[0038] Please also read Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 6 The headset provided by the present invention is now described. The headset comprises a headband 11, a first earmuff 20 (please refer to Fig.13) and a second earmuff 30, the first earmuff 20 and the second earmuff 30 are respectively mounted at both ends of the headband 11. The first earmuff 20 includes a first shell 21 and a first speaker 22, the first speaker 22 is mounted in the first shell 21, a first rear sound cavity 201 is formed in the first shell 21, the first rear sound cavity 201 is located at the rear side of the first speaker 22, a first baffle 23 is arranged in the first rear sound cavity 201, the front surface of the first baffle 23 is a first reflection surface 230, and the first reflection surface 230 is used to reflect sound waves. The second earmuff 30 includes a second shell 31 and a second speaker 32, the second speaker 32 is mounted in the second shell 31, a second rear sound cavity 301 is formed in the second shell 31, the second rear sound cavity 301 is located at the rear side of the second speaker 32, the front surface of the second baffle 33 is a second reflection surface 330, and the second reflection surface 330 is used to reflect sound waves. When the first speaker 22 makes a sound, the first reflective surface 230 can reflect the sound propagated backward by the first speaker 22 forward, thereby improving the reverberation effect of the sound made by the first speaker 22; when the second speaker 32 makes a sound, the second reflective surface 330 can reflect the sound propagated backward by the second speaker 32 forward, thereby improving the reverberation effect of the sound made by the second speaker 32. At the same time, the first baffle 23 can reduce or avoid the resonance of the sound in the first rear sound cavity 201, reduce the noise generated by the resonance, avoid the interference of the resonance on the sound reverberation, and enhance the reverberation effect of the sound; the second baffle 33 can reduce or avoid the resonance of the sound in the second rear sound cavity 301, reduce the noise generated by the resonance, avoid the interference of the resonance on the sound reverberation, and enhance the reverberation effect of the sound.
[0039] Specifically, the first partition 23 and the first shell 21 are made of different materials, and the second partition 33 and the second shell 31 are made of different materials. By using different materials, the first partition 23 and the first shell 21 have different resonance frequencies, and the second partition 33 and the second shell 31 have different resonance frequencies, thereby avoiding resonance between the first partition 23 and the first shell 21, and avoiding resonance between the second partition 33 and the second shell 31.
[0040] For further information, see Figure 8 and Fig. 9 The first partition 23 is detachably connected to the first shell 21, and the second partition 33 is detachably connected to the second shell 31. The detachable connection structure can weaken the resonance of the first shell 21 or the second shell 31. Specifically, it can be a screw connection or a riveted connection. Here, it is avoided that the first partition 23 and the first shell 21 are an integral structure, which generates resonance and affects the sound of the first speaker 22; it is avoided that the second partition 33 and the second shell 31 are an integral structure, which generates resonance and affects the sound of the second speaker 32.
[0041] Further, please participate Figure 3 and Figure 6As a specific embodiment of the headset provided by the present invention, the first reflective surface 230 is corrugated (please refer to Fig.10 and Fig.13 ); the second reflective surface 330 is corrugated (please refer to Fig.11 ). The corrugated first reflection surface 230 can reduce the resonance of the first partition 23 and enhance the reflection of the sound behind the first speaker 22, thereby improving the reverberation effect; the corrugated second reflection surface 330 can reduce the resonance of the second partition 33 and enhance the reflection of the sound behind the second speaker 32, thereby improving the reverberation effect.
[0042] Specifically, the first reflective surface 230 is corrugated, which can make the thickness of the first partition 23 change periodically. This structure is conducive to reducing the vibration of the first partition 23 and preventing the resonance of the first partition 23. The second reflective surface 330 is corrugated, which can make the thickness of the second partition 33 change periodically. This structure is conducive to reducing the vibration of the second partition 33 and preventing the resonance of the second partition 33.
