[0003] DESCRIPTION

[0004] Boarding system for a passenger vehicle, method for operating a boarding system and rail vehicle

[0005] The present approach relates to an entry system for a passenger vehicle, a method for operating an entry system, and a rail vehicle.

[0006] Doors in passenger vehicles can be manually unlocked and opened in an emergency. A typical sequence of events for the emergency operation of an entrance door on a rail vehicle is as follows: First, a person pulls a flap or turns a handle. The flap or handle is connected by a Bowden cable. The other end of the Bowden cable is connected to a mechanical actuator on the door drive. Pulling the flap activates the mechanical actuator and releases the door system's locking mechanism. The door can then be opened manually.

[0007] Against this background, the task of the present approach is to create an improved boarding system for a passenger transport vehicle, an improved procedure for operating a boarding system, and an improved rail vehicle.

[0008] This problem is solved by an entry system for a passenger vehicle, a method for operating an entry system and a rail vehicle according to the main claims.

[0009] The advantages achievable with the presented approach include, among other things, ease of use combined with high reliability.

[0010] An entry system for a passenger vehicle has the following features: 2024ID00044

[0011] 2. An operational locking device with a locking state for locking a door of the entry system and an unlocking state for releasing the door; a motor for opening the door; a door control device configured to use operational energy from a main power supply device to provide drive energy for driving the motor in an opening direction; and a person-operated emergency operating device configured to provide, in an unactuated state, an electrical connection between the door control device and at least the motor in order to operate the motor using the drive energy in an opening direction and to move the operational locking device into the unlocking state. The emergency operating device is further designed to provide, in an actuated state, an emergency electrical connection between a terminal of an emergency power supply device for providing emergency drive energy and at least the motor, in order to operate the motor in the opening direction using the emergency drive energy and to put the operating interlock device into the unlocked state.

[0012] The vehicle used for passenger transport can be a rail vehicle or, for example, a bus. The boarding system can have at least one door that can allow or block entry into the vehicle. Using the operational interlock device, the door can be locked in certain operating states of the vehicle. This prevents unwanted opening of the door by a passenger, for example, during high-speed travel. When the operational interlock device is in the locked state, automated and / or manual opening of the door can be prevented. Conversely, when the operational interlock device is in the unlocked state, the door can be opened automatically and additionally or alternatively manually. 2024ID00044

[0013] 3. The operating interlock device can be implemented as either motor-dependent or motor-independent. If the operating interlock device is motor-independent, the emergency operating device can be configured to provide, in the unactuated state, an electrical connection between the door control device and, in addition to the motor, also to the operating interlock device, in order to unlock the operating interlock device using the drive energy. Similarly, the emergency operating device can be configured to provide, in the actuated state, an emergency electrical connection between the connection of an emergency power supply device and, in addition to the motor, also to the operating interlock device, in order to unlock the operating interlock device. The motor, for example an electric drive, can be used for automated opening and, optionally, also automated closing of the door. The door control device can include an electrical circuit that can be used to control the motor. For example, the door control device can be configured to provide the drive energy to power the motor in response to a received opening signal. The drive energy can represent an electrical voltage and current with a predetermined characteristic, such as a predetermined polarity and magnitude. For example, the door control device can be configured to generate the drive energy using the operating energy of the main power supply device or to pass the operating energy through as the drive energy. The main power supply unit can, for example, represent the vehicle's electrical system. The emergency operating device can be connected between the door control unit and the motor to allow a person to manually control the motor and, additionally or alternatively, the operating interlock device. Depending on the design, the emergency operating device can be actuated in different ways, for example, by flipping a manually operated switch or by inserting a component. The emergency operating device is also referred to as an emergency release. The emergency operating device can be used as an external emergency release to prevent the door from being opened from the outside, i.e., 2024ID00044.

[0014] 4. For example, to allow a person on the platform to open the door. The emergency operating device can be used as an internal emergency operation to allow the door to be opened from the inside, for example, by a person inside the vehicle. For example, an emergency operating device can be arranged adjacent to a door both inside and outside the vehicle. Optionally, both emergency operating devices can interact with the same door control unit, the same operating interlock, and / or the same motor. Advantageously, the emergency operating device can be used to operate the motor and, additionally or alternatively, the operating interlock, using emergency drive energy that can be provided by an emergency power supply unit.In this way, operation is possible independently of the provision of drive energy by the door control unit. The emergency power supply unit can be implemented independently of the main power supply unit, thus enabling a self-sufficient supply of emergency drive energy. For this purpose, the emergency power supply unit can include an energy storage device for storing the emergency drive energy. Depending on the design, the emergency power supply unit can, for example, be installed in the vehicle or in the entry system, or it can be designed as an element that can be coupled to the emergency operating device for actuating it.

[0015] If the operating interlock device is motor-dependent, it can be unlocked by operating the motor in the opening direction. This eliminates the need for a separately controllable actuator for the operating interlock device.

[0016] In this case, the emergency operating device can be designed to provide the electrical connection in the unactuated state to operate the motor using the drive energy in the opening direction to move the operating interlock device into the unlocked state and further to open the door. In this way, the movement of the motor in the opening direction can be used both to unlock and to fully open the door. 2024ID00044

[0017] 5. In the actuated state, the emergency operating device can be designed to provide the emergency electrical connection to operate the motor, using the emergency drive energy, only as far as the operating interlock is set to the unlocked state. For example, the door can then be opened manually, i.e., after unlocking. Advantageously, the emergency power supply device can be smaller in this case, since the emergency drive energy is not used to fully open the door. Alternatively, in the actuated state, the emergency operating device can be designed to provide the emergency electrical connection to operate the motor, using the emergency drive energy, as far as the opening direction is reached, until the operating interlock is set to the unlocked state and the door is open. This eliminates the need for manual unlocking or manual opening of the door.

