Esophageal clamp

Abstract

A kind of esophagus is drawn, it is related to poultry esophagus processing equipment field, including support seat and the two clamping plates oppositely arranged on it, the middle part of two clamping plates is rotatably connected with support seat by pivot, and the opposite side of two clamping plates is provided with meshing transmission teeth around pivot, one end of two clamping plates is oil drawing part, the other end is connecting part, elastic member is connected between the connecting part of two clamping plates, and the side of one clamping plate away from oil drawing part is provided with abutting portion, abutting portion is set to be able to drive two clamping plates to reverse rotation when being resisted by external force, the oil drawing part of two clamping plates is opened, after the end of abutting force, the oil drawing part of two clamping plates is elastically reset and closed. Through the simple transmission structure of abutting portion receiving external force-two clamping plates reverse rotation-oil drawing part opening and elastic member resetting-oil drawing part closing, cooperate with the meshing teeth of the middle part of two clamping plates pivot connection and ensure synchronous rotation, not only completely avoid the erosion problem of grease liquid to cylinder, but also simplify transmission structure, improve production efficiency.