[0043] Further, please participate Figure 3 and Figure 6 As a specific embodiment of the headset provided by the present invention, a plurality of first annular corrugations are provided on the first reflective surface 230 (please refer to Fig.10 and Fig.13 ), the number of the first annular corrugation is 1 to 7; a plurality of second annular corrugations are provided on the second reflecting surface 330 (please refer to Fig.11 ), the number of turns of the second annular corrugation is 1 to 7 turns. Here, according to the actual headphone sound detection, it is found that in the headphone, when the number of turns of the corrugation is 1 to 7 turns, the influence of resonance can be weakened and the reverberation effect can be improved. Among them, the number of turns of the corrugation refers to the number of cycles of the complete waveform, that is, one turn is between two peaks (or troughs).
[0044] Furthermore, the number of corrugations on the first reflective surface 230 is 1 to 3, and the number of corrugations on the second reflective surface 330 is 1 to 3. According to actual tests, in a normal-sized headphone, when the number of corrugations is 1 to 3, the resonance in the rear sound cavity can be significantly reduced, and the reverberation effect can be significantly improved.
[0045] Furthermore, the rigidity of the first baffle 23 is greater than that of the first shell 21, and the rigidity of the second baffle 33 is greater than that of the second shell 31. Materials with different rigidities are used to avoid resonance caused by the natural frequencies of the first baffle 23 and the first shell 21, and to avoid resonance caused by the natural frequencies of the second baffle 33 and the second shell 31. At the same time, the difference in material rigidity is used to improve the reverberation sound quality. For materials with stronger rigidity, their surfaces have stronger reflection effects on sound waves, but weaker vibrations with sound waves when receiving sound waves. In this way, the reverberation effect on sound can be enhanced and resonance interference can be reduced by appropriately improving the rigidity of the first baffle 23 and the second baffle 33.
[0046] Specifically, the first shell 21 and the second shell 31 can be made of ABS plastic (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene plastic), and the first partition 23 and the second partition 33 use ABS plastic as a base material, and glass fiber can be added to the first partition 23 and the second partition 33 to enhance their rigidity. In this way, the material difference between the first partition 23 and the second partition 33 and the first shell 21 and the second shell 31 is not much, avoiding the change in timbre when the sound is transmitted by the first partition 23 and the second partition 33.
[0047] For further information, see Figure 3 and Figure 6 As a specific embodiment of the headset provided by the present invention, the clearance between the rear end face of the first speaker 22 and the first reflective surface 230 is greater than 1.0 mm, and the clearance here refers to the minimum value of the gap between the back of the first speaker 22 and the first reflective surface 230 is greater than 1.0 mm. The clearance between the rear end face of the second speaker 32 and the second reflective surface 330 is greater than 1.0 mm, and the clearance here refers to the minimum value of the gap between the back of the second speaker 32 and the second reflective surface 330 is greater than 1.0 mm. After testing, it was found that when the distance between the back of the first speaker 22 and the first reflective surface 230 is small, the resonance generated by the first rear sound cavity 201 is more obvious, and when the clearance between the two increases to more than 1.0 mm, the resonance can be reduced; when the distance between the back of the second speaker 32 and the second reflective surface 330 is small, the resonance generated by the second rear sound cavity 301 is more obvious, and when the clearance between the two increases to more than 1.0 mm, the resonance can be reduced.
[0048] Preferably, the clearance between the rear end face of the first speaker 22 and the first reflective surface 230 is 2.0 mm to 15 mm, and the clearance between the rear end face of the second speaker 32 and the second reflective surface 330 is 2.0 mm to 15 mm. Since the first speaker 22 mainly emits sound forward, the sound on the back is relatively small. When the clearance between the rear end face of the first speaker 22 and the first reflective surface 230 is increased, both the resonance and the reflection of the sound will be weakened, affecting the reverberation effect of the sound. Moreover, when the distance is increased, the thickness of the earmuff will also increase. Similarly, the same effect exists between the second speaker and the second reflective surface. Optionally, the clearance between the rear end face of the first speaker 22 and the first reflective surface 230 is 3.0 mm, 5.0 mm, or 10 mm; the clearance between the rear end face of the second speaker 32 and the second reflective surface 330 is 3.0 mm, 5.0 mm, or 10 mm.
