[0149] The implementation function features and advantages of the present application will be further described with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0150] With reference to the drawings and the embodiments disclosed herein, it will be understood that the embodiments are merely examples of the application and that other embodiments can be used and that the scope of the present application is not limited to the embodiments described herein. Any suitable changes and modifications can be made to the embodiments described and illustrated herein without departing from the scope of the present application.
[0151] It should be noted that if the embodiments of the present application involve directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, back, etc.), the directional indications are only used to explain the relative positional relationship, movement, etc. between components in a certain posture (as shown in the drawings), and if the certain posture changes, the directional indications will also change accordingly.

Therefore, the features limited by "first", "second" can explicitly or implicitly include at least one of the features. In addition, the technical solutions of the various embodiments can be combined with each other, but it must be based on the fact that a person skilled in the art can realize it, and when the combination of technical solutions contradicts each other or cannot be realized, it should be considered that the combination of technical solutions does not exist and is not within the scope of protection claimed by the present application.
[0153] In household appliances with an internal space, a movable storage structure such as a shelf can be configured to extend from the interior of the household appliance. Some movable storage structures in the prior art have a pull-out function and also have a lifting function.
[0154] In some household appliances, the shelf is usually placed at the bottom of the household appliance. During use, such as taking and placing tableware, the user needs to bend down frequently. In order to reduce the frequency of bending down during the use of the shelf, the lifting mechanism is used to lift the shelf for use, which can reduce the frequency of bending down. However, the lifting mechanism of the prior art makes the lifting height of the shelf relatively low, and the user still needs to bend down frequently during use, which results in poor user experience.
[0155] Therefore, the present application provides a household appliance which can lift the shelf to a relatively high height, thereby reducing the frequency of bending down during operation and improving user experience. FIGS. 1-29 are structural schematic diagrams of the household appliance provided by the present application.
[0156] Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 2, the present application proposes a household appliance 1000, which can be a dishwasher, an oven, an oven, a refrigerator, etc. The household appliance 1000 comprises a housing 200, a containing cavity 201 is formed in the housing 200, a first shelf 300 is connected in the containing cavity 201 through a lifting mechanism 100, and a utensil to be placed, such as a bowl, a dish, a plate, a chopstick, a fork, etc., a baked food or a cold storage article, etc. is arranged on the first shelf 300.
[0157] In the present application, the user is used as a directional reference, forward is the direction towards the user, or the direction from the back side of the household appliance 1000 to the side of the household appliance 1000 provided with a door; backward is the direction opposite to the forward direction, specifically the direction away from the user, or the direction from the side of the household appliance 1000 provided with a door to the back side of the household appliance 1000; up and down direction is the direction with gravity as the reference.
[0158] It should be noted that in some household appliances 1000, there is only one shelf, such as the first shelf 300. There are also multiple shelves, and in the embodiment of the household appliance 1000 provided with multiple shelves, two shelves can be provided, such as the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400. When the two shelves have a positional relationship in the up and down directions, they can be referred to as an upper shelf and a lower shelf. In the description of the embodiment of the present application, the first shelf 300 corresponds to the lower shelf, and the second shelf 400 corresponds to the upper shelf.
[0159] For the first shelf 300, the first shelf 300 needs to be moved out of the containing cavity 201 of the household appliance 1000, then lifted to a suitable position, and finally locked to a suitable position. Specifically, after the door of the household appliance 1000 is opened, the user needs to put or take out the articles to be placed from the first shelf 300, and the user often pulls the first shelf 300 forward. During the movement of the first shelf 300, a combined movement process occurs, that is, the first shelf 300 moves forward and upward at the same time, and the lifting mechanism 100 moves with the first shelf 300 and supports the first shelf 300.
[0160] The first shelf 300 has several important positions during its movement, including a bottom storage position (as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2), a bottom lifting position (as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6), a top lifting limit position (as shown in FIG. 14 and FIG. 15), and a top locking position (as shown in FIG. 23 and FIG. 24).
[0161] In some embodiments, the first shelf 300 can have only two positions, a bottom position to be lifted and a top position of lifting limit; the first shelf 300 can also have three positions, a bottom storage position, a bottom position to be lifted and a top position of lifting limit, in which the top position of lifting limit and the top locking position of the first shelf 300 can be the same position; the first shelf 300 can also have four positions, a bottom storage position, a bottom position to be lifted, a top position of lifting limit and a top locking position, in which the top position of lifting limit and the top locking position of the first shelf 300 are different positions.
[0162] For the lifting mechanism 100, the lifting mechanism 100 mainly realizes the lifting of the first shelf 300, and the action of the lifting mechanism 100 can only correspond to the bottom position to be lifted and the top position of lifting limit of the first shelf 300.
[0163] The lifting mechanism 100 in the household appliance 1000 usually adopts a connecting rod mechanism, that is, the lifting of the first shelf 300 is realized by a single connecting rod or a combination of several connecting rods. In the embodiment with only one connecting rod, the connecting rod can be arranged as a swing arm 2, two ends of the swing arm 2 are respectively formed with a first hinged mounting portion 21 and a second hinged mounting portion 22, the first hinged mounting portion 21 is hinged in the accommodating cavity 201 of the housing 200 of the household appliance 1000, and the second hinged mounting portion 22 is connected to the first shelf 300. In addition, the swing of the swing arm 2 can be assisted by other support structures, and of course, a plurality of connecting rod mechanisms can also be arranged on both sides of the first shelf 300, that is, two swing arms 2 are arranged on both sides of the first shelf 300 to realize swing, so that the single swing arm 2 can lift the first shelf 300 in the swing stroke.
[0164] In the combination of a plurality of connecting rods, a four-connecting-rod mechanism is usually adopted, and in the four-connecting-rod mechanism, two of the connecting rods can be arranged as swing arms 2, that is, the lifting of the first shelf 300 is realized by the form of double swing arms 2, so that the stability of the first shelf 300 in the lifting process is better, which will be described in detail in subsequent embodiments.
[0165] Therefore, corresponding to the swing arm 2, the swing arm 2 has a lower swing limit position and an upper swing limit position, when the first shelf 300 has only two positions, a bottom position to be lifted and a top position of lifting limit, the first shelf 300 corresponding to the swing arm 2 at the lower swing limit position is at the bottom position to be lifted; when the swing arm 2 is at the upper swing limit position, the first shelf 300 corresponding thereto is at the top position of lifting limit.
[0166] When the first shelf 300 has three positions of a bottom storage position, a bottom lifting standby position and a top lifting limit position, the corresponding first shelf 300 is in the bottom storage position and the bottom lifting standby position when the swing arm 2 is in the lower swing limit position, and the corresponding first shelf 300 is in the top lifting limit position when the swing arm 2 is in the upper swing limit position.
[0167] When the first shelf 300 has four positions of a bottom storage position, a bottom lifting standby position, a top lifting limit position and a top locking position, the corresponding first shelf 300 is in the bottom storage position and the bottom lifting standby position when the swing arm 2 is in the lower swing limit position, and the corresponding first shelf 300 is in the top lifting limit position and the top locking position when the swing arm 2 is in the upper swing limit position.
[0168] It should be noted that the first hinge mounting portion 21 of the swing arm 2 is a fixed hinge point, and its position does not change. The swing activity of the swing arm 2 only indicates the movement of the movable hinge point of the swing arm 2, i.e., the movement of one end of the swing arm 2 provided with the second hinge mounting portion 22. The upper swing limit position of the swing arm 2 and the lower swing limit position of the swing arm 2 are both referenced to the movable end of the swing arm 2, i.e., when the swing arm 2 is in the lower swing limit position, the end of the swing arm 2 provided with the second hinge mounting portion 22 is in the bottom limit position, and when the swing arm 2 is in the upper swing limit position, the end of the swing arm 2 provided with the second hinge mounting portion 22 is in the top limit position.
[0169] The household appliance 1000 in the present application can lift the first shelf 300 to a higher position to reduce the user's bending. For the swing arm 2 in the linkage mechanism, two factors can be considered: one is the swing amplitude parameter of the swing arm 2. The greater the swing amplitude, the higher the first shelf 300 is lifted, and vice versa. The other is the installation position parameter of the fixed hinge point of the swing arm 2 in the accommodating cavity 201 of the household appliance 1000. Relatively, the higher the installation position, the higher the first shelf 300 is lifted, and vice versa.
[0170] The swing amplitude parameter of the swing arm 2 and the installation position parameter of the fixed hinge point of the swing arm 2 are two factors that can lift the first shelf 300 to a higher position. The above two factors can only consider one parameter or both parameters.
[0171] The swing range parameter of the swing arm 2 can be characterized as the swing angle of the swing arm 2 and the span between the first hinged mounting portion 21 and the second hinged mounting portion 22 in the up-down direction when the swing arm 2 is at the upper swing limit position, wherein the greater the swing angle, the greater the height of the first shelf 300 lifted, and vice versa, the height lifted is relatively smaller; for the span between the first hinged mounting portion 21 and the second hinged mounting portion 22 in the up-down direction when the swing arm 2 is at the upper swing limit position, the greater the span, the greater the height of the first shelf 300 lifted, and vice versa, the height lifted is relatively smaller. For the swing arm 2, a large span requires the length of the swing arm 2 to be set longer.
[0172] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 14, 15 and 19, the lifting mechanism 100 includes a fixed arm 1 and at least one swing arm 2, the fixed arm 1 is used to be mounted in the accommodating cavity 201 of the household appliance 1000, the same swing arm 2 is formed with a first hinged mounting portion 21 and a second hinged mounting portion 22, the first hinged mounting portion 21 is mounted on the fixed arm 1, and the second hinged mounting portion 22 is used to be directly or indirectly mounted on the first shelf 300.
[0173] The swing arm 2 has an upper swing limit position to enable the first shelf 300 to be at the top lifting limit position, at the upper swing limit position, the swing arm 2 is used to support the first shelf 300 upward, and the swing arm 2 is arranged upward in the rear-to-front direction.
[0174] In the technical solution of the present application, the first shelf 300 is lifted by the swing of the swing arm 2, so that the shelf can be lifted to the top lifting limit position, at the upper swing limit position, the swing arm 2 is used to support the first shelf 300 upward, and the swing arm 2 is arranged upward in the rear-to-front direction, compared with the swing arm 2 swinging to the horizontal direction, the swing arm 2 can swing a larger angle, so that the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a greater height, reducing the user's frequent bending in operation, improving the user experience.
[0175] The number of swing arms 2 is not limited, which can be only one or two, in the embodiment where the swing arm 2 is two, the lifting mechanism 100 part structure constitutes a four-bar structure, and is a parallelogram four-bar mechanism.
[0176] In all the following embodiments, one swing arm 2 can be provided, or two swing arms 2 can be provided, which will not be described here.
[0177] The first hinged mounting portion 21 and the second hinged mounting portion 22 are mainly arranged to enable the swing arm 2 to rotate relative to the fixed arm 1 and also to rotate relative to the first shelf 300. The specific arrangement of the first hinged mounting portion 21 and the second hinged mounting portion 22 can not be limited, for example, the first hinged mounting portion 21 and the second hinged mounting portion 22 can both be arranged in the form of a hole, or both in the form of a shaft, or one in the form of a shaft and the other in the form of a hole.
[0178] In the technical solution of the present application, the angle between the line connecting the rotation centers of the first hinged mounting portion 21 and the second hinged mounting portion 22 on the same swing arm 2 and the horizontal direction is α, and α is greater than 0° and less than or equal to 70° at the upper swing limit position in some embodiments. The greater the angle, the greater the lifting height of the first shelf 300. Considering that the swing arm 2 needs to cooperate with other structures to achieve lifting, and considering some interference factors and the structural strength of the swing arm 2, the maximum angle of the angle is set to 70°, which is a relatively reasonable value.
