Description

[0001] Beverage dispensing device and associated faucet

[0002] Field of the art

[0003] The present disclosure refers to the field of dispensing devices from capsules, and in particular concerns a dispensing device for beverages, for example extracted from capsules, in particular destined to be coupled to a faucet, in particular to a domestic faucet.

[0004] Coffee is a beverage widespread since a very long time, and most likely dating back to the Middle Ages. Currently coffee, intended as beverage, is produced using kettles such as a Moka pot, which use ground coffee beans.

[0005] Furthermore, coffee is produced using coffee machines, once almost exclusively for professional applications and, in recent times, also widespread for domestic applications.

[0006] These coffee machines comprise a body which is provided with a kettle (typically electrically powered) and a support of connection to a removable group. The removable group, which is provided with an operating arm and a collection cup, is filled with ground coffee beans. Water and / or steam are supplied into the collection cup by the kettle through an adjustable valve. The removable group dispenses coffee into the coffee cup, placed underneath it.

[0007] An example of such a coffee machine is described in WO2011 / 079874 A1 ; in this document it is described that the removable group engages the connection support by means of a bayonet-type connection.

[0008] Recently, coffee machines have also become popular, mainly for domestic use, which are supplied with capsules; capsules contain ground coffee beans, and are pierced in various ways so that it is possible to introduce hot water, and to extract the liquid coffee.

[0009] Capsules, originally realized for coffee, are often used to distribute other types of beverages such as tea or herbal teas.

[0010] The Applicant has observed that the production of coffee intended as a beverage is always associated to the use of a specific device conceived for the aforementioned purpose.

[0011] Furthermore, coffee machines for domestic use have a mediocre design, which does not fit well in current kitchen environments which are characterized by a design with essential lines.

[0012] Furthermore, coffee machines for domestic use are often difficult to clean and in the long run they dispense drinks of modest quality.

[0013] EP4011250A1 (Hamat Sanitary Fittings and Castings Ltd) discloses a device for preparing beverages connected to a faucet. The device comprises a dispensing head with a laterally extractable drawer ("retractable holder”), and comprising a seat for a capsule for the distribution of beverages. EP3835497A1 (Paini S.p.A. Rubinetterie) discloses a faucet with a beverage dispensing unit that comprises a dispensing unit to which a cup-shaped container is removably connectable. The cup-shaped container is provided with a seat for housing a capsule provided with a beverage dispensing portion.

[0014] US2015004288A1 (AS IP Holdco, LLC) discloses a system and method for dispensing beverages, wherein a beverage dispensing device is fixed to the body of a faucet. This device comprises a portion hinged to a fixed portion, within which is housed a beverage dispensing capsule.

[0015] Summary

[0016] An object of the present disclosure is to describe a dispensing device for beverages, for example, destined to dispense coffee, tea or herbal teas, which allows to avoid the use of a device specifically produced for this purpose.

[0197] Detailed description

[0198] The reference number 100 indicates as a whole a faucet 100 for water dispensing. The faucet 100 is configured to be installed on a supporting surface 200 preferably of substantially planar type.

[0199] The installation of the faucet 100 on the supporting surface 200 is of the fixed type, or alternatively allows a relative mobility between the faucet 100 and the supporting surface 200.

[0200] In a non-limiting embodiment, the supporting surface 200 is a surface of a kitchen top. In this case, the faucet 100 becomes a kitchen faucet.

[0201] The faucet 100 comprises a body 103 having a substantially vertical development, orthogonal with respect to the supporting surface 200. The body 103 is preferably but non-limiting thereto realized in metallic material.

[0202] The body 103 is connected to a dispensing tube 101 , which is movable with respect to the body 103 and preferably is at least rotatable with respect to the body 103.

[0203] The dispensing tube 101 ends with a dispensing mouth 102 which can comprise, for example and non-limiting thereto, a water aerator.

[0204] The dispensing tube 101 can comprise a shower flexible and / or removable from the body 103.

[0205] On the body 103 is installed at least one valve 104 which allows to adjust at least one between a temperature of the water dispensed from the dispensing mouth 102 through the dispensing tube 101 and a flow (l / min) of said water. In a non-limiting embodiment, the valve 104 allows to carry out the two adjustments by means of a first rotational movement and a second rotational movement, on two different and preferably orthogonal axes or planes.

[0206] In the embodiment of figure 1 the valve 104 protrudes substantially laterally from the body 103, and in particular develops at least partially along a direction substantially orthogonal with respect to a main development direction of the body 103 or of the assembly formed by the dispensing tube 101 and by the body 103.

[0207] The valve 104 receives water from at least one conduit 107 that protrudes below the supporting surface 200 and that is at least partially arranged into the body 103. it can be deduced that the body 103 is at least partially hollow.

[0208] Figure 1 shows a particular embodiment of the faucet 100 wherein this faucet is configured to dispense conditioned water, for example not only more or less hot water, but also boiling water, or iced water or sparkling water.

[0209] For this purpose the faucet 100 can comprise a user interface 105 preferably of electronic type and comprising at least one between a display and a selector, preferably a rotating selector arranged around the display itself.

[0210] The selector and / or the display allow the selection of water conditioning.

[0211] The faucet 100 comprises a dispensing device 108 which is described in detail below.

[0212] The device identified by the reference number 108 is a dispensing device for beverages extracted from beverage containers, in particular consumable and / or refillable containers.

[0213] The dispensing device 108 is configured to, and specifically destined to, be coupled to the faucet 100, and therefore differs with respect to dispensing devices such as coffee machines or similar, which instead are devices so- called "stand-alone”.

[0214] Although destined to be integrated on the faucet 100, the dispensing device 108 is able to be used also separately with respect to the traditional typical functionalities of the faucet 100, in particular relative to the dispensing of hot, cold or conditioned water.

[0215] For this reason, the faucet 100 that integrates the dispensing device 108 is also usable as a coffee machine.

[0216] In the embodiment shown in the attached figures, the valve 104 and the supporting body 108b are positioned at a substantially identical height and are positioned on two opposed sides of the body 103 of the faucet 100.

[0217] The user interface 105 can be configured to determine the activation of a dispensing pump, preferably placed below the supporting surface 200, which allows the dispensing of the beverage through the dispensing device 108 herein described.

[0218] In particular, the user interface 105 can be configured to allow to select a predetermined dispensing time or a predetermined dispensing volume. This is particularly convenient where beverages are dispensed that are typically consumed from a container 400 of standard size. The predetermined dispensing volume can be viewed on the user interface 105 and / or selected with a volumetric criterion (for example, being expressed in ml) or with pictograms (for example, a coffee cup, two coffee cups, a teacup).

[0219] Thanks to this technical characteristic, the user can position the appropriate container (for example, an espresso coffee cup), introduce the beverage distributing container 190 in the dispensing device 108 as described below and start dispensing the beverage without worrying about stopping the flow thereof, which is stopped automatically by means of the stopping of the pump determined on the basis of the selected volumetry.