[0018] Alternatively, the operating interlock device can be designed to be independent of the motor. In this case, the operating interlock device can include an actuator separate from the motor, which can move the operating interlock device into the unlocked state. In this case, the emergency operating device can be designed to provide the electrical connection in the unactuated state to move the operating interlock device into the unlocked state using the drive energy and to operate the motor in the opening direction using the drive energy to open the door. Thus, the drive energy can be used both to unlock the door and separately to open the door.In the actuated state, the emergency operating device can be configured to provide the emergency electrical connection to unlock the operating interlock device using the emergency drive energy and to operate the motor in the opening direction using the emergency drive energy to open the door. Thus, the emergency drive energy can be used both to unlock the door and separately to open the door. This eliminates the need for manual unlocking or manual opening of the door. 2024ID00044.

[0019] 6

[0020] If the operating interlock device is motor-independent, the operating interlock device and the motor can be connected in series with the emergency release device. This saves on electrical wiring. Alternatively, the operating interlock device and the motor can be connected in parallel with the emergency release device. This avoids fluctuations in the power supply to the two units.

[0021] The emergency release device can be designed as a switch that can be operated by a person. Such a switch can be, for example, a toggle switch or a rotary switch. The emergency release device can be operated, for example, by a person's hand or only using a tool, such as a square key. The emergency release device can be designed to provide and disconnect the electrical connection in the unactivated state, and to provide and disconnect the electrical connection in the activated state.

[0022] The entry system can include an emergency line for connecting the emergency power supply unit to the emergency operating device. The emergency line can be an electrical cable, for example, a two-core cable. Advantageously, the emergency power supply unit can be located remotely from the emergency operating device in this way. For example, the emergency operating device can then be used to connect the motor to the emergency power supply unit instead of the door control unit.

[0023] According to one embodiment, the emergency power supply unit can be integrated into the boarding system. This allows for easy operation of the emergency release device, for example by a passenger.

[0024] The emergency actuation device can form a receptacle into which the emergency power supply device is inserted as a plug-in part for actuating the 2024ID00044

[0025] 7

[0026] The emergency operating device can be used by a person. In this case, the emergency operating device can be designed to provide both the electrical connection and the emergency electrical connection when activated. Optionally, the emergency operating device can be designed to interrupt the electrical connection and provide the emergency electrical connection when activated. Advantageously, only one emergency power supply unit can be used to operate several emergency operating devices. This can save costs.

[0027] The entry system can include a monitoring device designed to send an activation signal to the door control unit in response to the activated state of the emergency release device. This allows the door control unit to be notified of an emergency door operation.

[0028] The emergency power supply system can include a rechargeable battery, a capacitor, or a battery to provide emergency drive power. This enables self-sufficient power supply.

[0029] The operating power can be represented by an electrical operating voltage, and the emergency drive power by an electrical emergency voltage. The operating voltage can be more than twice the emergency voltage. In this way, the emergency power supply unit can be designed to be relatively small and inexpensive.

[0030] Optionally, the entry system can include a motor cable that connects the door control device to the motor for transmitting the drive energy, the motor cable comprising a door control-side section and a motor-side section. In this case, the emergency operation device can be configured to provide, in the unactuated state, the electrical connection between the door control-side section and the motor-side section of the motor cable, enabling the motor to operate using the drive energy in the opening direction to raise the door, and in an actuated state. 2024ID00044

[0031] 8

[0032] The emergency electrical connection between the emergency power supply connection and the operating interlock device is to be established in the emergency state, in order to unlock the operating interlock device using the emergency power supply, and / or, in the actuated state, to establish the emergency electrical connection between the emergency power supply connection and the motor-side section of the motor cable, in order to operate the motor in the opening direction for the door to be raised, using the emergency power supply. The motor cable can be an electrical cable, for example, a two-core cable.

[0033] According to one embodiment, the operating interlock device can be moved to the unlocked state using the motor. In this case, the emergency actuation device can be configured to provide, in the actuated state, the emergency electrical connection between the emergency power supply terminal and the motor-side section of the motor cable, in order to operate the motor to move the operating interlock device to the unlocked state and open the door. In this way, neither separate door unlocking nor manual opening of the door is required.

[0034] According to one embodiment, the operating interlock device may include an actuator for moving the operating interlock device to the unlocked state. The actuator may be the aforementioned motor or another actuator. In this case, the emergency operating device may be configured to provide, in the actuated state, the emergency electrical connection between the emergency power supply connection and the actuator, in order to operate the actuator to move the operating interlock device to the unlocked state. For example, the door may thus be unlocked by actuating the emergency operating device and subsequently opened manually or using the motor. 2024ID00044

[0035] 9

[0036] A rail vehicle can be equipped with a corresponding boarding system. Typically, the rail vehicle can have several such boarding systems, allowing people to enter and exit the rail vehicle from different sides, for example.

[0037] A procedure for operating such an entry system comprises the following steps:

[0038] Using the drive energy provided by the door control device to operate the motor in the opening direction and to move the operating interlock device to the unlocked state when the emergency release device is in the unactuated state; and

[0039] Using the emergency drive energy provided by the emergency power supply device to operate the motor in the opening direction and to move the operating interlock device to the unlocked state when the emergency actuation device is responsive to actuation by the person in the actuated state.

[0040] Examples of the approach presented here are explained in more detail in the following description with reference to the figures. These show:

[0050] Fig. 9 shows a schematic representation of at least part of an embodiment of an entry system.

[0051] In the following description of favorable embodiments of the present approach, the same or similar reference numerals are used for the elements shown in the various figures and which have a similar effect, without repeating these elements.