[0179] It should be noted that the angle can be an integer value of 70°, or any integer value between 0° and 70°, such as 10°, 20°, 30°, 40°, 50°, 60°, etc. Of course, it can also be an angle value between any two of the above integers, such as 1°, 2°, 3°, 4°, 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 9°, etc. between 0° and 10°, between 10° and 20°, between 20° and 30°, between 30° and 40°, between 40° and 50°, between 50° and 60°, and of course some decimal values. The above values are within the scope of the present application.
[0180] It can be understood that the larger the α angle, the greater the lifting height of the first shelf 300, and the closer the first shelf 300 is to the housing 200 of the household appliance 1000 in the front-rear direction. During the lifting of the first shelf 300 by the lifting mechanism 100, the risk of interference between the first shelf 300 and other structures arranged in the upper space of the housing 200 is greater. The smaller the α angle, the smaller the lifting height of the first shelf 300, and the farther the first shelf 300 is from the housing 200 of the household appliance 1000 in the front-rear direction. During the lifting of the first shelf 300 by the lifting mechanism 100, the risk of interference between the first shelf 300 and other structures arranged in the upper space of the housing 200 is smaller.
[0181] When the α angle is 70°, the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a higher position (in the embodiment where the household appliance 1000 has a second shelf 400, the bottom of the first shelf 300 is higher than the bottom of the second shelf 400), which meets the large-height lifting requirement of the first shelf 300 and improves the user experience.
[0182] In some embodiments, two swing arms 2 are provided, and the two swing arms 2 are staggered to be arranged such that the projections of the two swing arms 2 in the vertical plane can be at least partially overlapped when swung to the limit position; when the α angle is 70°, the rotation centers of the two first hinge mounting portions 21 of the two swing arms 2 and the second hinge mounting portion 22 of the two swing arms 2 can be arranged to be collinear at four points, so as to meet the large-height lifting requirement of the first shelf 300.
[0183] After the first shelf 300 is lifted to the top limit position and the items to be placed are completed in the first shelf 300, the first shelf 300 needs to be lowered back. During the lowering back of the first shelf 300, the user needs to apply a driving force to the first shelf 300 to make the swing arm 2 swing downward with the first hinge mounting portion 21 as the rotation center, and the α angle affects the force applied by the user.
[0184] Specifically, when the α angle is large, the force arm of the user pressing the first shelf 300 is small, and a large force needs to be applied to lower back the first shelf 300; when the α angle is small, the force arm of the user pressing the first shelf 300 is large, and a small force needs to be applied to lower back the first shelf 300.
[0185] The α angle needs to consider multiple factors such as the lifting height of the first shelf 300, the risk of interference between the first shelf 300 and other structures arranged in the upper space of the shell 200, and the force required to lower back the first shelf 300. When the α angle is less than 70°, the risk of interference between the first shelf 300 and other structures arranged in the upper space of the shell 200 is small, and subsequent detailed description will not be made for this factor.
[0186] In some embodiments, the α angle can be between 15° and 50°, the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a higher suitable position, and the force required to lower back the first shelf 300 is moderate.
[0187] The following is described with the value of the angle a and the lifting height of the first shelf 300 and the force required to drop and play back the first shelf 300, and the value of the angle a is taken as 70° as a reference example.
[0188] When the value of the angle a is 15°, the angle is reduced by 55° compared with the reference example, resulting in a decrease of about 0.7 times in the maximum height that the first shelf 300 can be lifted to, and an increase of about 1.8 times in the force arm of the force applied by the user to press down the first shelf 300, and the force arm of the force applied is obviously increased, and the user is more labor-saving in operation. When the value of the angle a is 15°, the force required to drop and play back the first shelf 300 is considered more, and in this embodiment, the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a suitable height position, and the force required to drop and play back the first shelf 300 by the user is smaller, and the household appliance 1000 is easier and more convenient to operate, and the user experience is improved.
[0189] When the value of the angle a is 50°, the angle is reduced by 20° compared with the reference example, resulting in a decrease of about 0.2 times in the maximum height that the first shelf 300 can be lifted to, and an increase of about 1.2 times in the force arm of the force applied by the user to press down the first shelf 300, and the height is obviously decreased, and the first shelf 300 can be at a relatively large height. When the value of the angle a is 50°, the lifting height of the first shelf 300 is considered more, and in this embodiment, the force required to drop and play back the first shelf 300 is moderate, and the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a suitable higher position as much as possible, and the large height lifting requirement of the first shelf 300 is met.
[0190] In an embodiment, when the value of the angle a is around 25°, the angle is reduced by 45° compared with the reference example, resulting in a decrease of about 0.6 times in the maximum height that the first shelf 300 can be lifted to, and the height is moderately decreased; the force arm of the force applied by the user to press down the first shelf 300 is increased by about 1.6 times, and the force arm of the force applied is moderately increased, and the lifting height of the first shelf 300 and the force required to drop and play back the first shelf 300 are considered.
[0191] For the span between the first hinged mounting portion 21 and the second hinged mounting portion 22 in the up-down direction when the swing arm 2 is at the upper swing limit position, in some embodiments, please refer to FIG. 19, the span of the rotation centers of the first hinged mounting portion 21 and the second hinged mounting portion 22 on the same swing arm 2 in the up-down direction is L1, and L1 is greater than 0 mm and less than or equal to 235 mm. The greater the span, the greater the height of the first shelf 300 that can be lifted. Considering that the swing arm 2 needs to cooperate with other structures to achieve lifting, and considering some interference factors and the structural strength of the swing arm 2, the maximum span of 235 mm is a reasonable value.
[0192] It should be noted that the span can be any integer value between 0 and 235, such as 50 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 235 mm, etc. Of course, it can also be a span value between any two of the above integers, such as a span value between 0 and 50 mm, which can be 10 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm, etc. Of course, it can also be a span value between 150 mm and 200 mm, which can be 160 mm, 170 mm, 180 mm, 190 mm, etc. It can also be a span value between 50 mm and 100 mm, a span value between 100 mm and 150 mm, a span value between 200 mm and 235 mm, etc. Of course, it can also be a decimal value. The above values are within the scope of the present application.
[0193] It can be understood that the greater the span L1, the greater the lifting height of the first shelf 300. Under the premise that the limit angle a of the swing arm 2 does not change, the arm length of the swing arm 2 needs to be set longer when the first shelf 300 is lifted to a greater height. When the first shelf 300 is lifted to the top lifting limit position, the first shelf 300 occupies a larger external space of the housing 200 of the household appliance 1000.
[0194] When the span L1 is 235 mm, as shown in FIG. 19, the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a higher position (in embodiments in which the household appliance 1000 has a second shelf 400, the position of the bottom of the first shelf 300 is higher than the position of the bottom of the second shelf 400), meeting the lifting requirement of a large height.
[0195] In some embodiments, the span L1 can be between 60 mm and 190 mm. The following is described in terms of the span L1, the limit swing angle of the swing arm 2, and the length of the swing arm 2, and the span L1 is taken as 235 mm and the limit swing angle of the swing arm 2 is taken as 70° as a reference example.
[0196] When the span L1 is 60 mm, the span is reduced by about 175 mm compared to the reference example, resulting in the arm length of the swing arm 2 being shortened by about 0.7 times. When the first shelf 300 is lifted to the top lifting limit position, the first shelf 300 occupies a relatively small external space of the housing 200 of the household appliance 1000, saving the use space.
[0197] When the span L1 is 190 mm, the span is reduced by about 45 mm compared to the reference example, resulting in the arm length of the swing arm 2 being shortened by about 0.2 times. The height of the first shelf 300 being lifted is reduced by about 0.2 times. When the first shelf 300 is lifted to the top lifting limit position, the first shelf 300 occupies a moderate external space of the housing 200 of the household appliance 1000, and the height of the first shelf 300 being lifted is relatively large.
[0198] In an embodiment, when the span L1 is about 100 mm, the span is reduced by about 135 mm, resulting in the arm length of the swing arm 2 being shortened by about 0.5 times. The maximum height of the first shelf 300 being lifted is reduced by about 0.6 times. When the first shelf 300 is lifted to the top lifting limit position, the first shelf 300 occupies a relatively moderate external space of the housing 200 of the household appliance 1000, saving the use space. The height of the first shelf 300 being lifted is moderate, meeting the lifting demand of a large height.
[0199] It can be understood that the value of the alpha angle and the value of the span L1 are related to each other. When the arm length of the swing arm 2 is unchanged, the value of the alpha angle and the value of the span L1 are positively correlated. That is, the larger the value of the alpha angle, the larger the value of the span L1, the greater the height of the first shelf 300 being lifted, and the closer the first shelf 300 is to the housing of the household appliance 1000 in the front-rear direction. In the process of lifting the first shelf 300 by the lifting mechanism 100, the risk of interference between the first shelf 300 and other structures provided in the upper space of the housing 200 is greater.
[0200] The value of the alpha angle and the value of the span L1 are positively correlated. That is, the smaller the value of the alpha angle, the smaller the value of the span L1, the smaller the height of the first shelf 300 being lifted, and the farther the first shelf 300 is from the housing of the household appliance 1000 in the front-rear direction. In the process of lifting the first shelf 300 by the lifting mechanism 100, the risk of interference between the first shelf 300 and other structures provided in the upper space of the housing 200 is smaller.
[0201] In some embodiments, the value of the angle a can be between 15° and 50°, and the value of the span L1 can be between 60 mm and 190 mm. For details, please refer to the above description of the value of the angle a and the value of the span L1.
[0202] The upper swing limit position of the swing arm 2 defines the upper swing limit position of the swing arm 2. When the swing angle of the same swing arm 2 between the lower swing limit position and the upper swing limit position is taken as the object of consideration, in some embodiments, please refer to FIG. 19, the swing arm 2 has a lower swing limit position corresponding to the bottom to be lifted position of the first shelf 300. The swing arm 2 has a swing angle defined between the upper swing limit position and the lower swing limit position, and the swing angle is obtuse. In this way, the swing angle of the swing arm 2 is increased, so that the first shelf 300 can be moved to a higher position, the height of the first shelf 300 is increased, the frequency of bending of the user during use is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
[0203] The swing angle is the included angle between the lower swing limit position and the upper swing limit position of the same swing arm 2. The obtuse angle is an angle range greater than 90° and less than 180°. In an embodiment, the swing angles of the two swing arms 2 are completely the same.
[0204] Please refer to FIG. 19, which shows the lower swing limit position and the upper swing limit position of the swing arm 2. The swing angle is the included angle between the lower swing limit position and the upper swing limit position of the same swing arm 2. In the embodiment in which the swing arm 2 is provided as two, the swing angles of the two swing arms 2 are set to be the same.
[0205] In the technical solution of the present application, the specific angle value of the swing angle is not limited. In some embodiments, please refer to FIG. 19, the swing angle is β, and β is greater than 90° and less than or equal to 160°. The greater the swing angle, the greater the lifting height of the first shelf 300. Considering that the swing arm 2 needs to cooperate with other structures to realize lifting, and considering some interference factors and the structural strength of the swing arm 2, the maximum angle of the included angle is set to 160°, which is a relatively reasonable value.
[0206] It should be noted that the swing angle can be an integer value of 160°, or an arbitrary integer value between 90° and 160°, such as 100°, 110°, 120°, 130°, 140°, 150°, etc. Of course, it can also be an angle value between any two of the above integers, such as between 90° and 100°, which can be 91°, 92°, 93°, 94°, 95°, 96°, 97°, 98°, 99°, etc. It can also be between 100° and 110°. It can also be between 110° and 120°. It can also be between 120° and 130°. It can also be between 130° and 140°. It can also be between 140° and 150°. It can also be between 150° and 160°. Of course, it can also be a decimal value. The above values are within the scope of the present application.
[0207] When the swing arm 2 is in the lower swing limit position, the swing arm 2 can be inclined, i.e. the swing arm 2 enters the accommodation cavity 201 of the household appliance 1000 in an inclined manner. Of course, the swing arm 2 can also be vertical, i.e. the swing arm 2 enters the accommodation cavity 201 of the household appliance 1000 in a vertical state.