[0220] Furthermore, or alternatively, the user interface 105 can be configured to allow to select a water dispensing temperature as a function of the type of beverage dispensed. In this specific case, the user interface 105 can have one or more pictograms identifying a particular beverage, to which a predetermined dispensing temperature is operatively associated.

[0221] Although an embodiment of the faucet 100 herein described allows to select the temperature directly through the user interface 105 (for example by setting the temperature to 90°C, or to 92°C, or to 95°C), a preferred embodiment allows to adjust the temperature as a result of the type of selected beverage.

[0222] It is in fact known that an optimal coffee dispensing provides the infusion of granulated coffee in water the temperature thereof is within the range [92-96] °C; it is also known that the best appreciation of the flavor of a green tea requires infusion in water the temperature thereof is within the range [70-80]°C.

[0223] Therefore, when the user inserts into the dispensing device 108 herein described a green tea capsule, he will select through the user interface 105 a pictogram corresponding to green tea, and consequently the faucet 100 object of the present disclosure will select the most appropriate water dispensing temperature in the dispensing device 108, for example 75°C. If instead the user introduces into the dispensing device 108 a coffee capsule, he will select through the user interface 105 a pictogram corresponding to a coffee cup, and consequently the faucet 100, object of the present disclosure, will select a water temperature, for example, equal to 94°C.

[0224] Therefore, the user does not necessarily need to know the exact temperature of the water in order to fully enjoy the beverage deliverable through the dispensing device 108 herein described.

[0225] In the embodiment shown in the attached figures, the dispensing portion 109 assumes the form of a single outlet spout; otherwise, in a further embodiment, the dispensing portion 109 can assumes the form of a two-outlet spout.

[0226] In this regard, it is noted that the dispensing device 108, object of the present disclosure, can be provided with a plurality of dispensing bodies 108a that are alternatively connectable to the supporting body 108b.

[0227] For the purposes of the present disclosure, therefore, the dispensing device 108 object of the present disclosure can comprise a distributing body 108a and an auxiliary distributing body 108a, alternatively connectable to the supporting body 108b instead of the distributing body 108a.

[0228] This option is preferable where it is possible to select different volumes with the user interface 105, for example for the coffee dispensing sufficient for one or alternatively for two coffee cups. It is clear that the present disclosure describes a particular embodiment wherein a dispensing portion 109 of the distributing body 108a and a dispensing portion 109 of the auxiliary distributing body 108a differ by shape and / or structure. Preferably, the dispensing portion 109 of the auxiliary distributing body 108a comprises a first outlet and a second outlet that allow to dispense the beverage simultaneously in two different containers.

[0229] Figure 1 shows schematically some components of the dispensing device 108 which will be described in detail below.

[0230] A first component of the dispensing device 108 is the supporting body 108b, which is configured to be coupled, in particular directly coupled, and more in particular fixed, to the body 103 of the faucet 100.

[0231] A second component of the dispensing device 108 is the distributing body 108a, which is configured to be removably connected to said supporting body 108b.

[0232] In order to preserve the possibility of supplying water through the dispensing tube 101 and the dispensing mouth 102, at least one between the supporting body 108b and the distributing body 108a is configured to allow a water dispensing from the dispensing mouth 102 of the faucet 100, specifically leaving unaltered the functionality of water dispensing, typical of commonly used faucets; therefore, the dispensing portion 109 and the dispensing mouth 102 constitute two separate liquid dispensers, moreover arranged in positions which are different one with respect to each other.

[0233] The water can be dispensed in at least partial temporal simultaneity with the dispensing of the beverage.

[0234] The distributing body 108a comprises a dispensing portion 109 configured to allow a distribution of a beverage in a container 400.

[0235] The ideal axis of beverage dispensing in container 400 is identified by the letter K.

[0236] Figure 1 shows furthermore the presence of a dispensing plate 108c which is positioned on the supporting surface 200 and which is for example realized in plastic and / or metallic material.

[0237] The dispensing plate 108c is arranged below the dispensing portion, for example in axis with the ideal axis of dispensing K.

[0238] The purpose of the dispensing plate 108c is to collect part of the beverage that during the dispensing could exit from the container 400.

[0239] The container 400 is a container specifically destined to allow the user to drink the beverage directly from the container itself. For example, and non-limiting thereto, the container 400 is a coffee cup.

[0240] Preferably, but non-limiting thereto, the faucet 100 object of the present disclosure is configured to keep the supporting body 108b at a predetermined height with respect to the support 200. Figure 1 shows an example of a faucet marked by this characteristic.

[0241] Further examples of faucet 100, which however are not shown in the attached figures, are configured to allow an adjustment of a height assumed by the supporting body 108b with respect to the support 200. In particular, the supporting body 108b can translate vertically on the body 103 of the faucet 100 between a first and lower height and a second higher height. The first, lower height can place, for example, the supporting body 108b and, when coupled, the distributing body 108a, at a height substantially close to a coffee cup arranged on the support 200. The above- mentioned height adjustment is reflected in an adjustment of the height assumed by the dispensing portion 109.

[0242] The supporting body 108b develops along a substantially oblique direction with respect to the development direction (substantially vertical) of the body 103 of the faucet and / or with respect to the development direction overall identified by the assembly formed by the body 103 and by the dispensing tube 101.

[0243] The distributing body 108a is removably connectable to said supporting body 108b along the substantially oblique direction and / or along the direction axial to the development axis of the supporting body 108b.

[0244] The embodiment shown in the attached figures shows a solution wherein the distributing body 108a is removably connectable to the supporting body 108b along a direction substantially axial to the axis of a water flow that passes through the container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0245] Before going into the detailed description of the various components of the dispensing device 108, some embodiments of containers for beverages dispensing will be hereinafter described.

[0246] Refer to figures 2 to 5.

[0247] A first example of container for beverages dispensing 190 is described in figure 2. This container for beverages dispensing 190 assumes a substantially truncated cone capsule form and is preferably of "disposable” type. In use the container for beverages dispensing 190 is appropriately thrown in the trash.

[0248] The capsule has a lateral wall, a head wall 191 and a bottom wall, opposed to the head wall and that realizes a dispensing portion 193. The dispensing portion 193 is the one from which, in use, the beverage exits by effect of the introduction of the water in the inner volume of the capsule.

[0249] The inner volume of the capsule is defined by the head wall, the lateral wall and the bottom wall.

[0250] As is visible in figure 2, the head wall 191 , of substantially discoidal and planar form, is joined in correspondence of an upper annular edge of the lateral wall. The bottom wall, of substantially discoidal and planar form too, is joined in correspondence of a lower annular edge of the lateral wall.

[0251] The capsule comprises a ring 192, which realizes an engaging portion for the capsule in mechanisms that determine its retention in a predetermined position. Preferably the ring is substantially rigid. The engaging portion is a peripheral portion. In case of the embodiment of figure 2, the engaging portion is arranged in correspondence of an end of the capsule. However, the engaging portion could also be placed in correspondence of an intermediate portion of the lateral wall of the capsule (referred to the average infusion direction between the head wall 191 and the dispensing portion 193).

