Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: sending a meter searching instruction and receiving meter state informationfed back by the meter according to the meter searching instruction; performing content verification on the meter state information according to a preset verification rule, and judging whether the meter state information conforms to a distribution line message specification or not; after the reporting time period is finished, sending a port configuration instruction to the meters which pass the meter state information verification and accord with the distribution line message specification to finish meter registration; and if the meter state information does not accord with the distribution line message specification and/or the content verification is not passed, setting a node communication mark, and resending the meter search instruction until meter registration of all meters is completed or the sending frequency of the meter search instruction reaches a preset search threshold.