[0208] In the embodiment in which the swing arm 2 enters the accommodation cavity 201 of the household appliance 1000 in an inclined manner, the line connecting the centers of rotation of the first and second hinge mounting portions 21 and 22 of the same swing arm 2 and the upper and lower directions form an included angle, and at this time, the swing angle of the swing arm 2 between the lower swing limit position and the upper swing limit position can be an acute angle, a right angle, or a obtuse angle of a smaller angle.
[0209] In the embodiment in which the swing arm 2 enters the accommodation cavity 201 of the household appliance 1000 in a vertical state, the line connecting the centers of rotation of the first and second hinge mounting portions 21 and 22 of the same swing arm 2 is arranged extending along the upper and lower directions, and at this time, the swing angle of the swing arm 2 between the lower swing limit position and the upper swing limit position is an obtuse angle.
[0210] Therefore, whether the lower swing limit position of the swing arm 2 enters the accommodation cavity 201 of the household appliance 1000 in an inclined manner or in a vertical state, the swing angle β is set to an obtuse angle, which can ensure that the α angle is greater than 0, and compared to the horizontal state of the swing arm 2, the first shelf 300 can be swung to a larger height, reducing the user's frequent bending in operation and improving the user experience.
[0211] It can be understood that the value of the swing angle β is determined by the upper swing limit position of the swing arm 2 and the lower swing limit position of the swing arm 2. The upper swing limit position of the swing arm 2 is determined by the value of the α angle. The larger the value of the α angle, the larger the swing angle β. The lower swing limit position of the swing arm 2 is determined by the angle between the swing arm 2 and the vertical plane. In some embodiments, the larger the angle between the swing arm 2 and the vertical plane, the smaller the swing angle β. Therefore, under the premise that the upper swing limit position of the swing arm 2 is fixed, the swing arm 2 enters in an inclined state to limit the swing angle β, which is smaller than that in a vertical state. Therefore, the following mainly describes the swing arm 2 entering in a vertical state.
[0212] When the value of the β angle is 160°, which corresponds to the value of the α angle being 70°, the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a higher position (in the embodiment in which the household appliance 1000 has a second shelf 400, the position of the bottom of the first shelf 300 is higher than the position of the bottom of the second shelf 400), and at this time, the first shelf 300 is as close as possible to the housing 200 of the household appliance 1000, which meets the requirement of a larger lifting height and reduces the risk of interference of the first shelf 300 during movement.
[0213] After the first shelf 300 is lifted to the top limit position and the objects to be placed are taken out or placed in the first shelf 300, the first shelf 300 needs to be lowered back. During the process of lowering back the first shelf 300, the user needs to apply a driving force to the first shelf 300 to make the swing arm 2 swing downward around the first hinge mounting part 21 as the center. The value of the β angle determines the value of the α angle. As described above, the value of the β angle also affects the force applied by the user.
[0214] Specifically, when the value of the β angle is large, the force arm of the user pressing the first shelf 300 is small, and the force required to lower back the first shelf 300 is large. When the value of the β angle is small, the force arm of the user pressing the first shelf 300 is large, and the force required to lower back the first shelf 300 is small.
[0215] The value of the β angle needs to consider multiple factors, such as the lifting height of the first shelf 300, the risk of interference of the first shelf 300 with other structures arranged in the upper space of the housing 200, and the force required to lower back the first shelf 300. When the value of the β angle is less than 160°, the risk of interference of the first shelf 300 with other structures arranged in the upper space of the housing 200 is small, and subsequent detailed description will not be made for this factor.
[0216] In some embodiments, the β angle can be between 105° and 140°, the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a suitable higher position, and the force required to drop the first shelf 300 back is moderate.
[0217] The following is described in terms of the β angle, the lifting height of the first shelf 300, and the force required to drop the first shelf 300 back, and the β angle of 160° is taken as a reference example.
[0218] When the β angle is 105°, the angle is reduced by 55° compared to the reference example, resulting in a decrease of about 0.7 times in the maximum height to which the first shelf 300 can be lifted, and an increase of about 1.8 times in the force arm of the force required by the user to press down the first shelf 300. The force arm increases significantly, and the user operates more easily. When the β angle is 105°, the force required to drop the first shelf 300 back is considered more, and in this embodiment, the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a suitable high position, the force required by the user to drop the first shelf 300 back is small, the household appliance 1000 is easier and more convenient to operate, and the user experience is improved.
[0219] When the β angle is 140°, the angle is reduced by 20° compared to the reference example, resulting in a decrease of about 0.2 times in the maximum height to which the first shelf 300 can be lifted, and an increase of about 1.2 times in the force arm of the force required by the user to press down the first shelf 300. The height decreases significantly, and the first shelf 300 can be at a relatively large height. When the β angle is 140°, the lifting height of the first shelf 300 is considered more, and in this embodiment, the force required to drop the first shelf 300 back is moderate, the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a suitable higher position as much as possible, and the large height lifting requirement of the first shelf 300 is met.
[0220] In an embodiment, when the β angle is around 115°, the angle is reduced by 45° compared to the reference example, resulting in a decrease of about 0.6 times in the maximum height to which the first shelf 300 can be lifted, and the height decreases moderately; the force arm of the force required by the user to press down the first shelf 300 increases by about 1.6 times, and the force arm increases moderately, taking into account the lifting height of the first shelf 300 and the force required to drop the first shelf 300 back.
[0221] The second hinged mounting portion 22 of the swing arm 2 is directly or indirectly hinged to the first shelf 300. In some embodiments, a hinged matching portion can be directly provided on the first shelf 300, and the second hinged mounting portion 22 is matched and mounted with the hinged matching portion to achieve hinging. Alternatively, the swing arm 2 is connected to a connecting member 3, and the connecting member 3 is connected to the first shelf 300.
[0222] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 3, 11 or 12, 18, 25 or 26, the lifting mechanism 100 further comprises a connecting member 3 directly or indirectly connecting the first shelf 300 of the household appliance 1000. The second hinged mounting portion 22 of at least one swing arm 2 is mounted on the connecting member 3. By providing the connecting member 3, a hinged matching portion can be provided on the connecting member 3, and the structure of the first shelf 300 can be simplified, and the first shelf 300 is facilitated to be provided.
[0223] It should be noted that the state of the connecting member 3 remains unchanged during the entire movement of the lifting mechanism 100. In this way, the state of the first shelf 300 remains unchanged during the entire movement, so that the storage of the to-be-stored articles has better stability.
[0224] Further, the part of the connecting member 3 connecting the first shelf 300 can always be provided in a horizontal state, so that the first shelf 300 is always in a horizontal state during movement. It should be noted that the horizontal state can be an absolute horizontal direction, or a direction having a certain angle with the horizontal direction, for example, an angle within 10°.
[0225] When the connecting member 3 directly connects the first shelf 300, the first shelf 300 only has two positions, i.e., a bottom to-be-lifted position and a top lifting limit position. When the connecting member 3 indirectly connects the first shelf 300, the first shelf 300 can have three positions, i.e., a bottom storage position, a bottom to-be-lifted position and a top lifting limit position.
[0226] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 11 or FIG. 12, FIG. 18, FIG. 25 or FIG. 26, the lifting mechanism 100 further comprises a first guide rail 4, which comprises multiple sections of slide rails connected to each other in a telescopic sliding manner, and the multiple sections of slide rails at least comprise a first section of slide rail 41 and a last section of slide rail 42, the first section of slide rail 41 is connected to the connecting piece 3, and the last section of slide rail 42 is used to connect the first shelf 300 of the household appliance 1000, so that the first shelf 300 can be switched between the bottom storage position and the bottom lifting position, and through the telescopic movement of the first guide rail 4, the positional relationship of the first shelf 300 relative to the connecting piece 3 can be adjusted, so that the first shelf 300 can be moved to the bottom storage position and stored in the accommodating cavity 201.
[0227] The first guide rail 4 is provided as multiple sections of slide rails, and the number of the slide rails is not limited in the technical solution of the present application. For example, the slide rails can be two sections, for the two sections of slide rails, the first section is the first section of slide rail 41, and the second section is the last section of slide rail 42. The slide rails can also be three sections, for the three sections of slide rails, the first section is the first section of slide rail 41, the second section is an intermediate slide rail, and the third section is the last section of slide rail 42. The slide rails can also be more than three sections, for the more than three sections of slide rails, the first section is the first section of slide rail 41, the last section is the last section of slide rail 42, and the intermediate slide rails are between the first section of slide rail 41 and the last section of slide rail 42. The number of the slide rails can be four, five, six, seven, etc.
[0228] The connecting piece 3 is connected to the first section of slide rail 41, and the connection can be achieved by bonding or welding. That is, the connecting piece 3 can be bonded to the first section of slide rail 41 by using adhesive. Of course, the connection can also be achieved by welding. For example, the connecting piece 3 and the first section of slide rail 41 are both made of metal, such as iron or steel, and the connecting piece 3 is welded to the first section of slide rail 41.
[0229] In some embodiments, the connecting piece 3 and the first section of slide rail 41 are integrally formed, that is, the connecting piece 3 and the first section of slide rail 41 are one component. In this way, the number of parts is reduced, and the assembly time and cost are saved.
[0230] The tail section sliding rail 42 is connected to the first shelf 300. The first shelf 300 can be formed by alternately arranging small round bars in the transverse or longitudinal direction. To connect the sliding rail, a connecting block can be used to assist the connection. The connecting block is provided with clamping grooves and other mechanisms for clamping the small round bars on the first shelf 300. The connecting block is also provided with screw connection structures for directly connecting the tail section sliding rail 42. In this way, the connection is more secure.
[0231] After the lifting mechanism 100 lifts the first shelf 300 to the appropriate position, the first shelf 300 needs to be locked to prevent it from falling back under the action of gravity without human intervention, thereby reducing the user experience. In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 3, 11, 12, 18, 25, or 26, the lifting mechanism 100 further includes a locking structure 5 for locking the first shelf 300 after it is lifted, so that the swing arm 2 and the first shelf 300 are relatively locked in rotation. That is, the first shelf 300 is locked by the locking structure 5, so that the swing arm 2 and the first shelf 300 are relatively locked in rotation. During user use, the swing arm 2 and the first shelf 300 remain in a relatively locked rotation state except for manual unlocking. In this way, the user can easily operate when placing or taking the objects to be placed, and the user experience is better.
[0232] It should be noted that the specific structure of the locking structure 5 is not limited. For example, a pin and hole insertion and cooperation mode in the front and rear directions can be used to achieve locking. When the pin and the hole are matched, the locking is achieved. When the pin and the hole are separated, the unlocking is achieved. In other embodiments, an auxiliary lever structure can also be used to achieve locking. For example, a left and right direction extending clamping groove is provided. The lever structure drives the activity of the clamping shaft to achieve the cooperation of the clamping shaft and the clamping groove. The clamping groove is provided as a special-shaped groove, which can limit the activity in the front and rear directions. In this way, there are two hinged cooperation structures in one vertical plane, and they are different shafts, so that the locking is achieved, and the user operation is convenient.
[0233] In some embodiments described above, the cross section of the pin or clamping shaft can be non-circular, such as square, rectangular, and the like. Of course, it can also be a combination of round edges and straight edges. As long as there is a straight edge on the cross section, the rotation can be stopped. The cross section of the corresponding hole and the clamping groove can also be matched to achieve rotation.
[0234] It should be noted that the locking of some of the above locking structures 5 can not require the first shelf 300 to move relative to the swing arm 2, that is, for the first shelf 300, when the first shelf 300 is at the top lifting limit position, that is, the first shelf 300 is at the top locking position, the two positions are the same position.
[0235] In the embodiment in which the first shelf 300 is locked relative to the swing arm 2, the first shelf 300 can be locked in the front-pull or rear-push direction. The first shelf 300 moves upward and forward during the swing of the swing arm 2, so the front-pull locking is more in line with the user's usage habits.