[0049] For further information, see Figure 3 and Figure 6 As a specific embodiment of the headset provided by the present invention, the thickness of the first partition 23 is greater than 1.0 mm, and the thickness of the second partition 33 is greater than 1.0 mm. When the thickness of the first partition 23 is increased, the amplitude of the first partition 23 vibrating with the sound wave when the first speaker 22 makes a sound can be reduced, and the interference of resonance on the sound wave reverberation can be reduced; when the thickness of the second partition 33 is increased, the amplitude of the second partition 33 vibrating with the sound wave when the second speaker 32 makes a sound can be reduced, and the interference of resonance on the sound wave reverberation can be reduced. Specifically, the thickness here refers to the distance from the trough of the ripple to the other side.
[0050] Preferably, the thickness of the first partition 23 and the second partition 33 is greater than 1.5 mm. When the thickness of the first partition 23 is greater than 1.5 mm, the amplitude of the first partition 23 vibrating with the sound of the first speaker 22 is small, and the resonance generated is small; when the thickness of the second partition 33 is greater than 1.5 mm, the amplitude of the second partition 33 vibrating with the sound of the second speaker 32 is small, and the resonance generated is small. Optionally, the thickness of the first partition 23 and the second partition 33 are 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm.
[0051] For further information, see Figure 3 and Figure 6 As a specific implementation of the headset provided by the present invention, please refer to Figure 4 A first accommodating cavity 202 is further formed in the first housing 21. The first accommodating cavity 202 is located on a side of the first partition 23 away from the first speaker 22. Figure 7A second accommodating cavity 302 is also formed in the second housing 31, and the second accommodating cavity 302 is on the side of the second partition 33 away from the second speaker 32. The first accommodating cavity 202 or the second accommodating cavity 302 can be provided with a control circuit or a key connected to the first speaker 22 and the second speaker 32 to provide space, and at the same time, avoid interference with the first rear sound cavity 201, the second rear sound cavity 301 or the speaker reverberation effect.
[0052] For further information, see Figure 3 and Figure 8 As a specific embodiment of the headset provided by the present invention, a control circuit board 41 is disposed in the first accommodating cavity 202. The control circuit board 41 is used to control the first speaker 22 and the second speaker 32, and can output audio signals to the first speaker 22 and the second speaker 32. The control circuit board 41 is disposed in the first accommodating cavity 202, so as to avoid interference of the control circuit board 41 with the reverberation effect of the sound of the first speaker 22.
[0053] For further information, see Figure 6 , Figure 7 and Fig. 9 As a specific embodiment of the headset provided by the present invention, a power supply 42 is provided in the second accommodating cavity 302, and the power supply 42 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 41. The power supply 42 is arranged in the second accommodating cavity 302, so that the power supply 42 can avoid interfering with the reverberation effect of the second speaker 32. The power supply 42 and the control circuit board 41 are arranged in the first accommodating cavity 202 and the second accommodating cavity 302 respectively, so that the sizes of the first earmuff 20 and the second earmuff 30 are basically the same, and the difference in the sound effects of the first earmuff 20 and the second earmuff 30 caused by the inconsistency of the sizes of the first shell 21 and the second shell 31 is avoided.
[0054] Specifically, the power source 42 may be a rechargeable battery or a power port connected to an external power source. Preferably, the power source 42 is a rechargeable power source, which is convenient for users to carry and use.
[0055] Of course, the positions of the control circuit board 41 and the power supply 42 can also be interchanged, as long as the structures of the first shell 21 and the second shell 31 are kept basically consistent.