[0052] Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of a rail vehicle 100, which includes at least one boarding system 102. The boarding system 102 is used to open and close a door 104. When the door 104 is open, persons can enter or exit the rail vehicle 100. The door 104 is optionally included as part of the boarding system 102. The rail vehicle 100 represents a vehicle for passenger transport.

[0053] The entry system 102 includes an operational locking device 106 with which the door 104 can be locked, so that it cannot be opened manually, for example, by a passenger. The operational locking device 106 can be moved into a locked state in which the door 104 is locked. Furthermore, 2024ID00044

[0054] 11. The operating interlock device 106 is to be moved into an unlocked state in which the door 104 is released. Known devices used in connection with entry systems can be used as the operating interlock device 106.

[0055] The entry system 102 further includes a motor 108 with which the door 104 can be opened. Optionally, the motor 108 is also used to close the door 104. According to one embodiment, the motor 108 is designed as an electric machine.

[0056] The entry system 102 comprises a door control device 110 and a motor line 112 via which the door control device 110 is electrically coupled to the motor 108. When the door control device 110 receives an opening signal, for example from a passenger-operated door opener 114, the door control device 110 is configured to supply drive energy to a terminal of the motor 108 via the motor line 112. This drive energy, for example a drive voltage and a drive current, is suitable for driving the motor 108 so that the door 104 is opened. According to one embodiment, the door control device 110 is configured to supply the drive energy for driving the motor 108 using operating energy from a main power supply unit 116 of the entry system 102 or the rail vehicle 100.For example, the main power supply unit 116 is designed to provide a DC voltage between 60V and 90V to an input of the door control unit 110.

[0057] The boarding system 102 includes an emergency operating device 120, which can be operated, for example, by a passenger to open the door 104 in an emergency, such as when opening the door 104 by operating the door opener 114, which is normally used to open the door 104, is not possible. Such an emergency would be, for example, a train accident in which the main power supply unit 116 has failed. The emergency operating device 120 is located in the motor line 112 and divides the 2024ID00044

[0058] 12

[0059] Motor cable 112 extends into a door control-side section, i.e., a section between a door control-side connection of the emergency operating device 120 and a connection of the door control device 110, and into a motor-side section, i.e., a section between a motor-side connection of the emergency operating device 120 and a connection of the motor 108. The sections of motor cable 112 can be of different lengths. A section can also be formed by a corresponding connection, so that the emergency operating device 120 can, for example, be arranged directly on the motor 108 or the door control device 110.

[0060] The emergency actuation device 120 is designed to be moved from an unactuated state to an actuated state by a person. Actuation of the emergency actuation device 120 can be effected, for example, by moving a movable element of the emergency actuation device 120 or by coupling an actuating element to the emergency actuation device 120.

[0061] When the emergency actuation device 120 is not actuated, the emergency actuation device 120 is shaped to ensure an electrical connection between the door control device 110 and the motor 108 in order to enable the transmission of drive energy to the motor 108 via the motor line 112, for example when the door opener 114 is actuated by a passenger.

[0062] When the emergency operating device 120 is actuated, it is configured according to various embodiments to provide emergency electrical drive energy to the operating interlocking device 106 and additionally or alternatively to the motor 108. This allows, for example, the door 104 to be unlocked using the emergency drive energy and then opened manually by a person, or, for example, to be both unlocked and opened using the emergency drive energy.

[0063] According to one embodiment, the emergency drive energy is supplied by a

[0064] Emergency power supply facility 122 provided.

[0065] Emergency power supply unit 122 is designed according to embodiment 2024ID00044

[0066] 13 is designed to provide emergency drive power independently of the main power supply unit 116. For example, the emergency power supply unit 122 includes an accumulator, a capacitor, or a battery to provide the emergency drive power.

[0067] According to one embodiment, the emergency actuation device 120 is configured to supply the emergency electrical drive energy to the operating interlock device 106 upon actuation, in order to move the operating interlock device 106 into the unlocked state using the emergency drive energy. After unlocking, the door 104 can, for example, be opened manually by a person. For example, the operating interlock device 106 includes an actuator configured to move the operating interlock device 106 into the unlocked state using the emergency drive energy. In this case, the emergency actuation device 120 is configured, for example, to provide an emergency electrical connection between the emergency power supply device 122 and the actuator when actuated, in order to operate the actuator to move the operating interlock device 106 into the unlocked state. In this way, the emergency drive energy provided by the emergency power supply device 122 can be used directly to unlock the door 104.

[0068] According to one embodiment, the emergency actuation device 120 is configured to provide, upon actuation, the emergency electrical connection between the connection of the emergency power supply device 122 and the motor 108, for example, by including the motor-side section of the motor cable 112. In this way, the emergency drive energy provided by the emergency power supply device 122 can be used directly to open the door 104 using the motor 108. According to one embodiment, the motor 108 is also used to move the operating interlock device 106 into the unlocked state. Alternatively, an actuator in addition to the motor 108 is used to move the operating interlock device 106 into the unlocked state using the emergency drive energy. 2024ID00044

[0069] 14

[0070] Optionally, the emergency actuation device 120 is designed to provide an actuation signal 124 to the door control device 110 when actuated.

[0071] According to one embodiment, an interrupting device, for example in the form of a relay contact, is connected between the emergency power supply device 122 and the emergency operating device 120. When the interrupting device is activated, according to one embodiment, the provision of the emergency electrical connection is not possible, so that emergency operation using the emergency operating device 120 is not possible.