[0236] In some embodiments, the lifting mechanism 100 further comprises a connecting piece 3, and the locking structure 5 comprises a locking piece 5a capable of moving relative to the connecting piece 3 in the front-rear direction, and the locking piece 5a is used to be installed on the first shelf 300.
[0237] It should be noted that in the front-pull locking mode, the first shelf 300 moves forward relative to the swing arm 2, that is, for the first shelf 300, when the first shelf 300 is at the top lifting limit position, the first shelf 300 continues to move forward to correspond to the top locking position. The first shelf 300 has a horizontal distance difference between the top lifting limit position and the top locking position, which are two different positions.
[0238] A sliding cooperation structure 51 is provided between the locking piece 5a and the swing arm 2. During the forward movement of the locking piece 5a relative to the connecting piece 3, the sliding cooperation structure 51 is in sliding cooperation, so that the first shelf 300 can move from the top lifting limit position to the top locking position. The front-pull locking of the first shelf 300 can be achieved through the cooperation of the sliding cooperation structure 51, without the need for additional complex locking and unlocking mechanisms, and the user operation is more convenient.
[0239] In the technical solution of the present application, the specific structure of the sliding cooperation structure 51 is not limited, such as two mutually cooperating structures, one can be a shaft, the other can be a rib or a groove, or a cooperation mode in which part is a rib and part is a groove.
[0240] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 21, FIG. 22, FIG. 28 and FIG. 29, the sliding fitting structure 51 comprises a fitting sliding groove and a sliding shaft which are mutually sliding fitted. At least one of the fitting sliding grooves comprises an arc-shaped slot section 5112, an extension path of the arc-shaped slot section 5112 at least partially adapts to rotation of the sliding shaft, the locking piece 5a moves forward relative to the connecting piece 3, and the corresponding sliding shaft can slide into a tail of the arc-shaped slot section 5112, so that the swing arm 2 is stopped swinging, i.e. the locking of the sliding shaft can be realized by the simple arc-shaped slot section 5112, without the need of additionally setting a relatively complex slot structure and other mechanisms, and the structure is simple. In addition, it is in line with the user's operation habit, and the user experience is improved.
[0241] It should be noted that the arc-shaped slot section 5112 has an upper slot wall and a lower slot wall in the up-down direction, and the sliding shaft and the upper slot wall or the lower slot wall abut to realize the limiting in the up-down direction.
[0242] The arc-shaped slot section 5112 can have consistent or inconsistent arc radii at different positions, and the arc-shaped slot section 5112 is formed by splicing a plurality of arc slot sections with different radii. The above are within the scope of protection of the present application. For the fitting sliding groove, only the arc-shaped slot section 5112 can be set, without the need of additionally setting other slot sections.
[0243] In addition, in order to further limit the sliding shaft, in some embodiments, an inner side wall at the tail of the arc-shaped slot section 5112 is provided with a clamping rib 5113 to limit the sliding shaft in the arc-shaped slot section 5112. On the one hand, the clamping rib 5113 limits rotation of the sliding shaft, reduces sliding of the sliding shaft in the arc-shaped slot section 5112 in the front-back direction, and enables the swing arm 2 and the first shelf 300 to be relatively rotationally stopped. On the other hand, the clamping rib 5113 has a rotation-in-place touch, and in the operation process, when the sliding shaft slides to the position of the clamping rib 5113, the width of the arc-shaped slot section 5112 is narrowed at the clamping rib 5113, and the user needs to slightly force through, and after passing through, the appropriate position is reached, prompting the user that the operation is in place, and the user experience is improved.
[0244] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 13, FIG. 20 and FIG. 27, the fitting sliding groove comprises an arc-shaped slot section 5112 and a horizontal slot section 5111, the extension path of the arc-shaped slot section 5112 adapts to rotation of the sliding shaft, the horizontal slot section 5111 is connected to the tail of the arc-shaped slot section 5112 and is arranged from front to back, the locking piece 5a moves forward relative to the connecting piece 3, and the corresponding sliding shaft can slide into the horizontal slot section 5111, so that the swing arm 2 is stopped swinging.
[0245] The horizontal slot segment 5111 has an upper slot wall and a lower slot wall in the up-down direction, and the sliding shaft and the upper slot wall or the lower slot wall abut to limit the up-down direction, at which time the swing arm 2 stops swinging, that is, the first shelf 300 is locked relative to the swing arm 2, and the sliding locking is achieved by the cooperation of the sliding shaft and the matching sliding groove, without the need for additional mechanisms, and the structure is simple; in addition, the setting of the horizontal slot segment 5111 makes the first shelf 300 move more stably relative to the connecting piece 3, and the user's operation is more stable, which also meets the user's operation habit and improves the user experience.
[0246] The present application does not limit the specific setting position of the sliding shaft and the matching sliding groove, which can be that the sliding shaft is arranged on the swing arm 2 and the matching sliding groove is arranged on the locking piece 5a; or the sliding shaft is arranged on the locking piece 5a and the matching sliding groove is arranged on the swing arm 2.
[0247] It should be noted that the present application does not limit the specific sliding cooperation mode of the sliding shaft and the matching sliding groove, for example, the diameter of the sliding shaft is set to be smaller, the sliding groove width of the matching sliding groove is set to be larger, and the sliding shaft and the matching sliding groove are gap-fitted. The sliding shaft can be inserted into the matching sliding groove to a depth, for example, the end face of the sliding shaft directly abuts the bottom wall 2011 face of the matching sliding groove, or there is a preset distance value between the end face of the sliding shaft and the bottom wall 2011 face of the matching sliding groove.
[0248] Since the sliding shaft will rotate relative to the matching sliding groove for a long time, the sliding shaft and the locking piece 5a can be made of different materials, for example, the sliding shaft is made of copper material and the locking piece 5a is made of iron material; or the sliding shaft is made of iron material and the locking piece 5a is made of copper material. In some embodiments, the sliding shaft is made of iron material or steel material or other materials with high hardness, and the locking piece 5a is made of plastic material.
[0249] In addition, the shape of the locking piece 5a is not limited, which can be plate-shaped, block-shaped, or columnar or other shapes.
[0250] In some embodiments, a bearing can also be arranged between the sliding shaft and the matching sliding groove, and the relative movement between the sliding shaft and the matching sliding groove is converted into the relative rotation between the outer ring of the bearing and the matching sliding groove through the rotation of the bearing, thereby reducing the wear and tear of the sliding shaft.
[0251] Of course, in other embodiments, a roller can also be sleeved on the sliding shaft, and the material of the roller can be plastic material or rubber material, etc.
[0252] The matching sliding groove can be arranged on the locking piece 5a or the swing arm 2. In some embodiments, the matching sliding groove is arranged on the locking piece 5a, and the sliding matching structure 51 is provided in two groups. The sliding shafts of the two groups of sliding matching structures 51 are arranged on the same swing arm 2, and the matching sliding grooves of the two groups of sliding matching structures 51 are arranged on the locking piece 5a. By arranging two groups of sliding matching structures 51, the stability of the first shelf 300 is improved.
[0253] Since the positions of the sliding shafts of the two groups of sliding matching structures 51 relative to the second hinge mounting portion 22 are different, the corresponding rotation radii and the corresponding rotation arc trajectories are also different. For the same locking piece 5a, the trajectory lines formed on the locking piece 5a are different.
[0254] Specifically, referring to FIGS. 13, 19 and 27, the two sliding shafts include a first sliding shaft 513 adjacent to the second hinge mounting portion 22 and a second sliding shaft 514 away from the second hinge mounting portion 22.
[0255] The two matching sliding grooves include a first matching sliding groove 511 corresponding to the first sliding shaft 513 and a second matching sliding groove 512 corresponding to the second sliding shaft 514. The inlet of the first matching sliding groove 511 is arranged on the lower side end of the locking piece 5a, and the inlet of the second matching sliding groove 512 is arranged on the front side end of the locking piece 5a. By introducing at different positions, the stability of the first shelf 300 during lifting is better.
[0256] The inlet of the first matching sliding groove 511 is arranged on the lower side end of the locking piece 5a, and the inlet of the second matching sliding groove 512 is arranged on the front side end of the locking piece 5a. The first sliding shaft 513 and the second sliding shaft 514 are respectively correspondingly matched and installed, and correspond to the swing of the swing arm 2 between the lower swing limit position and the upper swing limit position. The first sliding shaft 513 and the second sliding shaft 514 stagger to perform horizontal sliding and upward and downward sliding, so that the first shelf 300 is in a stable state.
[0257] The first shelf 300 is connected to the locking piece 5a. In order to enable the first shelf 300 to move linearly along the front and rear directions relative to the connecting piece 3, as described above, a first guide rail 4 is arranged between the connecting piece 3 and the locking piece 5a. By the relative movement between the first section sliding rail 41 and the tail section sliding rail 42 of the first guide rail 4, the first shelf 300 can move linearly along the front and rear directions relative to the connecting piece 3.
[0258] In the embodiment where two of the swing arms 2 are provided, the locking structure 5 described above can be provided on both of the swing arms 2, and the two swing arms 2 are locked by the two locking structures 5 respectively, and the locking is repeated, so that the locking of the first shelf 300 in the top locking position is more reliable, and the risk of falling by itself is reduced.
[0259] In some embodiments, the locking structure 5 only allows one of the swing arms 2 and the first shelf 300 to be locked relative to each other, and any one of the two swing arms 2 can be locked.
[0260] In order to ensure the stability of the lifting mechanism 100 during lifting of the first shelf 300, the lifting mechanism 100 adopts a four-bar linkage mechanism, that is, in the form of the fixed arm 1, two swing arms 2 and the connecting piece 3, and the four-bar linkage mechanism is arranged as a parallelogram linkage mechanism, so that the mounting positions of the two swing arms 2 on the fixed arm 1 can be one above the other. In some embodiments, when both of the swing arms 2 are in the lower swing limit position, the two swing arms 2 include a first swing arm on the left side and a second swing arm on the right side, and the mounting position of the first swing arm on the fixed arm 1 is lower, and the mounting position of the second swing arm on the fixed arm 1 is higher.
[0261] For the two sliding shafts, they are arranged on the second swing arm, so that when the second swing arm corresponds to the upper swing limit position, the upper end of the second swing arm is higher than the upper end of the first swing arm, and at this time, the second swing arm and the locking piece 5a arranged on the shelf are facilitated to cooperate and lock.
[0262] In addition, it also needs to be explained that in the household appliance 1000, two lifting mechanisms 100 are arranged, and are arranged in the left-right direction, that is, two support points are formed on both sides of the first shelf 300 in the left-right direction, and the two lifting mechanisms 100 can be arranged to stably lift the first shelf 300.
[0263] Of course, in the embodiment where two lifting mechanisms 100 are arranged, the swing arms 2 can be correspondingly arranged two or four, to jointly support the first shelf 300.
[0264] In the lifting mechanism 100, between the swing arm 2 and the fixed arm 1, a damping structure such as an air spring or a spring can be arranged between the swing arm 2 and the fixed arm 1, to reduce the force of the user during lifting or falling of the first shelf 300.
[0265] The following will be described in detail in combination with some features of the lifting mechanism 100 proposed in the present application.
[0266] The household appliance 1000 comprises a housing 200 formed with a receiving cavity 201, and an opening is further formed on the front side of the housing 200, and a door body is arranged at the opening, and the door body is opened to an appropriate position to open the opening, at this time, the user can pull out the first shelf 300, and under the cooperation of the lifting mechanism 100, the first shelf 300 is lifted and extended out of the receiving cavity 201 to take out or put in the articles to be placed.
[0267] The receiving cavity 201 has a rear wall opposite to the opening and two side walls 2012 on both sides of the rear wall, and the fixed arm 1 is fixed to the side wall 2012, and the swing arm 2 of the lifting mechanism 100 is articulated at the connecting position of the side wall 2012 to move in and out of the receiving cavity 201 to lift the first shelf 300.