[0056] For further information, see Figure 8 A control button is provided on the control circuit board 41, and a button cap 43 corresponding to the control button is provided on the first shell 21. The button cap 43 is located outside the first accommodating cavity 202, so as to reduce the interference of the control button on the first rear sound cavity 201.
[0057] For further information, see Figure 3 and Figure 7As a specific implementation of the headset provided by the present invention, please refer to Figure 4 and Fig.10 A first sound guide hole 210 is provided on the outer circumference of the first housing 21. The first sound guide hole 210 is connected to the first rear sound cavity 201. Please refer to Figure 7 and Fig.11 , a second sound guide hole 310 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the second shell 31, and the second sound guide hole 310 is connected to the second rear sound cavity 301. The first sound guide hole 210 is connected to the first rear sound cavity 201, so that the first rear sound cavity 201 can be connected to the outside, and the first rear sound cavity 201 is prevented from being completely closed, causing the air pressure on the rear side of the first speaker 22 to fluctuate too much when the first speaker 22 makes a sound, and compressing the first shell 21 and the first partition 23 to vibrate, affecting the reverberation effect of the sound. The second sound guide hole 310 is connected to the second rear sound cavity 301, so that the second rear sound cavity 301 can be connected to the outside, and the second rear sound cavity 301 is prevented from being completely closed, causing the air pressure on the rear side of the second speaker 32 to fluctuate too much when the second speaker 32 makes a sound, and compressing the second shell 31 and the second partition 33 to vibrate, affecting the reverberation effect of the sound.
[0058] For further information, see Figure 4 and Figure 7 As a specific implementation of the headset provided by the present invention, please refer to Figure 8 and Fig.12 The first housing 21 is provided with a first tube sticker 25, and the first tube sticker 25 is used to adjust the air permeability of the first sound guide hole 210; please refer to Fig. 9 A second tube sticker 35 is provided in the second shell 31, and the second tube sticker 35 is used to adjust the air permeability of the second sound guide hole 310. The first tube sticker 25 and the second tube sticker 35 can be used to adjust the air permeability between the first rear sound cavity 201 and the second rear sound cavity 301 and the outside according to the differences between the first earmuff 20 and the second earmuff 30 (differences caused by control buttons, power openings, etc.), so that the first speaker 22 and the second speaker 32 can achieve the same reverberation effect.
[0059] Furthermore, the first tube sticker 25 is slidably connected to the first shell 21, and the second tube sticker 35 is slidably connected to the second shell 31, so that the air permeability between the first rear sound cavity 201 and the outside can be adjusted by sliding the first tube sticker 25, and the air permeability between the second rear sound cavity 301 and the outside can be adjusted by sliding the second tube sticker 35.
[0060] Specifically, see Fig.12 The first sound guide hole 210 is an oblong shape, and the second sound guide hole 310 is an oblong shape (similar to Fig.12The structure of the first tube sticker 210 is similar or identical to that of the first tube sticker 210); the first tube sticker 25 is provided with a first oblong hole corresponding to the first sound guide hole 210, and the second tube sticker 35 is provided with a second oblong hole corresponding to the second sound guide hole 310. When the first tube sticker 25 slides along the inner wall of the first shell 21, and the second tube sticker 35 slides along the inner wall of the second shell 31, the intersection of the first sound guide hole 210 and the first oblong hole connects the first rear sound cavity 201 with the outside, and the intersection of the second sound guide hole 310 and the second oblong hole connects the second rear sound cavity 301 with the outside, and at the same time, the channel for the first rear sound cavity 201 to connect to the external airflow and the channel for the second rear sound cavity 301 to connect to the external airflow are similar, avoiding interference to the reverberant sound due to the difference in shape between the intersection of the first sound guide hole 210 and the first oblong hole and the intersection of the second sound guide hole 310 and the second oblong hole.
