Abstract

The invention provides a parcel re-delivery method, a parcel delivery method, related equipment and a parcel re-delivery method. The parcel re-delivery method comprises the steps of obtaining a parcelreceiving address and a delivery point of a parcel; judging whether delivery points of a plurality of parcels with the same receiving address are the same or not; if not, marking the plurality of parcels as parcels to be redelivered; obtaining an updated delivery point according to the parcel information of the parcel to be re-delivered; and generating a re-delivery instruction according to the updated delivery point, wherein the re-delivery instruction is used for instructing to deliver at least part of the to-be-re-delivered parcels to the updated delivery point. According to the method andthe device provided by the invention, the judgment of the re-delivery parcel and the determination of the updated delivery point are conveniently realized, so that the process of signing for the parcel from the delivery point by the user is simplified and optimized.