[0072] The emergency operating device 120 can advantageously provide the functionality of an emergency operation without the use of a Bowden cable. The emergency operating device 120 can also be used instead of an electric emergency operation system where each doorway is equipped with an emergency device located inside the train. Such an emergency device consists of an emergency handle and a push button for emergency release. By pulling the emergency handle, a passenger can communicate with the train driver. Depending on the conditions inside the train, the emergency door opening is authorized either automatically or by the train driver. If the emergency opening is authorized, an emergency call button illuminates. Pressing the emergency button only unlocks the door when the train speed is less than 2 km / h, allowing the passenger to open the door manually. The unlocking is achieved by a capacitor. The capacitor is charged by a door control unit to 90VDC with a current of 300mA (charging time <3 seconds). Emergency opening is also possible without a power supply.

[0073] Only the emergency button needs to be pressed, which unlocks the door and allows it to be opened manually. A door opened by the emergency call system can be closed manually. The door remains in emergency mode until an "emergency reset" is activated. This immediately engages the electronic locking mechanism in an emergency.

[0074] Compared to a mechanical emergency actuation, the approach described here can reduce the susceptibility of a Bowden cable to failure (stiffness after aging), 2024ID00044

[0075] 15. This avoids the need for a high force to operate the emergency release, a complex routing of a Bowden cable, and a complex actuating device.

[0076] Compared to an electrical emergency actuation, the approach described here avoids the rapid discharge of a capacitor used for emergency actuation in the event of an interruption of the electrical power supply, an expensive relay circuit, and the limitation that only actuation of a motor-independent locking mechanism is possible.

[0077] According to one embodiment, the described approach is based on an electric emergency operation in which the motor 108, also referred to as the drive motor, is supplied via a "permanent" external electrical energy source in the form of the emergency power supply unit 122 and opens the operating interlock device 106, here a drive motor-dependent operating interlock. The motor 108 is supplied directly, i.e., without the door control unit 110, also referred to as the door control.

[0078] According to one embodiment, the described approach is based on an electric emergency operation in which the motor 108 is supplied via the "permanent" external electrical power source and opens the drive motor-dependent operating interlock, causing the door 104 to open. The motor 108 is supplied directly (without door control).

[0079] In a motor-independent locking mechanism, according to one embodiment, the operating locking device 106, also referred to as a locking mechanism, is actuated with an electrical emergency supply and the motor 108 (two actuators) is controlled in the opening direction.

[0080] Emergency electrical power is supplied via the emergency power supply unit 122, which is implemented, for example, by one or more battery cells, a capacitor or supercapacitor, or one or more primary batteries. 2024ID00044

[0081] 16

[0082] To suppress the emergency operation, a relay contact is installed in series for the emergency power supply, according to one embodiment.

[0083] According to one embodiment, the status of the emergency care is transmitted to the door control unit 110 via monitoring.

[0084] Signaling, e.g. acoustically or visually, of the activation of the emergency operating device 120 is particularly important if the emergency operation is suppressed.

[0085] According to one embodiment, the voltage of the emergency electrical supply provided by the emergency power supply unit 122 is lower than the voltage of the main power supply unit 116, also referred to as the main electrical supply. For example, the emergency electrical supply is less than 50% of the main electrical supply.

[0086] The duration of the operation of the emergency operating device 120 is controlled by a time relay circuit according to one embodiment.

[0087] According to different embodiments, the emergency actuation device 120 is implemented as an emergency button which can be designed to be latching or non-latching.

[0088] According to one embodiment, the approach described here is based on an electrical emergency actuation, in which the electrical emergency supply, here the emergency power supply device 122, is connected to the emergency actuation device 120 via a plug connection in order to actuate it.

[0089] According to one embodiment, the emergency electrical supply, here the emergency power supply unit 122, is additionally coded, for example mechanically or electrically, and by inserting the emergency power supply unit 122 into corresponding emergency operating devices, such as the emergency operating device 120 shown, opening from the outside, from the inside, or from both the outside and inside is made possible. 2024ID00044

[0090] 17

[0091] According to one embodiment, the emergency electrical supply, here the emergency power supply device 122, is designed to store the electrical energy via one or more lithium-ion cells and additionally or alternatively via a supercapacitor.

[0092] The described approach of an electric emergency actuation for the boarding system 102 of the rail vehicle 100 enables simple operation, since, for example, pressing a button of the emergency actuation device 120 is sufficient, requiring only minimal force. Advantageously, an arbitrarily complex connection between an actuator of the emergency actuation device 120 and an actuating device, such as the motor 108, is possible.

[0093] The emergency power supply facility 122, for example an external emergency power supply, is available for a “long” time after a separation from the main power supply facility 116, for example a main power supply.

[0094] Advantageously, simple components are sufficient to ensure the safety of an emergency operation. No relay circuit is required in sub-solutions.

[0095] If operation is via a plug-in component, simple operation is possible; for example, simply plugging in the emergency power supply unit 122, which can be configured as a "battery pack," is sufficient. This requires minimal effort. The emergency power supply unit 122 can support various electrical storage devices, such as batteries, accumulators, or capacitors. Designed as an external emergency power supply, the emergency power supply unit 122 remains available for an extended period after a disconnection from the main power supply.

[0096] According to one embodiment, the emergency power supply device 122 is designed as a plug-in component with a first coding that ensures that the plug-in component 2024ID00044

[0097] 18 can only be plugged into an emergency operating device 120 located inside the vehicle 100. In contrast, an emergency power supply device 122, which is designed as a plug-in component with a second coding that differs from the first, can only be plugged into an emergency operating device 120 located outside the vehicle 100. For example, emergency operating devices 120 located inside and outside the vehicle have differently shaped sockets for receiving the respective plug-in component.

[0098] Advantageously, no relay circuitry is required for sub-solutions, and redundant design is possible. Furthermore, easy replacement is ensured.

