Claims
CLAIMS Having thus specifically described and determined the nature of the present invention and the manner in which it will be put into practice, the following is declared to be the exclusive property and right:

ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM FOR THE SPARE TIRE OF TRUCKS AND PICKUP TRUCKS, characterized in that it comprises a fork plate piece (5), with an upper and a lower face; on said upper face there are two holes (6) facing each other and parallel to each other, as a means of housing a double anchor piece (4) with self-locking nuts (7) and at a distal end a supplement washer (2) is arranged in a fixed manner with a through hole of a threaded bolt (1) linked to a threaded key (3); on the lower face there are located in a fixed manner two protruding bolts (8) threaded at one end associated in their assembly to a cup cap (9) with two protruding protrusions (10) for housing some coded security nuts (11).
2. ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM FOR THE SPARE WHEEL OF TRUCKS AND PICKUP TRUCKS, according to claim 1, characterized in that said fork plate piece (5) is metallic and of irregular perimeter.
3. ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM FOR THE SPARE WHEEL OF VANS AND PICKUP TRUCKS, according to claim 1, characterized in that said two steel bolts (1,8) are 12 mm in diameter.
