The bulb fixing cover and the rotating frame form a rotating combination which is arranged on the mounting support in a rotating mode. The driving device is connected to the rotating combination and is used for driving the rotating combination to rotate. When the projection direction of the bulb needs to be changed, only by driving of the driving device, the rotating combination body can rotate by 360 degrees freely, accordingly, the bulb is driven to rotate to the needed angle position, meanwhile, the bulb is fixed on the bulb fixing cover, the radiating fan and the bulb arranged on the bulb fixing cover are fixed in arranged position, and therefore even if the projection direction of the bulb is changed, the radiating fan can carry out reasonable radiating at the positions where temperature is highest and lowest in the bulb.
