An alcohol concentration measurement apparatus (2) and a prompt apparatus (3) are arranged at the back side of the intelligent handset (1). When an alcohol concentration of a tester exceeds a standard, the handset can display corresponding monitoring parameters and emit corresponding prompt information. The alcohol concentration measurement apparatus (2) is provided with an air reception module (4) and an examination module (5). A distance sensor (6), which monitors the distance between a mouth shape of the tester and the air reception module (4), is arranged, and if the distance is exceeded, prompt will be emitted. When the alcohol concentration of the tester exceeds the standard, the handset automatically sends the prompt information to set handset friend numbers. Convenient testing of the alcohol concentration is realized, and the prompt information can be simultaneously sent to the assigned numbers, so that body health of persons whose alcohol concentrations exceed the standard can be ensured, and outgoing risks are reduced.