[0252] All the walls of the capsule are substantially airtight, and this allows to preserve the granulate contained herein for a long time. The body of the container for beverages dispensing 190 is in this case realized in plastic material and in particular can be realized in plastic material specifically destined to provide a barrier to oxygen, in order to preserve the aroma of the granulated or shredded product contained therein for as long as possible.

[0253] However, at least one between the upper wall and the lower wall are configured to be pierced by piercers which determine the possibility for the water to wet the granulate contained in the inner volume of the capsule in order to extract aromas and determine the possibility of extracting the beverage preferably from a direction substantially opposed with respect to that of introduction of the water.

[0254] Figure 3 shows a container for beverages dispensing 190 of substantially discoidal form, formed by the juxtaposition of an upper portion that realizes the head wall 191 and of a lower portion that realizes the dispensing portion 193. The upper portion and the dispensing portion are substantially identical and of substantially specular form and each one has a peripheral annular portion preferably of circular shape.

[0255] The upper portion and the dispensing portion are between joined together for example by means of ultrasonic welding, in correspondence of the peripheral annular portion.

[0256] Camberings present on the central area of the upper portion and on the dispensing portion define the inner volume of the capsule.

[0257] As clearly visible in figure 3, this capsule is reversible - i.e. it can be turned upside down by 180° - transforming the dispensing portion in head wall and vice versa.

[0258] The upper portion and the lower portion can be substantially insulating (for example, realized in a plastic / aluminum assembly) or comprise a porous material (for example, cellulose) to allow the passage of the beverage.

[0259] Also in this case the upper portion and / or the lower portion can be pierced through at least one piercer to allow the extraction of the beverage.

[0260] Also the container for beverages dispensing 190 of figure 3 is preferably of "disposable” type.

[0261] Figure 4 shows a further variant of a container for beverages dispensing 190, with a substantially rigid bowlshaped body. Upperly, the lateral wall - which defines a preferably substantially circular transversal section - has a closing lip that defines a head wall 191, and has a ring 192 that realizes an engaging portion of the capsule.

[0262] Below, the bowl is tapered and has a dispensing portion 193 in the form of a small conduit or spout, substantially rigid too. The dispensing portion 193 can be provided with a sealing lip, arranged in a distal position and accessible from the outside of the capsule or in a position inside the bowl.

[0263] The sealing lip can be fractured by the action of a piercer or by the action of the pressure exerted by the water that is introduced into use from the capsule in correspondence of the head wall 191 .

[0264] The capsule of figure 4 is preferably of "disposable” type.

[0265] Finally, a further variant of container for beverages dispensing 190 is shown in figure 5. This is of a container for beverages dispensing 190 of reusable type. In this case the container for beverages dispensing 190 has a first body 190a and a second body 190b, for example, of substantially bowl-shaped form, removably assemblable in correspondence of their contact portions which

[0266] - when the container is in assembled configuration - determine the realization of a ring 192 that realizes an engaging portion of the capsule.

[0267] On the first body 190a is defined a dispensing portion 193 and on the second body 190b is defined a head portion 191.

[0268] The granulate or shredded material is introduced into at least one between the first body 190a and the second body 190b. At this point, the two bodies can be coupled to realize the capsule herein described, ready to be introduced into the dispensing device 108 object of the present disclosure.

[0269] The container for beverages dispensing 190 must not be considered necessarily closed or closable or provided with couplable portions so as to define a substantially closed chamber, as shown in the embodiments 2 to 5. The container for beverages dispensing 190 can be of a substantially open type and provided, for example, with a cup or funnel conformation. In a tapered portion, this cup or funnel defines the dispensing portion 193, which can have a plurality of small holes destined to allow the passage of the water that has been enriched by the aroma of the granulate, but which substantially prevents the passage of the granulate itself.

[0270] A non-limiting embodiment of the container for beverages dispensing 190 can be specifically destined to be filled with a granular product through a teaspoon, and can assume the shape of a funnel or filter for Moka.

[0271] Generally, at least one between said supporting body 108b and said distributing body 108a is configured to retain and / or contain at least part of a container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0272] As will be better clarified in the following description, a preferred embodiment comprises a supporting body 108b configured to contain substantially the whole container for beverages dispensing 190, whereas the distributing body 108a retains said container for beverages dispensing 190 in a removable way, but the container for beverages dispensing 190 is not substantially introduced in the distributing body 108a. Figure 10 clearly shows this characteristic. It shows the assembly formed by the distributing body 108a and related associated capsule, appropriately retained; the assembly is ready to be coupled to the supporting body 108b; it is clear that the capsule is arranged cantilevered with respect to the distributing body 108a.

[0273] Due to the fact that the supporting body 108b and the distributing body 108a are removably connectable, it is clear that the dispensing device 108 herein described has:

[0274] - an assembled operating configuration, wherein said supporting body 108b and said distributing body 108a are coupled to allow a dispensing of said beverage by making said water flow from said water supplying inlet 122 into said container for beverages dispensing 190e toward said dispensing portion, and

[0275] - a disassembled operating configuration, wherein said supporting body 108b and said distributing body 108a are uncoupled and allow an access to said container for beverages dispensing 190. Clearly, the assembled operating configuration and the disassembled operating configuration are alternative. In the disassembled operating configuration, the container for beverages dispensing 190 is freely couplable to or decouplable from at least one between the supporting body 108b and the distributing body 108a.

[0276] The dispensing device 108 herein described is specifically designed in such a way as to allow the dispensing of the water through the dispensing mouth 102 both when in assembled operating configuration and when in disassembled operating configuration.

[0277] Then, in particular when the dispensing device 108 is in assembled operating configuration, the faucet 100 has two outlets for liquids: the first is the dispensing mouth 102 from which the water exits adjusted in temperature and / or flow from the valve 104, and the second is the dispensing portion 109, which is destined - in particular exclusively destined - to allow the exiting of the beverage.

[0278] The name "supporting body” is given by the fact that - as clearly visible for example in figure 6, and / or in the exploded view of figure 7 - this body supports and in particular sustains the distributing body 108a when here connected.

[0279] The name "distributing body” is given by the fact that this body is mainly responsible for finalizing the dispensing of the beverage 500 in the container 400.

[0280] As schematically shown in figure 6, when the supporting body 108b and the distributing body 108a are in assembled operating configuration, the container for beverages dispensing 190 results interposed, in particular compressed and / or blocked, between the supporting body 108b and the distributing body 108a.

[0281] In light of this, it seems clear that the supporting body 108b and the distributing body 108a, when coupled in the assembled operating configuration, define as a whole a housing volume configured to contain, preferably completely, the container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0282] The housing volume can be entirely defined in the supporting body 108b, or entirely defined in the distributing body 108a, or partially defined in the supporting body 108b and in the distributing body 108a.