[0268] Corresponding to the household appliance 1000, the first shelf 300 can have a bottom to be lifted position and a top lifting limit position; considering the embodiment that the first shelf 300 can move forward and backward relative to the connecting piece 3, the first shelf 300 can have a bottom storage position, a bottom to be lifted position, and a top lifting limit position; considering the embodiment that the first shelf 300 can move forward relative to the connecting piece 3 and be locked, the first shelf 300 can have a bottom storage position, a bottom to be lifted position, a top lifting limit position, and a top locking position.
[0269] Specifically, in the embodiment that the lifting mechanism 100 further comprises a first guide rail 4, the first section sliding rail 41 is connected to the connecting piece 3, and the tail section sliding rail 42 is used to connect the first shelf 300 of the household appliance 1000, therefore, during the mutual movement of the first section sliding rail 41 and the tail section sliding rail 42, the relative position between the first shelf 300 and the connecting piece 3 changes, and then the first shelf 300 can be pulled out from the bottom storage position to the bottom to be lifted position, so that the first shelf 300 can be placed at a position more rearward in the receiving cavity 201, and the movement space of the first shelf 300 is increased.
[0270] In some embodiments, the lifting mechanism 100 further comprises a locking structure 5, the locking structure 5 comprising a locking piece 5a movably mounted relative to the first section sliding rail 41 in the front-rear direction, the locking piece 5a being arranged on the first shelf 300, a sliding fit structure 51 being arranged between the locking piece 5a and the swing arm 2, the sliding fit structure 51 comprising a fit sliding groove and a sliding shaft that slide relative to each other, the fit sliding groove comprising an arc-shaped groove section 5112, the extension path of the arc-shaped groove section 5112 at least partially adapting the rotation of the sliding shaft, the locking piece 5a moving forward relative to the connecting piece 3, and the corresponding sliding shaft being capable of sliding into the tail of the arc-shaped groove section 5112, so as to stop the swing arm 2 from swinging, so that the first shelf 300 is capable of moving from the top lifting limit position to the top locking position, thus, the locking manner is simpler, and no additional mechanism is needed to realize the operation, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the user experience is improved.
[0271] In some other embodiments, the fit sliding groove comprises an arc-shaped groove section 5112 and a horizontal groove section 5111, the extension path of the arc-shaped groove section 5112 adapting the rotation of the sliding shaft, the horizontal groove section 5111 being connected to the tail of the arc-shaped groove section 5112 and being arranged extending from front to back, the locking piece 5a moving forward relative to the connecting piece 3, and the corresponding sliding shaft being capable of sliding into the horizontal groove section 5111, so as to stop the swing arm 2 from swinging, the arrangement of the horizontal groove section 5111 making the movement of the first shelf 300 relative to the connecting piece 3 more stable, the operation of the user being more stable, and the user experience is improved.
[0272] In some household appliances 1000, there is only one shelf, there are two shelves, or there are more shelves, in the technical solution of the present application, referring to FIG. 16 and FIG. 17, a second shelf 400 is further arranged in the accommodating cavity 201, corresponding to the top lifting limit position, the lower end of the first shelf 300 protruding upward from the lower end of the second shelf 400, that is, the lifting height of the first shelf 300 is higher than that of the second shelf 400 at the lifting limit position of the first shelf 300, at this time, the lifting height is larger, the frequency of the user bending down is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
[0273] It should be noted that in the embodiments in which there are two shelves in the household appliance 1000, the first shelf 300 is a lower shelf, and the second shelf 400 is an upper shelf, when the first shelf 300 is at the top storage position and the second shelf 400 is in the accommodating cavity 201, the first shelf 300 is arranged below the second shelf 400 and relative to each other.
[0274] In view of some of the above embodiments, the user needs to alternate the use of the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400, that is, when the first shelf 300 is used to be lifted, the second shelf 400 is kept in the accommodation cavity 201 as much as possible; when the second shelf 400 is used, the first shelf 300 is kept in the accommodation cavity 201 as much as possible, or the second shelf 400 is not lifted as much as possible.
[0275] Of course, for the upper end of the first shelf 300 and the upper end of the second shelf 400, in some embodiments, corresponding to the top lifting limit position and the top lifting locking position of the first shelf 300, the upper end of the first shelf 300 protrudes upwardly from the upper end of the second shelf 400, that is, under the premise that the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400 have the same depth, the first shelf 300 can be at a higher position.
[0276] Corresponding to the product that the household appliance 1000 is a dishwasher, the first shelf 300 corresponds to the lower basket of the dishwasher, and the second shelf 400 corresponds to the upper basket of the dishwasher, when the lower basket of the dishwasher is used, the lifting mechanism 100 lifts the lower basket of the dishwasher to a position higher than the upper basket, which has the same operation height as the user when using the upper basket of the dishwasher, or a higher height, and the user's operation experience will be better.
[0277] For the installation position parameters of the fixed hinge point of the swing arm 2 in the accommodation cavity 201 of the household appliance 1000, the higher the relative height of the installation position, the greater the lifting height of the first shelf 300. In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 10, the household appliance 1000 is provided with the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400, and the second shelf 400 is arranged in the upper part of the accommodation cavity 201 through the second guide rail 500.
[0278] Among them, in the up-down direction, the rotation center of the first hinge mounting part 21 is between the lower part of the second guide rail 500 and a set position below the bottom of the second shelf 400, the drop between the set position and the bottom of the second shelf 400 is L2, and 0≤L2≤10mm.
[0279] By setting the first hinge mounting part 21 to a higher position, the first shelf 300 can be at a greater height at the top lifting limit position, and of course, the large swing angle of the swing arm 2 further improves the lifting height of the first shelf 300.
[0280] In consideration of the installation of the first hinged part not interfering with the movement of the second shelf and the second guide rail 500, the upper installation position of the first hinged installation part 21 cannot be higher than the second guide rail 500, and the lower position cannot be too low, so as to not achieve the purpose of lifting the first shelf 300 to a large height. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the set position is set to be between 0 mm and 10 mm below the bottom of the second shelf 400, which is a more reasonable value.
[0281] It should be noted that the drop value L2 can be an integer value of 0 mm to 10 mm, such as 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 m, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, etc. Of course, it can also be a value between any two of the above integers, such as a value between 1 mm and 2 mm, which can be 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.6 mm, 1.7 mm, 1.8 mm, 1.9 mm, etc. And so on, some parameters.
[0282] It can be understood that the greater the value of the drop value L2, the lower the position set by the first hinged installation part 21, the smaller the relative height of the first shelf 300 at the top limit position, the smaller the probability of interference between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400 when the first shelf 300 is lifted to the top limit position, and the farther the fixed arm 1 from the second guide rail 500, the more flexible the position of the fixed arm 1.
[0283] When the drop value L2 is 10 mm, i.e. the center of rotation of the first hinged installation part 21 is 10 mm below the bottom of the second shelf 400, the height of the first shelf 300 is lowered less, and at the top limit position, the first shelf 300 is farther away from the second shelf 400, reducing the risk of interference between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400, and the fixed arm 1 is farther away from the second guide rail 500, and the position of the fixed arm 1 is more flexible.
[0284] When the drop value L2 is 0 mm, i.e. the center of rotation of the first hinged installation part 21 is below the bottom of the second shelf 400, at this time, part of the upper end of the swing arm 2 coincides with the projection of the second shelf 400 in the left-right direction. By setting this way, the layout space of the inner cavity of the shell 200 of the household appliance 1000 is saved, and the structure is more compact.
[0285] It should be noted that the position relationship between the swing arm 2 and the second shelf 400 is shown in FIG. 10, in which a first plane reference line c, a second plane reference line e, and a third plane reference line d are shown; the third plane reference line d is a plane reference schematic line of the lower end surface of the second guide rail 500; the second plane reference line e is a plane reference schematic line of the lower end surface of the second shelf 400; and the first plane reference line c is a plane schematic line corresponding to a reference plane parallel to the lower end surface of the second shelf 400 and offset downward by a distance L2. As can be seen in FIG. 10, the position corresponding to the first plane reference line c is a reference line parallel to the bottom of the second shelf 400 corresponding to the set position described in the present application. Therefore, the first hinged mounting 21 is limited to be in the region between the first plane reference line c and the second plane reference line d in the up-down direction.
[0286] The closer the first hinged mounting 21 is to the opening of the accommodating cavity 201, the longer the swing arm 2 swings out of the accommodating cavity 201, and thus the greater the height that can be lifted. In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the front end surface of the shell 200 is provided with a front opening communicating with the accommodating cavity 201, and the horizontal distance between the rotation center of the first hinged mounting 21 and the front end surface of the shell 200 is L3, and 30mm≤L3≤120mm.
[0287] In consideration of the fact that a door is provided at the opening and can satisfy the requirement of closing the door, it is reasonable that the minimum value of the horizontal distance between the rotation center of the first hinged mounting 21 and the front end surface of the shell 200 is 30mm; and in consideration of the fact that the first shelf 300 is lifted to be parallel to the second shelf 400 in the front-back direction without interference, it is reasonable that the minimum value of the horizontal distance between the rotation center of the first hinged mounting 21 and the front end surface of the shell 200 is 120mm.
[0288] It should be noted that the horizontal distance L3 can be an integer value between 30mm and 120mm, such as 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 110mm, etc., and of course can also be a value between any two of the above-mentioned integer values, such as a value between 30mm and 40mm, which can be 31mm, 32mm, 33mm, 34mm, 35mm, 36mm, 37mm, 38mm, 39mm, etc., and other parameters can be deduced in the same manner.
[0289] It can be understood that the greater the value of L3, the more rearward the position of the first hinged mounting portion 21 is arranged, that is, the closer to the opening of the accommodating cavity 201, when the swing arm 2 is at the upper swing limit position, the smaller the distance between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400, and the smaller the height to which the first shelf 300 can be lifted, which is not conducive to the arrangement and movement of other structures of the household appliance 1000, such as the arrangement of the door body, and the opening and closing of the door body.
[0290] The smaller the value of L3, the more forward the position of the first hinged mounting portion 21 is arranged, that is, the closer to the opening of the accommodating cavity 201, when the swing arm 2 is at the upper swing limit position, the greater the distance between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400, and the greater the height to which the first shelf 300 can be lifted, which is conducive to the arrangement and movement of other structures of the household appliance 1000, such as the arrangement of the door body, and the opening and closing of the door body.
[0291] When the value of L3 is at the limit value of 120 mm, the position of the first hinged mounting portion 21 is arranged at the rear limit position, at which the distance between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400 is the smallest, and the first shelf 300 can be lifted to an appropriate height, which is conducive to the arrangement of some other structures in the household appliance 1000, and the opening and closing of the door body.
[0292] When the value of L3 is at the limit value of 30 mm, the position of the first hinged mounting portion 21 is arranged at the front limit position, at which, under the premise that the swing angle of the swing arm 2 remains unchanged, the distance between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400 increases significantly compared to when the value of L3 is 120 mm, and the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a higher position; under the premise that the distance between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400 remains unchanged, the height of the first shelf 300 increases significantly compared to when the value of L3 is 120 mm, and the first shelf 300 is lifted to a greater height, which is suitable for application scenarios requiring high lifting.
[0293] In some embodiments, the L3 value can be between 60mm and 90mm. When the L3 value is 60mm, the distance between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400 increases significantly under the condition that the swing angle of the swing arm 2 remains unchanged, compared to the case where the L3 value is 120mm, which reduces the risk of interference between structures during movement, and the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a higher position. When the distance between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400 remains unchanged, the height of the first shelf 300 increases moderately, and the first shelf 300 is lifted to a higher position, which is suitable for application scenarios with large lifting height, compared to the case where the L3 value is 120mm.
