Abstract

The present invention provides a separation and recovery system for an ammonia-calcium mineralization product, comprising: a solution concentration device, configured to concentrate an ammonium chloride-calcium carbonate composite reaction solution; a solution stabilization buffer device, connected to the solution concentration device and configured to provide a storage space for the solution treated by the solution concentration device and carry out stirring homogenization; and a solution slurry filter-press device, configured to perform filter-press separation and recovery on the solution. In the present invention, the solution concentration device ensures that the solid content in the solution meets the requirements of downstream operations, and the solution stabilization buffer device ensures that the solution remains stable without settling during a feeding period, allowing for stable output without blockage or leakage. The solution slurry filter-press device performs filter-press separation and recovery on the solution, effectively solving the problem that the product quality is affected and an ammonium chloride solution is consumed due to the mixing of ions and chloride ions into a product.