[0283] As will be better clarified later, the housing volume is defined at least partially by a cavity 120c which is configured to contain at least part of the container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0284] As clearly shown in the exploded view of figure 7 and of figure 8, the embodiment of the supporting body 108b shown in the attached figures comprises:

[0285] - a casing 121 , which constitutes the outermost portion of the supporting body 108b, and which is the portion that in use can be touched by the user;

[0286] - an intermediate body 120, contained within the casing, which houses a connector for the water supplying inlet 122;

[0287] - a tank 112, contained in the intermediate body 120, whose bottom portion is connected with the water supplying inlet 122. In the embodiment shown in the attached figures, these casing 121 , intermediate body 120 and tank 112 assume a substantially cylindrical form, but this form should not be considered limiting.

[0288] The water supplying inlet 122 that is present on the supporting body 108b is configured to receive water from the faucet 100, in particular from the conduit 107.

[0289] The tank 112 detects the cavity 120c that houses at least part of the capsule. The water supplying inlet 122 opens on the cavity 120c, in particular on a bottom portion thereof.

[0290] In use the water flows from the water supplying inlet 122 into the supporting body 108b, and in particular flows within the cavity 120c thereof. The water, therefore, flows substantially entirely into the container for beverages dispensing 190, and from the latter flows into the distributing body 108a to then be finally dispensed into the container 400.

[0291] Inside the container for beverages dispensing 190 there is a granulate that comprises for example ground coffee beans or parts of plant leaves such as tea. This granulate offers a resistance to the free flow of the water, and therefore a counter-pressure toward the water supplying inlet 122.

[0292] The water flow permeates the granulate and some aromatic substances are extracted from the granulate itself, also thanks to the fact that this water flow is preferably hot.

[0293] As a result, a flavored liquid, the beverage, comes out of the container for beverages dispensing 190 and is dispensed through the dispensing portion 109 in the container 400. Figure 6 shows a container 400 in the form of a coffee cup. The container for beverages dispensing 190 can be generally configured to also contain a shredding of an organic product.

[0294] Consequently, the faucet 100 herein described is preferably configured to dispense the beverage into a container 400 destined to allow a direct intake of the beverage by the user.

[0295] The selection of the hot water dispensing toward the dispensing device 108 described herein can conveniently be carried out through the user interface 105; an appropriate action by the user on the user interface 105 can for example determine an automatically time-limited opening of a solenoid valve determining the introduction of hot water into the water supplying inlet 122.

[0296] The hot water dispensing toward the dispensing device 108 can also take place by means of a remote command.

[0297] This remote command can be a remote control, preferably of wireless type (device dedicated or portable electronic device, comprising an appropriate software application).

[0298] The hot water dispensing toward the dispensing device 108 can also be carried out by means of a virtual assistant. The virtual assistant is in particular able to receive a voice command from the user. In this case it will be conveniently present a data processing unit that allows the control of the virtual assistant and that is operatively connected with the pump and / or valve that allows the hot water dispensing in the water supplying inlet 122. For the purposes of the present disclosure, the data processing unit can be considered part of the device herein described, or be alternatively part of the faucet 100.

[0299] A valve and / or control pump is provided with the purpose of controlling the water dispensing on the water supplying inlet 122; the valve and / or control pump can in some cases be the valve 104 of the faucet.

[0300] It is in particular known that the quality espresso coffee dispensing takes place by means of an extraction determined by a pressurization of the container for beverages dispensing 190. Then, the dispensing device 108 is destined to withstand - as a whole - a predetermined hydraulic pressure, for example equal to 2 or 4 or 6 bar.

[0301] In particular, in the preferred embodiment the supporting body 108b must be able to withstand the aboveindicated pressure due to the fact that it contains the container for beverages dispensing 190. The distributing body 108a must in any case withstand the above-indicated pressure due to the fact that, as will be better clarified in the following portion of the description, is axially pushed in expulsion by the coupling on the supporting body 108b (in particular by the cavity 120c) due to said pressure that is discharged first of all on the head wall 191 .

[0302] In light of the preceding description, it is clear that the present disclosure shows a technical solution wherein the supporting body 108b and the distributing body 108a, when in said assembled operating configuration, define a liquid-tight coupling.

[0303] More in particular this coupling is destined to allow the transit of said water from said supplying inlet 122 to said dispensing portion 109 exclusively through the container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0304] In a particular embodiment, at least one between the supporting body 108b and the distributing body 108a is configured to retain and / or contain at least part of the container for beverages dispensing 190 independently of its own orientation in space.

[0305] The attached figures show a particular embodiment wherein the distributing body 108a retains, independently of its orientation in space, the container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0306] As it appears clear from the exploded perspective view of figure 7, the distributing body 108a comprises a retainer 118, 119 for the container for beverages dispensing 190. This retainer 118, 119 comprises a ring-shaped body and in correspondence of two radially opposed portions thereof depart two flaps 118 provided with two flexible blades that retain the container for beverages dispensing 190 in correspondence of an engaging portion thereof 192.

[0307] Preferably, the retainer 118, 119 is configured to retain the container for beverages dispensing 190 in such a way as to make it integral in rotation with the distributing body 108 at the coupling on the supporting body 108b. Thanks to this technical characteristic, the introduction of the container for beverages dispensing 190 into the cavity is optimized. This also determines a better pressure tightness in correspondence of the junction between the engaging portion 192 and the parts that define the housing volume (cavity 120c, and striking surface 116).

[0308] The retainer 118, 119 protrudes forward in correspondence of a front portion of the distributing body 108a which in use is the portion that first meets the supporting body 108b at the coupling of the distributing body 108a with the latter. When the distributing body 108a is coupled to the supporting body 108b, the retainer 118, 119 is introduced into the supporting body 108b itself, but lies preferably outside the previously mentioned housing volume.

[0309] The exploded view of figure 7 in particular shows a technical solution wherein two blades that protrude from the flaps 118 toward a radially central portion of the body ad ring, retain the capsule in correspondence of its engaging ring.

[0310] Clearly, although not shown, the Applicant has conceived a dual embodiment, wherein the supporting body 108b comprises the above-mentioned retainer 118, 119.

[0311] Having a distributing body 108a provided with a retainer able to retain the container for beverages dispensing 190 independently of its orientation in space is advantageous: in use, the user who wants to take the beverage firstly engages the container for beverages dispensing 190 on the retainer 118, 119 and therefore constrains it to the distributing body 108a, and only afterwards couples the assembly thus formed to the supporting body 108b.

[0312] The latter can be freely moved without particular care for its spatial orientation and without the risk of inadvertently losing the container 190 - distributing body 108a coupling.

[0313] The dispensing portion 109 can comprise a dispensing conduit that is configured to dispense the beverage from the container for beverages dispensing 190 to the container 400. In a further embodiment, in particular when the container for beverages dispensing 190 is in form of capsule provided with its own dispensing nozzle or conduit, the dispensing portion 109 can simply comprise a hole that surrounds the dispensing nozzle or conduit of the capsule; in this case the dispensing portion 109 does not fulfill the technical function of a conduit.