[0294] When the L3 value is 90mm, the distance between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400 increases moderately under the condition that the swing angle of the swing arm 2 remains unchanged, compared to the case where the L3 value is 120mm, which reduces the risk of interference between structures during movement, and the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a higher position. When the distance between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400 remains unchanged, the height of the first shelf 300 increases significantly, and the first shelf 300 is lifted to a higher position, which is suitable for application scenarios with large lifting height, compared to the case where the L3 value is 120mm.
[0295] In an embodiment, when the L3 value is around 75mm, the lifting height of the first shelf 300, the risk of interference between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400 at the top limit position, the opening and closing of the door, and other factors are considered. In this way, the first shelf 300 can achieve a larger lifting height, the risk of interference between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400 is lower, and the door is easy to open and close, which improves the user experience.
[0296] The longer the length of the swing arm 2, the greater the span of the first and second hinge mounting portions 21 and 22 of the swing arm 2 in the up-down direction at the upper limit position. At this time, the lifting height of the first shelf 300 is also greater. However, the longer the length of the swing arm 2, the more likely the first shelf 300 is to interfere with the bottom of the accommodating cavity 201 at the lower limit position of the swing arm 2.
[0297] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 9, the swing arm 2 has a lower swing limit position, corresponding to which the distance between the second hinged mounting portion 22 and the bottom wall 2011 of the accommodating cavity 201 is L4, and 10mm≤L4≤60mm.
[0298] The minimum distance between the second hinged mounting portion 22 and the bottom wall 2011 of the accommodating cavity 201 is 10mm, which sufficiently utilizes the space of the accommodating cavity 201, and the length of the swing arm 2 can be set longer at the same space height, and the first shelf 300 can be at a higher position after the second hinged mounting portion 22 of the swing arm 2 swings out of the accommodating cavity 201, reducing the frequency of bending over of the user and improving the user experience.
[0299] The maximum distance between the second hinged mounting portion 22 and the bottom wall 2011 of the accommodating cavity 201 is 60mm, which is convenient for leaving a certain gap at the bottom of the accommodating cavity 201 to facilitate the installation of other structures.
[0300] It should be noted that the L4 can be an integer value from 10mm to 60mm, such as 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc., and of course, it can also be a value between any two of the above integers, such as a value between 30mm and 40mm can be 31mm, 32mm, 33mm, 34mm, 35mm, 36mm, 37mm, 38mm, 39mm, etc., and some parameters are similar.
[0301] It can be understood that the greater the value of L4, the higher the position of the second hinged mounting portion 22 at the lower swing limit position, and the shorter the swing arm 2 needs to be set at the same height space, and the smaller the risk of interference between the swing arm 2 and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 201; on the contrary, the smaller the value of L4, the lower the position of the second hinged mounting portion 22 at the lower swing limit position, and the longer the swing arm 2 needs to be set at the same height space, and the greater the risk of interference between the swing arm 2 and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 201.
[0302] When the value of L4 is at the limit value of 10mm, the distance between the position of the second hinged mounting portion 22 at the lower swing limit position and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 201 is the smallest, the length of the swing arm 2 can be set longer, the first shelf 300 can be lifted to a higher position, reducing the frequency of bending over of the user and improving the user experience.
[0303] When the L4 value is at the limit value of 60mm, the distance between the position of the second hinged mounting portion 22 and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 201 is larger at the lowermost limit position, and the height of the second hinged mounting portion 22 is increased by about 50mm relative to the limit value of 10mm, at which time the distance between the second hinged mounting portion 22 and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 201 is larger, and the risk of interference between the swing arm 2 and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 201 is very small.
[0304] In an embodiment, when the L4 value is around 35mm, the lifting height of the first shelf 300 is taken into account, the risk of interference between the swing arm 2 and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 201, and other factors, so that the first shelf 300 can have a larger lifting height, the risk of interference between the swing arm 2 and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 201 is lower, and the user experience is improved.
[0305] It should be noted that the installation position parameter L2 of the first hinged mounting portion 21 in the accommodating cavity 201 in the up-down direction, the horizontal distance parameter L3 between the first hinged mounting portion 21 and the front end face of the shell (200), the distance parameter L4 between the second hinged mounting portion 22 at the lowermost position and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 201 at the lowermost limit position are interrelated, and determine the setting length of the swing arm 2, the angle that can be swung, the maximum height that the first shelf 300 can be lifted, the interference between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400, the opening and closing of the door body of the household appliance 1000, and the like.
[0306] In some embodiments, when the L2 parameter value is 10mm, the L3 parameter value is 75mm, and the L4 parameter value is 35mm, the swing arm 2 can be set to an appropriate length, which saves the layout space of the inner cavity of the shell 200 of the household appliance 1000, is more compact in structure, the first shelf 300 can have a larger lifting height, the swing arm 2 can occupy a reasonable space in the accommodating cavity 201, the risk of interference between the swing arm 2 and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 201 is lower, the risk of interference between the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400 is lower, the opening and closing of the door body is also easy, and the user experience is improved.
[0307] In an embodiment in which two swing arms 2 are provided in the lifting mechanism 100, the first hinged mounting portion 21 of each of the two swing arms 2 is hingedly mounted to the fixed arm 1, and the second hinged mounting portion 22 of each of the two swing arms 2 is directly or indirectly mounted to the first shelf 300.
[0308] Please also refer to FIG. 7 and FIG. 9, among the two first hinged mounting portions 21 of the two swing arms 2, the first hinged mounting portion 21 at the upper side and at the front side is a first upper hinged mounting portion, the rotation center of the first upper hinged mounting portion is between the lower end of the second guide rail 500 and a set position below the bottom of the second shelf 400, that is, in the embodiment of setting two swing arms 2, the first upper hinged mounting portion is set as high as possible with reference.
[0309] Each of the swing arms 2 has a lower swing limit position, corresponding to the lower swing limit position, among the two second hinged mounting portions 22 of the two swing arms 2, the second hinged mounting portion 22 at the lower side and at the rear side is a second lower hinged mounting portion, the distance between the rotation center of the second lower hinged mounting portion and the bottom wall 2011 of the accommodating cavity 201 is L5, and 10mm≤L5≤60mm, that is, in the embodiment of setting two swing arms 2, the second lower hinged mounting portion is set as low as possible with reference.
[0310] The setting method and value of the parameter L5 can refer to the setting method of the parameter L4 described above, which will not be repeated here.
[0311] The following describes the use of the household appliance 1000 by the user with reference to the first shelf 300:
[0312] 1. The first shelf 300 is in the bottom storage position, as shown in FIGS. 1-4:
[0313] This state is the state when the user does not use, or just starts to use, or finishes using, in which state, the first shelf 300 is in the accommodating cavity 201 of the household appliance 1000, as can be seen from FIGS. 1-4, the first shelf 300 is stored in the accommodating cavity 201, at this time, the distance between the first section sliding rail 41 and the tail section sliding rail 42 of the first guide rail 4 is the smallest or the maximum overlapping distance, and the swing arm 2 is at the lower swing limit position.
[0314] 2. The first shelf 300 is in the bottom lifting position, as shown in FIGS. 5-13:
[0315] This state is that the user pulls out the first shelf 300 from the accommodating cavity 201, or the user lowers the first shelf 300 after using the first shelf 300. In these states, the first shelf 300 is at the opening of the accommodating cavity 201. As shown in Figs. 5-6, the distance between the first section sliding rail 41 and the tail section sliding rail 42 of the first guide rail 4 is relatively large or the coinciding distance is small. The first shelf 300 moves forward relative to the accommodating cavity 201 by a distance. The swing arm 2 is still at the lower swing limit position.
[0316] 3. The first shelf 300 is at the top lifting limit position, as shown in Figs. 14-22:
[0317] This state is that the user lifts the first shelf 300, or the user exits the locking state after using the first shelf 300. In these states, the first shelf 300 is at the maximum lifting height. As shown in Figs. 14-15, the distance between the first section sliding rail 41 and the tail section sliding rail 42 of the first guide rail 4 is relatively large or the coinciding distance is small. The distance or the coinciding distance relative to the first shelf 300 at the bottom lifting position is unchanged. The swing arm 2 is at the upper swing limit position.
[0318] 4. The first shelf 300 is at the top locking position, as shown in Figs. 23-29:
[0319] This state is that the user lifts the first shelf 300, or the user exits the locking state after using the first shelf 300.
[0320] The following introduces a complete use process of the user:
[0321] When the user needs to use the household appliance 1000, first open the door body of the household appliance 1000, the user pulls the first shelf 300 out of the containing cavity 201 to the bottom waiting lifting position from the bottom storage position; under the swing action of the swing arm 2 of the lifting mechanism 100, the user continues to pull the first shelf 300 forward and upward, so that the first shelf 300 moves from the bottom waiting lifting position to the top lifting limit position; the user continues to pull the first shelf 300 forward, and the first shelf 300 moves from the top lifting limit position to the top locking position, in the locked state, the user can take and place the objects to be placed in the first shelf 300 under the condition of reducing the frequency of bending over;
[0322] When the user finishes taking and placing the objects to be placed, the user pushes the first shelf 300 backward to unlock the first shelf 300 and move from the top unlocking position to the top lifting limit position; the user lowers the first shelf 300 to move from the top lifting limit position to the bottom waiting lifting position; the user continues to push the first shelf 300 backward to move from the bottom waiting lifting position to the bottom storage position, when the first shelf 300 is in the bottom storage position, the user can close the door body and complete the use of the household appliance 1000.
[0323] The household appliance includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, or a storage cabinet, etc., which is usually provided with a shelf, and there is a low-position shelf with a relatively low setting position in the shelf. Therefore, when storing objects in the low-position shelf, the user needs to bend over to take and place the objects. Taking the dishwasher as an example, when taking and placing the bowls in the lower bowl basket, if the lower bowl basket is not lifted, the user needs to bend over, and the user experience is not good.
[0324] Therefore, the industry sets a lifting mechanism to lift the low-position shelf to a certain height. However, after lifting the shelf, the shelf is placed on the front side of the housing of the household appliance, and occupies a relatively large space on the front side of the housing of the household appliance.
[0325] Based on this, the present application provides a household appliance, which aims to optimize the space layout when the shelf is in the upper lifting position and reduce the space occupied by the shelf on the front side of the housing. Among them, FIGS. 30-44 are structural schematic diagrams of the household appliance provided by the present application.
[0326] Please refer to FIG. 30 to FIG. 34, in an embodiment of the present application, the household appliance 1000 comprises a housing 200 and a first shelf 300, the housing 200 is formed with a receiving cavity 201, the first shelf 300 is installed in the receiving cavity 201 through a lifting mechanism 100, the lifting mechanism 100 comprises at least one swing arm 2 and a slide rail structure 4, one end of the swing arm 2 is arranged in the receiving cavity 201, the other end can swing forward and backward and up and down, the slide rail structure 4 comprises multiple slide rails connected with each other in an extendable and retractable manner, the multiple slide rails comprise at least a first slide rail 41 and a last slide rail 42, the first slide rail 41 is directly or indirectly connected to the other end of the swing arm 2, the last slide rail 42 is connected to the first shelf 300, the other end of the swing arm 2 can swing the first shelf 300 from a bottom lifting position forward and upward to a top lifting limit position, when the first shelf 300 is in the top lifting limit position, the multiple slide rails are arranged in an extended manner and can slide relative to each other, so that the first shelf 300 can slide forward to a top locking position, when the first shelf 300 is in the top locking position, the first shelf 300 is located in front of the receiving cavity 201 and is limited, and the rear end of the first slide rail 41 is at least partially arranged in the receiving cavity 201.
[0327] In the technical solution of the present application, by arranging the slide rail structure 4, the user can drive the first shelf 300 to move horizontally, so that the first shelf 300 can enter and exit the receiving cavity 201 of the housing 200, and by arranging the swing arm 2, the user can drive the first shelf 300 to swing forward and upward to the top lifting limit position and continue to slide forward to the top locking position, at this time, the rear end of the first slide rail 41 is at least partially arranged in the receiving cavity 201, so that the slide rail assembly is as close as possible to the receiving cavity 201, so that the first shelf 300 can be close to the receiving cavity 201, so as to optimize the position of the first shelf 300, thereby reducing the front side space of the housing 200 occupied by the first shelf 300.
