[0057] Fig. 12 illustrates a top view of the tray fixture 128 in accordance with an example embodiment of the present disclosure. The tray fixture 128 is mainly used for the support and positioning of the workpiece. The tray fixture 128 may be provided with a wear-resistant lining at the bottom which contacts with the conveyor line roller and realizes the horizontal movement of the workpiece through the conveyor line system. In some example  embodiments, there are several top lift positions on the tray fixture 128 for the lifting device to lift the workpiece.

[0058] In some example embodiments, the paint removing system 1 may include a PLC controller 70 to control the servo motion apparatus 123 to drive the laser cleaning head 120 to desired position to realize the graphical cleaning of the workpiece in different areas. The PLC controller 70 may be provided with a touch screen used for human machine interaction. The paint removing system 1 may also include a visual apparatus to allow the user to realize accurate positioning of cleaning position and quality detection after washing through the visual apparatus.

[0059] With reference back to Fig. 1, the paint removing system 1 may also include a compressed gas subsystem 50 which is mainly composed of a gas storage tank 51, a cold and dry machine 52 and gas pipes. The compressed gas subsystem 50 is used for automatic operation of the lifting of the material door 19, the lifting of the elevator 33, line body running blocking action control, and laser operation blowing protection, etc.

[0060] Fig. 13 illustrates a perspective view of the visual subsystem 60 in accordance with an example embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown, the visual subsystem 60 includes a camera 61, an auxiliary light source 62, an industrial computer. The camera 61 and the auxiliary light source 62 may be integrated in the laser cleaning head 120. A reflector may be installed on the tray fixture 128. Through the visual software operation on the industrial computer, the visual positioning before cleaning operation and the visual quality detection function after cleaning can be realized.

[0061] The working process of continuous and automatic operation of the laser cleaning station will be described below. As an example, there are three laser cleaning stations 12 within the laser safety room 10.

[0062] First, the feeding robot scans the code and place the workpiece on the tray fixture 128. After the elevator 33 detects the workpiece, the claw hands of the robot release, and allows the workpiece to falls, and the robot returns to the original position.

[0063] Then, after the robot leaves a certain position of the feeding tray, the robot sends the departure signal to the PLC controller 70 of the laser cleaning station 12, the material door 19 of the laser safety room 10 opens at the same time, and the conveying line sends the workpiece to the first laser cleaning station 12 in the laser safety room 10.

[0064] Afterwards, when the tray fixture 128 with the tool moves to the laser cleaning station 12 with the conveying line, the conveying line in the laser safety room 10 moves the tray clamp on the third laser cleaning station 12 to the feeding elevator, and moves the tray clamp on the second laser cleaning station 12 to the third laser cleaning station 12.

[0065] After the position detection sensors of the three laser cleaning stations 12 detect that the tray fixtures 128 are in place, the three sets of lifting apparatus 124 simultaneously lift the corresponding tray fixtures 128 to the working position. In this process, the upper inlet and outlet door of the laser safety room 10 is closed.

[0066] Then, the servo motion apparatus 123 in the laser cleaning station 12 drives the laser cleaning head 120 to the position of the cleaning area on the workpiece surface, a distance sensor may be provided to measure the distance between the laser cleaning head 120 and the workpiece. The camera 61 of the visual subsystem 60 takes pictures of the cleaning area, and automatically compensates the laser light position if the workpiece is offset. After that, three servo motion apparatuses 123 drives the laser cleaning head 120 to the designated zone for cleaning. During the cleaning process, an air knife provided under the laser cleaning head 120 begins to work to form an air curtain to avoid the dust escaping and polluting the lens of the camera 61. Besides, a dust extraction port integrated in the laser cleaning head 120 may be used to collect and handle the generated dust in real time. After the cleaning operation is completed, the camera 61 takes pictures of the cleaning area for inspection. The visual positioning and visual detection results are displayed in real time on a display screen of the industrial computer.

[0067] Afterwards, during the time of laser cleaning in the laser safety room 10, after the cutting robot grabs the workpiece on the lifting apparatus, the lifting and conveying of the discharging layer and the feeding layer drop at the same time, and the lower layer of the laser safety room 10 is opened during the dropping process. After the discharge elevator 33 is lowered into place, the return line at the lower layer of the conveying line body is started, and the tray fixture 128 at the lower layer of the first laser cleaning station 12 is transported to the feed layer, and the tray fixture 128 at the lower layer of the second laser cleaning station 12 is transported to the laser safety room 10. After that, the conveying is completed and the department under the laser safety room 10 is closed. The feed layer is raised to the working position, waiting for the feeding robot to load the material.

[0068] Through the above steps, the continuous automatic operation of the laser cleaning  station 12 can be realized.

[0069] Compared to the existing teaching approaches, the example embodiments of the present disclosure integrates the conveying system, servo system, laser, vision and other systems, and realizes a high degree of automation of the whole process of feeding, positioning, laser cleaning, detection and unloading. The whole paint removing system 1 is easy to operate, without professional personnel, can effectively improve the production efficiency and product quality, to achieve a real sense of flexible production process.

[0070] On the one hand, through the design of automation equipment, the production efficiency can be increased. On the other hand, by adopting laser cleaning and paint removing technology, the precise control of the thickness and edge size of the laser precise paint layer in the area to be grounded can also be realized.

[0071] Although the subject matter has been described in language specific to structural features and / or methodological acts, it is to be understood that the subject matter defined in the appended claims is not necessarily limited to the specific features or acts described above. Rather, the specific features and acts described above are disclosed as example forms of implementing the claims.