[0314] The distributing body 108a comprises a striking surface 116 for said container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0315] In a non-limiting embodiment, the striking surface 116 assumes a substantially planar disc form that interfaces with a front end portion of the capsule, and in particular - in the embodiment shown in the attached figures - with the dispensing portion 193 of the capsule. The attached figures show a non-limiting embodiment wherein the striking surface is in form of a circular blade and with a planar surface.

[0316] The striking surface 116 is arranged in correspondence of the retainer 118, 119 and is positioned in backward position with respect to the retaining flaps 119.

[0317] As is visible for example from figure 6 and from figure 7, the striking surface 116 - when the distributing body 108a and the supporting body 108b are in the coupled operating configuration - acts as element that prevents the exiting of the container for beverages dispensing 190 from the housing volume.

[0318] The striking surface 116 can conveniently comprise a plurality of holes, preferably spatially equally distributed. In this case the striking surface 116 acts as filter for the beverage. The holes are connected - directly or indirectly - with the dispensing conduit.

[0319] In the embodiment of the attached figures the striking surface 116 is coplanar to the dispensing portion 193 of the container for beverages dispensing 190. In particular, as clearly visible in figure 7 or in figure 8, at least when the supporting body and the distributing body are in the assembled operating configuration, the striking surface 116 is coplanar to the dispensing portion 193 of the container for beverages dispensing 190 and is facing and directly in contact with the dispensing portion 193.

[0320] It is then clear that in the preferred embodiment, the striking surface 116, in particular when the distributing body 108a and the supporting body 108b are properly arranged in the assembled operating configuration, contacts in an almost integral way the engaging portion 192 of the container for beverages dispensing 190 and is preferably entirely in contact with the dispensing portion of the latter.

[0321] In any case it is preferable that the striking surface traces the form of the dispensing portion 193 of the container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0322] The striking surface 116 comprises a first face that in use results in contact with the container for beverages dispensing 190 and comprises a second face opposed to the first face.

[0323] A sealing ring 117c is put in contact with said second face and in particular with a peripheral portion of said second face.

[0324] When the distributing body 108a and the supporting body 108b are in said assembled operating configuration, the sealing ring 117c is squeezed between the second face and an intermediate body 117b which has a contact edge with said substantially circular sealing ring.

[0325] The intermediate body 117b comprises a hole 117 that allows the evacuation of said beverage in the dispensing portion 109. As is well visible in figure 7 and, furthermore, in figure 9, the hole 117 is arranged in correspondence of a lower portion of the distributing body 108a or anyway in a portion that upon reaching an appropriate assembled operating configuration, as a result of the relative rotation existing between the distributing body 108a and the supporting body 108b, results to be positioned in a lower portion of the distributing body 108a.

[0326] This technical characteristic advantageously allows to convey the maximum possible quantity of beverage in the container 400; otherwise, where the hole 117 was positioned not in a lower portion of the distributing body 108a, part of the beverage would collect in the lower portion itself due to gravity and this would cause a stagnation of part of the beverage which promotes an unwanted dripping upon disconnection of the distributing body 108a from the supporting body 108b.

[0327] The hole 117 develops substantially along the axis X. However, as shown in the attached figures, the dispensing portion 109 is oriented substantially along a direction orthogonal to the axis X.

[0328] The intermediate body 117b is inserted in a casing 109b in turn contained in an outer casing that comprises the gripping knurling 108f and that constitutes the surface that in use the user contacts during the handling in translation and / or rotation between the assembled operating configuration and the disassembled operating configuration.

[0329] The casing 109b realizes a flow diverting body that comprises: - an inlet portion, that receives the beverage directly from the hole 117 and that is in contact with the intermediate body 117b, and

[0330] - an outlet portion, that comprises the dispensing portion 109.

[0331] Clearly, the inlet portion in use receives the beverage from the container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0332] The inlet portion and the outlet portion are in this case oriented along two different directions, and in particular their structural conformation is such as to determine a deviation of flow assumed by said beverage by an angle substantially between 60° and 120°, preferably between 70° and 110° and more preferably equal to 90°.

[0333] This particular technical characteristic is important because the body of the dispensing device 108 protrudes substantially horizontally and the traditional dispensing of a beverage, by gravity, is convenient that it takes place along a substantially vertical direction.

[0334] The angles described above allow to dispense the beverage with a starting flow that, with respect to a vertical direction, assumes a maximum angle by 30° or 20° and this allows to carry out a dispensing with a sort of gush, sufficiently inclined to provide a particular aesthetic effect at the moment of dispensing without however causing significant dripping outside the container 400.

[0335] The embodiment shown in the attached figures should not be intended in a limiting way; further conformations of the flow diverting body herein described can be characterized in that the inlet portion and the outlet portion are offset, but are for example oriented on two parallel axes, for example two axes parallel to the axis X.

[0336] As already described, the distributing body 108a is configured to removably retain the container for beverages dispensing 190 cantilevered, therefore outside its shape; however, a contrary solution has been conceived, wherein the distributing body 108a has a cavity substantially detecting an outline tracing an outline of at least part of said container for beverages dispensing 190 and wherein the supporting body 108b is configured to retain removably the container for beverages dispensing 190 cantilevered, therefore outside its shape. The latter solution is not shown in the attached figures.

[0337] In the technical solution shown in the attached figures, the striking surface 116, when said supporting body 108b and said distributing body 108a are in said coupled operating configuration, acts as pushing and / or retaining element of the container for beverages dispensing 190 toward or in correspondence of a bottom portion of said cavity 120c. This ensures an optimal retention of the container for beverages dispensing 190 in a predefined position within the housing volume.

[0338] Different coupling methods between the distributing body 108a and the supporting body 108b have been conceived.

[0339] A first coupling method between the distributing body 108a and the supporting body 108 provides a purely axial insertion of at least part of one of the two within the other. A second coupling method between the distributing body 108a and the supporting body 108b provides a juxtaposition between these two, and the retention in coupled configuration is determined by engaging means that engage in a rigid way the distributing body 108a to the supporting body 108b.

[0340] A further coupling method provides a bayonet coupling. The bayonet coupling is a roto-translatory coupling that comprises:

[0341] - a substantially translatory movement axial along a coupling axis X between said distributing body 108a and said supporting body 108b, and

[0342] - a substantially rotatory movement of said distributing body 108a with respect to said supporting body 108b.

[0343] As clearly obtainable from figure 7 and 8, preferably the substantially rotatory movement is axial to the coupling axis X.

[0344] This technical characteristic allows to have a substantially uniform distribution of a coupling pressure, which reduces the risk of leaks in correspondence of a contact surface defined among the distributing body 108a, the supporting body 108b and the container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0345] The roto-translatory movement could also be a screwing movement, but specifically when in bayonet form, the translatory movement has a first part and a second part, and specifically comprises:

[0346] - a first purely translatory movement axial along said coupling axis X and wherein said distributing body 108a and said supporting body 108b are kept in a predefined position of reciprocal angular rotation on said coupling axis X;

[0347] - a second movement translatory axial along said coupling axis X, simultaneously occurring with said substantially rotatory movement A.