[0328] It needs to be explained that, please refer to FIG. 30 and FIG. 37, the household appliance 1000 can be a dishwasher, an oven, an oven, a refrigerator, etc. The household appliance 1000 comprises a housing 200, a containing cavity 201 is formed in the housing 200, a first shelf 300 is connected in the containing cavity 201 through a lifting mechanism 100, and a utensil to be placed, such as a bowl, a dish, a plate, a chopstick, a fork, etc. tableware, and also can be a baked food or a cold storage article, etc. is arranged on the first shelf 300. In particular, the present application uses the user as the direction reference, forward is the direction towards the user, or the side of the household appliance 1000 provided with the door body; backward is the direction opposite to the forward direction, specifically the direction away from the user, and the up-down direction is the direction taking gravity as the reference.
[0329] It needs to be explained that, in some household appliances 1000, there is only one shelf, such as the first shelf 300. There are also multiple shelves, and in the embodiment of the household appliance 1000 provided with multiple shelves, two shelves can be provided, such as the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400. When the two shelves have an up-down positional relationship, they can be referred to as an upper shelf and a lower shelf, and in the description of the embodiment of the present application, the first shelf 300 corresponds to the lower shelf, and the second shelf 400 corresponds to the upper shelf.
[0330] For the first shelf 300, the first shelf 300 needs to be moved out of the containing cavity 201 of the household appliance 1000, then lifted to a suitable position, and finally locked to a suitable position. Specifically, after the door body of the household appliance 1000 is opened, the user needs to put or take out the article to be placed from the first shelf 300, and the user often pulls the first shelf 300 forward. During the movement of the first shelf 300, a combined movement process occurs, that is, the first shelf 300 moves forward and upward at the same time, and the lifting mechanism 100 moves with the first shelf 300 and supports the first shelf 300.
[0331] The first shelf 300 has several important positions during its movement, and common positions include a bottom storage position (as shown in FIG. 37), a bottom lifting position (as shown in FIG. 40), a top lifting limit position (as shown in FIG. 42), and a top locking position (as shown in FIG. 44).
[0332] Further, please refer to FIG. 30 to FIG. 33, the slide rail structure 4 is provided as multi-section slide rails, in the technical solution of the present application, the number of slide rails in the slide rail structure 4 is not limited, for example, it can be 2-section slide rails, for the 2-section slide rails, the first section is the first section slide rail 41, the second section is the tail section slide rail 42; it can also be 3-section slide rails, for the 3-section slide rails, the first section is the first section slide rail 41, the second section is the intermediate slide rail 43, and the third section is the tail section slide rail 42; it can also be multi-section slide rails more than 3 sections, such as 4 sections, 5 sections, 6 sections, 7 sections, etc., which are not limited by the present application. Specifically, in an embodiment, please refer to FIG. 30 to FIG. 33, the slide rail structure 4 further comprises an intermediate slide rail 43, which is arranged between the first section slide rail 41 and the tail section slide rail 42, thus, by arranging the intermediate slide rail 43, the sliding stroke of the first shelf 300 is increased, so that the first shelf 300 can be completely slid out of the accommodating cavity 201, so as to avoid interference between the first shelf 300 and other structures in the shell 200, such as the second shelf 400, when the lifting mechanism 100 lifts the first shelf 300. Further, the number of intermediate slide rails 43 can be one or more, etc., which are not limited by the present application, but the more the number of intermediate slide rails 43, the more complex the slide rail structure 4, and the higher the cost, therefore, in an embodiment, the intermediate slide rail 43 is provided as one, which can meet the requirements of the movement stroke of the first shelf 300, and can also reduce the cost of the slide rail structure 4.
[0333] In an embodiment of the present application, referring to FIG. 35 and FIG. 36, when the first shelf 300 is in the top locking position, the distance between the rear end surface of the first section slide rail 41 and the front end surface of the housing 200 is L6, where 10mm≤L6≤25mm. Although the closer the first shelf 300 is to the accommodating cavity 201, the less space the first shelf 300 occupies on the front side of the housing 200, the closer the first shelf 300 is to the accommodating cavity 201, the more likely it is to interfere with other structures in the accommodating cavity 201, such as the second shelf 400. Therefore, 10mm≤L6≤25mm can make the first shelf 300 close to the accommodating cavity 201 and reduce the probability of interference between the slide rail structure 4 and other structures in the accommodating cavity 201. Further, the distance between the rear end surface of the first section slide rail 41 and the front end surface of the housing 200 can be an integer value of 10mm, or any integer value between 10mm and 25mm, such as 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, etc. Of course, it can also be a value between any two of the above integers, such as a value between 15mm and 16mm, which can be 15.1mm, 15.2mm, 15.3mm, 15.4mm, 15.5mm, 15.6mm, 15.7mm, 15.8mm, 15.9mm, etc. The above values are within the scope of the present application.
[0334] Further, please refer to FIG. 36, when the first shelf 300 is in the top locking position, the distance between the first segment slide rail 41 and an adjacent and opposite side wall 2012 in the accommodating cavity 201 is L7, wherein 20mm≤L7≤40mm, because the smaller the distance between the first segment slide rail 41 and the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 201, the smaller the activity space of the swing arm 2, and the more likely to interfere with the structure in the accommodating cavity 201, and the larger the distance between the first segment slide rail 41 and the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 201, the more likely the slide rail structure 4 to interfere with the second shelf 400, therefore, 20mm≤L7≤40mm, which facilitates the activity of the swing arm 2 and is not easy to interfere with the structure in the accommodating cavity 201 or the second shelf 400. Further, the distance between the rear end surface of the first segment slide rail 41 and the front end surface of the shell 200 can be an integer value of 20mm, or an arbitrary integer value between 20mm and 40mm, such as 25mm, 26mm, 27mm, 28mm, 29mm, 30mm, 31mm, 32mm, 33mm, 34mm, etc., of course, it can also be a value between any two of the above integers, such as a value between 25mm and 26mm can be 25.1mm, 25.2mm, 25.3mm, 25.4mm, 25.5mm, 25.6mm, 25.7mm, 25.8mm, 25.9mm, etc., all of the above values are within the protection scope of the present application.
[0335] In view of the above-mentioned some embodiments, the user needs to alternate the use of the first shelf 300 and the second shelf 400, that is, when using the first shelf 300 to lift, try to keep the second shelf 400 in the accommodating cavity 201; when using the second shelf 400, try to keep the first shelf 300 in the accommodating cavity 201, or try not to lift the second shelf 400.
[0336] Of course, for the upper end of the first shelf 300 and the upper end of the second shelf 400, in some embodiments, corresponding to the top lifting limit position and the top lifting locking position of the first shelf 300, the upper end of the first shelf 300 protrudes upwardly from the upper end of the second shelf 400, so that the first shelf 300 can be in a higher position.
[0337] Corresponding to the product of the household appliance 1000 being a dishwasher, the first shelf 300 corresponds to the lower basket of the dishwasher, and the second shelf 400 corresponds to the upper basket of the dishwasher. When the lower basket of the dishwasher is used, the lifting mechanism 100 lifts the lower basket of the dishwasher to a position higher than the upper basket. In this state, the user has the same operating height as when using the upper basket of the dishwasher, or a higher height, and the user's operating experience is better.
[0338] In an embodiment of the present application, referring to FIGS. 31 and 32, when the first shelf 300 is in the top locking position, the rear end of the first slide rail 41 is between one side of the second shelf 400 and the side wall 2012 of the accommodating cavity 201, so that the slide rail structure 4 does not interfere with the second shelf 400, and when the first shelf 300 is in the top locking position, the first slide rail 41 can be arranged as far as possible into the accommodating cavity 201.
[0339] Further, one side of the second shelf 400 near the first end is inwardly retracted to form an avoidance area 6. When the first shelf 300 is in the top locking position, the rear end of the first slide rail 41 extends into the avoidance area 6. In this way, by arranging the avoidance area 6, the first slide rail 41 does not interfere with the first end of the second shelf 400, and when the first shelf 300 is in the top locking position, the first slide rail 41 can be arranged as far as possible into the accommodating cavity 201.
[0340] In an embodiment of the present application, referring to FIG. 34, the household appliance 1000 further includes a locking member 5a, at least one guide rail, and a limiting structure. The locking member 5a is installed on the first shelf 300. One side of the locking member 5a in the left-right direction is a mounting side 5b. The guide rail is arranged on the mounting side 5b of the locking member 5a. The guide rail has an arc-shaped segment connecting the first end of the guide rail. The arc-shaped segment provides an arc-shaped sliding track for the sliding part of the swing arm 2. The limiting structure is connected to the rear end of the guide rail and is arranged rearward. The limiting structure limits the sliding part on the swing arm 2 when the first shelf 300 moves to the top locking position, so as to limit the relative movement of the swing arm 2 and the first shelf 300.
[0341] In an embodiment, by connecting the limiting structure to the rear end of the guide rail and arranging it backward, when the first shelf 300 is lifted to the top lifting limit position, only the first shelf 300 needs to be continuously pulled forward to make the sliding part at the tail end of the guide rail slide onto the limiting structure and be limited by the limiting structure. During the entire lifting and locking process, the user only needs to pull the first shelf 300 forward to make the first shelf 300 move forward and lift upward, and then pull the first shelf 300 forward to lock the first shelf 300. During the entire process, the user only needs to pull the first shelf 300 forward to complete lifting and locking, which is simple and easy to operate.
[0342] It should be emphasized that the number of guide rails and sliding parts is not limited and can be one or more. The specific implementation form of the guide rail and the sliding part is not limited and can be that the guide rail is configured as a guide groove and the sliding part is configured as a sliding column, a pulley, etc. It can also be that the guide rail is configured as a guide rib and the sliding part is configured as a sliding groove. For example, the sliding part includes two sliding columns arranged at intervals, the interval between the two sliding columns constitutes the sliding groove, or the sliding part is directly set as a sliding protrusion and a sliding groove is formed on it, etc.
[0343] Further, since the first shelf 300 is supported on the swing arm 2 by the locking piece 5a, the locking piece 5a needs to have a certain hardness and strength, and its material can be various. Specifically, the locking piece 5a can be a metal alloy material such as steel or aluminum alloy, or an inorganic non-metallic material such as ceramic, or a high polymer material such as plastic. As long as it can support the first shelf 300 after loading, this application does not limit it. Further, the shape of the locking piece 5a can be various, which can be rectangular or pentagonal, etc. This application does not limit it.
[0344] The specific implementation form of the limiting structure is not limited and can be in the form of a limiting groove 54, a limiting rib, a limiting face, etc. This application does not limit it.
[0345] One side of the locking piece 5a in the left-right direction is the mounting side 5b, and the side of the locking piece 5a opposite to the mounting side 5b is fixedly installed on the first shelf 300, so as to move together with the first shelf 300.
[0346] Although the number of the guide rails and the sliding parts can be one, if the guide rails and the sliding parts are provided with only one, the connection between the swing arm 2 and the first shelf 300 is equivalent to only one sliding part, and in the locking process, the stability of the locking is poor. Therefore, in an embodiment of the present application, the swing arm 2 is provided with a first sliding part 23 and a second sliding part 24, and the guide rails are provided with at least two, at least two of the guide rails including a first guide rail 251 and a second guide rail 52, the arc segment of the first guide rail 251 is a first arc segment, the first arc segment is arranged in a rear and downward arc from the first end to the tail end of the first guide rail 251, and the first guide rail 251 is used for sliding cooperation with the first sliding part 23 of the swing arm 2. The second guide rail 52 is located on the lower side of the first guide rail 251, the arc segment of the second guide rail 52 is a second arc segment, the second arc segment is arranged in a rear and upward arc from the first end to the tail end of the second guide rail 52, and the second guide rail 52 is used for sliding cooperation with the second sliding part 24 of the swing arm 2. The limiting structure includes a first limiting part corresponding to the tail end of the first guide rail 251, and a second limiting part corresponding to the tail end of the second guide rail 52, the first limiting part limits the first sliding part 23 of the swing arm 2 upward and downward, and the second limiting part limits the second sliding part 24 of the swing arm 2 forward and backward.
