Abstract

To achieve all the objects mentioned above and that will emerge from the following detailed description, the present invention is related to a bed bridge (10) for connecting at least a first mattress (20) and at least a second mattress (30). Accordingly, its novelty is that it comprises at least one mattress cover (50) sized to completely cover the upper surfaces (40) of said first mattress (20) and said second mattress (30), it comprises at least one padding (60) detachably connected to said mattress cover (50) for ensuring that the mattress cover (50) remains straight along the connection area after the mattresses are connected, extending into the gap between the two mattresses, it comprises at least one fastener (70) for fastening said mattress cover (50) to the mattress, and said mattress cover (50) is a protective fabric.

[0005] Bed bridges are generally used to connect at least two mattresses together to form a larger mattress. Such bed bridges connect the mattresses closely and prevent the gap between the mattresses. The bed bridge connecting two mattresses prevents the formation of a dip or elevation in the middle of the mattress, providing a smoother mattress surface. In this way, individuals sleeping on a shared mattress can have a larger sleeping area. The bed bridge provides an aesthetic appearance as it creates a larger mattress by combining the mattresses.

It helps protect the mattress from perspiration, spills, stains or other potential damages. It is also used to keep the surface of the mattress hygienic and prolong its life. [0014] To achieve all the objects mentioned above and that will emerge from the following detailed description, the present invention is a bed bridge for connecting at least a first mattress and at least a second mattress. Accordingly, its novelty is that it comprises at least one mattress cover sized to completely cover the upper surfaces of said first mattress and said second mattress, it comprises at least one padding detachably connected to said mattress cover for ensuring that the mattress cover remains straight along the connection area after the mattresses are connected and extending into the gap between the two mattresses, it comprises at least one fastener for fastening said mattress cover to the mattress, and said mattress cover is a protective fabric. Thus, a bed bridge with a mattress cover capable of covering the entire mattress is obtained, ensuring the resistance of the mattress to dust, dirt and moisture, and extending the life of the mattress and connecting at least two mattresses.

Accordingly, said bed bridge (10) is used to connect at least a first mattress (20) and at least a second mattress (30). The bed bridge (10) fills the gap between the mattresses or connects the mattresses to form a single, wide mattress. The bed bridge (10) is generally used in houses, hotels or any accommodation. Said bed bridge (10) aims to adapt to the needs of users by facilitating the placement of mattresses side by side. The bed bridge (10) is generally portable, lightweight, and adaptable to a variety of mattress sizes.

CLAIMS1 . A bed bridge (10) for connecting at least a first mattress (20) and at least a second mattress (30), characterized in that it comprises at least one mattress cover (50) sized to completely cover the upper surfaces (40) of said first mattress (20) and said second mattress (30), it comprises at least one padding (60) detachably connected to said mattress cover (50) for ensuring that the mattress cover (50) remains straight along the connection area after the mattresses are connected and extending into the gap between the two mattresses, it comprises at least one fastener (70) for fastening said mattress cover (50) to the mattress, and said mattress cover (50) is a protective fabric.

2. A bed bridge (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the mattress cover(50) is essentially a mattress protector.

3. A bed bridge (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one underlayer (51 ) preventing slipping by being positioned between at least one mattress cover (50) and at least one mattress.

4. A bed bridge (10) according to claim 3, characterized in that said underlayer(51 ) is manufactured from polyurethane material.

5. A bed bridge (10) according to claim 3, characterized in that said underlayer (51 ) is manufactured from thermoplastic polyurethane material.

6. A bed bridge (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that said padding (60) is essentially viscoelastic sponge and / or memory sponge and / or polyurethane sponge.