[0348] The effect of the above-mentioned movements is to determine a retention of the container for beverages dispensing 190 in a predefined and fixed position within the housing volume and to make it possible when the water is supplied to the dispensing device 108 herein described, this water - not finding substantially space in eventual interspaces present between the outer surface of the container for beverages dispensing 190 and the surfaces of the housing volume defined by the cavity 120c and by the striking surface 116, is exclusively made to transit through the container for beverages dispensing.

[0349] The peripheral surface of the container for beverages dispensing 190 is therefore in use substantially juxtaposed and in contact with a wall of said housing volume, in particular a wall of said cavity 120c and of said striking surface 116.

[0350] The previously described bayonet coupling, that realizes a particular example of roto-translatory coupling between the distributing body 108a and the supporting body 108b is in particular realized because of the following structural characteristics of the distributing body and of the supporting body.

[0351] As clearly visible for example in figure 7 and in figure 8, the distributing body 108a comprises an engagement recess 111 that develops in correspondence of at least part of its lateral cylindrical surface. The engagement recess 111 develops in particular at least for a part along a direction substantially orthogonal to the axis X.

[0352] The engagement recess 111 reaches up to a front wall or edge of the supporting body 108a, which interfaces with the supporting body 108b and that when there is said assembled operating configuration is contained within the supporting body 108b.

[0353] The supporting body 108b, comprises instead at least one protrusion 121p. The protrusion 121p is configured to engage in the engagement recess 111. More precisely, the protrusion 121 p is arranged in correspondence of the inner surface of the lateral wall of the casing 120.

[0354] Both the engagement recess 111 and the at least one protrusion 121 p are arranged outside the housing volume.

[0355] Although not shown, it is possible to realize a dual coupling like the one previously described, wherein the engagement recess is arranged on the supporting body 108b whereas the at least one protrusion 121 p can be found on the distributing body 108a.

[0356] In use the protrusion 121 p is axially introduced in the engagement recess 111 in correspondence of the portion of the latter that opens on the front part or edge of the supporting body 108a. Subsequently, a rotation of the supporting body 108a around an axis centered on the axis X causes a sliding of the protrusion 121 p in the recess, which is inclined in such a way as to cause - together with said rotation - a further progressive approach to, and / or introduction of the, distributing body 108a a / in the supporting body 108b which determines the contact of the engaging portion 192 of the capsule respectively against the striking surface 1 16 (on one side) and against a front wall of the body which detects the cavity 120c (on the other side).

[0357] The sealing ring 117c is finally comprised along a direction parallel to axis X to determine an appropriate sealing of the housing volume.

[0358] It is noted that a particular embodiment of the dispensing device 108 object of the present disclosure, in the assembled operating configuration, comprises a particular retaining configuration, wherein the distributing body 108a not only is assembled on the supporting body 108b but is retained in a position stable on the latter due to the coupling between the protrusion 121 p and the recess 111. The dispensing of the beverage, in particular, occurs when there is this retaining configuration.

[0359] In said retaining configuration said container for beverages dispensing 190 is blocked and / or compressed between said distributing body 108a and said supporting body 108b, and the housing volume is substantially closed between said water supplying inlet 122 and said dispensing portion 109.

[0360] The embodiment of the attached figures also shows a discharge conveyor 114, 115, which is configured to discharge at least part of the water introduced in the container for beverages dispensing 190 and / or at least part of the beverage not dispensed or remained in substantial proximity of the container for beverages dispensing 190. The Applicant has in fact noted that it can be preferable and convenient that the supporting surface 200 is not stained or in any case affected by dripping deriving from the decoupling of the distributing body 108a from the supporting body 108b.

[0361] Although the embodiment shown in the attached figures shows the discharge conveyor 114, 115 present in combination with the bayonet fitting, it should not be considered that these two characteristics are necessarily present together.

[0362] As well shown in figure 7, in figure 9 and in figure 11, the discharge conveyor 114, 115 preferably comprises at least one tank portion 114, that is positioned in the lower portion (preferably a bottom portion, placed at the lowest possible height) of the supporting body 108b.

[0363] The discharge conveyor 114, 115 is preferably fixed in a rigid way on the body of the supporting body 108b and is in particular arranged inside the casing 120. The concave shape of the tank traces the partially circular or tubular profile of the lower portion of the casing 120.

[0364] The concave shape of the tank promotes the collection of any beverage by gravity in a specific portion of the tank itself, and this reduces the possible presence of stagnant deposits that could generate bad odors over time.

[0365] Although not shown, the Applicant has conceived a further embodiment of the dispensing device 108 object of the present disclosure wherein the discharge conveyor 114, 115 is integral part of the distributing body 108a.

[0366] The discharge conveyor 114, 115 is destined to collect part of the beverage that can be left in a liquid collection portion that by gravity is realized in correspondence of the housing volume of the container for beverages dispensing.

[0367] The discharge conveyor 114, 115 is configured to discharge liquids in a discharge conduit positioned in substantial proximity of the body of the faucet or, more preferably, into the body of the faucet.

[0368] In particular, the discharge conveyor 114, 115 can be configured to discharge liquids in said discharge conduit simply by gravity or through the aid of active aspiration elements (active aspirator), such as for example an electric pump.

[0369] For the purposes of the present disclosure, the electric pump can be part of the dispensing device 108 object of the present disclosure or can be part of the faucet 100 or can be an element not being part of the latter.

[0370] Conveniently the electric pump is positioned under the supporting surface 200, and is connected to the discharge conduit.

[0371] This last alternative allows to have a very "clean” design; the technical function of the discharge conduit of the faucet 100 is not recognizable from outside, in particular when the distributing body 108a and the supporting body 108b are in assembled operating configuration.

[0372] As is well visible in figure 7 or in figure 9, when said supporting body 108b and said distributing body 108a are in said assembled operating configuration, at least one first part of said discharge conveyor 114, 115 is arranged in, or results introduced within, said supporting body 108b and at least one second part 114f of said discharge conveyor 114, 115 is introduced in, or results introduced within, said distributing body 108a.

[0373] In this case there is a partial overlapping between the discharge conveyor 114, 115 and the distributing body 108a which makes it possible that at the moment of the partial disconnection of the latter from the supporting body 108b, any drop that may form due to detachment of the striking surface 116 from the dispensing portion 193, falls on the second part 114f and is then conveyed into the discharge conduit without dripping on the supporting surface 200.

[0374] As is clearly visible at least from the exploded view of figure 7 and of figure 8, the second part 114f is a peripheral portion of the tank 114, in particular being a front portion of the tank 114, oriented toward the distributing body 108a, partially introducing in said distributing body 108a and also shaped in such a way as to trace at least part of the shape

[0375] - in particular the inner shape - of the distributing body 108a.

[0376] The discharge conveyor 114, 115 comprises an outlet orifice 115 connected - in particular directly connected

[0377] - with the discharge conduit of the faucet 100.

[0378] Conveniently the electric pump cooperates with the conformation of the discharge conveyor 114, 115 which collects the liquid in correspondence of the outlet orifice.