[0099] The insert for actuating the emergency operating device 120 can be designed as a “battery key” which, like a “window breaker” or a defibrillator, is sealed and placed at least once per vehicle next to the door 104.

[0100] This would allow one battery-powered key to be used for multiple doors, thus further reducing costs per door. In parallel, according to one embodiment, a battery-powered key is provided for cleaning, maintenance, and / or operating personnel to activate the emergency release device 120, enabling them to open doors from the outside or inside.

[0101] Fig. 2 shows a schematic representation of at least part of an embodiment of an entry system 102, which can be used, for example, in connection with the rail vehicle described with reference to Fig. 1.

[0102] The entry system 102 comprises at least one motor 108 for opening the door, a door control device 110 which is connected to the motor 108 via a motor line 112 in order to supply drive energy to the motor 108, and an emergency operating device 120. An emergency power supply device 122 is optionally part of the entry system 102.

[0103] The emergency operating device 120 is located, according to different embodiments, inside the rail vehicle 100 or outside the rail vehicle 100 2024ID00044

[0104] 19 arranged or arable so that the emergency operating device 120 can be operated either by a person located inside the rail vehicle 100 or by a person located outside the rail vehicle 100.

[0105] According to one embodiment, the door control device 110 is designed as a control unit, for example a so-called DCU, and / or the emergency power supply device 122 is designed as a battery. According to another embodiment, a main power supply device 116 supplies a charge controller 225, which is electrically connected to both the door control device 110 and the emergency power supply device 122. For example, the charge controller 225 is used to charge an energy storage device of the emergency power supply device 122. The connection to the door control device 110 can, for example, be used to supply the charge controller 225 and / or to transmit the state of charge of the energy storage device to the emergency power supply device 122.

[0106] According to one embodiment, the emergency operating device 120 is arranged in the motor cable 112 and divides the motor cable into a door control-side section 212 and a motor-side section 213. According to another embodiment, the emergency power supply device 122 is connected to the emergency operating device 120 via an emergency cable 215. According to another embodiment, the motor cable 112 and the emergency cable 215 are each designed as two-core cables.

[0107] According to one embodiment, the emergency operating device 120 is designed as a switch that can be operated by a person. The emergency operating device 120 is configured to provide an electrical connection between the door control-side section 212 and the motor-side section 213 of the motor cable 112 in an unactuated state. In an actuated state, the emergency operating device 120 is configured to provide an emergency electrical connection between the emergency line 215 and the motor-side section of the motor cable 213. Optionally, the emergency operating device 120 is configured to provide the emergency electrical connection to 2024ID00044 in the unactuated state.

[0108] 20 interrupts and, in the actuated state, interrupts the electrical connection between the door control-side section 212 and the motor-side section 213 of the motor line 112. In this way, the emergency actuation device 120 can be used to connect the emergency power supply device 122 directly to the motor 108 when actuated, in order to operate the motor 108 using the emergency power.

[0109] According to one embodiment, the emergency actuation device 120 comprises two switching devices for switching two wires each of the lines 112, 215.

[0110] According to one embodiment, the motor cable 112 is routed from the door control unit 110, which serves as the door control, to the electric motor 108 in the door drive via a push button of the emergency operating device 120. When the push button is not pressed, i.e., when the emergency operating device 120 is not actuated, the motor cable 112 is routed to the motor 108 without interruption, as with known emergency operating devices. When the push button is actuated, the power supply, here exemplified by the main power supply unit 116, is disconnected from the door control unit, and the power supply is taken over by an external electrical power supply, e.g., a battery cell, here in the form of the emergency power supply unit 122. This supply from the emergency power supply unit 122 controls the motor 108 in the opening direction, and since the locking mechanism, for example, the one shown in Fig.When the operating interlock device shown in 1 is operated via this motor 108 according to an exemplary embodiment, the operating interlock is also opened.

[0111] According to one embodiment, the emergency actuation device 120 is equipped with a time-delay relay circuit. For example, the emergency actuation device 120 can thus be automatically returned to the unactuated state after actuation.

[0112] Fig. 3 shows a schematic representation of at least part of an embodiment of an entry system 102, which can be used, for example, in connection with the rail vehicle described with reference to Fig. 1. The door control device 110 is shown, which is controlled via the 2024ID00044

[0113] 21

[0114] Motor line 112 is connected to motor 108. In the actuated state of the emergency actuating device 120, an emergency power supply device 122 is connected in parallel to the door control device 110 and motor 108. The emergency actuating device 120 is designed to provide, in the actuated state, both the electrical connection between the door control device 110 and motor 108, and the emergency electrical connection between the emergency power supply device 122 and motor 108.

[0115] According to different embodiments, the emergency power supply device 122 is electrically connected to a terminal of the emergency operating device 120 via an emergency line when the emergency operating device 120 is activated, or, for example, is plugged into the emergency operating device 120 as a plug-in part.

[0116] According to one embodiment, the motor cable 112 runs from the door control unit, here the door control device 110, to the electric motor 108 in the door drive via the emergency operating device 120, which is designed as a "socket". When not plugged in, the motor cable 112, as with known emergency operating devices, runs uninterrupted to the motor 108. When the external power supply, here exemplified by the emergency power supply device 122, is plugged in, it is connected in parallel to the door control unit. Optionally, a monitoring device is provided, for example, in the form of a limit switch as shown in Fig. 5. Such a limit switch, activated by the plugging in of the device, signals to the door control unit that the entry system has been activated in an emergency manner. The additional supply from the emergency power supply unit 122 controls the motor 108 in the opening direction and since the locking mechanism is also operated via this motor 108 according to an exemplary embodiment, the operating locking mechanism is also opened.

[0117] Fig. 4 shows a schematic representation of plug contacts 320a, 320b for an embodiment of an emergency actuation device 120.

