Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a velvet antler. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) selecting and placing velvet antler in a clear water forsoaking treatment for 5-10 h, taking out the velvet antler and steaming the velvet antler with steam for 15-20 min, then, placing the velvet antler in water at 50-65 DEG C for soaking treatment for 1-2 h, and producing the treated velvet antler into freeze-dried powder; 2) adding the freeze-dried powder to an extraction solvent, and carrying out reflux extraction on the velvet antler to obtain a reflux liquid; 3) performing filtration by a vacuum suction filter to remove impurities in the reflux liquid to obtain a primary filtrate for later use; 4) introducing the primary filtrate in a crusherfor cell crushing treatment, releasing active substances in cells through ultrasonic dispersing treatment, dissolving the active substances in the extraction solvent, and performing filtration by a superfine filter to obtain a secondary filtrate; and 5) concentrating and drying the secondary filtrate to obtain the velvet antler extract.