[0347] It should be noted that the rotation angle of the swing arm 2 between the bottom position to be lifted and the top lifting limit position is greater than 90°, and therefore, at the lower limit position, the swing arm 2 is vertically downward, and correspondingly, when the angle of the swing arm 2 is greater than 90°, the trajectory of the sliding part should be first upward and then downward. In the technical solution of the embodiment, the central angle of the arc segment of the second guide rail 52 is greater than 90°, so that the second arc segment first extends upward and then extends downward, so that the second guide rail 52 matches the trajectory of the sliding part, and the rotation angle of the swing arm 2 can be greater than 90°, so that the first shelf 300 can be higher than the existing one when the top lifting position is reached.
[0348] And the first arc segment is arranged in a rearward and downward arc from the leading end to the trailing end of the first guide rail 251, and correspondingly, in the lifting process, the first sliding part 23 moves downward and the second sliding part 24 moves upward, the directions of the movements of the two are different, which can guide the movement track of the first shelf 300 in the lifting process and improve the stability of the movement of the first shelf 300. In addition, the first guide rail 251 and the second guide rail 52 are arranged, one of the first guide rail 251 and the second guide rail 52 can guide the movement of the swing arm 2 in the up-down direction, and the other can guide the movement of the swing arm 2 in the front-rear direction, which further improves the stability of the movement of the first shelf 300.
[0349] In addition, the leading end of the second guide rail 52 is located below the leading end of the first guide rail 251, and in the lifting process, the second sliding part 24 of the swing arm 2 contacts the leading end of the second guide rail 52 first, and under the action of the second guide rail 52, the swing arm 2 rotates upward, and the first sliding part 23 also rotates upward, and in the rotating process, the first sliding part 23 moves to contact the leading end of the first guide rail 251, and then moves along the extension direction of the first guide rail 251, and finally reaches the top lifting limit position, and the first sliding part 23 and the second sliding part 24 both reach the trailing ends of the first guide rail 251 and the second guide rail 52.
[0350] Then, the first shelf 300 moves forward to the top locking position, the first sliding part 23 moves to the first limiting part by the first guide rail 251 and is limited by the first limiting part, and the second sliding part 24 moves to the second limiting part by the second guide rail 52 and is limited by the second limiting part.
[0351] In an embodiment, the guide rail is provided with at least two, and correspondingly, the sliding part is also provided with at least two, the first arc segment is arranged in a rearward and downward arc from the leading end to the trailing end of the first guide rail 251, and the second arc segment is arranged in a rearward and upward arc from the leading end to the trailing end of the second guide rail 52, so as to improve the stability of the first shelf 300 in the lifting and locking processes.
[0352] Further, the specific implementation forms of the first guide rail 251 and the second guide rail 52 are not limited, which can be both arranged as guide grooves, or both arranged as guide ribs, or one arranged as a guide rib and the other arranged as a guide groove, and the like, which are not limited herein.
[0353] Further, the first guide rail 251 is arranged as a first guide groove 2511, a tail end of the first guide groove 2511 penetrates downwardly through the locking piece 5a to form a lower end notch, a notch edge of the lower end notch of the first guide groove 2511 is formed with a stop surface 53 at a rear position, and the stop surface 53 forms the first limiting part.
[0354] In an embodiment, when the lifting mechanism 100 lifts the first shelf 300 upwardly to an upper limit position, the first sliding part 23 slides along the first guide groove 2511 to the stop surface 53 to limit upward rotation of the swing arm 2, and an outer wall surface of the locking piece 5a can form the first limiting part, so that the first limiting part does not need to be additionally arranged, production and processing are facilitated, and costs can be saved.
[0355] Of course, in other embodiments, the first guide rail 251 can also be arranged as a first guide rib, specifically, the first guide rail 251 comprises a first guide rib, and the first limiting part comprises a limiting boss arranged on the locking piece 5a.
[0356] Correspondingly, at this time, the first sliding part 23 is arranged as a sliding groove, for example, the first sliding part 23 comprises two sliding columns arranged at intervals, an interval between the two sliding columns constitutes the sliding groove, or the sliding part is directly arranged as a sliding protrusion, and a sliding groove is further formed on the sliding protrusion, and the like.
[0357] During lifting of the first shelf 300, the first sliding part 23 moves on the first guide rib, and when the first shelf 300 swings upwardly to a top lifting limit position and the first shelf 300 moves forwardly to a top locking position, the first sliding part 23 moves to below the limiting boss and is limited by the limiting boss.
[0358] The form of the second guide rail 52 is not limited, and specifically, in an embodiment, the second guide rail 52 is arranged as a second guide groove 521, and the second limiting part comprises a limiting groove 54 which is in communication with a rear end of the second guide groove 521 and extends rearwardly.
[0359] In an embodiment, the first end of the second guide slot 521 is arranged through the locking piece 5a, so that when the locking piece 5a moves forward with the first shelf 300, the first end of the second guide slot 521 can be in contact with the second sliding part 24, the second sliding part 24 on the swing arm 2 slides in, and then the second sliding part 24 moves along the extension direction of the second guide slot 521. After the first shelf 300 moves to the top lifting limit position, the first shelf 300 continues to move forward to the top locking position, the second sliding part 24 moves to the limiting slot 54 through the second guide slot 521, so that the first shelf 300 can realize forward pulling locking, and at this time, the limiting slot 54 can limit the second sliding part 24 in the front and back directions.
[0360] The limiting slot 54 can extend in the horizontal direction in the front and back directions, or can be arranged in an inclined manner in the up and down directions. The limiting slot 54 can extend in various ways in the up and down directions, for example, the limiting slot 54 can extend vertically upward or upwardly inclined. In an embodiment of the present application, the limiting slot 54 is arranged upwardly inclined away from the second guide slot 521. In this way, the second guide slot 521 is arranged in an inclined manner, so that the second guide slot 521 can smoothly transition to the limiting slot 54, and when the locking piece 5a moves forward, the second sliding part 24 can smoothly slide into the limiting slot 54. At the same time, the limiting slot 54 extends upwardly, so as to cooperate with the abutting surface 53 to limit the movement of the swing arm 2 and the locking piece 5a in the up and down directions, thereby realizing forward pulling locking. Of course, in other embodiments, the limiting slot 54 can also extend downwardly inclined, and the like, which are not limited in the present application.
[0361] In an embodiment of the present application, at the connection between the limiting slot 54 and the second guide slot 521, the inner side wall 2012 of the limiting slot 54 is provided with a clamping rib 56. In this way, by arranging the clamping rib 56, a damping structure is formed to clamp the second sliding part 24 in place, so as to remind the user that the first shelf 300 has been moved to the position, thereby helping to improve the user experience. Further, the clamping rib 56 can be one or more, and the like, which are not limited in the present application. Specifically, two clamping ribs 56 are arranged, and the two clamping ribs 56 are arranged on opposite sides of the limiting slot 54. In this way, by arranging two clamping ribs 56, on the one hand, the passing width of the limiting slot 54 can be further reduced, the interference amount of the second sliding part 24 can be increased, the feedback force of the damping can be improved, and on the other hand, the sliding track of the second sliding part 24 can be kept in the middle of the limiting slot 54, so that the second sliding part 24 can smoothly slide into the limiting slot 54.
[0362] It can be understood that the forming mode of the clamping rib 56 and the locking piece 5a can be various, for example, the clamping rib 56 and the locking piece 5a can be integrally formed or assembled, and the present application does not limit this.
[0363] Since the locking piece 5a needs to support the first shelf 300, it needs to have certain hardness and strength, so that the locking piece 5a is not easy to deform, so that the second sliding part 24 is not easy to pass through the clamping rib 56. Therefore, in an embodiment, the mounting side 5b of the locking piece 5a is provided with a deformation groove 55 on the periphery of the limiting groove 54. In this way, by providing the deformation groove 55, the strength of the limiting groove 54 is weakened, so that the limiting groove 54 can be deformed in the width direction, so that the second sliding part 24 can slide through the clamping rib 56.
[0364] In an embodiment of the present application, the deformation groove 55 is arranged in an arc shape, so that the limiting groove 54 is arranged in the deformation groove 55 in an arc shape, so as to weaken the strength of the limiting groove 54, facilitating the sliding of the second sliding part 24. In another embodiment, a plurality of deformation grooves 55 are provided, and the plurality of deformation grooves 55 are arranged at intervals. In this way, by providing a plurality of deformation grooves 55, the limiting groove 54 is surrounded by the deformation groove 55, so as to weaken the strength around the limiting groove 54, so that the second sliding part 24 can smoothly slide through the clamping rib 56. At the same time, the plurality of deformation grooves 55 are arranged at intervals to avoid the place where the limiting groove 54 and the first guide groove 2511 have a small interval, so as to avoid weakening the strength of the first guide groove 2511 and reducing the possibility of the first sliding part 23 sliding out of the first guide groove 2511.
[0365] In an embodiment of the present application, the lifting mechanism 100 further comprises a fixed arm 1 mounted to the accommodating cavity 201, and a first hinge mounting portion 21 and a second hinge mounting portion 22 are formed on the same swing arm 2. The first hinge mounting portion 21 is mounted to the fixed arm 1, and the second hinge mounting portion 22 is mounted to the first section sliding rail 41.
[0366] The first hinge mounting portion 21 and the second hinge mounting portion 22 are mainly arranged to enable the swing arm 2 to rotate relative to the fixed arm 1 and to rotate relative to the first shelf 300. The specific arrangement mode of the first hinge mounting portion 21 and the second hinge mounting portion 22 can not be limited, for example, the first hinge mounting portion 21 and the second hinge mounting portion 22 can both be arranged in the form of a hole, or both can be arranged in the form of a shaft, or one can be a shaft and the other can be a hole.
[0367] The second hinged mounting portion 22 of the swing arm 2 is used to be directly or indirectly hinged to the first shelf 300. In some embodiments, a hinged matching portion can be directly arranged on the first shelf 300, and the second hinged mounting portion 22 is matched and mounted with the hinged matching portion to realize hinging. Alternatively, the swing arm 2 is connected to the connecting member 3, and the connecting member 3 is connected to the first shelf 300.
[0368] In an embodiment, the fixed arm 1 is arranged to mount the swing arm 2 in the accommodating cavity 201, and the first hinged mounting portion 21 and the second hinged mounting portion 22 are arranged to enable the swing arm 2 to lift the first shelf 300 forward and upward, so that the first shelf 300 can be switched between the bottom to be lifted position and the top lifted limit position.
[0369] Further, the number of swing arms 2 is not limited, and can be one or two. In the embodiment where two swing arms 2 are arranged, the lifting mechanism 100 partially constitutes a four-bar structure, and is a parallelogram four-bar mechanism. In an embodiment of the present application, two swing arms 2 are arranged, and the lifting mechanism 100 further comprises a connecting member 3 connected to the first section sliding rail 41. Both the second hinged mounting portions 22 are hinged to the connecting member 3. By arranging the connecting member 3, a hinged matching portion can be arranged on the connecting member 3 to connect the swing arm 2 and the first shelf 300, which can simplify the structure of the first shelf 300 and facilitate the arrangement of the first shelf 300.
[0370] It should be noted that the state of the connecting member 3 remains unchanged during the entire movement of the lifting mechanism 100. In this way, the state of the first shelf 300 remains unchanged during the entire movement, so that the storage of the to-be-stored articles has better stability.
[0371] Further, the part of the connecting member 3 used to connect the first shelf 300 can always be arranged in a horizontal state, so that the first shelf 300 is always in a horizontal state during movement.
