Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] FIREPROOF COATING APPLICABLE IN REINFORCED AND CONSTRUCTION
[0003] REFORMED
[0004] TECHNICAL SECTOR
[0005] The invention falls within the construction and building materials sector, specifically in the field of passive fire protection systems.
[0006] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0007] Various solutions are known in the state of the art that provide fire-resistant coatings or surfaces:
[0008] Document FR2537187 discloses a panel composed of a top layer of plaster, a middle layer of plaster with 5-7% vermiculite and a bottom layer of plaster.
[0009] This panel seeks to improve fire resistance while reducing its thickness and weight.
[0010] Another known solution is described in document ES2141002A1, from the same holder as this patent. It details a coating consisting of an upper layer of plaster, an intermediate layer of fireproof globular material, and a lower layer of plaster.
[0011] For its part, GB1480897A describes a material with a flame-resistant core sandwiched between two layers, like a panel. This core is composed of finely divided carbon and calcium sulfate in one of its forms, such as gypsum.
[0012] EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
[0013] The main objective of this invention is to prevent the spread of fire in buildings such as hospitals, residences, homes, and warehouses. The invention is applicable to all types of construction.
[0014] The product is composed of various materials with varying fire resistance, as well as additional features such as sound insulation. In the event of a fire, this product will not only act as a firebreak but will also be able to resist the abrasion of the fire, thus achieving maximum protection.
[0015] The object of this patent is a fireproof coating for building construction elements, the structure of which is composed of a basic layer of plaster, over which another layer of globular fireproof material is spread before setting, of variable nature, granulometry and thickness, and with empirical dosage of its components to obtain products with different fire resistance values, covering this layer with another surface layer of plaster, capable of receiving permanent decorative treatment on its visible face.
[0016] For the construction or manufacture of the present invention, several methods can be used: by cladding, partitioning and formwork.
[0017] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0018] Figure 1 shows a cross-section of the coating, obtained by means of a plane perpendicular to its upper face or to the wall on which it is applied. In the block of the system in FIG. 1, on face A, 1 would be the outer face of the fireproof plaster, 2 being the iron mesh, 3 forming the junction between 1, 2, 3, 9, 7, 10 and 8, 4, 5, 6. On face B, 4 being the junction between 9 and 7, 10 and 8, 5, 6, thus forming a compact block in a single piece.
[0019] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0020] The object of this patent is a fireproof coating for building construction elements, the structure of which is composed of a basic layer of plaster, on which another layer of globular fireproof material is spread before setting, of variable nature, granulometry and thickness, and with empirical dosage of its components to obtain products with different fire resistance values, covering this layer with another surface layer of plaster, capable of receiving permanent decorative treatment on its visible face.
[0021] Figure 1 shows the preferred embodiment of the product, indicating its A side and its B side, which are composed of the same components.
[0022] - outer layer of the block part A of plaster setting and fireproof component of variable composition N 1.
[0023] - mesh located on side A made of fire-resistant steel / iron with variable thickness and measurements No. 2.
[0024] - inner layer of block part A of plaster setting and fire-resistant components of variable composition No. 3.
[0025] - inner layer of block part B of plaster setting and fire-resistant components of variable composition No. 4.
[0026] - mesh located in part B made of fire-resistant steel / iron with variable thickness and measurements No. 5.
[0027] - outer layer of block part B of gypsum setting and fireproof component of variable composition No. 6. - No. 7 Mixture of gypsum and variable fireproof, thermal and acoustic components susceptible in order to achieve the compact union of No. 7 and 8 with 3 and 4.
[0028] - No. 8 Globular fireproof material of granulometric nature and variable thickness and with empirical dosage of its components to obtain products with different values and fire resistance.
[0029] - Mixture of plaster and fireproof, thermal and acoustic components (9) susceptible variables in order to achieve the compact union of n°9 and with 3 and 4 thus forming a compact block.
[0030] - Globular fireproof material (10) of granulometric nature and variable thickness and with empirical dosage of its components to obtain products with different values and resistance to fire.
[0031] For the construction or manufacture of the present invention, several methods can be used: by cladding, partitioning and formwork.
