[0002] Tools with straps and bands without elasticity used in TRX and Aerial for instance and tools with elastic features applied in 4Dpro and Bungee Fitness. Each of them have advantages and disadvantages and by applying them certain exercises can be designed. As with TRX, due to physical feature of straps, athletes get out of breath more quickly than 4Dpro and bungee fitness and cannot use their maximum strength in a short period of time.
[0003] They need a high level of fitness too. On the other hand, compared to 4Dpro and bungee fitness, TRX is much safer. However, 4Dpro and bungee fitness tools are elastic and stretchy and due to this feature, trainees are able to use their maximum strength and because the movements are pleasurable and joyful, they do not get tired quickly.

[0033] The integrated suspension training equipment is an exercise device designed for sports and rehabilitation movements. First of all, the yoke bar (1 ) is placed in a proper spot and connecting strap (2) is attached to it and by means of karabiner (3) to graded straps (4).

1. The integrated suspension training equipment is an exercise tool for performing sport and rehabilitation movements consisting of a yoke bar, connection band, karabiner, graded band of karabiner, harness bands, upper handles, harness, lower harness, ankle band, knee band, side bands and shoe cover.
2. According to claim 1 , the yoke bar is used to fix the equipment and can be replaced with any other firm spot.
3. According to claim 2, connection band fastens the equipment to the yoke bar and is made of the same material as parachute band to boost resistance.
4. According to claim 2, the karabiner is made of durable metal and has a strong lock and attaches the connecting band to the graded bands.
5. According to claim 2, graded bands are applied to adjust the height and have good resistance and quality. They stretch from karabiner to harness bands.
6. According to claim 2, bands create elasticity and have good resistance and quality. They connect graded bands to the harness.
7. According to claim 2, upper handles are connected to karabiner with bands and straps and are applied for movements of upper body and hands.
8. According to claim 1 , the harness or vest is made of strong cloth and extends from shoulders to buttocks and is adjustable.

12. According to claim 1 , lateral or side bands which extend from harness to ankles are applied to perform movements of the lower body.
13. According to claim 1 , ankle band is made of strong material and can tolerate excess load. It is connected to knee band by means of lateral bands.
14. According to claim 1 , knee band is made of high quality material and can tolerate excess load. It keeps the knee in a proper position. It also connects the harness and side bands to ankle band.
15. According to claim 1 , shoe covers are stretchy and with their peculiar shape protect the foot and spine against pressure and impact. The soles are made of termo and their special lines prevent slipping.
16. According to claim 15, bands connect the shoes and ankle band and their elasticity makes movements possible.