[0061] For further information, see Figure 4 and Figure 7 As a specific implementation of the headset provided by the present invention, please refer to Figure 8 and Fig.10 The edge of the first partition plate 23 extends toward the side where the first speaker 22 is located to form a first outer wall 232; Fig. 9 and Fig.11 The second outer wall 332 extends from the edge of the second partition 33 to the side where the second speaker 32 is located. The first tube sticker 25 is slidably disposed between the first outer wall 232 and the first shell 21, and the second tube sticker 35 is slidably disposed between the second outer wall 332 and the second shell 31. In this way, the first outer wall 232 and the first shell 21 can support the first tube sticker 25 to prevent the first tube sticker 25 from swinging, and the second outer wall 332 and the second shell 31 can support the second tube sticker 35 to prevent the second tube sticker 35 from swinging, affecting the airflow and generating noise.
[0062] For further information, see Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 8 A first shock absorbing pad 24 is provided at the connection between the first outer wall 232 and the first shell 21; Figure 6 , Figure 7 and Fig. 9, a second shock-absorbing pad 34 is provided at the connection between the second outer wall 332 and the second shell 31. The use of the first shock-absorbing pad 24 can weaken the influence of the first shell 21 vibrating with the first speaker 22 on the first partition 23, and further reduce the noise caused by the vibration of the first partition 23. The use of the second shock-absorbing pad 34 can weaken the influence of the second shell 31 vibrating with the second speaker 32 on the second partition 33, and further reduce the noise caused by the vibration of the second partition 33. At the same time, since the rigidity of the first shock-absorbing pad 24 is much smaller than the rigidity of the first shell 21, the propagation of vibration between the first shell 21 and the first shock-absorbing pad 24 can be effectively eliminated, and since the rigidity of the second shock-absorbing pad 34 is much smaller than the rigidity of the second shell 31, the propagation of vibration between the second shell 31 and the second shock-absorbing pad 34 can be effectively eliminated.
[0063] Specifically, see Figure 4 and Figure 8 The first housing 21 includes a first upper housing 21a and a first lower housing 21b, the first lower housing 21b is buckled with the first upper housing 21a, the first speaker 22 is fixed on the first upper housing 21a, and a first sound outlet is provided on the side of the first upper housing 21a facing the first speaker 22. When the first speaker 22 makes a sound, the sound is emitted from the first sound outlet; the first outer wall 232 of the first partition 23 is buckled in the first upper housing 21a, and the first upper housing 21a and the first outer wall 232 are connected by the first shock-absorbing pad 24. In this way, when the first speaker 22 makes a sound, the first upper housing 21a vibrates with the first speaker 22, and the first shock-absorbing pad 24 prevents the first partition 23 from resonating with the first upper housing 21a. More specifically, a "U"-shaped groove is provided on the first upper housing 21a, and the first outer wall 232 is buckled in the "U"-shaped groove, so that the first shock-absorbing pad 24 can be prevented from being misplaced and failing.
[0064] Specifically, see Figure 7 and Fig. 9 The second housing 31 includes a second upper housing 31a and a second lower housing 31b, the second lower housing 31b is buckled with the second upper housing 31a, the second speaker 32 is fixed on the second upper housing 31a, and a second sound outlet is provided on the side of the second upper housing 31a facing the second speaker 32. When the second speaker 32 makes a sound, the sound is emitted from the second sound outlet; the second outer wall 332 of the second partition 33 is buckled in the second upper housing 31a, and the second upper housing 31a and the second outer wall 332 are connected by a second shock-absorbing pad 34. In this way, when the second speaker 32 makes a sound, the second upper housing 31a vibrates with the second speaker 32, and the second shock-absorbing pad 34 prevents the second partition 33 from resonating with the second upper housing 32a. More specifically, a "U"-shaped groove is provided on the second upper housing 31a, and the second outer wall 332 is buckled in the "U"-shaped groove, so that the misalignment failure of the second shock-absorbing pad 34 can be avoided. At the same time, this structure can reduce the air permeability between the first rear sound cavity 201 and the second rear sound cavity 301 and the outside, reduce the energy of sound propagating outward, and increase the reverberation volume.