[0118] The first plug contact 320a represents an initial recording of the

[0121] (shown in Fig. 5) is available to electrically connect a first conductor 312a of the door control-side section of the motor cable to a first conductor 313a of the motor-side section of the motor cable. The second plug contact 320b provides a second receptacle for the emergency actuation device 120 for the emergency power supply device 122 to electrically connect a second conductor 312b of the door control-side section of the motor cable to a second conductor 313b of the motor-side section of the motor cable.

[0122] Fig. 5 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of an emergency actuation device 120, which can be used, for example, in connection with an entry system already described.

[0123] For example, connector 320a shows a side view of one of the connectors of the emergency actuation device described with reference to Fig. 4. The emergency power supply device 122, here an example of a battery with one pin, is shown in the upper area of connector 320a. When the pin moves into the corresponding connector 320a, or both pins into the respective connectors 320a and 320b, then a

[0124] Voltage source in the form of the emergency power supply unit 122 in parallel to the motor supply.

[0125] According to one embodiment, the emergency actuation device 120 forms a receptacle into which the emergency power supply device 122 can be inserted in the form of a plug-in component. By inserting the emergency power supply device 122, the emergency actuation device 120 is switched from an unactuated state to an actuated state, in which the emergency power supply device 122 is, for example, electrically connected to the motor in order to unlock the operating interlock device and open the door.

[0126] According to one embodiment, a monitoring device 520 is arranged adjacent to the emergency actuation device 120. The monitoring device 520 is designed to monitor whether the emergency actuation device 2024ID00044

[0127] 23

[0128] 120 is activated. For example, the monitoring device 520 is designed as a limit switch. According to one embodiment, the monitoring device 520 is configured to provide an actuation signal in response to actuation of the emergency actuation device 120, for example to the door control device, as shown in Fig. 1. Optionally, the monitoring device 520 is designed as a component of the emergency actuation device 120.

[0129] According to one embodiment, a corresponding limit switch serves only for diagnostic purposes, such as determining whether a battery is plugged in.

[0130] Fig. 6 shows a flowchart of an embodiment of a method for operating an entry system, as described for example with reference to the preceding figures.

[0131] In step 601, the drive energy provided by the door control device is used to operate the motor in the opening direction and to move the operating interlock device to the unlocked state when the emergency release device is in the unactuated state. Thus, the drive energy is used to actuate the motor so that the door is opened. In the case of a motor-dependent operating interlock device, the door is simultaneously unlocked. In the case of a motor-independent operating interlock device, the drive energy is used, for example, firstly to actuate an actuator of the operating interlock device so that the door is unlocked, and secondly to actuate the motor so that the door is opened. In each case, the door is fully opened, according to one embodiment.

[0132] For example, step 601 is executed when a request to open the door, such as an opening signal, is sent to the door control device and the emergency release device is in the unactuated state. 2024ID00044

[0133] 24

[0134] In step 603, the emergency drive energy provided by the emergency power supply unit is used to operate the motor in the opening direction and to move the operating interlock device to the unlocked state when the emergency operating device is in the actuated state in response to a person's action. With a motor-dependent operating interlock device, the emergency drive energy is used to operate the motor at least far enough in the opening direction to unlock the operating interlock device. Optionally, the motor is then moved further in the opening direction to, for example, fully open the door.In a motor-independent operating interlock device, the emergency drive energy is used, according to one embodiment, firstly to control an actuator of the operating interlock device so that the door is unlocked, and secondly to control the motor so that the door is opened. According to one embodiment, the door is then fully opened.

[0135] Fig. 7 shows a schematic representation of at least part of an embodiment of an entry system 102, which can be used, for example, in connection with the rail vehicle described with reference to Fig. 1.

[0136] The entry system 102 includes, in addition to the door control device 110 and the motor 108, the operating interlock device 106, which is designed independently of the motor 108 and is also referred to as the motor-independent operating interlock device 106.

[0137] According to one embodiment, the operating interlock device 106, which can also be referred to as a locking mechanism, comprises an actuator 706 for moving the operating interlock device 106 into the unlocked state and / or the locked state. According to one embodiment, the door control device 110 comprises motor-specific electronics 710. 2024ID00044

[0138] 25

[0139] According to one embodiment, the door control device 110 is designed to control both the operating locking device 106 and the motor 108 in response to an input 714, e.g. “open door”.

[0140] For example, the door control device 110 is configured to respond to input 714 and, using operating energy provided by the main power supply device 116 (also referred to as the power supply), to provide drive energy for moving the operating interlock device 106 into the unlocked state and for operating the motor 108 in the opening direction. For this purpose, the door control device 110 is connected, for example, to the operating interlock device 106 via an interlock line to provide the drive energy to activate the actuator 706. Furthermore, the door control device 110 is connected, for example, to the motor 108 via a motor line to provide the drive energy to operate the motor 108 in the opening direction.

[0141] The drive energy supplied to the operating interlock device 106 may differ in its characteristics from the drive energy supplied to the motor 108. For example, the drive energy supplied to the operating interlock device 106 may have a different voltage than the drive energy supplied to the motor 108.

[0142] According to one embodiment, a transmission 730 is provided to convert an opening movement of the motor 108 into a door movement 732 for opening the door. The transmission 730 includes, for example, a gearbox for converting a rotation of a shaft of the motor 108 into a translation for opening the door.

[0143] According to one embodiment, the door control device 110 is designed to provide, in response to a closing signal and using the operating energy, further drive energy to move the operating locking device 106 into the locked state and / or to operate the motor 108 in a closing direction to close the door. 2024ID00044

[0144] 26

[0145] According to one embodiment, the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 are connected in parallel, i.e., for example, via separate lines to one or more output terminals of the door control device 110. This allows the drive energy to be supplied to the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 in a suitable form.

