] To be more precise, if the first arm (11) lies on the "x" axis and the second arm (12) lies on the "y" axis, the first housing (22) enters the injector on the "x" axis and the second housing (32) enters the injector on the "z" axis.
[0045] Accordingly, said apparatus (1) comprises in its most basic form the following; a main body (10) comprising a first arm (11) having a first head (20) and a second arm (12) having a second head (30) arranged at an angle relative to each other, a first housing (22) arranged in the first head body (21) for removing and installing an injector when the apparatus (1) is rotated relative to the first arm axis, a second housing (32) arranged in the second head body (31) for removing and installing an injector when the apparatus is rotated on an axis perpendicular to the axis of the first arm (11) and the second arm (12).
[0046] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, at least one, preferably both, of the first housing (22) and the second housing (32) is / are provided with a sealing element, preferably a gasket. Said seals are designed in accordance with the geometry of the injector and are arranged to seal the gas outlet of the burner and wok injectors. By means of these gaskets on the apparatus (1), the injector port is closed, and gas leaks can be detected, and the system can be easily tested for leakage without removing the wok / bumer injectors.