[0379] The discharge conveyor 114, 115 is removable from the casing 121 so that it can be easily cleaned by the user. The discharge conduit of the faucet is operatively disconnectable from the outlet orifice.

[0380] Conveniently, the discharge conduit of the faucet can be connected with the discharge conduit of the faucet.

[0381] The outlet orifice 115 and the second part 114 of the discharge conveyor 114, 115 are arranged in substantially opposed positions, and in particular in correspondence of two opposed end positions of the discharge conveyor itself.

[0382] As it is clear from the attached figures, the discharge conveyor 114, 115 is arranged outside of the housing volume for the container for beverages dispensing 190. This allows to fulfill the technical function of appropriate dispersion of any residual beverage following the dispensing and / or at the moment of a decoupling between the distributing body 108a and the supporting body 108b without neither compromising the pressure tightness, nor compromising the specific constitution of the walls that overall define the housing volume. Thanks to this technical characteristic, these walls are mostly realized in one piece, without juxtaposition of components and this allows to keep a good seal in the housing volume in assembled operating configuration for a longer time even after numerous uses of the device herein described.

[0383] It has already been previously described that some embodiments of the container for beverages dispensing 190 are configured to be pierced in order to allow the dispensing of the beverage in the container 400.

[0384] It is for this reason that in at least one embodiment of the dispensing device 108 object of the present disclosure, at least one between said supporting body 108b and said distributing body 108a is configured to pierce or to determine a piercing of at least part of said container for beverages dispensing 190 when said beverage dispensing device 108 is brought from said disassembled operating configuration to said assembled operating configuration. More specifically, the supporting body 108b and / or the distributing body 108a is configured to determine a piercing of said container for beverages dispensing 190, through a piercer or by effect of a pressure of said water.

[0385] In the preferred embodiment and shown in the attached figures, the container for beverages dispensing 190 is destined to be pierced in correspondence of two opposed portions thereof in correspondence of the head wall 191 and of the dispensing portion 193. The perforation takes place, in both cases, through piercers which then act in correspondence of two substantially opposed portions of the container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0386] It is noted in particular in figure 8 that the striking surface 116 can be provided with a plurality of piercers 116n which are destined to work in conjunction with the piercer placed in correspondence of the bottom portion of the cavity 120c.

[0387] In an embodiment, the dispensing device 108 object of the present disclosure comprises a filter, which is and configured to retain at least part of the granulated or shredded material that can inadvertently exit from the container for beverages dispensing 190 at the moment of the dispensing of the beverage.

[0388] Preferably, but non-limiting thereto, the filter 116k realizes part of the striking surface 116 which is therefore provided with a plurality of through micro-holes preferably equally distributed and destined to allow the beverage to pass through the striking surface 116 itself.

[0389] It is noted finally that to the dispensing device 108 object of the present disclosure can be associated a filter for water, placed for example upstream of said water supplying inlet 122; this filter can be destined to eliminate coarse particles that may be present in the water or can be a softener filter. The presence of this filter can help to improve the dispensing quality of the beverage.

[0390] Finally, the Applicant has noted that the dispensing of beverages with appropriate and optimal organoleptic characteristics, in particular where the dispensing is carried out in small volumes (this is the case of an espresso, for example), requires a particularly precise dispensing in terms of the temperature of the water that is supplied to the container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0391] In particular where the hot water dispensing to the water supplying inlet 122 takes place from a conduit provided with a valve positioned very remotely with respect to the dispensing device 108, and in particular at least to the supporting body 108b, or where the hot water dispensing to the water supplying inlet 122 takes place from a boiler remotely placed with respect to the dispensing device 108 and in particular at least to the supporting body 108b, it could happen that the first parts of the volume of water supplied to the container for beverages dispensing 190 are not at an appropriate temperature, and in particular are too cold.

[0392] For this reason, the organoleptic characteristics of the beverage may not be optimal.

[0393] A specific embodiment of the dispensing device 108 is provided for the precise purpose of limiting the risk of a non-optimal supply of a beverage with excellent organoleptic characteristics, and is provided by an auxiliary heater element. The auxiliary heater element is arranged for example in correspondence of the water supplying inlet 122, or is arranged along the conduit of the faucet than from the valve or from the boiler provides water to the water supplying inlet 122 and / or is arranged in correspondence of the cavity 120c.

[0394] Figure 12 shows for the sake of simplicity, a first auxiliary heater element 188a arranged in correspondence of the water supplying inlet 122, a second auxiliary heater element 188b arranged in correspondence of the conduit of the faucet that brings water to the water supplying inlet 122 and a third auxiliary heater element 188c that is arranged in correspondence of the cavity 120c. These heaters can be present all together or can be present only in part.

[0395] The purpose of the auxiliary heater element is to provide an optimal heating of the water right from the first portions of the dispensing volume.

[0396] The auxiliary heater element can be electronically controlled by the data processing unit to be activated only for a predetermined time, and / or to be activated or deactivated according to at least one between the following parameters:

[0397] - a time elapsed since the last dispensing of a beverage;

[0398] - an environmental temperature;

[0399] - a temperature of the water that flows into the conduit of the faucet that supplies the water supplying inlet 122;

[0400] - a type of beverage dispensed and / or a content of the container for beverages dispensing 190.

[0401] The purpose of the activation or deactivation of the auxiliary heater element is to supply water that is within a predetermined predefined temperature range, optionally variable by the user, throughout the dispensing volume of the beverage.

[0402] The at least one first auxiliary heater element herein described can also be considered part of the faucet 100 so far described.

[0403] Applicant has also noted that what was conceived in relation to a faucet integrating the dispensing device 108 object of the present disclosure, can be valid also for a faucet - and more generally a hydrosanitary device - conceived to dispense water from a valve and / or boiler destined to produce hot water and, preferably, boiling water.

[0404] Also in this case, in fact, it may be necessary, or anyway convenient, to dispense water within a predetermined temperature range, since the first parts of a dispensing volume.

[0405] For this purpose the Applicant has therefore conceived a hydrosanitary device 100, comprising a water dispensing body (for example, a shower for a kitchen faucet) and at least one between a valve for the control of the hot water dispensing, preferably substantially boiling water, and a boiler for the production of hot water, preferably substantially boiling water, wherein said valve and / or said boiler is connected to said water dispenser body, by means of an inlet conduit.

[0406] The hydrosanitary device 100 herein described comprises at least one first auxiliary heater element 188a, 188b, 188c configured to act on the inlet conduit, preferably in cooperation with said valve and / or boiler. This at least one first auxiliary heater element is provided in order to keep the water that in use flows in said inlet conduit within a predetermined temperature range, preferably until the moment at which the water that flows in said inlet conduit from said valve and / or boiler reaches a temperature substantially comprised in said predetermined temperature range.

[0407] The at least one first auxiliary heater element 188a, 188b, 188c is configured to be temporarily activated in an initial step of dispensing of said beverage and / or for a predetermined time, and / or to be activated according to at least one between the following parameters:

[0408] - a time elapsed since a last dispensing of water;

[0409] - an environmental temperature;

[0410] - a type of water conditioning (sparkling water, filtered water, water with added flavorings).

