An ultralight coaxial dual rotor helicopter having a substantially L shaped frame. Attached to the back of the frame is a vertical shaft engine, and a pair of yaw paddles for controlling yaw of the craft. The drive shaft connects to a belt drive at the top of the frame, which transmits the engine power to a transmission and coaxial drive gear for driving the rotors. A lighting device (20) included in a plant cultivation device (10) includes: a light source unit (25) including an LED serving as a light source; and a cooling unit (30) including a cooling section (21) which allows a cooling medium to flow therein, the cooling unit (30) cooling the light source by heat exchange between the cooling medium supplied to the inside of the cooling section (21) and the light source unit (25). An impregnation solution is provided, which contains a mixture of water and at least one water-miscible organic solvent as solvent in which at least one active metal compound and also preferably at least one promoter metal compound is dissolved. A support is provided, the support is impregnated with the impregnation solution, and the impregnated support is calcined. Palladium is preferably used as active metal and silver is preferably used as promoter metal. Also, a catalyst as is obtained by the method and also its preferred use for the selective hydrogenation of acetylenic compounds.

An abrasive composition comprising non-polymeric organic particles that is useful for chemical mechanical planarization (CMP), and which can widely be used in the semiconductor industry. The inventive compositions preferably comprise soft water in combination with 0.001-20 w/w % of non-polymeric organic particles, 0.1-10 w/w % of an oxidizing agent, 0.05-10 w/w % of a chelating agent, 0.01-10 w/w % of a surfactant, and 0-10 w/w % of a passivation agent at a pH in the range of 2-12, wherein said percentages are w/w (weight/weight) percentages, based on the total weight of said compositions. The abrasive compositions provide an efficient polishing rate, excellent selectivity and good surface quality when utilized as a new abrasive composition in CMP applications.

A contact probe comprises a tip portion for making contact with a subject surface, a supporting portion, and a spring portion for connecting the other two members.
