Abstract

Provided is a display substrate, comprising an opening region, a buffer region located around the opening region, and a display region located around the buffer region. The display substrate comprises: a base substrate; a driving circuit layer; a light-emitting device layer; a pixel defining layer, wherein the light-emitting device layer comprises a first electrode layer, the first electrode layer comprises a plurality of first electrode portions, the pixel defining layer comprises a plurality of openings, and the plurality of openings each expose at least a portion of one of the plurality of first electrode portions; and an encapsulation layer. The display substrate further comprises a plurality of isolation posts located on the side of the light-emitting device layer close to the base substrate, and at least one barrier layer located on the side of the encapsulation layer away from the base substrate, wherein the plurality of isolation posts are located in the buffer region; the material of the barrier layer comprises an inorganic insulating material; and the orthographic projection of the barrier layer on the base substrate covers at least a portion of the orthographic projection of each of the plurality of isolation posts on the base substrate, and the orthographic projection of the barrier layer on the base substrate is spaced apart from the orthographic projections of at least some of the openings on the base substrate.