[0146] According to an alternative embodiment, the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 are connected in series.

[0147] The emergency operating device 120 is connected between the door control device 110 and the operating interlock device 106 as well as the motor 108.

[0148] In the unactuated state, the emergency actuation device 120 enables control of the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 using the drive energy provided by the door control device 110.

[0149] In the actuated state, the emergency actuation device 120 instead enables control of the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 using emergency energy provided by an emergency power supply device. According to one embodiment, the emergency power supply device is configured to provide the emergency energy in the form of a DC voltage suitable for operating the actuator 706 to unlock the door and suitable for operating the motor 108 in the opening direction.

[0150] According to an alternative embodiment, the emergency energy is used only to put the operating interlock device 106 into the unlocked state and not additionally to open the door using the motor 108.

[0151] Fig. 8 shows a schematic representation of at least part of an embodiment of an entry system 102, which is shown for example in 2024ID00044

[0152] 27

[0153] can be used in connection with the rail vehicle described in Fig. 1.

[0154] In contrast to the embodiment shown in Fig. 7, the operating interlock device 106 is designed as a motor-dependent operating interlock device 106. In this case, the operating interlock device 106 is integrated into the motor 108 or mechanically coupled to the motor 108. According to one embodiment, the operating interlock device 106 is moved into the unlocked state when the motor 108 moves in the opening direction, for example, at the beginning of such a movement. Optionally, the operating interlock device 106 is moved into the locked state when the motor 108 moves in the closing direction, for example, at the end of such a movement.

[0155] According to one embodiment, the door control device 110 is configured to activate the motor 108 in response to the input 714, e.g., "open door," and thereby also to unlock the operating interlock device 106. For example, the door control device 110 is configured to provide, in response to the input 714, drive energy for operating the motor 108 in the opening direction using the operating energy supplied by the main power supply device 116, and thus also to unlock the operating interlock device 106. For this purpose, the door control device 110 is connected to the motor 108, for example, via a motor cable, to supply the drive energy to the motor 108 for operating it in the opening direction.

[0156] The emergency operating device 120 is connected between the door control device 110 and the motor 108.

[0157] In its unactuated state, the emergency operating device 120 allows control using the drive energy provided by the door control device 110. 2024ID00044

[0158] 28

[0159] In the actuated state, the emergency actuation device 120 instead enables control of the motor 108 and thus of the operating interlock device 106 using the emergency energy provided by the emergency power supply device. According to one embodiment, the emergency power supply device is configured to provide the emergency energy in the form of a DC voltage suitable for operating the motor 108 in the opening direction.

[0160] According to one embodiment, the emergency energy is used only to operate the motor 108 until the operating interlock device 106 is in the unlocked state. Alternatively, the motor 108 continues to operate, for example, to fully open the door.

[0161] Fig. 9 shows a schematic representation of at least part of an embodiment of an entry system 102, which can be used, for example, in connection with the rail vehicle described with reference to Fig. 1.

[0162] The entry system 102 comprises, in addition to the door control unit 110 and the motor 108, the operating interlock device 106, which is independent of the motor 108 and is also referred to as the motor-independent operating interlock device 106. Furthermore, the entry system 102 comprises the emergency operating device 120, which is connected between the door control unit 110 on the one hand and the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 on the other.

[0163] In its unactuated state, the emergency actuation device 120 enables control of the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 using the drive energy provided by the door control device 110. According to one embodiment, the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 are connected in parallel and can be controlled independently of each other using the door control device 110. 2024ID00044

[0164] 29

[0165] In the actuated state, the emergency actuation device 120 instead enables control of the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 using emergency energy provided by an emergency power supply device 122. According to one embodiment, the emergency power supply device 122 is designed as a DC voltage source and configured to provide the emergency energy in the form of a DC voltage suitable for moving the operating interlock device 106 into the unlocked state and operating the motor 108 in the opening direction to open the door. According to another embodiment, the emergency power supply device 122 is designed as a self-contained power source configured to provide the emergency energy independently of a power source for supplying the operating energy and the drive energy. In this way, the door can be unlocked and opened even when the operating energy and thus the drive energy is not available.

[0166] According to one embodiment, the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 are connected in series with each other in the actuated state of the emergency actuating device 120.

[0167] According to an alternative embodiment, the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 are connected in parallel to each other in the actuated state of the emergency actuating device 120.

[0168] According to one embodiment, the door control device 110 is designed to provide drive energy for unlocking the operating interlock device 106 and for driving the motor 108 when in the unactuated state, for example controlled by one or more control signals.

[0169] For example, the door control unit 110 is configured to provide initial drive energy to the operating interlock unit 106 via an unlocking line in response to an unlocking signal, thereby setting it into the unlocked state. 2024ID00044

[0170] 30

[0171] As an example, the unlocking line is designed as a two-core cable that runs through the emergency release device 120. On the input side, the emergency release device 120 is connected to the door control unit 110 via a door control-side section 912 of the unlocking line. On the output side, the emergency release device 120 is connected to the operating interlock device 106 via a locking-side section 913 of the unlocking line. In the unactuated state, the emergency release device 120 is designed to connect the door control-side section 912 of the unlocking line to the locking-side section 913 in order to close an electrical circuit via the unlocking line and the operating interlock device 106.

[0172] According to one embodiment, the emergency power supply device 122 has a plurality of switches, here by way of example a first switch 951 and a second switch 952 as well as a third switch 953 and a fourth switch 954.

