Abstract

This invention relates to the field of magnet technology, and in particular to a corrosion-resistant, high-strength magnet material and its preparation method. The corrosion-resistant, high-strength magnet material comprises a magnetic matrix and a polymer filling the pores of the magnetic matrix and coating its surface. The magnetic matrix comprises the following raw material components by mass percentage: 40%-50% neodymium iron boron powder, 5%-10% nano-copper, 3%-7% nano-zinc, 5%-8% nano-cobalt, 1%-5% nano-zirconium, 5%-8% nano-zinc oxide, 6%-10% nano-silicon dioxide, with the balance being nano-iron. The magnet material of this invention exhibits excellent magnetic properties and corrosion resistance.