[0065] For further information, see Figure 4 and Fig.10 The edge of the first partition 23 extends outward to form a first guide hole 2320 that penetrates the first outer wall 232. The position of the first guide hole 2320 corresponds to the position of the first sound guide hole 210. The first guide hole 2320 extends outward from the trough of the edge of the first reflective surface 330. The first guide hole 2320 is tapered outward. In this way, the flow of air close to the first reflective surface 230 can be guided, and the energy of the first partition 23 vibration propagating to the air in the first rear sound cavity 201 can be reduced, thereby weakening the transmission of vibration between the first partition 23 and the first speaker 22, and reducing the noise caused by the vibration of the first partition 23.
[0066] For further information, see Figure 7 and Fig.11 The edge of the second partition 33 extends outward to form a second guide hole 3320 that penetrates the second outer wall 332. The position of the second guide hole 3320 corresponds to the position of the second sound guide hole 310. The second guide hole 3320 extends outward from the trough of the edge of the second reflective surface 330. The second guide hole 3320 is tapered outward. In this way, the flow of air close to the second reflective surface 330 can be guided, and the energy of the second partition 33 vibration propagating to the air in the second rear sound cavity 301 can be reduced, thereby weakening the transmission of vibration between the second partition 33 and the second speaker 32, and reducing the noise caused by the vibration of the second partition 33.
[0067] For further information, see Figure 8 and Fig. 9 As a specific embodiment of the headset provided by the present invention, a first sponge cover 26 is also provided on the side of the first upper shell 21a facing the first speaker 22, and a second sponge cover 36 is also provided on the side of the second upper shell 31a facing the second speaker 32. The use of the first sponge cover 26 and the second sponge cover 36 makes the user more comfortable to wear on the one hand, and on the other hand can absorb and reduce the vibration of the first shell 21 and the second shell 31, thereby reducing the noise generated.
[0068] For further information, see Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 5 As a specific embodiment of the headset provided by the present invention, the two ends of the headband 11 are respectively provided with a first lower ear fork 12 and a second lower ear fork 13, the first lower ear fork 12 is connected to the first earmuff 20, and the second lower ear fork 13 is connected to the second earmuff 30. The first sound guide hole 210 is located on the side of the outer circumference of the first shell 21 facing the first lower ear fork 12 (see Figure 3 and Figure 4 ), the second sound guide hole 310 is located on the side of the outer circumference of the second housing 31 facing the second lower ear fork 13 (see Figure 6 and Figure 7 ). In this way, on the one hand, the first lower ear fork 12 can play a certain shielding role on the first sound guide hole 210, preventing dust or debris from entering the first rear sound cavity 201 and affecting the reverberation effect of the first speaker 22; similarly, the second lower ear fork 13 can play a certain shielding role on the second sound guide hole 310, preventing dust or debris from entering the second rear sound cavity 301 and affecting the reverberation effect of the second speaker 32. At the same time, the first lower ear fork 12 can slow down the airflow at the first sound guide hole 210 to enhance the reverberation effect of the first rear sound cavity 201; similarly, the second lower ear fork 13 can slow down the airflow at the second sound guide hole 310 to enhance the reverberation effect of the second rear sound cavity 301.
[0069] Specifically, the first lower ear fork 12 is a "U"-shaped structure adapted to the outer peripheral surface of the first earmuff 20 (see Figure 8 ), the second lower ear fork 13 is a "U"-shaped structure adapted to the outer circumference of the second earmuff 30 (see Fig. 9 ), the first lower ear fork 12 adopts a "U"-shaped structure to maintain the stability of the first earmuff 20, and the second lower ear fork 12 adopts a "U"-shaped structure to maintain the stability of the second earmuff 30.
[0070] The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