[0173] According to one embodiment, the first switch 951, in the unactuated state of the emergency release device 120, is configured to connect a first conductor of the door control-side section 912 of the release line to a first conductor of the locking-side section 913 of the release line. Similarly, the second switch 952, in the unactuated state of the emergency release device 120, is configured to connect a second conductor of the door control-side section 912 of the release line to a second conductor of the locking-side section 913 of the release line.

[0174] For example, the door control unit 110 is configured to provide a second drive energy to operate the motor 108 in the opening direction via a motor cable, in response to an opening signal. This motor cable is, for example, a two-core cable that runs through the emergency operating device 120. On the input side, the emergency operating device 120 is connected to the door control unit 110 via a door control-side section 212 of the motor cable. On the output side, the emergency operating device 120 is connected via a motor-side section 213 of the 2024ID00044

[0175] 31

[0176] The unlocking line is connected to the motor 108. In the unactuated state, the emergency actuation device 120 is designed to connect the door control-side section 212 of the motor line to the motor-side section 213 in order to close a circuit via the motor line and the motor 108.

[0177] According to one embodiment, the third switch 953, in the unactuated state of the emergency actuating device 120, is configured to connect a first conductor of the door control-side section 212 of the motor cable to a first conductor of the motor-side section 213 of the motor cable. Similarly, the fourth switch 954, in the unactuated state of the emergency actuating device 120, is configured to connect a second conductor of the door control-side section 212 of the motor cable to a second conductor of the motor-side section 213 of the motor cable.

[0178] According to one embodiment, the emergency actuation device 120 is configured to provide, in response to the opening signal, both the first drive energy to move the operating locking device 106 into the unlocked state and the second drive energy to operate the motor 108 in the opening direction.

[0179] According to different embodiments, the first drive energy and the second drive energy are either different or identical.

[0180] According to one embodiment, the door control device 110 is designed to disconnect the unlocking line and the motor line in the actuated state.

[0181] For example, the first switch 951, in the actuated state of the emergency actuating device 120, is configured to disconnect the first wire of the door control-side section 912 of the unlocking line from the first wire of the locking-side section 913 of the unlocking line; the second switch 952 is configured to disconnect the second wire of the door control-side section 912 of the unlocking line from the second wire of the locking-side section 913. 2024ID00044

[0182] 32 of the unlocking line to disconnect, the third switch 953 is designed to disconnect the first wire of the door control side section 212 of the motor line from the first wire of the motor side section 213 of the motor line, and the fourth switch 954 is designed to disconnect the second wire of the door control side section 212 of the motor line from the second wire of the motor side section 213 of the motor line.

[0183] According to one embodiment, the emergency actuation device 120 is designed to connect the emergency power supply device 122 to both the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 when the actuated state is activated.

[0184] For example, switches 951, 952, 953, 954 are designed in the actuated state of the emergency actuating device 120 to connect the operating interlock device 106 in series with the motor 108 to the emergency power supply device 122.

[0185] For example, the first switch 951 is configured to connect a first pole of the emergency power supply device 122 to the first conductor of the locking-side section 913 of the unlocking line when the emergency operating device 120 is actuated, the second switch 952 and the third switch 953 are configured to connect the second conductor of the locking-side section 913 of the unlocking line to the first conductor of the motor-side section 213 of the motor line, and the fourth switch 954 is configured to connect the second conductor of the motor-side section 213 of the motor line to a second pole of the emergency power supply device 122.

[0186] Alternatively, switches 951, 952, 953, and 954 are configured, in the actuated state of the emergency operating device 120, to connect the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 in parallel with the emergency power supply device 122. In this case, for example, the first switch 951 and the third switch 953 are configured, in the actuated state of the emergency operating device 120, to connect the first pole of the emergency power supply device 122 to the first conductor of the interlock-side section 913 of the unlocking line and the first 2024ID00044

[0187] 33

[0188] to connect the conductor of the motor-side section 213 of the motor line and the second switch 952 and the fourth switch 954 are designed to connect the second conductor of the locking-side section 913 of the unlocking line and the second conductor of the motor-side section 213 of the motor line to the second pole of the emergency power supply device 122.

[0189] For example, switches 951, 952, 953, and 954 each have four terminals “1”, “2”, “3”, and “4”, which are connected as shown in Fig. 9. According to one embodiment, switches 951, 952, 953, and 954 are synchronously moved into an actuated position when the emergency actuation device 120 is activated.

[0190] For example, the emergency power supply unit 122 is connected via a first conductor of an emergency line 215 to a third terminal “3” of the first switch 951 and via a second conductor of the emergency line 215 to a third terminal “3” of the fourth switch 954.

[0191] If the emergency power supply device 122 is designed as a plug-in part that can be inserted into the emergency operating device 120, the emergency operating device 120 is designed according to an exemplary embodiment to provide the previously described electrical connection between the door control device 110 and the operating interlock device 106 and the motor 108 when the emergency power supply device 122 is not plugged into the emergency operating device 120.If, on the other hand, the emergency power supply unit 122 is plugged into the emergency operating unit 120, the emergency operating unit 120 is configured according to one embodiment to provide the previously described emergency electrical connection between the emergency power supply unit 122 and the operating interlock unit 106 and the motor 108, and according to another embodiment, to disconnect or provide the electrical connection between the door control unit 110 and the operating interlock unit 106 and the motor 108. 2024ID00044.

[0192] 34

[0193] According to the illustrated embodiment, the motor 108 and the operating interlock device 106, which functions as an interlock, are connected in series during emergency operation by means of the emergency operating device 120. However, they can also be connected in parallel.

[0194] According to an alternative embodiment, only electrical unlocking of the motor-independent locking mechanism is implemented. In this case, the emergency operating device 120 is designed to connect only the operating locking device 106 to the emergency power supply device 122 when actuated, but not the motor 108. In this case, for example, manual opening of the door is possible during emergency operation.