[0411] The at least one first auxiliary heater element, which, as is clear from the preceding description, compensates for a lack of temperature of the water dispensed by intervening in the heating of the latter downstream of the valve and / or boiler, is conveniently of the electrical type.

[0412] The dispensing device and / or the hydrosanitary device 100 can be provided with a control system suitable for preventing an excessive overheating of the at least one first auxiliary heater element.

[0413] In a non-limiting embodiment, the above-mentioned temperature range is [92-96] °C or is [70-80] °C.

[0414] Figure 13 shows a particular embodiment of the hydrosanitary device 100 wherein the beverage dispensing device 108 integrates a bypass conduit that allows not to introduce water inside the housing volume, and then in the container for beverages dispensing 190, until the temperature of the water that comes from the water supplying inlet 122 remains below a predetermined temperature value, in particular allowing a recirculation of the water that flows in the bypass conduit or a discharge thereof.

[0415] In particular, the water supplying inlet 122 comprises a first branch 122u and a second branch 122b; the first branch 122u is destined to introduce directly water inside the housing volume, whereas the second branch 122b is destined to allow a water flow in recirculation or in a discharge conduit 214.

[0416] As shown in figure 13 and, in a more detailed way in figure 14, the second branch of the water supplying inlet 122, which realizes the bypass conduit of the housing volume of the container for beverages dispensing 190, allows to make the water flow in the tank 114 of the discharge conveyor 114, 115, and this happens through a ramp 114r that conveys the water exiting the bypass conduit toward the tank 114.

[0417] The outlet orifice 115 of the tank 114 supplies the water to a discharge conduit 214, which is connected with a sewer system or with an equivalent water disposal system.

[0418] In a preferred but non-limiting embodiment, the discharge conduit 214 comprises an air access orifice 215, which is vertically oriented and is freely open into the body of the hydrosanitary device 100. The air access orifice 215 allows to prevent the risk of vacuum formation inside of the discharge conduit 214: this vacuum could prevent or at least limit the proper emptying of the discharge conduit 214.

[0419] It is noted in fact that where the distributing body 108a and the supporting body 108b are coupled, the path that from the water supplying inlet goes toward the tank 114 and the discharge conduit 214 is closed, and it is therefore easy that inside it, where water is not dispensed through the water supplying inlet 122, a vacuum can form.

[0420] It is noted that the technical function performed by the air access orifice 215 is present both in the configuration wherein the distributing body 108a is coupled to the supporting body 108b, and in the configuration wherein the distributing body 108a is uncoupled from the supporting body 108b.

[0421] The first branch 122u is a branch that, depending on the conditions - better described in the following portion of description - can comprise:

[0422] - an open configuration, wherein it allows the introduction of water in the housing volume of the container for beverages dispensing 190;

[0423] - a closed configuration, wherein it prevents the introduction of water in said housing volume.

[0424] The switching between the open configuration and the closed configuration is determined by the pressure P of the water in the first branch 122u and in the portion of water supplying inlet 122 upstream of the first branch 122u.

[0425] For this purpose, a first elastic element 240 is arranged in the first branch 122u to allow to adjust the switching between the open configuration and the closed configuration in accordance to the pressure of the water in the first branch 122u and in the portion of water supplying inlet 122 upstream of the first branch 122u.

[0426] It is defined a threshold pressure Pth above which the first branch 122u is in open configuration, or is switched from the closed configuration to the open configuration, and below which the first branch 122u is in closed configuration, or is switched from the open configuration to the closed configuration.

[0427] The threshold pressure Pth can be conveniently determined by the elastic constant of the spring and / or by the preload of the latter.

[0428] The introduction of the water in the container for beverages dispensing 190 subordinate to the reaching of a predetermined pressure (threshold pressure Pth, or greater) allows to advantageously improve the organoleptic characteristics of the beverage, in particular of the coffee or of the tea. In particular, the Applicant notes that too low pressures can lead to rather liquid coffees, whereas higher pressures determine a greater creaminess of the coffee, much appreciated above all for the "espresso” coffees.

[0429] In the embodiment of figure 13 and 14, the first elastic element 240 is a helical spring.

[0430] The second branch 122b is a branch that, depending on the conditions - better described in the following portion of the description - can comprise: - an open configuration, wherein it allows the water flow by bypassing the passage in the container for beverages dispensing 190 and diverting the water in the discharge conduit 214 (embodiment shown) or by allowing its recirculation (embodiment not shown);

[0431] - a closed configuration, wherein prevents the flow of the water.

[0432] The switching between the open configuration and the closed configuration is determined by the temperature T of the water in the second branch 122b and in the portion of water supplying inlet 122 upstream of the second branch 122b.

[0433] A threshold temperature Tth is defined. If the water in the water supplying inlet 122, and in particular in the second branch 122b, has a temperature equal to or greater than Tth, the second branch 122b is automatically closed, and the water flow in the second branch 122b is diverted exclusively toward the first branch 122u.

[0434] If the water in the water supplying inlet 122, and in particular in the second branch 122b, has a temperature lower than Tth, the second branch 122b is kept open, and the water flow is kept in the second branch 122b.

[0435] For this purpose, the second branch has a pair of elastic elements 241 , in particular a first helical spring and a second helical spring arranged coaxially, one of which is with shape memory and is deformed in a differentiated way in accordance to the temperature of the water.

[0436] The threshold temperature Tth can in this case be conveniently defined by the spring elastic constant, and can be adjusted for example with an adaptation of the spring preload.

[0437] The residual pressure in the water supplying inlet 122 when the second branch 122b is open is however lower than the threshold pressure Pth. This means that in a preferred embodiment a condition wherein both the first branch and the second branch are open is not realizable.

[0438] Supposing to start from a condition wherein the temperature of the water in the second branch 122b is lower than the threshold temperature Tth: a) at the start of the beverage dispensing, the water is progressively supplied in the water supplying inlet 122, and is diverted (arrow A2) in the second branch 122b since the flow in the first branch 122u (arrow A1) is prevented due to an insufficient pressure (P<Pth); b) the second branch 122b is normally open, and the water then initially flows into the second branch 122b ending in the tank 114 and through the outlet orifice 115 reaches (arrow A3) in the discharge conduit 214; c) with the progression of the water flow, the temperature of this latter in the second branch 122b increases until it reaches a value equal to the threshold temperature Tth; d) at this point, there is the switching of the configuration of the second branch 122b from the open configuration to the closed configuration, determined by the movement of the elastic element 241 ; e) there is, at this point, a sudden increase of pressure inside the water supplying inlet 112: in fact the second branch 122b is switched in closed configuration, whereas the first branch 122u is still in closed configuration due to a pressure P<Pth; f) soon the pressure of the water inside the water supplying inlet 112 and then also of the first branch 122u reaches a value equal to or greater than the threshold pressure Pth; g) this determines a switching of the first branch 122u from the closed configuration to the open configuration; h) consequently, the water can flow in the container for beverages dispensing 190.
